Yes, you SHOULD add another litterbox! - Duration: 3:32.

Hi, I'm Dr. Marci from Feline Behavior Solutions and today we're gonna be

talking about litter boxes again. I want to go back to basics because I've

already talked about a few different things when it comes to litter boxes, but

I want to talk about that rule that you've always heard - you know, about the

number of litter boxes you should have, and that is, generally speaking, you have

the number of cats you have plus one. So if you have two cats in your house you

need three litter boxes. If you have one cat in your house you need TWO litter

boxes; if you have fourteen cats in your house you need fifteen litter boxes, but

please don't have fourteen cats in your house unless you are really set up for

that which will probably mean more litter boxes. So anyway,

people always ask "why is that rule there?" Why do people say the number of cats

plus one? Well a couple of reasons. First of all, some cats don't like to share

litter boxes with other cats, especially if you have a multi-cat household and

there may be some friction between cats, they each cat needs their own litter box

in its own core territory. Another reason is that some cats like to poop and pee

in separate boxes. They don't like to poop and pee in the same place for

whatever reason that is. So there's two good reasons to have multiple litter

boxes. Now I'm going to add on another layer to that. I always recommend that

you have at least one litter box on each floor of your house, so this means if you

have one cat but you have a three level house, how many litter boxes are you

gonna have? You're gonna have three litter boxes even though you only have

one cat. You definitely want to make sure that a litter box is accessible at all

times so that your cat doesn't have to go upstairs, downstairs, down a hall

looking for its litter box, especially when he's snuggled in for the

night or whatever. So, number of cats plus one and also the number of floors you

have in your house. Now here's another thing that you may not have known. It's

not just the number of litter boxes, but it's actually the location of the litter

boxes as well. I have a video about litter box locations, but very simply you

don't want to have your - if you have two litter boxes, you don't want to put them

right next to each other because your cat is just gonna look at those two

litter boxes as one big box with an inconvenient divider down the middle. So

if you have to put your litter boxes on opposite sides of the room or different

parts of the house, even better, but you want to keep that in mind. You don't want

to just have two or three boxes all clumped together because then it's just

one big box. Alright. So I hope that answers some questions about that rule

and please subscribe to my channel - I have a lot of cat behavior tip videos

and there's some really great information here. You can click on the

little subscribe doohickey up here, and also if you have any questions about cat

behavior - if your cat is doing something weird - contact me at my website it's

Gamer Glossary | Dive Comp - Duration: 1:46.

Welcome to Gamer Glossary, where we break down the phrases and memes seen

throughout the gaming industry.

Today's episode: Dive Comp

One of the most commonly heard terms in games like League of Legends or Overwatch,

Dive Comp or Diving is mentioned during almost every stream, but what does the term actually mean?

Dive Comp is shorthand for Dive Composition, and refers to the lineup of your team.

A character that is set up to Dive is highly mobile, and able to speed past or over the

enemy front line, to "dive" into their back-line support heroes and kill them.

The poster child for this in Overwatch is Winston, a highly intelligent talking ape.

As an added bonus, you don't have to sit through three movies of James Franco mumbling

his dialogue at you to see him.

Winston, and other dive heroes in Overwatch can either speed by or leap over enemies' front-line tanks

to dive onto the more vulnerable support heroes that hide behind them.

In League of Legends and other MOBAs the concept is similar.

You build a lineup including aggressive, highly mobile heroes

to rush down the enemy's support heroes and take them out

instead of just creating a large engagement between front-lines in the middle of a lane somewhere.

The reason for making a Dive Comp in any game is simply to kill off vulnerable support heroes

before engaging the actual heavier targets.

Without access to their support while they wait for them to respawn, the heavier targets

become much easier to manage, and it can often easily swing the fight to the diving team's favor if successful.

So hopefully, the next time you hear an announcer call out a Dive Comp,

you can just sit back and enjoy the salt as the heroes blitz past the front-line

engagement to and tear apart a team's back-line support heroes.

That's all for this episode of Gamer Glossary!

Thank you for watching, and as always another entry is on the way!

Lyft/Uber: Can Kids Ride? - Duration: 3:38.

Let's talk about kids.

Both Uber and Lyft require that passengers under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult

and those who are in the age of needing a car seat or booster seat, that they be in

it and properly fastened.

The laws regarding car seats and booster seats vary by state so make sure to check your state's laws.

Also country too if you're international.

Booster seats can be required up to a lot older than you think.

And while a parent may ultimately be responsible, depending on your state, you may be held liable.

Not only are you at risk of a ticket, you could be putting that child's life in danger.

Not to mention that if you get into an accident, the insurance will take any opportunity they

can to not cover you.

Some drivers may keep a car seat or booster seat with them in order to provide for passengers.

Other drivers think that that is an additional liability.

Personally I think it might be hard to argue in court that having a faulty car seat was

[worse] than having no car seat, which is what the

parent would have wanted to do in that situation.

But it's completely up to you whether or not you wanna take on that liability.

Some drivers will provide a car seat but they will refuse to install it and tell the parent

to install it themselves so then the liability is more on the parent.

All of this is personal accountability and whatever you're comfortable with.

A bigger issue, and one that is a hot topic in my area right now is unaccompanied minors.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed to have their own account.

There have been programs in specific areas where someone under the age of 18 can have

an account, but it is a separate thing and you will know if that is the case.

Not only can someone under the age of 18 not have their own account, they are not legally

allowed to use someone else's account, either on Uber or Lyft.

Even with a parent's permission to bring a child somewhere, you still may have liability issues.

Your insurance will not cover you if you get into an accident and Uber and Lyft will both

not cover you, and they will probably deactivate you.

Children are considered a huge liability and neither company is going to want to mess with that.

In my are there's been a parent whose child was driven somewhere and they are furious about it.

And now there's a bit of a rumor that the police might be doing some sort of sting operation

because bringing a child somewhere without the parent's permission is illegal.

If you are concerned that you may be bringing an unaccompanied minor, I recommend checking their ID.

I know this seems ridiculous, but it's absolutely valid and you are allowed to do it on both platforms.

All you have to do is say "how old are you" and usually they will just tell you the truth

because they don't know the rules.

But if they lie to you and you want to confirm, you are allowed to ask for ID.

If you do not believe that they are over the age of 18, it is totally valid to cancel the ride.

Canceled rides, the passenger is not able to rate you and I recommend reporting the

situation to Uber or Lyft.

Of course you should use your discretion.

Now I'm recommending what I think you should do based on the rules, there are always going

to be situations where you may want to bend them and that is totally up to you.

I'm never going to tell someone that they should go against the rules, but if you encounter

someone who may be in a dangerous situation or they don't have any other way somewhere

or you're able to speak to their parents and confirm that it's absolutely okay, there have

been situations where that might be justified.

But be aware of the risk that you're putting onto yourself in those situations and definitely

do a calculation for whether that risk is worth it for you.

But at the very least, now you know the rules so you can make that decision for yourself.

I hope this has been helpful, as always you can check out my links in the description.

Feel free to hit me up in the comments or in my email.

FYI, I don't check the comments every day so the best way to reach me really is my email.

I still sometimes am a little slow on it, but I will always respond.

Feel free to tell me how much you hate my new hair [kidding].

And I hope you all have a lovely day!

Your Rivers Need You - Duration: 6:12.

It's ours.

The river is ours, so if it is ours it's

also our responsibility. I've got I've got three children and seven

grandchildren, and I will have great-grandchildren and

great-great-grandchildren. I want those generations to see what I've seen and

this river, it's ours because we live here, but it also belongs to you.

It belongs to all of us and now the people from outside have become interested in

helping us keep it beautiful.

(music)

I'm Joe Bowen from the little town of Bowen Kentucky which is just a few miles

from the Red River Gorge.

(music)

It's a magical place and once you go there no one has to explain to you that

it's magic, you feel it and you may not even know why but you know you are in a

very magical place. Everything in the Red River is in a state of change.

This baby is alive, this baby is alive, it is changing. It is changing the animal life

it is changing the forest, it's changing the weeds and the grass and the

flowers, it's changing everything and it even changes its color. It's magical it's

unbelievable. In the early sixties the Corps of Engineers was looking at the

possibility of building a damn on the Red River. So I was originally for the

dam and I'm glad today I'm glad that they didn't dam the Red River that I

love so well.

(music)

One of my classmates called me, they said we heard you were in town and

William O Douglas is going to be in the gorge tomorrow and we would like for you to be

there and do a rebuttal speech or talk for the dam and against Douglas.

William O Douglas?! That's a celebrity, (laughs) he kind of overwhelmed me because I knew

who he was and that was the only, still is the only Supreme Court Justice

I've ever met. I was only 23 - 24 years old and I did that.

I think we oppose the

Wild Rivers designation and a lot of other things, a lot of times we don't

trust our government and we feel like that we know better than our government

does, but we need to realize that we are the governor. It's ours. It is what we

make it, and we should be totally involved in that process because it is

ours and we are the government. We are the government, not somebody else. So it's

our responsibility and if we want something for those great great great

great grandchildren down the road, we better be taking care of them now.

If it gets designated as a wild river it doesn't happen overnight, but you stopped

the pollution and I've changed doing 75 years of living, I've changed my attitude

about the Red River. It has changed, I wanted to see it dammed up I wanted to

water-ski on it. But I don't have to water-ski on it now.

It's like you watch, you watch it become a wild river, but it it's been contaminated and then

through a very slow process you watch the magic happen and then you fall in love

with it more than you ever did before because now it's more appealing. As a kid

as a teenager we didn't have the large animals here, but as a result

of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act over a long period of years, it's taken quite a

few years, but now we have these large animals here and the elk is almost here

it's two counties east of us but it will be here in a few more years it'll

be in our county.

I've got 8 acres of 70 to 100 year old trees on my property here, and I've had several

lumber companies come here and try to buy. No, I want my children to know what a

hundred year old tree looks like. I want to be able to stand on it, or climb

it if they want to, or put a swing on it. So the same thing with this river, I want my

grandchildren and great-grandchildren and great great great I want them to see

this river the way I saw it.

Sean Bostwick: Things Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 8:39.

Sean Bostwick: Things Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Sean Bostwick was a rookie police officer in Detroit.

He was fired from the department after he admitted to writing an offensive caption on Snapchat, that many critics viewed as racist.

Here's what you need to know.

Sean Bostwick Wrote on Snapchat That it Was Time to Arrest 'These Zoo Animals'.

The Snapchat post that quickly went viral was a picture of 27-year-old Sean Bostwick in his police uniform.

The caption read, "another night to Rangel up these zoo animals." It was sent Saturday September 22.

The post was shared quickly on social media, drawing backlash from the community.

Bostwick deleted the post, but the damage was done.

The department had already received dozens of angry phone calls from community leaders and other city officials.

Bostwick was suspended with pay the next day, in accordance with department policies.

Detroit police chief James Craig said he met with Bostwick on Monday, September 23.

He said Bostwick took responsibility for the post and that "he didn't mean it the way it came off." Regardless, he was terminated from the department.

Bostwick Was Already On Probation Before Sending the Post.

   .

Sean Bostwick was hired by the Detroit Police Department in June of 2017, according to the police chief.

But he was on probation at the time of the post, which was why the police chief could terminate him easily.

Chief Craig said that Bostwick had low test scores at the police academy, which kept him on probation.

The commanding officer of the 12th precinct, where Bostwick was assigned, had reported concerns about the rookie, saying that he required additional training.

Craig said he hopes another police department does not hire Bostwick in light of this incident.

Detroit Police Chief: The Action by Bostwick Placed a Stain on the Department.

Detroit police chief James Craig addressed the issue in a public forum Monday, September 23.

The event was streamed live on Facebook as well.

Craig stated plainly that "This is [Bostwick's] last day on our payroll.

Tomorrow, he will no longer be a Detroit police officer.

He is clear on that.".

Craig reiterated that Bostwick had expressed remorse for the post, but that that was not good enough to keep his job.

Craig shared that he told Bostwick that his actions had "placed a stain" on the department and the entire organization.

He explained that the police academy emphasizes "integrity and service to the community," and that Bostwick had not adhered to those principles.

Chief Craig went on, "Being a service organization, we have a high expectation our police officers provide a high-level service.

How do we expect an officer to provide high-level service when this is the way you feel? The message should be clear.

A vast majority of our police officers do it right each and every time.

But those who harbor these type of feelings should know, you're not welcome here.

We won't have any tolerance for this kind of behavior.".

The Police Chief Said Backlash Was Widespread in Response to Bostwick's Snapchat.

During the news conference, Chief Craig said that his phone was ringing off the hook after Sean Bostwick's Snapchat circulated on social media.

He said the department received calls from black, white and Hispanic officers expressing concern.

He said Detroit mayor Mike Duggan was "deeply disturbed by these comments." The county prosecutor also reached out to the police chief, to praise him for firing Bostwick.

According to data from the Census Bureau, the population of Detroit is about 80 percent black.

Chief Craig related the rhetoric of the Snapchat post to language he witnessed during the riots following the Rodney King verdict in Los Angeles.

(Chief Craig was working with the LAPD during that time period).

Facebook users condemned Bostwick's post, with many agreeing with the police chief's assertion that police officers need to held to a higher standard of conduct.

Renetta Jones wrote, "We as Officers are and always will be held to a higher standard than others.

LEAD BY EXAMPLE.".

Sean Bostwick's Profile Picture On Instagram Was His Police Badge.

   .

Sean Bostwick was clearly proud to be part of the Detroit police department.

On his Instagram page, his profile picture was an image of his police badge.

In his highlights, Bostwick posted several images of himself posing in front of various backgrounds, as if he was modeling.

The images are all from 2016 and 2017.

His other posts are all from 2015 or earlier.

In May of 2015, he shared a picture of himself aiming an AR-15 at coke cans.

Bostwick's Instagram page also includes several photos from a pub crawl with friends and pictures of him wearing a Detroit Red Wings jersey.

New Tech Tuesday ~ Product Arbitrage for Ebay or E-Commerce - Duration: 6:19.

hey guys success strategist Kellie McRae here helping you generate ideas that

generate income so today I wanted to share with you guys a couple of

different things that you can find on a couple of different websites because

they get a lot of people that ask me the difference between being an Amazon

affiliate versus Amazon Amazon FBA now let me explain the difference really

quickly Amazon FBA is you buying product that you ship to Amazon's warehouse and

they sell it they have a fee for this that you pay every single month if your

stuff doesn't sell then they have a warehousing fee or they will either

destroy it or they will ship it back to you I believe that at your cost so

that's what Amazon FBA is Amazon affiliate you never see the product it's

not yours and they pay you a small percentage on it so I think on women's

fashion they pay like 10% so so $100 dress that someone shipped there then

obviously you're going to make $10 from that and everything that is in the cart

over that 24 hour period that is attached to your affiliate link will you

will get a percentage of so even if you use the link to send them to the hundred

dollar dress if they buy three dresses for $100 then you obviously will get $30

so whatever they put in their cart and they buy within that 24 hours if they

put it in their cart and they leave it and they don't go anywhere with it in

the next 24 hours I believe Amazon protects those carts for 90 days so

that's the only way you'll get paid on it is if they already put it in your

cart under your affiliate link and then they leave it and then you you know

later on so Amazon FBA though people go to Dollar Tree they go to Big Lots and

places like those in the states where they are able to buy things at a low

price so that's called arbitrage and then they take it and they box it all up

and they ship it to Amazon's various warehouses those that are into a higher

end typing a private labeling they ship things in

places like China and they buy it in bulk and they modify it and then they

put their own name on it and then they sell it for whatever they want making a

bigger profit so hopefully that helped those of you that didn't know how that

works so if you are in Amazon FBA and you're looking to figure out where to

get merchandise this website is one of those called liquidation calm when

liquidation calm basically does is they take all of these products that have

been returned from various companies Amazon overstock you know Wayfarer from

that mistake and just a lot of these different companies and in a box it all

up and they sell it so let me just give you an example so we're gonna go over

here to women's clothing since we know if that's a hot ticket item so to speak

and they have all of these different things that you can buy now the thing

about it is that you won't see the condition of them you won't know what

they look like until you get them back so sometimes they're in good condition

sometimes they're in bad condition you're just kind of taking a chance so

let's look at this one you got a 180 60 women's lace bras and pennies

okay so let's click on it and see what we can see so if you wanted to just get

into so ladies underwear this might be a good start for you to get started at a

low price so there's a hundred and eighty it says it's got oh they just end

it so we're just gonna look at the manifest this is what it's got it's got

ninety frogs and ninety bottoms of those to tell you sizes it doesn't break out

all the information MSRP was one thousand four hundred thirty-eight

dollars and whoever got it they got it for 100 bucks so that was a pretty good

profit there right especially if everything is in good condition these

are basically auctions so you can check out your seller this person's been

selling for six years and four months they've got pretty good you know amount

of stars how quickly they ship how many canceled transactions how they honor

their disputes so on and so forth so I would say that's pretty good the other

thing you want to make sure to know about is the shipping because you're

going to carve so the minimum shipping fee on this was

going to be $40 so even though the person spent a hundred they're really

more or less gonna spend at least a hundred and forty dollars and it's being

shipped it only ships in the u.s. so and then you know so that's kind of a nice

way to pay attention and get products at a low price and you know to get started

the other thing now this isn't necessarily where you want to buy

product per se for shipping back to Amazon but this is where you can get

some really good deals so I'm going to go through Amazon's warehouse now the

cool thing about Amazon's warehouse let's see if it'll let me just go

without putting anything in yeah okay so Amazon's warehouse so if you see here

shop great deals on quality used products so you can get things that and

I think what Amazon is calling used our products that went out to a customer and

the customer actually opened the box and then decided they didn't want it for

whatever reason and so you can get a lot of things here for up to fifty percent

off in the bargain bin and so on and so forth so this is kind of cool to be able

to buy things for yourself for your family that you may want to flip and put

on ebay if there's a good profit in it and make yourself some money so anyway

that is pretty much it I try to keep these new tech Tuesday's short but I

don't know if I did that very well let's go around anyway if you are watching

this on youtube please make sure you hit that subscribe button if you have not

joined my facebook business group they get stuff like this all the time so you

Are you looking for three quick and easy men's hairstyles that are also low-maintenance once it is video guys

I'll be showing you how to replicate these exact same three hairstyle that were in the thumbnail

Everybody George here from GP lasso and today's video guys

I'll be showing you three quick and easy men's hairstyle tutorials that are also low-maintenance

We jump in city video if you guys are interested in more content like this, please consider subscribing to the channel

I'm posting new videos every single week covering men style men's grooming

Personal development and here's stop tutorials occasionally prohibited essaouira

there are a few items that we aren't going to need to make all these work and

I've listed and linked all the items down below if you want to go and pick them up already do the first thing you're gonna

Need is a wide tooth comb goal with a wide tooth instead of a fine, too

Just because I'm gonna pull on your hair a lot less

second thing you'll need is a volume brush is gonna help us get a lot of volume in our hair and the third thing you

Is the most important you'll need a blow dryer now, I'm using one from Revlon. It's my favorite one. It's quite affordable

It has two settings as a low heat any heat setting any high heat setting also

it is foldable and the foldable button also acts as the cold air filter and the great thing here is that it has an

attachment head attachment head is actually the most important thing because that other one is actually gonna

Concentrate and filter the air into a single point and again you can add more attachment to this

They come with it final thing

You're gonna need to always my favorite thing and it is a Hanz de Fuko claymation, or you can use any solid product

enjoy

This one is just my favorite because it is paraben free has botanicals and it has a lot of organic

Extracts as a super high hold and as a matte finish

Which is great if you have longer hair wavy hair or you have thicker step in our hair styling process for all threes

And we start with Dan hair already know their hair is neck

You're gonna go in towel dry it as much as you want

The Keith here thing is the damper. You leave your hair the more control you'll have over it and the dryer you have

Well, you're gonna be blow-drying a lot less

alright

so first thing you're gonna do is comb your hair all the way back slick it back because the final part is going to be

A textured slick mix we want to make sure you know

We prepare the hair get it everything in place

Then start blow drying it on a high heat setting the first thing we're gonna do here is focus in on the back

or hand because that's where a lot of

hairstyle tutorials really don't cover ease the back and I think starting at the back is the most important because we're gonna make sure

And we're gonna get every hair in place then once the back is slightly dry work your way up through the sides

this is what I like to I like to personally part the hair down the middle and work on the back and just leave the

Front as is just to make sure

That each hair is getting dry and put into place

So you sort of don't do it all at once because when your hair gets longer

It's gonna be very hard for you to get every hair dry just because there's a lot more hair in the weight then

Once the back is right work your way on to the front and get it about half way dry once it's half way done

you're gonna switch over to the volume version and you're gonna go curl it curl it in go up and over and

Continue to add some volume now if you want to get a lot more of the slicked-back going

Continue throughout the hair. Just run that comb through it. Don't put a lot of pressure now

This is what I'm doing

what I'd like to do is

Section out individual parts on the front and keep going now that the hair dry go ahead and break it up and that'll conclude

Our first hairstyle not too shabby. Alrighty moving on to hairstyle number two

Remember to start with damp hair and towel dry your hair as much as you desire

Remember the more you towel dry it the less control you're have but the less you go to bull dry

and then you're gonna comb your hair in the

Opposite direction and that it grows and decide it would give you the most volume

And comb down those little hairs if you have them if you want to get a little bit of cyber going you really don't have

to because this one we're going for sort of like a

messy forward pushed fringe look there

we're gonna blast a little hair so they don't stand up and we're gonna continue with a high heat using the wide tooth comb and

Just getting that hair all over to one side. Remember if your hair is long enough. So it reaches the other side

Don't neglect the top. It's really gonna make the end process a lot more

difficult

So keep going through through and once your hair is about halfway, right? We're gonna change the direction just start going

Back on the same side

just because we're gonna add a little bit more volume and it's gonna add a little more texture and again if you have longer hair,

Part it down the middle and work your way on the back then work your way through the front and you can see here

I'm not being too precise with me. You don't have to because again we're going for a messy looking the less

He looks they do look kind of good, but they're also sort of more casual laid-back kind of I just rolled out of bed

Look, but still kind of stylish. You can switch over to a volume brush if you really want to make it sort of

Pristine now the reason we're making it pristine and sort of all put together is because we're actually gonna end up breaking it apart later

And you'll see

The amount of texture that we get

Now I'm gonna break it up with my fingers push it forward outside and as I can see here

There's a little part on my hair

There's the what usually happens when you go with these sort of

Huge comb-overs just because there's a lot of hair that gets in the way

but again

I'm gonna switch it to a low heat blast it for a few seconds just so I can get that hair dry and you'll see

Soon the amount of texture. We're actually gonna get it

So I reset it comb it and then break it apart and then just you know, go wild freedom here

You don't like a print you can make it as organized or as messy as you'd like

I like it to be kind of really messy, but also sort of having a bit of

Organization around the side so it goes over to one side. I also notice my back was still dry

So I mean still wet so we went ahead and dried it just because and this is the finished product

I think it's a pretty decent look is obviously something that looks like you just rolled out of bed

But still have a bit of style to it and it's actually not bad for a fringe haircut

Or a fringe hairstyle. Now number three we're going we're actually cheating. We're going bats had a slicked back

There's thon number one for work

Actually just combing everything over to one side because we already have a blow-dryer already had a little volume and we're just you know

Taking it from one side and we're gonna create a bit of a side part with some volume now here again

You have a little bit of freedom

What you can do is you can see I'm adding some volume by just running my fingers through it and lifting the hairs

Up in this one

I try to replicate the same one in the thumbnail, but I ended up getting that one later

But here you're gonna see a similar

look

it's gonna be messy kind of having a little bit of a cyber but also adding a lot of volume to

Which I think is just a great sort of casual. Look as you can see it's not to put together and yet still not messy

Alright, i'm now i'm gonna show you how to apply your hair styling party. It is quite simple

You're just gonna grab a little bit about your fingertip. It depends on the one you're using and that you're going to emulsify it

you're gonna rub it through your hands basically in a curry and that's gonna actually

Spread out the product gonna activate it because a lot of them activate through heat and you're gonna get deep root to tip

Slick it get in there cover the entire hair and then this gives you a little bit of freedom

You can play around with the hairstyles now get it from the back too if your hair long and here's a secret tip

put this in your hair put half of it in your hair when it is damp and

Blow-dried because we're gonna make achieving the hairstyles a lot easier then you go at the end and finish it off

Richard Liu: Things Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Richard Liu is the Chinese billionaire who founded JD.com, or Jingdong Mail, the second largest e-commerce business in China.

(Ali Baba is the largest.).

Liu, who is also known as Liu Qiangdong, has been accused of raping a 21 year old woman in Minneapolis in August.

Liu has not been formally charged with any crime, and the Hennepin County Attorney says they don't know when they might decide to charge him.

Liu has said that he is totally innocent and has gone back to China.

His accuser's name has not been released.

Here's what you need to know about Richard Liu:.

He Was Arrested on Suspicion of Rape but Released 17 Hours Later.

On the night of August 31, Minneapolis police arrested and booked Richard Liu on suspicion of rape.

He was booked into jail at about 11:30PM.

Liu, a Chinese national, was in Minneapolis for a business doctoral program; the woman he is accused of raping is a student at the University of Michigan.

Just 17 hours after Liu's arrest, he was released from jail.

He was apparently not given any travel restrictions, and he has since returned to China.

Prosecutors said they were confident that Chinese authorities would extradite him if his case came to a trial. But prosecutors still have not decided whether to press felony charges against the 45 year old Liu.

Liu has insisted all along that he is an innocent man.

Liu Threw a Big Boozy Dinner Party on August 30, the Night of the Alleged Rape.

Liu was in Minneapolis for a business doctoral program run jointly by the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and China's Tsinghua University.

On August 30, he invited about two dozen people to dinner at a restaurant, Uptown Origami.

The 21 year old alleged rape victim was one of the guests.

She later told a friend that she had felt under pressure to drink.

"It was a trap," she wrote in a message to the friend.

"I was really drunk." She left the party with Liu at about 9:30 and wound up alone with him in a car.

There, she said, he started to touch her.

She wrote to a friend in a message later, "I begged him not to … but he did not listen.".

They went back to the woman's house.

According to a police report, the woman said later that the alleged rape took place in her home, at about 1AM.

She alerted a friend, who called the police.

The following afternoon, she went to a doctor for an examination, and that evening, she formally accused Liu of rape.

Liu Is Celebrated in China for His Rags-to -Riches Success Story.

Liu prides himself on running a "clean" company, avoiding counterfeit goods and corruption.

He founded JD.com in 1998, using his own savings to lease a storefront in Beijing.

He likes to talk about his "rags to riches" success story and often says that he founded his company so that he would be able to afford to help his grandmother buy the medicine she needed.

com's stock was reportedly down 15 points after news broke about the rape allegations against Liu.

His Wife's Nickname is Sister Milk Tea & They Have a Daughter Together.

Liu's wife, Nancy Zhang Zetian, is an internet celebrity.

The 24 year old has been known as Sister Milk Tea ever since a photograph of her holding a cup of milk tea went viral, back in 2009.

Zetian, now 24 years old, was just a high school student when the photo of her exploded all over the internet.

She was invited to audition for a movie but turned down the offer to accept early admission to Tsinghua University.

She met Liu while she was studying abroad in the US.

In 2005, the couple got married.

Zetian was pregnant at the time, and the couple now has a daughter.

Liu is 19 years older than Zetian.

Liu's Net Worth Is Estimated at 7.5 Billion Dollars.

The rape allegations against Richard Liu have hurt his bottom line.

Ever since the allegations went public, Liu has lost at least 466 million dollars, according to Forbes.

(Forbes calculated his losses in early September; it's not clear what his losses have been since then.).

Still, Liu's net worth — even taking into account the losses — is estimated at 7.

5 billion dollars.

Liu's e-commerce business, JD.com, has a market capitalization of 43 billion dollars.

He and his wife are active philanthropists who donated 80 million dollars to charity last year.

critical of who you are and what you have.

When you function from that place, not only do you end up feeling really negative but

on top of that it stunts you from being able to make good things happen in your life…

It also stunts you from being you.

And if you don't have that, then you're just lost.

So the next time you are tempted to compare yourself to somebody else,

redirect your thinking and let that useless thought go,

Judge Steven O'Neill: Things Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 8:02.

Judge Steven O'Neill: Things Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Steven O'Neill is the Pennsylvania judge presiding over the trial of Bill Cosby.

On Tuesday afternoon, Judge O'Neill will hand down Cosby's sentence, which could be up to ten years in prison.

Cosby has already been found guilty of three counts of aggravated assault in the 2004 sexual assault of Andrea Constand.

Prosecutors have asked Judge O'Neill to give Cosby the toughest sentence possible; the prosecution says that Cosby has shown no remorse and doesn't seem to believe that he's done anything wrong.

Cosby's lawyers have asked that he be sentenced to house arrest, instead of serving time in prison.

The defense team pointed out that Cosby is 81 years old and has health issues.

Here's what you need to know about Judge Steven O'Neill:.

He Called Cosby a 'Sexually Violent Predator'.

During a sentencing hearing, Judge O'Neill ruled that Cosby was a "sexually violent predator.

" This is not just a description of Cosby's crime — it is a legal phrase, which will impact Cosby's sentence.

Under Pennsylvania law, a "sexually violent predator" must undergo monthly counseling, and register with police if he moves.

His neighbors, and any schools in his neighborhood, will be alerted to his presence and to his criminal history.

O'Neill Has Been a Montgomery County Judge Since 2004.

O'Neill was elected to his first ten-year term as a Montgomery County judge in 2004.

He was re-elected for a second ten year term in 2014.

O'Neill was first appointed tot he bench in 2002, after a career as a lawyer, working as a public prosecutor and then as a partner at Wilson, Morrow, Broderick, O'Neill & Tompkins law firm in Norristown.

O'Neill was first appointed to serve as a judge in family court.

At the time, he said, "During my tenure as a family court judge, I will seek in every case in which children are involved to keep the family together while divorcing the parents in an expeditious and civilized manner," O'Neill told the Reporter Online in 2002.

"This can be done, but it must start with the parents and must be reinforced by the lawyers, who must put aside their adversarial urge to win and, finally, it must be supervised by the judge.".

His Wife Works With Sexual Assault Survivors.

During Cosby's trial, the defense asked O'Neil to recuse himself from the case, because they said his wife's work with sexual assault survivors would be a conflict for the judge.

His wife, Dr.

Deborah O'Neill, is a psychotherapist at the University of Pennsylvania.

She heads up a team that works with students who have survived sexual assaults.

She reportedly dedicated her dissertation on college-acquaintance rape to her husband.

When he was asked to recuse himself, Judge O'Neill replied that his wife is an "independent" person and that the request was an insult to her.

He said, "She is an independent woman and has the right to be involved in anything she believes in.

In the early years of our marriage she was dedicated to raising our children, then to raising herself up.

It's difficult to have her accomplishments trivialized.".

O'Neill and his wife have three grown children.

He Really Likes St Patrick's Day.

O'Neill was described as a 'regular guy' who was well-liked by courthouse staff when he was sworn in as judge in 2002.

A friend of O'Neill's said that O'Neill had won people's friendship with his cheerful attitude and his warmth.

He also said O'Neill dressed up as St Patrick every year on St Patrick's Day; dressed in his costume, O'Neill made it a habit to visit every government building in the area.

Just after being sworn in, O'Neill said that many people were asking him whether he intended to continue whistling as he walks down the courthouse's hallways, whether he intended to keep his beard and whether he would wear his St.

Patrick's Day costume next year.

"My answer to all three is, 'Yes,'" said O'Neill.

"I'm fulfilling a dream, not changing who I am.".

O'Neill Graduated from Drexel University.

O'Neill earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law.

He did his undergraduate degree at Drexel University.

O'Neill was an Assistant District Attorney for Montgomery County from 1979 to 1984.

He also spent 18 years in private practice working as a defense lawyer.

Before being appointed to the bench, O'Neill served as Solicitor of Montgomery County, and was also the solicitor of the Zoning Hearing Boards of Lower Merion Township and Upper Merion Township.
