Have you ever heard about the triangle of devil or Bermuda triangle?

One of the most dangerous places on the earth.

There are many secrets about this mysterious place.

Before you cross close to this place,

you need to know some of it's secrets.

In this video, we are going to explain to you some of Bermuda triangle secrets.

At the end of the video try to tell us your idea about the things

that we said and which one you are believing in

and which one is not.

As many people know ships, planes and even human disappear in that place.

The question is that.

Where did those kind of thing goes?

Will may be it sank in the ocean?

As it comes from the name of the place,

the triangle of devil,

the ships and the planes were destroyed by the devil.

Because the devil doesn't want anyone to come close to his territory.

Which means that place is only special for the devil

and no one can go there and if you did so

you will be kidnapped and your ship or plane will be destroyed by the devil.

All these means Bermuda triangle is place owned by the devils

and it is impossible for the human to go there.

The other thing about bermuda triangle is,

it is a place for the outsider

which means it is a place for the people who come from the space.

And those people are using bermuda triangle as a center for them on the earth.

To make a study on the human equipment, machines and even the human's bodies,

that is why they take it away.

As a result the things that disappeared in bermuda triangle.

Actually it has been taken by the people who came from the space.

To prove that no one can find the wreck of the planes

and the ships that distroyed or disappeared in bermuda triangle.

All this means it has been taken by the outsider.

This idea seems to be crazy a little bit.

In bermuda triangle, there is the secret of the universe or the nature.

And if you are able to discover or find this secret

you will be able to control anything.

For example, let's imagine that the secret of the nature is hidden there

and if you can discover it, you will have a great power.

You would be able to control the wind, fire or water.

As a result no one can come close there.

Because the nature try to protect itself.

And it will destroy anyone who come there.

Because it doesn't want to be controlled by anyone.

Still the things that we said before only an ideas.

And most of them seems to be unbelievable.

Its up to you whether you believe on them or not.

The second worst reason why startups should file patents - Duration: 2:02.

Startups can use patents to create

licensing revenue. That's probably the

second most popular reason you might be

told when you start your business. But in

this video I'm going to tell you why

this is a terrible reason for startups.

Now, from an academic point of view

filing patents with a view to create

income from licensing is fine. Patents

are business assets. They can be bought, sold,

exchanged or rented out, which means that

you as the patent owner can choose to

allow others to use the patented

technology in return for money - that's

called a license. The reality, however, is

that as an early stage startup you will

simply not be able to play the licensing

game to any significant degree. And

that's because simply your competitors

won't throw money at you just because

you have patents. Instead you have to

track your competitors, you have to find

out the correct contact, you have to

convince them that they need your

technology, and then you have to work out

the licensing deals. And believe me, from

my experience negotiating licenses is in

essence and art in itself. It takes a lot

of expertise, experience, time and effort.

Resources which you simply do not have

as an early stage startup. Because in the

early stages you probably have other

things on your mind: you have to build

your product, you have to work out a

business plan, you have to do marketing

and so on. So to sum it up: when you

consider filing patents for your startup

please don't do it with a view to

actively enforce those patents

against your competitors. I've talked

about this in the previous video - and

don't do it because you think you can

license out your technology to any

significant degree. Instead you should

file patents as a start-up for the right

reasons, and I'll tell you about those in

When To Quit My 9 to 5 For My Online Business - Audrey Millan - Duration: 3:42.

What's going on guys? If you are in the

East Coast, you know that today, we have

a storm. Snow storm. Look at this. Amazing.

But I want to make this video to talk

about when I should...(Look at this) When I should quit.

My nine-to-five to start doing a

business online, alright. So, I have like

an advise for you. I don't know if

you're going to take it or not, but I want

to tell you that the best advise that I

give my Spanish community people, which

have over 4,000 people. They pay me for

me to show them how to make money online.

My best advise for them is do not quit

your nine to five until you start making

the triple of what you make at your job,

alright. Let's make it a sample.

If every... (man, it's cold) If every two weeks,

I bring home around, let's say... let's say,

eight hundred dollars every two weeks.

Then, add the triple that every two weeks in my business

online. So then I could quit

my job, alright? So that's something

that I keep in mind. I wouldn't quit if I

made less than what I'm making in my nine-to-five

biz, ah, job because it just don't make any

sense. That's my advise for for you guys.

I don't know if you starting out with

business online like I... Well, I'm not

starting now, a business now. I'm starting

in I say in English, a business NOW and you

know, since I have been making money

online since 2015. (This wind is amazing) I have been making money online since 2015 and honestly,

my best advise for my Spanish community

is don't quit your nine-to-five until you make

it triple of what you're making in

your nine to five and your business

online, alright. So hopefully you guys, you

know, take the advise for you

because it makes sense. So, I mean, it don't

have to be triple. It could be double.

You can just make double, you know, and just... You

can make money online. Like if you make

one- well, what the fuck am I saying, okay. If you make double of- if

you make double in your online business, then

you could quit your nine-to-five too. But me? I went to

triple because it just makes sense, you

know. It's better. It's like I'm sure

every two weeks, I'm making even more with my

nine-to-five, why not, right? But anyways,

I'm here- (look at this) I'm going to go

The keyboard_check_pressed(vk_right) will run in objOptions too.

and we may jump 2 tabs instead of one.

Its a little simple. But there is not much space. But we may upgrade this quest log in the future :-)

These problems with the men�s sperm could influence their fertility.

Other experts agree that smoking can impair sexual performance.

so normally we just think that smoking is dangerous for our heart, and liver, but it

is also destroying our sexual health, especially sperms.

sperms are the main source of our sexual health, if sperms are weak and low quantity, then

definitely we will face erectile dysfunction, shrinkage of penis, low sexual timing.

Today, we will be discussing the Ohio Good Funds Law,

Ohio has had a Good Funds Law on the books since 1996,

but in April 6, 2017, the law will be updated

to meet the electronic world we live in.

This change will adjust how the buyers and sellers

will bring funds to a real estate closing.

Ohio's Good Funds Law was created to ensure

that funds used for real estate closing

are deposited and available for withdrawal

at the time of disbursement.

This change in the law was to reduce fraud

and to ensure that funds are available

at the time of closing.

What it all simply means to the real estate community.

In the past, it was customary to get a cashier's check

to deliver funds necessary to close.

Now, in most cases, they must be wired from your bank.

Two, any cash or checks used at settlement

cannot total more than $1,000 unless they are

from a real estate brokerage, as in earnest money.
