Hi Everyone .. I am AVNI and welcome back to my channel.

Having smooth, soft & glowing skin is everyone's dream especially women.

But if you have large or open visible pores, it doesn't look good on your face and hinder your skin beauty.

These large pores on the skin are very common for oily and combination skin types because such skin types produce more natural oil.

Now, I will tell you "What are these large / open pores" ?

As we all know, Our skin has oil glands in which secretes oil and helps to make skin glow

In some cases these glands are over active and produce excess oil..

This is called oily skin type and the excess oil in the skin leads to large / open pores

These large / open pores are the reason behind the dead skin cells

These large / open pores leads other skin related problems such as white heads, blackheads, acne etc.

There are 3 BIG potential reasons behind having open / large pores:

First reason is - Prolonged sun exposure

Prolonged sun exposure damages the collagen present in the skin and leads to reduction in skin elasticity which thereby increases the size of pores.

Second reason is - Ageing

There are natural proteins available in skin and these proteins are responsible for maintaining texture and complexion.

As we grow older, these proteins, cell renewal activity, collagen and skin elasticity decreases which leads to open pores.

Third and most common reason is Oily skin

As I mentioned before, Large pores can be due to oily skin, since excess oil sits around the pores, making them appear open /large.

So we just finished explaining the 3 BIG potential reasons which causes large/open pores.

Now I will tell you some 100% natural home remedies which can help in removing large/open pores.

In the first home remedy - Take 1 tablespoon of Gram flour in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of rice flour

Add 2 tablespoon yogurt.

Mix it well and create a paste.

Apply to your face now..

Yogurt has lactic acid in it which helps in removing dirt and dead skin cells.

Gram flour helps in removing the excess oil from the skin.

Rice flour works like a scrubber for your skin.

You can use this remedy 2-3 times a week.

In second home remedy we will use ice cubes

Instead of simple water ice cubes - you can use "cucumber juice", "tomato juice" or "rose water" ice cubes.

Or you can also use combination of Green tea and apple cider.

To prepare the ice cubes, I will take 2 tablespoon of green tea , 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon water.

Once the cubes are ready - start rubbing the cubes to your face gently..

These ice cubes helps in shrinking the skin pores and helps with maintaining the skin complexion and texture.

Apple cider vinegar acts like a face toner and helps with maintaining the Ph balance of your skin.

It also helps with tightening the skin and wrinkle free..

You can this remedy on daily basis..

In Third home remedy - we will prepare a face mask

2 tablespoon of Fenugreek (Methi seeds in Hindi) soaked in water a night before you want to use it.

One half cut tomato..

1 small piece of ginger..

Grind these 3 ingredients and prepare a thick paste.

Apply to your face.

In this face mask, Fenugreek (Methi seeds) & Ginger works as an anti ageing agent.

Also ..it helps with skin tightening and provides moisture to the skin..

Tomato helps with shrinking the pores..

After face mask dries up ..wash it with cold water.

Its better to use this mask only 2 times a week.

And in case, your skin is very sensitive then avoid using ginger in the paste.

So we are done with explaining 3 home remedies by which we can reduce or completely remove the large/open pores.

Now I would like to make a very important point..

I am sure.. Many of you have already tried and tested these home remedies and even tried other cosmetic products too.

and they might not have got the results they were expecting..

Its very important to understand that all these home remedies are the "core solution"to the problem.

Beside these home remedies .. there are some other factors which we have to keep in mind

First you need to figure out your skin type and come up with a skin care routine (not just creating the routine, you also need to follow it too)

If we consider just open pores, then as I said before it usually shows up with oily skin type.

So when you prepare your skin care routine then keep some points into consideration..

Like .. Wash your face twice a day at least once in the morning and once before you go to bed.

In between these two - use blotting paper, clean wipes, medical pads or clean tissue paper to clean up the excessive oil.

Don't wash your face too much with water, too much face washing will force your oil glands to secret more oil.

Most of the people have this misconception that if their skin is oily then they don't need moisturizer on sun screen lotion.

Even if your oil always seems to be in overdrive, you still can't go without hydration

Keep in mind that whatever moisturizer you are using is oil free..

And only use - "oily skin friend sun screen lotion"

Use only alcohol free toner.

and if you want to use natural skin toner then use rose water..

If possible - Avoid make up for time being..

If you have to make up then only use water based foundations..

Avoid Oily and junk food completely ..

Prepare and follow a healthy diet plan..

Make sure you add some daily fruit intake and green leafy vegetables.

Take out some time for yourself and do some running and exercise.

Drink lot of water daily ..!!

and last but not the least -- Stay away from stress and stay happy!!
