Have you ever heard the phrase managers are tactile and leaders are strategic?

We definitely need both but if you are a manager and you do want to take it to the next level,

which is being considered a leader there's one characteristic quality that I believe

you need to have, which is probably one of the most important out there and in this video

I'm going to share with you exactly what that characteristic is.

Hi.

My name is Bill Benoist.

I'm a certified professional career coach here in Silicon Valley.

I upload new career tips and strategies every Tuesday so if your are in career transition

or you value career development make sure that you hit the subscribe button below.

That way you won't miss anything moving forward.

This is going to be a short video this time around but one that I believe you'll find

informative and useful and that is the difference between management and leadership.

But before I go on let me ask you this question.

Do you know what the difference is between let's say therapy and counseling versus coaching?

Well therapy and counseling, that is focused on an individual's past.

Not the present, not the future, but mainly the past.

Whereas coaching on the other hand, it is focused on an individual's future and this

is what leadership is all about.

Leaders are visionaries.

They are focused on the future.

We have managers for the day to day activities and managers, there's a place in every business

for a manager.

Business is not going to survive without those, somebody managing the day to day activities.

But a leader is someone who is focused on the future, a visionary.

And you know what the best leaders are able to do?

They are able to have their followers embrace the vision that they see.

And you know how they do that?

It's not through words.

It's not through abstract words like I see a better future.

What does that mean?

They actually use images.

They use pictures.

They paint pictures in that individual's mind so that individual can see it.

They can hear it.

They can taste it.

They can feel it.

That's what the best leaders are able to do.

And when you think about Martin Luther King for a moment and I Have a Dream.

Think about Kennedy and the space program.

These were individuals that were able to, their followers embrace the vision that they

saw and they did it through images and being able to paint that picture of that future

that laid ahead of them.

So if you are a manager that wants to take it to the next level and become a leader or

maybe you're a leader and you want to take and become a better leader it's not only about

vision but it's also about making sure that your followers embrace your vision and the

way to do that is through creating images out there, not just using words.

So again I said this was going to be a fast video, a quick one.

I'm staying true to my word I do hope you found it informative and useful and if so

make sure again to subscribe to this channel as I do upload new career tips and strategies

every Tuesday.

And also if you are in career transition I do have an online course, a three hour online

course, Finding Work that Fuels Your Passion.

You'll find that also in the notes below.

Thank you for stopping by and I will see you in the next video.

CANON EOS R vs NIKON Z7 for PHOTOGRAPHERS: Watch This Before You Buy! - Duration: 11:21.

what's going on guys today we're going to talk about the canon eos r versus the

nikon z7 for photographers in the video coming up alright guys so i'm gonna

quickly go through all the specs and then i'm gonna get into details about my

opinion about certain features and functionalities for photographers

alright so I'm gonna put Canon over here and I'm gonna put Nikon over here

starting out with price the Canon is $2,300 the Nikon is $3,400 this is just

for the camera body both are full-frame mirrorless cameras

the Canon has 30 megapixels the Nikon has 45.7 megapixels for image

stabilization the Canon does not have image stabilization the Nikon has a

sensor shift five access five stop image stabilization in continuous mode Canon

does eight shots per second Nikon does nine shots per second however there is

an asterisk next to that and I'll get into it

a little further in the video the ISO s go really high but I'm not going to talk

about that because usually you want to keep your ISO low so for me having the

lowest ISO is important so Canon goes all the way down to a hundred ISO Nikon

goes down to 64 ISO and then you can extend it has the extended or expandable

is oh so Canon goes all the way down to 50 where Nikon goes all the way down to

32 both cameras have a hundred percent for coverage in the viewfinder now when

it comes to screens can and obviously wins here they have a pull out screen

the Nikon has a tilt screen which is nice but obviously the cams better

because it pulls all the way out it articulates whereas Nikon just tilts

both cameras are environmentally sealed now the autofocus points Canon has 5655

auto focus points Nikon has 493 what odd numbers but anyway Canon obviously wins

with five thousand autofocus points plus now we'll get into the specifics of

autofocus shortly shutter speed is the same so they both go from 30 seconds all

the way to 1 8,000 of a second both have no built-in

flash which doesn't really matter you're gonna want to use off-camera flash

anyway you can see more of my videos about that right here now card slots

both only have one card slot I know if some people don't like that for me it's

not that big of a deal Nikon has XQD card slots whereas Canon

has SD SDHC and SDXC UHS two card slots battery life is pretty much the same

Nikon goes for 330 shots Canon goes a little longer 370 shots alright guys

let's talk about the autofocus I think Canon wins with the autofocus it it has

throughout time for the dual pixel autofocus is amazing Nikon is also very

good so both are gonna be very good one thing disappointed me with the Canon

dual AF autofocus you can adjust the speed and smoothness of the dual pixel

autofocus however you can't do it with face tracking so to me that's a real

letdown because I'm a portrait photographer so I need that tracking

when I'm taking people's pictures so if I can't really adjust the speed of that

it's kind of annoying without the face tracking however I could still put like

the point on the person's face it's not a huge deal it just would have made my

life a lot easier and obviously the Canon 1dx the super

high-end is gonna be better because it has this so there are limitations to

this autofocus when you put Canon on single point autofocus you're able to

shoot eight frames per second however when you put it on continuous mode which

obviously you're going to take it in a row it should be on continuous mode it

goes down to five frames per second so I'm not sure if it's a true eight frames

eight shots per second so with this Nikon obviously wins with a nine shots

per second with all that said I think if you use a single point canons autofocus

is still going to be better than Nikon however in burst mode of your sports

photographer you want to go with the Nikon at nine frames per second alright

so let's talk about the lenses both have a new selection of lenses because they

have new mounts on the cam this is both a plus and a minus so if

you've invested in two cannon or you've invested in two Nikon all these years

don't feel like oh if I get this camera now I can't use my lenses no they both

have adapters where you can use your lenses and you'll have full

functionality both for a Canon and Nikon so that's a huge plus now before we get

into the lenses I will say the adapter is going to be better for Canon so they

not only just made an adapter but they made an adapter that goes between the

lens and the camera and you can put filters in there so you can put ND

filters I think you're going to be able to add other filters as well and because

you can put the ND filter in this means you can stop down the light you don't

need something in the front this is a tremendous advantage especially for

people who are gonna be doing both photography and video and because of

this the Canon is gonna be a much better vlogging camera than the Nikon also

factor in the pull out screen and I would go with the Canon now Canon also

offers more than one adapter so on one of these adapters you can actually move

the ring and you can adjust the white balance on the front of the lens you can

adjust the ISO so you're gonna have more functionality with this adapter ring I

think they're gonna upgrade it with certain firmware updates so this adapter

actually enhances functionality with Canon whereas Nikon it basically stays

the same to me it's a little bit of an annoyance to have an adapter I've never

really liked it but with Canon it makes a little more sense than the Nikon now

here's the thing these new lenses that Canon and Nikon made for these two

mirrorless cameras are super sharp they're going to be as sharp or sharper

than any of your other lenses you made so that's both good news and bad news

it's gonna be good news for photographers but it's gonna be bad news

for your pocket for how much money you're gonna have to now dish out for

these new lenses on the downside there's only four lenses for each here are the

Nikon lenses

alright guys you see the largest lens the 58 millimeter 0.95 that's gonna be

great in low light it's gonna be the sharpest lens you also have the 24 to 70

this is the only zoom lens so it's versatile then you have a 35 millimeter

1.8 and a 50 millimeter 1.8 which both are going to be tack sharp here are the

Canon lenses

okay so with Kannon you have a versatile 24 to 105 then you have a 50 millimeter

1.2 that's right one point to a 35 millimeter 1.8 both are gonna be tack

sharp and then you're gonna have a 28 270 f2 that's right zoom lens at f/2 if

I had to get one lens for each I would get the Nikon 58 millimeter 0.95 it's

gonna be the sharpest and the best in low-light with the Canon the 50

millimeter 1/2 is incredible so those two lenses you can't go wrong alright

guys now let's talk about the ergonomics the Nikon camera was made in Japan I'm

not sure about the Canon but I know that Argonauts are better on the Nikon I have

to say Canon made a few mistakes so they changed on the back of the camera they

have this little trackpad however this is where most photographers keep their

thumb when they take pictures all right have you press this trackpad and then go

into it and actually slide back and forth it's gonna get in the way of your

photography to me this was a huge mistake that Canon made with Nikon they

basically kept it the same they made it feel almost like a Swiss

watch where everything was really nicely made and fine-tuned now don't get me

wrong both cameras are really well built they're both weather sealed however the

Nikon just has a nicer feel for where all the switches and buttons are and

features on the camera one of those features is the top of the Nikon it has

a little display screen on that screen it actually goes dimmer or goes brighter

based on the light or shadow where you are so having that is a huge advantage

because if you're taking pictures in low light it's not going to be too bright

where it takes away or add something to the image where you can actually see it

or it screws up the viewfinder so Nikon took all these little things into

consideration now speaking of ergonomics one thing

that Canon did much better than Nikon was they added a barn door in front so

because these are large sensors you're going to

a much greater chance of getting dust inside on the camera sensor so this can

be super annoying Kenan added this barn door which is awesome amazing I wish

Nikon had done it too it's a great idea however it's only in Canon one thing

that annoy me about Canon is that when I use the silent mode it only works in

single photo modes so I can't use that in burst mode so that was kind of a

disappointment but overall I think if you're looking for the best autofocus I

think you're still gonna get it from the Canon if you're gonna get the best image

quality I think you're gonna have to go with the Nikon the ergonomics are also

better with the Nikon if I had to choose one or the other and I was strictly a

photographer I would go with the Nikon now with all that said if I was using

this camera both for vlogging and for photography I would go with the Canon

it's just going to be better video it's gonna have the articulating screen

alright Canon just historically and with this camera is better for video

especially with the adapter being able to add two ND filters now Nikon has

definitely improved but it's not there yet

guys this was just a quick review I'm gonna be doing more reviews with both

this Canon and Nikon camera next month hands-on reviews photoshoots etc so I

left out a lot of things in this review because I wanted to make it short and

just to the point so if there's anything you want to see in a future review with

either one of these cameras please leave it in the comment below if you enjoyed

How To Muffle Your Bass Drum - Duration: 4:59.

- Does your bass drum sound like this?

(drum beat)

And do you want it to sound like this?

(drum music)

Hey everyone, I'm Jared from Drumeo and today

I'm going to teach you how I muffle my bass drum.

All right so here we are at the front of the bass drum.

You'll notice that this is a very old and beautiful kit

and it doesn't have a porthole or resonant hole in

the resonant head.

I didn't want to cut one in there because it's the

original head and I want to just keep it original.

So in this case I have to actually take off the bass drum

head to put some muffling in there,

but in the case, you had a porthole, just be really

careful when funneling things in and out of there,

that you don't actually tear the head.

So the resonant head is off and its got that nice vintage

drum smell and you'll even notice it has a few

internal bass drum mufflers on it,

which I'm not really using.

They don't really do the job to get the sound that I want.

Now another thing I'll say is every drummer is different.

Some drummers want a really open bass drum sound,

some drummers want a really kind of tight and constricted

bass drum sound, maybe they're using triggers,

maybe they prefer a very specific beat or action

on the drum head.

Everyone's different and that's totally cool.

What I'm going to show you is a much more general

muffling technique that's going to give you a

nice round tone.

So it's not completely going to cut the tone.

It's just going to muffle some of those overtones

that you don't necessarily want there.

So what you do is you find some towels, okay,

in this case I got some beach towels,

a nice pink beach towel, and I fold it in half,

then I fold it in half again,

drop it on the floor and then roll it up like so.

Then I take this and I place it in the drum so it's up

to the same spot on either side and I just gently push it

against the drum head.

That's what I do on the batter side.

Now on the resonant side, we do the exact same thing.

In this case it's folded twice,

lay it down, roll it up.

Now in the case that you don't have a porthole,

you want to place it halfway out, so when you put

the resonant head back on, the muffling is actually

resting against that resonant head.

If you just push it all the way in, and put the

resonant head on, it's not going to be placed perfectly.

In this case, it's halfway out and I go ahead and take

that resonant head, gently place it back on,

put the hoop back on.

So once the resonant head is on, tighten it until

there's no wrinkles in the head and the tension rods

aren't wiggly.

That's kind of where I like to get it.

In the case you want a different sound, go ahead and

tighten it up or leave it nice and loose.

So now let's go to the back of the kit.

I'm going to show you how it sounds.

So it's two beach towels and a little bit elbow grease,

here's how it sounds.

(drum beats)

Now I don't know what you can hear on your end,

but here it has a nice full round tone.

We never killed all the resonance,

it still has that little bit of resonance that tapers off.

So you have that attack, right when you hit the bass drum

and then it has a little bit of resonance, and

then it's gone and that's exactly the way I like it.

This is a great application for any sort of rock music,

people playing in church, any clubs where there's just

a house kit there.

It's a very, very good general muffling technique.

So let me show you how it sounds within a groove.

(tapping sticks)

(drum music)

That is how I muffle a bass drum.

Make sure you leave a comment below and tell me how

you muffle your bass drum.

Thank you so much for watching.

I'll see you in the next video.

Mighty thor 704 - Duration: 6:48.

hey guys this is the wanna be comic book Pro here for popcorn entertainment

comics and we're back with another how I would have done it review today we are

going to be reviewing the Mighty Thor 407 spoiler alerts and I'll be focusing

mostly on story and art and also I want you to have to be warned there will be

some bad language Thank You beast so let's get started this is a girl Thor story

which never this whole thing never really made a lot of sense to me I think

they just kind of ran out of ideas and started throwing anything they could

think of at us and they might they're probably pushing an agenda but I'll

leave that to other reviewers so here we start with a flashback of Jane's mom

dying Jane's mother died of cancer and so is Jane you guys remember when

comics used to be fun not just sad and depressing

I remember plenty of characters have had diseases over the years and they had to

go to another planet for the Cure or they had to you know go on this big

quest or they had to sacrifice themselves to save the world but a major

character dying of cancer just like your old uncle Fred that's kind of

depressing it's not really fun next we see Thor who is not Thor fighting

some giant guy this just kind of felt like a Michael Bay film you know a whole

lot of action and no crashes and explosion and no real soul to it they

used some amazing dialogue here Arr, Arrg that seems to be the kind of the

dialogue to open this fight so here we go back we have more of Jean how much

does Jane's life suck now we see the Jane's die dad also died and she has no

family left so now we go back to all of Jen's Jane's friends sitting around

being depressed that she's dying this dog here is kind of a funny joke but it

feels weird in a story that's like everyone you know the main characters

dying of cancer and it's depressing and all of her family died and everyone

she's ever known has died it's like and here

a dog that makes jokes like I guess that's funny but it doesn't really work here

so you know here we have Loki and Loki's mom doing group therapy I guess

and he's basically like run away and she's like no you suck and that was you

know the end of that and he's just like alright well screw you and he's out of

here you know so it's just it was just kind of one of these dumb events that

like just kind of was like doesn't Loki suck and yeah he's a bad guy and Thor

was great and Jane's even greater it was just kind of seemed pointless all right

more stuff of Jane dying and here we have oh by the way Jane's I guess husband

and son died I don't know I really don't know how much of her backstory but you

know more depression and more people dying and yeah you're a superhero and

you know you hang out with superheroes and but all your kids are dead ha ha

it's like I guess that's funny I don't know it didn't really strike me as

enjoyable okay so at the end Jane turns into Miss Thor and she's gonna save the

day so how would I have done this

differently honestly on this comic I never would have turned Thor into a girl

or given the powers of Thor to a girl now if you want to make her another

version of Thor like you did with the Thunderstrike character that would have

been interesting we could have seen them fought side by side but yeah we're just

going to replace that powerful male character with a woman and make the guy

kind of into a buffoon it just made for some bad writing and poorly created

characters more of treating the fans poorly fans who have loved Thor for

years but you know what else is new I think this this story's bad writing not

just because you're replacing this character you're not putting any work

into developing her as a hero it just seems like lazy writing you know it's

just bad lazy writing but all-in-all this comic almost seems like if you're

saying it's marketed to kids it's not like fun escapism it's when it's like

when your parents told you oh yeah by the way your your dog really didn't go

to a farm it's just dead and everything and everyone dies and someday you'll die

too life sucks

and then you die I think bill burr said it best when he said their's no fat f*ck it's your mother and I Your mom's the tooth fairy rabbits don't lay eggs her tits are fake the NBA is fixed bankers are C*nts most of your dreams won't come true and you know that's

funny in a comic but it's not funny here like it doesn't have any purpose

here so you know it's you don't you want the bad guy to lose in a comic you want the

bad guy to lose and there's no bigger bad guy than cancer so if they brought

me in brought me in to fix this comic and I couldn't change it back to from a

girl Thor I would stop all the hammering on how much does Jane's life

suck and then you die I would give it hope like some kind of out in this comic

either she dies quickly by turning into Miss Thor as I'm gonna call her from now

on or she can die slowly either way that kind of sucks I would have made the

story fun this is just depressing it doesn't rise to the level of you know

why is this a comic but it's pretty bad you know it just doesn't really seem

like a fun story to me and it's it's just kind of a lot of depression and

depressing and sad so that's kind of my two cents on it this is so what do you

guys think of my review of Mighty Thor 704 leave your comments below and if you

have a different opinion in me let me know if you have another comic you want

iOS 12 Security Settings You Need to Know - Duration: 1:44.

Hey friends!

I'm Tasia and this video is all about iOS 12 security settings you'll want to enable.

Come on, let's get after it!

Apple recently released iOS 12 and there are some security settings you should definitely

consider enabling.

First up, set a stronger passcode.

Remember when passcodes were only four digits?

Now they are six digits, but you can actually set a custom numeric code of any length!

To do so, head to settings, then touch ID and Passcode.

Enter your passcode here, then select change password.

In these options that pop up, select custom numeric code.

Next, be sure to turn on USB Restricted Mode.

This prevents hackers from being able to bypass your lock screen to get at your data.

You could actually set this up in iOS 11 too.

From settings, scroll down to touch ID and passcode.

Scroll down again and make sure USB accessories is turned off.

Last is another feature that's been available since iOS 11, but simpler than ever to enable.

That's two-factor authentication.

To do so, from your settings, tap on your name at the top, then go to password and security,

then tap the two-factor authentication on.

That's all there is to it.

You can click right here to subscribe to my channel and If you liked this video, I want

to know so give it a like, a share or leave a comment below.

See ya next time!

Pastor Jorge Prado- Vida com Deus ( Portugal ) - Duration: 1:49.

God has given me a great privilege in these last few months and year.

I had the privilege of going to Portugal to

visit some friends and preach in some churches

You can not imagine the joy I had of seeing one of the Pastors who was a young man

in the city of New Jersey when I pastored there

and now he is pastor of the church in Viseu, in the city of Viseu

there in Portugal

He and his brother are both involved in the church.

His father was one of the deacons in our church.

I visited several churches

I preached at some points,

But the highlight of mine being in the city where

João Ferreira de Almeida was born.

the man who was the translator of the Bible in Portuguese.

It was something special for me because for years we have been reading the bible in Portuguese

preached in the Bible in Portuguese

And I never imagined that one day I would be in the city, in the neighborhood seeing the house

Where João Ferreira de Almeida in 1600 began to transcribe

the Bible in Portuguese

My dear ones I believe that the Word of God is very alive, she says:

Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.

He who believes and is baptized will be saved.

It's funny because I never thought I'd be in Portugal

preaching the Word of God in Portuguese

that this man where transcribed so many years ago.

But see how wonderful God is.

He says, you will receive the power of the Holy Spirit

which is to come upon you and witnesses

In Jerusalem, and Judea, and Samaria, and unto the ends of the earth.

Abraham Hicks 2018 🙂 How Do I Focus More On Feeling Good 🙂 No ads during video - Duration: 14:33.

Good morning. It is. Thank you. I was so looking forward to this weekend. I went

to my first workshop last two weeks ago in Stanford and it was amazing and right

afterwards I had gotten home I live in New York. I got home on Sunday and I was

feeling beautiful and great and I went outside I live in a small building

townhome and I started to water my sidewalk, to clean my sidewalk and the

steps and I just felt so alive, having the water splash on me, the Sun

and sky and people started to come by and they were smiling and laughing and a

woman came by with a little dog and asked if that dog could play in the

water. And it was just so much fun. And I started to contemplate about how much I

love nature and this summer was really it hit home I think probably for the

first time in a long time. And in my mind I said, I know that I need to get away on

weekends and that I love the water, and I love the being outside, and watching the

sky, and I said oh I guess I'll have a home where I could do that on weekends

and it was an absolute knowing that that was happening. And then after that

thought, it was just peaceful. And I started to look at the sidewalk and I

started seeing the lines in the sidewalk and I started imagining myself as I walk

I look at every step and I said how do I focus undelivered it deliberately to

keep that feeling that I had of just peace like at that moment, it wasn't

about the house, it wasn't about having anything. It was just that I mean even

now I feel it inside me just the peace of it and the feeling great and the love

that was all around and like how do I focus and I saw that I never before gave

myself permission to constantly think about feeling good. And then over the

course of the two weeks I started to experience what you were just speaking

fact, everything you were just speaking about was like wow this is

just what I am going through and things started to happen and I started to see myself as

like this one part that felt like things were breaking down but on the inside

another level like oh this is great. I'm learning things, I can get through

but I, I had this dichotomy going on and I was instead of working like why me is

like okay little thoughts on feeling good and and and getting out of it, but

how do I focus more, how do I do more of that work on a deeper level? You know. Well

there are a number of things that we want to say in response to what you've

just offered because, everything that you presented here it was a very clear very

well-spoken, perspective of vibration. And we just want to lay a basis here to make

clear the experience and how the vibration that is behind it, how that all

works together? And then we'll move forward into the specifics of what

you're reaching for here. So first we want to say that on the heels of a

gathering like here today where you had listened yourself into the vortex, over

the course of that day you you had released enough resistance that you had

really tuned to a new vibrational place which means your Point Of Attraction had

shifted. So everything in your world shifts the way the world looked to you,

the way the water fells us has splashed, you the way the air smelled that day, the

way everything sparkled and looked as you looked out even the people who Ron

David with you and the little dog who rendezvous with you all on your

vibrational wavelength and all reflecting back to you where you were

vibrationally. That's how law of attraction is working. And it was

particularly poignant for you because you had been focused upon focus and you

had been focused upon thought and so you were consciously aware of what was

coming back to you what was coming back to your point of attraction and then an

interesting thing because you were so in the vortex, in the vortex where

cooperative components are already assembled and continually assembling, you

began rendezvouing with little dogs, you began rendezvouing in with happy people,

but you were also rendezvouing in with your own happy thoughts. You were rendezvouing

with your own ability to happily translate your environment. And you began

also rondaviewing in with happy thoughts about future experience. In other words

this is what we mean when we say when you get into the vortex and you spend a

little time there you begin to be able to translate. You become a cooperative

component. So that you begin to see what your future holds. And that's what

happened to you. You saw a sort of glimpse into your future experience. But

there's a subtle line something a distinction really worth noting and that

is that as you were so enjoying your moment in time you came to a normal

human conclusion, you you decided or translated I feel like this because I'm

out here in nature. I feel like this I'm having an emotional

response to a condition so then your thought process turn to so if I could

control more conditions that's what I'll do, I'll I'll get a house and I'll go

away on the weekend and I'll create this condition to which I can have this

emotional response. Backwards. Now now as you say it's subtle and it's fine and and

it's the way your logic began to flow. In other words it it doesn't make perfect

sense when you're happy in a one Esther says everywhere they go we should have a

house here.

Because they'll be looking out into this beautiful day across the beautiful

mountains out of the hotel room this morning so much beautiful trees and so

little anything blocking the view it is just so beautiful in Asheville last week

looking out into those Smoky Mountains, the clouds just settled right down into

the fields right at their feet outside their window. We should have a house here.

And so we we get that when you're having a moment the your logic says let me do

what I can to recreate more of this in my life so that I can have a feeling

response to this and we say it's backwards. What you want to do is realize

that this is in your life because you've come to this vibrational place and it's

the and if you can maintain that vibrational place this will come to you

again and again and again and again and again and again in endless endless

endless ways. In other words we promise you that when and we're not trying to

talk you out of your your weekend place at all we think that we think that you

should have it and much much much much much much more. We're just we're just

want to make sure that you understand that it's not about creating a condition

to which you can have an emotional response. It's about focusing yourself

into an emotional response to which conditions will then align with. And so

that's why then it began to break down a little bit. Because you you got into that

good feeling space identified how you'd like to recreate more of those spaces so

that you could have that experience and then you began observing your current

condition which wasn't so conducive to that high-flying good feeling that you

had before. Make sense to you? So much. So recently we've been talking and with

come upon a very powerful acknowledgement that what we've been

saying for years that when you think in general terms you are always less

resistant than when you think in specific terms. But it is so fun

once you get into the vortex to get more and more specific. But if you get too

specific before you're really practiced then the vortex spits you out. And so

it's a little bit of that that went on. Even with every process that we've ever

offered it's every one of them is offered to help you to release

resistance so that you can allow the vortex to take you in. Are you

understanding what we're meaning by this vortex? We can hear you trying to explain

to your family, where you were today?

There's this man, he seems nice enough, he calls his wife Abraham. She must be some

sort of split personality because, she refers to herself as we, when clearly

could just see one person standing there and she makes this big circle and

insists.. insist that it's the vortex. No none of us can see anything now and she

says we're in there so is everything else we want that the rest of you should

go in. That's pretty much it.

We work to help you to realize that you live in a vibrational universe and when

you accept that the vibration of your vortex precedes all of those wonderful

manifestations so that you start feeling for the feeling of the vortex but the

feeling of the vortex is a general feeling. The example that we recently

offered is so you say hmm I.. I want a weekend getaway. Sound didn't felt pretty

good. I want a weekend getaway and I want it to be... where? Long Island. I wanted to be on Long

Island and I want.....underwater. I want it to have a water view and it will

probably cost about.....is there that much money? So so right away there's clashing

in the vibration. So too specific. So a more general statement is - I am so

looking forward to what the future holds for me

softer softer and easier but not as satisfying you might say. And we say the

trick is to let being in the vortex be what matters and then let the dreams be

spawned from inside the vortex. Where what a lot of people are doing they're

out here conjuring a dream because they know so clearly what they don't want. I'm

so tired of all these people around here. And and and I and I'm tired of working

so hard and never having a break and I'm tired of being tired I'm sick and tired

of being sick and tired and. And so I need some relief from all of that. And so

so in those specifics you are creating some really wonderful specifics but

you've practiced the specifics that are a vibrational long way from Long Island.

In other words you've practiced a vibration that is specific but it's on a

different end of the stick. So the trick ,it's not a trick, it's

really a tool, it's really a process is to get into the vortex any way you can

and then be more specific. But here's the distinction that we want you to make.

Once you get into the vortex and you just hang around because it feels good

to hang around. And then you don't maintain your focus because you have a

life and you've got family and you have work and stuff and so you your vibration

fluctuates so you're not in the vortex. And then you find yourself in the vortex

again and and you milk it and you try to stay as general as you can so that you

can stay there longer. What you'll begin to notice is that, if you will let your

only intention be to get in the vortex and feel the relief and good feeling of

the vortex; the more often you do that the more likely you are to stay a little

longer each time. And the more likely you are to stay a little longer each time

the more likely the vortex is to tune your frequency; it will call your

frequency into a less resistant place, into a higher vibration. So as you get

called by the vortex into that higher and higher and higher vibration then, the

specifics will be revealed to you from inside the vortex. And there are worlds

of difference between getting specific outside the vortex and then trying to

get in, and getting in the vortex generally and letting the vortex give

you the specifics, can you feel the difference? Yeah, yeah. You'll hear much

more as we're moving forward, unless you have something that you you want to talk

about that that really sets a good tone for this gathering today. Thank you.Yes indeed.Thank you.Yes indeed.

you
