Waching daily Dec 3 2018

hey guys it's John Kevitz from Acquire Liberty thanks for spending your time here today.

Today I want to show you something that I've talked about in the past but never

really got into it and it is gonna be really short sweet and simple video and

it kind of goes in conjunction with the Hemingway app that I showed you that was

online a long time ago I showed you this and this has an easy application if you

have a youtube account you could use this to your benefit if you have a

microphone or an expensive one a cheap one it doesn't matter you can use this

to generate any kind of text that you talk you could turn it into for written

form just by using this one application some people may have seen this already

some people may not have but I want to talk about it a little bit today to help

you out in your journey to make money from home but before we get into that I

want you to subscribe to my youtube channel click on a little Bell

notification so every time I make an upload you'll get to see it first and if

you would be so kind click that link below watch the free video if you want

to make ginger generate if you want to generate money from home you own a

passive income you gonna make full-time part-time little extra money from home

click that link below watch the free video you can learn how I got started

and thousands of other people got started along with me about how you can

make money from home can't beat it right can't beat it and if you do today I got

over two thousand dollars what the bonuses I'll give you how's that sound

yeah that's right alright guys let me further ado this is what I'm gonna show

you it's gonna blow your mind it's Google no I know everybody knows about

Google guy okay guys but what I want you to do if you have a

Google account which means if you're you know of gmail or if you're on YouTube or

anything like that that's associated with Google you have it a Google account

so what you want to do is log in and you see your little icon here whatever your

icon is there maybe to have an icon see this little box here click on that

alright you got a count you got this you got that no you just scroll down a

little bit or hit more options or more apps you hit your Doc's button hit your

Doc's button boom this is what comes up it looks like a

word microsoft word document basically and it's in google and it's under your

account okay now a lot of people who use text broker or do a lot of writing jobs

that I talk about here on this website are its YouTube channel they always say

oh I want to do some little bit faster and there's a ton of YouTube channels

out there that promote Google Docs and they should and it's a good it's a good

application but what they how they explain it to people is is they you know

you're just talking to your microphone and whatever you spit out you know it's

done you have a thousand word article and you're finished and it's not that

simple it's the kind of same premise that I talked about when I put the text

broker video up in the corner here so you can look at that - when I talk about

going to text broker becoming a writer online you can make some serious income

doing this full-time okay right folks they talk about you can come in here use

Google Docs and you just talk your words out you'll bang out a thousand word

article no time lickety-split think about fast at his folks you'll make two

hundred dollars four hundred dollars whatever the case may be you can just

keep banging it out it's not that simple I didn't promote this this application

from Google that quickly or that fast for the reason that anyone who watches

my youtube videos I'm actually I try to be pretty thorough pretty honest with

people and there are a lot of opportunities out there especially for

writing but you're not gonna bang out a thousand word article in half hour to an

hour's worth the time and I would dare say probably someone who's even like you

know associate it with Time magazine or ala Wall Street Journal or Washington

Times or post or whatever they're not gonna do that either and there's one

reason why you gotta get all your punctuation right you got to give your

time context right you have to get your grammar right you have to get your

spelling right you have to have editors look things over when you're writing

articles or posts for anybody you want to make sure that they're thorough

you're they're well-thought-out they make sense and there's something that

you're proud of when you put up you're not gonna bang out a thousand word

article that quickly even if you're talking into a microphone like I'm I'm

talking into one right now I'm going to show you how this works real quick it's

real simple and he talked in the microphone it puts the

words up on the papers not nothing not brain surgery at this point but I want

to emphasize you can use this tool folks but don't think it does everything for

you because it doesn't you're still gonna you know it's good for a draft

format I'd say but then you're gonna have to go back through it make sure

your periods are right your question marks are right your grammars right your

Spelling's right because you could say things right or properly you're correct

but obviously we all know computers put the wrong things and even if you're

using your you know talk to text in your phone you know that that's it ever works

out right so it doesn't work any better using Google Docs it just hasn't been

mastered to the you know to that kind of perfection yet so keep that in mind when

you're using Google Docs now with that said it's really simple to

use and it it actually is a really good thing to use for drafts okay but I

wouldn't use this for the final obviously for a final version of

anything because you're gonna have to go through it and actually type and edit

and arrange and do all that kind of stuff manually there's there's no other

way around it and guess what anyone who's ever written anything writing is

easy for the most part what's difficult is setting things up so they sound right

they're in their proper place that the grammar is right that what you're saying

is not only understood by you but anyone who reads it that's the challenging part

because I found like I said in my Hemingway video and I'll put that up in

the cards too for you see code watch that simplest is best you're not here to

impress someone who's been an English major you're not here to be you know to

impress someone who's a CEO or any of any of that I mean unless that's

actually who you're writing for of course but most people who write your

read your stuff want something simple easy concise and non complicated so you

don't want to mess it up with being overly grammatical you don't want to

mess it up by using words that they may or may not understand keep it simple

stupid make it third fourth grade leave reading level sixth grade reading level

don't try to go on some tangent show everybody else smart you are by

writing for you know like you would for a college professor in your literature

class here you know you know you don't want to do that those people yeah it has

their place okay but at the same time you're not writing

for those people that are kind of I would say as far as the general

population the elite type that's not your goal doing this sort of thing when

you're writing posts online you're writing for everyone to make it as

simple and as easy as possible unless of course you're writing for the

highfalutin types and then of course use your vocabulary expand on your grammar

show off how you know how to use things go for it

but with that being said this is real simple to use this tool you go over to

tools here BAM and then you go down to voice typing you hit that now I just

shut it out because I had it open so you hit it again voice typing right you go

over here with your mouse you just click on the microphone and watch this okay

it's recording everything that I'm saying now and I hope this makes sense

to you peer or question mark there you get it what happened there we go I said

period first now this actually works pretty well but you can't depend on it

for everything because sometimes your grammar can be bad sometimes your

punctuation can be bad and obviously sometimes your spelling can be bad so

you're gonna have to go through this again separate your paragraphs if you

don't do it when you're talking make your periods like I'm having a run-on

sentence right now because I'm not stopping there's obviously punctuation

and commas and periods and all that kind of fun stuff in here and that's what you

have to keep in mind when you're doing this sort of thing exclamation point

there we go wow what a run-on sentence that was but

you guys get the point I mean it can't help and it tells you

here in Google it's kind of like grammarly or working a microsoft word

certain things come up if they don't make sense they kind of let you know

like this here I don't know did you mean now all this and then did you mean know

know what that means delete but anyway you guys kind of get the idea so this is

what I'm saying use this tool in the as you're using a

think of it in the back your mind it's not the finished product because there's

people that have actually messaged me on some of my other videos they private

messaging me usually on Instagram because that's usually where I am most

of the time ask me John I found so many mistakes and I was using that you know

understand the other thing and let me see who this is real quick here

nobody garbage spam phone call and I tell I told them I said don't use this

for final product just use it for draft purposes this I actually you would use

this and I don't even really use this that much but if I was going to use this

I would use this as like a brainstorming session just kind of like spit

everything out that you're thinking about it you might want to talk about

throw it on the page so you could read it pick and choose what you'd want and

then put it together in a cohort coherent you know post or article for

yourself that's the way I would utilize this I wouldn't utilize this for serious

typing just because of this now if you practice a lot with this let me

emphasize that if you practice a lot with this maybe you can use this more

than just draft or brain storming sessions there are there is a list and a

key in here somewhere and I can't remember where it's at keyboard

shortcuts maybe that's it no that's not it that's just the

keyboard shortcuts where when you're talking instead of you know when I say

period or question mark or exclamation point it comes up automatically like

you've want to put semicolon or certain things like that the difference between

actually writing it out and just using the actual symbol for it so there's a

whole bunch of things in here you can learn so if you master this program I'm

sure you can't utilize it to better effect but when you're starting off and

you're doing things from the beginning and you haven't used that much don't

depend on this this application as being your ear end all be all because if

not all right guys listen that's all I have for you today I hope this is

another tool you can utilize or use if not now in the future as you get better

with it because I like to be honest with people and there's a lot of YouTube

videos out there that actually say oh this is the greatest thing in the world

you can do this then the other thing you can but it takes a matter of a certain

amount of finesse that you need in order to you know use this effectively to

actually enhance your writing ability like I said it's great for brainstorming

but beyond that I'm really draft for him I would you really can't use this for

finalization of any article or post that you write I would not do it I would not

chance it and some of the people I know who have done it have had horrible

results especially in the beginning all right guys if you would do me a favor

subscribe to our YouTube channel click on a little Bell notifications every

time I make an upload you'll get to see it first and if you wanna learn how it

was able to work from home full-time generate passive income click that link

below watch the free video and if you join today I got over two thousand

dollars with the free bonuses just for you okay all right guys listen that's

all I have you today until next time what do we say I say God Bless guys take care bye now...

2 critical things every leader must have! | #BattleCry s1e13 - Duration: 5:32.

Well, good morning and happy Monday, brothers and sisters! Welcome to Mission: Zer0! If

this is your first time here: my name is Shawn, and this is Battle Cry, the show where we

give you a motivational theme that can carry you through a more positive week!

The thing that I think we should talk about today… Like, last week we closed on some

really tough questions to ask yourself about your beliefs in the world. This week I think,

to carry on from that, is, "What do you do with that?" And the reason that is important

is the theme for Mission: Zer0 this week, and that is leadership. Because what you do

with what you believe is charge forward, you lead in that thing.

What really got me on that subject is Trey Van Camp, one of my good friends, posted a

video last week in which he was saying to some members of his congregation that he thinks

that the most effective mentoring that he does is through his vlogs and through his

podcast. And I think that's really powerful for more reasons than just the power of social

media. I think that's really important to keep track of because we're in a world that's

very obsessed with "Are you a leader or a follower?" And we don't really think

about what those terms mean. And so, what I want to dive back to is a couple of aspects

of leadership that I think tend to have been forgotten over the last couple thousand years.

The word for leader in Hebrew comes from an older word, a verb, that means "to make

clear." The leader was not the guy one horseback standing behind the front artillery that was

shouting out orders. No! The leader was the guy with the broadsword and the shield standing

at the front charging forward into the enemy. And that required two things: one is boldness.

As a leader you have to have the boldness to go forward and say, "You know what? This

is what I believe. I really do believe this, and I'm going to live that out, I'm going

to walk that out. Boldly." And the "bold" there is because so many times in our society

people will try and shake you out of what it is you believe just because it's not

aligning to their belief or to the calmness that they've established in their lives.

They don't want somebody who's rocking the boat. But all progress is made by stirring

the waves. If you're in a canoe, the only way forward is to hit that paddle into the

water and stir that water up. Otherwise you just sit there. And so, you have to have that

boldness. So there's my first bit for us is: have the boldness to follow your beliefs.

But the second piece there is that key point: if you have that broadsword and you're charging

forward and you're the only one charging forward, you aren't a a leader you're…

lunch. Right? The thing that defines a leader is that there are people who will follow along,

and it's not that they're followers. It's that they will support your cause, they will

support you. If you're really going to be a leader, there has to be a support system

that can be established behind you. And so that's my second bit for today; there's

really my over-arcing theme for today is: really take a look at the support system that

you have. Just because you're being bold in following your beliefs doesn't mean you're

doing so in a way that people are able to support you or are willing to follow you in.

And that, that's what you have to do. If I'm going to sit here and say that I'm

trying to lead people to celebrate diversity and to get closer together I can't just,

sort of, be out here boldly doing that and paying no attention to whether or not that's

resonating with people. And so, I value the input from people like Jasper Fox, and Bill

Snodgrass, and Joshua Verwers, and Trey Van Camp, and Ashley Murphy, and a number of you

who speak out and let me know that what I'm doing is resonating with you, even if it's

not always. And, in fact, I need those times that you tell me, "You know what? This one

was kind of a miss for me." Because that's how I grow. But that's true of all of us.

I'm going to wrap it there because I'm starting to get, like… I'm breaking to

cough every 30 seconds now. But there's my exhortation for us: be bold in your faith

but do it with an eye to who's following you and whether you're being constructive

to other people's lives. Because that's what this is all about is not just having

your voice but giving your voice in a way that is edifying to other people. And so,

that's what I'm going to leave it with. I hope that you can use that in some way to

become even you-ier than you were before. And I Love you so, so much, and God bless

you, and peace out!

Why You Should Wash Your Face With Carbonated Water - Duration: 2:09.

The first signs telling us that we have aged appear on our skin.

So, keeping our skin beautiful and healthy is something all women want.

The skin on your face, for example, is the most affected by sun exposure and pollution,

although hormones and even the type of makeup you use can affect the appearance of your

skin over the years.

It is wrong to think that to have youthful, lively skin, it's necessary to invest a

lot in cosmetic treatments.

Following a routine of cleansing, toning and moisturizing is imperative to keep your skin

healthy and youthful.

And to get there, you need to be careful and develop daily habits.

The first and perhaps most important of these habits is cleansing.

Although it seems like a simple task, there is a beauty trick that most women use to clean

their faces: using carbonated water.

Although it may sound strange, washing your face with carbonated water is an effective

way to cleanse your face, not to mention the various benefits it gives your skin.

This is due to the fact that the carbon dioxide (CO2) present in the carbonated water helps

to better remove the impurities and excess oil present in your skin.

In addition, carbonated water helps to clear your pores, which will result in cleaner skin

and less risk of blackheads and pimples.

Another important benefit is that carbonated water has a pH similar to that of your skin,

so that it doesn't interfere with its protective layer.

The best part is that this water is at room temperature, therefore it promotes vasodilation,

improving circulation, oxygenation and delivery of nutrients to the skin.

So, the next time you go about doing your beauty routine, remember to wash your face

with fizzy water.

Try this tip for a few weeks and tell us the results!

🎄🏠 CHRISTMAS HOUSE TOUR 2018 ~ CHRISTMAS DECORATING IDEAS - Duration: 15:55.

either guys thank you so much for stopping by my channel today's video

it's gonna be my long-awaited Christmas home to our video I know so many of you

guys have been requesting to see this video you want to see what I have going

on in the palace for decorating for Christmas time I know a lot of you guys

get ideas from these types of videos so I'm so happy to share this city today

now today's video is also a collaboration with Mama proved her

channel is very similar to mine and she's also doing a Christmas home tour

so definitely check out her video right after you check out mine and if you are

coming from her channel welcome I'm so glad to have you guys definitely

consider subscribing down below hit that little notification bell so you guys

don't miss any of my future videos and I am so excited to get started to show you

guys what I've done around here so I'm not going to wait any longer let's get

started just gonna get started with the print boy I just have a giant poinsettia

plant over here I've got my yankee candle wax warmer and I got this quite a

few years ago so I'm not sure if they have this anymore but it's very cute

it's got a little Santa show you guys it's got a little Santa with a little

boy for the fireplace so it looks really cute when you light the candle there's a

little fire burning in there so I really like that so they have that and then

just about the body where candle this picture actually came from a local

greenhouse and it is battery-operated so you put batteries in the back and then

it makes how many should all the lights off this part glow

you guys tell but it is very pretty my little guy actually loves Christmas

so he got this last time he was there and then this little Christmas tree at

the front door so I'm just gonna move on to the next room

all right so over here I just have a mistletoe crystal I think they're called

kissing crystals it's very pretty I just kind of leave it here through our

mudroom door so if anybody walks through I guess they're getting smooched all

righty so in my bathroom here this is the powder room on the main floor I

really didn't do too much but just about these wall decals there's snowflakes

these are from Hobby Lobby and I think they're really pretty in here I have a

lot of white and blue and silver in this room that's kind of themed so I really

like the silver snowflakes I think they're really cute all right so if you

guys seen my Christmas decorating video then you probably see most of the decor

in here the only thing I did change up is I added garland with our stopping on

the fireplace there I put a little basket by the fire with furry blankie I

had a little bit more decorations to the tree because the last time we had just

I'm kind of the basics so it's more of that and our tree topper I don't any you

guys remember for my decorating video but I had like the wooden tree topper we

cannot get that thing to stay on there so we just decided to put a bow on there

for now until we can figure out a contraption or something just like to

get it to stay there I don't know maybe we'll figure it out one day but for now

that's just gonna have to do so yeah so that's our Christmas living room or king

of Christmas Christmas tree I know that I wanted one of those trees for many

years finally got mine so I'm super pumped about it it's an

awesome Christmas tree definitely check out my Christmas decorating video I'll

link it up above here if you guys want to see that video where I show you guys

how I set up the tree so this is our living room I did add some garland since

the last time I did my Christmas decorating video I do want to still put

monogram letters on these stockings so I do have an idea from Pinterest so I

think I'm going to try to do that maybe I'll do a video about it if I turn out

or if they turn out and let's see what else we got

so this is just fake garland that I picked up at Walmart and then I strung

it with some clear lights put on some decorations and then I just put my

lettering back up here and then that is it for my garland nothing too crazy

fancy I think so that's fine might be love it snow like I haven't found a spot

to hang it it's a it's a hanging one but haven't found a spot to hang it so I'm

just gonna leave it sitting on the piano I like it there anyhow so to move it

anywhere else I maybe I can just stay right there

and she likes that spot snakes and furry fur all right guys so for my kitchen

I've just got my little crystal Christmas trees on my kitchen table it's

just really simple nothing too fancy on there right now and then I'll take it

over to the kitchen to see what I've done in there all righty guys so in my

kitchen my favorite thing would be this wreath I came up with this idea a few

years ago I think I saw it on Pinterest and then I just went out picked up some

garland ribbons and some silver ornaments and just a way I went and it

turned out great everybody loves it it's it's something I'll definitely do year

after year and then for the centerpiece here this is just really simple I just

put a couple of Christmas ornaments onto the cake stand around the candles

nothing really to fancy there that one is just a simple idea that I'd turn

together anyhow I got the tea towels over there on my oven art front of the

target dollar spot it's just the Santa one it's a plaid I've also got my hot

cocoa station over there it's kind of in the works but it's mainly all this stuff

is there I just want to do a little bit of sprucing at me to get some candy

canes and get some sprinkles and whatnot but I'm gonna show you guys what that

looks like okay guys so this is my hot cocoa station it's really nothing

special right now because I am planning on doing a little bit more to it getting

a couple of little shaker bottles and putting some additives for my hot cocoa

here but this is just the beginnings of it but it still looks really cute I've

got my little snowman guys here and the hot chocolate bar this little chaos or

Hobby Lobby right now I just have her she's hot cocoa kisses in here I thought

my tea fire so it's not really filled with the stuff that you need cocoa but

it's the beginnings of it anyways

actually I have all my teas and coffees and what

I guess you can't really see I'll show you guys here there we go yeah I've got

all my teeth and coffees I want ought to give this drawer so it's a nice little

station for finding something cozy to drink I'll move along to the next room

now alright so in my front for a you can see

we put some garland up along the banister up there it looks really nice

when you first come in especially at nighttime when you turn the lights off

I'll turn the lights off here I mean you can see there you can see it's got a

little bit of a glow it looks really pretty the lights are on upstairs still

but once I shut those off it looks really nice at nighttime I like to leave

those on and I'm gonna have it stairs and show you guys what we have up there

alright so here's the garland at the top of our stairs I got this a few years ago

I'm pretty sure it was at Walmart alright so in the kids bathroom I didn't

do too much in here I just have my little crystal snowman guys I definitely

still have Halloween soap here but I don't want to waste because it is

basically totally full so we're just gonna use that until it's empty and then

I just have this little evergreen tree just for a little Christmas greenery I

might add some decorations if I find some minis the bathroom alright so we're

gonna move to the boys rooms we didn't really decorate too much this year so I

don't know let's go room by room us check out what's going on over here

okay so in Pacey's room there's really not that much going on the only thing he

did do was he got this adorable little penguin rug from the dollar store

so that's all that we have going on in here for Christmas decorations actually

in Colin's room we're gonna do a Christmas tree in there like a fake

Christmas tree but I haven't gotten around to do that yet so maybe I'll

share that on my insta stories once it is done so here you can see there's our

front foyer and here is all Garland and now we're gonna head into my

room alright so I just love my bedroom at Christmastime you guys it looks so

cozy I've got the garland over the headboard over here so I just have the

garland going down basically all the way to the ground which is really nice it

gives a really nice glow and then it goes all the way to the other side and

then I do like to put the Christmas tree in front of the window kind of like a

tree in the forest it's just there's something about the natural tree with

just the lights on it that I really like so I just wanted to leave it like that

and then over here on my dresser I've got the snow babies these are so

adorable and it looks so beautiful in my room so what I did here was I just put

some oops and knocked one over I just put some lights underneath and then some

I don't know what you would call this stuff with this batting maybe so I just

put this batting on top and then just some fake snow I just kind of threw some

on there and then I place the snow babies so that they would look really

pretty and then I just have a little tree there too so I'll just turn the

lights on so you guys can see what actually looks like in here with the

lights on so yeah and then my sheets actually my sheets I got these from

Target last year so I usually get a new set every year but I didn't get them

this year to be the last year and then I have this throw here it is kind of like

a cottagey I guess ecology feel to it but I just really like it it's so cute I

got this one we moved into our first house so this we've had for quite a

while and that would be it for our bedroom

actually I do also have my snowflake pillow on my bed but my snowflake pillow

I have to cover the bottom because our dog bit off the crystals on the

bottom part of the snowflake and I got that at Pier one like two years ago so

that was a bummer because that pillow was like 40 something dollars so I

wasn't too happy when he did that but I try to still keep it on there by hiding

the bottom oh well it's all good okay so my bathroom you guys I didn't really do

much in here not much at all I just have a Christmas candle so I actually got a

whole bunch of new like makeup trees and whatnot sent to me from Rove Anza I

believe like I'm not quite sure how you say it but I will be doing a video on

organizing makeup because I have a whole bunch of new containers from them I even

have another I think one or two in my closet so yeah that's it for the

bathroom nothing too much going on in here one of these days you guys I will

show you that closet this is our closet like the master cloth

maybe I'll just give you guys a peek right now give you guys a sneak peek

it's totally messy but this is my closet I don't even know how we have that many

clothes okay that pile back there you guys the pile that is on top of that

blue bin is actually Christmas presents hidden so it isn't that much junk

it looks like it's junk but it's actually Christmas baskets and we just

got back from a trip last week so that's why there's a suitcase of clothes all

over the place don't make fun of me for that room for that closet because it is

really messy but anyhow yeah so that is it for up here I think that's it you

guys that is basically my Christmas home tour maybe I'll just head downstairs and

yeah alright guys so I've basically shown you

How to Measure an Earthquake - Duration: 4:18.

Natural forces are fascinating events to observe and measure.

Have you ever wondered how an earthquake is measured or whether or not scientists can predict them?

But before we talk about measuring earthquakes, let's define them.

The earth is composed of several layers, some of which are called mantles.

The outermost layer is called the lithosphere, and the outermost layer of the lithosphere

is the crust, which is what we stand on every day.

The tectonic plates are part of the lithosphere.

If you want to learn more about tectonic plates, check out our video on them!

These plates are constantly moving and rubbing against each other.

Sometimes, the force and friction become bad enough and cause an earthquake.

The specific place where the the plates meet and cause the earthquake below the surface of the earth

is called the hypocenter.

The epicenter is the location on the crust directly above the hypocenter.

When this happens, seismographs are alerted of the disturbance.

A seismograph is a group of sensors that record and determine the size of earthquakes.

In other words, this tool is used to determine the magnitude of an earthquake.

Magnitude is the measure of energy released at the core of the earthquake;

It is the distance from the seismograph and ground motion from the earthquake.

When an earthquake occurs, seismic waves move through the earth;

their vibrations cause the scroll of paper to move on a seismograph while the weight and pen remain still.

The marks produced are created by the vibrations from the seismic waves made by the earthquake.

Here is an example of a measurement of the magnitude of a seismic wave

-the energy released from the plates shifting.

Without realizing it, you probably know about moment magnitude.

Moment Magnitude is a measuring tool that assigns a number for the total energy released by the earthquake.

These are the numbers made aware to the public to determine the size and intensity of an earthquake,

i.e. magnitude 6 or magnitude 7.7.

For each whole number measured on the scale, there is about 30-31 more times the energy

released than the previous whole number measured.

Fun fact, an earthquake must be of magnitude 2 or higher to be felt by someone standing outside.

Sometimes, earthquakes at or below a magnitude of 3.5 will still use the Richter Scale for taking measurements.

The Richter Scale is an otherwise outdated measurement system due to its inability to

measure very large earthquakes.

In addition to measuring an earthquake's magnitude, we can also measure its intensity.

Intensity is measured on the Modified Mercalli Scale.

This is a scale that is based on effects observed from the earthquake and to what degree those effects are felt.

It ranges on a scale from I to XII, one being the lowest effects and 12 being total loss.

Rather than plugging numbers into logarithms, an earthquake's intensity is relative to

someone's or something's distance from the epicenter of the earthquake when it occurs.

This means that you could get different intensity measurements

depending on where you take measurements from.

Type of soil on which a person or thing is standing during the time of an earthquake

also plays a huge factor in determining its intensity.

Softer soil shakes more violently than firmer soil.

Here's an image that shows the locations and intensities of earthquakes, magnitude

of 6.0 and higher, that have occurred between 1900 and 2017.

If you thought this lesson landed a 10.0 on the magnitude scale, then be sure to "like"

New Client Onboarding + FREE Checklist Template For Your Marketing Agency - Duration: 8:30.

So you just landed a new client and you're ready to get things going but you

don't really know what to do for the onboarding process stay tuned we're

gonna go through that in this video. All right welcome back everybody my name is

Jordan Steen also known as Cereal Entrepreneur and at this channel we talk

all about starting marketing agency, running a personal brand, building a

business online so if you're interested in learning about any of those things or

just learning about how digital marketing works then make sure to

subscribe to this channel and hit the notification bell in the bottom right

hand corner right below this video. So the onboarding process is a super

important part of taking on a new client. Why? Well because it's going to do one

thing primarily which is make sure that they don't kind of come back to you and

say all right well we want to cancel our plan, we kind of changed our mind and

we're not thinking about going that route anymore. So this onboarding process

actually does more than just gathering information and getting all the proper

information like passwords and usernames and information about the company and

their clients. It does more than that it actually secures the sale that you just

landed and that's really what's most important because if you don't continue

to do business with them then none of the other things matter. That's what's

most important so let's talk about what you need to do to run a smooth and easy

onboarding process oh and if you stay till the end of this video I'll make

sure to tell you about how you can get access to a checklist for your marketing

agency about onboarding and some things you'll want to make sure you include so

the onboarding process really does two main things number one it collects a

bunch of information about customer their clients or login information all

of that right but the second thing again is that it builds trust and it helps

them have a better experience overall with your marketing agency so that way

when it comes to testimonial time they're like oh yeah it was super easy

to work with this agency and that's super important for you guys as agency

owners to know so that's why we want to do this process and that's why you need

to know the five main steps to collecting information and what you need

to get from these clients so let's go into that so step number one is to

collect basic information about the client what's their business name who is

the client like what is the actual owner's name or marketing directors name

what is their phone number email address how do they prefer to be contacted

all of that is super important because you want that to be easy for

your agency to be able to communicate with their business also you're doing

things like sending the contract or any credit card authorization form so that

way you can use their credit card for ad spend if you need to so all of those

things are things you want to go ahead and send over to your clients the final

part of step one is really just to make sure that they've checked or really

check I guess and make sure that they've signed the documentation and filled out

all forms properly and that there isn't any missing information

number two is to schedule an onboarding call and what the purpose of this call

to do is to kind of reaffirm everything that you plan to do with their business

make sure that you're setting the expectations properly and then kind of

outline a plan of what you plan to do this is not something you want to do

before you've actually got the agreement right now you know

before you actually have the client you're just trying to pitch them and get

them on with your agency then once you land them you go back and you go into

the in-depth strategy of what you exactly plan to do to get their

business results and so now that you've done that planning you actually want to

go and kind of outline that plan to the business owners so they understand what

your goals are and how you're going to accomplish them the biggest

recommendation I have for you guys during the selling and the onboarding

process is to take notes take a notepad and a pen and paper or something and

actually write down what they're saying don't sit there and just listen and

pretend like you're gonna remember everything because you're not take a pen

and paper and write things down number three is to send a welcome email and the

real reason why you want to do that is because you're gonna send although the

onboarding documentation and questionnaires and all of the

information that they need to sign but they might have other questions that

you're not even aware of that maybe even weren't included in the onboarding form

so just send them a brief email just saying welcome thanks again for you know

signing up with us we're super excited to have you on if there are any

questions please go ahead and ask them now before we start the campaign a lot

of them will be answered in our onboarding call when we you know go

through the outline but if you have any other questions that just don't make

sense right now go ahead and feel free to ask them via email to shoot me a

message back this again helps them feel more comfortable with your agency so

that way you're able to you know guide them a little easier through the process

so number four is to get the new client questionnaire out and over to them I

consider it the onboarding form and what this does is it ask them a ton of

questions usually I just kind of combine it all into one form where

asking them the name in the business information like the phone number and

email I also put this in with my onboarding questionnaire and this

questionnaire goes into things like what are your goals what is the average age

of your client what does your client like to do for fun you know things to

know about their customers they're able to build a better marketing campaign the

other objectives are to collect information about their marketing

currently and like what they're actually spending on or what they've tried in the

past that hasn't worked or has worked have they run ads on social before

because this is going to help you have a better understanding of what you're

gonna need to get done to see results oh and if you're wondering what kinds of

questions you should be asking these potential marketing clients or your

marketing clients either when you're in the meeting with them for the first time

or whether you're you know asking them again during the onboarding process

check out this video in the top right hand corner that's gonna help you with

that oh and if you want more questions than you know what's in that video right

there we actually put some in the blog article for this video and blog we

always do a blog article with our videos so if you want to get the blog and see

you know more information about all these steps we mentioned previously plus

some of the questions you can ask and how to follow up and wrap everything up

with the customer then definitely make sure to check right below this video

there's a link to the blog article down there the fifth and final thing is where

you request marketing resources from the clients so things like their login

information their user name and password if they're not comfortable with you

giving you the username and password then they need to actually go and add

you as a manager on all of these platforms manually themselves so one way

or another you're gonna have to get access to their campaigns right you can

either do it by getting usernames and passwords or you can do it by collecting

or having them add you as a manager to those accounts I recommend getting the

passwords and usernames and using something like LastPass to disseminate

that to everyone else on my team but you know it's kind of up to you how you want

to manage that process and then what the client wants to do the next thing you're

gonna want to do is get access to things like their email list so that way you

can you know get access to their customers to build audiences if you need

to for Facebook you'll need to get Google Analytics so you can look at what

traffic is working or what content really is working what's not you want

things like company logos so that way you can do the branding side of things

and create images and video right so all of those things are things you want to

ask for from these clients and you can either do it all in one

boarding form yourself like we kind of do or you can do it in different stages

to make sure that you separate everything out and it's not too much at

one time for each client I personally like to do everything at once I don't

feel like it's too much and if they're spending a decent amount they're gonna

take the time to go through it now I don't want this video to get too long

and there are other processes like we call the follow up during the onboarding

process and when you should reach back out to them how those calls should go so

if you're wanting to find out more about that again I'm leaving all of that in

our blog article at cerealentrepreneur.academy so if you want to see that again

the link to the blog article is right below this video in the description

check that out and you'll get all of that information about the follow up

process and those questions I mentioned there so thank you for staying and since

like I mentioned at the beginning of this video we are going to give you a

checklist of things that you can use to basically ask or you know check off so

that way you get your home boarding process right and make sure you go right

below the video again and it's at the very top of the description there will

be a link for that checklist so check that out because we know it's gonna help

you guys out but everybody that's it for this video thank you so much for
