Waching daily Mar 22 2017

Before we really get started on today's episode, I'd like to share a bunch of really

cool pictures created by my friend Kevin Gill.

Kevin's a computer programmer, 3-D animator and works on climate science data for NASA.

And in his spare time, he uses his skills to help him imagine what the Universe could

look like.

For example, he's mapped out what a future terraformed Mars might look like based on

elevation maps, or rendered moons disturbing Saturn's rings with their gravity.

But one of my favorite sets of images that Kevin did were these.

What would it look like if Earth had rings?

Kevin and his wife went to a few cool locations, took some landscape pictures, and then Kevin

did the calculations for what it would look like if Earth had a set of rings like Saturn.

And let me tell you, Earth would be so much better.

At least you'd think so, but actually, it might also suck.

Last time I checked, we don't have rings like this.

In fact, we don't have any rings at all.

Why not?

Considering the fact that Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune all have rings, don't

we deserve at least something?

Did we ever have rings in the past, or will we in the future?

What's it going to take for us to join the ring club?

Short answer, an apocalypse.

Before we get into the inevitable discussion of death and devastation, let's talk a bit

about rings.

Saturn is the big showboat, with its fancy rings.

They're made of water ice, with chunks as big as a mountain, or as small as a piece

of sand.

Astronomers have been arguing about where they came from and how old they are, but the

current consensus - sortof - is that the rings are almost as ancient as Saturn itself: billions

of years old.

And yet, some process is weathering the rings, grinding the particles so they appear much

younger.

Jupiter's rings are much fainter, and we didn't even know about them until 1979,

when the Voyager spacecraft made their flybys.

The rings seem to be created by dust blown off into space by impacts on the planet's

moons.

Hey, we've got a moon, that's a sign.

The rings around Uranus are bigger and more complex than Jupiter's rings, but not as

substantial as Saturn's.

They're much younger, perhaps only 600 million years old, and appear to have been caused

by two moons crashing into each other, long ago.

Again, another sign.

We still have the potential for stuff to crash around us.

The rings around Neptune are far dustier than any of the other ring systems, and much younger

than the Solar System.

And like the rings around Uranus, they were probably formed when two or more of its moons

collided together.

Now what about our own prospects for rings?

The problem with icy rings is that the Earth orbits too closely to the Sun.

There's a specific point in the Solar System known as the "frost line" or "snow line".

This is the point in the Solar System where deposits of ice could have survived for long

periods of time.

Any closer and the radiation from the Sun sublimates the ice away.

This point is actually located about 5 astronomical units away from the Sun, in the asteroid belt.

Mars is much closer, so it's very dry, while Jupiter is beyond the frost line, and its

moons have plenty of water ice.

The Earth is a mere 1 AU from the Sun.

That's the very definition of an astronomical unit, which means it's well within the frost

line.

The Earth itself can maintain water because the planet's magnetosphere acts like a shield

against the solar wind.

But the Moon is bone dry (except for the permanently shadowed craters at its poles).

And if there was an icy ring system around the Earth, the solar wind would have blasted

it away long ago.

Instead, let's look at another kind of ring we can have.

One made of rock and dust, containing death and sorrow, from a pulverized asteroid or

moon.

In fact, billions of years ago, we definitely had a ring when a Mars-sized planet crashed

into the Earth and spewed out a massive ring of debris.

This debris collected together into the Moon we know today.

That impact turned the Earth's surface inside out.

It was all volcanoes, everywhere, all the time.

It's also possible we had a second moon in the ancient past, which collided with our

current Moon.

That would have generated an all new ring of material for millions of years until it

was recaptured by the Moon, kicked out of orbit, or fell down onto the Earth.

It's that "fell down onto Earth" part that's apocalyptic.

As mountains of ring material entered the Earth's atmosphere, it would increase the

temperature, baking and boiling away any life that couldn't burrow deep underground.

It's kind of like the book Seveneves, which you should totally read if you haven't already.

It talks about what we would see if the Moon broke apart into a ring, and the terrible

terrible thing that happens next.

If Earth did get a set of rings, they'd be pretty, but they'd also be a huge pain

for astronomers.

As you saw in Kevin's original pictures, the rings take up a huge chunk of the sky

for most observers.

The farther north or south you go, the more dramatically the rings will ruin your view.

Only if you were right at the equator, you'd have a thin line, which would be borderline

acceptable.

Furthermore, the rings themselves would be incredibly reflective, and completely ruin

the whole concept of dark skies.

You know how the Moon sucks for astronomy?

Rings would be way way worse.

Finally, rings would interfere with our ability to launch spacecraft and maintain satellites.

It depends on how far they extend, but we wouldn't be able to have any satellites

in that region or cross the ring plane.

Oh, and that fiery death apocalypse I mentioned earlier.

In a moment, I'm going to talk about an interesting theory for the Moon's future,

a time when it could be torn apart and turned into a ring, but first I'd like to thank

JPaetaa, Scott Petty, Peter Lakovlev, and the rest of our 696 patrons for their generous

support.

If you love what we're doing and want to help out, head over to patreon.com/universetoday.

We know that the Moon is drifting away from the Earth right now thanks to the conservation

of angular momentum.

But in the distant future, billions of years from now, there might be a scenario that turns

everything around.

As you know, when it runs out of fuel in its core, the Sun is going to bloat up as a red

giant, consuming Mercury and Venus.

Scientists are on the fence about Earth.

Some think that Earth will be fine.

The Sun will blast off its outer layers, but not actually envelop Earth.

Others think that at the Sun's largest point, we'll be orbiting within the outer atmosphere

of the Sun.

Ouch, that's hot.

The orbiting Moon will experience drag as it goes around the Earth, slowing down its

orbital velocity, and causing it to spiral inward.

Once it reaches the Roche Limit of the Earth, about 9,500 km, our planet's gravity will

tear the Moon apart into a ring.

The chunks in the ring will also experience drag in the solar atmosphere and continue

to spiral inward until they crash into the planet.

That would be considered a very bad day, if it wasn't for the fact that we were already

living inside the atmosphere of the Sun.

No amount of terraforming will fix that.

Sadly, the Earth doesn't have rings like Saturn, and it probably never did.

It might have had rings of rock and dust for periods, but they weren't that majestic

to look at.

In fact, seeing rings around the planet would mean we'd lost a moon, and our planet was

about go through a period of bombardment.

I'll pass.

This episode was suggested by my lovely camerawife.

Of course I had to tackle it.

Now that's out of the way, were there any topics you'd like me to handle?

Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

In our next episode, we look to Titan.

How well have we explored this largest moon of Saturn, what mysteries does it still have,

and why should we go back?

That's next time.

If you're interested in rings, here's a whole episode all about rings, and why planets

seem to have them.

We investigate all the planets' rings, and speculate what could be out there in the galaxy.

How Phonemic Intelligence Activates Different Parts of The Brain - Part 2 of 3 - Duration: 4:39.

There are different parts of the Brain activated by the different sounds, and decision

making is a very important thing.

Orbital/ Frontal Lobe here is involved in decision making. And you find Phonemic

Intelligence immediately activates within seconds.

You can see it in seconds this happening.

Go and activate that part of the Brain.

And Parietal Lobe is a very important part of the Brain.

It's a large area just after the Frontal Lobe.

And there you have the abilities of comprehension, self-hood, writing, learning, comprehension.

All these activities are in the Parietal Lobe, particularly math, and science.

And you have these sounds go and activate the Parietal Lobe as well.

So we have now research to back up that these sounds go and activate this Brain.

What do I mean by activation?

There is a blood flow into those regions as soon as they hear the sound. Even if you think

the sound.

There are numerable researches that can be done.

So besides, you know, presenting it as a Philosophy or a Neurolinguistics or a Cognitive Psychology,

I wanted to bring in biological, neuro-biological evidence, neuro-cognitive evidence for the

sounds being associated with intelligence.

The important thing is, I never told the scientists about what sound will do what functionality,

or what functionality is associated with what sound.

They were never told.

No hypothesis was given.

The hypothesis evolved as they went researching the sound. And then they came up with the

hypothesis that these sounds are area specific, function specific.

And, of course, I must admit that we need to do a lot more studies.

We have done only a pilot study.

And the pilot study is very encouraging.

And then we are going to do further studies on this concept that sound can enhance your

intelligence.

Sounds can enhance your math Brain.

Sounds can enhance your higher cognition.

Sounds can enhance your learning abilities, such as listening, such as writing.

All these things are very important for students to know because up until now we have

been putting all of our attention on a pedagogy that involves tutoring.

You can go on tutoring people, but if the Brain doesn't work, if the math Brain doesn't

work, you will not be able to do math well.

Now, there is research which says that math Brain is only a very tiny, little part

of the brain called the Inter-Parietal Lobe, and previously, we were thinking it was the

larger area of the Parietal Lobe.

It is, but then now we are able to pinpoint it.

And then, later on they said it's the Angular Gyrus. Now, they say it is specifically

the Angular Gyrus. Now we see the PA working on that.

I'm very excited about it.

It's my ambition that we can take it to areas like where there's no education

given to the children, like areas in Africa, and use Phonemic Intelligence to empower their

Brain and then after that teach them.

That's my intention.

Why Neutrinos Are Freaking Amazing! - Duration: 4:12.

This week I'm talking about neutrinos!

They're everywhere! They're exciting! A

lot of people like them! You might

remember them a few... while back... whenever...

when people were talking about how they

might be faster than light. People were

freaking out. What if neutrinos are

faster than light!? Everything is going to

crumble. The sky is going to fall! What

about Einstein? Will his feelings be hurt?

But it turns out that they weren't

faster than light, so everything's okay.

But while neutrinos aren't faster than

light, they're still super awesome. They're

one of the most abundant particles in

the universe. There's tens of trillions

of them going through you at any given

second. So just think about that for a

little bit. They're kind of like our

little invisible friends that we have

with us at all times, in a way, but

they're always passing through us and

not really saying hi. But where do

neutrinos come from? Well, they come from

all different places they come from

supernovas and they come from particle

collisions and they come from your

bananas and avocados. I'm not actually

crazy. That's actually true. The potassium

in bananas and avocados creates natural

radioactivity which produces neutrinos.

So you can munch on that for a little

while. But I think the coolest thing that

we do with neutrinos is how we sense

them here on Earth. Not the ones that

come from your bananas and avocados but

the ones that come from supernovas.

There's actually a really cool

observatory in Antarctica called IceCube

and it's located at the South Pole

and it has around 5,000 optical sensors

which it suspends in a cubic kilometer

of ice. It uses those optical sensors to

sense for neutrinos. Why is this? Because

when neutrinos interact with ice they

produce blue flashes of light and we can

actually measure those blue flashes of

light and actually tell if we've seen a

neutrino or not. The IceCube Observatory

actually sees about six neutrinos a

minute but a lot of them come from

collisions in the upper atmosphere. But

occasionally, when it's lucky, IceCube is

able to actually see neutrinos from

supernovas and actually see the blue

flashes of light that those neutrinos

produced in the ice. The flashes of light

can sometimes actually expand to

around six city blocks. So it's a huge

flash of light that happens across a

very large distance

and these optical sensors are actually

able to sense these blue flashes of

light and tell us if we've seen a

neutrino. In a way, it's like this really

cool "pin art" form of neutrinos, if you

remember "pin art" because you grew up in

the 80s. But why are neutrinos so cool if

they're not faster than light? Well, they

might not travel faster than light but

sometimes they can reach Earth before

light does. They can actually pass

through a lot of things faster than

light can. And this is because they're

weakly interacting particles. They

interact with very little things, unlike

photons which have to interact with

stuff and have to deal with a bunch of

crap every day. Neutrinos don't have to

deal with a bunch of crap every day. So,

if there's a bunch of space gas and

space dust in the way, photons have to

interact with a little bit but neutrinos

don't have to interact with it all, so

they get sort of a superhighway. Also

sometimes supernovas produce neutrinos

before they actually produce photons and

so neutrinos get a head start in that

way as well. So while neutrinos don't

travel faster than light they can

certainly reach Earth faster than

photons can in a lot of cases. And this

actually happened with supernova 1987A,

to which you can imagine we saw in 1987,

the neutrinos actually reached Earth

three hours before the photons did. So in

this way neutrinos are an early warning

system for supernovas that we haven't

even seen yet. So these neutrino

observatories around the world actually

detect neutrinos and can give

astronomers an early warning signal for

when there might be something beautiful

in the sky that they should look at soon.

So while neutrinos aren't faster than

light they can still sometimes reach

Earth before photons do and that's

because they have to put up with less

crap every day. They're weakly interacting particles.

So, neutrinos are kind of awesome.

And... sucks to be you photons.

10 Marvel Superhero Actors Who Are WEAKER Than You Think - Duration: 7:54.

Sometimes actors are so great at their jobs that we forget they're acting.

Add a cape and some tights to the equation and us mere mortals don't stand a chance.

Performers are presented as larger than life, and combined with all the glitz and glamour

of Hollywood magic, it's easy to forget that underneath they're skin and bone just

like us.

So we wanted to take a second to remind everyone that yes, celebs are people too.

Before we jump into the good stuff, we wanted to thank you for watching our video.

If you like what you see, go over to our channel and check out some of our other fare.

You can subscribe with the click of a button, and with just one more click you can join

the notification squad.

That way you'll be the first one to know when we post new content.

You're just two clicks away from paradise.

And hey, here's something to keep you thinking: can you guess the movie from these emojis?

Stay tuned for the answer, and some other fun trivia questions along the way.

Here are 10 Marvel Superhero Actors Who Are Weaker Than You Think.

Ryan Reynolds Deadpool is a lot of things, but sadly, "invincible"

is not one of them.

And even though he's injured himself playing someone 'super' before, Ryan Reynolds

still gave one hundred and ten percent on set.

And that might actually be the problem.

The actor was so into the character that his enthusiasm took its toll on his body.

Reynolds broke bones, separated his shoulders, and came home with a headache on more than

one occasion.

With all the spectacle that comes along with a blockbuster production, it's easy to forget

that at the end of the day, everyone is capable of getting hurt.

Even if they do have an insane set of abs.

Chris Pratt It's no secret that Chris Pratt looks a

lot different than he used to.

If you don't know what we mean, just compare early seasons of Parks and Rec to his turn

in Guardians of the Galaxy.

While a lot of conversations these days center around Hollywoods unrealistic expectations

for women, the leading men are not immune — no matter how amazing they are.

Landing the role of Starlord was a turning point in the actors career.

Pratt went from looking like a run of the mill, average dude to ripped behemoth in a

matter of months.

And he's been pumping that iron ever since.

Chris Hemsworth Here's a name you wouldn't normally associate

with weakness: Thor.

Well, Thor isn't real.

But the man playing him sure is.

Chris Hemsworth comes from a long line of civil servants, and is the son of two social

workers.

When the god of thunder isn't smashing his hammer around, he works as an ambassador for

the Australian Childhood Foundation.

Turns out, being a softie comes naturally to the blonde bruiser.

The had to learn the ass-kicking part.

So if Chris Hemsworth has a weakness for anything, it's his fellow humans.

Mark Ruffalo Bruce Banner is an intimidating hothead, which

is great if you're a bouncer, not so great if you're a scientist.

In addition to broken Erlenmeyer flasks and smashed microscopes, it's just not fun to

work alongside a temperamental jerk.

But in real life, Mark Ruffalo is on the opposite end of the emotional spectrum.

He's a vocal activist for clean water and renewable energy.

And recently stood in solidarity with members of the Standing Rock Sioux to protest construction

of an oil pipeline through their territory.

The actor understands the power of celebrity, and chooses to throw his weight behind causes

near and dear to his heart.

Jeremy Renner A large part of what makes superheroes "super"

is their ability to run into the middle of a brawl and shut it down before emerging unharmed.

Yes, being super is a dangerous job, but that's not a reason to avoid it.

Unless you're a human.

But it seems we mortals just can't seem to stay out of the way and let the heroes

sort it out.

And we get hurt a lot as a result.

This is exactly what happened to earthling Jeremy Renner while filming The Avengers.

According to Joss Whedon, the actor hurt his back and shoulder so badly that the movie's

production had to shut down for days afterward.

Hopefully he has insurance.

Scarlett Johansson We've already established that being cast

in a superhero movie is a blessing and a curse.

On the upside: the pay is decent, millions of people will see your work, learn your name,

and talk about you incessantly on the internet for years to come.

The downside?

Permanent injury.

After five appearances as the Black Widow, and a few more to come, Scarlett Johansson

knows this better than anyone.

She's had more than a few bumps and bruises by this point.

And has joked in interviews about how she'll be rehabbing them for the rest of her life.

Tom Hiddleston Tom Hiddleston may be equally known for his

roles as Loki in the MCU, and as Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend, depending on who you are.

Either way, it might be tempting to look at him as a cool guy to end all cool guys — which

would be a mistake.

The actor is big into music, and can play a ton of different instruments.

Piano, trumpet, violin and lute, just to name a few.

And according to his IMDb page, his "eyes water involuntarily when spooked", whatever

that means.

So the next time you get a little spooked about Loki's ability to read your mind or

beat you senseless, remember this: if the MCU was high school, he'd be the one spending

his entire day stuffed in a locker.

Samuel L. Jackson If Samuel L. Jackson has a trademark, it's

his voice.

He's almost always yelling, and nobody can drop an f-bomb like he can.

The actor's tirades are the highlight of any movie he's in, and he's so confident

that you'd have to be a straight up fool to challenge him.

But Jackson wasn't always like that.

Growing up, the actor had a speech impediment.

But he handled it the way he handles everything — by facing it head on.

After performing in a few plays during his youth, and working his butt off, Jackson's

stutter went away.

Immersion therapy at its finest.

Chris

Evans When it comes to Chris Evans, "weak" is

the wrong word to use.

"Soft", maybe, but not weak.

Why?

Well it turns out that Captain America is a HUGE fan of The Little Mermaid.

Apparently he knows every single song by heart, and could act the whole thing out with his

eyes closed.

That last part doesn't really surprise us, he is an actor after all.

But even though he's most known for playing a character who could beat us all up, Evans

is a big softie.

Dudes who pride themselves on machismo will probably bristle at this revelation.

And even though he looks the type, the actor doesn't fit the mould of a "manly man".

Which is just fine by us.

Robert Downey Jr.

If you're one of those people who believes that addiction is a choice, then you probably

don't look too kindly upon Robert Downey Jr's past.

But as the Iron Man actor has stated time and time again in interviews: he is not his

story.

Growing up, RDJ was dealt a tough hand.

And, like many people do, he coped with the assistance of drugs and alcohol.

But the actor has devoted the last few decades to sobriety, and worked incredibly hard to

get where he is today.

So rather than seeing his journey as a weakness, maybe people should be marveling at his tenacity

and self-preservation instead.

The Rookies Presentation of Discrimination Hurts (Huynh & Fuligni, 2010) - Duration: 4:56.

Hi! I'm Sara, I'm Leslie, I'm Amanda, and I'm Kevin.

and we're The Rookies.

what article are we analyzing?

"Discrimination hurts: the academic, psychological and physical

well-being of adolescents" by Virginia Huynh and Andrew Fuligni, 2010.

Introduction

In this study the main research question

was whether or not discrimination plays

a role in european latin american and

asian youth development.

In this study,

the sample size were 601 12th graders

with 51.2 percent being females and

48.8 percent being males.

Moving on to the method section.

We'll be looking at how this study was measured

and what kinds of scales were used to gather data.

All measures were reported on the questionnaire that was given during class time.

A scale developed by Green et al., adolescents were asked

how often they perceived discrimination experiences from adults and peers.

So, each person would read their experience

from a 1, NEVER... to a 5, ALWAYS.

What type of questions were asked in this this article?

Among adults

Do you feel that adults treat you with less respect

because of your race or ethnicity?

And do you feel that adults fear you because of

your race or ethnicity?

Among peers, do you feel that other kids insult or

call you names because of your race or ethnicity?

And do you feel that other

kids threaten or harass you because of your race or ethnicity?

Results

Approximately sixty percent, sixty-three percent,

and twelve percent of all youths

reported experiencing some form of adult

peer and daily discrimination, respectively.

According to the study

individuals with Latin American and

Asian backgrounds, said that they had experienced

more discrimination from adults and

peers than those from European backgrounds.

when looking at the single variable between subject tests,

there were significant ethnic differences and

the reports of adult and peer

discrimination among the students.

Overall, Latin-American and Asian adolescents

supported higher levels of adult discrimination than the European adolescents

while Asian and Latin-American adolescents

did not differ significantly in their reports of peer discrimination.

Although there are significant ethnic differences in the reports of discrimination,

the results between adult and peer discrimination were low.

Discussion

The discrimination ranged

from being called names

to being given different treatments simply because of their ethnicity.

Ethnic Centrality, ethnic socialization, rejection sensitivity

were all significantly correlated among peers discrimination.

We believe that in future studies

they should review exactly how

these three areas can affect perceptions of discrimination.

The information gathered for this study was done using

a cross-sectional and correlational

examination of the experiences with adult and pure discrimination.

The casual direction between discrimination and

outcomes was determined using a longitudinal assistant.

Creating an Oracle Java Cloud Service Instance - Duration: 4:15.

Whoosh and a click.

You can easily provision-or create-a

Java Cloud Service instance by using the

Instance Creation Wizard, as I'll demonstrate here.

Prior to launching the

wizard I will already provisioned an

Oracle Database Cloud Service instance

and just to be safe recorded the

database username and password for that instance

Now I'll launch the wizard.

First, I'll provide basic service

information my service name must start

with the letter and cannot contain any

special characters nor be longer than 50 characters.

I'll select a production

level service that will provide the

clustering backup and restoration

patching and roll back and scaling support I need.

A monthly metering

frequency works best for the high volume

of usage over extended periods that I expect;

it can also mean a cost savings over the hourly rate.

Next, I'll select an

Oracle WebLogic server release that

supports cloud infrastructures that span

web server application server and load balancer tiers.

And finally, I'll select

the appropriate Weblogic Server edition.

Next I'll provide my service details

First, I'll define the shape of the

service and provide access information

for integrated services, administration,

consoles and a secure shell.

Compute shapes are pre-configured and determine

the processing power of a service instance.

I'll select an all-purpose

shape rather than one that's memory intensive.

Since I might need to connect to the

instance by using a secure shell client

I'll specify the public key of the

secure shell pair.

While I could specify the name of an existing key,

I'm going to load a new one from my file system

By default, the cluster will already be configured

but I want to add a couple of

managed servers to it.

This will automatically enable a load balancer,

which I'll configure momentarily

Next, I'll identify the Weblogic administrator

And now so that I can access

Weblogic and other administrative

consoles also like this advanced setting.

Next, I'll enter access information for

the Oracle Database Cloud Service

instance that contains the Oracle Fusion

Middleware components schemas.

This is why it's helpful to record the database user credentials.

Now, I'll configure the

load balancer which shares works across

managed servers and automatically

redirects traffic during routine

maintenance activities.

Here, too, I'll select one of the all purpose compute shapes.

This policy passes each new

request to the managed server that has

the fewest connections ensuring a smooth

distribution when managed servers get

bogged down.

Finally, I'll define access information for the Oracle Storage Cloud

container instance that will store the

service instance backups

If it doesn't already exist Java cloud

service will create this container.

Now, I'll confirm the details

and create the instance.

I can see that the service instance has been added and will be

provisioned and running soon.

I can check the provisioning progress here

and here.

I'll refresh the screen and my service

has been provisioned I'm ready to manage

my instance and deploy my applications

to the cloud.

অপু বিশ্বাস কে চরম উত্তর দিলেন বুবলী | শাকিবের সমস্যা না হলে উনার সমস্যা কী অপুকে বুবলী | latestNews - Duration: 2:51.

On Saturday afternoon, the heroine of the film Shabnam bubali evidence of his Facebook

account and posted a picture with Shakib Khan, wrote in the photo caption 'Family Time'.

Apu Biswas bubalike called that night.

Apu is the issue of trust with online NTV, NTV said bubali online today with his view.

Kin to the center of the APU, you have alleged he was calling.

Of course, the APU has confessed to NTV Online.

Writing about your status on Facebook, said he objected to.

Apu was the main problem with the term family status.

What do you say about this?

Shabnam bubali: The film was my two sisters and sister-in-law.

It was my third film with the hero Shakib Khan, who brought me to the movies.

When my family wanted to do the film, he and the director Ronnie's brother told my family

together, since Shakib Khan developed a relationship with my family.

Now I think I have two family, father, mother, brother, sister about a family, a family of

my films.

Producer, director, about a family of artists.

I can write 'Family Time'.

After the big issues than in the caption Shakib Khan I do not have any problem, then what

is his problem?

How did you cast the news media calls?

Shabnam bubali What do you take me before Shakib Khan, a report published in a newspaper

after giving me a lot of journalists, saying many of them, and their older sister, sister

of the negative news to me, I told him, soon convinced me that the APU who has been on

the phone last night behavior.

Then everyone began to news.

On that day, Apu Biswas alleged to be threatened on the phone.

However, he told NTV Online Apu did not threaten you.

You said one of the media in terms of the threat to the police station to register.

What to do?

Shabnam bubali At first I thought that the law will take refuge.

And now I think it should not be.

As an artist, I can not insult another artist.

Besides, a lot of news about it is that I did not say many words are being written,

I saw such a report, I am illiterate Apu Biswas.

I was surprised at myself.

Because I grew up in a family where the adults have not learned to disrespect, I did not

say that.

What he told me on the phone just said.

I'm working on the film, there is a healthy environment to work in.

I think the senior artists of our love, and we will respect your elders.

Shakib Khan tied the're working with the pair, will work with other heroes.

But first I want a nice environment, then we will be able to work well.

Tour: Markin Family Student Recreation Center - Duration: 10:44.

SPEAKER 1: Hey, everyone, I'm Jenny.

I'm going to be giving you a tour of our Markin Recreational

Center.

Please comment, and I'll answer any questions that you

have throughout our tour.

So ask me any questions you got.

Let's go on in.

So to start things off, to my right is our Health Services.

You can go in there, they're real doctors and nurses.

So when you're feeling sick, most of the time

they get you in the same day.

I was sick earlier this semester,

and they prescribed me antibiotics,

I went and picked it on campus [INAUDIBLE].

Sounded Just like that, I was all better.

So it's really cool, it's right on campus,

so you don't have to leave to go see a doctor or nurse,

they're all right here.

Also we are one of the tallest rock

walls in the state of Illinois.

Here it is.

My goal is to climb up to the letters that spell

"Braves" in the rock wall.

So can you see them, it's right in the middle.

Well, if you didn't find it, you're

going to have to come to campus and see it for yourself.

Let's head on in.

So, you know, if you don't like to work out,

you can also come here to eat food.

Jerry's Juice Bar has awesome bagels

and breakfast sandwiches, and breakfast smoothies.

So let's say too, after your workout, you're like,

I know I need a little boost of energy.

You could get an energy boost enhancement

into there, some protein, some vitamins.

Whatever you want in your smoothie.

But the secret is that breakfast sandwich.

It's the best place to eat on campus.

Over here's the gates to get into the workout area.

What's really cool is it's free to students, faculty,

and staff.

They always have people manning the front desk.

Hey, everyone.

You can come on in with your Bradley ID.

Also, obviously it's winter, and you come with your coat on.

So what I like to do is grab a token from the front desk,

and I could put my coat and mittens in these lockers.

So let's come on over here, I'm going to check it out.

The students love to use these, or you could also

even use the locker rooms that are actually

over here, as well.

So let's say you wanted to go maybe,

take a shower between classes.

You could do that.

Or you can use these right here, like I just did.

All you do is insert your token, shut it, turn the little knob.

Well, unfortunately, that is going really good right now.

Well, you know what?

We're just going to pretend like it's in there.

Normally it works, I promise.

So let's come on over to where all the fun happens here

at Markin.

Over here we have three full basketball courts,

and none of them are ever full, so it's always awesome.

You can come and know that you have a spot to hang out.

We have someone playing basketball right now.

You could rent a basketball, volleyball, badminton,

any sport that you could even think of.

You could even rent flag football equipment

if you wanted to.

And also what's cool about this area is every other month,

it's transformed into something called Late Night BU,

and it's free for Bradley students.

So you can come here and get free Bradley gear, free food.

I even rode a camel here once.

You can do a little skydiving activity.

So come out where I rode-- check out where I rode that camel.

And also, too, what's really neat is

you can rent all this indoor soccer area.

But you don't just have to play indoor soccer.

My friends and I am involved in a club on campus called Sonar,

which is a marketing, PR, and advertising club

here on campus.

And it's instead of having a general meeting, we said,

you know, why don't we just play dodgeball

for a general meeting?

So we came in here and we played dodgeball,

and it was so much fun, very spur of the moment.

But it's just one of the many things

that you can do here on campus.

You could even get involved in intramurals.

We have men's, women's, and co-rec, A, B, and C leagues.

I would definitely be in the C league,

it's like the couch potato league.

But if you're really, really good at sports,

definitely do the A league.

They set up all the games for you, really cool.

But if you can't make a game, no big deal.

You can always get somebody to sub out for you.

So come on in.

This is our indoor soccer area, super fun.

So you know, right now it's really cold outside,

you don't want to play soccer outside.

You can come on in and play soccer in here.

Or dodgeball, like I did.

So, keep asking me questions on there,

I know I've shown you just a little bit of the lower level.

And actually above me is a track,

and that's where I'm going to take you guys next.

There's a few people running, we'll

go up there and see what they're up to.

But before we head up there, I want to show you

a fun, little secret room that you can rent out here

at Markin.

It's a little performance court.

You could, you know, have fun little activities there.

You could rent it out to play a basketball game or volleyball

game.

Actually I've had people rent this area out too,

where they've had fun dance competitions,

they've had a lip sync battle.

The police department put a self-defense course on here

for us.

Let's head on in.

I know the lights are off right now,

but this is a really fun place to hang out.

So the Markin is actually not just for working out.

Like I just said, you know, a lot of people

host some other fun events here, as well.

So this is a great room to rent out.

And let's head upstairs, where the fitness all happens.

So right now it's a little dead time at Markin.

But even though it is a dead time, people still come,

you know, and never have to wait for a machine.

People normally work out in the afternoon,

obviously college kids don't necessarily

like waking up at 6:00 AM.

But if you come here at 6:00 AM, you

may even see a professor here, working out.

Which is kind of funny, sometimes,

because you'll be like, hey, I'll see you later.

So, like I just said, you know, there's no line for a machine

ever, here.

Just some machines so we have up here at Markin.

And if you're like me and you don't know how to work out,

you can even get a personal trainer for a small fee that

can show you how to work out, can help set up

a workout program for you.

Anything that you need a personal trainer

to do for you, as well.

So we also have fitness classes.

If you know, you didn't want to have a personal trainer,

or you know, just wanted to spice things up your workout.

So right now, they're free during finals week,

which is really cool.

We have everything on here from Ripped, pilates, Total Body

Burn, Zumba, which is my favorite.

And spin, so let's go ahead and take a look at the spin room.

Now, it's really cool.

I mean, we might as well just jump on a bike

while we're in here.

So what's awesome about this little fitness room,

it's obviously super quaint.

And they have a person that sits up there,

and she has a headset on.

And they also have like, yoga cycling,

which is cool, because they're like, yeah, namaste.

And all that fun jazz.

Also none of these bikes are ever full,

so don't feel like you need to work out next to somebody else.

They purposely have a ton of different classes to offer,

so won't need to be sweating like crazy

next to a random stranger that you don't know.

So I'm already sweating from that little-- hoo.

Little cycle ride I just did there.

So Let's go check out where some other workout classes happen.

So over here, this room is where all of that-- Zumba

has a class in here.

Same with pilates, and abs, and sometimes Ripped

has class in here, as well.

But it's not just for working out, either.

Our dance team has practice here, as well as

some other organizations on campus come here

and have fun events.

Like I came in here and I did Zumba once for a [INAUDIBLE]

event and it was so much fun.

And you also get a really nice view of campus

while you're getting your fitness on.

Or you can just look at yourself,

there are all these wonderful mirrors that are in this room.

So, let's head on out of the performance room

and let's go check out the pool.

So I personally love the pool here at Bradey's campus,

because my freshman year they had a Floatie and a Movie.

And it was so much fun because you brought a little floatie,

and you watched a movie in the pool.

Also what's really nice about our pool too,

is it's a saltwater pool and so it's

absolutely great for your hair.

Also a nice job on campus, too, if you are lifeguard-certified.

You can also be a lifeguard here on the campus.

And they also, too, have different hours.

So sometimes they have the lanes in, they take the lanes out.

But here it is.

Currently it's closed, but it'll be opening up shortly, as well

for swim hours.

But I have another awesome thing to show you.

We have a racquetball court here in Markin,

we actually have two.

And you can just rent out a little raquetball,

come hang out.

Super, super fun.

Actually, before I take you there,

let me take you to where another place is a great place

to work out here as well.

So you know I just showed you the machines over there.

There are also some more machines

over here and free weights.

So let's check out and see what these people are up to over

here.

[? Honestly, ?] like I said, never

wait for a machine or a bench.

You can come and get your fitness on.

Or you can even come over here and get on the elliptical.

What's really cool is you're able to watch TV

while you're working out.

And you can even tune in to the other channels.

So all you do is you get on your machine,

and right now they're watching HGTV.

So you could plug on in, watch HGTV while you're working out.

That looks like a pretty nice master bedroom.

But yeah, it's really cool to be able

to-- you'll be working out and watching TV at the same time.

But you don't just have to work out in this area, either.

If you checked out our recent BuzzFeed article

about great study spots on campus,

I'm going to show you one of those secret study spots

right now.

It's right here on the porch of Markin.

Obviously right now it's a little cold outside.

But it's also a great place to study,

you get your tan when it's a little warmer outside.

But this is one of those secret sunny spots

that we were telling about earlier in the year.

So let's go back to that racquetball court

that I was talking to you about earlier.

Keep coming with those comments and questions, too.

I know you must have some, I've been showing you

all around Markin.

So you know how I talked about that wonderful track earlier?

Eight laps around this track is one mile.

And they actually rotate it by day,

just to be better for your body and better for the track,

as well.

So that way you're not running that same way

that you were before.

We even have mats here too, and different types

of exercise balls.

So you can get really creative with your workouts.

You can even do what my friend and I did, and just threw

a weight ball back and forth, which is really fun.

Just a little silly thing that we were doing to like,

"cool down" but also work out at the same time.

Now onto that favorite part, the racquetball courts.

My friends and I decided to de-stress during finals week

a few semesters ago.

And it was so much fun, we actually

had some people teach us how to play racquetball

because they saw that we were struggling a little bit.

But this is one of two racquetball courts

we have here on campus.

And it's open the entire time that Markin is open.

Super fun, great way to de-stress.

You even get the goggles and all, and the racket.

And the other great thing you can also do here

is, let's say, you know, you're like,

I don't even want to work out, I just want to come and hang out.

We even have ping pong tables, foosball tables,

you can just come and use and relax.

And hang out with your friends.

We actually even have a ping pong

intramural team that you can play on, which is really fun.

And they set up the games and stuff for you.

So, that's Markin.

So if you guys have any questions, please send us some

comments.

Or just reach out to us on any social media.

It was really fun showing you guys a tour.

Does Putting Cannabis Up Your Butt Get You Higher - The Johno Show Experiment Pot Weed Nug Up Anus - Duration: 7:54.

Hey Stoners Welcome to The Johno Show I'm your weedtuber host Jonathan.

It's Wednesday March 22nd 2017 and do you remember last week's news segment when I said that

doctors in Canada had recently recommend against smoking marijuana and instead suggested the

right way to take the drug was rectally.

Well guess what we're doing today!

If you guessed I'm gonna stick a nug up my butt you guessed right!!

Yeah!

So these doctors in in Canada said that absorption through the lungs doesn't provide enough

benefit and includes many risks.

HOW AUGMENTS WORK & DIFFERENCES TO MODS IN MASS EFFECT ANDROMEDA - Duration: 3:30.

In this video we're going to go over Augmentations, how they are different to mods, how they work

and how to best use them.

<title:>

The first thing should be how they are different to Mods.

Mods are added to weapons and armour in your loadout and can be swapped around as much

as you like, they add buffs to the item and allow for some cool combinations.

Augments are different, they can only be added to the weapon or Armour pieces as you are

crafting it, they are far more rare, more expensive and are permanent.

As far as the rules of how augments work, the slots you put augments in during crafting

are separate slots to the mod slot post crafting, using an augment slot will not use up a mod

slot.

the development process is the only time you can add them

Once they are in the weapon or armour they are set and if you don't use an augment slot,

while initial crafting then you lose it.

Augements can be recovered at a later date however by dismantling the crafted item it

resides in, this is fantastic as when you research an augment, it gives you one and

only one, so being able to get it back makes crafting each rank of an item as you go far

more applicable.

This also makes me wonder whether it is possible to get back Remnant Cores on a definite basis

considering just how rare they are even though there's still loads of ranks of the Helmet.

When you research an Augment it works differently to weapon and armor blueprints, they are the

same when it comes to rarity defining the cost, but different in that when you research

an augment, you will get one of that augement, it will also unlock the ability to find that

augement elsewhere, whether it be from vendors or while exploring.

A quick little aesthetic note is that to differentiate between the mod and augment slots, augment

slots are hexagonal where as mod slots are circular.

For the specific time the augments are introduced in the crafting process, you should place

them in the slots before reaching the rename window for your item.

Augment slots show up at rank 2+ of a craftable item and the amount you can add depends on

the item itself.

There are some super cool augements out there, lots that give stat boosts as well as some

that give weapon effects, but there's even some that can be purchased from the nexus

vendors that increase the amount of mod slots the item has by 2 allowing for some serious

customization of your craftable items.

The 2 extra mod slots augment costs 2400 credits, so is a little pricey at the beginning of

the game, but considering you can regain the augment by dismantling, it could be a worthwhile

investment at a time when augments are few and mods drop of every other enemy.

On the Augment info screen you'll be able to see the effects it offers on the bottom

right, most items will offer 2 versions depending on whether you place it in armour or a weapon,

some are Shotgun or non shotgun weapons.

It's important to workout which exactly will apply to you with your plans

As far as the best way to use them requires giving yourself a bit of time to look over

all of the available options and plan your build to compliment your playstyle, figure

out the best combo for you then mostly stick with it as you gain the higher ranking blueprints

for the item.

Remember you can get the augments back when upgrading to a new rank or whenever by dismantling

the item they reside in.

picking big ones at the beginning could be a good idea instead of wasting your finite

research data on low to mid range augments that just won't be satisfactory further on.

Thank you for watching, I hope this guide has helped you gain a greater understanding

of augments,

Exchanging His Peace for Our Sorrow - Duration: 0:53.

"I have said these things to you

that in me you may have peace.

In the world you will have tribulation,

but take heart, I have overcome the world."

You see, Jesus' departure wasn't without

the foreknowledge that

we would not be able to do this thing

called life on our own.

That we would not be able to

be our own saviors

because we live in a world

that's just filled with pain.

It's filled with suffering, and it's filled with temptations

that we are not capable of escaping.

Jesus says that while you have faced

this sorrow and this tribulation,

you don't have to fear, you can have peace.

Because Jesus took all of that weight,

all of that pain, all of that sorrow

and those burdens and took them

off our shoulders.

He took them upon himself

as he went to the cross.
