How to hear the gentle, invisible voices that can guide you to wealth.

Your subconscious mind seeks to protect you at all times.

Therefore, you should learn to listen to the inner promptings of intuition.

Your subjective self governs all your vital organs and will continue to maintain them

in equilibrium and balance unless your conscious mind intrudes with worry, anxiety, fears and

negative thoughts.

These negative thoughts upset the Divine norm within your deeper mind.

Within your subconscious mind is the Divine Presence, which you can call your Higher Self,

the Superconscious, the I AM, or "The Christ in you, the hope of Glory."

All these terms mean the same thing.

Your subconscious mind reacts to suggestion and the commands of your conscious mind.

You can, therefore train your conscious mind to recognize the promptings of your subjective

mind in the right direction.

Usually, when you are relaxed and your mind is at peace, your conscious mind is more closely

"en rapport" with your subconscious mind, and then the inner voice of intuition is heard

and felt clearly and distinctly.

The best guide is the knowledge which comes from the correct instructions to your subconscious

mind, which will enable you to distinguish the true from the false.

When you have a sincere desire for the truth, knowing that Infinite Spirit responds according

to the nature of your thought, you will get results.

How cultivation of the intuitive faculty brings riches to you.

You will receive answers and directions from your subconscious mind based on what you consciously

meditate upon.

The question you entertain or turn over to your deeper mind gestates in the darkness

of your subconscious, and when all the data are gathered, you receive instantaneously

that which your intellect, or reasoning mind, could accomplish only after weeks of monumental

trial and error.

When our reasoning faculties fail us in our perplexities, the intuitive faculty sings

the silent song of triumph.

Artists, poets, writers and inventors listen to this voice of intuition.

As a result, they are able to astonish the world by the beauties and glories drawn from

this storehouse of knowledge within themselves.

They have discovered the source of true riches.

Intuition and what it means.

Intuition means the direct perception of truth, independent of any reasoning process, immediate

apprehension, a keen and quick insight.

The word "intuition" also means "inner hearing."

Hearing is not the only way to nurture intuition.

Sometimes it comes as a thought, but the most common way is to "hear the voice."

Intuition goes much farther than reason.

You employ reason to carry out intuition.

Often times you will find that intuition is the opposite of what your reasoning would

have told you.

The conscious mind of man is reasoning, analytical and inquisitive; the subjective faculty of

intuition is always spontaneous.

It comes as a beacon to the conscious intellect.

Many times it speaks as a warning against a proposed trip or plan of action.

We must listen and learn to heed the voice of wisdom It does not always speak to you

when you wish it to do so, but only when you need it.

The riches of clairaudience.

Clairaudience is a faculty of your subconscious mind and means "clear hearing."

The daemon of Socrates is a classical case.

He believed he could clearly hear the inner voice, whose admonitions were always wise.

The voice was usually one of warning.

Moreover, he pointed out that its strongest manifestations were made when his safety or

well being was involved.

His subconscious mind communicated with the conscious mind in words audible to his senses.

This phenomenon is known as clairaudience, and it is based on the most powerful instinct

of the human soul — the instinct of self-preservation.

Socrates believed that the silence of the daemon was an approval of his conduct, and

according to his belief was it done unto him.

A banker discovers the riches of intuition.

A banker friend of mine, who specializes in gold stocks and investments for himself and

special customers, has had extraordinary success in this field.

Some months ago, the name of a foreign gold stock welled up in his mind, and his inner

voice said, "Buy it."

He did so and also advised many customers to do so.

He also intuitively knew the price it would reach within a year.

He and his bank customers have made profits of thousands of dollars.

He has been charging his subconscious mind as follows: "My subconscious mind will make

me instantly aware of the right gold stock to purchase at the right time in the right

way, which will bless me and my customers."

Obviously, he has succeeded in getting the intuitive faculty of his subconscious to respond

according to the nature of his request.

The magic of extrasensory perception was alert to his request and presented him with the

information at the right time.

A most extraordinary experience.

An ex-alcoholic once confessed to the author that at one time he had been in the throes

of a deep depression.

He had placed a pistol to his head intending to commit suicide, when he immediately heard

the commanding words in his ear, "Not, now, with long life will I satisfy you."

He was stunned and desisted from his idea of suicide.

That was forty years ago, and he is still vital, alert and alive and immensely successful

in his profession.

It is well-known and understood that in all cases where danger to the individual is imminent,

the subjective mind makes a supreme effort to avoid and prevent the danger.

It acts and speaks in a way to which the individual will respond.

The highest activity of your subconscious, or subjective mind (I use these words interchangeably),

is exercised in the effort to preserve the life of man.

Remember, the monitions of your deeper self are always lifeward and should be heeded.

That inner voice that seeks to protect you physically, financially and in all ways is

not from supernatural agencies or disembodied entities but from the intuitive faculty of

your own subconscious, which knows all and sees all.

Points to remember.

One.

Your subconscious mind seeks to protect you at all times, and it behooves you to learn

to listen to its inner monitions and promptings at all times.

Two.

When you are relaxed and your mind is at peace, the inner voice of intuition is heard clearly

and distinctly.

Three.

The inner voice often times speaks to you as an inner, persistant feeling, a sort of

hunch, warning you of danger to yourself or a loved one.

Four.

When you have a sincere desire for the truth, and knowing that Infinite Spirit responds

according to the nature of your thought, you will get results.

Affirm boldly that Infinite Intelligence is your constant guide and counselor and that

you will instantly recognize the monitions of your Higher Self.

You will receive answers according to your request.

Five.

You will receive answers and directions from your subconscious according to what you meditate

on.

Six.

Artists, poets, inventors, etc. listen to the inner voice of intuition.

They astonish the world by the beauties and glories drawn from the storehouse within.

Seven.

Intuition means direct perception of truths or facts independent of any reasoning process.

Intuition also means, "inner hearing."

Nine.

The extrasensory faculties of your deeper mind can see the motivations of an employer

and also the future result.

These are hidden from the conscious mind.

When that intuitive feeling wells up telling you not to take the promotion, follow it.

Ten.

After praying about anything specific, the first impression is usually correct.

Eleven.

Clairaudience is a faculty of your subconscious and means "clear hearing."

Self-preservation is the most powerful instinct of the human soul, and many times your subjective

self speaks in a voice to warn you and to protect you.

Twelve.

You can direct your subconscious to guide you always and know that Divine right action

governs you and that you are to be instantly informed about anything you need to know for

your protection.

You may hear a voice saying, "Don't go" — obey it.

Thirteen.

A banker conveys the idea to his subconscious mind that he will be instantly made aware

of the right gold stock to purchase, and the names of particular gold stocks well up from

his subconscious, and he becomes consciously aware of the right gold stock to buy.

Fourteen.

In all cases where danger to the individual is imminent, the subjective mind makes a supreme

effort to avoid danger.

It may speak in a way to which the individual will respond.

Fifteen.

The monitions of your deeper mind are always life-ward and should be heeded.

Sixteen.

If you wish to meet someone and you don't know where the person is, picture yourself

talking to the individual, feel the reality of the experience, dramatize it in your mind

and enter into the tones of reality.

Your deeper mind will bring both of you together in Divine order.

Meditation for the riches of the silence.

"Infinite Intelligence is my constant guide and counselor.

I will instantly recognize the promptings and monitions that come from my Higher Self,

which forever seek to protect, guide, and watch over me in all ways.

I will instantly recognize the 'lead' which comes into my conscious mind, and I

will always disregard groundless fancies.

I know that my deeper mind responds to what I am now consciously writing on it, and I

give thanks for the joy of the answered prayer."

"I know and realize that God is a spirit moving within me.

I know that God is a feeling or deep conviction of harmony, health and peace within me; it

is the movement of my own heart.

The spirit or feeling of confidence and of faith which now possesses me is the spirit

of God and the action of God on the waters of my mind; this is God; it is the creative

Power within me."

"I live, move and have my being in the faith and confidence that goodness, truth and beauty

shall follow me all the days of my life; this faith in God and all things good is omnipotent;

it removes all barriers."

"I now close the door of the senses; I withdraw all attention from the world.

I turn within to the One, the Beautiful, and the Good; here, I dwell with my Father beyond

time and space; here, I live, move and dwell in the shadow of the Almighty.

I am free from all fear, from the verdict of the world, and the appearance of things.

I now feel His Presence, which is the feeling of the answered prayer, or the presence of

my good."

"I become that which I contemplate.

I now feel that I am what I want to be, this feeling or awareness is the action of God

in me; it is the creative Power.

I give thanks for the joy of the answered prayer and I rest in the silence that 'It

is done."

Why I Don't Use Protein Powder And Why You Don't Need To Either - Duration: 5:50.

hey guys it's Philip welcome back to the channel I'm finally back in Wellington

New Zealand currently staying with my friends trying to find an apartment and

get settled down but my friend's room is gonna have to do for today so the

question I'm answering today is this protein powder are necessary and is it

something worth investing your money in when most of you think of the words

supplement you probably think of protein powder protein powder is synonymous with

building muscle losing fat it's the most popular supplement out there

however protein powder isn't really a supplement it's more of a food but it's

just called the supplement so we're gonna call it a supplement because that

makes things easy so within every health sore supplement

store protein powder is gonna be everywhere and that's because it sells

so well people seem to have this idea that protein powder is going to give you

results but as many of you know if you're not going to the gym and you

start consuming protein powder you're not automatically going to build

muscle because of that all protein powder is is an efficient way to get and

more protein in your diet without many calories typically one scoop of protein

powder is gonna is gonna have 25 grams of protein on average maybe a bit less

maybe a bit more and it's gonna deliver that protein with only a hundred and

fifty calories or so give or take and that's why it's so effective for fat

loss because you can meet your protein requirements retain on to your muscle

while you're losing fat and at the same time still have more room for food to

eat however protein powder isn't necessary and you don't need to be

drinking protein shakes all the time even if you're lifting heavy weights

here's the reason why your results are going to be primarily dictated by the

total amount of calories you consume as well as the total amount of protein you

consume carbs and fat are also important but it's mainly about your calories and

your protein let's say you have 2500 calories for the day and 170 grams of

protein that you're trying to meet you're going to get the exact same

results whether you meet these requirements through unhealthy foods you

know protein shakes it doesn't really matter where you're getting the

sources from yes of course it matters to choose natural foods to get more

nutrients and vitamins micronutrients of course that's important but in general

for body composition it doesn't really matter where your food is coming from as

long as you're hitting the required numbers that you're trying to meet so

that's the point if you're consuming enough protein from real food sources

like chicken egg peas chickpeas whatever sources of protein as long as you're

hitting the number you're trying to meet then protein powder isn't gonna give you

any sort of magical result the reason why it's handy is because sometimes

depending on your protein intake especially if it's high it's difficult

to meet that requirement just from food and it's really easy to just simply have

two scoops of protein and get 50 grams of protein instead of having to eat a

big steak which has twice three times as many more calories and takes much longer

to prepare and consume so that's why protein powder is useful

there isn't anything inherently magic about it you're gonna see many claims

about certain types of protein powders being more rapidly absorbed in the body

for example whey protein is absorbs quicker into the body right hence why

it's usually advocated to be consumed after workout while Castine protein is

slower digesting which is why the classic bodybuilding recommendations say

that you should consume it before bed to keep amino acid levels raised and to

prevent a catabolic state however this does not really matter as long as you're

getting protein from plant and animal based sources you're going to be getting

enough amino acids protein timing doesn't really matter that much

absorption rate doesn't really matter that much the majority of the research

shows that as long as you're consuming the amount you're trying to eat right

and you're following the other basic principles like a calorie deficit or

surplus strength training progressive overload these are the factors which are

gonna determine 99 percent of your results so focus on getting your protein

from real food as your first priority and don't go out and buy protein powder

because you want to gain more muscle by it if you want if you have spare money

and then if you don't meet your requirements or some on some days if

you're in a rush that's when it makes sense to consume

some so that's it for the video just basically a breakdown on why personally

I don't really consume protein powder and why I don't recommend it for the

majority of people food is your best bet and you should just be focusing on that

as your first priority the only times where it's really gonna be useful to

have protein powder as if you're in a big rush one day you don't get enough

from food you're vegan or vegetarian because it's more difficult to get as

much protein all you just have a super super high protein requirement because

that's simply what works best for you now I have a question for you are you

ready to make a transformation to your body into your life and get the body

your voice dreamed of get nice and lean and just have that sexy ripped body that

you you just haven't been able to get after years and years of trying if

that's a goal that sounds appealing to you then I highly recommend checking out

transformation happen so click the link in the description and get started on

At, For, or With? | Brian Miller at Inova Patient Experience Conference 2018 - Duration: 2:37.

[Interviewer] So I actually have a question for Brian because I'd like to know, when did

you first realize the importance of that human connection?

Now, I think in healthcare, we sort of go into this work because we want to help and

we want to connect with people.

But when did you realize that you don't have to be a healthcare provider?

Human connection is important for everyone.

[Brian] Yeah, I mean, I think for me, I realized it much earlier on stage than I did off stage,

very young as a magician because it's very obvious when you're a performer.

At least, it's obvious to many.

Some performers just kind of go up and just say their thing and totally are not aware.

And it's very clear when you watch somebody like, in an open mic, when they're not in

tune with the audience at all.

They're doing a comedy open mic and nobody's laughing.

They go off like, "I killed!

What's next?"

So sometimes it's clear that they're not paying attention.

But most of us are actually very introverted off stage, which you've probably heard a lot

about comedians and performers.

So I've always been very in tune, very sensitive to other people.

And when you put yourself as a performer in an environment, or a speaker, when you put

yourself up in front of hundreds of strangers and ask them to judge you in real time, it's

a very difficult thing.

And so early as a magician, I would feel like the audience didn't react the way I wanted

them to.

Not there was a specific reaction I wanted, but there was a feeling, something I was trying

to give them as a magician, a feeling of wonder or excitement.

And if they weren't getting that from what I was doing, I needed to figure out what was

wrong.

And I think early I realized, oh, I'm not being present.

I'm just doing a rehearsed bit.

And I'm just kind of doing it at them.

And my mentor when I was like 17 or 18, he told me bad magicians perform at their audiences.

Good magicians perform for their audiences.

Great magicians perform with their audiences.

And that's how I learned it as a magician.

But it took an embarrassingly long time later in my personal life to realize why relationships

kept failing and friendships kept failing eventually and it was like, oh, it's the same

thing.

What Types of Child Custody Arrangements Can You Find in a Divorce Agreement? | Ruby Panter - Duration: 1:59.

People often come to us asking what types of child custody arrangements

Can you find in an Alabama divorce agreement?

In an Alabama divorce agreement regarding custody of modern children

It's important to consider and distinguish between the main types of custody:

Legal custody and Physical custody.

Legal custody refers to the decision making process between the parents for the benefit of their minor children,

and includes decisions related to the education and health care of the children;

as well as, the children's participation in extracurricular religious and athletic activities.

In an Alabama divorce agreement the parties, can agree that they will share in the joint legal custody of their children

where they make all of the decisions together.

Or one party can maintain the sole legal custody of the minor children and act as the primary decision-maker

It's important to note that the designation of sole or joint legal custody does not negate each parent's responsibility

To communicate with the other parent regarding all major decisions for the children

Physical custody on the other hand refers to the time in which children are in each parents respective physical care, custody, and control.

In other words, the parent that the children primarily live with.

In an Alabama divorce agreement the parties can agree that one parent will have the sole physical custody of the children

where the children primarily live with one parent and have visitation with the other parent

or they can agree that they will share in the joint physical custody of their children

Where each parent has equal or near equal amounts of time with their children in their physical care

Wait up Ki, I'm setting it up

Listening session yeah?

Yeah so a few weeks ago I just got back from Bali

Just having some fun

Let's review the track

Haha maybe not

Which part do you like the most?

I think the track is too different from the other tracks

Yeah I agree, it's far unlike the other tracks

I get that it's trying to be different

But I think it's too much

Like its far too different

Like so different

It sounds like a club anthem

Cause of the beat and the vocal chops

Well I think we'll just be able to grab a larger audience with a track like this

Is it cheesy?

Tropical vibes are so in now

To be honest I invested a lot of effort into it

I couldn't get it down for months

So finally I went to Bali

I worked on it in Bali for a month

I made the song *sound effects*

In a hot city

and felt a lot of beach vibes

I just adopted all the sights and sounds I got from Bali

Well maybe you don't need to go to Bali

Maybe what you need is to find out what your audience wants to hear from Kimokal

At the end of the day, they're the ones that will listen to our music

Too selfish of me!

Yeah that's true

Thank you, Ki

Eukaryotic Cell Structure - Duration: 8:13.

Hey guys welcome to this Mometrix video over cell structure!

Cells are foundational to life.

In 1839 Matthias Schleiden and Theodor Schwann formulated the Cell Theory.

The cell theory historically contains three sub-theorems:

1. Every living thing is made up of a cell or multiple cells

2. The cell is the basic unit of life 3. Cells come about via cell division.

So, there must be an already existing cell for a new cell to come about.

The modern version of cell theory has added three more sub-theorems to the existing three,

making 6:

4. Energy transference from one cell to another happens from within a cell

5. All hereditary information is located within cells

6. All cells contain the same basic chemical composition

So, basically what cell theory tells us is that cells are pretty important, and understanding

the structure of cells, the most basic unit of life, is crucial to understanding the rest

of an organisms make-up and function.

In this video we will look at the main components of Eukaryotic animal cell structure: 1) Cell

membrane, Nucleus and Nucleolus, cytoplasm, and cytoplasmic organelles.

Cell Membrane You have a bunch of stuff inside of a cell,

the material on the inside is referred to as intercellular, and you have a bunch of

stuff outside of a cell, this material is called extracellular.

Well, the cell membrane is what separates the extracellular material from all the intercellular

material.

The cell membrane maintains the coherence of the cell, and controls what passes in and

out of the cell.

The cell membrane is made up of a double layer of phospholipids and proteins that control

the transporting of substances in and out of the cell.

Located within the cell membrane is the nucleus.

The nucleus is the most prominent structure within the cell membrane.

The outermost portion of the nucleus is also made up of double layer phospholipids and

proteins called the nuclear envelope ( or outer and inner nuclear membrane).

On the inner most surface of the inner nuclear membrane is a stabilizing network of fibrils

called the nuclear lamina.

The nuclear lamina helps to give structure and stability to the nuclear membrane.

Interspersed on the outside of the nuclear envelope are small pores called nuclear pores,

which regulate the passage of molecules, ions, and RNA.

Within the nucleus is a semi-solid fluid called nucleoplasm.

Suspended in the nucleoplasm is the nucleolus and chromatin.

The nucleolus take up about a quarter of the nucleus' volume; it is made up of proteins

and ribonucleic acid (or RNA).

Chromatin is a long strand of DNA, made up of numerous genes.

Chromatin forms chromatids, and two chromatids form a single chromosome.

All of a cells chromosomes are located within the nucleus.

What you will also see dispersed throughout the nucleus are little particles called ribosomes,

which are made in the nucleolus, and being transported out of the nucleus through the

nuclear pores and into the cytoplasm.

Cytoplasm and Cytoskeleton Cytoplasm is a gel-like fluid that fills the

entire inside of a cell, and suspends all of the cell's inner components.

The cytoplasm is composed primarily of water and salt.

It plays a major role in giving the cell its shape.

Without the cytoplasm the cell would be deflated, and cellular activity would not be possible.

The cytoskeleton is a component in the cell that does exactly what it sounds like.

It gives the cell structure, shape, and stability, and allows for movement just like our skeletal

system does for us.

The cytoskeleton is comprised of three main materials: microfilaments, intermediate filaments,

and microtubules.

Microfilaments are, like their name suggests, tiny, tiny, filaments that look like thin

threads.

Intermediate filaments are a little larger than microfilaments, and the largest of the

three are the microtubules.

Microtubules look like microscopic size tubes.

Cytoplasmic Organelles Cytoplasmic organelles are often referred

to as "little organs," which is what organelle means.

They are structures bound within the membrane of the cell.

Cytoplasmic organelles, other than the nucleus, are mitochondria, ribosomes, endoplasmic reticulum,

golgi apparatus, and lysosomes.

A mitochondrion is also a phospholipid double membrane organelle, and is shaped sort of

like a bean.

The mitochondrion has five major chambers or compartments: the outer mitochondrial membrane,

the inner mitochondrial membrane, the intermembrane space (which is the space between the outer

and inner mitochondrial membrane), the cristae space (which is the space created between

the inner membrane foldings), and the matrix (which is all the space on the inside of the

inner mitochondrial membrane).

A mitochondrion also contains its own DNA called mitochondrial DNA, which is found within

the matrix of a mitochondrion.

Ribosomes are tiny particles located all throughout the cytoplasm of a living cell.

They are made up of 60 percent ribosomal proteins, and 40 percent protein molecules.

A ribosome has two subunits: the large subunit, and the small subunit.

Endoplasmic Reticulum The endoplasmic reticulum (or ER) is a cytoplasmic

organelle that form cisternae (which are flattened sac or tube-like membrane enclosed structures).

The ER is attached to the nuclear envelope of the nucleus.

There are actually two types of ER: rough ER, and smooth ER.

Rough ER looks like sheets or sacs of rugged membranes.

Smooth ER look like slick tubes.

The reason rough ER looks rough is due to the ribosomes that are attached to the outside.

Smooth ER does not have ribosomes attached to it.

Most cells contain ER, except for red blood cells and sperm cells.

The size of the ER, in the cells that do have ER, varies based on the function of that cell.

Golgi Apparatus The Golgi apparatus is a cytoplasmic organelle

made up of cisternae.

The pockets within the cisternae are referred to as the lumen.

The Golgi apparatus sits in the cytoplasm near the rough ER.

The Golgi apparatus has two faces: the Cis face and the trans face.

The cis face is the receiving side of the Golgi apparatus, and the trans face is the

secreting side of the Golgi apparatus.

The cis face is the side closest to the rough ER, and it receives the vesicles from the

rough ER.

The trans face secretes those vesicles.

Lysosomes Vesicles are small round shaped phospholipid

membranes produced by the Golgi apparatus.

Within the membrane of a lysosome acidity is maintained by a proton pump.

Digestive enzymes are also contained within lysosomes.

So, that is an overview of the structure of a eukaryotic animal cell.

In our next video lesson we will look at the function of every component we talked about

in this video.

So, be sure to check it out.

How Voice Tech Is Changing Digital Marketing - Duration: 6:45.

What is 'Voice Technology'? According to search group Tech Target, voice or speaker recognition is

the ability of a machine or program to receive and interpret dictation or to

understand and carry out spoken commands. Thank You Google! voice technology there

Voice Technology. There can be no doubting that voice technology has changed the way we live

our lives, but how has it changed the way that we search online, and how are

digital marketers going to be able to keep up with this new trend. So what is

Voice Technology? Well it may be a smartphone, it may be a device that uses

voice recognition to perform commands such as opening an app or perhaps search

for something online. Most of us use it everyday if not at

some point during the week. The smartphone or device can interpret

diction which allows them to carry out spoken commands. So we see the first two

examples of mainstream voice technology being used in Siri on the iPhone and

Google Assistant on the Android devices, and in recent years we've seen the

introduction of home devices such as the Amazon Echo and Google Home which are

purely for interpreting and obeying voice commands. Some of these are so

advanced we can control our home security, our lights, our kettle just from

a simple voice command on a device in the corner of the room. And it's actually

estimated that in 2018 alone there will be over fifty million devices sold

worldwide. But how is this going to change marketing or more specifically

search marketing? What is traditionally a marketing format that is based on

someone typing in something to their computer to search for it on a search

engine, can now be done by someone speaking to a device, and while currently

only 20% of google searches are done by voice

this is estimated to rise to 50 percent by 2020. That's a huge

shake-up to an industry that's been, let's be honest, pretty stagnant without

many major changes for a few years. Number one we're going to see longer

search terms. So where as someone who is searching using their tablet or their

phone or their computer will normally only use around two or three words, we've seen

in current data that someone who's using voice technology to search will

generally use a whole phrase. Take the example of red shoes. If I was looking for a

pair of red shoes and I was searching on my computer, I would probably just type

in red shoes, perhaps the size, whereas someone who is using voice technology

would say 'Where can I find red shoes, size six' Now this is absolutely amazing

because one of the problems we encounter as digital marketers is finding out the

intent of the person who is searching so if they're using two or three words such as

red shoes, do they want pictures of red shoes, do they want high-heeled red shoes

are they a man or a woman, are they looking for a certain size, do they want

to buy them in store, do they want to buy them online? There are whole host of

different questions that we as digital marketers have to figure out the answers to.

Whereas if someone's using full phrases in voice search such as 'Where

can I find the red shoes in London, size six?' That allows us to eliminate a lot of

search results that aren't going to be relevant to that user, and it's great for

for the user because it means we can give them more relevant answers. Point two is

about speed. We found in current trends so far that someone who is using voice technology

to search generally wants results there and then. It could be that they're looking

for a restaurant booking, or they want to find a particular store or a particular

number. We've seen that after receiving the results the searcher is likely to

take action very soon after. So whereas with traditional

search marketing, you may be tracking someone for several days or several

months to see if that person turns into a conversion, with voice search it seems

that person's going to take action lot quicker. The third point is about the

intent of the person who is searching. The recent data suggests that people

that are using voice recognition for their searching are far more specific in

what they search for and therefore likely to have a better idea of what

they want. They're much less likely to just be browsing on their lunch break or

looking up stuff while they're watching TV. So this point kind of crosses over

with number one and number two in that you're generally gonna see it along with

query length, and it's going to be someone that wants results fast. They

know what they want, they're going to tell you what it is with quite a lot of

detail and they're gonna act on those results pretty soon afterwards. Point

four is all about questions. So people using voice technology to search are

much more likely to use questions in their searches. So go back to my red shoe

example, say someone's looking to purchase red shoes from a certain store

they'll use as question such as 'Do bla bla store sell ref shoes?' This is the

perfect opportunity for the marketing agency looking after that store to be

there with the answer. So marketers and advertisers need to be thinking more

about question based phrases rather than simple key words. What are the questions

that your company has the answers to? And those are the sort of questions you need

to be thinking about when you're looking at voice search marketing. Final point,

point number five is all about thinking locally. So when a searcher is

out about, they are three times more likely to use voice technology to do their

searching than just typing in on their phone. So for example someone asks their

device 'Find a great coffee shop near me'. So it's really important for businesses

to make sure that your search marketing is set up for

local intent. By this I mean if people are using keywords such as landmarks near

your business, or the town your business is in, you need to make sure you're

coming to the top of the results, particularly if you run something like a retail

or food business. So as a digital agency we're actually really excited about the

shake-up that's happening with the introduction of voice technology to

search marketing. Exactly where it's going to lead, we don't precisely know

yet. But certainly as more and more people start to adopt voice technology

and devices such as the Google Home or the Amazon Echo are in more and more

homes, we're going to see a shift in how it changes digital marketing. Those are

just five of the ways we think is going to change search marketing, we'd love to

hear your opinions too, so please do get in touch with us and let us

know your thoughts. And as always, if you have any more questions or queries do

not hesitate to get in touch with us. But I hope this has been really, really

helpful to you. See you again, bye guys.

Importance Of Music During Pregnancy | Parental Tips | Hungama Kids - Duration: 2:25.

Dear Parents,

As they say, Pregnancy is the time of transition and new beginnings.

This is the time when a lot of things are indirectly infused in the child inside

the mother's womb.. like sound, nutrition etc.

Hence, does the music, that a mother listens, have any effect on the child?

Well, let's talk about the importance of music during pregnancy.

Research states that the type of music you listen to while you are pregnant can have

an effect on the baby's overall personality.

Many also personally experience this fact.

Looking at it logically, even doctors encourage mothers to talk to their child at the time

of pregnancy, so that the child reacts.

It's a simple science of stimulus and response.

And if the response is in the form of music, the child reacts to rhythmic vibrations,

which develops their motor skills, reflexes and reactions and thus affecting their development.

Sometimes they also get curious about it and start kicking.

A soothing music, like western classical or soft ballads, is believed to soothe the baby..

and hence it directly effects their development and personality.

The child is not able to fully understand the music but it tries to concentrate on the

vibrations and hence this indirectly helps in the mental stimulation.

Besides, music significantly enhances concentration, auditory senses and other skills.

Music not just affects the baby but the mother also tends to relax and feel good

and hence the baby is affected.

This also brings a welcome change in the bonding of mother and child.

But make sure that the volume of the music is under control as that can have an ill effect on the baby.

So these were few facts about the effect of music on baby, during pregnancy.
