Hey guys, I wanted to say

Good morning, and I also wanted to say thanks so much for all the feedback

I've been getting so many questions and comments and thoughts regarding these videos lately and I I love it.

I feel like I'm being helpful and being a service and and that's what I'm here for.

I love it and so I'm grateful for that, so I just wanted to say thank you and acknowledge that.

Today, I really wanted to talk about

something that's really important for all of us and that is stress.

How do I

Know if I'm really stressed? That might sound silly to some of you

but some people don't really know how do I know if I'm really stressed and if I am,

then what do I do about it?

So I have found in my experience that people that are experiencing high degrees of stress show two different types of behavior. Number one,

they think about all the time

And they're really lost in that space of thinking about it where they can't even get out of it.

It's just their main focus. You know when we are in pain

and our psyche focuses on pain.

So that's kind of where that obsessive thinking of the hamster on the hamster wheel comes from is that we literally if we don't.

Understand how or we don't have the tools we can't step out of that space. So you have one group of people that are always

thinking about it. Then I commonly see another group of people that avoid thinking and feeling anything about it.

Doing so they feel very helpless, they feel very frightened, they feel very powerless.

So they just avoid any type of

you know thought or feeling around the subject and they just they don't, they don't go there. So and either are

both are very painful. One is not better or worse than the other. There's just different ways that we express the experience.

So if you're thinking, okay, I identify with that

then perhaps

I am really stressed about something then what do we do about it?

The first question always ask yourself is what what can I change?

What about the situation in my life is changeable? Nine times out of ten there's at least some facet

you can change.

I haven't seen many cases

although there are some life circumstances at least for a period of time, where we can't change.

But you know usually there's there some aspect of it that we can change and if we can begin to change

what is within our control,

then we begin to feel more empowered. We begin to feel

more like we can take charge of our lives, and we don't feel so helpless.

If you are in a position where you truly can't change anything then the only place to go?

The most amazing place to go is are your thoughts and your feelings you know how we perceive something,

completely dictates how we experience it.

So if you're in a place where you can't

you know change something, then what you change is how you

perceive it. Now that takes practice and there are certain tools that we use and and all kinds of things like that,

but it is possible. I mean I'm living proof.

If I can change my thinking than anyone can change their thinking. But to be able to change,

how you experience something, is really the ultimate freedom. And once you begin to have those tools then it really doesn't matter

what things are like around you. I mean of course it matters to some degree,

but ultimately at the end of the day, how you perceive it is the litmus test to really how meaningful fulfilled you are.

So even if you're sitting there, and you're thinking gosh, Carrie

I really can't. There's a situation in my life, and I can't change it at all.

You absolutely still can change the way that you experience it by

being proactive and the tools that you learn and how you connect with yourself, so that's what I have for today.

The 4 Main Meanings of the word Crook English Teacher Mark's English Lessons Aussie Slang ESL EFL - Duration: 6:30.

Hey guys, how are you going? Freezing hey, absolutely freezing today. Today as promised

we are going to look at the word CROOK. There are 4 main uses of the word crook. Um yeah,

4 ones that we use commonly, there may be others but I wouldn't worry about them too

much, this is enough for now. So the first one crook, I'm crook, I'm sick,

I'm as crook as a dog, I feel crook in the guts, Oh my guts, my stomach, I feel crook

in the guts, yeah? You can also say, I'm feeling crook, yeah? My wife's crook, the kids are

crook, everyone's crook. Um, I've just written some notes, I'll just check I've got them

all here, Oh you can ask a question, Um," Are you feeling crook?" Sick, "are you feeling

sick?" Um, "Have you been crook," "Where have you been crook? Where have you been? Have

you been crook?" Yeah, so. Anyway that's the first one and I've written some notes for

you to look underneath the video, there's um, a comprehensive lot of notes, um so you

can check up on that as well. o.k? The second meaning is, um for a part of your body to not be working

well. So for example you could say, "I've got a crook back." which means I've got a

bad back. Yeah, or "I've got a crook knee, it's not good, it hurts in the cold. Maybe

like today, it's freezing, maybe your knee plays up in the cold, which means, If it plays

up it means, it doesn't work well, yeah, maybe, you've got arthritis or something, um, yeah,

so let me just check, other words that you can use instead of crook here are words

like dodgy which means not good and we'll look at in another lesson but you can say

I've got a dodgy knee or a dodgy back yeah or a dodgy ticker T I C K E R means "heart,"

I've got a dodgy ticker it means I've got a bad heart I've gotta be careful. Um yeah

or "bung," a very Aussie word, B U N G I've got a knee or I've got a bung leg, yeah, um yeah I've got some

sentences here for example, 'She's got a crook back, she shouldn't be lifting anything heavy.

O.k. So that's the second meaning for your body part not to be working well. The third meaning

can mean and this is not slang this is just a word um used as a noun, like he's a crook,

um like a criminal an untrustworthy person, you wouldn't trust them, yeah, so " Be careful

of that guy, he's a crook." For example, someone who's like does um yeah small crimes like

stealing and car theft they're a small time crook. Big, big time crook you know like mafia

type, type people, um, yeah really really bad dudes anyway, um, so yeah for example

um, "She was a crook, (past tense) she was a crook but she's changed now." And oh as

an adjective you can actually use it as an adjective that um for example he's crooked

which means he's he's not honest yeah, if you're straight, then this means that you

are um you're not dishonest, there'e another meaning but we won't go into that now, o.k.

Um the fourth meaning I've got here um this is very Aussie again and not not as common

as the others but it's still used a lot in Australia, if somebody goes crook on you they

get angry with you, so for example, "My mum went crook on me last night, my mum went crook

on me last night because I hadn't done my homework," yeah? Or "I'll get crook on you if you, um,

yeah, if you don't clean up your mess, so you can say, "on you, with you," um often,

more often on you, I'll get crook you, it sounds quite strange but it's just an expression

which means angry, so yeah you can say, "Dad went crook on me because I smashed his car,"

which my dad actually did go crook on me and fair enough I I smashed 2 of his cars and

blew up another motor, so he went crook on me and I I probably deserved that, sorry dad,

um, yeah, that was a long time ago, all is forgiven now. Um there is another meaning,

actually, I'll just give you the question for that, " Did your parents go crook on you

for getting home so late last night?" That's another way of saying get angry with you.

but there another word "crooked," which means not straight, yeah, for example here, you

can see here, I've drawn a crooked line, it's not straight and underneath a straight line

o.k? So that's a different meaning although in some ways it's similar isn't it? You could

have your hat on crooked, here it's on straight, hey man you recognise that? Or it can go on

crooked, yeah, maybe your collar is crooked, your shirts all crooked, um or a picture,

the picture's straight here now, let's bring that a bit closer for you, it's straight,

now it's crooked so you need to straighten up, it's crooked, now it's straight, crooked,

straight, o.k. um, that's it for today, I hope you learnt a lot, it's a well used word,

um worth learning all of those meanings because we do use it in many different ways, o.k.

Air Layering citrus tree - Duration: 13:53.

hi youtubers today I like to share with you anotherr air layering I did in

which I will also try to cover some of the comments I received in early air

layering videos and a few more tips which I have not included in my older

videos this air layering is done on 6th of January 2016 and it been removed and

planted after 2 month ok for air layering normally you require this tools

and materials cutting blade plant cutter stretch film electrical tape clear

plastic aluminium foil potting soil or sphagnum Moss my recommendation is to

use potting soil okay to start cut and stick half of wide of electrical tape to

one side of plastic film the wide in the length of the plastic film should be

selected based on how thick is the branch you want to air layer the bigger

the branch is the bigger should be the plastic film to prepare the soil press

and remove all the excess water from the potting soil which already you have put

in water and for easier operation make it to ball shape before I start I would

like to mention that you can press the CC icon to see the explanation in

writing too also if you like to translate this video in other preferred

language you can help me with that by sending the translation or follow the

links in description also you're welcome to share this video with other now put

the plastic film you prepared earlier around the place you want to air layer

and stick the other side of the plastic to the other half of the tape close the

down end of the plastic with electrical tape in my method in air layering I

tried to resolve name issues in air layering that's why I call it new method

in air layering in this method air layering can be performed in any part of

the tree and in any thickness even with very thick branches having said that one

can bypass all this steps and simply wrap the

plastic film around the section and fill it with soil and bypass all my steps but

if you practice the air layering you will find that my method helps a lot

that's why the whole system which I suggest makes thing easier even if you

don't have anybody to help you people use several different methods and invent

a different way of doing air layering some use plastic sleeves some uses

plastic bottles of different sizes some uses ready-made systems such as ball or

pot shaped system which available commercially and some prepare the

plastic films already filled with soil or must and they cut one side of it and

place it in the section the want to do the air layer in case of plastic sleeves

I find it limited for use in smaller branch which easily can be inserted from

the head of the branch of course if the branch is too long or have so many other

side branches then it is impossible to pass the sleeves air layering with

plastic bottles may give you the opportunity to do the air layering in

any section of the tree but if the section which needed to be air layered

is very thick like 6 centimeters and above then it cannot be easy

in regard to the ready commercially available systems and market the issue

is that they are costly to compare it with this system and they are not readily

available in everywhere cut around the marked place and pull the skin off the

cutting should not be too deep it should go only through the skin and the height

is about 5 centimeters trim both ends and scratch the place with blade gently

this is very important step and it should be done carefully if you don't do

this right the route may not appear and the tree will heal itself

going to force this tree from here to start routing

we're doing this because if you don't scratch it like that the tree can heal

normally it needs 45 days to three month but in some cases it's

ready even in one month

now cover it with aluminum foil

as it can be seen air layering which been done is ready with lots of thin and

thick roots cut the air layer from the bottom of the plastic and gently remove

the plastic be careful to not cut the roots one main thing that could fail the

air layering is how you do the cut and scratching the skin you should make sure

that the skin carefully scratched in order to not allow the section to repair

itself this will force the section to create roots

the other main reason for the air layer to fail is excess water that's why we

have to create a small cut under the plastic film this will ensure to remove

the excess water yet you have to check the air layer at least after one month

regularly to be sure that the roots are in good health and not started rotting

and the air layer is not transplanted in time the roots may rotten and die it

normally takes about three weeks to one month for the roots to get starred

developing in some cases even in as little as one month the air layer is

ready to be removed and planted once air layering is done normally it's not

needed to be watered again just need to be checked if it's time to be

transplanted the best time for air layering normally is in spring that the

plants are starting to grow rapidly however I have did air layering in other

seasons too and the result is very good but in spring the roots developed faster

what you should be careful is that if you do our layering in other season then

you should be careful that the air layer will not dry out from the dehydration

now place the root ball in the pot you have prepared earlier and gently fill it

with potting soil press it gently and water it place the tree in covered place

extra water may damage the roots so be careful to water the tree carefully

depending on temperature and weather condition

it is very important that once the air layer is removed and shifted to the

temporary place or pot is kept in shade and watered properly that means not too

much in not too less if you excess in giving water routes will not absorb all

the water and it will rotten if two less water is given then plants dies from

dehydration

that means we have early in the morning and we are on our way to another heli funfly

Today I am not alone, but I have here with me:

As you maybe remember, two years ago I was already visiting a Funfly in Turkey

Today we are not going to Yozgat

but it is more or less the same people

We are taking you today with us to Ankara! Enjoy!

Our golf luggage is nowhere to be seen, but we got a spare luggage here

it says: Mrs Frank, Mrs Zunterer

please preoceed to the Lost&Found Office

Cool! Who needs a heli if he has a freakin yellow luggage?

Now we will have a look if we can exchange it

against a pack of cookies or two helicopters

Well we look pretty wasted

After a long day...

A very long day... And why are we here

in the middle of a big city in a shopping mall

together with our personal bodyguard: Shugardaddy

They guy with golden Creditcard who is paying our Makeup

And why do we need new Makeup? Because our luggage

didnt make it to Ankara and is still in Munich

And we dont have ANYTHING but what we wear right now

This is why we are shopping now! We already bought

Deodorant, callus remover... just joking...

Now we bought some Makeup in order not to look like crap tomorrow

and then after 8 hours we will be hading for food

and then we are happy again :)

But just like our Shugardaddy said, we are now completely happy,

now that we have our drugstore items :DDD

He is also happy

and I guess his Creditcard is also very happy.... "Its glowing"

and then Dani and me realized that we need

at least a new TShirt tomorrow, as our actual clothes

are sweaty after the whole day of travelling

Number One is a Superman Glitter Shirt

and Number 2 we will wear tomorrow

it reminds us so much of today

that really fits because we had so much fun today

I think this is what we will wear tomorrow

Tomorrow we will enjoy a good breakfast

I will definitely sleep well (after my Mojito)

I will not use the Pay TV ^^

I don´t need that :p

So we will see us tomorrow

Yesterday we also did some flights

we also did a special flight behind the hangar for the presidents of the club

the we had some dinner

drank 1,2 beer

but then headed straight back to the hotel. We really didnt get much sleep in the last days

Now we hope that our luggage will not be lost in Munich AGAIN ;)

Although it wouldnt be THAT bad

as I dont have any heli evet planned tomorrow ;)

But it would be nice if everything would run and work smoothly

I will now go down for breakfast

then Sitki will come and bring us to the airport

which will be about 3-4 hours drive

but we planned everything so we have a lot of buffer time

so that i will not miss my flight again

as last time in Turkey ;)
