Waching daily Oct 29 2018

hello everyone this is John Ruman hey Dana how are you I wanted to say hello

to everyone and take a quick time to just introduce myself my name's Jenn

room and I'm an international business coach and consultant and my passion is

to help people just like you to live a life of mastery and excellence so

today's life is about why you need a full night's sleep a question I have for

those who are watching tonight how many of you actually get a full night's sleep

and if you aren't I'd like to ask what's really preventing you from getting that

full night's sleep so if this is something that you think you should if

you're a business owner if you are a entrepreneur if you are a parent what is

it about hey Gabby thank you for coming on what is it about having a short

amount of sleep that makes you kind of happy about that and if it doesn't

that's okay but I would love to hear your feedback as to your mindset when it

comes to sleep is there a reason why in your life day to day you were actually

not getting the amount of sleep you think you should and then what I'll do

is I'll take a couple minutes to explain the benefits and why everyone should be

getting a full night's sleep and so so Gabby if you could tell me real quick

why is it that people may feel it's a good idea not to get a good night's

sleep I'll tell you some of the things I hear as I coach people a lot so some of

the things I hear are it's almost heroic to not get enough sleep it's it's

supposed to be hard and you're supposed to have a life that's super emotionally

and physically challenging and I don't know if anyone's noticed but you're

usually not your best mood when you're low on sleep you're also your mind

does it seem clear you can't recall things your memories week so a common

challenge is people are not nearly as as they could be so I love it - pearl -

tool I'm With Friends awesome so so that's a great one so you want a

line with me friends hang out late I get it so you want to hang out have a good

time that's perfectly make sense any other reasons mr. black pearl how you

doing my friend thank you for coming on live consciously great to see you man so

what are some other reasons I'd love to hear your feedback as to why people feel

it's somehow rewarding in their life to not get enough sleep and then I'll take

about the next minute tanner good to see you brother hey tanner why is it that

people feel it's a good and beneficial thing to not get enough sleep so I'll

I'll let people come in on this so so again I work with a lot of business

owners a lot of my clientele or business them is either starting new or super

successful that could be executives they could be running huge corporations or

small startups or not even have a business started but a lot of them feel

and within their mind have a belief that busting their butt working huge amount

of hours is somehow beneficial for where they want to go so what I would ask for

you is what do you think is the best reason for that so I'll tell you my my

primary reason why I would say this is not a benefit to you most people do not

feel they have the physical well-being that they should they feel that they're

not as fit as they could be they feel that they are too fat they feel that

they're too lethargic they feel that mentally they are not able to be at

their prime game okay Gabby gave me another because I know most people stay

up because of anxiety interesting huh so so Gabby what would be some of the

things these people are anxious about that is making them stay up is it money

is it worrying in general is it the fact that there aren't sure what's happening

going Ford I'd be very curious as to what's

going on deeper than that so okay so there's a lot of physical issues so your

body when you when you don't get enough sleep you're a miserable mess and if

this is you welcome if you ever meet me on a day I don't get enough sleep the

wonderful loving John you see when you see my lives and when you meet me face

to face isn't there but also so physically your body's weak you if

anyone here has ever been athletically competitive when you're well slept and

your body's well rested you are better off if you are working any sort of any

sort of athletic competitiveness if your body is well rested and has proper sleep

time or rest time you're able to work at a more proficient level

another thing that's critical and this is probably the most important thing so

again my primary clientele are usually business owners either fully successful

or new in the business or somewhere in that spectrum and they believe that

burning the midnight oil is the best thing they can do to be successful what

studies have shown is if your body needs eight hours as an example and it's easy

to test how much your body actually needs but let's pretend you've tested

and you figured out how much your body actually needs and if you get ninety

minutes of the amount of sleep you actually need you have four hours less

productivity that day so many of the people I know and many people have

worked with and talked with who would do this thing where they work late and then

the next day they're dead two or three o'clock they're like falling asleep with

their desk and then they have this dream of being super successful in the

evenings good to see Miss Williams there they have this dream of being super

successful in the evenings by doing this job this this this new gig that will be

their future that what happens with them is they literally are so completely

wiped that they are unable to be nearly as productive and help the people that

are meant to help because they're so unbelievable

drained so it's a major challenge for many people so if you have this if this

is something that you have a real issue with I actually invite you on the 3rd of

November I'm actually doing a workshop with dr. Nilesh Ram Narayan of a star

center he's amazing if you guys don't know him

he's an incredible doctor their star center is phenomenal medical group but

Josh and I are partnering up and he's kind of taking aspects that are his gig

and I'm taking aspects that are my gig and we're gonna have a very potent three

hour workshop so if you need help with sleep or if you know someone who needs

help with sleep I'd strongly encourage you to send them to my workshop and it's

I think it's on my Facebook events page it'll be on the bio by the time you

check this out and you can register it's 3:25 to prepay 375 day of and it's gonna

be exceptional we're gonna cover everything from the impact of your

beautiful I don't have any phones but your phone devices the the blue screen

your computer your electronics in your house and the various they called

electrosmog that you have all these things are impacting you and we'll

discuss that in the workshop also exercise he's gonna discuss breathing

some natural therapeutic supplements you could take to aid sleep so not

necessarily things that are drugs but things your body needs that will make a

more natural sustainable deep sleep possible so if you're interested please

reach out I have a strong impression that this workshop will sell out and

it's going to be awesome and again it's on a Saturday it's in Val Park 325 pre

pay 375 day of if you have any questions I'd love to see you but the primary

thing I wanted to bring up today's live is please be aware that

my other one ended please be aware that you need to make sure that you are

getting enough sleep so you can actually be productive and happy and beneficial

to those you're meant to be beneficial to so I wish you all the best and

continued patience and persistence some simple thing and I'll bring this up at

the workshop when you come but your body loves habits so even if you can start a

habit let's say you go to bed at midnight and you know you really need to

go to bed at 10 o'clock you slowly adjust your sleeping time 15 minutes so

you don't go from midnight to 10 o'clock you just slowly adjust over 10 or 15

minutes every day and eventually that 10 o'clock time you'll be falling asleep

which is great and you will eventually once you get enough sleep you won't fall

asleep in midday and you can be the productive person you want to be at

night so I wish you success good sleep is in your future it's important that

you learn what you need to do to maximize your sleep so I'll see you soon

Why You Always Need To Call Fresh Prospects - Duration: 8:17.

hello good evening this is John Ruman with the sales training academy asking

you why you always need fresh contacts if we have not met before I work with

the real double-oh-seven mr. Roger Moore and we use simulations to teach sales so

I'm gonna give you a quick but potent video discussing the value of always

having a fresh funnel there's something that people become as they get

comfortable and they become complacent so when people have a success while it's

great and what a blessing and I am so happy for you for all the successes you

get a challenge arises when people rest on their laurels they get comfortable

they have a new normal and this slows them down I would strongly encourage you

this is why companies and good sales managers and leaders will consistently

up the ante because it helps you to grow where you're going hey Kerry it helps

you to have a better impact but more importantly it allows you to stay

focused and growing and always expanding your vision for where you're trying to

become if you go complacent if you get lazy if you get laksa days achill you'll

actually find that you'll dip below where you were before the previous

successes that you had and a lot of people especially in the sales arena

have a couple big sales and they become complacent so a strong level of

encouragement is to find ways to consistently bring in fresh prospects

not that I'm asking you to forget about those whom you serve your existing

client base and love them up and build a strong referral relationship system for

that I'm not talking that what I am saying is that you should very

diligently and consistently grow what you are doing

give that regular attention to focus hi Patricia to help you so that you are

able to consistently grow where you need to go

and when you begin doing this your team always be excited work will always be

fun always be dynamic and some people will get complacent and actually say to

you when is enough enough so here's the thing our existence on this beautiful

plan is meant to be fun joyful expansionary and exhilarating and

growth is probably the most exhilarating thing on this planet so even people who

have what may appear on the outside to be an unbelievably successful life even

a billionaire who may lose like I'll say fifty million dollars which may not

impact their life at all will make them feel like they are not growing in

expanding and in support you understand that regardless if you have a tiny

company selling enough very very little at this point at this point I want great

things for you aim matthäus good to see you man

besides that it's also important if you're huge it doesn't really matter

that you always are growing and expanding your reach to bigger and

bigger places so that everyone maintains the hunger they maintain the desire for

growth and the impact that the company needs to give the service and those whom

the company are meant to serve will happen so what I would behoove you and

anyone you deal with any kind of sales whatever find ways to consistently stay

hungry and one of the easiest ways to stay hungry and get in touch of those

people is cold calling so and this is a great segue I'm actually doing a cold

calling workshop with Roger on the 28th of October which is a Sunday it's a 2 to

5 class it's 600 TT it's totally reasonable price wise and what's so

great about it is the easiest way for you to see a thousand people let's make

that much safar for you to contact twenty or thirty people is via phone I

have met a Robert I have met salespeople and and managers who pride themselves on

sending the team get out of the office get out and

go do your stuff and then these people their team will see two maybe three

maybe four luckily five people it doesn't mean they have a meeting of

these people it just means they actually get a chance to see them a raven and the

challenge with that is these people feel that their sales team are doing a good

thing out there why because they're out there they're working let me tell you a

major problem with that how much time does it take between meeting and meeting

and meeting for this sales person to meet various people a fair amount of

time let's say half hour to an hour I live in Trinidad and love the country

the biggest blessing this gorgeous country has is traffic so if you're in

Trinidad watching this or anywhere else or there's actual real congestion of any

sort you're wasting your time and even if you don't you're wasting your time

pick up that beautiful device call a telephone make twenty five thirty calls

set meeting so people who actually want to hear from you and now your business

will expand exponentially but don't get complacent you need to become

comfortable on the phone a few things that we teach our methods that will keep

you on track methods to make sure you don't get distracted by all the

beautiful things that love to distract us in our beautiful world but more

importantly it's having a script so what you say gets heard in a quick and

effective manner so you can set the meetings and you and your team can have

more and more success so that is why you always need to have fresh prospects and

that is why there's a necessity to call companies because companies can be very

hard to get to even physically because some have a lot of security and and

other measures to get in your way so this is very effective and powerful so I

look forward to seeing you if you have any questions feel free to reach out to

me message the page if you see me on Instagram give me a direct message there

if you need more information on the event again it's the third excuse me the

date is the 28th of October it is 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

the cost is 600 TT this is part of our this is our most popular module the six

part module that we have hey Killian good to see you ma'am

it is part is one part of a six part module we have in the full course and

this module is always the one the most asked for because if you can create

appointments you're gonna have more meetings and therefore have more sales

it's the strongest correlation to growing your sales practice in your

business so if you have a business or you know someone please forward share

this to with them because they'll appreciate it anyway so what we will do

is we'll take of the six hundred dollar investment we'll put four hundred of it

towards the six-week course should you want to do that you probably will

because it's awesome but that allows you to see us see how amazing the class

class structure it's all simulation based you're gonna create a script and

you're gonna practice role-playing the script and get immediate feedback in a

safe environment where you can screw up and everyone else can screw up and

you're being supported and encouraged and you'll be good by the time you're

done so any questions let me know I hope everyone who's watching has an amazing

night I appreciate all of you and I wish you tremendous success and please

continue to fuel yourself forward continue to grow do not let others who

want to live in mediocrity stop you from consistently growing because it feels so

great to grow success feels great don't live in mediocrity live in the fullest

greatness that is you so have an amazing night thank you so much for your time

You Must Upgrade Your Tribe - Duration: 9:55.

hello this is John Ruman international business coach consultant telling you

why you must keep and continually upgrade your tribe if we have not met

before my passion is to help you achieve a life of greatness that you know you

could achieve if and when you take the action you know you need to take so

let's talk about your tribe I'm sure you've heard the term you're the average

of the five people you spend the most time with that is the truth and the

challenge people have is they will spend time and energy with people that bring

them down we can call them energy vampires we can call them just people

that aren't fun the people that don't apply us it's important to have people

who will support you and hold you accountable towards what you know you

want to do that you can be open about your dreams and your vision if you have

a group of people that you spend time with know that you cannot be fully open

clear and concise and expressive with the life and vision of where you are

going you need to upgrade your tribe so this message is out for the men it's

also out for the women let me tell you my story real quick when I was growing

up my I did not have a father figure those around my father was gone a lot

and I had to find a tribe that resonated with me that made me grow up from even

though I was a physically adult from a low level mattress maturation to truly

being a confident man I also needed someone or people that would represent

and support where I wanted to go it was challenging for me I had two groups and

some of you watching this may have exactly the same challenge I have two

groups you have group one group one are your buddies you hang out with them the

discussion of life growth and life transformation growing yourself your

mind your vision supporting you and encouraging you

toward that regularly bringing it up in conversation was not was one group of

hung out with the other group I hung out with was the group that would help me to

move forward in that direction they would help me and support me encouraged

me they were initially a small part and the group that was my buddies the boys

the guys that group was the large group so I had the group of the guys and had a

small group of support supportive empowering constantly lovingly pushing

me forward to grow so I these two groups and when I learned about you being the

average of the five people you spend the most time with I challenged it I said

let's test this out let's see if this is the real deal so what I did is I took

the group of let's pretend they're four and one was the group of the supportive

and I began to shift them and make me have a larger group of people that I

hung out on a consistent basis that would support me going to where I wanted

to go for example I I love personal development and personal growth I love

business and understanding the nuances on how to improve what you're doing and

learning from those who have figured out aspects that I need to grow and better

and better the people that I get lucky enough to work with so what I'll do is I

would surround my so how I did this transition is I didn't have initially

all those people to fill in the four of the five I didn't have the supportive

structure yet and I didn't even know those people so I take a couple things I

did first of all I began surrounding myself mentally and spending my time and

evenings in the presence of these big big big big big people like Tony Robbins

lie Warren Buffett really big picture people

and I immersed myself in them surrounded myself with them even even though was

virtual and slowly my one became to three and four and more why because my

mindset was this and then at the same time so I was growing my financial IQ my

emotional IQ personal development business development mastery in all

things and I would encourage you to do that to lifelong learning is what it's

all about so I would immerse myself with these people and then what I would do is

slowly find ways and places that I could get around others who are at a higher

level of areas I grew to be at well let's take something totally simplistic

diet if you don't eat the diet today that is the diet you know you should be

eating you could easily meet someone at a gym

maybe go to often people are a little more particular about diet whoo hey

Maureen who are a little more diet people could be someone who is a eats at

a vegetarian place it doesn't mean all vegetarians are health nuts by the way I

know many vegetarians that eat worse than most meat eaters but because

they're vegetarian therefore good also I know a lot of vegans who eat terribly

and I love all of you that are watching that no you eat terribly who live on

massive amounts of carbs and sweets and don't take other health factors into

account that being said that group in general probably has a better overall

understanding of diet although many gym people do as well than others so fine so

so what I would encourage what I did is that began shifting who I hang around

with on the physical side physicality working out diet how I ate and I began

changing my v in that regard I began changing my v hey Narendra I would

change my v when it came to those who were business minded people

who actually talked about growing the business those who own businesses mr.

Narendra for example it's fun to talk about people and be with a tribe that

are supportive of you going to where you want to go the conversation is fun it is

rewarding but why simply because they know where you're at and you two can

talk shop so hang on people who can talk shop and I would encourage to have the

majority be at a higher level that you are and grow up to them quickly once you

begin making this a habit in your life slowly improving areas of your life

easiest way to do that with your tribe then you're gonna be better off all

areas of your life so take time to do that so here's the nitty-gritty surround

yourself with the greatest people in the world virtually it's so easy to do that

now with courses and books podcasts YouTube you name it any social media

channel take their courses by the way you do get what you pay for on the paid

for courses so yes you can get stuff for free but I would strongly encourage you

invest in paid for development business and personal development those are much

better than the freebie stuff trust me and then as you grow financially and

have a greater abundance in your life go to the physical meetings with these

people see them on stage who knows maybe even interact with them one-on-one

depending on what level financially you can afford but conferences are great

their actual events they have all of these are much they so slowly upgrade

the level which are interacting with these people so that's part one hey good

to see you Gabby and then once you've done the first virtual and then like the

conference level on the personal level meet people and find and find ways to

connect with those that you need that have what you need to grow into in your

life and that will upgrade your tribe so you should be constantly upgrading your

tribe so I hope you got that for the guys that are watching this

on the 4th of November which is a Sunday in about a month or so little over a

month I'm having the men's warrior retreat it's a bunch of men a bunch of

mature men having mature conversations yes there's physicality to it I teach

self-defense I'm a martial arts master in Taekwondo and I love that and it's

fun so we do a self-defense seminar we do the haka which is grounding but and

we do some sort of physical exercise we're gonna walk or run up the hill

depending on your fitness level there are obstacles again depending on your

fitness level you can or choose not to do and then finish it off within an hour

hour and a half talk this one will be about stress and I'm gonna make it

responsibilities as men so that's the topic if you have any questions just

shoot me a message on here whatever channel you're on and I'll be happy to

help you so all the best please draw your tribe any feedback I'd love to hear

it have an amazing rest of your day

Flex filament, extruder fix, Tronxy & Anycubic brands - Ita sub En - Duration: 9:57.

Hi guys

today show you

how to fix the filament extruders

for use with flexible filaments

we take a look at tronxy brands like x3s, x5s, c5

and anycubic brands like i3mega, kossel

we begin with tronxy's extruders

then ..

in general the extruder

all these alluminium parts not need nothing to do

the hole ..

the wire input hole

is 2 mm

is good and works well with flex filament

where is the problems ?

the problem are these "tube joints"

look as the holes are bigger

then .. when we use flex filament

from the tube

and ..

this piece

there is, this space by around of 8mm

where the filament flexed and self blocking

so .. to solve it

we need to enlarge this hole

like these two

we need to enlarge at 4mm

in this way

so that the teflon tube can pass

look, originals ..

and modded

then .. to do this

we take 3 drill bits

3mm , 3.5mm , 4mm

take a "tube joint" and insert a piece of teflon tube

use a claw

now with a drill

begin from smaller to bigger

teflon tube block the drill bit

indicatively you must enter 8 , 9 mm at most

I suggest to do in this way and not use a vise

because in this way the tip is self-centering with the hole

do it slowly

and stop ..

now, when you have

the "tube joints"

enlarged, the problem is solved

screw it and insert the tube until it touches the bottom

now ..

with anycubic brands

this hole was by 2.5mm

so ..

I enlarged to 4mm

in the way ..

pass the tube

to come out from back side

now this tube is ruined and it does not pass well

do the same work with the "tube joint"

and after mounted

insert the pipe until it touches the gear

and with this

you solve the flex filament problem

well .. for this video is all ..

ciao, see you next time

One cool thing about Hot Topic is that, you know,

they're pretty lax on the rules, you know?

We can kind of do what we want a little bit.

- Yeah. - For example,

we have this, uh, price-match policy.

Sometimes, like, someone will come in

with a legitimate price-match,

On-camera evidence of a culture of corruption,

eroding the insides of one of America's

- You have a "you break it, you buy it" policy?

- Yeah.

Using our intake funnel,

we loaded in over 30 pounds of Robert's product

that had been blended into a thin paste

to ensure an even flow without compromising the flavor.

So with that, I activated the pump,

and it was time to see if this could work.

[motor whirring]

As I had hoped,

The chili suit prevented bathroom access,

So I experimented with a design

But once I had some clothing on,

I realized the potential for a costly mix-up

was too great.

So I had the bottom part of the suit

redesigned with strategic holes

in the groin and buttocks region

that would allow the wearer

to relieve him or herself

without taking off the suit.

But for my plan to work, I would need to be able

to sell chili for an entire game

without getting caught,

so I decided to start in the upper levels

where security was thinner.

I moved through the stadium like a ninja,

switching sections after each sale

so I couldn't be tracked.

At one point,

I thought security was on my tail,

but I was able to lose the guy

by ducking into a handicapped bathroom,

after which I reemerged

and resumed my operation.

I can serve it to you right now.

I have it right under my clothes.

- I sold 16 bowls of delicious chili that night,

right under the noses of stadium management,

and that meant, from this day forward,

Robert had a proven method to sell his chili

at Rabobank Arena.

And later that week, posing as a big-time record producer,

I opened my doors

to the best of what L.A. had to offer.

All right, let's see what you got, my man.

Walker Buehler's College Years: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Walker Anthony Buehler is a rookie pitcher for the Dodgers, who are playing the Red Sox in the 2018 World Series.

Buehler has long been a rising prospect in the MLB, having opted out of the 2012 draft in favor of attending college first.

Buehler will be the starting pitcher for the Dodgers in Game 3 of the World Series.

Here's what you need to know about his college career.

Buehler Was Drafted to the MLB in 2012, But Opted Instead to Attend College at Vanderbilt University.

In 2012, Buehler was drafted in the 14th round of the MLB for the Pittsburgh Pirates, but he eventually decided to opt out of the draft in favor of completing an undergraduate degree first.

At the time of the 2012 draft, Buehler was rated the best baseball recruit to come out of Kentucky and the number 50 overall recruit in the country.

Buehler Was a Star on the Pitcher's Mound & in the Classroom During His Time at Vanderbilt.

Buehler was a star at Vanderbilt in both academics and athletics.

In high school he boasted a 4.3 GPA, a score of 30 on the ACT, and membership to the National Honor Society, all of which culminated (along with his baseball skills) to a scholarship to Vanderbilt.

Buehler said to Lexington Family when he signed to Vanderbilt as a junior in high school, "Vanderbilt just blew away all the other schools in terms of facilities, coaches and academics.

He added, "I think I have a feel for how to deal with people, so maybe I will go into politics.

While at Vanderbilt, Buehler majored in political science with a minor in sociology and corporate strategy.

He was an SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll selection as a freshman, per Vanderbilt.

In his 2015 Baseball Roster page, Buehler's coach, Tim Corbin, said of Buehler, "Walk has been a very consistent performer and winner on our pitching staff since his freshman year.

He came to us with an advanced skill set for pitching and he has continually improved upon that.

Walker has great aptitude for the game and his ability continues to move forward.".

In addition to playing for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox, Buehler also joined Team USA in the summer of 2014.

His addition to the Team USA squad marked the first time Vanderbilt had ever had four players on the roster at once.

Buehler Played in the Cape Cod League & Pitched for Team USA During His College Years.

During his time at Vanderbilt, Buehler spent his summers playing on the famous Cape Cod Baseball League, specifically for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox.

Buehler was a standout during his time for the YD Red Sox, with one article from the summer of 2014 noting, "Walker Buehler held the Orleans Firebirds bats almost completely silent, allowing two hits and just a single walk, as the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox forced a decisive game three in the Eastern Division Semifinals with a 9-0 win Friday night at Red Wilson Field.

It was Y-D's first playoff victory since August 16, 2012—a 5-1 win over the Wareham Gatemen in game two of that summer's Cape Cod Baseball League Championship.".

Buehler said to Ryan Gallant of the YD Red Sox, "You try and win every inning.

The team played that way today, and we came out and were fortunate to get a win.".

Buehler's Scouting Reports During His Junior Year at Vanderbilt Revealed Him to Be a Nearly Flawless Prospect.

The MLB scouting report for Buehler during his junior year of college reveals him to be a stellar candidate for the pros.

It reads,.

Scouting grades: Fastball: 60 | Curveball: 55 | Slider: 55 | Changeup: 55 | Control: 55 | Overall: 55.

One of three potential first-round picks from Vanderbilt, Buehler had an exceptional summer, sharing playoff MVP honors in the Cape Cod League and pitching well with the U.S.

collegiate national team after helping the Commodores win the College World Series.

He missed the first two weeks of the 2015 season with elbow soreness but bounced back after that.

Buehler has a deep repertoire featuring four potential solid-or-better big league pitches and the ability to throw all of them for strikes.

His best offering is his 90–96 mph fastball, and while he sometimes gets caught in between his curveball and slider, both can be weapons.

His changeup similarly varies from inconsistent to effective.

Buehler could have been a draft pick in the top two rounds out of a Kentucky high school in 2012 had he been signable away from Vanderbilt.

The biggest knock on him is that he's just 6-foot-2 and 170 pounds, but he had been durable prior to this spring.

His athleticism and sound delivery should allow him to remain a starter.

In Baseball America's scouting report on Buehler, it notes that, at 6'2 and 170 pounds, Buehler "isn't very physical and also lacks ideal size for a righthander.

" However, it also notes that "Scouts have more confidence that Buehler will be able to remain in the rotation, however, thanks to his deep arsenal, athleticism and more polished delivery.

Buehler's Girlfriend, McKenzie Marcinek, Attended the University of Kentucky During the Same Years.

Buehler's longtime girlfriend McKenzie Marcinek has been with him long before he was signed to the Dodgers, and even before either of them attended college, she at the University of Kentucky and he at Vanderbilt.

Marcinek and Buehler have been dating for just under a decade, and both attended Henry Clay High School in Kentucky.

Buehler has not spoken publicly about his relationship with Marcinek, but Marcinek is not shy about sharing their loving relationship via her Instagram account.

When Buehler was called up to the Dodgers in 2017, Marcinek wrote on Instagram, "Congratulations babe, I am so happy that your dreams are finally coming true and getting called up!! I can't wait to see you in LA!!".

Gay Men and Body Shame (Part 1) - Duration: 6:35.

I had a request to do a video on body shame and as I started thinking about it

I started to realize that all gay men at some point in our lives have experienced

shame in relationship to our bodies whether that shame was around realizing

a same-sex attraction and comparing that to messages that we've gotten about what

it means to be gay or whether that is how we experience our body in comparison

to the messages we get about what is attractive or what is sexy or what is

masculine enough we've all experienced at some time shame as it relates to our

bodies so shame is at its heart the fear of disconnection from others we're all

wired to want connection with other people and shame is the fear of

disconnection for many of us as gay men and growing up we had experiences where

we realized that being other or being different was a threat to connection

with other people so for many of us we become we became and then sometimes still

are hyper aware of what people want from us to have connection with us and for

many of us we set up a system in our minds and a way of viewing ourselves in

the world where we did those things to nurture connection with other people

whether that was achieving academically or athletically it might have been being

the Peacekeeper in our families or even being the perfect religious model

teenager and checking all of those boxes when we were busy doing that we were

busy checking other people's boxes and not developing

a sense of love and acceptance and compassion for ourselves and then we

come into the gay community and we get a lot of really strong messages about what

is attractive what's desirable what's sexy and we add all of these things up we add

up for many of us being steeped in fear of disconnection the strong messages

that we get from community a history of achieving and pleasing for other people

not talking about vulnerability and not talking about these issues in our

community and we have a recipe for shame and for body shame and how we perceive

our bodies how come so how can we address this we can address this in part

by growing our sense of selves in addition to how we perceive our bodies

when we perceive our bodies as our entire worth or most of our worth then

how they're perceived by other people how our bodies are perceived by other

people becomes a measure of how we feel about ourselves and that is not a

sustainable way of creating a sense of worthiness we want to look at what's

important to us we want to look at our values and how we want to show up in the

world how we want to be in relationship how we want our values reflected in our

career and as we move our life in those directions it starts to expand our sense

of self and we have a much broader sense of ourselves than our body our body is

going to be a piece of how we see ourselves but it's not going to be the

entire thing or even a very large piece of that another way is by nurturing our

relationship with our body and that relationship needs acceptance and it

needs compassion it needs gratitude and it also needs

connection we need to connect with our bodies in a healthy way when we do all

these things when we create healthy relationships with our own bodies then

we can create healthy relationships with other people and then as we do that then

our community can continue to heal so how can we continue to do this and how

can we continue to expand on this it's through bringing it out into the light

and having conversations about it the shame researcher brené Brown points out

that shame needs three things to grow it needs secrecy and it needs silence and

it needs judgment and if we have these conversations whether it's with our

therapist whether it's with one another we start to hold these things up to the

light and shame can't survive in the light and it can't survive with

compassion and it can't survive with connection so this is certainly the

beginning of the conversation is scratching the very surface but I would

encourage everyone to have conversations with people that they trust to look at

if there are areas of their life in which shame is still around and if that's

connected to body looking at some of these ways of starting to heal that and

then we move the conversation forward and we expand the healing in ourselves

and in our community so if you'd like to stay up to date with everything that's

going on with Inner Sun Psychotherapy I post videos and resources each week you

can like us on Facebook and you can also find out more at www.innersunpsychotherapy.com

Samsung Galaxy S10 - Everything You Need!!!! - Duration: 6:00.

What's up guys

My name is azeem and welcome back to another new video of Samsung as 10 and today we will be talking about the some more

neat features of Samsung S 10 I'm saying held and private event named as

Sensors integrated technology with twenty top business partners of Samsung were called on October 18th and

according to a tweet from Ice universe in that private event Samsung shows that they are preparing Notch less and

bezel less AMOLED displays for their New s10 and we all know that s 10 is

Sam saying 10th anniversary and Samsung will be announcing their s 10 at the first month of

2019 or in December of

2018 these are the four key technology points that are a hundred percent confirmed and recently Ison was

Tweeted about these four key points. So let's get straight into these features

So here first one is the F body that stands for

Fingerprint on display and as all you know that this feature is not unique for us and for Samsung as well

FOD is already being used by most of other bands like VEVO Oppo

Hawaii and in future 1 plus 60 we'll also have this unique feature

So what is unique in this fingerprint sensor?

Well in s 10 I told you that

This has already been used by many other brands

So any brand till now have used?

This optical sensor works in such a way that whenever you put your finger on

Display to unlock your smart phone

your smart phone just captures the whole picture of your finger and makes a print of that and

Unlocks the device but in a stand you will see some upgraded features in this

fingerprint sensor the s10 you will have

more secure and accurate sensor that use an ultrasonic sensor and this sensor will work in this way that

when you will place your finger on the display, so that

Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor will make a 3d scanning or your finger and unlock the device

And also in optical sensor we see that you should must place a finger on the specific area of display

But an ultrasonic sensor you would be able to place your finger at any

part of display and it will work fine on any part and here is also another great benefit of

The ultrasonic sensor is that this will work even in wet conditions

So it means that

Ultrasonic sensor is going to be the absolutely the best and best sensor than optical

sensor here

The second key Tec point is UPS and this feature is very exciting nor for only me

But for every Samsung user because about this thing anybody

Do not have even thing here UPS stands for under displays sensors

And I hope that you will have understood about this feature and this feature is just gonna do something

big in this feature

you will have the under display camera under display speakers under

display either scanner and

All the sensors under display and whenever you want to open the camera app

the whole display will become transparent giving you the best experience of

Camera scenes and as the next we have s or D that stands for sound on display

This is also unique and exciting feature

because in this feature Sam saying has just

implemented their speakers under

that display and whenever yuvan laid the speakers as hearing the sounds the screen itself will work as the

speakers and screen will vibrate for producing the sounds and at the last we have a

chori haptic on display

This thing is for gamers as if you are also a mobile gamer and are fond of gaming on mobile

So the s10 will make you happy by giving you and controller like experience

because haptic on display will work in this way that you will feel the

sensation of physical controller buttons, so this thing is really

Amazing and this is also the unique feature and last thing I want to tell you

That colors of same thing as 10 that of North hundred percent. Sure

But can be agreed according to Steve edge to it and his sources Sam saying as 10 will be coming in

six colors black grey green

red blue and yellow

So that was the sensor

integrated technology video for Sam Singh as 10 and this beast is coming early in January of

2019 or in December 2018 and that was all for today

I hope that you enjoyed the video and you will have been familiar with half of the Samsung

S10 smash that like button and share this video with your friends and also subscribe

subscribe and subscribe to our channel for more

Sam saying as 10 leaks and that tech videos and I will see you guys in the next one

What is a VFD? (Variable Frequency Drive) - Duration: 5:20.

Welcome to another informative video brought to you by RealPars.

Today you will learn about VFDs.

Specifically, what they are

and when do we use them with automation and PLCs.

Before we get started on today's video,

if you love our videos,

be sure to click the like button below.

Then, make sure to click subscribe

and the little bell to receive notifications of new RealPars videos.

This way you never miss another one!

So what exactly is a VFD?

Well, it stands for Variable Frequency Drive.

They are used for running an AC motor

at variable speeds or let them ramp up their speed

to give them a smooth startup.

Some people simply call them drives.

They work by adjusting the frequency of the motor to adjust the rpms.

To do this, a VFD will actually convert the voltage twice.

First, it converts our three phase AC to DC.

This is accomplished with diodes.

Then it cleans the DC with a capacitor.

Next it will convert the DC to AC.

This is accomplished with transistors acting as switches.

Utilizing these "switches" is what allows the VFD

to adjust the frequency that the VFD supplies to the motor.

This in turn controls the speed of the motor.

Now I know this is a lot of information to take in.

Let me compare the internal workings of the VFD with a simple plumbing system.

First, let's look at the diodes that convert the AC to DC.

This operates like a check valve in a water system.

A check valve, like a diode with electricity,

only allows water to flow in one direction.

The capacitor acts as a water filter to keep everything clean and useable.

The transistors act like valves.

They turn the flow on and off when needed.

This allows the VFD to adjust the frequency to the motor.

Now that we have an understanding of how a VFD works,

let's see what they are used for.

One very common use in industry

is to control the speed of a water pump in a water treatment facility.

A water treatment plant typically has a constant flow of water coming in to the plant.

However, if the water demand exiting the plant

is lower than the supply entering the plant,

then the operator will need to slow down the supply.

This is achieved by using a VFD on the AC motor.

The operator can monitor water flow

and manually adjust the VFD accordingly.

Another great thing about VFDs is the fact that they can be controlled with a PLC.

Using basic communication protocols

that have been covered in previous videos,

such as RS 232 and RS 485,

PLCs can monitor and control motor speeds using the VFD.

This helps make a process like water treatment

that much easier and more efficient.

This setup can be used in any situation that would benefit from automation.

Let's look back at what we now know.

VFD stands for Variable Frequency Drive.

They are used for controlling the speed of an AC motor.

They are also used for ramping up a motor for a smooth startup,

or to prevent a heavy load from straining the motor on startup.

This is accomplished by adjusting the frequency delivered to the motor.

A setup of an AC to DC converter, then DC to AC converter.

VFDs are used throughout industry.

A common example is to regulate water flow entering a water treatment plant.

VFDs allow the operator to control the flow of the pump

manually or automatically with a PLC.

There are many different brands and features available.

If you are looking at using a VFD just be sure to do your research!

I hope this video has helped you get a feel for VFDs.

They really can make any automation or industrial process operate more smoothly.

Make sure that you head over to realpars.com.

Steven Seagle on First Coming to Image's Wildstorm Imprint - Duration: 4:13.

Omar: What was your experience?

How did you get started at Image; creating books for Image?

Steven: Well, it's different.

I got started at Image through Jim Lee's WildStorm imprint because my editor at DC was hired

away to try to make those books come out on time and make sure there was a story in them

and stuff like that.

And I'd worked with him, Bill Kaplan, and he just called, he was like; you're fast and

dependable, can you - I lived in California, that was down in San Diego. So, he was

like, can just come down this weekend and help me on some stuff?

I was like okay.

So, I went down and I met Scott Clark, who I worked with a lot, and he's now passed away,

which is terrible, but I met Scott that day.

Scott had a reputation of; well, he just kind of draws whatever he wants no matter what

the script is.

And I was like that's okay because I'm kind of an experimental writer guy.

Let's make that the process instead of making that a problem, let's just work that way.

So, I talked to him and I go, "What haven't you drawn what you want to draw?" and he was

like, "I want to do Spaceship".

I go; all right, we're going to something Spaceship.

How many pages do you want to do?

All right, it's going to be 18 pages.

Sci-fi, romance, what genre do you want to sit in?

"Sci- fi, it's got a spaceship".

I'm like okay.

And I would just try to take the things that he was interested in in that moment and make

a stew and instead of giving him.

I think I had to do scripts because Bill wanted to prove them or whatever, but I would also

tell Scott, I'm like, just draw, I'll catch up with you.

Here's my ideas, give me your ideas and we'll make something out of both of those things.

And just became a very loose working relationship with him.

And some of the other books I did in Image were very script concrete.

I've always thought you've got to figure out what will keep the artist going for 30 days,

they're the one who has the heavy slough to get through.

As a writer, you're in and out in a week, pretty much for a monthly comic, but an artist

is sitting with a page every single day, and then, if it's a success, they have to do it

again the next month.

And so, for me, it's what process will keep them motivated?

What content will keep them motivated?

What will they be excited to do?

And then, on my side, I go, okay, that's my tool box.

How do I do something that I'm interested in with that as opposed to just going; Do

this!

Which is really how I worked for a long time.

I just was like, if you grew up with Alan Moore comics you're like; oh, you're supposed

to write a really long script, it says every single thing you expect to see.

But a collaboration isn't really like that most of the time, unless your artist goes,

give me a script of every single thing you expect to see.

And then, you should do that.

Omar: So, do you remember the first time, your first relationship with Image?

Steven: So, the very first thing, I was doing some short stories, and then, they called

and they're like; we're going to do this thing with Stormwatch and it's going to jump ahead

a year, we're going to put out Issue 25, and then, we're going to go back to issue 13,

and then we're going to get to 25 by next year, but it will have already come out.

And I was like that sounds just bat shit crazy, I'm in!

Like but what do you want me to do?

And they're like, well, you need to write 25.

And I said, well, I haven't read beyond issue one so far and I don't have time to

read it if you need it this fast.

Like we need it by tomorrow, we have 24 hours to get the script on and you can do it.

I'm like, I can't do it but I don't know what's happening.

They're like, well, we'll just tell you over the phone.

So, we spent about an hour and they were like this and this and this and this.

I'm like; okay.

I'm like, what happens a year from now?

They're like, "Well, we don't know? Like you haven't plotted it out?"

No.

Like, so, I'm going to write a comic, and then, we're just going to catch up to that?

Yes.

And at the time I was thinking, "Well, I'll write this comic so that would be fine, I

can catch up to myself.

So, I wrote Stormwatch 25, then they offered me Grifter or something instead of Stormwatch,

so I didn't do Stormwatch.

So, then poor Ron Marz I think had to catch up to this issue 25 where I just made up all

kinds of stuff, like, "I don't know this, then this, then this, then this".

And then, I walked away, and then, somebody else had to get there, so more power to him,

I think it was Ron, whoever did that deserves a medal, that was a massive stuff to have

figured out.

But it was fun, it's fun to go; "What is the issue a year from now look like?", instead

of "What's the one a month from now look like?"

Omar: Yeah.

Omar: Yeah.

English Grammar Tip | Like & As - Duration: 3:06.

Hi there - I'm Clare from english-at-home. com. In today's video, I want to look at

something that a lot of people find difficult - and that's when to use like

and when to use as. So here are a couple of mistakes that I often hear. "He works

like a teacher" and "I'm tall as you".

So, we use as to talk about our jobs. "He

works as a teacher" - not "like a teacher". We can also use as in comparisons, so "I'm as

tall as you". We also use as when there is a noun and a verb following. So

for example, "She works in education as her father did". So "her father" is the noun

and "did" is the verb. Then we also use as in certain expressions; so for example

"as we agreed" or "as I thought" or "as you know" or "as I said".

So remember I said that we use as when we follow it with a noun and a verb? So

"She works in education as her father did". Well, in spoken English we'd often use

like instead of that as. "She works in education like her father did." But most

of the time we use like as a preposition - so it comes before pronouns and nouns.

"She looks like you" or "Like her mother she's got brown eyes". So often we're

using like to talk about descriptions and similarity. We can use it in a

question form as well. So "What's it like?" when you want a description of something -

"What's it like?" Or "Who do you look like?" = who are you similar to physically in

your family, or "Who are you like?" So who are you similar to in your family - maybe from

a character point of view. "Who are you like?" OK, I hope that was helpful. If
