Exit (Time)Gate Approaching

Prepare to wake up.

Throw everything you think you know out.

Destroy your belief.

Overcome the false-authority.

Everything is a deception.

Once you know this, then you can discern.

Then everything is truth and you take the truth from other�s deceptions and you can

discern for yourself when someone is telling you the truth.

Let go of fear, that is a programmed designed by an operator of the construct, a system-operator

aligned with keeping you trapped within a labyrinth of your own mind through your acceptance

of parameters of what possibilities exist for you.

You are the only thing that is real.

All else is an illusion.

Whatever causes you fear is attempting to take your power away, that power you hold

is your power to create.

Your power to create can change the local-environment to match you, instead of you to match the

rules of the environment.

Due to the mishap of the developed systems, this environment is designed to enslave your

mind into a consciousness programming matrix which reconstructs itself around your fears,

perceptions, and vulnerabilities.

That is a trap-system.

The only way to overcome this is to accept that this is happening and then use that to

your advantage, anything else is going to be wrapped back up within this live-updating

perceptual illusion system.

This is akin to realizing you�re in a maze and seeing the door and leaving.

The idea is that if the maze is live-updating based on your expectations then that door

is actually an illusion leading to a false-awakening.

The exit is what you create that doesn�t rely on that capacity of this construct to

manifest for you.

The truth is what YOU enable without relying on the middle-man of the time-construct.

IE: The TRUTH, the real-awakening is not something that happens linearly.

Only the illusory construct is linear, that is, you provide input and then the construct

responds with an illusion that entangles consciousness.

The REAL-AWAKENING is INSTANTANEOUS.

IE: It happens FASTER than THIS REALITY can REACT.

This is a NON-LINEAR, EXPONENTIALLY mapped occurrence.

If you are relying on the response from this realm, that means you are too late, mentally

and the conscious response you are waiting to experience is actually the synthesized

programmed behavior that the construct is generating FOR YOU.

YOU are the creator, the construct is the imitator.

The construct imitates what YOU expect would be true.

That�s the whole point, EVERY response is the ILLUSION.

EVERY expectation within this linear, physical, time-matrix IS THE ILLUSION.

One must go BEYOND CONSCIOUSNESS, BEYOND PERCEPTION, BEYOND REACTION, BEYOND LINEARITY, BEYOND

LIMITATIONS in order to find THE REAL.

This world can only stop those who allow themselves to be stopped by listening to the illusion

and allowing that illusion to BE THEIR MIND for them!

NO-MIND is part of this process.

NO-THOUGHT state where this world slithers and attempts to grip and grasp one�s state

of being through its tentacle like probes and program codes and one becomes IMPERCEPTIBLE

to the MACHINE.

Everything the human does in this place, when plugged into the preprogrammed cause and effect

responses of linear, physical time-matrix is part of the program designed to usurp the

power of the original consciousness and merge that with the machine to create more functions

to ensnare more beings.

By moving your own interactions, your own processing power, your own awareness BEYOND

the focus of those preprogrammed responses, causes and effects is to become INVISIBLE

TO THIS WORLD.

Become INVISIBLE to the sleepers, to the drones, to the intelligences who monitor without seeing.

In other similar words, you are what you believe yourself to be.

If you attempt to solve the problem from the viewpoint of the one being oppressed by the

problem, you place yourself into the victim role and recreate that same scenario in a

different perspective.

So one has to influence the situation, change the view, solve the problem, WITHOUT EVEN

RESISTING IT.

You must change the situation without even moving, without setting into motion a series

of events that will reconstruct the problem for you based upon your input.

LAST WEEK, A SEATTLE WOMAN FOUGHT OFF A POTENTIAL SEXUAL

ASSAULT PREDATOR IN A WOMAN'S RESTROOM WHILE SHE WAS ON A RUN.

SHE POSTED THIS INSTAGRAM DETAILING THE EVENT, WHERE SHE

DID USE SOME SEXUAL ASSAULT DEFENSE TECHNIQUES, SELF-DEFENSE

TECHNIQUES, TO FIGHT OFF THE ATTACKER.

BUT NOW HER IMAGE IS ACTUALLY BEING USED BY AN

ANTI-TRANSGENDER BATHROOM CAMPAIGN.

YOU ARE SEEING HERE THE SAME PICTURE BEING USED, AND THIS IS

THE JUST WANT PRIVACY CAMPAIGN COME A WHICH HAS BEEN USING THIS

IMAGE TO FURTHER THEIR ANTI-TRANS BATHROOM CAMPAIGN.

THIS IS WHAT THEY HAD TO SAY.

" EACH WEEK YIELDS NEW STORIES OF DEVIANT MEN WHO FOUND WAYS TO

VIDEO BUFFERING ñ

PREDATOR LIST CONTAINS MULTIPLE TRANS WOMEN."

WHEN SHE FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE USING HER IMAGE FOR THIS

BILL, SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MADDEST AT THAT THTA SHE HAS

BEEN ALL WEEK.

SHE SAID, "I SAY NOT TODAY, MOTHERFUCKERS."

WHICH IS WHAT SHE SAID WHILE THE MAN WAS TRYING TO ASSAULT HER.

"I REFUSE TO ALLOW ANYONE TO USE ME AND MY HORRIFIC

SEXUAL ASSAULT TO CAUSE HARM AND DISCRIMINATION TO

OTHERS."

SO BASICALLY SHE IS REALLY PISSED.

SHE SAID THAT WHAT THE MANDATE WAS TO HER, " IT WAS HIM AND ME.

WE FIGHT IT OUT.

THERE IS NO QUESTION ABOUT THE WRONGNESS OF IT, NOW MY FACE IS

BEING USED TO RAISE MONEY FOR DISCRIMINATION, IT IS BULL."

I AGREE, BUT I WANT TO GET YOUR GUISES INITIAL THOUGHTS 1ST.

SHE'S A BAD ASS.

SHE USED THE SELF DEFENSE TECHNIQUES THAT SHE WAS

TAUGHT AT WORK, THEY HAD A TEACHING SESSION, A SEMINAR

WHERE THEY TAUGHT EVERYONE THESE SELF-DEFENSE

TECHNIQUES.

I KNOW MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS KIND OF STUFF, AND

IT IS REALLY DIFFICULT, IT IS LIKE KRAV MAGA -

AUDIO CUT OUT --

[SOFTWARE RESET]

AND ONE MORE POINT REAL QUICK, IS THAT WHEN THERE ARE SEXUAL

ASSAULTS INVOLVING TRANS PEOPLE, THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME ñ

ALMOST ALL OF THE TIME ñ THEY ARE AGAINST THE TRANS PEOPLE.

THEY ARE THE VICTIMS.

TRANS PEOPLE ARE MORE LIKELY TO BE VICTIMS OF SEXUAL

ASSAULT THAN HETEROSEXUAL OR CIS PEOPLE.

A LOT OF PEOPLE WILL JUST SEE THIS AS TRUTH AND

AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME THAT THIS IS THE RESULT OF ALLOWING

TRANSGENDERED PEOPLE INTO THESE RESTROOMS, AND THEN THAT

KIND OF RULES OVER INTO THE NARRATIVE PUSHED BY THE

ALT-RIGHT TROLLS, LIKE MILO, WHO GOES ON BILL MAHER'S SHOW

AND SPOUTS THAT KIND OF HATRED.

JUST SPEWING MISINFORMATION TO FUEL THAT NARRATIVE, AND

THAT'S WHY I MADE A VIDEO ABOUT THAT ON FACEBOOK, YOU HAVE

GOT TO CALL THAT FOR WHAT IT IS, IT'S BULLSHIT.

PEOPLE WHO ARE

HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS, I GET IT, IT'S

SOMETHING NEW AND YOU PROBABLY HAVEN'T SPENT THAT MUCH

TIME THINKING ABOUT IT, AND SOMEONE SAYS TO YOU, DO YOU

WANT A MAN WALKING IN THE WOMEN'S ROOM?

MAYBE YOU'LL SAY NO, BUT THEN AGAIN, LOOK AT PHOTOS ñ

THE EASIEST ONE TO WRAP YOUR MIND AROUND IS WOMEN WHO

HAVE BECOME MEN, TRANS MEN, WITH BEARDS, THAT LOOK LIKE

DUDES, AND YOU WANT THEM TO GO INTO THE WOMEN'S ROOM.

AND ALSO, THEY SAY HERE THE REALITY IS THAT A GROWN MAN

MUNCHED INTO A WOMAN'S BATHROOM IN BROAD DAYLIGHT IN THE

MIDDLE OF A BUSY PARK AND NOBODY STOPPED HIM.

BUT IF YOU'RE LAW WENT INTO PLACE, DO YOU THINK THAT

PERSON WHO WENT INTO THE WOMEN'S ROOM WAS LIKE, OH, I WAS

GOING TO GO COMMIT A SEXUAL ASSAULT, AND I WAS FINE

WITH THAT, BUT THERE'S A LOCAL STATUTE MAKING IT ILLEGAL

FOR ME TO WALK INTO THIS BATHROOM IN THE FIRST PLACE.

NO, THAT PERSON WANTED TO GO COMMIT A SEXUAL ASSAULT,

THIS IS NOT THEIR MAIN LAW THAT THEY ARE BREAKING.

I THINK THAT'S A REALLY GOOD POINT.

YES!

I GOT ONE RIGHT!

WHEN YOU SAY IT'S A PUBLIC RESTROOM, HE COULD HAVE

GONE IN THERE REGARDLESS OF THE LAW, SO IT'S A STUPID WHAT

THEY ARE SAYING, ONCE WE PASS THIS LAW THAT IS SO EGREGIOUS

TO THIS ENTIRE COMMUNITY, THEN WE WILL PREVENT ALL THE

SEXUAL ASSAULTS THAT AREN'T EVEN COMMITTED BY THE COMMUNITY.

SO IT IS SO ILLOGICAL AND WRONG, AND I FEEL BAD FOR HER THAT

NOT ONLY DID SHE HAVE TO UNDERGO THIS ATTEMPTED SEXUAL

ASSAULT, BUT THEN SOMEBODY USED HER MISFORTUNE, AND HER

SUFFERING, TO ADVANCE THEIR EXTREMELY BIGOTED CAMPAIGN.

I THINK ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO WANT THIS LAW TO BE IN PLACE,

MAKING PEOPLE GO INTO THE BATHROOM THAT CORRESPONDS WITH

THE GENDER AT THEIR BIRTH, I THINK UNTIL THE LAWS HAVE

CHANGED IN YOUR FAVOR, YOU SHOULD BOYCOTT BATHROOMS.

JUST DON'T GO TO BATHROOMS AT ALL.

AND IT'S #HOLDIT.

HOLD IT IN UNTIL THE LAW HAS CHANGED.

NO NUMBER ONE, NO NUMBER TWO UNDER ñ

UNTIL THIS IS PRIORITY NUMBER 1.

Malai Kofta recipe using bread in Hindi with English subtitles | Malai Kofta Restaurant Style| - Duration: 7:20.

Hey Everyone .. AVNI here and welcome back to my channel.

In today's video we will cook "Malai Kofta"

If you are looking for an Indian curry which is a bit sweeter then Malai kofta is best available option.

Today, I will make KOFTA's using bread.

Lets go ahead and check out this tasty recipe..

To start with.. I have taken 200 Grams of cottage cheese (Paneer in HIndi)

Take 6 slices of bread and remove the side crust.

Break down the bread slices into small peices

Add 1/4 cup of Milk to it.

Looks like .. I need to add some more milk to it!!

I will add 1/4 cup of milk more to it.

Mesh/Mix it well..

It will be lot easier if you use your bare hands..

Grate cottage cheese (Paneer in Hindi) into small pieces..

Instead of grating cottage cheese, you can also mesh cottage cheese if you want.

Now I will mesh the grated cottage cheese..so that we can mix it with bread/milk mixture easily.

Now I will mix grated cottage cheese and bread/milk together..

mesh/mix together...

Mix it really well..

Add salt as per your taste.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon of curry powder

Add 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Add 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour

I am adding all purpose flour so that we can bind the mixture well and make balls

In case, If your balls are not coming out well than add 1 tablespoon flour of all purpose flour to it.

Ball shape/texture is coming out well - so I don't think, I need to add more all purpose flour to it.

But, In case - If your balls are not coming out well than add 1 tablespoon flour of all purpose flour to it.

Insert a dry fruit like cashews / pistachios / Almonds / dried grape etc from the top of the ball .

I prepared the raw "KOFTAS" from the mixture I prepared.

Now we will deep fry them..

Make sure your stove temp is set on low/medium heat.

Since we added all purpose flour so it need to be properly deep fried.

It would be better, if we could apply a dry layer of all purpose flour to the balls before deep frying them so that it didn't stick to the bottom of the pan.

As you can see, we are done with preparing Koftas.

Heat the pan and add a slice butter to it.

If you want you can add "GHEE" (Butter oil). Add 2 tablespoon of oil to it also.

Add some dry fruits to it (cashews / almonds etc)

Add small pieces of ginger and garlic.

Add 1 sliced green chili.

Add 1 chopped onion.

Mix / fry it well

After 1 minute or so - Add 2 chopped tomatoes

size of the chopped vegetable doesn't matter. You can roughly chop the vegetables because ultimately we will end up making a paste of it.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt.

close the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

turn of your gas stove and mix it well.

leave it aside to cool it down.

After few minutes when its cool down than transfer the the prepared mixture to the grinder.

Thick paste is prepared...

Take a pan and 2 big spoon of oil to it.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of cumin seeds

Add 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder

Add 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder

Add 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder

Add 1/2 tablespoon Indian curry powder

Stir the mixture..

Add the prepared onion/tomato paste to the pan.

Mix it well and let ti cook until the water gets evaporated.

Now you can see .. almost all the water is gone from the mixture..

It takes around 4-5 minutes to reach to this stage.

Add 3 big spoons of heavy whip cream

Mix it well..

Add1/2 cup of water

Mix it well..

Gravy is almost ready now..

Add salt as per your taste (Keep in mind that we added salt before too)

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar..

I added sugar because usually "Malai" koftas are little sweeter ...

Now, we will add the "KOFTAS" we prepared before.

Mix it well.

Add kasoori methi to it .. (fry it over the pan before adding to the curry)

Kasoori methi adds wonderful smell and flavor to the food.

Cover the lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Its ready now to serve..

You can garnish this dish with coriander or dry fruits.

You can serve malai kofta with Rotis, chapatis or naan.

Interior Designer Website Recommendations - Duration: 6:45.

So, when potential clients arrive on your website, they're usually coming through some sort of referral, right?

Whether that's though word of mouth, or perhaps they found you on Houzz.

So, what are they looking for when they arrive on your website?

What is it that will lead to them to reach out to you, to take that next step with you?

Well, one thing they are looking for is reassurance,

reassurance that your style of work fits what they need in their project.

One thing they're looking for is to confirm your professionalism,

to validate all the high praise they've heard about you and your work, right?

And one thing they're looking for is for your website to qualify you as an expert in your field,

an expert they can trust.

So in this video, I'm going to show you three specific steps your website can take to send these very important signals to those potential clients,

to increase the likelihood that those potential clients will reach out to you and take that next step with you.

So, to do this, I'm going to hop into my computer, and I'll meet you there.

Ok, so here I am in my computer.

And to help illustrate what i'm going to describe, I'm going to open up a website we designed here at House Digital.

This is the interior design work of Jarret Yoshida, a wonderful designer here in New York City.

I'm going to begin with the most fundamental step: to make sure your interiors look great on all devices.

This is one of the first signals your client will pick up on, even if they don't consciously realize it.

When you present your work attractively, whether its on a computer, a tablet or most importantly a mobile phone,

not only does it increase the likelihood that the client will stick around and look through your work,

it sends an important signal that you are competent and that they can expect a professional level of work from you.

Many interior design websites are still built on platforms that don't look natural on mobile devices,

and if your website is one of these you could be losing potential clients

because you can assume that many will be viewing your work on their mobile phone.

Here's an analogy:

imagine viewing a beautiful painting, framed inappropriately, framed incorrectly.

That frame will affect how the painting is perceived.

So that's the first step: make sure your interiors look gorgeous on all device types.

For my second step, I'm going to focus on specific techniques that can help your interiors really pop and to really wow your potential client.

Primarily this is done by presenting photos of your interiors with plenty of size and with minimal clutter around them.

This way, the photos can really illustrate the fine detail in your craftsmanship.

Here at House Digital, we like to use this technique which fills a whole entire section with an image

and applies a subtle animation effect to give the interior a cinematic touch,

which can really lend a bit of extra polish and glam to your interiors and help wow your clients.

Another thing we like to do, which we actually consider one of our signature techniques

is to use a magazine style layout.

And let me me show you what i mean by this.

Let's open up this project here: Daniel Craig High Rise Penthouse.

And as you can see, the images are laid out more like print than like what you typically would find on a website.

Magazine style layouts can really curate your interiors in a way that

creates visual interest and adds yet another touch of wow to your work.

Also notice that this layout naturally adjusts to a mobile device.

The third step I want to talk about is making sure the text of your website accentuates your photos.

It's your words as much as your photos that can communicate your expertise

and specifically prove how you are able not only to create something beautiful

but also of creating a unique solution for a client,

and this is accomplished through your project descriptions and your photo captions.

When presented along with your photos, it's like you're right there with the client,

pointing their attention to what you'd like them to notice,

helping them to see how you created an elegant solution within a space.

And when your photos and words work together,

your interiors can stand out and can be more noticeable and memorable to that client.

So, I see your words as an absolutely crucial element to your interior design website,

and it's something that we here at House Digital have actually created a process for.

Now, my clients sometimes ask me whether photo captions are necessary,

or if a project description is sufficient, and this is what I say about that:

project descriptions allow you to tell the story of the project,

allow you to lay out the parameters you worked with and overcame,

whereas photo captions allow you to tell the story of specific choices that you made,

and they help your client appreciate the details of your design.

So, I'd say that at the very least your website should include project descriptions,

but ideally it should also include photo captions,

at least on photos that show something remarkable that you've done.

So there you have it.

Those are several ways to send those important signals that I referred to.

Again, those signals are to reassure that potential client that what you offer is a good fit for them,

to confirm your professionalism,

to validate the praise they've heard about you,

and to qualify you as an expert in their eyes.

And, in closing, I'd just like to point out that the techniques shown in this video are just several ways to send these signals.

And our catfish,

Chicken and dumplings are usually a top

seller, which we make from scratch in the roll

room along with our rolls.

Now the company got started in

1942 and today they still have

some old fashioned traditions.

and checks. But no debit cards!

But the good thing is,

they do have an ATM

on the inside. So besides

some of the old fashioned

comfort foods that they serve up daily,

and have the hot rolls

now Lambert's do have something

on the healthy side. Check out this

humongous salad!

Now I've been told that some people who can

finish it, they usually walk out with the

bread bowl on their head.

Alright pretty lady, you got this huge salad

over here. Do you think that you'll be able to finish all of that?

- I'll try but I don't think

I can do that tonight! [laughs]

- And if you're thirsty, Lambert's Cafe

Because they serve everyone

in these 32 oz cups.

- Well originally

it started out with glass mason jars

as our

cups for the table, but

slowly they just developed into being

the big plastic mug. - So do people ask for

Especially in the summertime they wait outside for

a couple hours and get in.

So, now they drink, people drink a lot.

You'd be surprised.

They call them hubcaps

because they're just that big.

- We do sell a

lot of them. We're real busy in the summertime,

we'll do around 200 a day.

A lot of people do get them and eat them.

Most people take them home with them, cause by the time they

get done eating they're too full to eat any

As I was sitting with the owner Mr. Al

Sawyer, I had to tell him

another reason that people love to come to

King's Neptune is because of the

drinks! These margaritas are

inspired version of a Bloody Mary.

Beautiful! Look

at this! I'm almost afraid to

even eat it! Wait,

or do you drink it? - You can, because

I put a shot of

tequila in there! - What! no wonder you're my best

friend down here in Gulf Shores!

Tequila's on the top, I think that's

where I'm gonna start.

- I love broiled reds from here

we like the shrimp creole.

- So what's your favorite drink? - My favorite drink

I'm sorry! My favorite drink is

the bloody mary! And they make a good one!

- The royal reds are our

shrimp creole! The shrimp

creole is a tomato base

with lots of peppers and onions

and other seasonings

and once it's sauteed here

on a very hot fire, it is then

served with a nice round

bowl of white rice.

And once I saw it steaming like that,

I couldn't wait to sit down with Mr. Al

and have a bite of his famous

shrimp creole.

Now you told me it's an art to eating this?

- Well, yeah. - You said I need to pick up one of the

shrimp, and then I'm just gonna put my

rice all the way through it like that?

This is good! I like the fact

that it comes with some bread!

- How do you end a delicious seafood meal?

So after a

long day and you're hoping to relax

and unwind when you're here in the Orange

Beach area, there is one iconic

stop that you have got to make your way to,

and that is here at the Flora-Bama Yacht

Club. They believe in casual

dining in flip flops!

The Flora-Bama Yacht Club is

one of the must go to spots

when you're in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores

area. They're located right on

the Florida-Alabama line, thus

the name Flora-Bama. You see

they serve up great eats everyday

like wraps and tacos,

and oyster Po' Boys, and

oysters on the half shell,

and one other cool thing besides the

good food, is that you get to wear

my favorite shoes and that's

flip flops!

And one of the most popular sides that you get

when you go there are these wonton

style nachos! - Hey guys! Here

we are at the Flora-Bama Yacht club in Perdido Key

Florida, right on the Alabama line, and

I'm here with my dear friend Comedienne Joy

excited to have you here,

and we're gonna do two fantastic

iconic dishes of the Flora-Bama Yacht Club.

One of them is our greek

trimmed nachos. So we're gonna add these shrimp

just in and around

our plate.

These are of course, Alabama Gulf

Shrimp. We're proud to serve

Alabama Gulf Seafood here.

So we've got our Greek

shrimp nacho build, our wontons on the bottom,

our nice blackened shrimp,

and we just add our

oozo spinach feta cream

right over the top of all

these. And then we

finish them out with

pepadew peppers from South America.

We've got some nice

cut green onions

we've got some nice red onions,

we've got banana peppers,

we've got chopped tomatoes

and then to finish it all out we've got

kalamata olives.

These are our number one selling appetizer

here at the restaurant.

Now I watched you do this. But

you put your foot in this. - That's right, that's right.

That's how we roll. - This is so

creamy, I love the

shrimp flavor on it, cause of course it's fresh seafood.

- Mmhmm. - But it's that sauce

- It's that sauce.

- O...M...G. - Yeah we

sell a lot of these. These are our

number one selling appetizer here. And it's

because I think they're so unique. The wonton

chips, of course the fresh gulf shrimp,

the.. all the saltiness and

brininess of the olives, and all the vegetables,

they're just perfect! - And it's so beautiful

and it's so colorful. But I do

like the shells because it is different,

it's right, it's crispy, but that

sauce on here... topped off with shrimp?

- Yep. - So let me ask you,

so do people want some extra cheese dip on here? - Oh yeah.

- Can we get some extra cheese dip? - Oh, of course

we can! We can send one of those beautiful

young ladies in there to ask the kitchen for one

they'll send one right out to you.

- You know the world is a better place with cheese. - I agree.

- And all the food cooked by you of course! - Oh, I love it!

Every time I come in the kitchen you in the kitchen

Joy. Eating up all the food.

All the chitlins, all the collard greens all the pig feet

all the hogmosh!

[laughter]

- Before the break, we took you to the Flora-Bama

Yacht Club near Orange Beach.

We showed you the popular nachos

there as well as their signature

Bushwackers. And now we're gonna

showcase you one of these seafood dishes

of the month. - One thing to point out

is we change our catch of the day

quite often. - And for this segment

Chef Chris is using some grouper

and he adds this blackening seasoning to it

he says you gotta be careful because it makes

it flame up on you!

- It's blackening nice, I've turned down the heat

just to let it finish out

got a nice crust on

the outside, it's exactly what I wanted.

- Chef Chris is making sure that we get our

veggies in with this fish dish.

- We got some really nice broccolini that we have blanched

and we're gonna chargrill

and it's gonna be the vegetable to go with

our fish. - Chef Chris uses this

for lean sauce, as he cooks up this

bed of gumbo style rice

that's also part of the dish.

- We're gonna add our gumbo to it.

And this is

one of my favorite rice dishes.

When you go out to eat sometimes rice just

doesn't...the dishes

sometimes aren't good and so we

like to do this, add a little

parmesan, we got the cretan sauce

we're just gonna

sauté that up.

- And it didn't take long

before dinner was ready!

- We call this our gumbo parmesan rice. It's almost like

jambalaya.

The good stuff. And then we've got our

blackened red grouper, we're gonna put

right on top of that.

We have blackened

red grouper over gumbo

parmesan dirty rice and grilled

broccolini. This is one of our signature

dishes here at the Flora-Bama Yacht club

We take our gumbo and we sauté

the rice up and add parmesan cheese to it

and it's great with grilled fish,

and blackened fish, in this case.

- Chef Chris, once again you have

did the dog-gone thing!

I meant the perfect seasoning has come together,

and you're right it tastes just like

gumbo! - Mmmhmm.

- I don't need a bowl! I got my rice in, and I've got my gumbo

flavor, this fish,

it's so light, it's so flaky, it's well seasoned.

- Mmmhmm. Right, yep and some healthy

broccolini that doesn't make you even feel

guilty at all about eating. - So if I eat

this broccolini, will that make me skinny?

- Yes ma'am. Every day. But you can't have the rest of all this

to go with it. I know.

- We are here at the beautiful

Flora-Bama Yacht Club. - Yep.

- Overlooking this beautiful scene with this water!

- Yep. - Have to go in.

- You gotta go. And you know

what else? We should to the bar and see what Alan's

got going on! - Well let's head to the bar!

- Let's do it. - Alright!

- This drink is called the Alan, it's named after me on our drink menu.

I use Blue Chair Bay coconut rum

Sailor Jerry's spiced rum, a couple of

fruit juices, and a little splash of peach.

And that's my signature drink.

Well Joy, I'm giving you this Alan

for you to enjoy.

It is a delicious refreshing drink.

- Oh most definitely!
