Waching daily Mar 13 2017

Hi to you all, blue souls! Welcome to this new vlog!

Today I want quickly introduce you the second artist who we did the second collaboration of the #Artception project with!

Yeah!

Her name is Valentina, she's a very talented graphic illustrator who's studying at a drawing and animation accademy in Florence

so I'm making this video to introduce her to you, to let you know about...

to give you a feedback, to let you know about her style, her way of drawing etc

Valentina has immediately been very kind and available to us

I asked her if she had wanted to represent in her way, with her sensibility and her style our first four songs from the new EP

so Agape, Le Mie Ossa Sono Onde, Carnelian and... our next single which I don't reveal you the title of yet!

She was immediately happy about this proposal, so she accepted and this week the first illustrations came to us and... wow!

They're a bomb and we can't wait to share them with you

Valentina has a very original style. It is very creative and "hers". She hit me almost immediately because...

she's got a FB page called "valevalevale" which she posts some of her studies and works on while studying at her accademy, at her animation's school and...

I was surprised by the way she draws 'cause it's comic style yet very elegant, but most of all she confronts herself with a great multifacetedness of subjects:

many girls, a great attention to the study of the body and of their features (human features most of all), but concisely...

she goes from black girls to asian-like girls, from very shapely ladies to very slim ones, from somehow fantasy-like subjects to very realistic ones.

There are videogames' remakes, so characters looking like videogames' ones in their features, but also...

I don't know, like, there was a drawing of a carp practically drawn in an oriental style...

so, in conclusion she's really... multifaced. That's the adjective I think describes her work at best.

If I made you curious - and you can see while I'm talking some of her beautiful illustrations with all the colors, techniques used, studies etc -

I warmly suggest you to visit her FB page "valevalevale", which you can find the link of here in the description box below

On Wednesday we'll share on our FB page her first work inspired to "Agape" and I really can't wait to show you what this song inspired to her, what suggested her, so...

just, let's wish her the best! In the end this Artception project was born with this exact purpose:

to support us each other, to make possible for artists putting their heart in what they do to collaborate with other artists and so work together,

both crafting something original and letting the audience of one another know about both artists' art...

(Italian joke about a plural - wowowo I'm so nice! ... )

Hope I made you curious even just a bit

I then remind you that this is the last week to submit our contest, our give away to win a very original custom Caelestis plectrum

made out of maple's wood, brass and has an amazing heart of abalone.

For the ones of you who still haven't taken part to the give away, you can click on our facebook page /caelestisofficial, find the post fixed on top

and just follow the easy instructions to submit.

Next Monday we'll make a "lottery draw" through a software selecting a name among the participants randomly - so that we can ensure the total objectivity of the process - so... good luck!

Meanwhile I send you a kiss, a blue hug and see you soon.

I recommend, do not forget that on Wednesday will post Valentina's first artwork and along the week you'll find some photos I shot during the first #Artception collaboration

the one with Nabil, Elena, Roberto and Jack.

If you're an artist who likes the idea to collaborate with us to create something magic and creative, write to us on our FB page,

leave us a contact here in the comment section below or send us an e-mail to caelestisofficial@hotmail.it. We're waiting for you!

Thank you, blue souls! That's all for today! I send you a kiss, a blue hug and see you soon, #stayblue! Bye!

De Tour Con Ali - Puerto Rico Tours with Alicia - Duration: 3:11.

Gloria!

Hola.

Chicken, pork - pork?

(orders lunch in Spanish)

My name is Alicia, I'm going to be your tour guide for the day

welcome to my office!

One of the things

I enjoy about being a tour guide for Puerto Rico,

in short terms

you can be the mostest of the hostess.

In this one hundred by thirty-five island

I can take you in a two-hour drive

from a beautiful luscious rainforest

to a dry forest, sand dunes, cactus, you know

you're going to experience culture, you're going to

experience folklore, you're gonna for sure

learn how to dance salsa by the time you're done with me.

That's really what I like about just expressing

and showing off what my culture is.

Hot sauce to burn your nose hairs!

Smell!

The one thing that most people

don't know about Puerto Rico is that we

are U.S. citizens. Everybody thinks that

we're like this third-world country but

we are just a U.S. territory in the

middle of the Caribbean.

Best of every world.

(smacking noises)

See the similarity?

It's not just the biodiversity that you can find here,

it's that as you go around it you fall in

love with us.

(sings) Pam-pa-dam-pam, pam-pa-dam!

You could actually do weights with it.

What is the favorite thing I like about

this stuff - pick your fruit, put it in the osterizer,

blend it in, mix it with

coconut water or milk and you got

yourself an organic smoothie.

These are just like your tour guide, a little bananas!

Nobody ever goes hungry

when you come to La Frutera Flores in Luquillo.

It's the music, it's the food, it's -

you get off at a gas station

and people see that you're a tourist,

that you're not a local and they

want to come and cater for you and and

that's just who we are!

It's part of our culture, we want to make

you feel right at home so you always

come back.

I've been tour desk, front desk, concierge...

I just realized that

life is better on the other side of the desk.

So, I took on this mission.

I say, give me six hours.

Give me six hours, I will show you

the historical sites, why we're called

Puerto Rico - beaches, rivers, caves, food,

music, culture, rum, dancing, the whole thing!

This is where you can get local beer at

local price, dressed like a bride.

Let me show you what that means.

Believe me, trust me - by the time you get off my van,

you're going to turn into a Puerto Rican.

So you've got the GoPros, if you've got the

nice cameras if you want to run all the

off-the-beaten path places, if you want to become

a Puerto Rican, don't forget to find me -

Alicia.

Come! Let me show you more of my Puerto Rico.

So many craft supplies! | Creativation 2017 | @laurenfairwx - Duration: 8:30.

So today is my first day at Creativation

in Phoenix, Arizona! I'm about to head over

and get my badge and I'm so excited to see

what they have!

I've heard so many good things about

this event and I am so excited that they

invited me to go and check everything out!

There's a really really beautiful view

of Phoenix out my window and it looks

like a beautiful day so I can't wait to

get started. I just think it's gonna be

really cool. I'm going to end up so

inspired to make things and i'm going to

take you along with me so I hope you

enjoy it!

So I've just reached the Maker Space here

at creative vacation this is a spot

where all these different brands come

and they bring a project and teach you

how to make it so I'm going to be making

project with Therm-o-web this morning so

far I haven't had a chance to look

around this place yet but there are so

many huge amazing booths filled with craft

supplies and I cannot wait to just dive in

and go look at everything. I'm having

to hold in my excitement a little bit just so

I can remain professional and it's

gonna be so fun! I cannot wait to see

everything. It's beautiful in here. This

is like a maker's paradise.

So this is what I made with my first make and take!

it's a card with some foil detailing on

it and some mixed media tape that I

hand-painted.

I am about to do a class with

Brother sewing! All my sewing machines are Brother so this has been

very exciting for me - I cannot wait - we're going

to make a little zip pouch! I've never done

vinyl and I've never done zippers

so it's going to be great.

So I finished the bag! It's a little

zipper bag and I put some scissors on it so I can use it for

sewing materials, there's a little zipper pull.

It came out so cute! I had

never used zippers or vinyl before and I

am not as intimidated.

I'm very excited to try this out at home and

make a whole bunch of these bags. It was

super easy.

I've just been having the most wonderful time at C reativation. There are so many

brands all set up with these amazing

booths full of supplies and projects that you can do

and I've been meeting everybody and

everyone's so nice and so excited about what

they're making and selling and I just am

right at home here and I can't wait for

more! I'm going to keep walking around

and saying hi to everybody and seeing what

I can see! I've got a huge huge bag full of

samples and catalogs and business cards! This has

been so fun.

The lovely Amy Tangerine is signing her book

for me which I'm very excited about. I

just found out that she's here and if you have

not seen her videos you need to check

them out because they're beautiful and

wonderful. Amy makes me want to make

things constantly. She's so creative and

so wonderful.

It's been an amazing day so far at Creativation, I am heading back to

my hotel room right now to get ready for

tonight and to get some dinner and we're going

to a fashion show and that should be

pretty fun. My feet are so tired but I met

so many great people today and it's

really amazing being in a room with that

many creative people - you really can tell

that everyone is on the same page and I

very much am enjoying it.

I get another wonderful day tomorrow

and don't have as many things on my schedule

tomorrow so I can kind of just wander

around and do what I want. Ah!

It's been good so far.

Look at this view! I just got back to my

hotel room after the end of our first

day. There was a really fun after party

at this cool little warehouse restaurant place

and there was a fashion show and I met a

bunch of really nice people and it was

pretty fun! I ended up taking a really great

ride back with a woman who grew up in

Stockholm and she was super friendly and

really interesting talk to and yeah! So it

was a... was a good night!

I am so tired. I'm gonna be up bright and early

tomorrow morning for another day of

really cool stuff. If tomorrow is anything

like today it's going to be a really good

day. Goodnight!

So I just went over to this booth that's

been busy all weekend. They finally had

an opening so I could make this little wooden

cross stitch necklace. I love this!

One of my favorite things that I've seen

so far at this conference is a lot of

people who are creating craft projects

for in between super old and super young

I feel like a lot of crafts are really

old-fashioned and outdated and a lot of

crafts are geared towards really small

kids. Being in the middle of those two

groups has left me to be extra

creative in the way that I create

projects but I am definitely happy that

there are some brands out there that

are making some really cool indie craft

kits and craft projects and really cool

materials for the in-between crowd.

Also the other thing about this event

that is killing me a little bit is that

I can't buy any of this stuff! They aren't

selling any of these craft supplies, any

of this equipment, it's all just for people

who have stores. I keep looking at all

these samples and I just want - I want to

buy them. I know that's not the point of this

event but as a crafty person who does

not personally own a retail shop, I would

like to buy all of these craft supplies. Right now.

This has been an amazing couple of days

I have been having so much fun! I'm

going home feeling so inspired, I've met

so many incredible passionate creative

people

I'm very very happy that they sent me

here because this has been so so cool.

There Are No More Bad Days - Duration: 6:09.

Welcome to Network Marketing Pro.

My name is Eric Worre and today, I want to teach you how to turn your worst day into

your best day.

And that sounds strange, right?

You have these bad days.

How can a bad day become a good day.

I first heard this concept of turning your worst day into your best day from Tony Robbins.

And then I was reminded of it by my good friend Jeff Roberti, and I realized it has happened

so many times in the course of my career, especially in the network marketing business.

We can have some bad days, right.

We deal with some rejection, we deal with some heartache, we deal with some disappointment.

How do you take that and what do you do with it?

To try and illustrate this, this lesson to you, this concept to you.

I was early on in my profession, I had been involved for just a few months and I finally

got up the courage to call somebody on my chicken list.

This person was somebody I really respected, he played professional football for the Minnesota

Vikings.

He actually gave me some pointers and tips on how to play football, when I played in

high school and went to our church.

And I just idolized this guy, he was bigger than life.

And I was scared to death to call him.

I knew he was entrepreneurial in addition to his professional football career.

But who was I, I was 22 years old, 23 years old at the time.

To call him and try and see what I could do.

So I mapped it out in my head, I am sure you have had this experience.

I mapped that out in my head and I thought about it.

And at the time I was working in a little real estate office.

So I waited until everybody was gone in the office.

And I dialed 6 numbers and hung and I dialed 6 numbers and hung up.

Like over and over and finally I just said, "Just do it."

And in my mind here is what was going to happen.

Someone else was gonna answer.

"Hello."

And I was gonna say is the person I am calling, are they available.

"Yes they are.

Hold on one second."

Clop, clop, clop clop.

They would walk away.

The person would come and he would say, "Hello this is so, and so.

Can I help you?"

Right.

So that was what was going to happen in my mind.

And then I had my little script in front of me, of what I was gonna say.

Well here's what happened.

This person, his name is Wally, this person answered on the first ring.

Ring.

Boom.

"Hello."

And I was like, "Uhhhhh."

Just totally panicked, my mind left my body.

I couldn't put good, coherent sentences together.

I was like stumbling, "Uh, uh, uh, uh.

I'm involved in this thing.

Um um um.

My dad and his partner are involved and they are successful, um, um, um.

Maybe you could look at this.

You are so powerful, you are so amazing.

Um, um, um."

And he just said, "Eric, stop.

I am not interested.

No one in my family will ever be interested.

90 days from today, you will no longer be doing this little project of yours.

You will have moved on to other things.

Don't call me at home about business."

And hung up.

BOOM.

I don't know if you have ever had this kind of experience.

That person, that you, just idolized, just absolutely crushed you.

Well that's what, he crushed me that day.

Have you ever felt a day, that when like gravity is multiplied?

At first I was mushed down, face down onto the desk, and then eventually I slumped down

onto the ground and I remember my face down into the carpet, thinking, "Who am I trying

to kid anyway? who am I?What is this?

Yes it's probably silly."

And all these thoughts are going through my mind.

And I laid there for maybe ten minutes.

And here's when that worst day, at that moment it was my worst day.

Here's when that worst day became my best day.

I got mad.

laid there thinking, "You know what, who is he?

It took guts for me to make this call.

It took guts for me to pick up the phone.

And he should know that, that took courage for me to do.

At the least he should have had compassion on me, and should have been kind in the process,

cause somebody believed in him, when he didn't believe in himself."

And I got mad.

And that moment, I wrote his name on my the top of my legal pad, and I was a big legal

pad guy for many many years.

And I underlined a couple of times and I said, "I will not allow him, his opinion of me,

his opinion of my decision to be reality.

I will not allow it."

So that day became my best day, because guess what, 90 days later I wanted to quit, but

I couldn't because I couldn't let him be right.

I got mad and I went to work.

Ok.

So that day kind of was important for me.

Probably a better day than if he said yes and joined my business.

For sure a better day, because it caused me to take action, that I wouldn't have taken

otherwise.

It caused me to solidify my decision.

Right.

So that day, that worst day became one of the best days of my life.

The Future is TERRIFYING!! || Maddie vs. The Future - Duration: 4:44.

Hey there!

Are you willing to take advice about the future from a girl in a Deadpool t-shirt who doesn't

know what she's doing with her future?

Let's find out!!!

I'm about to enter a new chapter of my life.

I have to go get a real job in the real world that's not hopefully minimum wage but we'll

see!

I'm no longer going to have the security of school that's going to be like "Oh you just

don't have to worry about this for a couple more years!

You're good."

No!

We are on the weeks and hours and the days.

We're getting to the wire!

Is any of this freaking me out?

Mmm yeah.

Just a tiny bit.

Because you see, growing up I was always that kid.

You know, the kid that everyone hated in class because they were always the ones that went

"Oh teacher!

Did you forget to pick up the homework because I did all of it, even for next week!"

Did not have very many friends in school.

But as that kid, I always had the perfect life plan.

Up until about, mmm, the last week of senior year of high school, whenever someone asked

me what I was going to do with my life, I always had the same line for them.

YOUTUBER!

No. *laughs* I always said I'm going to be a pediatrician

at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Like that was always how exact my life plan was.

Not only did I have my career, but I also had the location and also the location of

the location like....

I'm definitely on a much different path then I thought I would be when I was eight years

old, but I do not regret it.

I love what I'm doing.

I'm very happy where I am with my life.

But...now I'm just constantly worried about my future because I don't have that exact

plan.

So yeah.

I'm honestly very scared right now.

But I feel like that's the case for a lot of people, especially a lot of people in my

position where we're graduating in two months and there's no jobs for us...it's a thing

that happens.

But here's the thing too, the future is inevitable.

Which I know a lot of people don't want to think about it, but let's think about it.

Let's just think about the possibility of the future going to happen no matter what

you do.

I mean as much as I would rather just lay in bed and play Pokemon all day to avoid thinking

about the future.

I can't 'cause I have to work to get that better future because, again, the future is

inevitable and there's nothing I can do to stop it but there's something I can do now

which is be proactive about it and be optimistic.

Because I am optimistic about my future, okay, even though I'm terrified of it, I'm just

terrified about messing it up.

It's the fear of uncertainty and the fear of okay what if I jump off the diving board

and it turns out the pool is not there and they drained it for a skate park and there's

no water there to catch me...what happens?

If you're like me and you're kind of anxious about the future for whatever reason, I have

some advice for you but I also need the advice myself so let's just help each other out here.

First off, be proactive about it.

Whether it's applying for internships, applying for jobs, asking other people for advice.

Just take a step forward with it.

Don't just lay in bed and play Pokemon even though it's super super great and it's super

super tempting to do.

Don't do that.

My other piece of advice for you is to not worry about it, which is a dumb piece of advice

but hear me out!

What I'm saying is that you can't spend your entire life worrying about the future.

We established that the future is inevitable so if you spent your entire life worrying

about the future, you're not going to have a life.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is stay in the present.

Do what you gotta do now, either be proactive about it or take mental days off.

But don't spend too much mental time in the future and don't spend too much of your mental

time in the past either, trying to relive something that already happened.

No you are in the present, right now, live your life as you're doing right now.

And if your life right now is laying in bed and playing Pokemon...great!

I'm a little jealous.

And I guess my third piece of advice is kind of crappy piece of advice but everything works

out.

If there is anything I've learned in my short life, why am I doing this?

Am I Buddha now?

Is that everything happens for a reason.

For example, if you don't get into the school that you really really wanted to go to, even

though that's really really terrible it's still might open an opportunity for you to

go to another school that you didn't really like as well at first, but you end up loving

once you get there.

Just take every opportunity that you get and try to do your best at it.

And if you don't succeed at it, no sweat!

It's going to work out in the end.

Just be optimistic, don't worry about it too much, let life happen.

Stay in the present!

Which is surprisingly hard advice, but it's the only advice this girl in a Deadpool t-shirt

has to give you.

But thank you for watching my video!

What are some of your anxieties about the future?

Or if you don't want to share that, don't blame ya.

What's some advice that you have for people like me who are very anxious about the future

and could really use some words of encouragement right now.

Leave your comments down below and I will see you guys in the future!

Look!

We tied it back around to the theme.

That's...way to go, me!

Why I chose a care in health care | Lori Matich, BSN RN - Duration: 1:10.

I think it goes back to my childhood.

There was never a time that I can

remember that I didn't want to be in

health care.

I didn't know what capacity that would

be until I went to college, but I always

knew that I wanted to care for people.

And I loved science and I loved that part

behind it, but I also love the compassion

that comes with nursing. And I always

gravitated towards kids for some reason.

I just love children and I think that if

we can make a difference in children's

lives then that, you know goes even into

their adulthood and, you know, I have

three kids of my own that I pride myself

that you know I've so far turned them out

into the world as you know adults that

contribute to society. And I think that

we can make a difference in kids' lives

you know even when they're here for such

a short time with us in the hospital.
