Waching daily May 30 2017

Hello everyone.

In my last video, I talked about my theory on how ALL the gods might unite against the

great Other by sending their champions to fight in the Great War.

I talked about the Old Gods and how Bran MIGHT End up being the one to kill the Night King.

In this video, I'll talk about the Faith of the Seven aka The New Gods, and who their

champion can be.

I'll also post the next part of this video with another God and his champion and the

Top 10 loved characters video soon.

Make sure to subscribe this channel and also click on the bell next to it, so that, you

won't miss it.

The New Gods, also known as the Faith of the seven or the Faith or just the Seven, originated

in Andalos where it is believed that the seven walked there in human forms.

It is said that the father brought down the seven stars from heaven to form the crown

of Hugor of the Hill, who was the first Andal King.

The Maid brought forth a girl as supple as willow with eyes like deep blue pools that

Hugor took as his first wife.

The mother made her fertile and she bore him 44 sons as foretold by the crone.

The warrior gave each son strength of arms and the smith wrought each a suit of Iron

Plate.

The seven promised him and his descendants great kingdoms in a foreign land.

When the Andals invaded Westeros, they brought their faith with them and slowly, the faith

replaced the Old Gods in the south.

Now, they are worshipped in all of westeros except the North and the Iron Islands.

When Aegon the Conqeror invaded Westeros, he adopted the seven to gain the support of

the High Septon, which would explain the seven pointed star in Dany's vision.

But I'll come to that later.

There have been Faith Militant uprisings after Aegon's death, which I already explained

in my "How Game of Thrones will End" video.

I'll post the link in the end of this video.

Anyways, members of the Faith worship the Seven who are one, a single deity with seven

aspects or faces, each representing a different Virtue.

They consist of Mother, Father, maiden, Crone, Smith, Warrior & Stranger.

1) Mother – Mother represents motherhood and nurturing.

She is prayed to for fertility or compassion or mercy.

2) Father – Father represents Judgement.

He is prayed to for justice.

3) Maiden – Maiden represents innocence and chastity.

She is prayed to to protect a maiden's virtue.

4) Crone – Crone represents wisdom.

She is prayed to for guidance.

5) Smith – Smith represents crafts and labor.

He is prayed to for strength.

6) Warrior – Warrior represents strength in battle.

He is prayed to for courage and victory.

7) Stranger – Stranger represents death and the Unknown.

Worshippers rarely seek favour from the stranger.

For those who are less educated in westeros, they think there are seven Gods.

I'll read a couple of lines Septon Meribald said to Brienne in the books,

"One god with seven aspects.

That's so my lady, and you are right to point it out, but the mystery of the Seven Who Are

One is not easy for simple folk to grasp, and I am nothing if not simple, so I speak

of seven gods."

The seven don't seem as powerful as the Old Gods.

In the books, Sam himself says that the seven have never answered his prayers, but with

weirwoods, he feels the Old Gods watching.

I think the Seven are the second least powerful god in Westeros after the Drowned God.

As for who their champion is, at first, I thought, it was Sansa.

It would make all remaining Starks champions of the four main Gods.

She has prayed constantly to the seven.

And she has survived so far, but the more I thought about it, I changed my mind.

I think there are two options for the Champion here.

1) Davos -

In the books, right after the Battle of Blackwater Bay, Davos wakes up on the spears of the Merling

King of Blackwater Bay.

He was ready to die because his sons were dead too.

He saw a ship passing by but he wasn't certain that he wants to live.

But then he heard the Mother's voice and thought that she had a task for him and he

decided to live.

He shouted for the ship and it saved him.

I'll read the lines from the books.

"Mother, have Mercy," Davos prayed.

"Save me, gentle Mother, save us all.

My luck is gone, and my sons."

He was weeping freely now, salt tears streaming down his cheaks.

"The Fire took it all... the fire..."

"You called the fire," she whispered, her voice as faint as the sound of waves in

a seashell, sad and soft.

"You burned us... burned us... burrrned usssssss."

"It was her!"

Davos cried.

"Mother, don't forsake us.

It was her who burned you, the red woman, Melissandre, her!"

After this conversation, Davos realises that he has to live because he has something to

do.

He thinks that the Mother has saved him because she has a task for him.

I know what you are thinking.

You probably think that Davos was dying of thirst and hunger and he might have imagined

it because of his guilt.

That's definitely possible too.

But in the books, not only there were ships burning with Wildfire, Tyrion has also raised

a heavy chain to keep the ships from fleeing.

And despite all of that, Davos found himself alive on a Rock.

The spears were a very dangerous place for the ships.

And if by chance, the ship who sailed by was Joffery's, he would have died too.

It was very lucky that the ship turned out to be Salladhor Saan's.

Davos survived the impossible.

Remember how he thinks that her voice sounded weak?

It goes with my theory that the seven aren't very powerful or they are growing weaker.

The second option for their champion is Daenerys Targaryen.

I know you might be thinking that Dany should be the Lord of Light's champion because

so many Red priests are flocking over to her calling her Azhor A'hai or the Prince that

was promised.

But as I said in my Who is the Prince that was promised video, I think Daenerys is the

Prince that was Promised but she is not Azhor A'hai.

Many people think that AA and PTWP are the same, but I think they are two different prophecies

for two different people.

This prophecy came from Old Vayria whereas Azhor A'hai's prophecy came from Asshai.

I'll discuss Azhor A'hai in my next video.

The reason I think Dany is The seven's champion is because she has shown all the seven aspects

of the New Gods.

She has shown mercy to those who chose to follow her, and she showed Mercy to the women

who were being raped by Khal Drogo's khalasaar.

She has shown Father's justice.

She was as innocent as the maiden once, and she showed the Crone's wisdom when she figured

out how to bring back the dragons.

She also had the prophetic dreams which point to the Crone.

She has shown Warrior's courage and Smith's strength.

And she became the stranger for those who wronged innocent people.

The Targaryen rulers were the followers of the seven in Westeros.

It's not hard to imagine that Dany will follow in their footstep, especially if she

wants the support of Westeros.

Which brings me to her vision from the House of Undying.

Dany saw in the vision that she steps into the throne room, and there is a seven pointed

Star behind the throne.

Now that Cersei is the queen, she has replaced the Star with the Lannister Lion.

I think this dream means that Dany will win the Iron throne, but before she could actually

start ruling, she will have to go beyond the wall to fight in the great war, where she

might die.

The Snow and ashes falling could mean that Cersei might try to burn the Red Keep.

I don't think Dany will risk Drogon's fire because of the Wildfire beneath the Red

Keep.

Dany is not crazy like Cersei.

What do you think?

Anyways, it's time for the comment shoutout now.

Today's comment shoutout goes to Jason Drewes, who said, "I believe the showrunners made

sure to demonstrate that Targaryen offsprings, when not a product of incest, do not always

take the dominant platinum hair.

We see that when Dany goes to retrieve her babies from Pyat Pree in the House of Undying,

where she meets with Drogo and their son Rhaego, they clearly depicted Rhaego taking his father's

Dothraki traits, not Targaryen!

R+L=J. It is Known."

I completely agree with you Jason.

R+L=J is true.

It is Known.

So, what do you think of these theories?

Who do you think is the champion of the Seven?

Don't forget to tell us your thoughts in the comments.

Come and move that in my direction So thankful for that, it's such a blessin',

yeah Turn every situation into Heaven, yeah

Oh, you are my sunrise on the darkest day Got me feelin' some kind of way

Make me wanna savor every moment slowly, slowly You fit me, tailor-made love, how you put

it on Got the only key, know how to turn it on

The way you nibble on my ear, The only words I wanna hear

Baby, take it slow so we can last long

Despacito Quiero respirar tu cuello despacito

Deja que te diga cosas al oído Para que te acuerdes si no estás conmigo

Despacito Quiero desnudarte a besos despacito

Firmo en las paredes de tu laberinto Y hacer de tu cuerpo todo un manuscrito

Sube, sube, sube Sube, sube

Pasito a pasito, suave suavecito Nos vamos pegando, poquito a poquito

Cuando tú me besas con esa destreza Veo que eres malicia con delicadeza

Pasito a pasito, suave suavecito Nos vamos pegando, poquito a poquito

Y es que esa belleza es un rompecabezas Pero pa' montarlo aquí tengo la pieza

¡Oye!

Yeah, you're lookin' at the truth, the money never lie, no

I'm the one, yeah, I'm the one Early mornin' in the dawn, know you wanna

ride now.

(Let's ride.)

I'm the one, yeah.

(Let's ride.)

I'm the one, yeah Yeah, you're sick of all those other imitators

Don't let the only real one intimidate you See you watchin', don't run outta time now

I'm the one, yeah, oh-eh-oh oh-eh-oh I'm the one oh-eh-oh oh-eh-oh

I'm the only one oh-eh-oh oh-eh-oh I'm the one oh-eh-oh oh-eh-oh

I'm the only one

Despacito This is how we do it down in Puerto Rico

I just wanna hear you screaming, "¡Ay, Bendito!"

I can move forever cuando esté contigo ¡Bailalo!

Pasito a pasito, suave suavecito Nos vamos pegando, poquito a poquito

Que le enseñes a mi boca Tus lugares favoritos

What Is BREAKAGE | How Do I PREVENT It ? // LATENIGHTTALKS - Duration: 10:00.

Hey guys, it's Cam and today I wanted to

try something a little bit different as

you can see

I got a little setup going on like nighttime

I got my sweats and stuff on, it's actually

almost 12 o'clock so we're gonna call this...

Late Night Talks with Cam

*applause*

Basically I'm just going to be giving you guys

information that I wouldn't do in like a

regular video, like, it's going to be all

our information, no tutorial, just all

information but it's like good

information so, I suggest that you watch all

the way through and if you want to skip to

any parts or rewind to any parts I'll put

times, somewhere on the screen

right now

so today I'm going to be talking

about breakage and how to avoid it and

what the causes are and types of breakages

and all of that so let's get started

but first of all just a little

disclaimer I'll put it somewhere right

here yeah alright so, let's get started now forreal.

Breakage is defined as the act of

breaking, something that has been broken

or lost or damage as a result of

breaking but to define the word without

using the word within the definition we

have to define the word break so break

is defined as separation into parts i.e

discontinuity so basically if my hand

was your scalp and all of this was your

hair shaft

that's breakage

So, what are different types of breakage the most familiar one

and most known is probably split ends

I'll put a picture up of split ends, examples of

different types of split end, basically your

hair starts to break apart, like this

or like this and eventually if it's not cut

off it starts to split up the hair shaft

that weakens the hair shaft and causes

breakage

another type of breakage is tri-

trichorrhexis nodosa, um it's like little gaps

so this is the hole looks like a gap

it's like a holes within your hair shaft

or like little gaps within your hair shaft and

they definitely weaken your hair shaft

and it makes it really easy for your hair to

just, snap off

Another one is trichoclasis

and that's like, it's like a split end but

within the hair shaft, instead of at the

end, so it's like, it's like a crack in

your hair or like a split in your hair

shaft and another type of hair damage, hair

breakage that basically is the root of a

lot of breakage it's like mechanical

breakage or self-imposed breakage

Why does break it to occur?

Breakage usually

is rooted from a lack of moisture or

mechanical damage like I just stated

previously

The first why or the first cause

that I have on my list is lack of

moisture um lack of moisture is really a

big problem and it causes a lot of

breakage dry brittle hair is more

prone to breakage than moisturized

hair so it's very important to keep your

hair moisturized, it's more important to keep

your hair moisturized, if you have curly

curly or kinky hair, the kinkier your

hair is the more moisture you need. Another

cause of breakage is illness or medical

conditions if you think that you're

seeing a lot of breakage because of

medical reasons please consult with a

doctor

another reason for breakage is poor

dieting or deficiencies and by

deficiencies I mean like vitamin

deficiencies or not having enough protein in

your diet or not drinking enough water or

it's not eating healthy altogether.

How they be in the commercials ?

Got milk? Oh, wait

Another reason for breakage is stress

stress can cause a lot of problems to

your body and especially to your hair

it can cause breakage, it can cause hair loss altogether

Another cause of breakage is

chemical processing or over processing

like bleaching or dying your hair and

the last one I have on my list is basically

what I said before, um, mechanical damage

like aggressive grooming or styling and

also the accessories that you put in

your hair like elastics or rubber bands

or anything like that

so it's important not to confuse hair

shedding with hair breakage, hair

shedding is natural you can shed up to

50 to 100 hairs a day although you

probably won't see them much like I

usually don't see them much but

but hair breakage is usually not natural and it's

usually self-imposed but it's also

important to know the difference between

hair shedding and hair loss, if you guys

need to do a video on that let me know

down below

So,

Why does all this matter

um, so breakage and length retention

are negatively correlated, meaning the

more breakage you have the less length you'll

see or the less length you'll retain

so people who say that a lot but I don't

know if people get it all the time that

it's said so I'm going to try like to draw

it out a little bit and hopefully it

makes sense if it didn't already before

if it did already make sense, I hope you

enjoy my drawing

now that we know what breakage is,

different types of breakages why it's

important and what causes it

let's talk about how to avoid it and

it's kind of a long list, so I'm just

read straight off my phone, trying to

remember this, cancelled

the first one

be gentle when detangling, be gentle when you're touching

your hair in general it doesn't have to be

detangling, when you're styling it

anything in general because, your hair

is not afraid to just pop off, make sure

you're using the proper tools, I always say

that a denman brush is not a detangling

brush it is a styling brush however

nobody can tell you what to do so and

always make sure that you keep your nails

clean cut and smooth

keep your hair

moisturized and again the tighter your

hair texture the more moisture you need

avoid high tension and high stress

styles, definitely a victim of this

I have experienced a lot of breakage because of

this, but I'm doing better with it I

will admit that, I am doing better with

it, so like like tight ponytails, like a

couple months ago I used to use these to

make my ponytails instead of the

scrunchies that I use now you can see in

my, um, curly hair routine which ones I

use now um but it really does make a

difference like the more your hair is

pulling the more likely they can just

pop try to keep it at a minimum also

styling your hair while wet, I'm another

victim of that I still do it to this day

I'ma be transparent it's a hard habit to

break, another thing to avoid is

cotton pillowcases and towels they can snag

your hair and dry them out so that's two

things possible that you need to avoid

another important thing is to dust or

trim your ends when necessary especially

if you see like single strand knots or

all the stuff that I talked about split

ends, not even gonna try to pronounce it

again I had one time, I'm not going to do

it again, if it's at the bottom it's

important to cut it off, if you see it in

length of your hair you may not want to

cut it off you may want to I don't know

I need to trim mine, I'm definitely in need for a trim

having a healthy routine and a proper

balance of moisture and protein like if

you need more protein make sure that

you're balancing out

moisture, if you need more moisture, make sure you're

balancing out the protein, another

important thing, um, chemical processing

and harsh chemicals so like sulfate

shampoos I'm not going to say stay away

from them because I definitely do you use

sulfate shampoos sometimes you need like

a good clean especially when you have

like really dirty hair when using a lot

of product sometimes you do need a good

clean it's not good to use a sulfate

shampoo every time you wash your hair

unless you're only washing your hair like

once a month but if you're using a

sulfate shampoo every week your hair is

going to get dry and dryness leads to

breakage as well as bleaching and perming

I'm not going to say not to do it, well

I'm not going to encourage you to do it

but I'm not going to say not to do it

just do it the correct way and make sure

that you're maintaining it after it's done, um, and

lastly protect your hair from things

that can weaken, so like direct

heat can definitely weaken your hair and

um, UV radiation can definitely weaken your hair

as well there are several oils with

natural SPF and I will list those

somewhere here,

however some of these

oils only protect against UVA radiation

but not UVB radiation, UVA radiation is

responsible for hair color changes so

if I was to put my ends up to my roots my

ends would look like brown but my roots would

look black because of the sun's

radiation, UVB radiation is responsible

for a hair protein loss especially

keratin just be mindful of all these

oils and what they actually protect

against I think the one that protects

against both of them the most is red

raspberry oil if I remember correctly so yeah

I think that's pretty much the end, it's important to

remember that prevention is key because

once your hair is broken it's not much

you can do to repair it, like I don't

think anything you can do to repair to

or fix it, so prevention is really the

key to everything and it's also

important to remember that you can't

avoid breakage but you

reduce and minimize it

I hope this was

informative, if you want to see more videos

WHOLE FOODS MARKET TOUR: HOW TO SHOP FOR WEIGHT LOSS | Episode 2 | Best Protein Sources - Duration: 6:16.

what's up guys it's Max Barry owner of

Max's Best Bootcamp let's go on a

grocery-store tour today here at Whole

Foods Market talking about the best food

choices that you can make for weight

loss and optimum health

how're we doing at the fish counter my

man how are you all right great all

right now when buying seafood we want to

form a relationship Chris is here

tonight

he knows what the freshest fish here

today yes but yes if he's putting

yourself out how are you so what would

be some of the best protein sources from the sea right so any of this fish

is going to be fresh fish but I'm not talking

about the battered and fried sources up right any

of these are going to be some good

options Chris what is the most fresh

like three items tonight always dressing

farm-raised salmon in is the wild coming out

down not this is wild coho salmon but it's previously frozen

okay we will be getting the king salmon in

end of May yeah any salmon tastes so good so

good yeah

so all right awesome so those are the

fresh cuts now the shrimp you're saying

uh not the cooked ones are you yeah

dick easy

stir-fry it up there you go he's in

alright soul thanks old man preciate you

any other questions on seafood yeah a

first serving you know what is the

serving of any protein it's going to be

about your phone size so you can always

go by that as like a judge of your food

like one serving of fish beef chicken

it's about the phone side so try that

yeah but it's going to be about 6 ounces

yeah good are you gonna cook those up

for the barbecue no more oh really

yeah can't go wrong yeah grilling season

excellent good let's keep going guys

what's up my man hey we're doing a tour

to the food yeah

all right I lost with me before I thank

you

all right if you're a vegetarian right

now this won't be your favorite segment

but if you're not or you think that you

know red meat is bad I would

challenge you, unless it just ethically an

issue for you

uhh has anyone heard of grass-fed beef raise

your hand okay

grassfed beef, the animals very healthy and

so it's a healthy animal to eat

conventional meat really not that

healthy of an animal because they pump

them with all kinds of stuff Whole Foods Market stores

does a good job most of their stuff is

hormone free and but if it doesn't say

grass-fed it's not and so look

for it you're going to pay a premium for

it but you don't need to have as much

and it's going to be the best cut you've

ever had and so here's a good option

ground beef is going to be a good savings you

can make some burgers with it everybody

likes it right here it's about ten

dollars a pound if you get like a

grass-fed rib eye that can be like

thirty dollars now so it's a good way to

budget out

grass-fed beef that's what I usually do

a couple times a week for sure

man what about bacon any bacon man yeah

good try and look for the lower sodium

but bacon find it again try and look for

pasture-raised healthy animals we can

consume them all right we got a question

oh we got chicken and as far as chicken

does anybody really like chicken breast

you really did good for you though like

like very hard to flavor but if you like

it keep doing it it's a good option

otherwise feel free to try some size

tried some other cuts of the chicken

because they're marginally different

calorically wise if you have a lot of

the extra skin and things like that it

will add up but if you try some like

boneless thighs you'd be amazed you cook

them the exact same way delicious

all right so feel free to branch out a

little bit if you've eaten chicken

breast for the last 365 days okay

because most of us have banana and

chicken bread in the fridge okay

so many great choices here at Whole

Foods Market for weight loss and optimum

health

I want to thank Whole Foods Market for

having us here today

also want to thank you guys for watching

Forget Computers. Design Is the New King of Tech. - Duration: 4:42.

Mari Kussman: I think that Steve Jobs was the original CDO.

He thought about the experience of products first and always had a very philosophical

approach to the way that something was being used.

Karen Jackson: They themselves came to me and said, "We need you to be our chief design

officer because you bring a unique skillset where we have a business background.

You bring us design sensibility.

We can see that this way of understanding communities and our audience is the thing

that can help differentiate us and allow us to serve the people that we're looking to

serve."

Mari Kussman: Engineering and design are something that should happen simultaneously.

The way that we think about design in Silicon Valley product is that you engineer something

and then design is a topical solution, but user experience is design and ergonomics is

design.

We need to start thinking about design while we engineer products.

Francis Bitonti: When we do things where we're trying to make a company's product or experience

with the customer is better.

We're working on the software engineering and design problems that are required, that

need to be solved in order to bring free branding to mass market applications.

Our clients can be everything from shoe companies to medical device manufacturers to aerospace

companies.

It's a wide, wide range of applications that we look at.

This is a prototype for a product we're developing for a medical device company.

It's a treatment for scoliosis, which is a curvature in the spine.

We've developed some methods to create a bracing system that's actually 65 to 75% less material

than any other treatment from the market.

We're going to actually be rolling this out in the first clinic next month.

Jessica Banks: RockPaperRobot is a company that makes kinetic furniture.

That furniture that moves in either autonomously or through interaction with a human.

Ultimately, where we're going is imagine your chair and your table could call 911 if you're

having a heart attack or move and keep you totally comfortable and ergonomically safe

throughout your day.

We do that by using automation and putting motors and actuation into the furniture, along

with sensors.

Then, those things can react to data coming in either directly in the furniture surfaces

or through other means.

Then, it can react and move.

Francis Bitonti: Design is about creating products and experiences.

It's about engaging in the economy of mass production.

That's market product.

Karen Jackson: With design problems, you often times are taking ends to move those linear

aspects, but you're taking in the social, the human aspect, which when you introduce

the human variable, you get infinite unknowns.

Then, you need to manage those.

The more you can learn about those human variables, the more that you can inform your process,

your non-linear process in parallel with the linear process and ideally have those two

work together.

Jessica Banks: You have a company and you have a product in the world and you don't

have someone who is overseeing the design of that product, whether it's the aesthetic

of the marketing, the branding, the shape of a product so that any way that the user

interface is with their product, then you're not going to be successful.

Mari Kussman: We don't quite understand what people even want or need.

Really, rudimentary machine learning is already in homes, and designing for that is an entirely

new category of design.

We might start having job titles like artificial intelligence designer may be more eloquently,

but around the idea of how do you design user experience for something that has a learning

capability in applications like that?

The designer needs to be collaborating with the engineer in real time because the engineer

needs to develop a back-end that will learn from the type of user experience that the

designer thinks is appropriate for a user.

We're really starting to move towards a consumer expectation that not only is helped by designers

and engineers collaborating but will be necessary for any of that to move into the future.

Why do you Need Company Statements - Duration: 6:07.

Hi! I'm Sharon Jurd and welcome to my

Biz Blitz video and today I want to

talk to you about company statements and

why do we need company statements. But

firstly I want to tell you what

company statements are to me. Company

statements are your vision statement, your

mission statement, your core values and

your company culture. And they are four

statements that are very powerful in

your business to share with your team,

your customers, your suppliers and your

affiliates so everybody knows where you

stand as a company, what you really

believe in, what direction you are heading

in, what you want to achieve and how you

behave. And so your vision statement,

my opinion, should be only one or

two sentences long. It should be very

precise and it's the big picture.

If your business was a ten out of

ten what would you want it to be? That big

picture,

not what we're going to do but what

it is in its finality. So if it was a

perfect world and a perfect business what

would that be? The second one is the

mission statement. Now this is where you

go, "This is what we're going to do to

achieve that vision." These are the things

that we are going to do on a consistent

basis. And that's the mission of every

week, every day, every month, every year

to achieve that vision. The third one is

your core values. Now that is describing

what you believe in and that could be

great customer service,

delivering a great product, how you

behave to your clients or how you treat

clients. It might behow you choose your clients because one of our

clients or how you treat

your clients. It might behow you choose your clients because one of our core

values in one of my businesses is that

we don't choose our clients

on size, we choose them in other ways and

list those out. We show

that we're not just here to get big

clients and look after them. We

want smaller clients as well. So it's

about those values around the business

that you believe in. Your integrity, how

you behave, how you behave in the

community, what is your opinion about the

environment so you may want to share

that in your values.

The last one is company culture. And

that's really more internally on how we

behave to each other. So you might say

in there that you welcome ideas, that

that everybody's opinion is valued, that you

work together as a team and not a

group of single people.

You might put in there how you

behave around training that when we go

out and learn new things we will

share that with the rest of the team. And

so you share those types of things and

I see the company culture, even though it's an external

thing but it's really about how the

internal team behaves. Your core values

are about your beliefs. I think

these four company

are really, really important.

Some people might have a vision, they

might have a mission statement but I

believe these four go hand in hand

and used in very different ways and

I always develop these straight up

new business, it's the first thing I

develop these straight up new business it's the first thing I develop because I think it's very

because for me to move forward

the first thing I develop because I think it's very powerful because for me to move forward in contacting suppliers, building a team,

building a product I need to be aware of

these four company statements. So if you

haven't got them already, go ahead and

and design them. You can Google online for

other companies' statements that might

resonate with you and you know appeal to

you in some way.

You don't have to start from scratch, you

have a look at what others build around them

and you may pluck words

out of those that may suit your sentences.

But most importantly, the one

thing that I talk to my

coaching clients about and people who

I come across in other formats of

training is that I'm really a stickler

on that vision statement being a one or

two lines. When you sort of go out and

researching some companies have

vision statements quite long. When I have a

vision statement I want that vision statement

so resonating with my team that they can

it, it's easy to remember and

it can just roll off their tongue if

they were asked about

that in our environment. So

there are my four statements, you've got your

statement, which is a one liner.

Mission statement, what is it

that you are going to do to achieve that

vision. Thirdly, are your core values they

are your beliefs and what is important to you

in business and in life. And then you

have your company culture, how we're

going to behave around each other. So go

ahead, get this design in your

business; they are powerful tools that

can be utilised in many, many areas and

will make sure that you'll have the

clarity about where you're heading in your

business and that business growth will

come for you.

I'm Sharon Jurd. I really appreciate

your time today listening and watching

me. If you think this video is of value

to your friends or your family or

colleagues, if it will be of value to them

please share it. I want to share my

message with as many people as I can and

and I need your help to do that.

Thank you. I really appreciate

your time. I'm Sharon Jurd and we'll talk

soon.

Before I held you, I didn't know That the world I was in Was this bright

I reached you with a small breath of life It's a love that called out to me fearlessly

I liked it so much Watching over you, my heart fluttering

Even when I was ridiculously jealous All of those ordinary moments

In the dark eternity In that long wait

Like sunshine, you fell down to me

Before I let go of you, I didn't know That the world I am in Was this lonely

Pretty flowers bloomed and withered here

The season of you will never come again

I started to become greedy

I wanted to live with you, grow old with you

Hold your wrinkled hands

And say how warm my life was

It was just one blessing

After that short encounter

You cried like the rain

I wanted to be happy for once

But that made you cry

Forget everything and move on

Because I will go to you

When your breath calls out to me again

I won't ever forget

Watching over you, my heart fluttering

Even when I was ridiculously jealous

All of those moments that you gave to me

Some day, we'll meet again

It'll be the happiest day
