On today's episode we are going to talk

about how to become the number one

fitness center.

Hello and welcome to

episode 48 of Tip for Tip

Im gonna talk faster

(beep)

hello local you episode 48 of typical

you asked Markie Mark washing exchange for

hit in your industry my name is Aaron

no?

(beep)

Take 57. Go?

(beep)

Hello and welcome to

episode 48 of Tip For Tip where you ask your

marketing question in exchange.. im just kidding

(beep)

Hello and welcome to episode 48 of Tip For Tip where you

ask your marketing question in exchange

for a tip in your industry. My name is

Aaron and my name is Christian and today

we have Tony Mack from TMack Elite Training

Hey Aaron hey Christian how can I use

Facebook so The Den could be the number one

go to place in fitness. Basically

we are a one stop shop. We have not only

boxing fitness, we have crossfit

powerlifting, sprint tunnel, 4,500 square

feet turf and top cardio equipment so

what can I do to make that happen?

We're going to do... I don't know what Aaron is doing right now... but I'm

going to tell you a few things that you

can do on Facebook and actually outside

of Facebook to accomplish that goal

of yours. I don't know what he's wearing right now but

first off and I think we've talked about

this every single time is video how

important video is to

anyone who is on Facebook on social media on

your youtube on your website anywhere

really the video is very important the

more you do it the better is going to be

for you now with that I think give you

some direction on where to go with the

video and I know a lot of people do

training videos or how to do a proper

squat or how to do a proper bench press

and those are fine but a lot of people

are doing that I think I feel like it's

almost over saturated the amount of

videos out there that explain those kind

of things okay so you can do that but

kind of twist to it add a little flair

personality you know you have to figure

out what unique about your gym to make

people you know attract people to to

that gym so find the right tone of voice

capture their interest use video and do

it in a unique different way what it

about that I think that's good so I'm

gonna piggyback off of what he's saying

and tell you that we always tell be able

to start out small as putting out videos

but to really be effective and we're

talking on Facebook I feel like you need

to become like a subject matter expert

in whatever you do is they find this

place but you need to be putting out

videos if you do it once a week this

video is going to do you no good because

it's not going to be enough so I'm

thinking once a day or even two times a

day build up to that you may not be able

to do that right away but do a lot of

videos you can probably cannot do too

many because somebody out there is going

to find you because of it so I like that

idea but it can't just be a hey I did

three or four videos this month why am I

not getting results so do a lot of them

yeah and another quick tip for you and

this is outside... I told I was going to

do outside Facebook as well.. I tried

googling The Den and there's only two

Google reviews out of it oh yeah that

needs to be something and if you look at

you right now we go go to google and you

search gyms and allen texas you'll see

that the top three yeah they're bigger

gyms but they all have 64 154 and 86

reviews on Google alone Wow so that is

very important metric to take into

consideration when you

we want to be one of the number one gyms

in the area you have to consider Google

I mean there's there's no question about

it you have to consider Google because

people are going to search on Google not

only Facebook so in one one way to

really capture that audience on Google

and the free way really is to bump up

those Google reviews right so everybody

who comes into the gym we know you have

more than just two people going to the

gym ask them to leave your review give

an incentive give a discount whatever it

is because right now you're offering a

free training day I think they come in

for that free training day make them do

a Google review and offer them two extra

days. Right there you go you'll get 10

20 reviews a week all right let's hear

your tip for us!

A lot of people think that

boxing is just about power or just

throwing punches but it's not you have

to have your cardio up to par if

you're not in condition you can't throw

punches so what I do is focus on

straight punches and like something real

simple like jumping jacks or mountain

climbers somebody get that heart rate

going alright so for example for

examples straight punches just another

stop you can do that for about 30

seconds as fast as you can switch it up

with jumping jacks back to the straight

punch for 30 seconds mountain climbers

back to straight punch for 30 seconds

I'm to like punch up something real

someone just keep that heart rate going

just to keep it going keep it quick keep

it going and uh you get a great sweat

you can do it at home you can do it at

work you could do it in a gym so hey

that's my tip for you guys.

I was actually talking to Franklin earlier

about this after I heard your tip and i

was telling him that we were when we

were younger probably teenagers there

was one summer where all the

neighborhood kids decided to hey let's

do some boxing and I know you're talking

about conditioning how important that is

and we literally lasted maybe a minute

boxing cuz just went all out you

know we have boxing gloves and

decided to do a little tournament on our

own and the I mean the fights would last you

know even seconds because you get so

tired well you don't realize how tired

you get from boxing and that is

very true it's not about power or strength

it's about that conditioning and those

tips that you gave us of you know

putting it up with the punches jumping

jacks to get your heart rate going it's

definitely the way to condition your heart.

Right so very good tip and I definitely

will be doing some of that because thats a good

another way to get up your cardio so

i'll be doing that as well alright so if

you thank you will first off thank you

Tony for coming on the show and for

business owners thank you for all of you

MIT Launch 2017 Video - Ananya Chadha - Duration: 1:37.

Hi there!

My name is Ananya, and I am a ninth grade, fourteen year old student, from Toronto, Canada.

I think I'm a really cool person, and I just want to share some of that with you today

:)

First, I fly Cessna 152s, which is a type of plane, and I am going to get my solo license

next month, so I am super excited about that.

Also, researching online, I found two really interesting science innovations.

One was for CRISPR-cas9, a gene editing system, and one was for mitochondrial dysfunction

in bipolar disorder.

I was really lucky, and the two papers I was reading were stationed in Toronto, so I contacted

both of them via email, and I have gotten so many emails back.

I now go to SickKids hospital weekly and I learn a lot about molecular biology, and CRISPR-cas9,

and soon I'll be able to do my own experiment.

I've also started two of my own companies, the first of which is Greenence, and it's

an online store that sells wooden products, such as wooden toothbrushes, and I've also

started another company in my community that sells secondhand books.

A side project I created the other day, was I created my own DIY Solar Tracker, which

tracks where the sun is brightest, so solar panels can become more efficient.

I coded it all, 3D printed it all, soldered it all, wired it all, and I was really happy

with the final result.

I also really enjoy debating, and international youth debating qualifiers are next week, so

I'm looking forward to it.

I also do DECA, came first at regionals, and provincials are next month.

I do competitive javelin and discus, and I'm hoping to qualify for nationals, I am on a

competitive volleyball team, and we are going to nationals this May.

So I would be really honoured if you invited me to your MIT (dabs I'm sorry) Launch session,

and thanks for watching!

How do you open your heart when its broken? - Duration: 1:34.

I open up my heart when it broken by

understanding that

we live in a world where

perpetuating cycle of hurt

is being perpetuated so hurt people hurt people

and we've all been hurt or have hurt someone unintentionally or intentionally

and that's my way of opening my heart.

By understanding that love heals all

and there is always love waiting to be met.

I sit, I go sit with myself

I go do yoga, I write, I come out and play in nature.

I garden and reconnect with the earth.

I don't really try to open my heart too much when its broken.

I sorta

allow it to break open, ya know.

It sorta eventually happens anyways.

if I just let it be broken.

I cry a lot.

and dance and

create

from it.

I open my heart when it broken when I sing

and play music.

That's when it is open, when it's broken.

That's when its most open.

Do You Need an Employee Handbook? - Duration: 1:53.

Hi, my name is Amy Lee and I'm an HR

manager here at PMSI.

So there's no law that says that you

have to have an employee handbook

but most companies and most HR managers do

think it's a really good idea and

there are a number of good reasons to

support this. It can help improve company

communications and it helps increase

productivity because you're not wasting

a bunch of time answering the same

policy questions over and over.

It can help reduce inconsistencies and

conflicts and increase awareness for

your employees of all the company

benefits employee perks. It can protect

your rights as an employer because

for example you can clearly state your

employment at-will policy and it's

an easy way to provide all of the

legally required notices to your

employees together in one place. So they

should understand what all of the

expectations you have of them are and

also help improve morale for employees too

because they understand that everybody is

being treated equally.

I always recommend an employee handbook.

Whether you have a small business or

or a larger business. The time and

cost that you put into it will be

worth it in the long run in the

improvement in communications and the

protection that you have.

4 Ways to Raise Your Frequency and Feel Amazing - Duration: 8:02.

4 Ways to Raise Your Frequency and Feel Amazing

BY GOSTICA

4 Ways to Raise Your Frequency and Feel AmazingWhen you encounter a negative feeling, it is easy

to respond with more negativity.

You do not want to feel bad, hence you resist feeling bad.

The result is that you feel even more bad, and if you still resist it, you are starting

a downward spiral.

You want to keep your frequency up there in a vibratory state that makes you feel powerful

and loved, ecstatic and creative.

What makes for a great, expansive feeling, and what makes for a bad, contractive feeling?

A belief system that is in alignment with what your higher self is true will feel great

and expansive, while a belief that is not in alignment with that truth will feel contractive.

This is your very own guidance system to let you know if you are out of alignment with

your eternal, true purpose.

This is a way of defining good and bad feelings (they are ultimately two sides of the same

coin) that will have you regain control and step out of any victim mentality you may have.

Circumstances does not make you feel good or bad, only your reaction to them ever can.

Every situation, thought or circumstance is inherently neutral.

It is your point of view when reacting to the situation that generates either a feeling

of ecstatic expansion or contraction.

There is always something to learn when you feel bad.

It is an opportunity to grow, to expand, to accelerate into new points of view opening

up more of yourself and your energy to be used for expansive activities rather than

victimizing yourself.

It can be hard to see that you are always in control of your state of being, and that

no-one else or whatever they may do to you, can take away from you your power or choice

to feel amazing.

Unless you let them, by choice.

Does it feel good to give away your power, and let it be up to the actions of others

whether or not you can feel great?

From an empowerment perspective (no more victim-state), no.

It feels good to think that you are in control of your state of being, that you have free

will, because it is true.

1.

Dive as Deep as You Can into Your Self-Realization

The first method to keep your frequency high is the most essential one.

When all else fails, turn to this one.

It is simply a way to deepen your self-realization by paying attention to the fact that you exist.

In fact, if you constantly remind yourself that you exist, that you are alive, that you

are here, now, conscious, you will be able to go deeper and further into your existence,

as Awareness.

(It is also possible to go even deeper, beyond experience and Awareness and back into the

Absolute, or Infinity)

By remembering that you exist, that you are here and now, conscious of yourself, you will

be able to relax all thought activity and take your focus back to your roots, giving

yourself a reboot.

2.

Imagine Whatever Makes You Feel Best

Your imagination is a very powerful tool to raise your frequency.

Instead of imagining worst case-scenarios or use it for worrying about this and that,

why not try to create blissful and ecstatic states of being?

You can imagine yourself, as a human being, together with other human beings, in certain

situations, doing specific things, or you can keep it more undefined and abstract.

As long as you find the feeling of alignment and joy that you are looking for, it is of

less importance exactly what you are imagining.

By using your imagination in this way you are creating states of being in the non-physical,

which is just as real as the physical.

You instantly feel a psychological relief and perhaps even feel good in your physical

body.

Instant manifestation.

You manifest all of your external reality from your internal state of being.

The more you accept this as a fact, and take responsibility for your reality, the more

empowered you become.

And the more you take control of your imagination and power as a creator to experience any state

of being you choose, the easier and more effortless it becomes.

Keep your state of being joyful, keep your frequency high, and know that you are in absolute

control of your vibrational state.

Several different ways of saying this (that resonate with you), will allow you to see

it from several points of view and make it easier to integrate into your life.

3.

Be Grateful for Feeling Bad

Whenever you notice that you are in a negative state of being, be joyful.

You see that you feel bad.

Great!

Now, at least, you can do something about it.

Don resist it.

Observe it, accept it and be grateful that you see it and dont have to keep holding

on to it.

Remember that the negative state of being is a signal from a higher self (or whatever

you wish to call the version of you who sees from an all-seeing perspective) that you have

a belief that is out of alignment with what it knows to be true.

Just redefining feeling bad as this signal can be enough to raise your frequency right

back up.

You are loved and watched out for!

By this higher self, God, the universe etc.

What you call it is not the point here.

When you feel bad, there is something for you to learn.

The Universe is showing you that there is a lesson to be learned in order for you to

keep expanding, so be grateful.

4.

Use Reminders

Use reminders, as many as you can, to help you get back into a high frequency.

Do things that trigger you to be in a peaceful state of being.

Watch a video, read a blog article, read a book, hang out with friends, go shopping.

Only you know what can serve as a reminder for you to tune into higher frequencies.

Fill your life with whatever makes you feel amazingly connected to who you really are.

Be honest to what truly serves and excites you, and you will see more and more blissful

states of being manifest in your life.

Wrapping it up

The information here may seem radical to some people.

The terms may be unfamiliar and the content thought provoking.

Let it sink in, use other resources, integrate what you learn.

Take only what feels right on some level.

Let go of the rest.

Wrapping it up, serving it, eating it Mmm, Yummy! digesting it and utilizing all

the useful bits and pieces And defecating the waste.

Now you hopefully have some new inspiration and methods you can experiment with to create

great states of being.

You can dive into self-realization to snap out of a downward spiral and into deep understandings

of your true nature; you can use your imagination to create increasingly more blissful states

of being; you can redefine feeling bad as a signal for you to learn and feel great through

expansion; you can fill your life with reminders that keep you vibrant with joy; or you can

do all

of the above.

Sh*t I Never Knew: How Did You Mount That?! - Duration: 3:51.

- Hey guys, Shawn again with Custom Offsets,

Custom Offsets TV on YouTube.

Got another episode of Stuff I Never Knew.

This is one we get a ton of question about

and it's "How did you mount that?"

So we do pretty much everything, from the big 12 wides,

14 wides, to now the 16 wides which are coming out,

and we'll put 'em on 12 and a half wide tires on a 12 wide,

and so on and so forth.

So we'll either do that up and down sidewall,

the big, bulged sidewall, or the stretch tires.

The way we're doing that is these guys are basicially

doing over 100 sets a day,

and they've become the experts in that field.

So we get a lot of questions,

who can I call or how can I go and get these done locally

and there really aren't gona be that many options.

And it all comes from experience.

As you guys'll see,

these guys are using the cheetah blaster,

which use high pressure lines

and they've just got it down to an art

where it's become second nature for them to do.

So, it's just one of those games where once you learn it,

and get really good at it,

it's your thing.

But to just to find a local shop that's trying to do it

for the first time,

they're gonna go through about 10 cans of ether,

and just end up with a really sweet smelling shop,

but they're not going to have your wheels and tires

mounted up.

The other thing that we're getting a question about

are these little guys.

So, it's the bead balancing.

And the ones that we use are gona be the plastic

or composite ones.

There's a whole bunch of variations.

There's people with sand,

there's the ones that come in the packets,

what we've kind of run into is

some people really stand behind these and prefer 'em,

we're still at the point where 98 percent of the ones

we're doing are the stick on weights,

which are your traditional half ounce and one ounce

stick on weights,

which are gona go on the mount and balance machine,

and it's gona tell us where to locate 'em,

and then that's how you're gona get the wheel and tire

to balance out working together.

These guys, when we put in those beads,

they're gona go into the tires,

they're gona skip mount and balance,

because the whole concept is

as that tire spins, these are gona find the spot,

or the light spot,

or the unbalanced spot in the tire as you're traveling.

So that at lower speeds, as you can imagine,

they're not gona get that spin,

and you're gona feel them at lower speeds,

because you're basically on an unbalanced tire,

then at high speeds on the big tires,

they start doin' their work.

So kind of one my rules of thumb is

if you're getting to the point

where you're doing 37s, 40s, 44s as far as tires,

you start to get into this world where its gona makes sense.

But I still stand behind if you on a 35 or under,

I stick to the static weights, the actual stick on weights.

Because it just seems to be working better.

But, sometimes we'll get into where the tire itself

is 15, 16 inches wide, and some of these machines

just aren't made for that

even though we've got the best of the best,

that's not what they were designed around,

so sometimes these guys will work better.

On CO 2, we're gona do the 24 by 14 hostile strikers.

And then we've got the 375 40 R 24,

which are basically a 15 wide tire on a 36 and a half.

We went with the balance beads,

just to try them out and see how they work,

because that's the type of wheel and tire

that's not going to fit on this one.

So that should get you the general idea

on how we're doing that mounting and balancing,

or the mounting,

and then the balancing.

And as far as these beads,

which is an option.

If you ever go on the website, I mean this is the choice

you could have.

And we'll just throw those in there for you,

but you're gona want to search the internet and the forums

and see what people are saying about their opinion on these.

We still don't have a strong one,

but we'll let you know as we try 'em out,

so make sure you stay tuned.

Check out some of our match-ups

so you can see some of the mounts that we're doing.

We're going to keep those match-ups coming to ya,

so you can see those different sidewalls.

Thanks for subscribing,

make sure you share, make sure you comment.

Peace.

Mi Amiga Vegetariana parte 2 | My Vegetarian Friend part 2 [english subtitles] ft Susana E. | Astrea - Duration: 13:50.

In your family, is there some one that is vegetarian?

That has support you in this process of changing your lifestyle? -My dad-

the only one, is my Dad

and... I think that everyone thinks that we are crazy

for example, I go to a family reunion

and they start asking me "so what is the religion that you are part of?"

"so what else you don't eat?"

It's for real that they ask what religion you are part of?

With what animal did you fell more like...

...cuddly?

with the turkey

to me Thanksgiving Day it's...

a depressive day

I only think about all the turkeys that are dying

and to be here interacting with it

because in Colombia you never pet a turkey

In Colombia you don't eat that much turkey

it's not like here

so, to have contact with that animal

and to pet it, how I hated it...

How it cosed it's eyes

so spoiled

-yes

It was so nice, it was the nicest thing that I learned today

spectacular

feels so good

changing to this new eating habit

you discover so many options...

vegan cheese,

almond milk

there are a lot of options to replace the food that comes from animals

and it's so nice because...

because that exist

it's like a college

here you come to learn new things about all this process

I saw that she had an egg in her hand

and it was from one of the...

...turkeys

so I asked her about the eggs

because we have been doing a research about it

if is traumatic for the hen for us to take eggs

so I was asking her about that

and what do they do with the eggs?

and she tolled me that they give them to the pigs

and she said that no, that is like the menstrual cycle of a regular female

that..

it just puts and egg

It asked her if she eats eggs and she said no

because she knows that is the menstrual period

but if you want to eat eggs

she recommends that they are from a farm where they [hen] are free and relaxed

so... hens live around 15 years

but it only puts eggs for 5 years

so in this places where they have this hens to just put eggs

they only have them for 5 years and then they kill them

so she said if you want to eat eggs to go to a place where

they have the hens for the 15 years

and they don't get rid of the hen just because is not putting eggs

so...

thats the massage

so maybe egg its ok to eat

unless you feel disgusted because is the menstrual cycle

so de hen doesn't get traumatized because you take the egg?

no, and I asked her

the hen know when there is a baby in the egg and when is just the menstrual cycle

and when they are little it doesn't know that is just the cycle

and some stay on the egg, taking care of it

so they help it so it doesn't stay there for to long and move on

it's just the menstrual cycle

so the decision is if you want to eat period or not

that's true

I forgot to ask about the bees

ahh, about the honey

yes

for an other visit to a different place

when we go to the Vegan Festival

It's too different, the reason why I stopped eating meat

I stopped eating red meat

I stopped eating it slowly because I didn't like cooking it

and because I lived on my own

I had to cook all my food

so I will only eat red meat occasionally

when I went out to eat hamburger or something like that

and then, a friend

told me that it takes to long to digest

"it's so bad to eat red meat"

and I thought she was right

so I started to analyze how I felt after eating a hamburger

and I felt like..

you have to go to sleep

you are so heavy

you feel full and heavy

so I said no, I don't want to eat red meat anymore

so I stopped eating red meat

then..

with all this thing about energies

and I grew up with my mom telling me about

how when you eat an animal, you are eating the energy how it lived

the feeling of how it died

if it died and had an awful life you are swallowing

that anxiety of the animal, that sadness

when they are killing it... all that fear, you are eating it

and my mom is no vegetarian

but she always talked about that

there was always the topic about the energies in the food

when I started...

not a long ago

when did I stop eating chicken?

like 5 months ago

and red meat..

like 8 months ago

I don't remember exactly

and the...

fish

I was eating salmon because of the vitamin D

Susana saw me eat my last salmon

I've been in the process of changing my eating habits for a long time

I just din't stop eating animals because of the energy

I also elevated the in take of seeds and fruits

because this are foods that have more light energy

vegetarian hotdog

how is it?

delicious, delicious, exquisite

there were three sausage options

I'm eating it with my hands because I don't eat bread

Are you going to eat my "bread"? lol

obvious

I'll go fill it up

my mom told me that my grandparents were vegetarian for 10 years

and my grandpa was a "rancher"

rancher and vegetarian

so weird

so funny

it will be interesting to know...

the reason why they didn't eat animals

the reason why I change my eating habits, it was more to change the energy that I put inside my body

without thinking to much about how bad is for the animal to die

I'll think about it but not that much

I didn't have any pets

my family has ranches

so to me was normal to see how they cut the bulls balls

and then to see a bucket full of testicles

to me that was normal

- I ate testicles one time

I didn't eat, but I saw that

and in Colombia people kills a pig in December

and you can hear when its been killed

I used to cover my ears

it was horrible

and I know what is the process to kill a lot of animals to be food

and after I will watch how they will tear the animal apart

and I will eat it any way,

because that is something cultural

it's something that I was raise in to, something "normal"

so thats why I really didn't have that connection with the animals

because I grew up seeing that killing an animal was normal

she was telling me that this turkey

and that hen

that turkey over there

look how the are petting it

they were rescued

they started rescuing turkeys in thanksgiving season

so they try to rescue one turkey every year

this have been here for the las tow years

and they are siblings

what made me be more strict

about not eating animals

beside the energy

was the enviroment

I like to save water

sometimes I won't shower on a Sunday to save water

I watched a documentary [cowspiracy]

and I realized how much water it takes to get a pice of meat

its a lot, a lot of litters

and thats what really made me stop eating meat and animals

because the planet its going to be gone

give some love, give some love

it's such a pretty thing

look at this

it has the balls in the front

-really?

Noo!!

He was saying that this

only the female has it

-to bring the attention of the male?

yes

that makes them more atractive

how was the experience?

your birthday experience

what a better way than to celebrate your birthday like this

in a place where you are a hundred percent confortable

what did you fell?

I love animals

one thing is to look at them, but other thing is to hug them

fell their breath

the beat of their heart

interact with them giving them love

and to see how they close their eyer like a... doggy

like a human, when someone is fondling you...

...that you close your eyes and you relax

and here is the same

you interact with the animals

and you understand that they are being that deserve

-the same love

the same love than us

So nice

Information about HF 774 (DHHSD Bill) - Duration: 3:52.

Hello, my name is Jessalyn Akerman-Frank.

I am an independent contractor with the Commission.

Hello, my name is Emory Kevin Dively.

I am an independent contractor with MNCDHH.

Jessalyn and I are working together today.

Jessalyn: Yes. The purpose of this vlog

is to answer questions we received from the community about HF 774.

Your questions are important to us.

You requested more history and background, which is included in this vlog.

Forty years ago, the community gathered together

and advocated for legislation to overcome communication and access barriers.

As a result, funding was approved to set up DHHSD offices.

Over the past 40 years, changes in technology, services and what people need have taken place.

This means DHHSD needs to modernize their services.

Two years ago we asked the Legislature for funding for a study,

to examine how DHHSD can improve their services.

During the study, members of the community who are deaf, deafblind, hard of hearing

had 20 different opportunities to share their feedback.

There were in-depth discussions also.

Members of organizations, businesses,

and nonprofits gathered together to deeply analyze for the study.

All of these discussions resulted in the bill that we proposed to the Legislature for funding.

The plan is for modernized services that match your needs.

We will explain more in depth about HF 774.

Emory: This is an update on the status of HF 774.

You did great work sending comments and feedback to your legislators and MNCDHH!

Now what is the bill's status?

The deadline has passed.

One deadline was last Friday, March 10.

The second deadline is tomorrow, Friday, March 17.

The opportunity to add new things to the bill at the last minute is gone.

Why is it too late to change things in the bill?

it requires sending the bill to new committees and the deadline has passed for that.

Adding new language at this point would kill the bill.

The deadline has truly passed.

What happens if this current HF 774 bill dies and what is the impact?

$3.2 million funding for two years will be on hold.

DHHSD services will not have the funding to expand services, staff, or technology.

Funding for Deaf Mentor, DeafBlind, and Mental Health services will be on hold.

It will likely be harder to re-do it in 2 years.

We do VALUE any community input,

we encourage the community to work with us together

MNCDHH has passed 70 bills,

which means we can and we will serve the community to improve more services

that make a difference in the deaf, deafblind, and hard of hearing community.

We look forward to continuing working with you all!

Jessalyn: Thank you.
