And swimming champ Rebecca Adlington was showing off her gym-honed frame in her latest snap.

Posting to her 90.7k Instagram followers, the blonde bombshell wowed as she rocked a minuscule bikini , which just about managed to cover her assets.

Rebecca looked every inch the natural beauty, as she rocked zero makeup, and left her hair in mermaid-inspired waves.

"My body has given me four Olympic medals and a beautiful baby girl" Instagram user Rebecca revealed all about how she had regained her confidence in the snap, following attending swanky wellness clinic Klnik.

The 29-year-old wrote: "Since going to Klnik a few months ago I feel a lot more comfortable with embracing who I am.

"Working on the wellness modules has really helped me open up more than I have ever before.

"The @hyrdafacialuk and @zoskin health_uk are helping with my adult acne, something I've been so embarrassed about.

"Yes I have stretch marks and I'm certainly not close to having a six-pack even though I love the gym, I love cake too much! I've never met anyone who is 100% happy with themselves.

"I haven't airbrushed this photo as we all need to show off the real us a bit more and embrace what we got! "My body has given me four Olympic medals and a beautiful baby girl.

I really should start loving it more.".
