Waching daily Mar 15 2017

Oh em gee everyone!

Today is going to be a great day, I can feel it.

How so do you ask?

Stay tuned and you'll find out

Island Insider

We'll have some community questions, then we'll let everyone know what updates they

can expect to see in our worldwide release.

Plus, we have a sneak peek of our next big update to in April to show everyone.

See, I told you it was going to be a great day!

Now on to community questions, our first one comes from Chilly573, who would like to know

a bit more about the blog we sneak peeked in our last episode.

Will Penguin of the Week get special items when they win?

And will penguins who won in classic Club Penguin get those items added to their CP

Island account?

Yes, penguin of the week will receive special items.

We haven't quite determined what those are yet, but we'd love to do a poll on the blog

once it's launched, so stay tuned for that.

Until then, penguin of the week will still receive coins.

Plus the happy feeling knowing they are appreciated in the community.

Also, the background players received in classic CP won't transfer over, but we're starting

from scratch.

So if you've won in classic Club Penguin you have another

opportunity to win in Club Penguin Island.

Lastly, Mldgaming was wondering what the jackhammers

by the dead end in the boardwalk were for.

Great question!

Maybe that's a new area!

Or maybe, that's where the association of jackhammer penguins meet daily to talk through

morse code.

Your guess is as good as mine, but I really think an association of jackhammer penguins

seems pretty realistic if you ask me.

Alright!

Ready to see what updates are coming with our worldwide release?

One of the first updates penguins are sure to notice is that our Disney Shop is officially

officially open for business!

Members will be able to buy outfits, patterns, decals, gear and party supplies themed after

some of their favorite characters.

Like check this out!

I can wear my favorite dog onesie, but use the pattern of Sully's fur to make it look

even better.

Like, can't even handle this right now.

I just love it so much.

I want to wear it in real life!

Can someone make this for me in real life?

Please?

So in addition to the Disney Shop opening, there will be more Daily Challenges to complete

and more friends to hang out with.

What more could we ask for?!

More cake maybe?

I'm going to have to work on that.

And I feel like I'm yelling a lot but I can't stop because I'm so excited!

The excitement level, over 900!

Is that a lot?

Sure!

Oh!

Before I forget, probably the most important update to come with the worldwide release

is my super skillful, totally unbeatable, underwater racing time.

Check it out!

Huge thanks to everyone who hung out with me and gave me tips while I practiced.

I'll definitely think of you as atop my invisible podium of winning.

Definitely.

Now, are you ready for even more excitement?

As if you couldn't handle this already?

Our next big update will be coming in April,

and we've got big plans, big plans I tell ya.

I don't even know which one to tell you first because they are all so crazy good.

I can help with that!

Time for a...

SPEED ROUND!

We'll have more information on these updates as we get closer to April.

But, buckle up penguins because we're going to go on an amazing journey together

and I can't wait!

I am so excited if you couldn't tell through this whole episode.

That's all we have for today, if you have questions about Club Penguin Island, feel

free to post them in the comments.

We'll do our best to answer them right then and there, maybe in our next episode,

or why not both!

Until next time, waddle on!

The REAL Story Behind LadyBoss Weight Loss - LadyBoss TV - Duration: 8:47.

I wanted to share the LadyBoss story with you, and there's a lot of this that none of

you know or maybe have even heard before.

Okay, so I'm standing out here in the cold right now, because I wanted to share it with

you, and I think it's really important, and I made a post earlier today about being perfectly

imperfect.

That's kind of what the LadyBoss program, when it was developed, was developed under

that type of perfectly imperfect.

When I first started losing weight, okay, so before I was even to the point of wanting

to lose the weight, all right, I was, I used to be, I was athletic when I was younger.

I was always playing basketball and I was super active, right.

I was always playing basketball, playing softball, doing all this stuff.

Do some of you relate with that?

You used to be active when you were younger, right.

Well, when I hit 16, something terrible happened.

My dad died and he was like my best friend in the entire world, so if you can imagine

my world just falling apart, that's what happened.

I'm sure there's a lot of you that have went through something extremely similar to that

and you've had your own struggle, right.

So, after my dad died, my dad passed away, and I just went into a downward spiral.

I was eating to cope with my emotions, and was taking all of my emotions out on food,

and I really didn't notice what I was doing, right.

Now I, obviously, do, but that developed into a food addiction, which developed into me

self-sabotaging, and it developed into me hating my body, hating myself, and not having

any self-confidence.

I was in this really, really bad place.

I remember, my grandma actually, I had gained like 60 pounds, and I was at my grandma's,

she had just made cookies.

I reached for one and she smacked my hand she was like, "Now Kaelin, do you really think

you need that?"

I was like, "Oh.

I can't believe my grandma said that to me."

Right, like what the heck, but you know what, I went home that night.

It really had hurt me and I went home that night and I was like, "But, you know what?

She's right.

I need to do something about it."

That was my pattern interrupt, and from that moment, I was like, "You know what?

I'm going to take some action.

I'm going to do something, right."

But, then, there was this huge problem of, "I don't know what to do.

I don't know where to start.

What do I do?

What's the truth and what's BS?

What's actually going to help me lose the weight?

What's all the fad crap that doesn't work?"

I, literally, could not find a place that I could go to and get all of those answers

that I had.

It felt really discouraging, because I wanted to do something, but I just didn't have a

tool that was going to help me do it, right.

So, I remember walking into the gym for the first time and I was terrified.

Okay.

I was terrified of what other people would think of me.

That they would be like, "What's that girl doing here?"

That they would all be starting at me, I was so nervous.

I remember, putting my hood up and walking into the gym for the first time.

I walked in and I was like, I literally like walked past the front desk.

Like checked in and I was like, "I can't do this."

I turned around and like walked right back out of the gym, with my head down, and went

inside of my car.

I was literally sitting in my car, holding onto the steering wheel.

Like, "I can't do this.

I can't do this.

I can't do this.

I can't do this."

Right, because I was so uncomfortable and I was so scared and then just sitting there,

I said, "You know what?

I have to do this.

I have no other option," and so I put my hood back on, and went back in there.

Got on my elliptical and I was like, "I don't even know how to do this, but I'm just going

to do 30 minutes.

30 minutes a day and just show up for myself, and just do that every day."

That ended up turning into 65 pound loss after working my butt off and having to compile

all this information and figure out how to lose the weight, and exercise, and all this.

After I lost the weight, I literally thought to myself, "I love my body now.

I love myself now.

I love my health now.

How can I help other people do this?"

Right.

I hit this wall of, "How can I help other people feel this awesome and lose the weight

that they want to lose, and love themselves again, right?

How can I do this?"

I was like, "But, there's no place, there's no tool for everyone to have, right."

I remember that time of being so confused and not having a place to go that had all

the answers, and that actually had plan for me.

That's when I sat down and mapped out the entire plan for what at that time was Tuell

Time Trainer, and all of the meal plans, all of the workouts, all the tutorial videos.

So, people just like me, that didn't know what to do on the weight floor, like would

feel comfortable.

I sat down and I took myself back to that place of when I was 180 pounds, like what

I needed to know.

What would actually help me?

That's how LadyBoss was created.

It was Tuell Time Trainer at the time, and then I was like, "You know what?

There has to be next level, right.

There has to be next level to the meal plans, to the nutrition, and to the workouts, right."

There has to be next level to just fitness and nutrition and that's when the accountability

piece came in, and that's really when it became LadyBoss, a community of women who are transforming

their lives together and doing it together.

I could tell you, at that time, when we added in the accountability piece and all the other

ladies, all of us doing it together, and holding each other accountable, this LadyBoss just

exploded.

It just exploded, because that's really, really, really what people need and the program was

developed from someone who lost 65 pounds.

Right.

So, I actually knew what people needed, and that's why now, like I get in our accountability

group, and I scroll through hundreds, and hundreds, and hundreds, and hundreds, and

hundreds of transformations in a row.

I posted a post in the group yesterday and said, "Hey, let me see your progress pictures."

There's over 300 pictures just on that one post in there of all the weight people have

lost, and beyond weight, just loving themselves again and having confidence again.

That's what's super cool.

The LadyBoss creation has developed and grown into a platform that women can use to feel

healthy again, inside and out.

To love themselves again.

To love their body and love themselves.

What's really cool, guys, is more than the weight, more than the weight, it's the love

and the respect that you have for yourself, and I'm really getting you out of that place

where you don't like yourself, and you don't like your health, and you don't have any energy,

and that's what's so awesome about LadyBoss.

It's not just the fitness and the nutrition, but the accountability part and the love and

support that we have for one another.

I actually made you guys a free Cravings Crusher, for those of you who are just starting out,

you want to know.

"Where do I start?

What do I do?"

What's really cool, is just because you're on here, all of you that are watching, I want

to give you a free trial to the LadyBoss program, because I want you to see what our community

is all about.

That we're all about helping each other, that every tool is in one place for you.

You don't have to be scouring all over the place to find it, right.

There's been thousands, there's been over 40,000 women come through the LadyBoss program

and get amazing, amazing results.

I want you guys to check this out.

I'm going to drop a link right here in the comments and in the posts, and you're going

to go get your free Cravings Crusher, you're going to put your email, you're going to get

your free Cravings Crusher, and then it's going to send you to a free trial of the LadyBoss

Lifestyle Program.

You're going to absolutely love it.

Just from one woman to another, it's not just about the weight, but it's about loving yourself

again and having all the right tools that are going to help you.

So, that's the story of how LadyBoss came about.

LadyBoss is all about no excuses, no BS, like get-it-done mentality, that you step into

when you decide that you're going to take action to lose the weight and to love yourself

again.

To get results.

To get healthy.

I can't wait for you guys to be a part of our LadyBoss community.

I love you so much.

Make sure you click on the link.

Go get your free Cravings Crusher and then get your seven-day free trial to the LadyBoss

Ides of March? Why you need to beware March 15? - Duration: 1:01.

"Beware the Ides of March." Chances are, you've heard that phrase at some point. Ever wondered what it means?

Today - March 15 - is referred to as "The Ides of March." The name traces its roots back to ancient times, specifically the Roman Calendar, with "ides" referring to the first full moon of a given month, which usually fell on the 15th of the month.

The ides took an ominous turn in 44BC, when Roman ruler Julius Caesar was assassinated on March 15.

Legend has it that Plutarch had warned Caesar that evil would overtake him by the Ides of March, something the over-confident Roman leader dismissed.

History says the conversation went something like this:

"Well, the Ides of March are come," Caesar said. "Aye, they are come," responded the seer, "but they are not gone."

Shortly afterwards, Caesar was stabbed to death. His murder sparked a civil war in Rome, ensuring the Ides of March's ominous reputation for history.

Fast forward to the 16th Century. Playwright William Shakespeare uses the legend of the Ides as a central point in his play about Julius Caesar.

In his work, a soothsayer cautions Caesar to "beware the Ides of March" shortly before the emperor is murdered in the Senate.

Shakespeare's turn of phrase lives on today, giving the Ides its bad reputation.

How To Train For Shorter Sportives or Gran Fondos - Duration: 5:48.

- Just because a Gran Fondo is short

doesn't mean it's not going to be a big challenge.

Coming up are our tips on how to prepare for one.

(upbeat music)

Let us take, as an example,

the Maratona dles Dolomites in the Alta Badia region,

because that's the one that we're doing later on this year.

Now, the short route there, is only 55km long,

but it incorporates four major climbs:

the Campolongo, the Pordoi, the Sella, and the Gardena,

for a lovely 9km descent back into the finishing Corvara.

- How long a route like that is gonna take you

very much depends on your fitness level,

and also, I'm afraid to say, your weight.

So, the very fittest and leanest riders

could be taking as little as two-and-a-quarter-hours.

However, it's perfectly excusable

to take up to six hours on a test like that.

- Exactly.

Now since you're watching this video,

we're going to assume that it's going to take you

in the region of four to five hours

to complete this short loop, and it is really important

to make a good guess as to exactly

how long it's going to take you,

because it's the duration that's far more important

than the distance when it comes to making

a specific training plan.

- Yeah, and then as well as the duration,

you also want to think about the type of riding involved.

So, again, getting back to the Maratona,

if it's gonna take you four hours,

probably three of those are gonna be spent climbing.

So, regardless of your choice of gear,

you can say, how fast do you go up them,

you wanna be factoring in, you'll be needing to ride

for prolonged periods of time, really hard.

And so those are the efforts you want to

be replicating in training.

(groovy music)

- What we always recommend doing,

is working backwards from the date of your goal.

So in a diary somewhere, write down what that date is,

and then figure out how many weeks and months you have

until the big day.

Then, also have a look at what you've been doing

on the bike over the past few weeks or months,

average that out and use that as your starting point.

- Yeah, the idea is to then gradually build

both the intensity and duration of you rides,

although, importantly, not at the same time,

until a point about 10 days out from your target event.

After that you're going to be freshening up

so you're ready for the big day.

Now, fundamentally, it is quite straightforward.

You want to stimulate your body through training

a little bit more week on week,

but it's important that you do it gradually,

because if you do too much too soon,

you could well end up injured and/or ill

and therefore, you end up going back to square one.

- Yeah. Now if you've got the luxury

of a powermeter on your bike,

there are some great training tools out there

which allow you to score how hard an individual ride was,

such as training peaks for example,

and that is a great way of monitoring

over weeks and months that you are stimulating your body

that bit more each week, but not overly much.

- Yeah, and if you don't have a powermeter do not worry.

It's very easy to keep a track firstly,

of the duration of your ride, so build up a weekly total,

and then keep a track of the intensity.

You can either record your heart rate,

or indeed just score each ride that you do out of 10.

So, add up how much time that you spend

in the saddle each week and then how hard the rides are.

(groovy music)

- As time goes on, you should start to feel

stronger and stronger on your bike

and also have the ability to ride further at a time as well.

It's normal to feel some level of fatigue,

but be careful to monitor it.

If, for example, you've taken a day or two pretty easy

or completely off the bike, and when you get back on,

you're still feeling a lot of pain in your legs

and general fatigue, it might be time

to kick back, take a further easy day or two

before you resume your training.

- Yeah, you've got to also

think about stresses from day-to-day life.

Now, I'm assuming you're not a professional cyclist,

we aren't anymore either, so we can't just focus

on our training.

There are other things in life

that get us stressed or tired,

whether it's work or family commitments.

And those can have a really big impact

on both the way you feel on the bike,

and how you recover off it.

- It's also important to not just think

about training your physical fitness.

You also want to carefully think

about what you're eating and drinking

when you're on the bike.

So, for an event of this duration,

you're going to need to eat and drink quite a lot

to make sure you don't die at the end.

So it's really important that you do this

in your training as well.

Get yourself used to regularly sipping from your bottle,

regularly dipping into your pocket

for something to eat, or a gel, etc.

And make sure that you're using the same stuff in training

that you're planning on using on the day.

- Yeah that's really important

because your body can actually train itself

to absorb quite high volumes of carbohydrate

that you're gonna need, so actually training

on what you use on the event day

is really gonna help that.

- With all that in mind then,

following a structured but moldable training plan

which gradually builds either the intensity or the volume,

as well as following a sensible nutritional strategy

on and off the bike, should see you more than ready

to tackle a short event, such as the Maratona,

or any Sportive that's of a similar duration.

- That's right.

Another thing that may well help you on your quest actually,

is to subscribe to GCN, it's completely free.

You can do it by clicking on the globe,

because we're gonna have loads more videos

that will help you in the coming weeks and months.

But we've also already got an absolute truckload

on the channel as well.

And two that we've cherry-picked for you now are

"When To Eat On the Bike," giving you some valuable tips,

and then also "How to Speed-Up Your Recovery."

That one's just down there.

10 Secrets Food Companies Don't Want You To Know - Duration: 5:02.

Eating gross things is fascinating when other people do it.

It's why kids pay a dollar to get a weird kid to eat bugs on the playground and the

reason NBC has been able to produce 150 episodes of Fear Factor.

But when you're the one eating the gross stuff, it's not as fun.

And there are a lot of disgusting and weird things out there that crop up in our everyday

food.

Hold on to your belly's, as this might make you think twice before eating again.

Here are 10 disturbing things you didn't know about

the food you eat THE 'NUGGET' ISN'T A CHICKEN PART

Hot dogs have a reputation for being made from the parts of the cow there's no way

you'd eat, but the chicken nugget should be the go-to example of gross meat products.

Nuggets are made from "meat slurry," a liquefied meat product which is as appetizing

as it sounds, and are then moulded into the familiar shapes we all know.

You could say it's an efficient way of using the whole chicken.

You could also say it's totally gross.

YOUR SALAD DRESSING MIGHT HAVE TITANIUM DIOXIDE IN IT

Titanium dioxide belongs in your paint and sunscreen not your food.

Studies have shown that there is a potential link between ingestion and inhalation of titanium

dioxide and cancer.

Food manufacturers add it to things like salad dressing, creamers, and icing to make them

appear whiter.

So next time you're on holiday eating a salad without any dressing just add a few

dashes of sun cream.

YUM MEAT IS TREATED WITH CARBON MONOXIDE TO MAKE

IT LOOK FRESH When you pick out that nice red steak at the

grocery store, you're choosing it because it looks fresh, but will it taste as fresh?

It's hard to know because a lot of meat is treated with carbon monoxide to keep it

from turning colour.

That doesn't mean the meat is bad, but it does mean that it's not as fresh as you'd

been led to believe.

So maybe next time go for the uglier browner looking pieces.

Carrots Can Turn Your Skin Orange According to sources, many people have reported

their skin turning orange after eating carrots every day.

The discoloration usually shows on the hands, palms, soles of feet and face.

According to the Dermatology Clinic at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences,

if a person eats too many carrots, their skin can, in fact, change colours because of the

high content of beta-carotene present.

JELLY BEANS ARE COVERED IN SHELLAC Shellac makes things shiny, and shiny jelly

beans are nice, so jelly beans are often coated in shellac.

Shellac is also made from the excretions of the female lac insect.

It's not bug poop, exactly, but for the purposes of sensationalism, I'm going to

say that it is.

You eat bug poop.

It can turn you into a zombie While fast food is known to make those fat

rolls grow, it can actually make your brain shrink.

Studies have shown that diets high in trans fats are linked to the same brain shrinkage

as Alzheimer's disease.

So if you find yourself wandering the street pant less and completely unware of your surroundings,

it was probably your value meal dinner that got you there.

Burgers Can Contain Meat from 100 Different Cows

Unlike steak, which is made from one cut of one animal, burger patties are made with a

mish-mash of muscle tissues from an unknown number of different cows.

McDonalds even confirmed that they blend the meat of over 100 cattle to make their batches

of minced meat.

This is defiantly a vegan's worse nightmare Flavoured Ice Cream

Vanilla and raspberry flavours are enhanced by "castoreum," a mixture of the anal secretions

and urine of beavers.

It's also found in perfume.

The FDA-approved product is categorized under "natural flavouring," so you won't know if

you're eating it.

So maybe go for the caramel or mint chocolate chip flavour next time.

Pictures Tell a Thousand Lies Those posters you see of fast food burgers

dripping with deliciousness are never real burgers.

You probably already knew this one, but you might not realize the sheer effort that the

fast food companies put in to shaping and shading their pictures to make their food

look mouth-watering.

Every junk food restaurant has staff solely dedicated to making their food look absolutely

sensational in print form – stopping at nothing to enhance its appearance.

See, it's not just celebs who use Photoshop after all.

1 CAN OF COCA COLA CONTAINS 10 TEASPOONS OF SUGAR

This list has focused on things we might not know are in our food, and most of them are

only vaguely harmful.

But sugar pops up in most processed foods, and we know it's bad for us.

Linked to diabetes, obesity, and heart disease, the amount of sugar in processed foods isn't

just gross, it's making us sick.

Not only that but the fact it can be used to clean your toilet doesn't seem to appealing.

Now that I have made you guys all sick, how about you leave a like and let us know the

worse thing you've ever ate And be sure to subscribe to things you didn't

know

Doublelift on playing for CLG, TSM & TL: "TSM's roster is the best chance NA has of winning Worlds." - Duration: 7:20.

CLG just had a lot of problems and it was really overarching, but there was always that

talk of potential.

And CLG is--like, the culture up until we came and won at Madison Square Garden in Season

5 was--it was like, "We've got to reclaim the throne," you know.

"That was ours once, and we've fallen so far and we need to get back up there."

So a lot of pressure and a lot of fun too, because Aphro's a very fun guy.

But kind of dysfunctional in my opinion, from Season 1 all the way to Season 5.

And I was definitely a part of it.

I'm not saying like, "oh, it was everyone else but me," but it was a dysfunctional environment.

And then... but we ended up winning.

Like, we ended up getting really good.

All that pressure just mounted up, and we were just like, "We gotta do this.

We got to, like--we got to get through it."

So then Season 6, I played on TSM and the environment's just extremely tryhard and,

dude, any person--anyone--who plays with Bjergsen is going to be good.

Like, I swear to god, like Hauntzer and Sven, when they first came in in Spring, they were

really bad.

And when I came in, I was like--I was, like, pretty good.

Me and Bjerg would carry games and we'd be the primary carries, but he made me so much

better.

And you can see the effect he's had on Sven and Hauntzer too.

And even Biofrost, like, I think Bjerg taught Bio a lot about mid control, and I taught

Bio a lot about all the bot lane stuff and what I'm doing, how to work with me.

So yeah, Bjerg is just a great teammate to have, I think, and...

I'm not going to say he's the only reason why TSM is good, but I think he's the main

reason why everyone is super passionate and really--they're down with the grind.

I think TSM is down with the grind to a level that's insane.

Like, the amount that we grinded last year was just like... it was just disgusting, and

it was part of the reason why I ended up taking a break, because it's so unsustainable for me.

It was unsustainable for me at the time, but now I think it's fine.

And then, TL...

TL's just, like, TL's pretty cool.

They're really relaxed, they're really agreeable, real nice.

Everyone has a nice friendly environment and stuff, but I think what's missing is just

that pressure from your teammates to improve.

I think the coaches push you to improve and everyone pushes themselves to improve, but

like, if you've got a teammate who's like, "Dude, you're doing this every game and it's

fucking up our games," then you'll change it the next game.

Like, it's not the same.

It's not the same level.

Well, when he first came to competitive play, he was pretty much all mechanics and no brain

at all, but he had a pretty good intuition, I guess.

And he was always just really soft-spoken and really... he was really just diligent

about doing things that people asked him to do and not really much else.

So he didn't, like--he wasn't super creative and trying to come up with his own stuff.

He was just very...

"Oh god, my team expects me to do this.

I got to do this to the tee and, like, perfectly every game."

And in that sense, he's actually a really great teammate because he's super easy to

get along with.

And if you have teammates who can build him up and help him and give him advice and, like,

bounce ideas off him, then he's great.

But yeah, I did a piece with Riot--it was, like, Duos with him, and it was around the

time of the C9 game--like, playoffs in the finals, and this was in his home place; like,

he's in Canada and he's obviously super nervous.

And I think working with him just really helped me a lot, because I had a person who was always

there for me and I was there for him, and we had a great synergy.

Well, I never had a family relationship, so no change there, really.

Not really.

And then, my friends... all my friends are relatively famous, like Travis and my other

best friend Kelby.

I don't really have that many friends other than my teammates, I guess, and Travis and Kelby.

And my girlfriend, okay I will admit... excuse me, I will admit that I would never probably

have met my girlfriend if I wasn't famous.

And I feel pretty comfortable...

I actually feel really comfortable that she doesn't like me because I'm famous.

So it was just, like, a means to meet, and I think that would not exist without this fame.

To be honest, I don't give a fuck about money anymore.

It's just so... it's such a meaningless thing to me now.

I actually want to win Worlds and I want to be the best, and I want to...

I have so much ambition for my career now, and so much motivation.

And having free time is cool too, but I'd sack it all to win Worlds, to be honest.

I mean, I love my girlfriend.

I wanna spend time with her and I want to spend time with my friends and have a fun life,

but I just did that for five months and at the end of it, I was just like, "Cool, I'm

richer now and that was fun," but I accomplished almost nothing.

Like, cool, my YouTube subscribers went from like 70,000 to like 300,000, and I'm like,

"That's nice, but where's the trophy, dude."

Like, I don't have any accomplishments.

Once you get that trophy once, will you be okay, or do you need to have it multiple times?

It would be so insane if NA got a World Championship trophy.

I think...

I wouldn't know what to do with myself.

Like, I would have...

I think I would have, honestly, like an identity crisis.

Like, who am I?

I did it.

I fucking...

I chased it around for six or seven years and then I got it and then now...

I don't know.

That's my goal right now.

I don't know what comes next.

Catch the car and then figure out what to do with it afterwards.

I'm loyal to TSM for a lot of reasons.

I think the players are just... they're my closest friends from Season 6, and I don't know.

We went through so much, and I miss those relationships that I had with them, but on

top of that, the players are just extremely motivated and extremely good, and working

with them was a really great time.

Like honestly, the roster's just the best chance NA has of winning Worlds.

And the owner, Andy, he's always been really transparent with me.

He's always shared with me his vision.

Like, when he first signed me...

I never really talked about our conversations when I switched from CLG to TSM, but when

he first signed me, I was like, "Dude, I'm serious; I actually want to win Worlds.

That's my goal."

And he's like, "Oh wow, me too," and everyone laughs.

Like, everyone laughs at us when we say like, "Oh we're going to win Worlds one day" because

it's so crazy.

Like, NA never even made it to the semis.

The farthest we've ever gone was Top 8.

So yeah, it's like we have the same vision and we want to do the same thing, and I know

that Andy does everything possible to make it happen.

Like, he'll hire crazy expensive coaches and analysts and do everything.

Like, he'll do the six-man roster.

He'll do everything he can.

He'll even take time--he's the CEO, and he'll take time away from his actual job to come

help coach the team because he cares that much.

So I know that everyone cares about this thing, and to me, that's the most important.

DIY Giant Oreo Cookie Cake Challenge | Kids Cooking and Crafts | Princess Chef Ava Real Food vs Cake - Duration: 12:11.

Hello everyone welcome to Kids Cooking and Crafts.

I'm princess Ava and today I'll be doing a DIY giant Oreo cookie cake challenge.

I just got back from the store getting this giant cake pan

to use for our Oreo cake.

And these cakes are literally 14 inches!

That's bigger than a foot!

Look at how big this is.

Each cake took 4 cups of batter.

We made two chocolates and one vanilla.

Remind you of anything?

So this chocolate cake will be the bottom of our oreo cake.

So it's kind of rounded. Let's cut the top off so that it's flat.

Oh that's hot.

There we go.

Nice and flat.

Time to frost it up with our chocolate frosting.

I need more frosting.

Now I'm going to spread it smooth.

There we go.

Wow doesn't that look good!

Mmmm chocolate.

Moving on to layer number two.

I already leveled it out so it's all flat.

Eh I think I might need some help.

This thing is huge!

Camera man can you help me out here?

Awesome.

Oh there we go. uh-oh

Here comes the creamy goodness center.

Alrighty, there we go.

This layer is like my favorite

layer of all the layers in an Oreo.

How about you? Do you like the creme or the chocolate cookie more?

Ready for our last layer?

So I already cut it flat so all we have to do is pick it up.

I'm just going to carefully...

That's GIANT!

Look how giant this is. It's bigger than my head!

Last layer, let's do this thing.

Whoa this looks so cool.

Guys it's HUGE!

On each oreo there's like this really cool design on top. So we're going to put that on our cake

using a little bit of black fondant.

We're just going to roll our black fondant flat.

Now I'm going to cut some little shapes that look like the top of the Oreo.

So there's like a circle around the word Oreo.

And like some triangles and a whole bunch of dash marks.

There we go.

Right there.

Whoa this looks awesome.

Whoa it actually looks like an Oreo.

This looks so cool!

It's ginormous, I can't even fit my mouth around it.

This Oreo cake was inspired by the giant oreo cookie that Carl and Jinger did.

You guys should really check that out.

This has got to be the widest cake we have ever made.

The tallest one was our sleeping beauty cake.

You guys should really check that out too.

Thanks so much for making this Giant oreo cookie cake with us.

I challenge you to make this at your house.

Have a great day you guys, don't forget to like subscribe and comment below what we should make next!

Bye, Princess Ava out.

BEAUTY IS LIFE Tutorial – How to: Use the BEAUTY IS LIFE intensive moisturizer skin care - Duration: 3:16.

BEAUTY IS LIFE is Beatrix Isabel Lied.

On her in-house produced YouTube channel,

the beauty expert shares professional tips for make-up, styling and skin on a weekly basis.

Beatrix Isabel Lied: "Hello my beloved beauty fans.

Happy to see you again.

My today's guest is Sylke.

Hello Sylke."

Sylke: "Hello Beatrix."

BIL: "Sylke, you have a very special concern regarding your skin.

May you tell us what it is?"

Sylke: "Yes, I often have to struggle with rashes and impurities. Can you help me with that?"

BIL: "Of course. For your daily skin care it is advisable to use a product which is free from grease.

Oily creams foster impurities, which is why you need a cooling and skin calming product, which contains more water than fatty substance.

Especially in this bright light, I can see that your eye area would need skin cream with oil.

That's where you have fewer sebaceous glands.

But for the rest of your face you should use a moisturizing cream.

For now, you don't need a cream for greasy skin, it simply should not be too oily.

I'll show you the BEAUTY IS LIFE one, which you can apply yourself to have a feeling for how it works.

Let's change places!

Sylke: "Great."

BIL: "Sylke, now I'll hand you some cream which you can apply yourself.

That's a realistic scenario.

I'll put something on your right hand, hopefully not too much.

Now apply it just like at home.

You can have a look in the mirror while applying.

Perfect, don't forget your eye area.

All BEAUTY IS LIFE creams have an eye cream function, they are suitable for eyes, neck and décolleté.

How do you like it?"

Sylke: "It's comfortably cool – that's new for me.

Nothing is heavy on the skin, that's very pleasant. "

BIL: "Right, that's an indication that the cream contains moisture.

I also gave you some cream for your décolleté since you tend to have rashes.

It really calms the skin and makes it pale.

Sylke: "Sounds useful."

BIL: "Indeed, it is.

The cream derives from the auxilium line for mixed skin and is called intensive moisturizer.

Sylke: "Sounds great."

Okay, my beloved beauty fans, see you next week.

I hope we'll see you, Sylke again someday."

Sylke: "Right, until next week then."

Both: "Bye"

Energy Talks - Advocacy in Action - Duration: 7:03.

Thank you guys for this opportunity to

speak to you and share a little bit

about advocacy in action. So, I am new to

the OSDBU Office but I have 16 years

from GSA and small business and it's a

passion for me I've gone through a

couple of different parts of my career

over 29 years of contracting and policy

and just kind of job hopping looking for

the thing that meant the most to me and

advocacy is the thing that really caught

my heart I guess you could say. Is it

working but thank you. So what is it

about advocacy and the OSDBU Office?

We are actually put in place by Congress,

it's a mandate to really raise the roof

for small business, to make sure that

people understand the value that they

bring and that there's opportunity for

them. We do so much to take them to the

next level, whether it's counseling and

education, or that's working with our

acquisition staff to really understand

the value of setting aside opportunities,

it is a huge honor to be able to

represent small businesses in this

particular agency and being here as a

new employee it's been very impressive

to see how much DOE already works with

small businesses on their own even

without our push. So thank you for that.

Why is this so

important? So our small businesses of

course affect our economy, they affect

job growth, they affect you know just

entrepreneurship being able to stand out

and each of you at some point probably

has looked at what will I do after my

career? What will I do when I retire? Do I

want to start my own business? You've

probably gone to a small business and

ordered you know some food or doughnuts

usually a lot of the places that are

small are the most impressive because

they work so hard it's usually the

people there in the store that own the

store, the moms and pops that wake up in

the morning

to make things happen, but some small

businesses are actually quite large and

you wouldn't think they were small so every

little bit makes a difference of how we

work for them and there are so many

opportunities in the agency for small

businesses to be involved. The ways that

that OSBDU gets involved specifically

is we look at the acquisitions that are

done in the agency and we look to see if

there are set aside opportunities. We

also will be starting to look at

subcontracting plans and determining if

there's large businesses who are working

with small businesses are really giving

those small businesses an opportunity.

There's so many areas of oversight that

are very important that are often missed

and this is a great opportunity for us

to stand out in the agency and really

get that kind of support. There's also

internal and external training that will

be happening with our office, we'll be

training the internal staff on how to

set aside opportunities and key areas. A

lot of times the buyer will pick what's

easy, whether it's a a day or small

business and forget about some of the

sub categories, like service-disabled

veteran-owned businesses, HUBZone

women-owned businesses, and so while our

agency has been fairly successful in

working with different parts of the

agency we haven't been really setting

aside in our sub category, so we could be

better doing better. The way that you can

make an impact is by really choosing

small business, by giving them a chance

and seeing them at the resource for

doing business. We want to make sure that

you have access to all the small

businesses that can work with you, we

want to start doing some industry days

to really identify those resources, I've

been meeting with all the senior

management to really understand what the

needs are, and we want to change really

your engagement with us because we are

your partner. Our office doesn't award

any contracts, we can't put anything in

place, we can't meet our small business

goals without the contracting people. And

so it's very important that you see us

as a resource to support you and my

staff is working very hard to just

really build their knowledge and

experience and to be that resource when

you need it. Another level influences our

policy we not only look to influence

policy and as far as what's all the

out there, but when there's policy

changes or rules are being made we have

the opportunity to give feedback and so

proposed changes are not just done there

is a process of getting feedback and

making sure that it's not hurting anyone.

So our office is taking on that

responsibility of looking at proposed

changes and really deciding is this

going to hurt small business? Is going to

be a negative impact on them? Is it going

to make contracting harder for you to

work with them? All those things are

important for us to analyze and get

feedback on before the policy becomes

final so that is another part of our

office you may not know that we are

responsible for. So in 2016 I'll say

preliminary success we're not allowed to

say it until SBA releases the final

information, but we are on a very

positive road towards success. For those

of you who know about the m and o contracts,

management and operations contracts, they

are a big contribution to us being a

successful prior to this we were

basically receiving an F on our

scorecard, when other agencies have been

receiving an A+. The A+ comes

with the subcategories that I mentioned

before and so while we've been really

great with small business in 8a we

really need to increase also with a

HUBZone, the women owned businesses, and

the service disabled veteran owned

businesses. So what we need from you is

to set aside opportunities, increase

subcontracting whenever possible, really

look at joining one of our working

groups, we've just started a working

group to improve the acquisition process -

especially the 4220's, looking at the way

we engage our small business program

managers, making sure that it's

meaningful for them as well as for us,

really looking at the way we engage the

agency overall, and really improving that

process so that you see us as a partner

and a resource to you, and just being

able to share your success with us as

well. We'll be starting the newsletter

next month that will highlight where we

are with our goal, what the agency is

doing, what are some initiatives in our

office, and what other offices are doing

to help small businesses. We have a great

voucher program that I just heard about

coming into this agency and not a lot of

people knew

so we want to highlight all the good

work that you already do and really

encourage you to keep going in that

direction. So thank you for this

opportunity to share and i hope you will

you know enjoy this information.

Hombreras Articuladas de Esterilla (Básico) | Foam Armband Shoulder Pads (Basic) - Duration: 7:18.

Good afternoon and welcome to Cosplay Factory

My name is JackLeBlanck

And today I'm here to teach you how to make our own foam articulated shoulder pads

This way when we are finished we can do things like these

And now, without further delay, let's go through the list of materials and let's get started!

For this tutorial we will need

pen, foam cutter and rule

paper and paper binders

Heat gun

Let's get started!

The first thing we have to do is our templates

We will make three insoles, one for each part of the shoulder pad, we will start with the biggest one

For this we mark in a folio a rectangle of 26x14 centimeters

Now we will make a horizontal line 1.5 centimeters from the top line, this will be line 2

And we will make another line 3 centimeters from the bottom line this will be line 3

Then we will draw the center of the rectangle to 13 centimeters

Now, on line 3, we will make two marks 10 centimeters from the center and join these with the ends of the upper line on each side

Then on the bottom line we will make two marks at 1.5 centimeters from the center

Now we mark in line 3, 2 points to 3 centimeters of marks made previously to 10 centimeters

And then we draw a horizontal line to 2 centimeters below the line 3 this will be line 4

In line 4, we will make marks to 6 centimeters of the ends and we will join you with those made to 1.5 centimeters in the inferior line

And then with those made to 3 centimeters in line 3, remember on both sides

Finally we will make two marks at 3.5centimeters of the ends in the upper line and another two to 4centimeters of the center in line 2 and we will join them together

Now we can only mark the lines that are not worth

List template as 1 and cut it

Now that it's already cut we go with the second template

We will take another sheet and we will make a rectangle of 21x14 centimeters, for this measure, the 21 will take the width of the bottom of the template 1 or 20 centimeters and we add one centimeter more

Once we have made the box, we will again draw the line 3 to 3 centimeters from the bottom and line 2 to 1.5 centimeters from the top, make no mistake!

Then we will mark the center 10.5 centimeters

Now we will make two marks to 1.5 centimeters in the bottom line and then two more marks to 8 centimeters of the center in line 3

And join them together and finally join you are also with the ends of the top line

Finally in the upper line we will make two marks to 3,5 centimeters of the center and in the line 2 another two marks to 2 centimeters of the center and we will join them to each other

Now we can only mark the lines that are not worth, list the template as 2 and cut it

Once it is all cut we will go to the last template

We will take a folio again and we will draw in this a box of 17x14 centimeters, as before to obtain this measurement we will take the width of the bottom of the template 2, the 16 centimeters and we add an inch

We will trace again the line 3 to 3 centimeters of the inferior one and the line 2 to 1,5 centimeters of the superior and we will mark the center 8.5 centimeters

Now on line 3 we will make two marks each to 6 centimeters to the center, and we will join them with the center of the inferior line, we will join these marks also with the ends of the superior line

Finally make two marks on the top line each two centimeters from the ends, and on line 2, two other marks 2 centimeters from the center and we will join it together

Now we can only mark the lines that are not worth, number the template as 3 and cut it

And now that we have the three templates we can move on to the next step

Now using the templates will transfer the pattern to the mat, you can help pushpins or pins to attach to the foam and make marks with a pen

Once it is all marked we will trim it, do not forget to number the pieces

Performs the same action with the three templates

Take your time and do it calmly, the important thing is to be well

When you have the three pieces cut we will go to the next step

Now we will make the marks where they will be embedded the bookbinders of brass and perforate with the help of the cutter, these mark will be in the piece 1 in the bottom to 1,5 centimeters in lateral and 1,5 centimeters of height in both sides

In part 2, both in the top and the bottom to 1.5 centimeters in lateral and 1,5 in height in both sides, and in the piece 3 only in the top 1.5 centimeters the side and 1,5 cm height on both sides

Once this is done we will take the bookbinders and first join part 1 with part 2, leaving part 2 above it, and then part 2 with part 3 leaving part 3 above the two

We will place the closure of the bookbinders and open them without exerting much pressure to facilitate in this way the movement of our shoulder pads

Finally with the help of the pickling gun we will apply heat and we will give a curved shape the shoulder pads with our own hands

And now here you have your articulated shoulder pads

And so far the tutorial of today, I hope you liked it and help you for your next cosplays

How to make Keto Basil Pesto | Keto Essentials | Headbanger's Kitchen - Duration: 3:39.

Horns up and welcome to a brand new episode of Headbanger's Kitchen: Keto Essentials.

Today, my friends, I've got a delicious high-fat condiment.

I'm talking about that green monster – it's our pesto.

Yep we're going to be making some pesto at home and, trust me guys, again when it comes

to store-bought stuff, the fresh stuff you make at home wins by miles.

Now, there's a local store in Mumbai I used to buy fresh pesto from and they used to not

use any parmesan cheese, they had no pine nuts, because pine nuts are RIDICULOUSLY expensive

in India and they use parsley.

So, what I decided to do today is mix up that recipe with my own and we're gonna have a

delicious basil and parsley pesto.

So I'm not claim this to be an authentic recipe or anything but it's a keto recipe and it's

good for us on keto, so let's go and make that delicious pesto.

The first thing I'm gonna do is I'm going to grate a chunk of parmesan cheese because

I'm lazy and this parmesan cheese is kind of old, so I'm just going to blitz it in my

blitzer.

You can watch it go crazy.

Woooooo Lord!

Anyway, now that the parmesan cheese is grated I'm gonna add pine nuts and some fresh garlic.

Give that a good blitz together and we're on to our next ingredient.

I'm going to add in a huge handful of basil leaves.

I'm also going to throw in a whole handful of parsley.

Then I'm going to pour in a quarter cup of olive oil and then I'm going to blitz all

of that together.

And look at that, I've already got my pesto coming together.

I'm gonna add some more oil to this, so that it can blend a little smoother and I'm gonna

blitz it once again.

And that's it, guys, our pesto is pretty much ready.

Oops!

I forgot to add salt, how silly of me.

Well, don't make the same mistake I did, add your salt while you're blending it.

And that's it!

Our pesto is done!

That is one incredible green monster, much like the Hulk and it's full of deliciousness

and fat.

Anyway, time to taste.

Alright guys, pesto's not something you normally taste like this but I'm going to taste it,

what the hell.

Oooooh, that parmesan cheese!

Good olive oil, guys.

You've got to use good olive oil in your pesto, that's gonna make a world of difference and

this is really just so beautiful, fresh and delicious – I said delicious again, I can't

believe it.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this recipe, tell me how you're going to use this pesto.

I think you could use it on chicken as well, it would be delicious pesto-covered chicken,

mmmmmmmm, sounds good.

Anyway, give the video a thumbs up, subscribe to the YouTube channel and I will see you

on the next episode of Headbanger's Kitchen.

Cheers and keep cooking!
