DIY Tube Bails Out Of Polymer Clay - Friday Findings Jewelry Tutorial - Duration: 10:23.

Hi there, Sandy here.

Welcome to another Friday Findings video at KeepsakeCrafts.net.

As I've mentioned several times, I love being able to make my own jewelry findings and customize

them so that they are exactly what I want to go with my project perfectly.

And I've gotten requests from many of you to make more findings out of polymer clay.

So today I'm going to show you how to make a simple tube bail.

So the first thing you'll need for making your bail is a little bit of wire.

I have 18 gauge.

You could also use 20 gauge and you need to cut just about a 1" piece of the wire.

This is going to make the hook that is going to be embedded in the polymer clay so you

can use this as a bail to hang a pendant from.

So just center your piece of wire in your round nose pliers or bail making pliers, depending

on how big you want to make it to decide how big of a loop you want.

I'll make it about as big as these pliers can go.

It's about a 4mm loop.

Then just bend that wire in half around the pliers.

Then grab those ends with flat nose pliers and just bend them out and that's that.

Just make sure that the wires are on the same plane in all directions so they will fit nicely

inside your tube bail.

If you need to, you can trim these shorter depending upon how wide you're going to make

your bail.

So once your bail is made, you need to get out your polymer clay and we're actually going

to make this is 2 layers.

I tried a few different ways and I found this was the easiest.

So this bit of clay has been rolled out on about the second or third thinnest setting

on my pasta machine.

It's a number 7.

It's about just under a millimeter thick and I've also prepared a dowel and this is how

big I want the inside of my bail to be and you can use anything you want as a form.

It just depends on what you're using as a stringing material how much of a hole do you

need in there for your material to go through.

So this is a 1/4" dowel and I've wrapped it with a piece of paper and taped the paper

and the paper and the tape are just fine in the oven that you bake your polymer clay in,

a 275 degree oven.

So now I'm just going to trim to the width I want my bail to be, make sure I have a square

end, and then go ahead and wrap it around the paper.

And then we'll just wrap.

I don't know if you can see that line there that it made, but that shows me where to cut.

I'm gonna cut just inside that line.

You get a neater finish if you have to stretch the clay over a little to make it neat rather

than if you have too much and it overlaps and that's just kind of messy.

And I'm just gonna rub this a little.

You don't have to have a perfectly smooth seam as this is going to be hidden and if

you find you've distorted your sides at all, you can straighten them out with your blade,

but if you have a gentle touch it should be fine.

Then this is going to go into the oven.

I put it in for 20 minutes, probably 10 minutes would do, but I tend to bake things longer

rather than shorter.

And here's one I did earlier, all baked and hard.

Just go ahead and leave it on the paper and leave it on the dowel for now.

And now you need another sheet of your clay and this one's a little bit thicker.

This one I rolled out on 3 or the third thickest setting on my pasta machine.

It's about 1.5mm thick.

If you want to have a textured bail, now would be the time to apply a texture.

This is kind of a fun set of Christi Friesen textures that I got called random textures,

which is best for this is some kind of random texture.

It can be tricky to keep it neat.

You can do it, but it's easier on yourself if you just start with a random texture.

Now I'm just going to trim one edge and then my short edge at a 90 degree angle and then

I'm going to flip this over and just line up one edge of the pre-baked bail and give

it just a light press is all you need.

Not a lot of pressure, just enough to mark how wide you want to cut this.

You may have to trim it later, but if you cut it just right that's fantastic.

And then I'm going to, just for strength purposes, make sure that I don't start on that seam.

Go ahead and roll this and then go ahead and do the, oh I forgot.

You do want to apply just a tiny bit of liquid clay.

You don't want to add much because it will get slippery and just be really difficult

to manage.

So I dipped my brush in and then I wiped off both sides of my brush.

You can hardly see it.

It just makes it tacky.

Like I said if you add too much, it just slips and slides all over the place and is rather

difficult to manage.

And once again, let the clay mark where you want to stop and then cut just inside that

line.

Add your little metal piece that we prepared earlier and this is really the only fiddle-y

part.

I have a clay shaper here.

I really love this tool.

I use it a lot to smooth that seam and I'm going to do it, not try to do it all in one

push, but just lots of gentle little nudges of the clay, and yes, we will have to re-texture

this part, which is why I suggested using a random texture and not something with a

lot of straight lines that need to line up.

You don't need to use a lot of force.

If you do, you'll just get something distorted.

You just want to use a lot of little nudges and pushes.

You can take the smallest crumb of clay, I mean tiny.

Roll a little tiny rice shape and pop it right in there and then smooth that out.

This isn't production work.

This is one of a kind sort of stuff that it's our work and our artistry and you're probably

going to be hanging a nice pendant that you created from this so you want it to be nicely

done.

So I hope you've been encouraged and inspired by these videos that I make for you and put

up on my YouTube channel and if you have you might consider becoming a patron.

Not only do you get the satisfaction of knowing you're keeping these tutorials coming for

everyone, but you also get great rewards like chances to win some of my creations, bonus

videos, bonus templates, sneak peeks and such.

If you check out my Patreon page, you'll see how you can help out for as little as a dollar

a month or whatever you can afford.

One thing I like about this textured sheet by Christi Friesen is that it's not just square

edged.

It has all these innies and outies and I found that helpful here because I put it on here

and just kind of put the texture back in.

Now these edges are all wonky because of the texturing.

Take your blade, sharp side towards the clay please, and just ever so carefully start cutting

until you feel the edge of the baked clay.

The sharp edge is against the paper, the edge of the blade is against the baked clay and

then you can just roll it around and clean up.

That wasn't bad at all and if need be, we can clean this up further after baking by

sanding.

I was able to do it earlier a little bit neater than this, but it can be tricky to do it for

the camera.

So once you take all the time to get it just nice. Now one thing to remember, one thing

I had to kind of get over, as a cook, most of us have baked for our families,

baked cookies and cakes. So you're making a cake,

you take something that looks like a gloppy mess, you put it in the oven and out comes

cake or brownies.

It just gets better.

It doesn't work that way with polymer clay.

With polymer clay, what you put in the oven is exactly what you get out.

It's not going to be any better so make sure before you put anything in the oven that you

really take the time to look it over and make it exactly what you want it to be because

that's what's going to come out of the oven.

So here's one that I made earlier and this came out pretty nice with straight edges.

Actually it'll go like this, have a nice thick cord going through it.

If you wanted to refine these ends more you could like I said, sand, and you could even

add more clay.

You could add a little extruded rope of clay, a shape or something to finish off those ends

if you like, but there's the basic premise and now I hope you'll take it and run with

it and make your own bails.

I thought this one would be a lot of fun and of course you can do all sorts of things with

these.

I'm coloring this with Gilders Paste.

You can brush them with mica powders before you bake them, add Gilders Paste or whatever

you like to get exactly the look you want and if you want to learn more about Gilders

Paste, I've done a whole Friday Findings video on using those.

- Any more passengers for Llanfairpwllgwyngyll-

Anybody?

Nope, anybody for Fan-Merc?

- [Narrator] Plans-clull Llanfair

- Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogery-

chwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.

- [Narrator] Right.

It's a small town in Northern Wales.

Around 76% of the population here speaks Welsh.

It's also the longest town name in Europe

with 58 letters.

There are literally four Ls next to each other.

Right there.

What is with this name?

- Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobw-

llllantysiliogogogoch is not the original name

of the village. (record scratching)

(sheep bleating) - You've got to be kidding.

- In the 1860s, the name was contrived by the local cobbler,

and it was meant to bring in people and tourists.

- Alun, help us break this name down.

- The name means places within the village.

You've got the Church Mary,

in the hollow of the white hazel,

near to the rapid whirlpools,

at the Church of Tysilio,

and the red caves.

(laughing)

- [Narrator] Okay, so, let's say you wanna mail a letter.

Do you have to write the whole name, Postmaster Jim Evans?

- You could.

But you'd have to write very small.

Or, you could use a shortened version,

which is the first 20 letters.

- [Narrator] If you play for the local football league,

does the name fit on your jersey,

team manager Steve Smith?

- It does, and it's the longest name

of any football team in the world.

And it just about fits.

- Can you say it after a pint,

pub owner Kevin Bryant?

- I'm sure I can.

Let's see.

(bar patrons chatting)

(belching) Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogery-

chwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.

- [Narrator] God, you did it.

But,

can you put it in a song?

♫ Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogery

♫ Chwyrndrobwllllantysilio

♫ Gogogoch

- [Narrator] Wow, apparently you can.

Llanfair, Llanfair--

- Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogery-

chwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.

- [Narrator] It might be the greatest PR stunt

of the mid-1800s.

I don't know, even of today.

After all, we're here.

Here in (clears throat)

Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.

I think that's pretty good.

How to Reduce FACE FAT (Chubby Cheeks and Double Chin) - Duration: 3:30.

Hello Friends! Welcome to Fit Tuber.

A lot of you are concerned about how to get rid of fat from cheeks, under the chin and around the neck.

Well, I can help you with that.

I will also share with you some facial exercises that will help you lose the face fat.

But let's first understand that for most people fat acts like the layers of an onion.

It does not disappear from a particular place but comes off layer by layer from the whole body.

However, for some people it tends to go from the most recent place it appeared.

For example, if your tummy started gaining first. This would be the last place for the fat to disappear from.

This is why a man can get a thin face yet still have a small spare tire on his waist.

In any case, spot reduction is a myth. So, my most important advice to you is that

Once you start losing fat from your body, you will automatically find

your face getting slim down. To lose fat you need not starve yourself. All you need to

do is eat the right food in correct quantity. I know that this information is not enough

for you, this is why I suggest you to checkout this video in which I have discussed in detail

how anyone can easily lose body fat. Next I would suggest you to cut down on salt intake.

Eating salt in excess leads to water retention which in turn makes the face and other body

parts bloated. So avoid junk food because that's the main culprit. Junk food does not

mean only pizzas and burgers. Even the food that you had recently in your favourite dhaba

had enough sodium to turn your face into a puffy mess. When at home, use minimum amount

of salt. Moreover, you can switch to rock salt and black salt because they are better

than the normal salt. Always stay hydrated. Staying hydrated prevents water retention.

Your body retains water as a defense mechanism when you are not regularly drinking enough

of it. This leads to bloating in face and other parts. Next, avoid alcohol. What does

alcohol do to you. It dehydrates the body. Hence, water retention. So, avoid it.

Having said this, let us talk about some specific exercises that will help you strengthen the

facial muscles. But please remember that these exercises will help you only if the already

discussed points are followed. This is why I am stressing you to checkout this video.

Ok so these exercises hardly take any time so you can easily incorporate them in your fat loss regime.

Sit and roar like a lion. A great yoga asana to strengthen facial muscles.

Open your mouth wide and hold for 5 seconds.

Manoeuver your face to pronounce the alphabets X O repeatedly.

Make a fish like face and hold for 5 seconds. Yes, it's funny :)

Look upward. Stretch your tongue out and hold for 5 seconds.

This exercise is effective to get rid of double chin. .

Fill one of your cheeks with air and hold for 5 seconds. Now, transfer it to other cheek and repeat.

Massage your face regularly for better circulation. Just make sure the hand movements are upwards.

And keep smiling. This is the most soul satisfying exercise you can ever do.

So friends, that's all for this video. I hope you found it helpful. Well, if you

did, do give it thumbs up. And also please do remember to subscribe to my channel. My

name is Vivek, I thank you so much for watching.

Most of You Are Not Doing What You Want to Do - Duration: 2:05.

- Most of you are not doing what you want to do

with your life because you're worried

about someone else's opinion.

Normally, your fucked up mom,

or your spouse,

or somebody very close to you is fucking your shit up.

(audience laughter)

Right, so that's awesome for me, but on the flip side

in the macro of me not giving a shit

when somebody leaves one comment on an Instagram post like,

this guy is a scam artist. I'm like strategizing

how to fix that like it's the most important thing

that has ever happened to me.

Pulling from opposite directions

is like a bridge, my friends.

It is not something that you should be scared of.

Way too many people think it's a contradiction,

think it's a flaw.

When you define what true intelligence is,

it is holding opposite things in your head

and allowing them to push.

I love that everything is easy to me.

We were having fun beforehand, I'm like,

what's this thing I'm doing after my keynote,

and they're laughing, they're like, you didn't read it?

I'm like, I haven't read shit in 20 years.

I don't need to be prepared, I stay in my lane.

The reason I love doing Q&A is if I don't know

the answer to your question I'll say

I don't know the answer to your question.

We are fronting, we are fronting in our society.

You need to triple down, quadruple down on who you are

and what you know, and then you can win.

When people ask me how do I produce content?

One big breakthrough in my community was when about

six months ago I said, you know what, you should document

instead of create.

It opened up so much for so many when they realized,

wait a minute, right, you need to be documenting

in your stories or in your vlog about the journey

of becoming an entrepreneur, not claiming that you're

a 21-year-old life coach, and pay me $5,000 a month

and I'll teach you how to fucking live, fuck you.

15 Images You Wont Believe Arent Photoshopped - Duration: 9:07.

15 Images You Won't Believe Aren't Photoshopped

Pretty much every photo you see on the internet, social media or on advertising campaigns has been subjected to at least a little tweaking. These next images though, as extraordinary as they are haven't been altered one bit. From surfing motorbikes to levitating weightlifters, they'll leave you speechless and a little dumbfounded.

# 15 The Pasha Bulker. The Pasha Bulker was a Japanese owned bulk carrier tanker that ran aground in Newcastle, Australia in 2007.

While the photo itself looks daunting, a massive ship ominously making its way to a town, it definitely hasn't been touched up to appear that way.

The massive tank struck disaster when a storm hit Nobby's beach (yes its real name) and spent the next month sitting on the sand.

# 14 Tennis Match. Mile High…Tennis Match! Now this one will have you thinking WTF? Although it looks like a nerdy teenager's attempt at photoshopping, this crazy looking image is as real as it gets.

Those two tennis players are none other than Andre Agassi and Roger Federer atop the Burj al Arab. Not only is this converted helipad dizzyingly high, the hotel it sits on is the fourth tallest in the world!.

#13 Weightlifter. Lesman Parades is probably more well known for this eerie looking image than his actual career as a weightlifter. While it might look like some image enhancing trickery it's actually just down to good photography and timing.

At the Junior World Weightlifting Championships in 2015 a quick thinking photographer snapped this image that has been turned into countless memes and gifs. Lucky Lesman.

#12 Human in a Suitcase. Adou Ouattara soared to internet fame when a photo of him that everyone in their right mind believed must have been photoshopped, turned out to be horrifyingly true.

As an eight-year-old he was smuggled from the Ivory Coast in West Africa in a suitcase to Spain, hoping for a better life. Don't worry though, this story has a happy ending.

The young boy was quickly reunited with his mother and granted temporary residency.

#11 Underwater. Now, when you're first learning photoshop one of the most fun and easiest things to play around with is photos of sharks lurking in the water.

Beachwear brand Insight's campaign doesn't just look photshopped, it looks like it was a done by a teenager. Don't be fooled those, these images are as real as it gets.

The photographer put it down to good timing, patience and carefully, to be fair photoshop would have been easier.

#10 Invisible Hockey Player.

This one has got to be fake, right? Or maybe just a great illusion concocted by a skilled image editor? Nope, it was all down to perfect timing and hockey players doing what they do best – punching each other in the face.

Norway's Ole Kristian Tellefsen and Petteri Nokelainen from the Finnish team's photo has circulated on the internet since 2010 and has left most people stumped.

#9 Stephen Colbert. Stephen Colbert in a bikini, yes you heard that right. A genius cosplay enthusiast managed to outdo everyone at the Monsterpalooza convention when she showed up with an impressive rubber mask and a bikini.

Now it is certainly creepy and definitely unique but also 100% real.

#8 Extra everything!. This one looks too strange to be real but it totally is. A boy was born in Huan, China with a total of 31 fingers and toes.

Hong Hong as he was nicknamed broke a world record when he was born with 15 fingers, 16 toes and no thumbs.

Although the world believed it to be photoshopped at first, he has since undergone surgery to correct the unique deformity.

#7 Namibian Desert.

While this next image wasn't pointed out for looking photoshopped it caused a stir because what National Geographic claimed to be a photograph looked more like an expensive painting! However it truly is real, the image is of the Namibian desert at twilight where the sun hits the sun dunes between the trees.

Don't believe us? Look it up for yourself.

6 Kazakhstan's Capital Almaty. We wish this photo was edited but unfortunately that isn't some filter or lighting technique used to make the Kazakhstan's capital Almaty appeared to be drowning in smog, it's the real deal.

It's not hard to understand why Eurasian country lost its bid for the Olympics, there's more pollution than fresh air! So, while this image is shocking just keep it in mind next time you find yourself complaining about a little pollution!.

#5 Floating Boat. Aliens do exist and they are stealing our ships! This vessel has clearly been called back the mothership, there is no other way to explain this photo.

Or is there? This clever picture was snapped at a Scottish Gold Tournament and quickly had the internet shouting Photoshop! Alas, it's merely just a normal boat floating in the distance.

#4 Surfer. Why did we put in a drawing of the silver surfer you ask? This is meant to be an article about crazy non photoshopped images? Yes, that is exactly what this is.

That is a human, painted and posed to look identical to the real thing. If you squint your eyes, tilt your head and look really close that surfer has real fingers and wrinkles. Yes, really.

#3 Ostrich Races.

"Hey man do you think you could photoshop me riding an Ostrich?" "Yeah, of course bro!" That's exactly what you thought happened when you first saw this photo but believe it or not there are places in the world where people do ride and race on Ostriches.

Before you start thinking it's only in places where they don't have access to you know, horses or camels one of the biggest Ostrich races in the world is in Arizona.

#2 Morocco Goats. You don't usually think that goats and trees would go together do you? However in Morocco goats living in trees is normal not a photoshop trick.

The now famous goats have been living this way for years (yes before photoshop existed) to try and forage for nuts and seeds that are used to create the world famous Argan oil hair treatments.

What we want to know though is how do they get back down?.

#1 Rubber Duck.

What's out of place in this photo? Is it the bridge in the background or perhaps the two sailor staring off into the distance? Oh wait, it's the massive rubber duck! This yellow monster isn't the result of someone having a tone of fun on photoshop but actually a very successful advertising campaign.

Thunder Show: Sky Heroes - Duration: 7:24.

In this episode: My house Vulture like a pro Proper boom Sky Heroes

Welcome to Thunder Show!

Have you ever been camping with your SPG inside some nice little bit of cover,

enjoying the safety of it and the glory of Mother Nature, preparing to take in some sunbathing,

applying sunscreen and resting your old feet in the shade?

Only to be interrupted by bothersome enemy tanks, rolling around and making a ruckus?

Well, this guy sure had. His nice little camping spot was a house amidst a capture point

and he could suffer none of the enemy's interference!

The first shot takes out the enemy's T-54's gunner, soon followed by another falling on a King Tiger,

finally punishing the reinforcing Panther II. Don't you dare provoke a resting SPG in a well-deserved location!

IamLarry, thank you for this lesson of good manners! Enjoy your Eagles!

Since we're talking about lessons, let's do some vulture tactics 1-0-1.

My dear viewers, how do you approach landing enemy aircraft without getting hit yourself?

Oh, ok, i hear some of you saying: "Come at him from his six! Attack from the side!" Thank you!

You are correct, guys! But this particular pilot did not attend the flight academy classes, or so it seems

Because he went on to attack a well-armed BF-109K head-on, as it was attempting to land!

Not even bothering to wait for the foe to fully land, thus making it a much easier target for such an attack.

Wow. Vulturing is not very manly nor honourable, for one. Secondly, how do you fail at it?

Sheesh! That's the fail of the week, for sure! Wirena_, thank you for your submission, here is your prize!

Everybody's who's somebody in War Thunder knows that the biggest bomb there is in the game,

is carried by the Soviet Pe-8 heavy bomber, the bomb in question - the dreaded FAB 5000.

Sadly, utilizing its full potential in combined battles is not as easy as it might seem.

Since the enemy team tends to spread across the map,

at best, making you score 2-3 frags per blast of this huge bomb.

The author of this clip, managed to capture a point early on and brought his Pe-8 to the fight,

which is nice on its own. But wait! He then dropped his payload to get 9 tank frags! I mean, wow.

Just think about that: two thirds of the enemy team gone, entirely obliterated in a single,

thunderous explosion! Four minutes after the match began! This epic multi kill is by far,

the most epic we've seen on Thunder Show!

Congrats, HudsonM1A2, you are sure one lucky fella! Here is your reward!

The winner of this week's most original video title is a submission,

An Irish Cowboy Talks About The Shadow - Duration: 8:17.

Hello my internet friends.

My fellow achievers.

It's Bryan here.

Now, I know you might have a bit of a hard time

paying attention to anything I say while I'm wearing this

awesome Irish cowboy hat.

They have cows in Ireland, right?

Well, Happy St. Patrick's Day.

One thing I'm really excited to share with you today is,

I recently made the declaration

to be the world's leading expert on good living.

If you're like me, you might be asking,

"What does that mean?"

I'm interested to know what that means to you.

A little bit later, I want you to share with me

what's the single best piece of advice

that you've received about living?

What does it mean to you to

live a good life or to live well?

I want to share with you an idea.

I want to start by sharing with you an experience that

I had this morning.

I had a phone call with my mentor, Marshall Goldsmith.

The purpose of the call was to

seek his advice about writing a book.

I've written a book about my father.

You might know Behind the Drive.

It was an awesome privilege to spend about two years

collecting stories from people

how my dad made a contribution to them.

This book is a little different.

I want to share things with leaders, achievers

and seekers that help them to live a great life.

To life the good life.

Whatever that means.

I've been working on this book for a couple years.

I felt pretty stuck to be honest.

As I talked with Marshall one of the first things he said,

this is a guy who has written

three New York Times bestsellers.

He's coached some of the top CEOs in the world.

He has an incredible array of experience

and insight, even wisdom I dare say.

One of the first things that he said at the beginning

of our call was, "The deepest learning

I've had about life over the last few

years is that we all need help."

I thought that was interesting.

A very humble perspective.

As I've explored why, like why has this not come easy,

why haven't I done this yet?

You might have something similar in your life.

Something you've intended to do.

You've wanted to do.

You've tried to do.

For a long time, for whatever reason it hasn't

happened yet. You haven't mastered it.

You haven't achieved that thing,

acquired that thing, become that thing.

I've been reading this book called The Shadow Effect.

Written by some extraordinary authors.

One of them is Debbie Ford.

Debbie writes that, "We all have at least one place

where we secretly desire to be more,

to have more, to experience more."

Sound true for you?

I know it does for me.

Debbie goes on to say, "It is here that our

shadow is waiting patiently for us to come

retrieve our power from the dark recesses

of our unconscious mind."

Wow.

Talk about the shadow self.

That sounds deep.

That sounds dark. That sounds mystical.

Not so much.

It's an idea that Carl Jung, the Swiss psychologist

introduced about 70 years ago now.

The basic idea is that there's aspects of

ourselves that we don't look at very often.

We don't like to admit they exist.

We don't like to acknowledge.

We suppress them.

It's there that in the in the act of not really

accepting that, we diminish our own power.

I want to talk with you about the duality of all things,

including the divided part of our self.

I have studied a bit of Chinese.

I did take a semester.

I was an Asian Studies major.

I thought it was interesting to see

that in the Chinese language duality when combined

would represent a certain word. I'll give you an example.

If you take the word good and not good

you get the word quality.

If you take the words for long and short

and you put them together you get the word for

length.

If you take the words buy and sell and you

put them together you get the word

for trade or commerce.

We know that everything in this existence

has its opposite.

Hot and cold. Up and down.

Life and death. Happy sad.

You don't have to look very hard to see

all of that.

But for some reason,

we often don't want to look inside ourself.

What's the opposite of our brilliance?

What's our darkness?

What's the benefit of doing that, you might ask.

That's a great question.

For some reason, I think of something that

Uncle Tony says.

He says, "One choice is a dilemma."

I'm sorry.

He says, "One choice is no choice.

If you have one choice you have no choices.

Two choices is a dilemma. Three choices, at least three

are always available in any situation."

So when someone tries to put you in this false

dichotomy of choose A or B.

This or that. It's not necessary. There's always a third

way. That makes me think of something

Andrew W. K. said where he talks about

rather than life being and on-going struggle to see the

glass half full, or even half empty,

how about the option of looking at the fact there's

even a glass at all and appreciating that.

How different is life when you look at that

and the difference of transcending this duality.

Full. Empty.

Darkness. Light.

That sounds pretty metaphysical.

Let me bring this all back together

and say, why does this matter?

How can this help you?

If you acknowledge. If you're willing to look

at these parts of yourself

that you don't like. That you're not comfortable with.

And you consider that maybe

what's holding you back

from being the person you want to be.

From living the life you want to live.

Maybe, the same mechanism that's in effect

suppressing all of that. Keeping whatever's

in the shadow in the shadow is the same thing

that's holding your brilliance back.

That's holding back your light.

As a coach, I've learned from working with

scores and scores of people,

hundreds of people if you count people at workshops.

Probably thousands at this point.

That we're always better off this is my opinion.

I think we're always better off

working to amplify our strengths, our gifts, our talents,

than we are to compensate for our deficiencies.

But if you're not willing to look authentically

inside yourself,

how brilliantly can you shine at all?

Maybe a little metaphysical.

Definitely a little bit psychological.

I hope you see something for yourself

that will help you to live a more complete life

in the way that you can see that fact

there's a glass at all.

To appreciate the totality of your being.

What you might call the good, the bad,

the pleasant, the unpleasant, the ugly, the beautiful,

the animal, the angel.

All of it.

And accept that it's all you

and you're greater than all of that.

That who you really are is greater than anything you own

Anything you do.

That you are are magnificent.

You are majestic.

If you're not already,

you are capable of living a good life.

An extraordinary life.

Even if you don't believe it, I do.

With that I want to come back to this thing

about what's the best piece of advice you've

ever received about living.

What's the key to living the good life in

your estimation?

Leave it in the comments.

Send me a private message.

Text message if you have my cell.

Love to hear from you.

Where is it that you can ask for help?

That it would be wise for you to ask for help?

Where can you help another?

Those are my questions for you.

I hope you've enjoyed.

I know this one is a little longer than normal.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Hope you have a safe and wonderful weekend.

I look forward to talking to you again

very soon. Until then, take care.

Taylor Swift - Cold As You (Türkçe Çeviri & Lyrics) - Duration: 3:44.

You have a way of coming easily to me And when you take, you take the very best of me

So I start a fight cause I need to feel something

And you do what you want cause I'm not what you wanted

Oh what a shame, what a rainy ending given to a perfect day

Just walk away, no use defending words that you will never say

And now that I'm sitting here thinking it through I've never been anywhere cold as you

You put up walls and paint them all a shade of gray And I stood there loving you and wished them all away

And you come away with a great little story Of a mess of a dreamer with the nerve to adore you

Oh what a shame, what a rainy ending given to a perfect day

Just walk away, no use defending words that you will never say

And now that I'm sitting here thinking it through I've never been anywhere cold as you

You never did give a damn thing honey but I cried, cried for you

And I know you wouldn't have told nobody if I died, died for you (Died for you.)

Oh what a shame, what a rainy ending given to a perfect day

Every smile you fake is so condescending Counting all the scars you made

And now that I'm sitting here thinking it through I've never been anywhere cold as you...

Forget CIA Spying TVs!

Your Televisions and Monitors Are Being Used As Mind Control Devices (PROOF)

Not only have they long known these adverse effects on living beings, but they have long

known how to protect us from them.

Yet they have refused to incorporate such protection into electromagnetic technologies,

as well as concealed from us how us how to do so or otherwise apply them to protect ourselves.

This is not mere criminal negligence, but a war crime against nature and humanity, for

which those who have done this need to be held ultimately accountable.

The following is a USA patent that shows how TV and computer monitors can be used to manipulate

the human nervous system/brain.

A form of mind control via our TV's displayed out in the public for everyone to see.

Patent#US 6506148 B2 titled "Nervous system manipulation by electromagnetic fields from

monitors "

f one digs deeper into who the inventor is and what the inventor has patented in his

name over the last couple of decades you will come across some highly questionable technologies.

Here is a list of some of Hendricus G. Loos, the inventor, who's work is out in the public

domain.

Pulsative manipulation of nervous systems Remote magnetic manipulation of nervous systems

Subliminal acoustic manipulation of nervous systems

Method and apparatus for associative memory Electric fringe field generator for manipulating

nervous systems Manipulation of nervous systems by electric

fields

Apparently Mr. Loos has worked for the Department of Defense and DARPA as seen in this research

paper.

Or you can see for yourself directly at this link here Makes one think how far advanced

these TV/Monitor technologies have become over the years.

The technology shown in the patents are in the public domain and date back a couple of

decades.

Can you imagine how far along the TOP SECRET mind control technologies developed by the

military industrial complex have become?

Can you imagine the damage done if these technologies fall into the wrong hands?

Do I really need to remind you of the names of suspected mind control assassins?

Esteban Santiago - Accused Fort Lauderdale Airport Shooter said Government Was 'Controlling

His Mind': FBI

James Holmes - An Inmate Claims that James Holmes Confessed that he was Programmed

to Kill Sirhan Sirhan - Bobby Kennedy assassin still

claims he was 'victim of mind control and his gun didn't fire fatal shot' in new appeal

after parole is denied

The good news is that there is a technology that was patented by Theodore A. Litovitz,

Patent US5450859 A titled "Protection of living systems from adverse effects of electric,

magnetic and electromagnetic fields".

Further research needs to be done to see if Mr. Litovitz's protection technologies are

available to in the public domain.

How Protein Shakes Help You Lose Weight and Belly Fat - Duration: 5:20.

How Protein Shakes Help You Lose Weight and Belly Fat

Protein is an important nutrient for weight loss.

Getting enough can boost your metabolism, reduce your appetite and help you lose body

fat without losing muscle.

Protein shakes are an easy way to add more protein to your diet, and have been shown

to help with weight loss.

This article explains everything you need to know about protein shakes and how they

affect your weight.

Protein Shakes Decrease Hunger and Appetite

Protein can decrease hunger and appetite in two main ways.

First, it increases levels of appetite-reducing hormones like GLP-1, PYY and CCK, while reducing

levels of the hunger hormone ghrelin :

Second, protein helps you feel full for longer .

In one study, a high-protein breakfast helped participants consume up to 135 fewer calories

later in the day .

These shakes can be a convenient way to add extra protein to your diet.

However, keep in mind that too much can still lead to excess calories.

Another study found that shakes containing 20-80 grams of protein all decreased hunger

by 50-65%, regardless of the amount of protein in their shakes .

So if youre trying to lose weight, 20 grams per shake seems sufficient to reduce hunger.

Protein Shakes May Increase Metabolism High protein intake can boost your metabolism,

helping you burn slightly more calories each day .

Thats in part because a high-protein diet especially when combined with strength

training may help you build muscle.

This can speed up your metabolism because muscle burns more calories than fat.

One study gave obese participants shakes with either 200 or 0 grams of extra protein per

week.

It should be noted, however, that your ability to gain muscle during a weight loss diet may

depend on the amount of muscle you already have .

Protein can also increase metabolism because of the amount of calories needed to digest

and metabolize it.

This is known as the thermic effect of food (TEF).

Protein Shakes May Help You Lose Weight and Belly Fat

Researchers generally agree that high-protein diets can help you lose more fat, especially

fat from the belly area.

In one study, participants on a diet providing 25% of calories as protein lost 10% more belly

fat after 12 months than those eating half that amount.

Protein Shakes May Also Prevent Muscle Loss and Metabolic Slowdown

Weight loss diets often cause you to lose muscle, which can slow down your metabolism.

This makes it easier to gain all the weight back (and more) once you go off the diet.

A high protein intake combined with strength training can help prevent part of this muscle

loss and metabolic slowdown .

In fact, researchers reported that participants metabolism decreased less on a weight loss

diet providing 36% of calories as protein than on a diet providing about half that amount.

Protein Shakes May Help Prevent Weight Re-Gain After Weight Loss

Proteins effect on metabolism, appetite and muscle mass may also keep you from regaining

the fat you worked so hard to lose.

One study reports that participants given more protein lost more weight and maintained

their results better than those given less.

In fact, the high-protein group regained only 9% of the lost weight, whereas the low-protein

group regained 23%.

Which Type of Protein is Best?

Different types of protein have different effects on the body.

For instance, whey is more quickly absorbed than casein, helping you feel less hungry

in the short-term .

One study reports that 56 grams of whey protein per day helped overweight and obese participants

lose 5 lbs (2.3 kg) more fat than the same amount of soy protein.

Another describes whey as 3 times more effective at maintaining muscle-building ability during

a weight loss diet than soy protein.

Dosage and Side Effects Taking 1 shake per day should be a good way

to start.

It is best to take it either before or instead of a meal, with 1 or 2 scoops of protein powder

in the shake.

Mixing it with water, ice and perhaps a piece of fruit in a blender is a simple way to create

a delicious and satisfying shake.

Side effects such as bloating, cramps, gas and diarrhea may occur if youre lactose

intolerant and drinking shakes made with whey or casein.

These symptoms can be simply avoided by switching to protein powders not derived from dairy,

such as egg, pea, soy, hemp or rice protein powders.

Of note, high-protein diets were once thought to have negative impacts on kidney and bone

health, but newer research shows this is not true.

In fact, high protein intakes were never shown to cause any kidney damage in healthy people.

However, lower-protein diets may be beneficial for those with existing kidney issues .
