hey guys welcome back in this video I'm gonna be showing you an amazing

application which will allow you to cast videos from your phone it will allow you

to search for videos online on all of the popular streaming sites and cost

them to your streaming device or allow you to install apks directly from your

mobile phone onto your device on top of that you can even use this as a virtual

mouse so it literally is an all-in-one apk with tons of features and I'm sure

there will be something in here for everybody on top of that what makes it

particularly special is it's 100% free and it works on all of your Android

devices including forest stakes and normal Android devices even the Nvidia

shield can benefit from this apk so with all of that being said let's get started

so I'm doing my demonstration on the second-generation fire stick with Alexa

as previously mentioned this apk works perfectly fine on all of your Android

devices now in terms of installation when you first start the application on

to your cell phone this is what you'll see now the first thing we need to do is

we need to pair this with our fire stake now the process for pairing of the fire

stick is a bit easier than on Android boxes or Nvidia shields because on those

devices you need to go to your application store or your App Store and

install the see display receiver first whereas on fire stick this can actually

be pushed automatically onto your device so let's do that now so on your

application we click on the hamburger menu in the top left and where it says

here no device is found if you click on the manage connection and this will now

scan your wireless network and show you all of the devices that this can be

installed onto now I know my fire stick IP address ends in one seven eight so

let's click on that now that should now make a connection to my fire stake and

remotely install the receiver for me let's just give that a second now we can

see that spinning right now okay we can see the screens now gone black is that a

bad sign that essentially a very good sign because it says now see display has

connected to your TV and we've now established a connection for my fire

stake using application onto my fire TV or fight TV stake so let's see exactly

now what this application can do or at the very basic level we have a fully

functional rumor control which other can be as a d-pad or as a virtual mouse so

we can see now for example press the HOME key here or you can see that

simulates me pressing the HOME key under official remote control and as we can

see me just pressing left or right sends those commands onto the TV and

weeks it's working absolutely fine now if you press this button on the top

right here we can see over a couple of different modes we've got the d-pad mode

which is what I'm currently on you've also got the touch pad mode Mouse mode

numeric mode and also the gamepad mode let me show you the touch pad mode so we

can see now we have a large touchpad and now with me swiping to the left we can

see that this simulates me pressing left on the remote and of course I can press

down as well and just go through the list and if I want to click on something

I just click here let's open this up

now here for example we know this application does require virtual mouse

and I know some of you were struggling installing the standard master toggle

but with this application this does actually come with the virtual mouse

built-in let's try that now so let's press the four squares in the top right

let's now enable Mouse mode and we can just see now with me swiping the fingers

here we can see we now have a virtual mouse on the screen if one selects

something I can do that now so I mean that in itself because I know lots of

people on certain five devices I think the latest 3rd or 4th Gen 5 devices do

have some issues installing a virtual mouse so this application you can do

that and just use the mouse without any problems whatsoever

first back out of that ok let's go to the hamburger menu so after the standard

remote control you got play on TV this will now allow you to cost any kind of

video any kind of picture on your software directly on to streaming device

so let's try video for a second let's try this 4k video and we can see goes

literally as soon as I press play it starts costing onto my device without

any kind of lag or any kind of buffering one click and we're now watching this 4k

video and it's working flawlessly that's looking good ok let's back off that

similarly if you want cost a picture let's click on picture let's try these

pictures here let's click on that and there we can see that's now costing us

pictures onto my device and that's working great let's go back to the

hamburger menu and then you've got the absent ago so this has to be probably

the biggest feature of this application so let's go into that now so just

imagine having an application center on your cell phone that you could then beam

those applications directly onto your device so we can see we go some of the

featured applications over here you got the training applications then you go

categories and let's go into VOD and movies and let's say for example I want

to install Xing TVs let's click on install so you can see it as soon as I

press install guys that beams the apk from my cell phone onto the device and

it starts installing it automatically well that's a really nice and slick

feature guys because not only is all with one click you really have a ton of

applications in all the categories that you could possibly want

and they're all available to install let's press down a few times and click

on install and that's now installing so I think that's a really sleek feature

guys that we can install all these applications with one click and we have

a massive library of applications from all sorts of categories from TV to news

to utilities all these applications are available and they can all be pushed

onto your device let's click on open I have no idea what this application is

and there's the application they're all working fine but I have no idea what

this application is I mean so that was just inside VOD and movies guys but if I

press back here again we can see we have utilities so we can store everything

from a Chrome browser to security cameras we go to how launcher there is

all our previously reviewed Dropbox so lots and lots of applications that can

all be installed onto our device and they can all be pushed out with one

click let's let's try one more so you got this FPT play which is TV online

platform with thousands of TV content 100% legal

let's click on install again we can see we get the prompt on the screen saying

FPT is now installing so really slick guys I'm really impressed at how easy is

it install applications directly onto our box ok let's open her up again I've

no idea what this application is and here we can just see the application

working for and although I've no idea why I'm clicking on that's the

application there anyway let's back out off that so that application Center go

is really impressive lots of applications lots of different

categories there should definitely be something in here for everybody

Colette's backup that let's go back to the hamburger menu ok we can see we got

some options here let's try the first one my apps this will basically now show

me all of the applications I've got installed my first take and we could use

his not to manage this application so let's say for example I'm not using this

application of a hair anymore I can hold that down and I can click on uninstall

click on uninstall again because so basically now allow us to manage

applications installed on our device or from our cell phone let's just click on

OK and that's now being uninstalled so that's my apps which gives us the

ability to manage applications installed on our device we can also click on

applications and we can see that instantly launches our application I

clicked on ok let's back out off that okay next up we go clean more star so

this will basically scan your device and tell you if you do have temporary files

if you you have cash that you could delete or

anything else that could be potentially clogging up your system with this

application with this feature you can actually remotely clear that stuff with

one click next up we've got the screen capture features so not really for

everybody but if you didn't want to capture what's exactly on your fire

stick right now or in your device and here we can just see the screen capture

so if you didn't want to take a picture of the screen without using your normal

camera you can do with this feature and we can see the quality is a lot better

okay so then you go search the cost this has to be one of the big features of

this application so let's click on that now so this now allows you to search for

any content on the Internet if there's any kind of movie I mean legal or TV

show that you want to search for documentary you can search that in here

and then anything that you find and with one click you can cost directly onto

your TV without any kind of downloading so for example with searching for some

documentaries ok so let's find a BBC documentary for a

test ok let's destroy this link here which is

some BBC news click on that so the unit cost is to your devices click on OK and

there we have it guys with one click we are now costing this video directly on

to our devices or any kind of installation that's working great ok

let's back off that it's obvious you can be searching for any kind of like you

know movie or any kind of TV show anything you find one click and you're

now costing that to your TV let's go back to the hamburger menu click options

for YouTube so if you do want to cost YouTube to your TV you can do that so

let's say for example what the cost is video here let's click on that now and

click on the cost on TV button at the bottom and there with the one-click we

are now costing this video on to our device the let's back it off that you

didn't have live channels so this is basically if you do have an m3u playlist

for something that you previously purchased you can add another URL or

like m3u foil and this will now allow you to cost those IP TV channels onto

your device as well so in summary guys I think this is a

fantastic application I'm really impressed with the features some the

Harless include we got the App Center so and here we just got a ton of

applications in all different categories from streaming to utilities to news and

all these applications can be installed directly onto your device with one click

then you go to search the cost feature ago I said pretty much anything you can

find on the Internet any kind of movie or TV show you can search for that and

with the one-click you are now watching out on your big screen with no

installation with no down and that works flawlessly you also have

the my apps features have you in a real application with your currently on your

device you can do that that plus the fact you got the virtual mouse just so

many features in here and it's 100% free and it works on all your devices guys so

hello guys and welcome to a new video today we will talk about Volvo v60 this

is the new Volvo that come let's Martin last month on the market and then we

have the lift gate here with button that's what I want to show you and you

can actually open it with your foot too so this is really great good helpful

when you go to shopping and you don't have any hands-free so that's pretty

cool so the new Volvo v60 trunk this is the first that we can talk we have your

LED light and place for the medical kit the trunk look big with a lot of space

you can actually pull these two if you wanna have known now in the prior

something like that down here you have everything flat this is what I like

about the car that's everything that we have some hookers here in the red and

look at this you can put a lot of luggage here and you have all kind of

option to carry stuff here and you even have a place under here as you can see

you can put there some things in the car so the whole ball have always a lot of

space this is the bigger one a bigger than before mondo he'll have free LED

right in the trunk and now you can close the trunk trunk it's

around 526 I think leader and here is the new LED light very much you have

some plastic and it's red light reflector and they're LED lights to the

number I don't have to say a lot about Volvo because you already know that the

ball will have very good quality on the materials and everything so I just have

to say that Volvo with the last model they did a great job and it's a

beautiful design and it's really more spacious and look at this these lines

they make the car a little bit more sporty too much much nicer

they come with Michelin tires as standard and this is looking freaky well

the color border there simple in good quality and I like the car on the white

and the white it's looks pretty nice look at this design look at these lines

down here it's really beautiful it's a nice car and here we have

interesting lines to protect upper part of the car I think from the Stone

they make it a little bit and outside so it's looked pretty good I like the fact

that it's all in white even this protection plastic down here it's in the

white and that's give the car a little bit more style and quality and I find it

pretty nice so some chrome here up here you can put an extra trunk so you can

carry a lot of stuff with you it's really practical this the Volvo v60 like

all other Volvo now I just want to show you the LED light from the front this is

my favorite looks so beautiful there we have the new technology with high beam

automatic high-beam and all other cornering light and stuff to get this

front looks so sporty so beautiful I really like this chrome line here on the

side and the decide to look nice now I think it's more beautiful than then some

of the other cars here on the light we have two volvo sign and down here we

have another fog light that's looking nice so what do you think guys about

this front but I like it very much the front of the cars look so sporty so nice

now you can just watch for yourself and just see from behind here it's look nice

the white color on the Volvo v60 it's looking very nice and I'm pretty excited

to see a new Volvo v60 on the real and it look much much better than in the

video and in reality it's this pretty nice and from the back to the back it's

nice too I like this car I wish they'd make it in the future

electric that would be pretty exciting now the interior we will talk a little

bit later about it's pretty beautiful and high quality Volvo look on every

detail in this car and they take care of every lines and every point like for

example on this door here you can see the lines you can see how beautiful this

is and how much quality and how much time they invest in this car we have the

also the digital display there - digital display and cockpit - so this will be an

interesting review about so here in the front you can see the GPS in the middle

you have a lot of option you can see the sign recognition there you have two

temperature and all kind of information about the car the light at time in what

gear you are here on the steering wheel you can actually control the the digital

display and here on the left you have also two

around a lot of auction lot of option that you can control the digital cockpit

the steering wheel has a very good quality like always on all four and the

position of driving it's comfortable and pretty very good visibility

I like this chrome lines here on the dashboard you can see this great plus

here it's soft everywhere nice quality materials all over the car I like to

show the cars I know I have a lot of you say to me the video is too long but I

know there are many people there that want to buy a car they want to see in

detail every single thing and I try to to show in detail everything here the

multimedia display here you have it's very simple on Volvo to work with very

intuitive you can actually you have here a lot of option a lot of for example

here is the GPS that can show you parking place and all kind of stuff

where you can go here we have some safety assistant and it's very easy to

use you just click it you have two cameras here in the back you can see the

lines we don't have on this car 3d cameras but you can take it as an option

and you can have it as an option so the visibility in the black it's pretty well

if you have a camera you don't need nothing else because it's easy to park

with the camera here we have the the button in the middle when you push it

you go in the main screen so here what kind of option for steering wheel

for reading the sign you can see there and sitting and blind spot Lane Assist

and yeah you know what I mean here in the middle and you push it you

go to the main screen in the main screen all you have to do is just press what

you're interesting in and change the language to you have there the

navigation system to work pretty nice the screen it's glossy it's work really

good and really fast you have a 3d map there and you also have a 2d map so it's

pretty easy to use now going back and I go to the left we have some extra

information here about the consumption and about the car so here is the status

of the car you can see the oil how many petrol you have here the wheels if

everything it's fine with the car there you can see the errors here we have the

button the blinking button kind of small here it's interesting I was I preferred

it a little bit more in the middle like on the other cars but it's okay here you

can control them multimedia you can play the radio and the music here in the

middle down here we have some place very small place for the keys or something

like that and here also the cup holders and 12

port right there and place for your mobile against there here is the start

engine button here's the handbrake electric ten breaking out of hold and

down here we have some two USB port and a place to put your stuff it's pretty

useful pretty nice like I said the dashboard and everything it's very good

quality I want to tell this again down here - we have a nice chrome that's like

plastic here but it's pretty nice down here we have some plastic and here is

the space yeah a lot of space there and LED light

I like these details I like to know that they're it's LED light everywhere in the

car or not like on the Hyundai where it's led only in some parts and some

parts they're not so this car have led everywhere so Volvo respect their

premium status so yeah so guys I know that you comment always that it's too

long but for some people they want to buy this car they wanna see every detail

and I try to show everything up here we have some information and here is all

the intelligent to reading this sign road and reading the other car in the

front and land you have the microphone the mirror with LED light great great

quality

now what can I show you the doors the doors handle are like plastic we can

hear it and here you can save your your seat I like to sit and you can save your

position for the next time when you come in the car here we have the soft

material almost everywhere actually here are the button here is the mirror I just

been in the black buttons they look simple here we have a space for or there

we have another led LED light it's pretty nice there are good consumption

so the position in the driving seat it's very well very good and you can adjust

it in different ways the seat so you can find perfect position of down front back

one kind of position so it's pretty easy to use and intuitive yeah it's great

so visibility it's good the the position is good you can stay with your hand

there have a lot of space the mirror are big as you can see here it's big mirror

and pretty nice to see in the back really easy so I like that the mirrors

are white to the same like the car I tell you I like this that means it's a

premium car and look at this shit I think the Volvo seats are the best I

think are the best almost the best on the market so good quality and this

leather is strong strong leather and they are so tiny and it don't take

so much space in the car down here we have the Volvo logo on the doors with

LED and here you can adjust that's it this is the electric art and that was

the interior guys the doors are open and closed with little finger you can have

the key in your pocket and you can open it and the quality on the doors it's

pretty good when you close it and open it in the back let's go in the back a

little bit to see on the doors design look good we have soft material the same

gray glossy plastic here the button for the window it's pretty simple and black

leather we have led LED light to see what you have in the pocket down here we

have a little bit plastic to protect the interior with rubber and down up here to

plastic and here it's a soft material kind of soft where you can stay so let's

go inside inside here we have the adjustable kinematic here in the back we

have four four four options for every passenger in the car to adjust the

pneumatic and air depend on him look at look it down there the LED light under

the seats fantastic here we have the USB and twelve volt port and all kind of

charging so it's pretty cool here we have some rest

with some space to put some stuff there here LED light nice quality the upper

they are not big and heavy they are so tiny and so good quality here the phone

do you have some space in two cupholders I like that like that you can leave your

national stage today.

Earlier this week, Tomi found herself getting hammered on Twitter after she decided to go

after Michelle Obama, after Michelle Obama had the audacity to give a speech where she

talked to young people about the importance of voting.

My god.

Can you imagine a more controversial topic to discuss with young people in the United

States?

The importance of them voting?

Well, Tomi Lahren wouldn't have it.

She was absolutely furious that this former First Lady was out there telling kids, "Hey,

you should probably go vote."

Apparently that's what triggers the blonde little Tomi.

Here's what she Tweeted.

"Michelle Obama said we had a great president.

By what measure?

Not in economic growth.

Not in border enforcement.

Not in strength on the world stage.

Sit down, Michelle."

"Sit down, Michelle."

"Sit down, Michelle."

I'm struggling to come up with words at the moment, because I'm actually so friggin' pissed

off having to read that garbage that this woman who does have a national audience said

on Twitter.

Not in economic growth?

Really, Tomi?

Are you that dumb?

Were you not paying attention to the last eight years, when we were pulled out of a

recession and went into one of the longest streaks of economic growth in the US history,

a streak that actually does continue to this day?

You're willing to give Trump all the credit for it, but you're not willing to actually

look further back on all those graphs that show that when Obama took office, everything

started going up.

Did you know that monthly job creation on average was higher during the Obama Administration

than it's been during the Trump Administration?

I'm sure you didn't.

Were you aware that, and this isn't a good thing for Obama, but it's a thing that happened,

that Obama was also locking up migrant children, they were abusing them, detaining them, extending

the Flores settlement to keep them locked away longer than legally possible?

Yeah, Obama was actually pretty strict on border enforcement as well, but you don't

care about facts.

You're trying desperately to remain relevant in an overcrowded right-wing hate talker field

that is getting increasingly hard for any one person to emerge as the leader.

That's what happens, and I've mentioned that before, because I've seen it before.

I've been in this business long enough to watch what happens over there on the right.

About 14 years ago, there was a little competition, right?

You had Coulter, you had Malkin, you had Ingraham.

You had a couple other right-wing hate talkers, all trying to vie to be the loudest voice

in that hate movement.

Ultimately, they all kind of faded away.

They still go on Fox News, but nobody pays attention to them anymore.

Same thing's happening today.

You got Tomi Lahren, you have Ben Shapiro, Dave Rubin, Charlie Kirk.

All of these people trying to say the dumbest, craziest things possible to get the attention

of that particular day, because that's about how long it lasts.

People like Tomi Lahren know that their career has a shelf life, and it is a very short one

at that.

This girl, woman, whatever, has about two-three more years before she finally goes down the

tube, and another more attractive right-wing hate talker emerges to kick her out of her

throne, and forever cast her into obscurity.

Mark my words, that day is coming, and it's coming a lot sooner than Tomi thinks.

Hi there, I'm Murielle and welcome to this

video where I'll talk about how to excel

in digital and fast changing times

without exhausting yourself or others. In

this 4 video series, I will explain why

you have to adopt new leadership habits

and new business techniques to feel

better and excel in digital times. And

the great thing is that you can learn

these habits without losing your

precious time away from the office. Am I

the leader I want to be? That was my

tipping point. I was there the CEO of a

media company in the midst of a digital

transformation. I was this superwoman who

could deliver, who worked day and

night, who saw solutions and suggested

her team to follow them, who controlled

everything or thought she did.

I had always been successful in my

studies and in my career. I could deliver

everything that was expected for me. But

now I was running like hell and it

seemed I only had a small impact. And I

was losing control. I pretended that

everything was ok but deep down I was

exhausting myself. I tried to shut down

what I felt and continued working harder

to deliver. But I was slowly

disconnecting from myself, from others

and from what really mattered. And the

people around me in the organization

were exhausting themselves too. The

stress was high, the mood was negative at

times and the burnouts increased. We

faced many issues. We all had too many

things to do, the old things and the new

things. We lacked clarity because our

plans kept changing all the time. I and

the rest of the management teams,

sometimes imposed stupid decisions on

others because our decision process had

become too slow or inefficient. And the

need to collaborate at

outgrown our current functional

structure leading to silo thinking.

People were spending more time in

meetings trying to align, than doing

their actual jobs. And all that was

creating stress and burnouts. That were

the issues we were facing, because we

used techniques from a slower time,

in these fast changing digital times. And

I was exhausting myself because I had

habits that worked very well in these

slower times, but we're now standing in

the way of my success. It was only when I

adopted new business techniques and

leadership habits that we excelled and

successfully transformed as an

organization. And that I started to feel

better. With my new habits, I also became

this other kind of leader, connected to

myself, to others and to what mattered to

me. Do you face these issues as well in

your organization? Many leaders currently

do, as you can see in the graph below this

video. So why do you need to adopt new

business techniques and leadership

habits? Because if you still use the

techniques and habits that were designed

for slower times, in these fast changing

times, you might find yourself running

like hell for too little impact. You

might face high stress levels. You might

face a lot of chaos and frustration. You

might lose a sense of purpose and think

"for the sake of what am I doing all this?".

And, like me, you might even start to

question yourself about the leader you are

becoming. You might not always recognize

yourself anymore. And without the new

techniques, your organization will not

adapt itself fast enough to all the

changes. Tomorrow I'll tell you what new

techniques are but also, what the four

habits are, that leaders should adopt. And

these new habits might surprise you, as

they might not be what

There's some jackhammerin' goin' on and when I heard that, I thought, "That's just about

right, because our lives can be gritty and messy and things are upended all the time.

So today, in the midst of the noise and all that is going on, I want to read a section

in my book called, Waiting for You.

Living a lit up, sparking life, need not be dependent on knowing and seeing clearly the

path forward.

It does not require you to wholly understand your gifts, your destiny, or your why.

It is not dependent upon a sense of potent proficiency.

Perhaps this is the most needed nudge thus far.

A deeply natural and exceedingly common human tendency is to believe that living with good

juju of feelings like joy, peace, and confidence requires lots of other accomplishments first.

But it's not true.

This way of life is not out there in the future or dependent on you doing anything first.

A full-to-the brim experience of a daily life sparking with feel-good meaning and purpose

can be yours here and can be part of your daily life now, in the midst of the not- yet-known,

the not-yet-understood, and the not-yet-proficient.

You can walk through life, your head held high with confidence, even amidst these not-yet

bits.

This is good news.

Your value, your worth, and your purpose are planted in you.

They reside in you.

They are yours.

Right here and right now...

[I'm gonna skip to the back part of this section.]

So, my friend, keep walking.

Don't give up.

Don't lose heart.

Don't quit.

Keep cultivating places where you can be yourself, claim your unique passions and purpose, find

ways to collaborate with others, and boldly build these rhythms of taking time to fuel

yourself from deep within.

and it feels so good to be home.

Got home, and we're going through all this stuff,

and envelopes, and packages,

and junk, and everything,

and I got a card from somebody in the mail.

It said, hey Russell, I want you on my podcast.

It only takes seven minutes.

Let me know if you're in.

And I read that, and I gave it to my wife.

I was like, what do you think about this?

She's like, I don't know. It sounds good.

I said, do you notice in this card,

he was basically telling me the benefit to him, like,

hey, I really want you on my podcast.

Like, that's the benefit for him.

You gave me one benefit.

It was that it would only take seven minutes of my time,

but he didn't talk about what was in it for me.

And I wanted everyone to understand this.

When you're asking people for anything--

This is, you're trying to sell something,

whatever it is you're trying to do,

you always have to create an offer.

I don't know if I've talked about this

on the podcast before, but when I was first getting started,

There was an acronym?

I don't know.

Called W, I, I, F, M.

What's, in, it, for, me.

And so whenever I'm pitching somebody on something,

I'm not telling them what's in it for me.

I'm telling them what's in it for them.

I want the customer thinking, or the person saying,

what's in it for me?

So if I was gonna pitch Russell on a podcast,

I wouldn't say, hey, this only takes seven minutes.

It's gonna be amazing to have you on my podcast.

'Cause, all that you're really doing is pitching,

like, the benefits of yourself as having me on your podcast.

You gotta have something out.

What's the offer I'm creating Russell,

for him to take the time out of his day to be on my podcast?

This is true if you're asking to be on a podcast,

an interview, asking a girl on a date,

asking a boy on a date, I don't know.

Nowadays that happens, I guess, you know.

Asking somebody for money,

'cause it's always about what's-in-it-for-them.

Like what, W-I-I-F-M,

thinking about it from their perspective.

What's in it for me, what's in it for me?

Like, what is it that is in it for them?

I'd just say something like, hey Russell,

I run a podcast, right now I've got

x amount of down listeners.

My people are entrepreneurs

that are obsessed with this thing.

I don't know who you are,

but I wanna get deeper, so they can understand

who you are better.

Do you, if you decide to do this podcast,

these are things I'm gonna do:

help promote it, make sure that the time

you spend isn't a waste.

Number one, the first thing I'm gonna do,

and I start creating an offer, right?

Now, the first thing I'm gonna do,

podcast will only take seven minutes.

So, it's not gonna take a ton of your time.

So, it'd be really, really fast.

Number two, after it's done,

I'm gonna spend up to, you know,

$2,000 promoting this on Facebook

to make sure that everybody hears the podcast,

gets to listen to you.

Number three is my entire customer list.

You know maybe it's not huge right now

but I'm gonna go and I'm gonna do a big promotion

for anybody who listens to the podcast

to get a free copy of your book.

In fact, I would love to buy a 100 copies

of your book I can just give away to my listeners.

Four, now I know you are a big believer in OUR,

it's the charity you believe in.

What I'll also do is,

in the podcast episode I'm gonna tell everyone

to go to ourfilm.org so they can watch

the documentary you created, so you can spread that mission.

And number five, I'll promote that

to my entire email list so that they

can understand about it.

That way you only spend seven minutes of your time.

What's gonna happen is, you're gonna sell a bunch of books,

you're going to get the message

about OUR out there to the world,

blah blah blah blah blah, right?

So now it's like, holy cow,

look at the benefit for me.

Look at all these things he's gonna do for me

in exchange for my seven minutes of my time.

That would have gotten me to take the card to my office.

Instead I looked at it

and I kind of smiled and I put it into the trash.

And so, hopefully the person

who sent this listens to it

because it's a good idea for them.

But for all of you guys,

I want you thinking about that.

When you're asking somebody for something,

and it doesn't matter how small it seems to you.

Like seven minutes might seem like

a small thing for you,

but for me seven minutes is never seven minutes either.

You know, there's gonna be 10, 15 minutes of prep time,

I have to stop whatever I'm doing to do this thing.

So that means it's almost 15, 20, maybe 30 minutes

of swing time for me to do a seven minute interview, right?

If I was to sell that it would be 5000 bucks or more.

So it's like, hey, I gotta go make

at least $5000 worth of value for Russell

for him to take this time out to go and do the thing, right?

So start thinking about every single time

you're asking somebody for anything

it's just coming back realizing I need to make an offer,

I need to make an irresistible offer.

Even though it seems like seven minutes

is not that big of a deal, it's huge for Russell.

Or it's huge for whoever you're promoting or you're pitching

on whatever the thing is that you wanna do.

It's the same skill if you ask an affiliate,

if you're asking your an interview,

if you're asking a customer.

We need to become better at

creating irresistible offers, okay?

I'm gonna preach that over and over and over

and over and over again.

In fact, we're working on a challenge

where we're gonna be working with you guys

to get your first 1000 bucks,

or get you to your first million,

whatever the next, the next one from aways

that you're looking for for your business.

The majority of what that thing is gonna be

is teaching us how to create a irresistible offer.

And so you've really gotta start thinking about

every single aspect of your life.

If I was gonna ask a girl out today,

I'm not gonna come out and be like,

hey do you want to go on a date with me?

I'm gonna say, I've gotta create

an irresistible offer for her.

I'm gonna say, hey, I don't know if you know,

but there's this really cool band

that's coming to town.

They're one of my favorite bands in the world.

What we'll do is before we go to the concert

we'll go get sushi, 'cause that's my--

be like, what's your favorite food? Sushi?

Cool, we're gonna go get sushi,

and we're gonna go to the concert.

After the concert, a bunch of us are

hiking up this mountain and we're gonna

watch the sunset or the sunrise, or something.

It's gonna be amazing, so whatever, right?

So I'm gonna create a really good offer,

'cause then it's like,

then the person we're asking on a date's not saying

okay, do I want to spend the night with this person or not?

They're saying, holy cow, if I spend the night

with this person look at the benefits that come back to me.

What's in it for me?

That's what your prospect is always saying,

no matter what the offer is.

No matter what the pitch is.

No matter if you are pitching a date,

pitching a promotion, pitching an interview,

pitching a sell, whatever it is

they're always thinking what's in it for me?

So you have to make that so irresistible.

How do you create, how do you make a stack slide?

Like go back to Expert Secrets,

study the stack slide section.

Making a stack slide for everything.

Literally everything, your entire goal is just

make the thing that you are asking them

so much more valuable than the thing

you're trying to get in return, okay.

If it's money, if it's time, if it's whatever.

Make the thing you're offering them

so much more valuable than what you're asking in return

that they have to say yes.

question is a surefire option being

illegal here on out well I'm gonna

answer that let's jump into my laptop to

discuss this article that put my lawyer

my friend sent me the other day

detailing how exactly this Australian or

this well-known Australian drop shipping

business was sued and this is very

important for you to understand because

I want to discuss why governments around

the world why authorities around the

world are cracking down on drop shipping

so let's get into my laptop so here we

are on the exact article that I want to

discuss with you and this was sent to me

the other day the first few paragraphs

by the way a kind of pointless or what

is drop shipping advantages and

disadvantages of drop shipping now I

hope you do understand what is drop

shipping already and fYI the reasons why

this this section is in this article is

because obviously this company legal

vision wants to rank on Google for

dropshipping the term but this is the

juicy stuff let me zoom in on this as

direct is the company that we're talking

about so the facts as direct was an

online retailer of electronic goods that

operated using a drop shipping model or

customers paid for the orders before

receiving their products when a customer

pay for an order a direct will pass it

on to its supplies now that's pretty

common sense that's drop shipping a

whole and we should all know this here's

the juicy stuff

Oz direct had an agreement with its

suppliers that if it exceeded its credit

limit suppliers were under no obligation

to fulfill the orders now despite this I

was direct submitted several orders

while it was in credit hold this is the

important part

resulting in customers not receiving the

orders or not receiving them in a

reasonable timeframe after making

payments and I want to discuss this in a

second but now let's talk about the

legal decision at the time as Direct

accepted the orders it new or oughtn't

have known that it would not be able to

deliver the orders within a reasonable

time because it was

crédit hold furthermore oz director made

various misleading and deceptive

statements about customers rights to

refunds now that's really interesting so

essentially what they've done here is

contravene the CE CE a which is an act

here in Australia therefore as long as

retailers can deliver the goods

customers pay for there's nothing

illegal about drop shipping what is

illegal is accepting payments for

products you do not reasonably intend to

supply on making misleading and to set

this statements about customers rights

and refunds so the reason why a thority

czar cracking down on trop shipping is

because it's a business model with such

low barriers to entry almost anyone can

start and unfortunately it's attracting

an unethical crowd and unethical crowd

that's willing to make a very quick buck

off the expense of the customers that's

why drop shipping stores are being shut

down there's legal action taking against

bigger drop shipping stores at the

moment and there's a lot of red flags

across the board and I know this because

I receive a lot of questions that relate

to legalities dodgy practices of drop

shipping so I'm gonna get straight into

these questions that I get asked because

they're frequently asked questions and

it's quite important for you to

understand the answers as well so the

first common question that I get around

drop shipping in legality is do I need

to tell the supply that I am drop

shipping is this illegal if I don't now

the short answer is no it's not a legal

but should you do it totally yes you

should tell you supplier that you are

drop shipping there's a lot of perks of

telling your supply that you are drop

shipping your product to a location

other than your own and you can simply

do this via the checkout page of

Aliexpress or even better you can do

this with Oba low in the back end the

settings page and just insert that

automated a message that you know

automatically processes once you set out

to fulfill that product my default

message to supplies is generally along

the lines of please do not include tax

receipts or invoices in this order I am

drop shipping this order to a different

it's as simple as that now I do go more

in depth for certain orders and but

that's another different pro tip for a

different video but message as simple as

this allows the supplier to understand

that hey you are drop shipping and

frankly they are used to drop shippers

especially if you're using Aliexpress

and and this will allow you to drop ship

and white label that service so really

you want to just establish credibility

and transparency with both the customer

and the supplier you don't want to be

unethical in any sort of way or form by

basically lying to the supplier and is

it legal to not tell you supply yeah

sure it is but should you do it I don't

think so

the second question a very common

question is can I sell counterfeit

products and the answer is a very

astounding note if you're taking

intellectual property in any shape or

form whether that be a design that is

linked to a very popular sneaker or if

that's literally a product that has a

famous logo that is copyrighted already

then you need to stay very clear of that

product and very clear of that supplier

as well because that is completely

illegal I'm not even gonna bother

elaborating on this specific question

because the answer is an astounding no

and look I'm gonna save you a lot of

money here and tell you that if you're

thinking about selling copyrighted

products then just stop right there

just stop and move on to genuine

products products that you can create

yourself that a white label because

there is a lot of money to be made in

that space and it is completely legal so

go down the right ethical path the third

question is can I get away with not

providing a returns or refund policy and

now I believe this is based on the

country that you drop shipping from but

overall no you cannot it is illegal at

least in Australia not to provide a

returns or refunds policy or exchange

pro

and you do need to provide some sort of

policy and and I highly recommend

providing customers a robust policy

where they have a peace of mind this is

very beneficial from many points of view

so a lot of people I find tend to think

that they're gonna lose money with their

refunds or exchange policy but that

really isn't the case yes you are going

to get Tigers that come in buy your

product and then ask for a refund for

any stupid reason but the only capital

wants 2% of people really what a refunds

and exchange policy does is establish a

very credible business and it actually

boosts conversion rate because they've

got peace of mind they know that's your

a legitimate business you're not here to

scam people which you shouldn't be in

the first place and but that's the

that's the point really you want to

provide them with peace of mind so

they're gonna make that purchase and

they're gonna come back as a return

customer on top of that there is SEO

benefits and I mentioned this in a

previous video but I mentioned it again

of having a return policy at the footer

there actually is a dual SEO benefits

COO who does give that a green tick they

do realize that you have a return policy

it's a must need for a shopping campaign

a Google Shopping campaign but if you're

interested in that video then go check

it out and it's all about organic and

how to set up your store in a way that

is compatible with Google so to wrap it

up drop shipping is a completely legal

genuine and authentic business model if

you're doing it right it is a business

model at the end of the day but in light

of drop shipping --zz new popularity and

it's bad reputation a lot of authorities

are cracking down on it and keeping a

close eye on drop shippers including

shall fire itself but all it's doing is

stopping those dodgy drop shippers who

were destined to fail anyway sooner or

later it's very simple guys if you look

at drop shipping as a legitimate

business bottle which it is and a chance

to create a brand with the customers at

the forefront then you've got a very

good chance at creating a five six seven

digit revenue business

in the drop shipping niche so there we

have it guys I hope you or dropship as

legally as possible and be ethical about

your business that is very important

because if you're on an ethical you're

going to be weeded out sooner or later

and it's just not worth it so guys I

It's the story that we're all telling about it when President Obama was elected

We all had a positive expectation a lot of us that things were gonna

change and this was gonna be a new beginning for all of us and it was

Historical and we we're all excited about it.

So we all had a lot of positive expectation.

We're way up in that green zone And right now, when Trump was elected the

story that we' re all telling is like this It's just been a negative.

It's been a negative story for the most part the whole time

Yeah, and so the stories that we're telling is just going to attract whatever it is that

story and That's why, if I was ever hearing anybody

talking about, all the things that are going wrong with the Trump administration

I would remind them that all of us create our own

personal reality and every day that we live our life we get to

choose what we want to focus on and yeah

We can focus on all the crazy stories on CNN and Fox News and all that stuff or we can

focus on the things in Our life that we want to create and we can

even use some of that crazy stuff that Trump might say or do if

we're inspired, Well, this is the world that I want to create

and start focusing on that and we're very powerful if we

If we see something that we don't find, the way we want it to be in the world

Maybe it's kids not being fed or fresh water or poverty or whatever it is

The the key is to it's not to focus on the poverty and lack of food and water

the key is to focus on the abundance and Everybody being fed and everybody having fresh

water And the more that we focus on that another

word for law of attraction is just momentum And so I mean it means the exact same thing

And so when it comes to that scale, especially we're never stagnant.

We never stay in the same place So say I see a lot of poverty and I want abundance

for that group of people I can start focusing my mind on

Abundance and I might not know how or when or where it's gonna be or what it's going

to look like But if I focus on that long enough the momentum

will start to pick up more and more and more and then not only will

I attract other people that want to do that exact same thing

I'll start attracting the way that it's going to be I can do it,

whether it be me needing to meet someone that is

a mentor for me or, reading a series of books or whatever it is.

All the ways are unlimited But really for all of us

It's the story that we choose to tell about any area of life is what we're going to create

for ourselves We can't tell a story one way and then create

another way It just it's impossible because momentum is

going to just pick up and take us towards whatever it is that story

That we're telling so I pay very little attention to the news and all the crazy stuff that's

going on Because I heard a long time ago that our purpose

in life is really closely Tied to whatever part of this world really

it feels like I want this I want to see that different like I want to

see that change Like a lot of times that's really closely

tied to what we wanted to do For Humanity when we came down here

We're really just down here because for the enjoyment of it and the more that we're enjoying

life The more that we have those amazing ideas

that things that we want to create Because at the end of the day all of us want

to see a better version of Our life our family's life of the world than

when we first got here But at the only way that we can do that is

by focusing on that versus focusing on the challenges

focusing on challenges only brings more challenges the good news with Trump is all of the stuff

that is really like Making people upset and that just make I mean

almost like just that it's almost hate like it's way down in the red

people talk about Trump sometimes Their sharing because whenever we're down

there in the red We're sharing with the universe what it is

that we really want And so now we can't we'll never attract that

and create that Unless we can get our mind off of things that

we hate and put our mind on the things that we desire I

mean that's the key.

Knowing that tomorrow physically is not guaranteed to any of us

I asked myself the question if today was my last

Which there's no promise for tomorrow for me or for any of us if today was my last would

I really be Focusing on what I'm focusing on right now

if I knew today was my last and I definitely wouldn't be focusing on any politics
