Waching daily Sep 24 2018

Hi! Kerri Jonikas, MyRealtorKerri.com.

Today I'm talking about how to sell your

home fast and I'm starting right now. So

what are my few things that you could do

to sell your home fast? I'm going to talk

about those now. Number one; you should

declutter your house. That is absolutely

positively number one! Get rid of about

three-quarters of the items in your

house. Most often we have too many

personal items in our home which makes

it extremely difficult for a buyer to

envision themselves in your home. We have

to remember and pull ourselves away from

"I've done so much work in this house,

I've had so many memories in this house,

my home is worth this." We have to pull

ourselves away from that emotional

attachment. We have to get into the

mode of I need to show someone the space

in my house and everything that my home

has to offer and I cannot do that if

they are distracted by all the personal things in

my house.

No personal photos! I think this is

so funny because a lot of Realtors say

this, depersonalize,

depersonalize. I have a lot of buyers

they're like "I don't know why they want

us to depersonalize or why they want us to take down the

personal pictures, I always want

to see who was living there." But the

thing is is the buyers get distracted

and I can't tell you how many buyers I

have when I go into a house and there's

pictures on the wall they stand there

like this. It's like come on guys focus,

focus, focus, we have to focus. We're here to

look at the house, not at the vacation

that they went on. Yeah it looks pretty

cool but if we if we're taking our mind

off of the house we might miss something

really great within the house. So it

becomes more difficult for the buyer to

envision themselves.

They're envisioning your vacation and

then their wheels start

turning and they're like ooh they went

to Maui mmm I wonder if I could get

cheap airline flight. It's like

a train track, they've gone in a

completely different direction. But,

they're here to look at a house, it's

crazy.

De-personalize your house! Once you do

that and get rid of all the clutter now

it's time to stage your house. Staging is

super important! We're gonna start from

the outside and we're gonna work our way

back in. You're going to go outside and

you're going to put mulch

out in front in your yard.

If you have Rock

make sure there's not any giant gaps of

where the rock or stone is. Make sure it

looks really great. You're going to trim

all of the bushes, make sure everything's

trim. We want a fresh brand-new welcome

mat by the front door.

Indoor/outdoor rug you want by the

front door. We want a nice big planter by

the front door with bright, bright

flowers. If you have windows that allow

for It, putting on some shutters, which is

very, very inexpensive. I have some

handymen that can help out with this. You

put on shutters with a bright color

that matches the the brick, or it'll give

us a little contrast. So say you have a

darker brick, put on some white shutters.

It just brightens things up. Paint your

front door. Paint it it's super cheap!

It makes a

huge, huge difference.

Going inside we want a fresh new mat,

rug, by the front door. We want no clutter!

When we open up the closets

there should be no clutter. We shouldn't

open up a door and the door falls off or

the handle falls off. The front door

needs to open and close very, very nicely.

All of these things are going to help

your home sell faster and for more money.

It seems silly but I'm telling you guys

it is going to help. If you have updates,

clearly homes that are updated are going

to sell a lot faster than the

homes that are not. I have a lot of

videos, like the one up above, that tell

you how to stage your home. You can go

into that a little bit more in detail

from that video and it is super helpful.

After you have decluttered and staged

your home, you are going to price your

home slightly under market value. It's

going to help you sell faster and for

more money because it's going to attract

a lot of buyers giving you the

opportunity to review contracts from

several different people instead of just

having one contract that you have no

choice with. If you have a lot of

different contracts you're able to

choose the one that is the best and most

likely you are going to get more money.

Please like this video and

subscribe. Every Monday I post helpful

real estate tips and I wouldn't want you

to miss out. Thanks for stopping by and

I'll see you on the next one!

virtual points, but real goods that can be purchased

count a couple dozen bitcoins. Well, let's go ...!

Interesting fact: the most The first goods were sold for

Bitcoins in 2010. it there were 2 pizzas that cost

about $ 40 (at that time somewhere 10 000 BTC). If the seller

retained the crypto currency, now he would have had

100 million dollars. Not bad is it true?

Property in Dubai One of the most high-profile cases

for sale of real estate happened in Dubai, where they exhibited

50 elite apartments for Bitcoins. And literally in a month it was possible

sell all these apartments. Maybe all because of the attractive

cost about 130 thousand dollars (or at that time

16 bitcoins) per apartment studio and 380 thousand or 54 bitcoins

for a two-room apartment. It so happened that the majority

buyers are young crypto-investors, who

invest in their future. After this example,

America and England also began to sell real estate

It all started with the sale Porsche Cayman S in 2013, then

Total-Shoulder-Builder Workout | Abel Albonetti - Duration: 5:42.

- How's it going everyone?

My name is Abel Albonetti, bodybuilding.com

and MuscleTech Athlete.

Today I'm going to run you through

my meanest shoulder workout.

The goal of today's shoulder workout

is to build those big, round shoulders.

This workout is gonna be super tough.

We're gonna be doing drop sets, supersets,

triple drop sets, and static holds.

So get ready and let's get started.

(heavy breathing)

So we're gonna start off this shoulder workout

by doing military dumbbell press.

(energetic rock music)

Each set, I want you going up in weight

and that is why the reps are getting lower.

(energetic rock music)

My last set is going to be a triple drop set.

Each drop set, I want you going to complete failure.

(grunting)

Now we're going to be jumping into a superset.

We're going to be doing seated military press

with a barbell and then we're going to

be going into seated dumbbell side raises.

We're going to be doing four sets of 10 reps on the press,

and then four sets of 12 reps on the seated side raise.

So I want you doing these exercises

in a squat rack with safety racks.

You want the safety racks about shoulder height,

because what I want you doing on the side raises

with the dumbbells is going all the way up

until you hit those safety racks.

Then, you're going to be setting down the weight

doing a drop set, going to failure again.

Then after you hit failure on the second drop set,

I want you going up and just holding it into a static pause,

squeezing the whole time for around 20 seconds.

Now on the static pause I don't want you having any weight.

It's just your arms going all the way up,

squeezing, just pressing all the

way up against those safety racks.

Now we're moving onto barbell front raises.

We're gonna be doing four sets of 10 reps,

but every single set we're gonna be doing a drop set.

(energetic drumbeat)

Now when you're doing the drop set,

just go to complete failure.

That should be around six to eight reps.

(grunting)

So now we're moving onto a

seated military press with a cable.

We're going to be doing four sets of eight reps

on one arm, then we're gonna be doing eight reps on the other,

and then eight reps together.

So when one arm is working, the other arm

is just holding that stretched position.

The benefits of doing this is keeping time under tension.

Even though the weight is down here

where you're stretching, that muscle is

not getting much rest at all.

Whatever arm I started with the first time,

then the next set I would swap it around.

That way one arm is not going to be

more dominant than the other.

Now we're moving onto a cable side raise.

We're going to be doing four sets of 12-15 reps.

I like to do these leaning because you keep

tension in your shoulder the whole time.

I like to actually get the cable in between my legs.

I feel it hits my mid-delt a whole lot more.

Make sure you hit failure so you'll fail

all way for the 12-15 rep range and then bang out partials.

And again, whatever arm you started with on the first set,

on the second set you need to start with the opposite arm.

Now we're moving onto rear delts.

We're going to be doing cable rear delt flys.

Four sets of 12-15 reps, on the last set

I want you doing a triple drop set.

For this exercise, I want those cables

all the way up high and you're gonna cross them over.

Now, I see too many people going too far back.

So when you're doing this exercise,

I don't want your elbows going past your torso.

You want to keep all tension in your rear delts.

(energetic rock music)

So we're finishing this shoulder workout with a giant set.

We're gonna be doing front raises with dumbbells.

10 reps and then you're gonna be going 10 reps side raises.

And then immediately into an incline bench prone

dumbbell reverse fly for 10 reps.

We're gonna be doing four sets of this giant set.

So we're gonna be using the same weight for the front raises

as you will with the side raises.

When you move onto the reverse fly,

I'm going to have to drop the weight

by just like five pounds.

When you're doing the dumbbell front raise,

your palms are going to be facing down when you come up.

So just twist down and your pinky is going to be

a little bit higher than your thumb.

For the benefits of doing a reverse fly on an incline bench,

is you can't use momentum. It's all in the rear delts.

So if you completed this shoulder workout,

great job because this was intense!

I recommend you doing this workout maybe like once a month.

I wouldn't suggest doing it every week

because it's such high volume.

Top 10 Scary Things You Should NEVER Google - Duration: 14:07.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on the Internet….

I am Rebecca Felgate ……

I am Danny Burke, and today we are talking about the Top 10 Scary Things You Should Never

Google

Glad you are here Danny, because I feel a bit stressed out about scary things…

What is the scariest thing you have ever googled?

Honestly, I have included all of them on this list….I don't want people to make the

same mistakes I have

Before we get into this list, why dont you guys let us know what is the worst thing you

have ever seen on the internet, it doesn't have to be scary.

Jiggers And finally at number 1 we have Jiggers.

Thats the name of a parasite that is found in most tropical countries - they measure

only 1mm in size but this is the damage they can cause.

The tiny flea burrows into exposed skin on peoples feet.

They then stay there for two weeks laying eggs and causing the feet to swell.

The condition is called Tungiasis and to many it looks like a normal blister with a central

black dot - the dot is actually the end of the flea sticking out so it can breathe.

If left untreated it can lead to serious infections and loss of toenails.

The good news - if there is any - is that they can be easily stopped in their tracks

by physically removing them.

The bad news is that you cant do that if they get somewhere inaccessible.

Levison Wood is a British adventurer who went to Rwanada.

While there, a jigger laid its eggs underneath his toe nail - he had to cut the end of the

toe off with a razor blade in order to stop it.

I cant even continue with this.

I just wish Id finished on the good news instead.

How to get on to the Dark Web I feel like you absolutely should not mess

with the dark web at all costs, it is just too risky.

The dark web is called the dark web for a reason; it is filled with dark people.

People who use the dark web tend to use it for illicit goings on like drugs deals or

the hiring of assassins.

Now, I have never been on the dark web, the closest I have ever got is 4Chan.

I have to take it from those who have visited that it isn't a nice place.

According to articles on various national news publications, the dark web is a place

where you can access murder live streams...which...well...I would really rather not.

Luckily you can't just stumble on to the dark web, you need to access it via a torrent.

However if you are really intent on getting there it is possible...but is it worth it.

Best case scenario, you just kind of scare yourself, medium case scenario, you unleash

a horrible virus on your computer and worst case….well… you don't want the dark

web to actively come and find you, but it might.

Simulation Argument Moving on to number we have The Simulation

Argument.

Earlier on I talked about something that can make you physically hurt you but this one

may hurt you mentally.

To put it simply, a number of physicists and other intellectuals have proposed a theory

that all of reality, the earth, our galaxy, the entire universe - is actually an artificial

simulation.

Essentially, its a logic argument.

There are 3 scenarios that could unfold for humanity … a) our species dies out before

developing advanced technology b) we live enough to develop advanced technology, but

creating a computer simulation of an entire universe is impossible or c) we actually simulate

an entire universe in the future.

Lets say you believe humans can live long enough to create advanced technology - OK

so that rules out option A. Lets say that it is possible with enough power and technology

to create a simulated universe, identical in every way to our own - OK so that rules

out option B. That leaves us with option C - humans do end up simulating an entire universe,

identical to their own - perhaps to study how their ancestors behaved.

Now the question is - do you think we are the real universe?

Is it going to be our descendants to create these millions and billions of universe simulations?

Or do you think we are living in one of those simulations that the real humans and real

universe created?

There could be billions or trillions of those - but only one real one - which do you think

is more likely that we live in?

Ill just leave that one with you because my heads starting to hurt a little bit ...

Spontaneous Combustion Like, you are just living your life and you

catch fire, burn and die?!

This is one extra thing that I just don't need to worry about.

Spontaneous Human Combustion is a rare phenomenon where living or recently deceased human catches

fire without an apparent source of ignition.

YES this would be an extremely inappropriate time for R KELLY's Ignition Remix to pop

into your head… anyway...combustion.

A light level of research tells me that spontaneous combustion really isn't very common, although

it does happen, also reading the characteristic notes on wikipedia made me want to be sick...so,

I'll spare you the gorey details as to what goes down.

Spontaneous Human Combustion is also closely related to a bizarre medical syndrome called

Steven Johnson Syndrome, this is a skin condition that is characterized by severe burns and

blisters...and trust me you don't want to see that either.

Calculus Bridge Next up now at number we have a Calculus Bridge.

This might sound like a creepy old bridge but its much worse.

Brace yourself - this is Calculus Bridge - how bad does that look.

I feel so bad for the people who have this - but what exactly is it?

Essentially, its a build up of tartar - the yellowish deposit of minerals that forms on

the tooths surface as a result of pre existing plaque that has hardened.

It can happen in just a few weeks.

Eventually, the plaque develops into calculus when the constant accumulation of moderals

from saliva adheres itself to the plaque.

Once this Calculus Bridge forms - it can be painful and unsightly - but theres actually

even more of a pressing conern.

Calculus is also loaded with bacteria which sits in the mouth causing a big risk of infection.

Its advised that people visit a dentist as soon as they see this forming to have it removed.

Unless its got really bad, a Dentist will usually use a routine cleaning method to remove

it.

Every time I hear about one of these horrific teeth stories, I want to go and book an appointment

with the dentist right away.

Do we have any dentists out there who want to give me a check up?

OK, Ill stop we have a video to get on with …

Flying scares me anyway, but honestly, this is truly and utterly terrifying

MH17 Aftermath Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 was shot down

on the 17th July 2014, just 4 months after Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 was lost after

taking off from Kuala Lumpa Airport, making 2014 the worst year for Aviation in ten years.

The crash of this plane was extremely high profile and so far as the current evidence

points, it was downed by a Russian Military Missile as it flew over the Ukriane.

All 283 passengers and 15 crew members on board were killed.

As I said, planes scare me, and the thought of being downed by a missile while in flight….well

that didn't even cross my mind...that is a whole new thing to worry about.

Knowing about the crash is scary enough, but you can't really avoid the news.

You can avoid looking into what happened to plane and the people on board in the aftermath.

I don't have many regrets in life… but googling this is one of the few I do have.

Ed Gein Leather Ed Gein was the notorious murderer who inspired

the movies Psycho and Texas Chainsaw Massacre, AKA two of the scariest movies of all time

ever… and…well…he is real.

So Gein was criminally insane but for a long time he was living without any attention directed

at him in Plainfield Winsconsin.

Gein admitted to killing two women in the mid 1950s, a pub owner and a hardware store

owner.

What he also did was dig up corpses from local graveyards…and what he did with the bodies

was a true atrocity.

After his second murder was traced back to him, police officers went to Gein's home

and what they found is something no human wishes to see.

Not only did they find the missing womans body, decapitated in a shed, they found furniture

and household objects made of human leather.

These are some of the most terrifying things I have ever had the displeasure if seeing.

He also made human masks out of peoples skin and was thought to have worn them as he roleplayed

as a woman.

This haunts me to my very core.

Next up at number 3 we have the Body Farm.

If youve ever watched a crime show on TV, you know the bit where they analyse a body

to figure out how long the person is dead for.

That knowledge doesnt come from nowhere, it comes from places like a Body Farm.

A body farm is where people donate their bodies to science so that scientists can study how

they decompose.

The pictures youre seeing now comes from The Forensic Anthropology Centre at Texas State

University.

The information they gather here can be used in a court of law and some of the researchers

have even been called up to give evidence in murder trials.

They also specialise in facial reconstruction.

By studying how a face decomposes, they can then recreate what a decomposed face would

have looked like.

This proves invaluable in identifying unidentified murder victims.

Theyll take anyone who donates their body with just two conditions - they must weigh

under 500 pounds when they die and also not have any infectious disease such as hepatitis

C. So, if you meet those criteria and want to help fight crime in death - maybe body

farms are the way to go.

Wow - what a morbid one that was.

Hammer murderers The hammer murders of the Ukraine are a true

abomination you don't want to know about – much less see.

I'll give you the basics so you don't feel like googling it…ever.

The Dnepropetrovsk maniacs are serial killers who were behind a gory spate of murders between

June and July 2007.

While they are two of the scariest people I have read about, they were just 19 when

they went on their murderous spree, which in a way makes them scarier.

Their names are Viktor Sayenko and Igor Suprunyuk and in little over three weeks they managed

to kill 21 people without order or motive – they ranged from children, to the elderly.

The pair seemed to love Nazism and bloodshed – they killed their victims with hammers

and used their blood to paint swastikas.

The diabolical duo reached new levels of depravity when they were found to have photographed

and videoed the murders, some of which have unfortunately been leaked and are searchable

on google.

I wouldn't do it, though.

The Murder of Tim McLean Moving on now to number we have The Murder

of Tim McClean.

Even for those of you with a morbid fascination with crime might find this one a bit too much.

In 2008, a Canadian called Tim McClean was returning home to Manitoba after working at

a fair in Alberta.

He boarded a greyhound bus - after 7 hours the bus picked up a new passenger, Vince Weiguang

Li.

The 40 year old Chinese Canadian man was described as having a shaved head and wearing sunglasses.

Originally he sat near the front of the bus but then moved further back to sit next to

Tim.

By this point, Tim fell asleep against the window with headphones covering his ears.

Soon after, Li produced a large knife and began stabbing Tim in the neck and chest.

The bus driver pulled to the side of the road so that he and other passenger could get off.

Then, Li decapitated Tim and displayed his severed head to the other passengers standing

outside.

He then returned to the body and began cutting off parts of it and eating them.

Police arrived on the scene and entered into a tense standoff with Li for 4 and a half

hours until Li tried to escape by breaking through a window.

He was tased, handcuffed and arrested.

Parts of the body were retrieved from the bus while his ear, nose and tongue were found

in Lis pockets.

He was found to be mentally unstable and was found not criminally responsible for the murder

and was remanded to a high security mental health facility in Manitoba.

He was eventually released in May 8th 2015.

On July 9th 2018, Greyhound Canada announced they would end virtually all services across

Canada.

Many speculate that the drop in ridershop was a knock on effect from the murder of Tim

McClean …

Alright guys, thanks so much for joining us on this gross journey - we searched for all

of this so you don't have to - shall we do a part 2 Rebecca?

4000 Hours Watchtime & YouTube Monetization: ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW! - Duration: 10:46.

- It is, without doubt, one of the most popular questions

we get asked here at vidIQ.

When it comes to monetization,

what does 4,000 hours of watchtime actually mean?

Once more from the top.

- [Man] vidIQ. - [Woman] vidIQ.

- [Man] vidIQ.com.

- If you don't believe me,

this is how often we get asked that question.

Hello, everybody, welcome to vidIQ.

My name is Rob.

It is so good to see you here.

If it is your first time

in these glorious YouTube surroundings,

we are the YouTube tool and channel

that aims to help you get more views in less time

by educating you on (bell chimes)

your YouTube journey.

And we know a lot of you in the vidIQ community are aiming

for that that 1,000 subscribers

and 4,000 hours of watchtime

to monetize your content in the YouTube Partner Program.

But some of you are still a little unclear

about what 4,000 hours of watchtime means,

so let's go through the frequently asked questions.

Let's start with the most basic question of them all.

What are the requirements

for the YouTube Partner Program,

or essentially how to monetize my content on YouTube?

There are two basic requirements,

and we'll start with the easiest one first,

subscribers.

You need 1,000 subscribers. (bell chimes)

And that's a flat 1,000 subscribers,

not 1,000 subscribers in the last 12 months,

just 1,000 subscribers.

Now, if you need help getting to 1,000 subscribers,

we've put together a lovely video that's on the screen now

and an interactive card in the top right hand corner.

Click there if you want to watch it.

Next up is watch time, and this is the one

that most people get confused about,

so pay close attention.

You need 4,000 hours (bell chimes)

of watch time in the last 12 months.

What does the last 12 months mean?

Well, let's say it's January 1st.

YouTube will count all of the watchtime on your channel

dating back to January 2nd of the previous year.

Then when the date moves forward to January 2nd,

it counts the dates all the way back to January 3rd.

So it effectively counts the last 365 days worth

of watchtime on your channel.

This is why your watchtime may actually go down

as you're trying to achieve 4,000 hours of watchtime.

As an example, this channel had a big spike in watchtime

And then as time moves forward,

they lose that spike in watchtime.

The channel hasn't performed as well,

so they have less watchtime over the last 12 months.

So remember that folks.

It's not the total watchtime on your channel,

it's the watchtime over the last 12 months.

Which leads us on to the next question.

What actually counts as watchtime?

The answer to this one is a little complicated.

(bell rings)

Almost everything counts.

Livestream videos do count towards watchtime,

as do unlisted videos.

However, videos watched when they are private

do not count to watchtime.

Also note that if you delete any videos,

whether or not they were public,

unlisted, livestreams,

or private none of that watchtime

will count towards your goals,

so don't delete videos unless you really have to.

Oh, and one more thing.

It doesn't matter when the video was published.

It can be more than 12 months old,

but the watchtime gained in the last 12 months

counts toward your target.

So now you know how much watchtime you need,

and what counts.

The next question is how can you track it.

And there is one very simple way to do this,

and that is through vidIQ.

If you have a vidIQ Chrome extension installed,

you will find this realtime stats bar

at the top of every single YouTube page

on your desktop layout.

This shows you your channel analytics in real time,

but here's where the magic happens.

If your channel has less than 4,000 hours of watchtime

in the last 12 months,

it automatically adds a new analytic to the left,

which is your monetization analytics target.

In this example,

the channel has 3,100 hours of watchtime

in the last 12 months.

You can also quickly see the number of subscribers

you have on your channel as well

on the right-hand side of the realtime stats bar.

But we're not finished there

because if you mouse over the graph button to the right,

this will show you a full breakdown

of your channel including the watchtime

over the last 12 months at the very top of these charts.

You'll also see percentage progress bar

on the right-hand side telling you exactly how close

you are to hitting 4,000 hours of watchtime.

Oh, and one more thing.

When you're under 4,000 hours of watchtime,

this analytic will remain amber.

Once you surpass 4,000 hours of watchtime,

congratulations.

You hit the target.

When you surpass 5,000 hours of watchtime,

this analytic removes itself from the realtime stats bar

as you no longer need it.

And since we understand that this a goal

to monetize your content,

this realtime stats bar is completely free

as part of the vidIQ Chrome extension.

It is a no-brainer.

Download it right now.

However, if you want to do it

via long, boring YouTube way,

this is how.

In the classic YouTube creator studio analytics,

go to watchtime and then click on the settings cog

in the top right-hand corner

and change the unit for measurement watchtime

from minutes to hours.

Next, go the top right-hand corner again

and change the timeframe from last 28 days

to last 365 days.

And that is your watchtime on YouTube

over the last 12 months.

And of course, if you are working towards

4,000 hours of watchtime,

we put together a lovely little video

with lots of fantastic tips.

Link onscreen right now.

Check it out.

Alright, let's now say you have 1,000 subscribers

and 4,000 hours of watchtime in the last 12 months.

Congratulations.

How do you actually apply for monetization?

Your destination for this starts

on the channel section of the youtube Creator Studio

under the heading status and features.

Now this screen tells you lots of wonderful things

about what tools you get with YouTube

including livestreaming and making longer videos,

but what you're interested in today is the monetization box.

It will likely look a little different to you

maybe with a red strip along the bottom

and the words disabled or needs to be enabled.

Whatever status it is,

click on it and it should take you

to this monetization review screen.

You'll want to look at step four

because this shows you your progress

to 4,000 hours and 1,000 subscribers

officially from YouTube.

Once you've done that,

you'll notice that there are other steps you need

to go through before applying

for the YouTube Partner Program or monetization.

These include reading and agreeing

to the terms of the YouTube Partner Program.

Signing up to AdSense.

This is how YouTube will pay you for your adverts

on your video content.

And setting of your monetization preferences.

So even if you don't meet the monetization requirements,

now is a perfect time to get your channel

set up and ready for when you are monetized.

Another key thing to remember is that

when you reach 4,000 hours of watchtime

and 1,000 subscribers,

you're not automatically enrolled into the Partner Program.

The content you create must follow community guidelines,

Partner Program policies,

YouTube terms of service,

and Google AdSense program policies.

There is loads of information about this

on the YouTube support pages.

Links in the video description.

And this raises another question

that a lot of you have been asking.

Does having a community strike or copyright strike

on my channel impact my chances of being accepted

into the YouTube Partner Program?

I'm afraid there is no black and white answer to this.

Whenever I research this topic,

the answer from YouTube always seems to be,

"It may effect monetization."

Remember, the premise of the YouTube Partner Program

is to put adverts on your video content.

If the advertisers aren't comfortable with the content

you are showing on your channel,

that's going to make YouTube think twice

about accepting you into the program.

Use your common sense.

Now if your channel is clean as a whistle,

and you meet the requirements,

how long does it take to be accepted

into the Partner Program once you apply?

When YouTube first moved

to the new Partner Program requirements,

they rather ambitiously stated that you

would usually get an answer within a week.

However by the middle of Summer,

the backlog was so huge it was taking

at least a month for most channels.

But they have caught up somewhat from that huge backlog.

I would say a conservative estimate is

to expect an answer within two weeks

if your channel is fine.

If you still haven't heard anything

from YouTube within a month,

then you're likely to get a further message saying

that your channel needs further investigation

and is under review.

We'll talk more about that a little later.

Because before that, I want to address this question.

If you are in the Partner Program,

and your content is monetized,

but then you fall below the 4,000 hours threshold,

does that mean your channel is removed

from the Partner Program?

YouTube have a very specific answer on this.

Channels that previously reached

the new eligibility thresholds

for the YouTube Partner Program

and were reviewed and approved to monetize

will not lose monetization just because

they drop below 4,000 watchtime hours

in the previous 12 months or 1,000 subscribers.

YouTube does however reserve the right,

as its discretion,

to remove monetization from channels

who drop below the new eligibility thresholds

if their channel is inactive and not uploading

or posting community posts for six months or more.

Channels will lose monetization if they violate any

of the YouTube Partner Program policies

regardless of their watchtime hours and subscriber counts.

In a word,

boom.

Alright, let's say you apply for the Partner Program.

You got an email back from YouTube saying

that your channel is under review,

and you've not heard anything back for months.

- [Video] We still see in the comments here people saying,

"Hey, I still haven't heard yet.

"I've been waiting for many months."

You know, just be aware that if you're

not staying within community guidelines

or not brand appropriate,

even if we haven't gotten back to you,

it should be pretty clear that kind of stuff

is not gonna get approved.

- That information comes directly from

the creator insider YouTube team.

They promise to have an update on this very soon.

In the meantime, we did a video all about this topic.

There's a link on screen right now.

Now I know firsthand from reading all

of the comments from you here at the vidIQ community

every single day that we have hundreds of channels

in that under review situation.

And they can't understand why.

Unfortunately we can't review individual channels

here at vidIQ.

We are not the kingmakers,

but hopefully you should have an answer from YouTube soon.

They are due to do an update as I say.

And as soon as we have more information,

we'll be publishing a video on that topic.

Join us here for that one.

As for the topic of 4,000 hours of watchtime,

I do hope I've been able to answer

every single question in this video.

If I haven't let us know in the comments below.

And let us know where you are

on the 4K journey to monetization.

We've got a voting poll up here.

If you want more fantastic YouTube tips and tricks

from vidIQ, we've got a big playlist here.

And if you want to know more about

all of the tools we have here at vidIQ,

there's another playlist down there.

Thank you very much for watching.

Enjoy the rest of your video-making day.

The #1 Sign that He's into YOU ! - Duration: 4:09.

- Is he into me?

How can I know if his real intention are good or not?

Hello, guys, and welcome to my YouTube channel.

I'm Alex Cormont, your French Relationship Expert.

You know I'm a love coach.

That means I'm always on the phone, on Skype,

or in face to face in person meeting people,

women, who wants to be happy in their love life.

And since 2007, I discovered something really important.

When you meet a man who is into you, okay?

That means he's really showing love.

He's telling you that it's the first time

I feel this love for a woman.

(gasps) I was looking for you for many years.

This is not truth, this is not being stable emotionally.

So, what I wanna teach you in this video,

to know if a man is really into you.

You need to make sure that he's balancing his life.

He's giving you attention, calling you,

sending some text message, paying attention to your words.

For example, if you tell him

that you have a big meeting at your work,

and he's showing up, sending you a text message,

and telling you, "Hey, how does this meeting goes?"

That means he's into you.

I want you to pay attention.

There is some bad guys who will tell you

that you are the love of their life.

And two weeks after, they disappear.

You don't even hear about them.

And then, there's the real guy,

who are into you by just showing you attention.

And the difference between the guy

when we say something and the example that I give you,

is the man was into you will react

to your words and your actions.

For example, if you like walking on the beach,

I live in Miami, so this is something that we like to do.

And you tell him, and then, he will organize a date

where you will be walking on the beach,

and he would prepare everything

to make sure that you are happy.

That means this guy is into you

because he is acting for you.

To the opposite, when a man will just focus

on what he wants, telling you some good words,

but not acting and making some

effort to come into your world.

That means you need to leave this situation.

I know it's not easy to hear.

Because most of the time you think

that when you meet someone and someone is showing you love,

this is easy to make sure that he's into you.

But the reality is really different.

And remember, I learned this from the field.

I learned this by coaching woman

who were unfortunately crying over the phone

because they did not understand their man.

And I told them, "This man doesn't

"love you for who you are.

"He is not into you, he's into what he wants, okay?"

So, the man who is into you will always

take some news and show you attention.

Then, he will remember everything that you would say

because he needs to reborn on it

and to prepare something else

to make sure that you are happy.

And the last thing, he will create some good memories,

good moments, that he would be sure

this is something that you like

because he tried to learn you.

It is not just doing something that he likes.

He wants to please you.

He wants to make sure that this

is something that you will enjoy.

And this is the big difference between someone

who is like a suggester, meanings he knows what he's doing.

His walks, his attitudes, every date is his dates, okay?

And the other situation, when a man is really into you,

he will try to please you.

He will step out of his comfort zone.

Remember these things.

If you have any questions, just leave me a comment.

I will be more than happy to help you.

Give me a like, and subscribe

to this amazing YouTube channel

because every single day I'm proving you with a new video.

If you have any questions, leave me a comment.

If you want a coaching session,

you can come on frenchrelationshipexpert.com,

and we can chat together.

See you tomorrow for the next video, bye, bye, guys.

Why Didn't Jesus Have Any Female Disciples? - Duration: 3:24.

Why aren't there any female disciples?

I guess there are basically two answers to the question

why did Jesus only have male disciples?

Number one, because he doesn't like females

and doesn't want them to be discipled.

Number 2 because there is some

cultural or symbolic significance

behind all-male disciples.

Let's look at that first answer.

Does Jesus not want female disciples?

No, that's not the case

he gives his disciples the great commission

to go into all the world and make disciples of all nations

and doesn't qualify that by saying, "only disciple the men"

and we see that men and women are called disciples

in the book of Acts

and we also see that even in the life of

Jesus he had more disciples than just the 12.

The 12 had a special symbolic value

but he had more disciples that he was mentoring

and pouring into and challenging and

training than just the 12 and that

included women.

So, what's the symbolic value behind

having 12 men? Well, they were

first of all, all Jews.

That doesn't mean Jesus only wants

Jewish people to follow him.

But they were all men because they represented

the 12 tribes of Israel

the 12 sons of Jacob

and he was in one sense

symbolically living out the

restart project for Israel.

The people of God. He was reconstituting

refashioning what the people of God would look like.

So even his 12 disciples

help symbolize that.

We see in the early church then that

beyond these 12 disciples, there were more than 12 apostles

you see the disciples became apostles, that is

sent ones. Disciple means a student of Jesus

and when you are properly discipled

then you can become an apostle

a sent one, or commissioned one of Jesus

to go and lead and to share his message

and here again, we see that Jesus not only

had more than the 12 disciples

but certainly had more than 12 apostles.

There was the main 12

but he invested in highly

again restarting the new kingdom of God

but women were apostles from the beginning as well.

In the last chapter of the book of Romans

where the Apostle Paul is greeting different people

and he says greet Priscilla and Aquila

my co-workers in Christ Jesus.

They were a couple

Priscilla's name always comes before Aquila's.

This is standing in contradistinction

to cultural practice at the time

where the male name would always come first

it seem's as though Priscilla

was the leader.

The more spiritually mature.

The one within church circles would be more well known.

Her name comes first

and if you say, well, that may be stretching

it a bit, we read a little further

about Andronicus and Junia

my fellow Jews, who have been imprisoned with me

they are outstanding among the apostles.

Among the apostles.

Those who are sent ones of Jesus

Junia is mentioned, that is clearly a woman's name

who is now functioning as a leader.

Well, if this is true

then how come in the new testament church

sometimes the Apostle Paul says

women shouldn't teach and

how does that affect women in church positions

of leadership today?

But that's another question.

Why Am I Not Successful - Duration: 12:14.

Have you ever tried something and you just did not feel successful? You may be

missing these 5 crucial steps.

These days, it is so easy to compare ourselves with other successful people.

We have so many avenues to focus on all these other people out there that are

successful. And that causes us sometimes to feel unsuccessful. And then we start

to wonder, you know, like there's something wrong with this because it's

not happening for us. Right. But you got to really consider though, you don't know

what they're doing behind the scenes. You know, you can see a video, you can see a

social media post, you can see them out in public. But you don't know what

they're doing in their private life that literally sets them up for success. And

the good thing is we've been able to talk to these successful people. And talk

to these gurus and ask them like, "What do you do? What do you do? How you making

this happen?" And what's really cool is there's a lot

of similarities amongst what successful people do. And so, we want to

share some of our findings with you, so you don't give up. Have you ever wanted

to give up before? Like pretty much all the time. We... The experience so that we're

going through is this is that there are certain steps you have to do. And when

you don't do them, you're going to feel like you want to give up. You you fall into

that category that so many of us fell into. A feeling like you're not

successful. Because we, like Kim just said, if we stop doing those particular

activities, you're going to feel like giving up. Like it's not even worth it. But let's

show you what these are. We got it listed out for you here really what to pay

attention to and what to focus on. So, number one. And these are some of the

things that we found for other people. That are successful. Absolutely, yeah.

Absolutely. We didn't come up with these, we our success pattern gatherers. Because

we want it, we want to do good. We want our efforts and our energy to follow all

the way through and produce a great result. So, let's go through the list here

of what it takes. So, number 1, You have to start seeing yourself

differently. Not only externally but also internally.

Really in your mind, you need to see yourself as being successful. Start

counting your successes, start collecting the evidence around you of

every little tiniest success that you have. Your mind literally, your mind has

to be the driver of what is going to happen tomorrow, what is going to happen

next weekend, what's going to happen this month. You have to be the one inside your

mind creating the visual and seeing yourself of accomplishing these steps,

accomplishing your goals, how you're gonna interact with people. But you got

to create the video inside your mind of it happening. You don't wait to see if

things are going to work out. You produce your own movie inside your

mind that it is going to work out. That's what successful people do. If they see

themselves being successful. Okay, number 2 is all about language. There's

external language and how you talk to people and internal language them how

you talk about yourself. And everything else that's going on your

life. But you have two parts of your language that you've got to master and

change. Because when I don't, when I don't manage my internal dialogue. It can get

out of control and and be quite distracting and destructive. And usually

our internal dialogue is what starts first. And then after a while, it

ends up coming out of our mouths. And we begin to say things that aren't

successful. Or have, you know, language about ourselves that just doesn't breed

success. You can you can literally listen to a person and find out if they're

going to be successful or not by how they talk. Because what comes out of

their mouth is only a sample of what's going on inside of their head. And if

they are doubtful and they're discouraged and they hate on things,

that's only a sample of what's going on inside their mind. I mean we

really consider what comes out of your mouth is the sample of the big pie

inside your head. So, maybe you ought to listen to yourself of what kind of

language you're having. And it's time to change it. It's got to be more of a

language of the hope, the wish, the desire, that want. And move

in that direction. And if you can start talking that way, then maybe you can get

it inside your noggin. It's time for a visual and a language upgrade. Yeah, it

has to happen. Those two govern a lot of where your behavior comes from. Okay,

number 3. You got to meet new people. And she is an expert at this. In fact,

it's kind of like her job, her assignment. Because she just loves meeting new

people. When I have like a lot of relationships out there, I feel so

successful. And I know that as I build my relationships with so many different

people that I meet, they have ideas, they have experienced, they

have opportunities, they have... They know people that I don't already know. And so,

a big part of success is to get out there and meet new people. Other people

have two things you're looking for. One, they have experience that you can pull

from. And number two, they expand your ideas. Oh, and there's number 3. And

number three, they're fun to hang out with at the fire pit. But they know other

people. They know other people. That you know, yeah. The people that they know, they

know other people to introduce you to, to help you with that. So, you can

check in with yourself. Have you met any new people in the last month. Yeah.

Have you met any new people in the last two weeks. And if you are low on that

experience, time to meet some new people. Get outside, go meet people. There's a

plenty of events that are going on in your local town, you're a local place

where you live, Did I say town? Most of... Do people live in towns

anymore? Cities? No, they're still towns. But wherever you live, there's

some kind of village. Wherever you live, there's some kind of

activity going on, go get involved with that activity. Meet people. People are

literally the liquid gold of life. It's so awesome. Before I move on to this

one though. The next to... The next one. I have to say, sometimes I

know that it can be a little bit intimidating to meet new people. So a

super simple way to begin to practice getting to know people is just like at

the grocery store, when you're in the grocery line, just begin to pay attention

to the people that are behind you, the people are in front of you. Ask them

questions, talk to them. "How are you doing? Oh do you have kids?

Oh is this shirt it's just your child?" And just start having conversations with

people. You know, it was just right around you. And as you begin to cultivate those

little tiny relationships, you know at the grocery store, it will help you to

open up your mouth and get that verbal conversation going. So that when you are

in other places, you'll feel more confident as you talk to people. So, start

super simple. And just start with, you know, the grocery store. And then that'll

help you to feel more comfortable, more confident in introducing yourselves to

many other people. And when you meet people, you don't have to help fix things.

You don't have to know everything. Really what you're practicing is being

friendly. Yeah. That's why you really are working on this. Are you even a

friendly person. But that's the sign of success is if you like meeting new

people. And that's something you can practice and get better at. Okay, number

four. You got to stick with your ideas longer. You got make got to stick with

them longer. When you got a great idea and you're doing something about it,

you got to stick with your ideas longer because it's those who follow through

even when all the tough things happen, the difficult things happen. Because they

are going to happen. And you think like, "Oh, these are signs that I should never

do this. And I should stop." And it's like, No, that's just a rock in the road. It's

just a it's a pit in the road. You got to drive through or drive around. I

mean, we know people who one little problem comes up and they just quit. Done,

over. Oh my goodness. Successful people plow their way through life.

In fact, success people know that when they encounter an obstacle, they

understand. That this is just part of the process. That's when you call your friends and

say, "What are you doing if this problem happen?" And that's what I do. And then you

got your visual your language that works your way through

those problems, right? So, you got tp just stick with your ideas.

Stick with your ideas. And follow them all the way through. Yeah, you're going to learn and

get smarter and better and smarter and better at it. So, if you keep always

restarting, you're going to burn out, you're going to burn out. Okay, got that one? Okay,

next one is, if you want to be successful, you help other people reach their

successes. Because when you only are working on your success, and your only

focus on yourself, you you're not going to figure it out as much as if you would

find somebody who has a goal and jump in and help them. Because I don't know why

but when we help others, we're super creative. When we try to help ourself,

we sit there going, I have no ideas. But if we... If a friend walked over to

your house and said, "I got a problem. Can you help me?" You come up with ideas.

Come up with all these solutions and possibilities. You know

what it is? This is what it is. This is what's going on. You're so free to

give your friend ideas because they have to go do the ideas, right? So, this is what

you do: You help other people reach their goals and every time you do

that, you're going to realize, "Man, maybe I should do this."

Well, what you're going to realize is what is coming out of your mouth is exactly

what the best ideas, best advice for yourself. Your best ideas come out

when you're helping somebody else solve their challenge of getting towards their

goal. So, yeah. Tell you what, these five right here you see on this chart, the

five you see over here, this is what it takes. And we do these. And when we do

them, it works. And when we don't, we're back to the, "Why am I doing this? I should

give up. What was me?" So, if you're in the what was me?

I'm not blessed. I'm not in the right frame of...I am not lucky. I wasn't born into the

right family so I can't be successful. Success is a literal step-by-step

process. And what is success anyway? Success is like, they use that word like

if you earn lots of money, you're supposed to be successful? Some of those

people aren't happy. So, having money doesn't mean you're successful.

You know? There are so many ways to have success. It's just you get to just

define what success means for you. Money is not a form of success. Losing 100

pounds is not a sign of success. True success is when you are happy in the

journey. That's when you know you're successful is when you enjoy what you're

doing. And these 5 steps will help you enjoy the journey. And then you will find

that that is actually what success is. Okay,

pretty simple. Start with number 1, get going. Find those new friends. Way to go.

How Life is Measured? | Motivational Video - Duration: 2:12.

Life is not measured by counting points, as in a game.

Life is not measured by the number of friends you have

or by how others accept you.

It is not measured according to the plans you have for the weekend

or if you stay at home alone.

It is not measured according to who you go out with, who you used to go out with,

or the number of people you've dated,

or if you have never dated anyone.

It is not measured by the fame of your family, by the money you have,

by the brand of the car you drive,

or by the place where you study or work.

It is not measured by how handsome or how ugly you are,

by the brand of the clothes you wear,

or by the kind of music you like.

Life is not about anything of that.

Life is measured according to who you love and according to whom you harm.

It is measured according to the happiness or sadness you provide to others.

It is measured by the commitments you fulfill and the trusts you betray.

It is about friendship, which can be used as something sacred or as a weapon.

It is about what is said and what is done

and what is meant to do or done, whether it is harmful or beneficial.

It is about the judgments that you make, why you make them

and who or against whom you comment them.

It is about who you do not pay attention to or intentionally ignore.

It is about jealousy, fear, ignorance and revenge.

It's about the love, respect or hate that you carry within you,

how you cultivate it and how you water it.

But for the most part, it is about whether you use life to feed the hearts of others.

and those decisions are what life is about.

And you, how do you measure your life?
