♪ ♪

I'm Rikalize Reinecke, I'm 14 years old.

I live in South Africa, Pretoria.

My farm, I live with my father and my mother,

and then my little brother Gertladewyk.

My brother takes care of the wild animals.

It brings me into the nature,

and I feel happy when I'm feeding them.

We have 13, 14 impalas.

And we have around about five nyalas.

And I designed and built the aquaculture and aquaponics farm.

Let me show you.

After I watched the movie "Dolphin Tale,"

I was so inspired I wanted to become a marine biologist.

But then I realized I can't become a marine biologist

because over ten years there won't be enough fish

in the sea left.

Then I decided I needed to do something to that problem.

Aquaculture is basically fish and water.

So it would be a system with filters that filter the water

so the fish can stay in that water.

I first started with the fish, but then I decided

to do aquaponics, which is plants and water and then fish.

And the water that I use from the aquaculture

I can actually reuse in the aquaponics

because the waste of the fish can be reused as fertilizer

so that the plants can grow.

So the fish is feeding the plants.

What the plants do is to help to filter my water

so that the fish can grow faster.

So how it works here is the plant is planted

in little buckets.

The roots will grow through the little bucket spaces,

and then this little bucket will just hang in this pipe,

and the water will just flow through the pipe.

And then the plants, it's an extra filter system

so that the water can be clean for the fish.

I have around about 17,000 fish.

And in a year, it can produce almost three tons of veggies.

The taste is so much better than any other veggie

that you have ever tasted.

Because they are 100% organic with no growth hormones.

This is "spinosie" in Afrikaans, but in English it's "spinach."

Over here is strawberries.

In Afrikaans it'd be "arbeie."

I would call it like finger lettuce.

80% of all the construction here in my whole farm,

I built it with my own two hands.

It's around about almost a kilometer of pipe

in my whole system.

I started with a straight line of pipe like this,

and then just adding an elbow, just connecting it like that.

And after that I will just put another piece underneath

and connect it to the part below.

And I drilled holes in it so that the buckets of the plant

can fit perfectly into the hole.

My father welded the frame, and then he just came

and cable-tied the pipe onto the frame so it won't fall off.

It took us about a month to build everything.

The plants will actually bring me money in so then I can use

that money to expand my business more

so that I can produce more fish.

Most of the fish in here are around about 500 grams,

which is ready to harvest.

After we harvest the fish, they go to restaurants,

chef schools, hotels, supermarkets.

This is my tunnel where I hold all my long table dinners.

What I do is I invite a culinary school, and then all the chefs,

they make different dishes with all the veggies

and the fish in my tunnels.

So what happens is you have the people come

and they will sit and have a great meal.

And this is mostly for the marketing of my business.

My farm can produce around about four tons of fish.

My ultimate goal is to reach ten tons of fish.

So I am busy building a second phase.

I want to do this forever and I want to be a fish farmer.

I started my business on the age of 12 years old.

So you can be any age to do something.

If you have the passion you can do anything.

In the first video Gregg explained that winning tennis matches is

all about playing percentage tennis and

he also showed you with data that that's

exactly what the best players in the

world do and the second video Gregg

introduced the simple red, yellow, green

traffic light system that guides you in

making the right decisions

depending on where you are on the court.

We also took a closer look at the red

zone and the kinds of mistakes that

players typically make from the red zone.

If you haven't watched those two videos

yet please watch those first because

these videos do build upon each other.

It's one thing being able to understand these tactics

in the classroom and another thing going

out executing it. Now just like you may

have technical flaws or habits in

your game...it's hard to break those habits!

So in tactics you also have to break

old habits if you are making some tactical errors.

So it's so important

that you go and work on these drills,

work on the situation so when you find

yourself in certain positions in a match

you've trained it and it's almost an

automatic switch, when the ball lands here

I'm positioned in this position and

based on that position this is my target.

You don't second guess you just go for

the target!

Now the footwork for playing a defensive

ball from the defensive area of the red zone.

So if the ball lands in this area over here.

(like this quarter circle)

Then you're gonna have to go back and how you

go back is you want to take 'cross-over steps'.

You want to cross over

going back! Now if the balls up high, you

want to load up on your back leg and

you're going to play off that back leg.

The key here is you want your body weight

going upwards! A lot of people make the

mistake of falling backwards and

end up missing the shot.

So you want to cross over, you want to drive up!...

See how this leg comes up and then you gonna fall and then

you can recover back to your recovery position.

Let's take a look at it again.

So the balls in that quarter

circle in the corner. You cross over, you

cross over, you load up! If the balls up

high you drive up on this leg...

this left leg goes up and then you land

and you recover back to this position.

Now you do the same thing but if

the ball is dropping and its lower, try to get

your weight forward where you can play the ball

from this position. So you have the 2 options!

A low ball you'll play like this.

If the balls up higher you'll play with your

back leg and you want to make sure you

transition your weight upwards and not

back!

So what you want to do is you want to do

a couple of shadows swings.

So I'm going to show you how to do it. We'll shadow

swing it and you cross over, cross over,

load! Drive up! Land on that leg and

split step! Again cross over, cross over,

cross over, load! Drive up! Land on this

leg, come back...split! Then you want to

practice it when the ball is low and you

can get onto the front foot.

So you're gonna split, you're going to crossover,

crossover, get the weight forward...hit!

And then come back...split! Again cross over,

cross over, load!

Get the weight transfer forward, hit! then come back and split!

You want practice those shadows things over

and over before we go onto the hand feed.

Now let's take a look at a drill

using the defensive footwork. You want to

defend high and deep.

The idea is when the ball is in flight,

you're going high and deep to buy time.

You are recovering so when the ball is bouncing

on the other side, ideally you want to

be split stepping in the recovery position.

So Nadim is going to start

with shadows swings. He's going to take

crossover steps going back and load on

that back leg! He's driving upwards not backwards.

Crossing over. If he does have

time he can get back and then transfer

the weight forward!

Now let's take a look at this in action.

We will start with a hand toss first!

I'm gonna try to toss the ball to that

outer corner right there where he's

forced to move diagonally back, but now we

have a target area!

So he's in a defensive area. He's going high

and deep cross-court to zone 3.

I'm tossing the ball over here and he's

working on recovering, making sure he is

here when the balls bouncing.

So i'll toss it a little bit tougher here.

He wants to get back quickly!

We want to take crossover steps going back.

One point to highlight when you do this drill, if I'm

hand feeding the ball, very often

i may feed the ball long and it's actually

going to be out so that way

i'm actually pushing the student where

they can feel the have to go back!

So I'm going to feed it so the

ball is actually going to land close

to the line or even land out!

Don't pay attention to that part. The whole idea is

you want to get the feeling of being pushed

back!

Crossing over, loading up on the back legs.

Let's take a look.

Now the feed is actually pushing Nadim back and

forcing him to do this!

This is more difficult to show the hand toss...

hence why the ball may go out but

ideally we want to get him to work on that footwork.

Now we're going to put this

together in a feeding drill.

The first progression all i'm going to do is

feed deep balls to Nadim where he is either going to

play a defensive shot or neutral shot

high and deep cross court.

Now i am positioned right here to give him more

of a true angle so when he's playing the

point this is going to represent an angle.

If i stood over here this wouldn't

really represent how he would play.

I'm going to feed

I'm pushing him back. High and deep!

He's just working it over and over with the feed.

So you can play neutral or you

can be in a defensive position.

So you want to practice that over and over!

ComfyWise Orthopedic Seat Cushion Review - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 5:15.

Hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and it's

product review time again. The folks at

ComfyWise sent me their orthopedic

seat cushion. So let's get started.

This is actually their

updated version. It's a little bit softer

than the original one. They took some

feedback and made it a little bit better,

and so I'm going to show you all the

nice perks about it.

Not only is it nice and soft,

it gives you a good comfy seat to sit on

which helps put you in a good posture. So

the great thing about this is, let's say

you have a coccyx injury or back pain in

general. What it does is when you sit on

it, it helps put you in a neutral position,

so you're straight up-and-down. It helps

keep you in that position that's not

slumping down and things like that, and

it helps make them more comfortable in

general. Right here, this little opening

goes in the back. So if you actually have

an injury back there, it takes all the

pressure off of it. That's really nice. It

has that opening so when you're sitting

down you're not putting all of your body

weight in one spot.

It's also really nice because you can

see here these little contours, and that

goes in the front, and the reason that is

good is because when you're sitting for a

long period of time, if you're working on

the computer and you're not getting up

and taking a whole lot of breaks, a lot

of times the pressure underneath your

legs on the chair ends up making your

legs fall asleep because it is cutting

off the circulation, is pressing on

nerves back there, so these contours

right here are really nice because it helps

take some of that pressure off the front

as well as the pressure in the back. Also

the outside of the cushion is

super soft. If you just rub on, it's really

really nice and soft, super comfortable.

If you're wearing shorts or something,

that's nice because it's not

uncomfortable and itchy and scratchy

on the skin. What I also like on the back

here is they have these little silicone

spot here to help with the friction, so

it doesn't slide all over the seat. And

these are a little more

pronounced than some of the other

cushions I've seen so it stays in one

place very nicely, so I like that as well.

You can also take the outer piece off

and wash it occasionally, so if it gets

a little bit dirty or if you're using it

in a wheelchair or something and it gets

soiled, then you can just take the outer

piece off and wash it, so that's really

nice as well.

It also has a little carrying handle

here so you can easily carry it with you,

so you don't have to hold all around it, so

that's nice, and then they even have a

bonus so if you don't just want to use

the handles, you have a nice bag and what's

nice with the bag is you don't have to

just use it for the cushion you can use

it for anything else, so that's really

really nice.

So make sure when you put it in the seat

the opening goes in the back, so those

little contours go in the front and you

can sit right on it, and as you can see as

soon as I sit on it, I situp a little bit

taller because the way it's designed, it

push those hips in that neutral position,

and you can see right here where my legs

go in those contours, so something

especially like sciatic pain, if you have

sciatica, this really helps take some

pressure off those areas to make it nice

and comfortable. Even a women who are

pregnant that are having a lot of

back pain because a lot of times it

pulls them forward and that back gets

out of that neutral position, but these

cushions help keep you in that neutral

position so it's really nice. It's

comfy, it's not too firm and it's not too

soft. It makes me feel like I'm

sitting on something softer than just

the hard chair, but it puts me in that

nice upright position as well. When

you're sitting on a cushion, make sure

that your feet are flat on the ground, so

if you're in the chair and then you put

the cushion in and your feet are a little

bit higher, make sure you adjust that

because you want your knees and your

hips to be at about a 90 degree angle.

That also helps with the good posture as

well, but what I really like about the

cushion is if I try and slouch it feels

weird, so it really feels more

comfortable when you're in that upright

position, so I think it does a really

good job of that. And again that opening

in the back takes that pressure off for

just back pain in general, a herniated disc,

stenosis, things like that, and then in

the front it takes the pressure off here

so if you have circulation pain, nerve

pain, going down into your legs it helps

protect that as well, so it's a really

nice cushion. It's something really nice to

have especially if you sit for long

periods working, or if you just on your

computer in general for fun,

make sure you have something keeping

that nice neutral position because when

you're working on stuff sometimes you

forget to take breaks often, so make sure

you take care of your body and keep that

back in that nice neutral position, keep

your booty comfortable, and it helps also

to make sure that you don't get those

pressure sores. If you have any questions, leave

them in the comments section. If you'd

like to find out more about the product

go to ComfyWise.com. If you'd like

to purchase the product, just click on

the box here. And remember, be safe have fun, and

I hope you feel better soon.

[ WOW!! ] 2017 audi S3 price starts from $42,900 - Duration: 2:31.

If you live in the U.S., and you want a quick, luxurious sedan with four rings on the nose,

the options are plentiful.

However, add compactness to that list of requirements, and there's really only one way to go – the

2017 audi S3.

With a high-performance engine and tighter handling than the more laidback A3 equivalent,

the 2017 audi S3 is only bested by the head-expanding RS3 when it comes to Audi's small-dimension

lineup.

Unfortunately, that's forbidden fruit if you live stateside, leaving the 2017 audi

S3 as the obvious choice.

Audi just released details on the model's latest facelift, and although the specs are

specific to Europe, they should inform our expectations on what'll arrive on these

shores in the not-too-distant future.

Highlights include slightly modified exterior styling, the addition of Audi's virtual

cockpit, new driver assistance tech, and a little more output under the hood.

The 2017 audi S3 came to America for the 2015 model year, and although it feels a bit like

a consolation prize, it should have what it takes to satisfy all but the most demanding

of performance enthusiasts.

But with highly appealing competition coming from both BMW and Mercedes, how does the new

S3 sedan stack up?

Pricing for the 2017 audi S3 Sedan starts from $42,900 for the Premium Plus trim, a

minor $400 hike compared to the outgoing model.

For the range-topping Prestige variant, you'll have to fork $48,400 before considering any

options.

so, What do you think about this 2017 audi s3 price? is that worth it? if you have an

opinion about the car, speak up in the comment section bellow. and as always, don't forget

Better than an earthly father - Duration: 4:23.

If we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord

and Master and we obey Him, repent and be

baptized in water, then we are born again,

we become children of God and He gives

His Spirit in us to guide and to teach

us. He treats us as children because we

are born again to be children of God. He

looks after us,

He cares for us, He disciplines us. He is

a better than any earthly father. He

will not leave us neither, will He

forsake us. Even if we stray God will

not leave us, He will not forsake us. He

treats us as children. He is better than

any earthly father, but we have to listen,

we have to obey Him because He cares for

us. He guides our footsteps. He speaks

to us, but very few you care to listen.

Very few born-again children of God

follow after Jesus Christ. They stray,

they go away from Him.

They fall into sin. They go after

their own mind, they go after the rest of

the world they do not behave as children

of God should behave, but that does not

change the faithfulness of God. He still

cares for us, He guides our footsteps, He

calls us back to Hi. He disciplines us,

He speaks to us, but if we persist and

carry on in our evil ways,

eventually we will perish with the

children of disobedience. Many born-again

children of God say that God doesn't

speak to them. He does. They are not listening.

They are not interested in hearing what He says.

Many are not born, but those who

are born again will hear His voice. Those who

are serious about doing the will of

God, being pleasing to the Father, they

will seek Him. They will seek His

approval, they will obey His words. Jesus said:

"If you love Me, obey My Commandments,

and Me and My father will come and live

with you, and I will reveal Myself to you."

But most professing Christians only want

salvation, they don't want Jesus and they

don't want God.

They just want the good life, they want to

please themselves, but they don't want

to go to hell. God is better than any

earthly father, but if we keep on turning

our back on him if we keep on

disobeying Him, then He will cut us off. Every

branch in Christ Jesus, that does not

bear fruit, will get cut off and burned.

Even though you were a child of God, you

will end up in hell if you keep on

disobeying Him. Seek and do the

will of your father and you will be

pleasing in His sight and you will

inherit His kingdom, but if you disobey

Him you will inherit corruption, you will

end up in hell, because God is not

mocked.

Follow Jesus and obey Him, and your

live, disobey Him and you will perish.

May Jesus bless you. Jesus Christ is alive

and hell is real.

I'm here to introduce you to Jesus

Christ so that you can know Him and

follow Him and have eternal life.

Taking Bipolar Medications Isn't Crazy - Duration: 2:30.

Hey guys. It's Hannah and I just got back from

the local coffee shop and it was quite

an interesting experience.

I was pulling out my cards and my pill

box jumps out and everybody was like,

"Oh my heavens. I feel so bad for her." And it just reminded me of

the time where I felt so uneasy about

taking medications when I was diagnosed

with bipolar 2. So I thought that's a great

topic. I'm going to talk about some of

the reasons I felt uneasy about taking

medications and why. Because it's so

important that we do find a treatment plan. But I'm going to go

outside to do it. Take my pill box on with

me. From my own personal experience, I could

say one big thing is that a lot of

people try to talk you out of medication.

They're like, "Oh, you know, you got

drink a green milkshake and you'll be

healed." So it makes you feel uneasy cause your like,

obviously you don't think my condition in

real. And I do yoga and meditation. I love it.

It's a great form of therapy but, trust

me, the downward dog was not gonna save

me from going to a mental hospital. I can

promise you that. Number 2 is that we

feel weak when we take medication. And this is huge for

me because I'm always trying to become

strong and so tough. But what's weak is not

admitting that you need help.

The strong people admit your condition and find a good

treatment plan with resources that we

have today. And number 3, a tough one

for me to learn, was that I did not want

to think that I had to take a pill to make me

happy. But then I replaced "happy" with "healthy."

"I don't want a pill to make me healthy."

It doesn't make any sense does it? It's not crazy

to take pills. And it was a big struggle

for me to have a pill box at

27. What's crazy is not utilizing the

resources and medications we have to live a

great life. And I know a lot of people feel

this way. So please go to the comment

section and leave your thoughts. I've

talked about medications in the past. So

please subscribe to my YouTube channel

and check those out. And I look forward

to seeing you next week. Bye.

Top 3 Mixing Mistkes - Duration: 2:33.

Hi everybody, I am Giorgio from G&L Studios and today I am going to share with you the

3 top mixing mistakes that i made in the past and see people making.

Mistake number #1 is the lack of preparation.

A lot of times I see people start mixing even before they prepare properly their session,

everything is not labelled not colour coded and the session is just messy.

This can really drag down the end result of your mix, because while you are tweaking you

are also organising, so you are not focusing your 100% on just mixing.

So my advice is to prepare everything before hand and make the session as manageable as

possible and then you can start mixing, so you can 100% focus on the mixing and the song

you need to mix.

Mistake #2 is tweaking without a purpose.

In the past happened a lot of times happened that when I had to mix a song i would just

prepare the session and start listening to the song, after that I would just start slapping

random plugins on every track and tweaking eps and compressors and so on, without having

a real purpose so I would get stuck in that loop of the never ending tweaking because

I didn't have a vision or a purpose in the first place.

And to be frank most of the session I've mixed did't require a lot of plugins.

So the next time before you tweak anything think about why you need to process a certain

track, when you have a goal then you can achieve it with the tools that you have.

Mistake #3 is not referencing.

When I just started mixing a few years ago I would just mix my track like as per normal

without referencing any other pro releases.

And this is a big mistake because i wouldn't know how my mix compares to other professional

released tracks.

The song I am mixing could sound good inside this room but would not sound good in the

outside world, or something can sound horrible inside here but in the outside world would

sound awesome.

The reference track is not just there for you to copy every setting and making yours

sound the same, just for you to see how you mix stands out against professionally released

mixes, this will really help your end result.

That's all for today I hope you enjoyed the video and if you did please subscribe

Welcome to the Caribbean, Prince Harry Will you dare speak out about slavery - Duration: 7:52.

Welcome to the Caribbean, Prince Harry.

Will you dare speak out about slavery.

The slave trade still casts a shadow for many families, including Meghan Markles.

The role that royalty played should be acknowledged by Harry on his visit.

agay and pretty [Princess Margaret] moved radiantly through the wearisome tasks of a

working princess with every graceful gesture [she] was strengthening all the warm, heartening

little sentimentalities on which the empire rests. That is how Life Magazine described

the 1955 royal tour of the British West Indies, a decade before Barbados achieved independence

from colonial rule. This week Prince Harry undertakes his second royal visit to Her

Majestys Realms in the Caribbean where the Queen is sovereign, as well as Guyana.

According to the palace press release, the purpose of his visit is to commemorate the

35th anniversary of Antigua and Barbudas independence, the 50th anniversary of independence

for Guyana and Barbados, and the royal familys strong bonds with these Commonwealth

countries. But why, in these post-colonial times, is a member of the British monarchy,

an embodiment of anglo-imperialism, invited to mark independence? In the 1950s, our politicians

were not shy in their response to this question.

The ministers of the 1953 British Guianese government declined to send a representative

to Jamaica to greet a young Queen Elizabeth II on her first royal tour, arguing that funds

could be better spent.

As the historian Colin Palmer suggests, This was a symbolic rejection of the imperial connection.

Today the high spirits of anti-colonial nationalism have faded, as economic systems struggle to

keep up with the effects of globalisation.

Nonetheless, we need to ask ourselves again, what does this royal visit represent? In Britains

Black Debt, which makes the case for reparations, Sir Hilary Beckles argues a backward glance

is necessary to examine the present.

He notes that in the 16th century, Queen Elizabeth I gave financial backing to slave-trading

voyages, and by the 17th century King James I granted royal approval for the Company

of Adventurers of London Trading to the Ports of Africa (a joint stock company whose

business was slavery).

It is no coincidence that this was when the British established their foothold in the

Caribbean, through slavery and sugar.

For example, Charles IIs brother arranged to ship 3,000 enslaved Africans to Barbados

and the Caribbean on an annual basis.

Using a hot iron, captive Africans were branded with the initials DY, which stood for

Duke of York.In the 18th century, British slave traders justified their business practices

as operating for the benefit of King George III.

When slavery was abolished in the 19th century, an imperial re-allocation of labour

brought indentured labourers from Asia to replace enslaved labour.

By the time of Queen Elizabeth IIs visit to Barbados in 1966, Beckles states that slavery,

sugar, and royalty were deeply entwined.

The Queen stayed with her cousin, Lord Harewood, on a sugar plantation that had been in the

family since 1780.

This visit is not ancient history; its living memory for our parents and grandparents,

and Prince Harrys grandmother too.In 2007, to mark the bicentenary of the abolition of

the transatlantic slave trade, a ceremony was held at Westminster Abbey.

Black British activists demanded a public apology for slavery (an issue one might separate

from financial redress), but the Queen declined.

In an earlier response to a letter from Jamaican Rastafarians, she explained that at the time

slavery was not a crime against humanity.

Back then, the British empire ruled according to a hierarchy of racial division and crass

economic decisions that determined who possessed humanity and who did not.

How can the measure of morality be empires own yardstick? But the young royals are different.

Prince Harrys American girlfriend, Meghan Markle self-identifies as half black and half

white.

For a British prince to have a biracial girlfriend is significant, even rebellious.

In a powerful essay, Markle has written that slavery is a shatteringly recent event,

and a personal one too after emancipation, her great-great-great-grandfather named himself

Wisdom.

Presumably through this relationship Prince Harry is now able to recognise the legacy

of slavery and racism (in fact, he recently called out the press for the racial undertones

in the reporting of the relationship).Yet in 2016, Prince Harry still brings the combined

mystique of whiteness, celebrity, power and wealth to the Caribbean.

In return he will be feted with military parades and cultural performances.

School children, orphans and youths will be assembled to greet him.

He will survey what is, in essence, the leftover infrastructure of empire (botanical gardens,

ports and harbours, a former royal residence), grace charities with his presence, and give

blessing to environmental conservation, as well as take part in sporting demonstrations.

In the past, such displays of military and cultural power would also be held for royals

touring the colonies.

Is Harrys tour the present day bond(age) of empire? The Barbadian novelist George Lamming

has noted that long after the flags have changed, psychic allegiances remain a formidable obstacle

to liberation.

Should this visit not coincide with, at the very least, a demand that the royals take

responsibility for their historic role in slavery, and issue a public apology? We invite

Prince Harry to co-conspire in our decolonising vision and engage in an act of royal rebellion

by thinking about what liberation might mean for his girlfriends family, and others

who walk in slaverys shadow.

Prince Harry, show us how woke you are, and atone for the royals institutional role

in slavery. We position ourselves, as did our ancestors, on the side of resistance.

And like Meghan Markle, we know the long road begins with a self-aware claim to freedom.
