Waching daily Mar 13 2017

let's get a flat belly and not do a single

crunch sound, are you in?

Awesome, I'm Tracy and

welcome back to my channel we are going

to be doing a standing abs workout and i know you love

standing abs but if your new to my channel

Hello, i'm Tracy and I put out brand new

fitness wellness and lifestyle videos

every single week so make sure you

subscribe to my channel do that you never

miss a workout so let's get started with

this standing abs workout, guess what

you mean absolutely nothing

so you have no excuses come on let's go

ok let's started, just stand with your legs hip width apart

and just start by moving to ribs a little bit side to side

now you can do this seated on a chair if

you have a hard time and your hips start

moving naturally, maybe your Shakira, so you can just keep those hips still

I don't know what s wrong with me today. Good, so now let's do two on each side, so two and two

good, do we're just doing these dancer inspired

isolations with the ribs and these are so effective

create you know those lines, but it's really

important that you squeeze the belly into the spine

and back to single

good...two times and two, two

good, so now take your hands behind your head. I want you to kick your hip

and do a squeeze just on that one side

okay and squeeze it, this is working the

obliques here, you're definitely going to be feeling this

squeeze that it, and squeeze so if you feel like

you have any extra stuff on the side of your waist

this is your move

good and great, let's do that on the other side and squeeze and squeeze

I love standing abd so much because it

definitely excuse proofs your workouts

squeeze it and squeeze

that's it....good.... great we're gonna do two more

perfect. Good, so now we're gonna go hip up and hip up

now two times and up and up so we got a little dance

I'm kind of lifting my heel a little bit to

it makes it a little bit easier to get more motion good and

up perfect

great so now I just want you to have your hands interlaced with your fingers here

and your going to reach behind you, just reach back with a little bit of a lead

squeeze, ok and it's really important that we keep

the pelvis pointed straight forward, ok right to me because otherwise

you're not going to get that isolation

and that is really going to be working your torso

your reach that i'm also doing my wall

squeeze and squeeze

watch your finger good keep going

you've got it this actually feels really good on your back

ok good, so now what I want you to do is just stand here

you're going to pull in your abdominals as you do a little crunch

forward and then don't put your foot down on the ground, let's work your balance here

so we're working our core

so we're gonna squeeze with a little bit of a rounded position here. This is working those lower abs because were really

driving that knee up, okay

squeeze..you got it...squeeze

perfect and the other side, squeeze and squeeze

keep on going, that's it really draw that belly button into your spine

if you're not contracting those abs, guess what

your not working and I know them to work

just go elbows towards your hips here

really try to get as much motion going as possible

so don't cheat it like this

ok really move your waist

good, two more...and perfect good so now back to those ribs

you got it now double, double it up

perfect, go into your lean back and lean it back really pull in the belly

I know we look at little silly, but when you're really doing this and you're squeezing that belly

you're gonna feel the work

good, two more and other side, lean back good, really pull in your abdominals

keep those hips forward

it's so important that you squeeze the abs because otherwise you risk hurting your back a little bit

I know you don't want that

let's put those hands behind your head we're gonna

go up and up singles that really lift that hip

feel that squeeze

good you got it, now doubles double, now other side

double and double up, and it's fun, right? you can take this one to the dance club :-)

Tell them I sent you...actually don't

Scoop under, the same movements just picking up the pace

scoop and scoop really feel that this knee is lifting

because of your abdominals contracting whew...I'm loosing my balance

other side, and squeeze and squeeze come on, keep going, that's it

You did great, so I hope you

really felt that deep inner work that comes from

doing those standing abs exercises so

excellent for those of you who don't like doing

crunches, soI hope you loved it make

sure to give it a thumbs up leave me a

comment below subscribe to my channel

and i will see you next time

okay bye

Having a PET scan - Duration: 3:31.

My name's Eva and I'm here for a PET scan

today which I'm a bit nervous about. I go into

a big machine that I guess scans my brain today.

My name is Ilan Rabiner, I'm the

Chief Medical Officer at Imanova.

PET stands for positron emission tomography

it's a technique which allows

us to measure the concentration of

specific molecules in the brain. When we

inject the ligand into the participant, the blood stream

takes it to the brain, the molecule gets into

the brain and attaches itself to the

abnormal proteins and because

it's attached in a specific place in the brain

and then radiation is

emitted by the radioactive tag we capture that

radiation in the PET scanner and working

back we can see where the molecule that

we injected is and therefore where

the abnormal proteins are. On the scan day when you

come for an MRI try and make sure that

you don't have any metal on you that is

situated around the head, and that

can't be easily removed. So we will spend

some time before we start

by positioning them in the scanner, making

them as comfortable as possible

putting cusions and putting padded pads

under them so they are really

feeling comfortable once we

make them as comfortable as we can

we put some soft padding around the head to

help them keep still

we have a camera focused on the participant so if we

see that they're feeling

uncomfortable we'll come in and

we'll ask them if there's anything we can

do to make them comfortable.

We provide them with a button they can press that if

they're really feeling uncomfortable and they

want somebody to come in they can press

the button and one of our staff will come in

and find out if there's anything that we can do.

In this particular study we are measuring

the concentration of abnormal proteins

in the brain and in order to do that we

use a molecule which has high affinity

for these proteins that binds to them tightly and

in order for us to be able to see that

molecule we attach a small

radioactive tag to it. We have given you

a radioactive material and

although the doses are very very low and

there's no reason to keep

people isolated and not to see anybody,

because children are somewhat more

vulnerable to radiation, we wouldn't say

don't see your children or

your grandchildren but you know perhaps

for the first six hours after the scan ends try not to

stay with them for too long

for example having them sitting on your lap

or holding them for too long

it's okay to give them a hug, it's ok

to pick them up but if you're walking around

or holding them for two or three hours at a time

again it's probably safe but better safe than sorry.

#MarchSpecial - Get Closer with Yusnia Kurniasih - Duration: 2:55.

Fierce.

She's fierce. Not really, but yeah she's fierce.

But I'm happy because Yusi is like our mom here.

Yusi as Chief Compliance Officer, I can say that she has the rightest mind among us.

Yusi is our key when it comes to norms. She regulates my norms because I don't have any.

Yusi as compliance officer is a caring person. She's fun to talk to and you can talk about anything with her

either it is about works or even love. But one thing for sure, Yusi is really care about us and

she notices the differences in our background but she's completely fine with it.

And believe it or not, she holds our secret card so she's really dependable, reliable and trustworthy.

Yusi is mother for us. She can be fierce, she can be tender.

She can be really talkative but she also can be really quiet.

She's like a real mom. She wants us to work with rules and norms but still feel like we are one family.

We often say that she is our mother. I can tell her about anything and ask her suggestions

and she always gives something that calms me down because I tend to be panic.

So, Yusi always have a solution for everything.

Yusi is the mother to all of us!

While she is very idealistic, she still has the ability to embrace everyone.

I think she's the right person to be compliance officer.

She's our moral corridor. And why is that? It's just like what Teza said, people here are lack of morality.

And Yusi has become a pendulum that balances our eccentricity.

[ENG] 눈썹 그리는 법 #데일리 눈썹 | EYEBROW TUTORIAL | 리아샤 leeasha - Duration: 4:10.

Hi everyone. It's Asha!

Today's video is 'How to dothe brows'!

The brows were the hardest part when I first started makeup.

So I'm planning to solve many people's brow concerns with this Brow bar series.

The first thing you need is a brow pencil!

I prefer the ones with a thin pencil.

Because you can fill in the brows more precisely with a thin pencil.

so there will be less chance of failure when you first draw a guideline.

Next is a brow-cake!

One of the things that the beginners tend to forget is the skin underneath the brow hair!

Usually, people draw a guideline and fill it in with a pencil.

Sometimes, they don't fill the inside in perfectly and end up with imperfect brows.

When filling in the brows, this type of wide brush and a brow cake is the way to go!

So I tend to use a brow pencil and a brow cake together to fill in my brows!

If your brow hair is darker or lighter than your hair color,

you can decide whether you need a brow mascara or not.

Ok, then let's fill in the brows now!

I ALWAYS ! draw the bottom line first to start with.

You have to define the bottom line

This can prevent the too droopy, or too slanted brows.

This can prevent the too droopy, or too slanted brows.

Since I have a round face, I usually go for the standard brows with gentle arches.

I'm gonna draw a bottom line that goes up gently, then drops shortly.

Lightly grab a pencil and draw a sheer line at the bottom.

Then grab your pencil tighter, and draw a more defined line from the center to the front, then to the back.

After that, go straight up from the end of the pupil and pick the location of the arch.

Close the front part of the brow from the arch.

Then draw a line from the arch to the back of the bottom line to close the tail of the brow.

Check if the length of the brows matches from the nose line to the end of the eye.

Then let's fill it in!

Grab it very lightly and lightly fill inside.

If you grab it too tightly, you might end up with super thick brows

so just keep your hands in a natural position and be light handed.

Please be careful to not to touch the front part of the brows too much.

Ok, look straight in to the mirror with your chin up.

Can you see how the marked part isn't filled in completely?

Use a brow cake for this part and MAKE SURE you hold it gently and be light handed.

One you thoroughly fill it in, you will be left with a natural, but perfect brow!

How's it? Can you see the difference?

I'm gonna fill in the other side quickly.

I'm gonna start with the bottom line again.

Lightly fill in the bottom line of the front part first, then make sure it matches to the other side.

Follow the guideline and connect it straightly to the back to complete the bottom part.

Then draw an arch and close top part and the tail of the brow again.

Check if the length of the brows matches from the nose to the end of the eye.

Then lightly fill inside.

Put your chin up to check the sparse area.

Then naturally fill inside with a brow cake to finish off!!!!

I'll see you again with another useful video!

Till the day I become my own muse, bye!

5 early symptoms of kidney stones you should know - Duration: 2:02.

Kidney stones build up silently without causing any symptoms in the initial stages.

According to Dr Avinash Ignatius, senior consultant nephrologist at DaVita Nephrology, Pune people

who have smaller kidney stones may not even realise it because the stones readily make

their way through the ureter without causing any symptoms.

He discusses the following symptoms of kidney stones that may begin to appear as they increase

in size.

5 early symptoms of kidney stones you should know

Back and groin pain.

Kidney stones are generally associated with severe pain on the sides and at the back,

precisely below the ribs.

The pain may be felt in the belly area initially and as the stones move down the ureter, pain

may be felt in the lower abdomen and groin area.

Men may feel pain in the testicles as well.

Women may feel increased pain at the time of menstruation.

The pain usually occurs with fluctuating intensity and may last upto 5-15 minutes.

Pain while urinating.

With larger stones, passage of urine may get partially blocked as they pass through the

ureter.

This causes pain in the pelvic region and near the urinal opening.

Abnormal urine colour.

The stone may damage the ureter lining and tissues, causing bleeding.

Depending on the intensity of bleeding, the urine may appear cloudy, pink, red or dark

brown in colour.

Nausea and vomiting.

These symptoms if followed by acute pain in the lower abdomen and back, chills and fever

should be immediately addressed.

It could help in the early diagnosis of kidney stones.

Persistent urge to urinate.

When the stones begin to increase in size, they interfere with normal urine flow due

to obstruction.

Without complete expulsion of urine, a constant urge to urinate may be felt.

This also causes frequent urination as the bladder does not get completely evacuated.

How to Use: Yet Another Mail Merge - Duration: 14:09.

- Cameron here to give you the real-life examples

and walk-throughs on Yet Another Mail Merge,

and how you can use it in your business.

So the first thing we're gonna do to get started,

if you don't already have Yet Another Mail Merge

installed, is you're gonna need to go to Google

and just Google Yet Another Mail Merge.

Da da da, who'd have thought?

So we click this top link here, this chrome.google one,

and what you need to do is just click the

install button right here.

This is basically a plug-in for Google Sheets

is what it is, so it'll just instal this

in the background of your Google Sheets.

That's how it works.

Now in terms of pricing, there is a free option available

which lets you send 50 emails a day.

So every 24 hours you can send 50 emails.

So if that's enough for you, then that's fine,

you can just do the click instal and get going.

If you think you're gonna want to send

a few more emails than that, then you're gonna need

to look at some of their premium options.

Now funnily enough, these guys, although

their product is amazing, their sort of process is terrible

for giving them money, it's really difficult

to find out how to upgrade and pay for your thing

from outside the plug-in itself.

The easiest way I've found is to Google

Yet Another Mail Merge pricing,

and then scroll all the way down to the bottom here,

and you're looking for this support.yetanothermailmerge.com.

You just click that, scroll down again and click pricing.

There we go, wasn't that simple?

Not really. (laughs)

So as you can see, you can email 50 recipients

every day for free or they've got

business accounts and consumer accounts.

Now their consumer accounts are meant for

just individual people, that lets you email

up to 400 people every 24 hours,

or you've got business accounts which, you know

whata business is, which is us, and that

basically lets you send up to 1,500 emails a day.

Now the smallest package here is $24.

It basically lets you send 1,500 emails a day

from one Google account.

So for example, Cameron@EntrepreneursCircle.org

can send 1,500 emails a day.

Now this is $24, not monthly, this is billed annually,

$24 a year, kind of crazy, excellent value. (laughs)

But this is just for one Google account.

So if you want more than one person in your business

to be able to do this, to be able to send

emails from them, then you obviously want the

Enterprise or Enterprise+ option here.

That gives you 1,500 emails a day from

an unlimited number of users.

So I think we're Enterprise+ just because

we wanted that extra little support if we needed it

and it's only $500 for the year.

Either way, all you do is you put your Google account

email address in here, or the domain in here,

and you basically click purchase and it all syncs up nicely

so it's very easy to do.

So let's actually use Yet Another Mail Merge, shall we?

So how this works is through Google Sheets, okay?

And it links in with the Gmail.

So to get to Google Sheets obviously you just

click this little box even here,

and you want to click on the Sheets icon here

which will take you to an untitled spreadsheet, hmm.

Now let's give it a name, let's call it

Wednesday's Email because why not?

And what you want to do in this sheet here

is import the contacts and any merge fields

that you want to send your email to.

So I think I've got mine here, there we go.

So I've just done first name, last name, email,

but if you wanted to merge different fields

you could have one for location or age or product

or whatever you want in here as well.

So as many fields as you like.

So I've just used a couple of my colleagues

so that I don't send any unwanted emails to

any of our precious list.

Now what we're gonna do now, now that we've got

our list imported, is we're going to write the email

that we want to send to them.

So to do that you need to go into a Gmail inbox

and basically just click Compose an email

as you would normally.

So here's what we're gonna do, we're gonna leave the

To box blank and then we're gonna

put our subject in the box.

For this one we'll say, "Why hello there!"

Obviously, use whatever subject line is relevant or good,

that is not a particularly good one.

I don't know, maybe we should test it.

We'll see, we'll see live right now in this demonstration

if it's a good subject line.

So then I'm just gonna write, "Hi."

And now I want to merge my first name into this field.

So if we go to our spreadsheet you can see

the first name column here, it's called First Name.

So all I do if I want to merge that, I use

a couple little syntax here, and then I just write

First Name, so it's exactly the same

First Name, First Name, as it's written here.

If this was FirstName without a space

then I would not put a space in here, okay?

It needs to be exactly the same.

So I say, Hi First Name, I just wanted to say hello.

How are you doing? I miss you.

From Cameron, with a smiley face, because why not?

So obviously this would be an actual useful email

and not just a test subject and email like this.

This would be a very strange email to send

to your customers or your prospects.

But we're just testing it for now.

So you basically you write the email as you would in here.

You can put as many merge fields as you want in here.

So I can put another first name in here if I wanted to,

I could put a surname in here, I could put

any other fields I want in here just using the

same formula so it's just a little syntax,

column, header, and then close syntax there.

So once that's done, we leave the recipients box,

the To box, empty, and we basically leave that there

so that it becomes a draught in our Gmail account.

We come back to our spreadsheet,

make sure all the data is correct.

Now what we're gonna do is we're gonna click on this little

Add-ons box here and you'll see everything

should instal properly and Yet Another Mail Merge is here.

Ooh, hover over that, we can see here

all these different options.

So here we can start a mail merge, you can

import contacts if you want if they're in

Google or if you use Salesforce,

you can import your contacts directly here.

You can check your quota for the day,

those 1,500 or 15 or four, whatever package you've got

and how many emails you can send a day.

You can also upgrade your quota from here.

This is much easier to do than that whole

convoluted way we did it earlier.

So let's go ahead and start mail merge,

and what this does is it just loads up,

da da da, the little Yet Another Mail Merge box for us.

So here we go, I can still email 1,500 recipients a day.

Now it automatically detects which column emails is

so it is in column C, column C.

If that's wrong you can always just change it here.

Now you can change to sender name if you like.

It will still come from your email address so

I could put from Sarah at the EC if I wanted to but

it would still come from Cameron@EntrepreneursCircle.org

and all the replies would come to me and stuff.

You can use this, we like to keep it as

realistic as possible so we leave this blank.

And then here you've got Email Template.

So here, da da da da, oh my goodness, so these are

all the draught emails I have in my inbox,

and they all get pulled through here

and this is the one we were working on, why hello there.

So I click that and that is the email

that we're going to use.

Now if you want to be a bit more creative with your emails,

you can click this button here to browse email templates

and Yet Another Mail Merge have actually got

a few snazzy-looking templates if you're

into more of like a newsletter kind of vibe,

a bit more graphical, then you can do it this way.

Obviously we prefer plain text emails,

plus they're proven to convert better.

So why would you do anything else?

So, why hello there, we choose our email here.

And then obviously we want to make sure we track the emails

opened, clicked, or bounced,

we want to make sure that's ticked there.

And then if you want you can set up a different

reply to address, you can set up different attachments,

different filters, all sorts of stuff there if you want.

Now I always like to send a test email first

because I like to know that my first name field's

gonna merge otherwise it makes us look a bit stupid.

So you just click that, send me a test email,

(pop) there we go.

So we can check our inbox for that, da da da,

(gasp) and look, here we go.

So what it does is it pulls the name from the

first one down, so in this case it's Joanne,

so this says Hi Joanne, I just wanted to say hello,

how are you doing Joanne, I miss you, from Cameron.

Aw, isn't that nice?

So that's all good, I'm happy, the merge is working.

I can either send the emails now or I can send them later.

I'm gonna send them now.

Depending on the number of emails you've got

this can take up to like a minute.

All emails have been sent, little palooza, sweet.

Okay, now, as you can see here, what it's done

is it's add a new column here called Merge status

and it tells us here that all of the emails

have been sent.

And if you hover over them it actually tells you

when they were sent, exactly what's going on.

Now it's also opened up this tracking report here.

So this tells us how many of our emails have been opened,

how many have been clicked, how many have bounced

and how many you have sent.

So eight have been sent, all 100% there.

But opened, none, none, you can see it

filters them all out there.

So now, ooh (gasps), oh my God, Lisa Sergeant

just opened her email, ooh, did you see that?

How exciting is that? (gasps)

Oh my God, Paul Finnegan just opened his email.

So as people open the emails, and as I've said

in this little intro there, you can see in real time

people opening their email.

If I put a link in, I should have put a link in the email,

but it says email clicked and it goes a

darker shade of green.

So this is really great if you want to...

Oh my God, Emma just opened her email, oh it's exciting.

This is the best thing about Yet Another Mail Merge

is getting excited seeing your marketing emails

get opened in real time, wow.

It's really great for follow-up, obviously,

if you want to follow up with people

if you send and email about a quote or something,

this is a great way, oh Rob opened his email. (laughs)

Because if you've got their phone number in here as well

you can basically call someone as soon as

they've opened your email or a minute after

so you know that you're sort of top of mind

and they know who you are an all that stuff.

If you were at the last national, Nigel was

talking about how important it is to follow up

with people and call them as quickly as possible

after they do something, so this is a great

example of how you can do that.

I like to test it to see who's checking their emails

at work and who's not.

So for example, Nathan Bradley, I bet,

will be the last one to open his email

because he's terrible at opening his emails. (laughs)

So this is Yet Another Mail Merge.

It's really really cool.

It just works so well because it's coming from

your Google account and not from a CRM system,

so a lot of email providers basically automatically

whitelist and let in Gmail emails because

a lot of people use Gmail for personal things

so it's sort of like a mini loophole in the system

of email deliverability.

So your email won't get swept up in any spam philtre

or anything because it is a real email

from a real person, because it is.

So it just helps with that little bit.

Deliverability, it looks like a real email,

it looks personal so it looks like you've

actually written it, it doesn't look like it's automated.

The more personal an email feels and looks,

the more effective it's gonna be because

people think it's for them, so that's all good.

You can actually follow up directly in

Yet Another Mail Merge, you can actually send another email.

You can follow up email to people who

have opened your email or people who haven't opened it

or to everyone if you want.

So you just click the Follow-up button,

it'll add a new merge status column here

and you can basically send another email

whenever you like to whatever people

and whatever group of people you want.

So that's Yet Another Mail Merge, it's super cool,

Having a MRI scan - Duration: 3:35.

Well I must admit I feel a little nervous about

having an MRI scan today because

there's quite a bit of hefty machinery involved,

large magnets

and I've been warned about not wearing any metal

in case it gets stuck to it and I'll be lying down with a head mask over my

face I believe, having to keep still for about forty-five

minutes or so, so certainly something quite new to say the least.

Having read up the notes earlier I think the

things I'm most apprehensive about are the amount

of noise involved and having to wear ear plugs

and to lie very still for a long period of time

and just trying to keep

calm and let the professionals lead me through the process really.

You need to take everything off

apart from your underpands and your socks

everything else, glasses,

all needs to come off

pop the pyjamas on, when you're ready

just come back out and we'll go through for the scan.

I'm Clare Mackay, I'm a professor of imaging neuroscience

and I'm leading the

magnetic resonance imaging part of the Deep and Frequent Phenotyping study.

An MRI scan is a way of using a big

magnet and some radio waves to obtain

beautiful pictures of the inside the

brain. It's particularly important

for dementia research because it gives us pictures

of the brain that show whether there are any

cells have been lost and importantly

where in the brain those cells might have been lost.

So when you go into an MR scanner, as well as going into the tube

you'll have something put over your face

that might look a little bit frightening at first

but there's plenty of gaps in it so that

you can see outside.

This thing is called a head coil and that's necessary because

that's the piece of apparatus that picks up the signals

that we're wanting to measure that

make up a brain scan.

Having an MRI scan wasn't as daunting as I thought perhaps it might have been at the start

It's certainly a bit unusual being asked to sit down and

lie down inside this tube

for three-quarters of an hour or so and

there's quite a lot of banging noise so I'm very pleased to have

the earplugs that they gave me.

Once you're lying down in position and

get used to the fact you're going to be like

that for some while it isn't actually too claustrophobic at all.

So if somebody's thinking about having an MRI scan and

they might be a little bit apprehensive

I would always encourage people to get

in touch with the clinic or the study

coordinator who will be able to give them any

information that they would like ahead

of coming in to the scanner,

and after the scan if people have any concerns or

worries about the scan that they've had they are always

welcome to get in touch with us.
