Solving riddles is an excellent way to help keep the brain in shape, so I always take

up a challenge to try to solve any I see online — with mixed results, I must admit.

But this picture, which I thought I should definitely pass on to you, made me almost

tear my hair out of my head in frustration.

I just could not solve it, no matter how hard I looked!

The challenge may not sound so difficult: Find the animal that hides in the image.

But it's not as simple as it seems.

Since this image began circulating online, millions of people have become obsessed — but

in spite of full-hearted attempts, very few were able to see the cute little animal.

Yes, according to the creators of the image, TopBuzz, only 1 per cent of those who try

to solve the mystery manage to do so in less than two minutes.

What the others see is simply the old man in the hat.

So now why do not you give it a try.

Can you see the animal hiding in the picture?

Not that easy, right?

If you saw nothing other than the old gentleman, you're not alone.

As I said, I searched for ages before I could see the rest…

But at least I will give you a clue.

As is often the case with illusions, the key lies in trying to think a little differently

to see the big picture.

So think outside the box — and try to notice some unusual details in the man's face.

Does he not have a kind of strange nose, for example?

And what about his eyes?

Think about it and try again!

Okay, if you could not solve it, here's another clue.

The animal that hides in the image is often called man's best friend.

Yes, besides the man, there's also a dog in the picture — sitting on a rug and chewing

on a bone.

Now you may understand what I meant by my nose and eyes; they formed the dog and his

legs!

And the dog, of course, becomes obvious once you see the picture upside down.

hey guys and welcome back to my youtube channel today i have a special guest my

father and today he is going to do one side of my makeup i already did one eye

and i want to see if he can recreate this on my other eye

yes well I'm Lynn oak her days of course and well I'm very excited about all this

because it's possible for some somebody who has never makeups anyone and I'm a

guy of course well I'm excited we will see he has a lot of experience with

painting so he has a very steady hand so I'm just really curious to see if he can

like if he can copy my skills so I'm now first going to prime my eyelids and

apply a eyeshadow guard then he's going to finish off the rest so I just quickly

applied some eyeshadow primer like always I used a Mac soft ochre faint

bolt and I used some eye shadow guards I placed them the same way as I did my

other eye so it's a little bit easier for him to start right now

so I'm just going to tell him what I did which shade I used in which brushes I

use just to make it a little bit more easier because I can imagine if you have

never done this before it's gonna be you just don't know what to do at this point

so I am going to tell all the products I've used and which brushes to kind of

help him but I'm not going to touch the eye you myself so the first thing I did

was using the Sigma e-40 brush and I used a on a weights everything else

first I use this brush which is Dean Mac 242 and I used a matte white color which

is from revolution it's a very affordable pellets so we're going to

take the met white shade and fly it underneath my eyebrow upper cheeks you

know me Knight you know there's no cheek it's grease okay so I

something like this yes next day then we take the e-40 brush for King and I took

that light blue shade light a single in the same fella and it's best to not look

like too much product this way it's a little bit easier to blend it out okay

something like this but I sink simple ferrocene yeah I think yeah okay um then

I took this bond and I took this blue one right here way to e4g again I'm not

sure I think this one again a little bit lower

a little bit live still but next steps that will be faked I think yes and then

I went in with same brush same brush yes and I use the dark blue see this one

so how does it feel to do this right now well into now it's quite easy it is

covering up quite well I see it darker on the other side so already better

well something like this okay um then I went in with the Blackshades I use it in

combination with the dark blue when I mix them to get on my brush looks like

that the black stuff it's tricky I think yes because you can

do too much yes okay okay and then the next step is using some concealer and I

always use this one which is did make for a lower concealer and this is my

absolute favorite one because it has quite a dry consistency so when you

create a line in your crease it just stays in place perfectly and also it is

full coverage so if you want to like make sure that you don't see anything

wrong either anymore this is really nice so I always use it in combination is

this tiny brush because with this one you can work really precise to get that

sharp cut crease line so I always apply a limit on your back of my hand like

this yeah okay and then I dip my brush into it so this is the hardest part so

I'm really curious how this is going to look, I even forgot my glasses so oh boy

she learnt me it's a very important step because if it's not smooth you can

ruin it all

yes this is definitely very important

enough yes okay okay for now now the next step is I used to

spell it from you WT which is one of the newest pellets which is the amethyst

obsession Bella DISA the purple one and I started with this lighting right here

and I applied it like at the beginning part of the eyelid using a mix with the

Traverse which is my absolute favorite

okay not bad I think okay I'm just going to show you a close-up so this is the I

that I did and this is the site so far which my father did I think so far it's

looking pretty good especially for someone that has just started the next

shade I use is the middle part in the middle one and use the same brush

then the next shade is this one you don't have to clean brush first no you

can just use the same brush okay okay then the next thing I did was they went

back in with you more feature if I beat and I used the dark blue again then I

use the black eye shadow so nowadays you're not wearing glasses well you see

Mars not that bad but it's a little bit blurry Oh everywhere but I could see it

enough I think so in your eyes everything looks so much more blended

yeah this all blends already everything

well if this looks nice and I think it's extra cool that you managed to get it to

look like this not as you're not seeing very well yeah so yeah the blind

children's blood chance okay I think this is well I

in the crease line in the blue I have to go in in the crease line with a bit of

black but it was small for us I think yes

oh yeah there you go I tried to blend and right above where

you just applied two shades on the island so try not to touch them

this is way to a large still develop I think a tiny thing okay just do the job

maybe next birth but it's a feeling that I have ready yeah I think this right

this is this is let's see I used to Sasha Belle deals July nerdy shake jets

and I used the inclination with the Sigma angled brow brush so what I always

do I apply it on my brush so what he needs to do is like create a line above

the lash line and a wing oh yeah now I'm going to remove the eye shadow card so

we're already almost finished so now comes the scary part for me has to apply

some pencil in my waterline and the one I used is just one by the balm cosmetics

this is the mr. right that I can't pronounce that's something with diamonds

a sister black color so you have to apply it in D one line okay there we go

and if you want you can or I can hold it like this if they played like in here in

here too low okay

still up in there oh yeah seeds on the other side this really around the corner

so to say okay yeah

okay okay then I use these GWT fellows again and I used the okay so you now

finish the ice I'm now going to apply some mascara and the fake eyelashes off

camera I'm not going to let him do that I think he already did enough now so now

we will be right back well it was a very very nice experience

to it to do all this because well she's working with this stuff very hard and I

yeah well it's very nice to see how she's doing it and how it feels to do it

by yourself and well it's my daughter and I see what her work is very from

"How do you know if a new market is good or bad?" - Duration: 2:13.

Hey, guys. It's Kenny Wolfe here with Wolfe Investments.

We've got another weekly episode of Intern Q & A.

Today we've got Bronson, who's got a burning real estate question to ask.

So we've discussed how the market is very important

when buying.

How do you go about learning about a market

and which are good markets and what are not?

Hey, Bronson. That's a good question.

What we look for in a new market

to buy real estate is

is it Landlord friendly?

We want to stack the chips in our favor.

That's the first step.

And then once we find those states that we like,

that are Landlord friendly.

Then we look at cities

in that state that have

diverse economic drivers

to that city.

If there's one economic driver,

like all oil and gas

or all military;

or basically one employer,

we tend to shy away.

You want to have multiple economic drivers

so that if one dries up

you have others to offset that.

That's kind of the second thing we look at.

And then once we actually pick those cities,

we drill in and look at

the submarkets there.

So what we'll do is fly in or drive, if it's close

enough to a new market.

And then from there

look at properties that are

under management kind of dotted around the city.

And that kind of does two things:

One - we go unannounced to these properties

and so we actually see what they look like.

And then two - what it does is

shows us what parts of town we want to buy in

and which ones we don't want to buy in.

It's pretty easy to tell.

If you pull up during the middle of the day

and you feel like you should lock your doors on your car,

then we're not buying there.

We're gonna get out of there as fast as we can.

We'll just put a big 'X' on that part of town.

Most cities you can do that.

There's a few you can't.

Like Houston

is like that. There's no zoning laws.

So that's a little different, but

most cities you can

quickly learn a city

within two days and know

where to buy and where not to buy.

It's not rocket science.

Anyways, but that's a great question.

Hi guys, well, it is party day and is

It's supposed to rain today. So perfect day to wash the car, right?

But it is a little bit cooler today. So it's been so hot and humid not great for washing the car

So at least I'll be a little bit more comfortable

Not quite so hot with washing the car and not direct sunlight either. So that's a great thing

so we're gonna get started with that and

They're gifts for myself. So

We would come to Durham and you could smell the curing of the tobacco the smelt so sweet

It was very very cool. I loved that smell of a curing tobacco

And I really missed that since they shut down the factory. I'm not an advocate for a cigarette smoking

But I really do miss that that nice sweet smell
