Waching daily Mar 22 2017

Three, Two, One! Lights! Action! And we're here!

We're here LIVE! Well, it's live for us but you know,

for YOU it's going to be LIVE as well.

Yeah! We're gonna be ALIVE! Do they know who I am?

I don't know. Do you guys? You guys should know who this is...

I mean, you know who I am, right? If you know who I am...

This is THE Julie Little. THE! Julie Little.

No, no, no! This one, this one right here! Hahaha yeah. And this is

Ben Perry. If you don't know Ben, where

you been? Hahaha. Where've you been, Ben? Where've you been! (She's got jokes... hahaha) Awesome, so

Hey everybody! I know it's probably been a

while since you've heard from me. We are

super excited about what we are up to

and what we're creating for you and

your family. So I've been dreaming and

dreaming about creating films for

families and documentaries for families

and sharing their life stories. I was

very fortunate to meet Ben and he

actually has a lot of really great

things to say and share and his heart is

good and that's really what I was

looking for. Thank You, Ben for, you know,

being here and being on this journey

with me and I can't wait to introduce

you to all my clients. I can't wait for

them to meet you and find out how weird you

are... Just a little bit, haha. On a scale of 1-10, maybe 11, you know,

12, you know. Let's dial it back to an 11. So! The question

is! What do these documentary films

look like? The first thing is that

they're going to be FUN! They're going to

be EXCITING! They're going to be

authentic and beautifully lit. Everyone's

going to look PERFECT and THIN in them.

Hahaha, so good, yes, yes! And we can do them here

in the studio where it's private and

quiet and [we have] AC or we can actually come to your

home and video you in your home,

at the beach... Each one of these is actually going

to be unique. Yes. Each one is going to be

uniquely created for you and your family.

Ben and I are excited about that. We're

really excited about being creative and

making each films unique for each

family, telling each family's story, and

really digging out those really, like,

things that you didn't know were there

or things that you maybe have long

forgotten. Yeah! I mean we're really good at being able

to ask those questions that pull out the

juicy part. Yea! Alright... Yes, it's like...

Yeah, you're gonna cry. Yeah, yes... WE'RE

gonna cry! (In the best way), We're gonna cry! And the important thing I think is

to know that we're going to guide you

through this process. We have a format

that we're going to follow with the

questions that you're going to have time

to like think about, gather information,

gather photos, gather memorabilia

that you wanted us to photograph that we can

put in these documentaries and the

really cool thing is you're going to be

able to have an option where you can add

stories in the future. So you know that

your grandchildren as they get older

will be able to come in and add to these

videos. And that's what I'm super excited

about.

To have quality and have something

amazing the time has to be put in and it's

commitment from us, it's commitment from you and

your family. And we promise, you know...

My promise is that it will all be so

WORTH IT and in the end you're going to

be the hero in your family. You're going

to be the hero that made this happen and

you're going to be remembered in your

family forever. And the legacy that you

get to leave behind that we're going to create with you.

And it's a huge privilege so thank you.

Yeah, it is. It's an honor, right? It's an honor.

Absolutely. We are honored that you

would even consider creating something

like this with us so thank you.

Hahahaha, okay! We don't wanna get too serious! Oh, by the way, Ben's a

singer so maybe you can ask him to do

some vocals on your ....

Alright, where's my hat, put down the hat and...

Alright ,well... Ben's the singer, I'm the dancer!

There we are, hahaha. Alright, well I'm Ben

Perry, this is Julie Little and we hope

that you have a message, a story, a legacy

that you want to pass on and you want to share!

Yeah, this is really just about sharing.

So, thank you, thank you, thank you for

watching and hope to hear from you soon, yeah!

If you liked this video then please Like

and Share and we really, really

appreciate it. Yeah, and we're looking

forward to hearing from you! Alright,

bye! Peace!

Multiple sclerosis - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 11:16.

Multiple sclerosis is a demyelinating disease of the central nervous system, which includes

the brain and the spinal cord.

Myelin is the protective sheath that surrounds the axons of neurons, allowing them to quickly

send electrical impulses.

This myelin is produced by oligodendrocytes, which are a group of cells that support neurons.

In multiple sclerosis, demyelination happens when the immune system inappropriately attacks

and destroys the myelin, which makes communication between neurons break down, ultimately leading

to all sorts of sensory, motor, and cognitive problems.

Now, the brain, including the neurons in the brain, is protected by things in the blood

by the blood brain barrier, which only lets certain molecules and cells through from the

blood.

For immune cells like T and B cells that means having the right ligand or surface molecule

to get through the blood brain barrier, this is kind of like having the a VIP pass to get

into an exclusive club.

Once a T cell makes its way in it can get activated by something it encounters - in

the case of multiple sclerosis, it's activated by myelin.

Once the T-cell gets activated, it changes the blood brain barrier cells to express more

receptors, and this allows immune cells to more easily bind and get in, it's kind of

like bribing the bouncer to let in a lot of people.

Now, multiple sclerosis is a type IV hypersensitivity reaction, or cell-mediated hypersensitivity.

And this means that those myelin specific T-cells release cytokines like IL-1, IL-6,

TNF-alpha, and interferon-gamma, and together dilate the blood vessels which allows more

immune cells to get in, as well as directly cause damage to the oligodendrocytes.

They cytokines also attract B-cells and macrophages as part of the inflammatory reaction.

Those B-cells begin to make antibodies that mark the myelin sheath proteins, and then

the macrophages use those antibody markers to engulf and destroy the oligodendrocytes.

Without oligodendrocytes, there's no myelin to cover the neurons, and this leaves behind

areas of scar tissue, also called plaques or sclera.

In multiple sclerosis, these immune attacks typically happen in bouts.

In other words, an autoimmune attack on the oligodendrocytes might happen, and then regulatory

T cells will come in to inhibit or calm down the other immune cells, leading to a reduction

in the inflammation.

Early on in multiple sclerosis, the oligodendrocytes will heal and extend out new myelin to cover

the neurons, which is a process called remyelination.

Unfortunately, though, over time as the oligodendrocytes die off the remyelination stops and the damage

becomes irreversible with the loss of axons.

Just like other autoimmune diseases, the exact cause of multiple sclerosis is unknown, but

is linked to both genetic and environmental factors.

Genetic risk factors include being a woman and having genes that encode a specific type

of immune molecule called HLA-DR2 which is used to identify and bind to foreign molecules.

Environmental risk factors might include infections as well as vitamin D deficiency, which is

an interesting one because it might help explain why the rates of multiple sclerosis are higher

at the northern and southern poles compared to the equator where there's a lot more

sunlight.

Together these genetic and environmental influences might lead to the body not killing off immune

cells that target myelin.

So it turns out that there are four main types of multiple sclerosis based on the pattern

of symptoms over time.

To break this down, we can use this graph with time on the x-axis, where time refers

to the lifespan of the individual, and disability on the y-axis.

The first, and by far the most common pattern of multiple sclerosis, is called relapsing-remitting

multiple sclerosis or RRMS.

This condition is what we just described, bouts of autoimmune attacks happening months,

or even years, apart, and causing an increase in the level of disability.

For example, during a bout a person may lose some vision, but then it may be followed by

improvement if there's remyelination.

Unfortunately, though, more often than not, the remyelination process is not complete

so there is often some residual disability that remains, and that means that with each

attack, more and more of the central nervous system gets irreversibly damaged.

In the relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis type there's typically no increase in disability

between bouts, so the line stays flat during that time.

Now, the second type is called secondary progressive multiple sclerosis or SPMS which initially

is pretty similar to the relapse-remitting type, but over time the immune attack becomes

constant which causes a steady progression of disability.

The third type is primary-progressive multiple sclerosis or PPMS, which is basically one

constant attack on myelin which causes a steady progression of disability over a person's

lifetime.

The final type is progressive relapsing multiple sclerosis or PRMS, which is also one constant

attack but this time there are bouts superimposed during which the disability increases even

faster.

Specific symptoms varying a lot from person to person, and largely depend on the location

of the plaques.

And multiple sclerosis typically affects individuals between the ages of 20 and 40.

Symptoms related to bouts can typically worsen over weeks and can linger for months without

treatment.

One common trio of multiple sclerosis symptoms is called Charcot's neurologic triad and

it includes dysarthria, which is difficulty or unclear speech, nystagmus, which is involuntary

rapid eye movements, and an intention tremor.

Dysarthria is due to plaques in the brainstem that affect nerve fibers that control muscles

of the mouth and throat, and this can interfere with conscious movements, like eating and

talking and can lead to things like a new stutter, as well as unconscious movements,

like swallowing.

Nystagmus is due to plaques around the nerves controlling eye movements.

Plaques around the optic nerve causes loss of vision in one or both of the eyes because

of damage to the optic nerve, which is called optic neuritis.

Sometimes there's blurring or graying of the vision, or alternatively there might be

a dark point in the center of vision.

Additionally, if there's damage to the nerves controlling eye movement, then eye movements

can be painful and there can even be double vision, if the eyes can no longer move in

a coordinated way.

Finally, intention tremors can be caused by plaques along the motor pathways in the spinal

cord which can affect outbound signals like skeletal muscle control.

Motor symptoms can include muscle weakness, muscle spasms, tremors, and ataxia, which

is a loss of balance and coordination.

In serious cases, this can lead to paralysis.

In addition, plaques in the sensory pathways can affect inbound signals like sensations

from the skin which causes symptoms like numbness, pins-and-needles, and paresthesias which are

often a tingling feeling but may also be a painful itching or burning sensation.

Occasionally there can be very specific sensory symptoms like Lhermitte's sign, which is

when an electric shock runs down the back and radiates to the limbs when a person bends

their neck forward.

Plaques can also involve the autonomic nervous system which can lead to bowel and bladder

symptoms like constipation and urinary incontinence, as well as sexual symptoms like sexual dysfunction.

Finally, multiple sclerosis can also affect higher order activities of the brain, causing

poor concentration and critical thinking, as well as depression and anxiety.

Multiple sclerosis is typically suspected when there are multiple neurologic symptoms

separated in space, which is attributable to damage in different locations in the nervous

system, as well as time, meaning separate bouts or flare-ups as well as remission.

The diagnosis of multiple sclerosis is supported by an MRI which shows multiple central nervous

system lesions, called white matter plaques, since these regions tend to have lots of myelin.

Also, in the cerebrospinal fluid there might be high levels of antibodies, which indicates

an autoimmune process.

Finally a visual evoked potential can be helpful as well, which measures the nervous system's

response to visual stimuli.

For treatment, there is no cure for multiple sclerosis, but there are medications which

are particularly effective for the relapsing-remitting type because they lessen the severity of relapses

and make them happen less frequently.

Medications like corticosteroids, cyclophosphamide which is a cell cycle inhibitor, and intravenous

immunoglobulin can all be used to help blunt the autoimmune process.

In addition, plasmapheresis can be effective as well, which is when the plasma is filtered

to remove disease-causing autoantibodies.

Chronic treatment for multiple sclerosis includes immunosuppressants like recombinant beta-IFN

which decreases the level of inflammatory cytokines in the brain and increases the function

of T regulatory cells.

Other immunosuppressants actually block T cells from getting into the brain by interfering

with their cell surface molecules they use to gain passage through the blood brain barrier.

Unfortunately, though, there are fewer treatment options available for the progressive MS.

Instead, treatments are often targeted at managing specific symptoms—everything ranging

from depression to bladder dysfunction.

Physical therapy and cognitive rehabilitation therapy can be particularly helpful with sensory,

motor, and cognitive symptoms.

Finally, there's also an increasing interest in the role of vitamin D as an effective treatment.

All right, as a quick recap, multiple sclerosis is a chronic and progressive autoimmune disorder,

and the most common pattern is the relapsing-remitting type, where individuals have flares that come

and go, with each one slightly worsening their overall condition.

During a flare, T-cells cause inflammation and damage to oligodendrocytes in the central

nervous system, which leaves behind scarred areas of demyelinated neurons called plaques,

which causes a variety of symptoms depending on the location.

Where Am I? - Duration: 2:34.

Vsauce!

Kevin here.

But in my head where am I?

I think my consciousness is me.

And it feels like a bead, floating and shifting inside my head.

When I wake up - the bead appears.

Centered, rested, ready.

Time to go.

Let the dog out.

Brush teeth.

My limbic cortex tells me it's time to eat.

So I make breakfast.

The bead hovers behind the back of my eyes.

Energy drink.

Focus.

Computer.

The bead locks against the front of my skull.

My prefrontal cortex, proportionally larger in humans than any animal in the world is

considering my future.

Work hard today, prepare for tomorrow.

The bead is pressing against the front of my head like it's determined to burst through.

There are no distractions.

This is my maximum attention.

I am in the moment.

I am here.

Until I'm not.

Distraction sinks in.

Check Twitter.

Check Facebook.

Check clock.

The day is getting away.

I have to go to the store.

An activity that seems to cause the bead to drift further and further back.

To disconnect.

Just get the stuff on the list.

Avoid eye contact.

I recede further back into the recesses of my mind.

Almost mindless.

It's like my eyes become windows and I'm peering through them at a great distance.

Seeing people.

Wondering who they are?

What impossibly complex and somehow remarkably simple journey are they on?

What's the bead in their head doing right now?

What's the bead in your head doing right now?

I return home.

It's time for sleep.

A time where I lose control of the bead and it goes somewhere without me.

Storing, organizing and recounting the events of the day.

And then before I know it…

I awake.

And as always - thanks for watching.

What is Blended Wine? - Duration: 5:54.

In today's video, we talk about blends.

Hi, I'm Tim from Elma Wine & Liquor.

In today's video, we're talking about blends.

I'm going to lean more towards red blends because that's slightly more

popular, but whatever I'm saying today also does apply to white ones.

What is a blend, you're asking?

That's when a winemaker takes more than one grape variety

and mixes them together to make wine.

This red blend or white blend would be something as opposed to a Cabernet

Sauvignon or a Riesling or Chardonnay. When you see those words

on the bottle, that means that the wine is primarily made out of that

one type of grape. When you don't see a specific grape name or you see

the words red blend or table wine, that indicates that the winemaker

has used a variety of grapes and blended them together to make a wine.

Currently, red blends and also white blends, to some extent,

is the fastest growing category of wine in the US.

More and more people are discovering them and finding blends that fit

their palates the best. One of the reasons behind this is that when the

winemakers can blend the different grapes together, they can find

a product that better fits people's palates and better fits your

personal taste, more so than just working with the one wine grape.

On the other side, there are still a lot of people that come in

and when we talk about red blends to them, they get a little bit put off

because they are looking for a Varietal. For a long time,

Varietals took over as the wine that you want to be drinking.

The blends were made with the leftovers; the not good

quality grapes. Whereas, the pure Varietal, when it says Cabernet

or Chardonnay or something like that on it, that is where the quality

wine was. That's not necessarily true, ever, or especially now.

Even in those Varietals, when you see the word Cabernet

Sauvignon on the wine bottle, a lot of times the winemaker still blends

in a little bit, a couple percent, of this grape or that grape to help

balance out the wine. Less often than not, even those Varietals are still

a blend to some extent. It's not very much, but they're still blended,

they still use some blending grapes in there. With the blends,

you'll find all different grapes used in different blends. You'll have

your Syrah, Cabernet, Grenache, Pinot Noirs. You'll have your

Cabernets, Merlot, Petite Verdot. When you see the grapes listed on the wine bottle

or on the winemaker's website, they kind of work like food ingredients.

The first grape you see, will be the grape that has the most quantity

in the blend. Some blends get into specifics, they'll give you the exact

percentage of the grapes that they're using, while some won't tell you

at all what grapes they're using. It's a little bit-- especially

in those that can be challenging finding something comparable

to what you like and building off of that.

For a lot of them, when you start finding a blend of grapes

that you like, you can look at some of the other blends in the rack

or talk to the person at your local wine shop and let them know

what you like and what you didn't like and even what you liked

about the wine and what you didn't like about it. Then very often,

we can help you find another blend that might fit your taste buds

a little bit better or steer you clear of something that you

might not like.

Basically, in summary what is a blend? It's when a winemaker takes

a bunch of different grape varieties and blends them together

and makes wine out of them. It's important to remember

that even the wines that have a Varietal name on the bottle

are sometimes blended as well. Don't think of them as superior

or better than just the common red blend.

In fact, when you go back in history to Bordeaux and Chianti

and some of the top wine making regions in the world, those happen

to be in Europe. They've been blending grapes for thousands

of years. That's how they've been making their wine. The idea of even

putting a name, the specific single grape variety on the label was

something that was fairly, recently done anyway, mostly in the US.

Those blends from Bordeaux, Chianti, Tuscany, those are still primarily

blended wines. If they were made in the US, we will be

calling them red blends but it's because they're made in those famous

region that they get to use those region's names on their labels,

instead of simply saying red blend.

Hope you enjoyed this video.

We look forward to your comments and your feedback and we really look

forward to more questions so that we can keep addressing them

and keep you entertained.

Thanks for watching. Look forward to hear your feedback.

Cheers.

you have the gift to make it stop.

Quarterly Emily Review - Duration: 2:26.

Emily?

You've been somewhere else this session.

Call me crazy, but I feel like you, my accountant,

my dentist, my hairstylist, my yoga teacher,

and my mom, all get together and talk about me.

That's paranoid and delusional.

Can you hear me?

Is this the Quarterly Emily Review?

Mmmm...

I feel you must be Emily's accountant.

Alright, let's state our goals for Emily over the next 3 months.

Uh, I guess I want her to start itemizing her deductions, and maxing out her 401K.

Let's move onto you Dr. Thompson.

Emily's 34 years-old and she doesn't have a flossing habit.

Flossing's easy, I'm just trying to make sure she doesn't have a relapse like last year.

At least things with Emily and Chad are going well.

Actually, Chad's not going to be in the picture that much longer.

I think I know my client a little more than you do, you just cut her hair.

Uh—I STYLE her hair, and she tells me way more than she tells any of you guys.

Did you know, Chad blew off meeting her best friend from college just to go a football game?

And that she hates the name Chad?

Yeah, The Bachelorette has ruined the name Chad for me for, like, a good ten years-years

I think we have an echo, can someone please mute?

Sorry, my bad.

Also—did she tell any of you that she's still fantasizing about Don?

Not Don, he's an alcoholic!

Let's find our centers, breath deep into your bellies.

Who is this?

I'm Emily's mother.

I have a list.

I want all of you to remind Emily that she's only

worth anything as a woman if she gets married and has a baby

before her eggs shrivel up along with her breasts.

Ok boychicks, I'm off, toodles!

We have our work cut out for us.

It's OK, we can make it seem as if the world is giving her signs.

I'll leave a bunch of US Weekly's out with really gross pictures of Jennifer Aniston.

Yeah, and you should point out all of her grays.

Wait—is this the best thing for Emily?

I can talk to her about her retirement goals and clear up that silly notion that getting

married increases your taxes —that's only if she stays at work.

Hey, uh, Dr. Phil?

Don't call me Dr. Phil.

Let's have her boss tell her that no matter what she does, everyone thinks that she's

just going to leave and have a family.

—And also, have him tell her she needs to be less aggressive in meetings

AND more assertive at the same time.

Oh, can we have Facebook ask her relationship status?

Fill it with those baby updates from her cousin Karen, the one who's a stay-at-home mom with a "blog."

I'll call up Zuckerberg and make it happen.

You know Mark Zuckerberg?

Oh yeah, that boy LOVES candy.

10 Ways to Drink More Water 💦 - Duration: 4:47.

Hi everyone!

Welcome back to Lavendaire.

So if you know me, then you know that water

is my favorite drink.

I love drinking water all day, but I realize that not everybody loves water

as much as I do.

Some people struggle with drinking enough water, so today

I wanted to share ten tips to drink more water.

Today's video is sponsored by LIFEWTR.

LIFEWTR is a premium water brand that you can get at any 7-Eleven, and what I love

the most is that it features gorgeous artwork on its label that will change several times

a year

as they feature different artists.

It's super pretty, super aesthetic.

I just love the look of it.

Our goal today and in life is to always stay hydrated so you can reap all the benefits

like having better skin, more energy, boosted immune system, and so much more.

So how much water do you drink?

First off: there's actually a water calculator

I'll link it below so you can figure out how much water you should drink

because it depends on your weight, your height, your age, even your environment,

and how much you work out, so your activity level.

So calculate that down below.

My goal is to drink 90 ounces a day of water, which equals two and half

of these LIFEWTR bottles because these are about 33.8 fluid ounces,

which is one liter.

Once you know how much water you should drink,

now it's time to check out the ten tips on how to drink more water.

Alright, first things first: drink a cup of water right when you wake up

because you want to replenish and rehydrate after a long night's sleep.

You can do this

right after you wake up or after you brush your teeth.

It's up to you.

But I love just to rehydrate in the morning and get that out of the way.

Tip #2: Get a pretty water bottle that you love so that you'll want to take it everywhere.

It does matter than you like the bottle because then you'll want to take it with you

when you're running errands or to the gym.

It's kind of like an added accessory.

Tip #3: Always keep water by your side so you can sip water throughout the day.

This is my method for drinking water.

I always have it with me, and any time I think about water,

I just drink it.

And you can get through a lot of water drinking this way.

Tip #4: Drink a glass of water after every bathroom break.

Think about it as:

you just expelled a lot of water, so it's time to replenish all of that water and hydrate

yourself.

Tip #5: Drink a cup of water before every meal.

This helps you just drink water

at regular intervals throughout the day.

And sometimes when you feel hungry,

you're actually just dehydrated.

So drinking water can actually help you

curb your appetite if you have cravings.

Tip #6: Track your water intake throughout the day with a water tracking app,

or in your planner.

It's up to you whether you want to do it digitally or analog.

It's just important to keep track of how much water you're drinking so you know

exactly how much you're getting every day.

Tip #7: If you really want a reminder, you can set a water alarm every hour

to remind yourself to drink water.

So this is for people who like notifications on their phone.

Tip #8: Eat more water-rich foods like fruits and veggies.

So for example:

I love making green smoothies in the morning.

It's just a great way to get a lot of water in.

Tip #9: Use the hair tie trick.

Wear a hair time on your left wrist for each bottle goal.

Mine is two and a half water bottles.

So every time you finish a bottle, switch a hair tie

to the other wrist so you know you're all done when all your hair ties are

on your right wrist.

Tip #10: Habit stack.

Pick something you do pretty often throughout the day

and drink water every time you do it.

For example, every time you check your phone,

drink water.

Or if you listen to music throughout the day, each time a new song plays

take a sip of water.

I hope you liked today's tips on how to drink more water.

Forbidden Games 1 - The Elevator Game - Duration: 4:18.

Are you bored with the computer games?

Everyday you are playing the same game for several times.

And you are spending your time for nothing.

Even there is no enjoyment in the game because of the repetition of it.

You play the same game too much and you are searcing about new one?

In this video we are going to explain to you one different game that you haven't heard before.

However before explanining anything we need to advice you something.

These games is dangerous and no one has complete it yet.

Try not to play it no matter what.

Don't try it.

If you are excited, let's play.

The game call the elevator game.

or the elevator that takes you to the soul socaity

To play this game you don't need many things.

The only thing that you need is find a building that include at least ten floors with elevator.

There must be ten floors in the building because without this the game won't be activated.

This game is so easy.

We begin now.

Enter the elevator, now you are in zero floor or the ground floor.

Close the door of the elevator then by using the elevator, go until the forth floor.

When the elevator stop on floor number four, don't go out.

Stay in your place, then press number two.

Don't go out.

Then go to floor number six.

You are in your place, don't go out because the game will finish.

Then go back to floor number two.

Then go up until floor number ten.

Remember don't go out.

After that go down to floor number five.

When you reach the fifth floor, you will find a beautiful girl waiting for the elevator.

She will enter, don't try to look at her.

Because you will lose, just behave like nothing happened.

She will not talk to you, just behave you are alone in the elevator, don't do anything.

When she get into the elevator, press zero.

If you are following the steps of the games correctly,

then the elevator instead of taking you to zero floor or the ground floor,

it will takes you up to the floor number ten.

If you are afraid in that time while going up,

you have only one chance to stop the elevator and finish the game.

But if you want to continue, don't stop the elevator.

When the elevator reach floor number ten, the game is finished.

You are done.

The door will open.

WELCOME TO THE SOUL SOCIETY.

Now you are in completely different world.

It is the soul society.

You are in different place and time.

To go back to our society, you need to follow the steps of the game but in the opposite way.

Maybe it is impossible to do so, because when you get out from the elevator, the directions will be mixed in your mind.

And it is imposibble to go back.

You will feel that when you come close to the door of the elevator.

It will move back from you.

You will not be able to reach it or to go back.

For your information I don't advice you to try this game because I don't take the circumstances of the game for guarentee.

I don't know what will happened because as I told you before no one has complated this game yet.

Even us, we don't know whether this game is true or not.

Have fun and remember, don't try it.

Donald Jr Just RIPPED Liberal Crackpot A New One After HORRIBLE Thing She Said About Eric Trump's Ba - Duration: 1:51.

Donald Jr Just RIPPED Liberal Crackpot A New One After HORRIBLE Thing She Said About Eric

Trumps Baby!

By Danny Gold

You know, liberals really have managed to hit an all new low.

Apparently, according to comedian Chelsea Handler, not even Eric Trumps unborn child

is off limits!

The moron decided to ATTACK the Trumps on Twitter today after Eric and his wife announced

that she is pregnant with a new child.

Instead of congratulating them or even staying quiet like a normal human, Chelsea Handler

wrote this:

I guess one of @realDonaldTrumps sons is expecting a new baby.

Just what we need.

Another person with those jeans.

Lets hope for a girl.

Terrible!

At least have some respect for an infant you goon!

What did Eric Trumps child ever do to hurt you?!

Oh and jeans? Dont you mean GENES!?

Well, Eric may have taken the high road, but big brother Donald Jr showed up to the rescue!

He HUMILIATED the failed comedian in an INSTANT:

Jeans???

I guess Im not at all surprised but really?!?!

#genes

Thats how a real family sticks together.

And as for losers who would attack the grandchildren of a president, they should be taken off TV,

stages, and everything else.

They are a public disgrace!

Lets show the Trumps who we stand with and help spread this around everywhere!!

Overwatch Orisa Aim Tutorial Guide | Orisa Drills For Improvement, Tips and Tricks - Duration: 5:18.

Hello there!

If you want to know how to aim well with Orisa and how to master the halt and protective

barrier placement, we have a set of drills for you.

Practice these short exercises and you will be able to pull enemies from cover, hit them

when they are fleeing from you and shoot your barrier to the exact spot you want to.

Keep watching!

Hello guys, welcome to the dojo!

Orisa is an anchor tank who has a lot of utility to help her team push in and make great plays.

Her weapon has no damage falloff currently, and it can do really terrifying damage if

you can aim well to the head.

Her halt ability can easily expose hiding enemies if handled correctly, or make other

interactions available, like lifting a Reinhardt with shield and enabling a friendly earth

shatter.

She is able to spam shields to long distances, so it's important that you learn the arc

of the shield flight for perfect placements.

All in all, she is easy to learn but hard to master, and our drills should help you

fine tune your play with her.

If you have any questions, please feel free to join our Discord server, where you can

meet a helpful and friendly community, trying to improve together.

Link can be found in the description.

Let's get to the drills!

First of all, warm up with a tracking exercise.

This is important as it will get you into practice mood and tracking is used heavily

when aiming with Orisa.

Keep your crosshair on the head of the bots.

Go farther and closer, and switch targets sometimes.

Do this drill for 30 seconds.

The next one is some more tracking, but now you need to do tricky movements while keeping

on the head of the bot.

It is really important to notice that Orisa can crouch, so use this to your advantage.

Learning how to move and strafe in an arrhythmic fashion can save you from quite a bit of damage,

as you are more likely to avoid head shots.

Practice this movement, while keeping your crosshair on your target.

Do this drill for 30 seconds.

The next drill is about learning to control your halt ability.

Practice pulling down the bot from the bridge to both sides.

You need to get a good idea about the speed and the reach of the halt, so you can utilize

it in a live environment.

While you are waiting for the bridge bot to respawn, practice pulling out targets from

behind cover.

You can see if the ability connects with an enemy, as a beam will be created towards them.

Use your ability again to pull them and try to finish the bots as quickly as possible.

This skill is a very effective zoning tool, enemies will try to hide from it, so you can

create some seconds of opening.

Do this drill for 1 minute.

The last static drill is peeking.

Orisa has a nice range that you can use to wear down enemies before you actually engage.

But to avoid damage (thus making the enemy ultimate charge slower), you need to utilize

your environment.

Strafe out, shoot some at the enemy, and strafe back in.

You can also use the crouch in your movements, it's very effective against snipers.

Practice this to be a dodging machine.

Do this drill for 1 minute.

Here come the drills against moving enemies.

It will be harder to track them, but your DPS can be really great if you can land your

head shots.

If you like these drills, consider supporting the dojo's work by pledging on Patreon,

there are private coaching rewards if you are interested in that.

Link in the description.

The first dynamic drill is to help to solidify your aim against moving targets.

The emphasis is on learning how much you need to lead your shots in order to consistently

hit a moving target.

Get a good feel about the speed of the projectiles.

You need to lead less for closer target and more for the ones farther away.

Do this drill for 1 minute.

The next drill is building on the previous one, but now you must integrate your movement

into shooting.

It is important to notice that Orisa slows down while she is shooting, like D.Va does.

You want to practice how to be elusive with her while still landing your shots, as it

makes a really big difference if you can avoid some damage thrown at you.

Do this drill for 2 minutes.

The next one is about learning the range and speed of the Halt! ability and getting a better

idea about how to deploy your barrier ability correctly.

Mark a place where you want to land the barrier.

Try to shoot it in a way that it lands in the exact same position from different distances.

While it is on cooldown, use your halt to pull the moving bot from the platform.

Make sure you practice the halt when the bot is moving towards you, standing and moving

away from you, as these scenarios can be very different in regard to timing.

When the barrier is up again, try to place it to the same spot as before.

You also need to practice how to place it on high ground for maximum effectiveness.

Do this drill for 2 minutes.

The last drills is about experiencing a different angle of view when firing.

Stand on the high ground and try to land your head shots.

Standing up here allows you to practice shooting to really long distances too.

Integrate your movement into your aim.

You will have to lead your target a lot if you are shooting them at long range.

Do this drill for 2 minutes.

All right, if you really want to dig into Orisa, fire up a custom game with no cooldowns.

Practice the barrier placement to different positions and variable distances.

Make sure that you know how to arch your shot to place it safely on the high ground and

how to aim if you are placing it on the low ground from an elevated position.

Controlling this ability perfectly makes a big difference in games!

That's our 10 minute session for you to get better with Orisa.

If you like what we are doing, please subscribe, give us a thumbs up and share this video.

See you guys next time!
