How to Build Realistic Steering in Besiege - Basic Simple Plane Tutorial Part 3/3 - Duration: 6:52.

Hi there, welcome to the third part of the video guide.

In this extra session, we will see more variations of RTC steering.

There are a lot of different wing configuration for planes which use different RTC systems.

Some of them even have control surfaces that respond to more than one input.

Don't worry, mods are not required for any of this.

Planes with the basic wing configuration are the easiest to build.

The plane we just made is an example. The control surfaces only respond to one input.

First, you create controllers.

You set up two blocks, wooden ones for example.

Then you place the pistons around the wooden blocks, these will control the ailerons.

Ailerons can be placed anywhere, but the further they are from their mechanisms, the less effective their movement.

Add a hinge on both ailerons' swivel joints.

Connect them with braces to the wooden blocks.

Check if they move correctly.

You can make it more compact by building a scaffolding around it first, and placing the hinge at a different angle.

You can bypass the intersection warning by quickly move your cursor and click it before the block becomes red.

Create one more controller near the elevators.

Add hinges on both elevators' swivel joints.

Connect them with braces to the wooden block of the elevators' controller.

Planes with a low aspect ratio wings have short, stubby ones and are more structurally efficient, with faster roll.

These wings tend to be used by fighter aircraft or very high-speed aircraft.

One example is the F-20 Tigershark.

Their wingspan is approximately twice the length, or less, of their elevators.

With that small of a difference, it's a good idea to make the elevators also respond to roll.

Bind controllers to elevator keys, then brace the two pistons together.

Then, place two additional pistons that will push the whole elevator controller; and bind them to aileron keys.

The pistons for aileron controls should be fixed, while the wooden blocks and elevator control should be free.

Connect the wooden block to the elevator hinge, and the elevator piston to the aileron hinge.

Check if both sides move correctly, and try to press pitch and roll buttons at the same time.

Planes with tailless delta configuration have a triangular planform with swept leading edges and straight trailing edges.

They offer good structural efficiency and a small frontal area.

Space Shuttles are the example of machines using this configuration.

Since delta wings combine ailerons and elevators into one big wing,

their ailerons also respond to pitch.

Tailless delta controllers are similar to the low aspect ratio configuration,

except aileron and elevator controls are swapped.

Set up controllers with aileron keys, then brace the two pistons together.

Then, place two additional pistons that will push the whole aileron controller; and bind it to elevator keys.

The pistons with elevator controls should be fixed,

while the wooden blocks and aileron control should be able to move.

Connect the wooden block to the aileron hinge, and the aileron control piston to the elevator hinge.

Check if they move correctly, and try to press pitch and roll buttons at the same time.

A canard is a small forewing placed near the nose.

Canards are most commonly found on planes with tailless delta wing such as the MiG 1.44 Flatpack.

There are also planes with a three-surface configuration, which have both a conventional tail

and additional canard surfaces like the Sukhoi Su-34.

Canards will greatly increase take off performance.

Depending on their length, canards are mostly limited to pitch, but their movements are inverted relative to the elevator movement.

Canards don't require additional controllers, you can just use existing ones.

When you've finished building the canards, place the hinge on top of it.

For the basic configuration, connect both canards to the elevator controller's wooden block.

For delta wing, you connect the left canard with the right wooden block and vice versa.

Compare the movement with the elevator, and make sure their movement is inverted.

That's it, now you have enough knowledge to create RTC for most of different plane configurations.

Thanks to our patrons at patreon.com for making this video possible

and thanks to VermilionBoulderIndividual for editing the script.

Thanks for watching, and see you in the skies!

The Best Android Dictionary App of 2017 ? - Duration: 3:23.

Yo whatsup guys its adi here and today we're going to take a look at U-Dictonary App.

Also we're gonna find out that if it's the best android dictonary app of 2017 as it is

the Google Play India's Best Self-Improvement App of 2016.

So without wasting anymore time, Let's check out :)

...

Alright so let's start up the User Interface.

After you download the application and when you open it up, you get to know about it's

top 2 features, which are 'TAP TO TRANSLATE' and 'Quick translate'.

On the homescreen you get instruction on how to download the offline.

And there you can see the large collection of offline dictnory to choose from.

For example, i'm gonna download Englisg to Hindi, English to Spanish and Collins Advanced

Dictionary.

Althought it contains almost all of the indian languages but i would have love to see more

international collection.

Anyway moving on, let's talk about data saving feature which is actually the offline mode.

Offline mode is data saving mode and when online, shows basic definition but when offline

mode is turned off and when online, all definitions are pre-loaded.

So, there you can see my smartphone is on airplane mode, and say i want to convert a

sentense right now without getting access to the internet.

Simply i type what i need to convert, and within seconds.. it gets the job done.

this is going to be really helpful for those who travel a lot.

Features like Voice serach, Synonyms, web definations cannot be accessed without internet.

The next big feature is that you can instantly get to know about the word meaning within

any app.

Say i want to know the meaning of this word right here, so all i have to do is to just

copy it up, and there will be a pop-up instantly with

it's meaning.

Also you get a Quick translate tab in your notification bar to check any meaning of any

word on the go.

One of the intresting features is that you get the words & quotes for today, everyday.

Scrolling down, you can also enjoy reading the popular articles on the web of that time.

Coming up at conclusion, it it the best dictonary app of 2017 ? I would say, Yes, because there

is no drawbacks to it except that it does not have a big collection of international

languages, but it is not really considrable as

English is just enough to have a conversationn with the next person to you.

Again i would say that The App is great for those who travel a lot, those who are not

well famalier with hindi and the languages of other state, etc.

So to download, you can check out the first link in the discription or you can click on

the iButton on your screen.

That's it for now.

Thankyou for watching ! and i'll see you guys in my next one !

Peace out !

From Siberia to Brazil: Russian Brazilians | A Imigração Russa no Rio Grande do Sul - Duration: 6:53.

- One, two, three!

One, two, three!

- There are drinks that we got from...

from there. We have the collection...

- Hello! I am in Campina das Missões,

in Rio Grande do Sul.

I am here with a very special person, Anatolii.

The writer of a book about Russian immigration

to southern Brazil.

So let's talk about where the Russians came from

and what Russian culture...

what they are maintaining in this region.

Welcome, Anatoli.

- I am very pleased to have the opportunity to meet you

and say that we are very happy that

Campina das Missões is a cradle of the Russian culture in Brazil,

founded here by Russian immigrants

in 1909.

- In 1909. Quite recently.

- In 2009 we celebrated the centenary and constructed a monument here,

that we may see a bit of later for you to film.

In 1911, I am a son of the Russian immigrants.

My father is Ivan Zabolotski,

he was from Krasnoyarsk, from Siberia.

And he settled down here, in Campina das Missões.

And...in 1909 the municipality was founded in Campina das Missões.

And they settled down here,

in Campina das Missões, situated 500 km from the capital Porto Alegre

and in the northeast part of Rio Grande do Sul .

And that time the Brazilian government

through its president José Augusto Bodes de Medeiros

who had a special intention to populate this Brazilian region,

sent a messenger there.

It was said that

it is a paradise here.

- Ah, it was the same with Germans, Russians.

- It was said that there was a pleasant climate

in comparison with their cities, that were cold.

Here there is a warm climate.

Hunting, fishing, as there is the Comandaí River nearby.

- Was it true?

Was it a paradise? A bit relative, wasn't it?

- Hunting, fishing, generous soil, fertile soil.

They came here

and saw that it wasn't like that,

that it wasn't the promised land.

So lots of them were sad, and some of them went back

to Russia, the others went to Argentina.

There in Argentina, in Obera,

Misiones da Argentina has a Russian colony,

a very big one, doesn't it?

A region consists of various regions:

Florentino Ameghino,

Arbonia,

a Vila Industrial.

- The Russians, the immigrants from Russia, paid for this land,

it wasn't for free, was it?

- They got one part, but for the other part they

had to pay, of course.

And then...in 1912 they built

the first orthodox church in Brazil

in the name of apostle St. John the Evangelist,

whose love protects us...

As for the 9 of October,

it is an important day for Russians in Brazil.

And now it is translated in Russian.

Russian immigration to Brazil [in Russian]

- Great!

- So, it tells the whole history

about the immigration story.

So, it is the first documentary record in Brazil about

Russian immigration,

about the immigrants.

- And from what part of Russia did the immigrants come

mainly...?

- The main part came from Siberia, Krasnoyarsk, some of them came from Ukraine

from Odessa, from various regions of Ukraine.

The origin of the Russian culture, Volga of Brazil,

that has the folklore Russian group "Troika".

- I've already seen it.

- And this group will celebrate in June

25 years, their silver jubilee.

The trajectory of 25 years of success,

that has spread the customs, history, traditions.

- You are doing a lot of work to preserve...

- ...to preserve the history, customs.

And now...last year in April we were

glad to be invited by the Russian Embassy

in Brasilia and to be presented at a fair

of the embassy in Brasilia.

It had a great success in Brasilia

and people liked it a lot, so

it was presented in a very good manner in April last year.

This year, for example, we already have lots of events.

- What is the main event

of the year for the Russian community here?

- The biggest event is always the 9 of October,

the day of the patron of the Russian orthodox church.

The feast of the Patron.

It is always on the 8 of October.

So it is a big event which is frequented by the

immigrants' children from the

whole country that come here.

- Here, to Campina?

- To Campina.

- I need to come back here. In October...as there is here in Brazil

there is also Oktoberfest and other cultural festivals

here in Brazil

for Germans, for the Poles.

So I can arrange it and come back.

- The 8 of October is already arranged.

So, you need to came back.

There is the St. Vladimir's monument

that we can see, also we have the orthodox church,

built in 1912. It was the first church

built in Brazil.

The first orthodox Russian church,

and there is the orthodox cemetery that is the biggest

one in South America.

It is near the church and where the immigrants

and their ancestors are buried.

Thank you very much [in Russian]

- Thank you very much [in Russian]

For my followers,

you know that I speak Russian

and often visit the south of Ukraine

where people speak Russian.

And now I am in the South of Brazil.

So I am combining two souths of the two countries,

where people speak Russian.

It has been great for me.

It was a pleasure. Thank you!

How to Make a Duct Tape Minion Bag | Sophie's World - Duration: 9:21.

Hi I'm Sophie and welcome to my world

and today I have a very exciting bag to

add to our animal face bags now this is

not an animal well I guess technically

not an animal but it is something

adorable and cute and that is Minion now if you

know me you know i love minions these

are like my favorite and this is

something that a bunch of you have

requested so i'm going to make sure that

I give my shout out and here's my shout

out the minion Bob bag is for Thuy V I

mpac harem a or hareen a and pancake delights

so this bag goes out to you going

to show you how to make it right now for

this project you'll need the completed

bag a piece of duct tape fabric that is

yellow on one side and matches the

interior of your bag on the other the

downloadable template magnets or sticky

back velcro duct tape an x-acto knife

scissors and a work surface now the only

thing that's different with this minion

bag is because minions have yellow heads

and then their overalls the duct tape

fabric that you want to use you want to

make sure you have two strips of yellow

at the top everything else you can make

exactly the same as you do in the bag

that you get the link above for but just

make sure you put two strips of yellow

duck tape at the top now we're going to

take a piece of yellow duct tape fabric

and using this template here we're going

to cut it out into this shape this is

the flap and we're going to attach the

flap to the bag first though we're going

to put on this cute little face

now when you get the template you're

going to find that all the pieces are

marked and they tell you exactly what

colors to use and what duct tape

so the first thing first we're going to

put on the eyes and that is a little

strip just goes across fold over the

edges there or if you want to you can

cut those off then next comes his

goggles

this is the strap of the goggles and

these are going to be the goggles now this

is why i said if you have not learned

how to make the duct tape sticker yet

make sure you go and check out the link

above because all of these are made with

duct tape stickers i take my little

white eyes put one down and second one

down and now we're going to add the dark

part of the eyes

this is parchment paper that i'm using

and i have to tell you the best

parchment paper i have found that works

the best is Reynolds brand and

understand i'm not being paid by

Reynolds to say that but i have used a

lot of different kinds of parchment

paper and that is the best one that I

found

ok now and I'm gonna use a little bit of

white to give him the shine in his eyes because

those little minions have such shiny

little eyes one more and then

the last little thing that he needs is

his smile

but you put that anywhere you like

ok now feel free to make him any any

style that you would like and then you

can make it smile a little bigger a

little smaller but I've always found

that he has that little kind of sideways

smile

okay now what we're going to do is

add the flap so I'm going to fold this

over here and use a little bit of blue

duct tape here i'm just going to take

this piece of blue duct tape and I'm

going to attach it to the top of his

head and what I don't want to do is

catch this inside edge there I just want

to try to line this up right there at the

edge of the purse bag body and see how

there's those two little sides I'm going to take

another little piece of tape

I'm just going to cut this into little

one-inch squares so that i can seal it

on this side and seal it on the other

side now if you need any additional help

with fabric and that kind of stuff make

sure you check out my website because we

have all kinds of different duct tape

projects that explain how to make

everything from bags to fabric when

you're attaching the inside of the bag

right here at the seams you want to make

sure that you are covering this entirely

and the easiest way to do that is to cut

a strip into two pieces make it a little

bit easier so you let your first pieces

right there at the edge and your second

piece right over top

you just want to match your fabrics so

I didn't have to use this pattern

fabric for the inside of my minion but

I thought it would be fun and sporty

I could have made it yellow if I wanted

to and now all that we need to do now

is add the closer and for this closure

i'm going to do is take a magnet

you could also use sticky back velcro

but i got my magnet there and i just

placed it on a piece of tape and just

adjusted it down there and then what

I've got is another piece of tape which

is the yellow or if I think it's not

going to end up in the yellow I could do

it with the blue so let's see where it's

going to end up I fold this over going

to actually you know it's going to end

up pretty much in the yellow so i don't

know if you saw that but you take your

magnet drop it then it's going to make

sure that it's got exact polarity there

so put your tape drop it on top and

fold it over push down and hopefully you

don't have too much of the cover to

cover there but if you do just add another

little piece of blue duct tape there we go

there's our friend Bob wait wait i

just realised the most important thing

his overalls

ok so i don't know how i missed this

when I was putting this together but you

gotta remember his overalls so I've gotta

strip here and I'm just going to place it

right there and fold the end over and

then on the opposite side where his

belly button is on the opposite side of his belly button up and over and then of

course you've got to have these little

buttons so one little button there's a

few poor Bob

can't believe you almost didn't have

overalls he was almost wearing jeans what

a fashion faux pas

there we go now our dear friend is done

and there you have it your very own

minion Bob bag now if you want

to make Stewart all you have to

do is download the template for Stewart

instead but you're going to make it

exactly the same and if you want to make

Kevin the long skinny one just take

minion Bob and just make the bag taller

and skinnier and the flap longer and

just add the face after that and then you

will have a Kevin so you can make Minion Bob

Stewart or Kevin for all three of them

and have your own little minion fest for

more fun bag ideas suggested by you

Stuck In The Past - The Recruiter Diaries (Episode 7) - Duration: 1:56.

This week on the recruiter diaries, we're

going hunting. Are you ready?

So this week on the Recruiter Diaries

we're going to start the job search.

So over the last six weeks hopefully you've

got your resume in a good place.

Everything is updated and you're ready

to start the hunt. So this week I want to

remind you that most of the things are

going to be digital now. So don't be

stuck in the way things used to be.

Used to be people posted ads online.

You'd print out your resume. Possibly a cover

letter and you mail it in through the

Post Office. Today's situation? Most of

it's going to be digital. So have your

resume ready, but I also recommend that

you actually have one in plain text.

If you're doing it in something like Word

or word processing, a lot of times you

have a lot of formatting. Different texts,

anything like that, in a plain text it's

not going to have any of that. So I'd

recommend putting your resume in a plain

text format in case you need it because

sometimes you have to upload your resume

and it just wants plain text. So don't be

stuck in "the way it used to be" where you

had to do everything by paper, by mail,

etc. Most of the time now it's digital.

That's it for this week. We'll see you next week.

How to Run for Office: Preparing to Make News, and Be News - Duration: 3:08.

This is the second in a series for those who plan to run for office in the next year

or two.

And good counsel even if you are not in that category.

Not all voters are well informed about current events or issues of our time.

But they will expect you to be.

Never leave your house in the morning for a day

of campaigning without making sure you are up to date on what has or is happening around

the globe, your state and community.

Smart candidates are always prepared to comment on events, use them to advance

their cause, to make news, and be news.

The risk of being ill-informed is enormous.

Smart phones are everywhere.

Say something stupid, or dumb and you can assume it will be posted on You Tube

and shared with the world.

So here are some good habits to get into as you prepare for your journey.

Every morning glance at the NY Times and the Wall Street Journal.

Skimming the headlines will give you a pretty good idea

of events driving the news.

If you are running for a state or federal office,

glance at a publication called Politico.

It's coverage of national politics is first rate.

Take a gander at your statewide newspaper, and make sure you look at prominent

local publications that are widely read in your community.

As you peruse the papers make a mental note of what you would say if a reporter

asked you a question about some topic in the news.

Finally, every community has local columnists or local bloggers that are well read

by opinion leaders, campaign contributors, and influential people.

The daily reading routine needs to become a habit before you become a candidate.

By making it a habit now, you'll be like the Olympic athlete who trains for the big

event…and most important, learning what you don't know that you need to know to

compete in the marketplace of ideas.

We've all seen videos of candidates looking and sounding ill-informed, or downright stupid.

They quickly go viral, and they can quickly ruin an otherwise promising campaign.

Last year, a friend of mine took a candidate to meet a prominent billionaire in New York.

This particular billionaire had an interest in a treaty being considered by the U.S. Senate.

The morning of the meeting the billionaire asked the candidate about the treaty.

Not only was the candidate clueless about the issue, he was unaware that it

had passed the Senate the day before.

That meeting ended quickly.

No check was ever cut.

The billionaire decided to support someone else.

Next week, I'll be back with more specific suggestions on how to burnish and scrub your

resume, and avoid the career ending mistakes of candidates who didn't.

If you are ready for an even deeper, and faster dive into preparing for your journey,

I invite you to watch my free, 3-part video series on how to win an election.

You'll find the link highlighted on the screen, or right below the screen depending

on the device you are using to watch this video.

Pubic Works?| Testing Water at Brush Creek - Duration: 2:46.

(geese honking)

(fast guitar music)

- So we're braving the weather,

it's about 20 degrees outside right now,

and we're going to take these sixth-grade students

down to Brush Creek, and we're going

to do some water testing.

We are the Blue River Watershed Association.

We go into the schools and we talk about water quality,

stormwater runoff, and the impacts that people have

on our nearby waters.

I think we need a little bit more water for some more tests,

who wants to gather it?

The Blue River starts in Kansas and goes all the way

through the very heart of the Kansas City area.

It empties into the Missouri River.

That empties into the Mississippi River.

That empties into the Gulf of Mexico.

So our little piece right here has a global impact.

The Blue River is a highly-urbanized river,

and with all the residences and industry

that are on its banks, it's very, very polluted.

Its tributaries, Indian Creek, Brush Creek,

they are very polluted.

Pollution comes from many sources,

so when we get precipitation, it runs off

into the storm drains, which drain into rivers.

When they put salts on the roads,

when we don't pick up after our pet,

that dilutes and goes into our rivers and streams.

(quick fiddle music)

And even though Kansas City, Missouri Water Services

have been working for the last six years

on their overflow control program,

all of us, we the citizenry,

we also need to work on these things.

How can we, what can we do?

We don't put salt on our sidewalks,

we put sand on the sidewalks.

We pick up after our pets.

We use the least amount of fertilizer

to get the results that we need.

All of those things are very small things

that people can do to help try to clean up our rivers.

What's Your Singing Story? Why Do You Sing? - Duration: 7:13.

What's your Singing Story?

Why do you Sing?

This week I received this comment from Avlok, one of my YouTube subscribers.

He said: While lying in bed something came to my mind about singing.

It's not about the exercises or the problems...it's about the motivation to beginning singers.

Inside this video I'll share his story and mine.

Towards the end of the video I'll discuss something that will have a huge impact on

your singing.

Hi I'm Chuck Gilmore with Power To Sing.

Here's what Avlok (not a native English speaker) said about his own singing experience.

"It's about the motivation to beginner singers.

I remember when I first try to sing... from throat get squeezed and it hurts alot.

I had that feeling of pain...that's the reason why the normal people gave up so easily.

So why don't you give some motivational example of a singer who didn't give up.

Obviously every singer didn't give up, but there are singers who had to struggle a lot

in their life like Michael Jackson."

Avlok said he heard Michael say in an interview that his father beat him a lot...but he didn't

give up on his dream about being rich and being a singer who can heal the world...and

he did it.

Why do we persist?

Why do we sing when often we face great challenges?

Why do we keep trying?

When I was in high school I discovered I loved to sing and perform, especially on stage in

theater.

There are many highlights I experienced.

What I loved the most was the deep emotional connection I felt with the audience and with

my cast members.

But I had some major limitations to my voice.

The main limitation was I could not sing higher than E above middle C without breaking or

extreme strain.

As a result, over time I lost my confidence in my voice.

Especially being at the university as a music major and surrounded by singers who seemed

to have a gift to sing any notes they wanted.

When I was 19 years old, I was asked to sing in a Christmas program at church.

I experienced a major fail that made me think I would never be able to sing like I wanted

to.

I was embarrassed and I felt I'd embarrassed everyone who heard me.

I didn't sing another solo for almost 20 years.

When I attended a musical theater show, instead of enjoying it, my heart ached because I wanted

to be doing that...not just watching it.

Years later I attended a vocal workshop put on by Seth Riggs and began studying with one

of his teachers.

Within 6 weeks I was singing the F above middle C and going much higher in the exercises...all

without straining or breaking.

It was like a miracle to me.

It was something I never dreamed was possible.

I knew I couldn't sing any higher.

My teachers told me I was a bass.

I never had vibrato.

My voice teacher had told me if I wasn't born with it I didn't have it.

I was wrong and my teacher was wrong.

Learning how to sing through the bridge (break) in my voice has completely revolutionized

my life.

With renewed hope and growing confidence in my voice I began auditioning for musical theater

again.

In the last 20 years I've been in over 35 shows with many lead singing roles.

I've experienced the supreme joy of singing and performing.

I've had people tell me they love my voice.

I've connected with made friends with 1000's of people.

My family has had the joy of music in their lives.

And I've loved it so much and I'm so grateful for what I've learned to do, I'm teaching

others how to do what I've done with my voice.

It's transformed my life.

It's my life's work now... transforming singers lives.

I want to share the message that you can sing higher with beauty, confidence and power and

I want to help you to do it!

What's your Singing Story?

Why do you Sing?

Here's what'll have a huge impact on your singing.

Deep inside your heart, can you answer this question?

What is your WHY?

Why do you want to sing?

What is the very basic reason, the basic motivation, the basic desire that almost compels you to

sing?

What is your why?

The answer to this question will be what keeps you trying.

It's what get's you up when you're knocked down.

It's what keeps you, practicing, reaching, and growing when faced with opposition, temporary

setbacks, or catastrophic failures.

Your why will give you the strength to keep singing, keep growing, keep improving.

I'm sure you have your own story about your singing?

Please share it.

Whatever it is share it.

No matter whether you're young or old.

No matter whether you're just starting out or you've been on your journey for a long

time.

You'll help others by sharing your story.

Please share it….and please share your "Why".

You'll inspire and help fellow singers traveling the same road.

Put your story and your why in the comment section below.

I'll read everyone of them.

I'm not looking for the best story.

I'm looking for the only one that really matters...your story.

If you liked this video, give it a thumbs up, subscribe and please share your story

and your "why" in the comments section below!

I'm Chuck Gilmore with Power to Sing.

You can sing higher with beauty, confidence and power.

I'll see you inside the next video.

Hi, my name is Andres Juarez with Juarez Insurance and Financial Services.

We're located at 50 South Anaheim Boulevard Suite 244 beautiful city of

Anaheim California right next to City Hall. I've been in the financial services

industry for over 13 years and 8 years with Allstate and we're a fully licensed

bilingual agency with over 15 years experience combined. I've lived in this

community the majority of my life and I even graduated from Anaheim High School

so I'm a local resident and I know the community very well. I'm passionate about

being an agent because I'd like to help families protect what's most important

to them

My favorite part about being an Allstate agent is helping people, listening to

their needs, and recommend products that meets their needs.

What motivates me to do what I do is to listen to customers and put together

solutions to their insurance needs and, at the same time, letting them know that

when the time or need arises I'll be here. How I welcome new customers to my office is by

making them feel comfortable in reassuring them that whatever they're

buying here with us, they will be taken care of.
