Nowadays, with all of the sugar and additives and preservatives found in our processed foods,

people tend to be a little more careful when choosing something to eat or drink.

They avoid sodas and packaged cookies or cakes and lean more towards teas and fruits, but

the truth is that more times than not these options are just as bad as the very things

they were trying to avoid.

Although these "healthier" options may not contain all of the same preservatives,

dyes and cancer-causing artificial sweeteners, they are grown or manufactured with pesticides

riddled with man made chemicals which are not at all intended for human consumption.

There are, of course, safe amounts of these chemicals and unsafe ones, and the truth is

that many tea brands have passed the safe levels and are now in the red zone.

Cheap tea brands are the worse, so don't try to save money when it comes to your health.

If the tea bags haven't been handled properly, or sanitized in the correct way there's

no telling what you might be drinking.

One study pointed out that people who live in the UK generally have much higher intake

levels of fluoride then what is recommended, and this can lead to serious health issues.

The fluoride was, of course, traced back to their love of tea, and connected with weak

bones and teeth and kidney problems.

Another thing to watch out for is old tea, which loses nutritional value and absorbs

more fluoride as time goes on.

Over half of the teas on the market exceed the limit of toxins allowed, but this doesn't

mean that we have to stop drinking tea altogether.

We just have to make healthier, more conscious decisions about what tea we want to buy, and

always give preference to organic brands.

Mighty thor 704 - Duration: 6:48.

hey guys this is the wanna be comic book Pro here for popcorn entertainment

comics and we're back with another how I would have done it review today we are

going to be reviewing the Mighty Thor 407 spoiler alerts and I'll be focusing

mostly on story and art and also I want you to have to be warned there will be

some bad language Thank You beast so let's get started this is a girl Thor story

which never this whole thing never really made a lot of sense to me I think

they just kind of ran out of ideas and started throwing anything they could

think of at us and they might they're probably pushing an agenda but I'll

leave that to other reviewers so here we start with a flashback of Jane's mom

dying Jane's mother died of cancer and so is Jane you guys remember when

comics used to be fun not just sad and depressing

I remember plenty of characters have had diseases over the years and they had to

go to another planet for the Cure or they had to you know go on this big

quest or they had to sacrifice themselves to save the world but a major

character dying of cancer just like your old uncle Fred that's kind of

depressing it's not really fun next we see Thor who is not Thor fighting

some giant guy this just kind of felt like a Michael Bay film you know a whole

lot of action and no crashes and explosion and no real soul to it they

used some amazing dialogue here Arr, Arrg that seems to be the kind of the

dialogue to open this fight so here we go back we have more of Jean how much

does Jane's life suck now we see the Jane's die dad also died and she has no

family left so now we go back to all of Jen's Jane's friends sitting around

being depressed that she's dying this dog here is kind of a funny joke but it

feels weird in a story that's like everyone you know the main characters

dying of cancer and it's depressing and all of her family died and everyone

she's ever known has died it's like and here

a dog that makes jokes like I guess that's funny but it doesn't really work here

so you know here we have Loki and Loki's mom doing group therapy I guess

and he's basically like run away and she's like no you suck and that was you

know the end of that and he's just like alright well screw you and he's out of

here you know so it's just it was just kind of one of these dumb events that

like just kind of was like doesn't Loki suck and yeah he's a bad guy and Thor

was great and Jane's even greater it was just kind of seemed pointless all right

more stuff of Jane dying and here we have oh by the way Jane's I guess husband

and son died I don't know I really don't know how much of her backstory but you

know more depression and more people dying and yeah you're a superhero and

you know you hang out with superheroes and but all your kids are dead ha ha

it's like I guess that's funny I don't know it didn't really strike me as

enjoyable okay so at the end Jane turns into Miss Thor and she's gonna save the

day so how would I have done this

differently honestly on this comic I never would have turned Thor into a girl

or given the powers of Thor to a girl now if you want to make her another

version of Thor like you did with the Thunderstrike character that would have

been interesting we could have seen them fought side by side but yeah we're just

going to replace that powerful male character with a woman and make the guy

kind of into a buffoon it just made for some bad writing and poorly created

characters more of treating the fans poorly fans who have loved Thor for

years but you know what else is new I think this this story's bad writing not

just because you're replacing this character you're not putting any work

into developing her as a hero it just seems like lazy writing you know it's

just bad lazy writing but all-in-all this comic almost seems like if you're

saying it's marketed to kids it's not like fun escapism it's when it's like

when your parents told you oh yeah by the way your your dog really didn't go

to a farm it's just dead and everything and everyone dies and someday you'll die

too life sucks

and then you die I think bill burr said it best when he said their's no fat f*ck it's your mother and I Your mom's the tooth fairy rabbits don't lay eggs her tits are fake the NBA is fixed bankers are C*nts most of your dreams won't come true and you know that's

funny in a comic but it's not funny here like it doesn't have any purpose

here so you know it's you don't you want the bad guy to lose in a comic you want the

bad guy to lose and there's no bigger bad guy than cancer so if they brought

me in brought me in to fix this comic and I couldn't change it back to from a

girl Thor I would stop all the hammering on how much does Jane's life

suck and then you die I would give it hope like some kind of out in this comic

either she dies quickly by turning into Miss Thor as I'm gonna call her from now

on or she can die slowly either way that kind of sucks I would have made the

story fun this is just depressing it doesn't rise to the level of you know

why is this a comic but it's pretty bad you know it just doesn't really seem

like a fun story to me and it's it's just kind of a lot of depression and

depressing and sad so that's kind of my two cents on it this is so what do you

Hi everybody, my name's Josh Masters

and while I love to talk about how we build wealthy property

wealthy isn't actually about the dollars in the bank,

but it's actually about how we spend those dollars

and how it makes us feel.

Now, without getting too woo-woo on you,

there are a few principles that I like to follow

in my own life that really help to do that

and bring me happiness

and one of them is to cut out anything in my life

that I have to spend money on that I don't really enjoy

apart from bills, we all have to do that,

but anything that really is only sort of 50%

on the enjoyment or happiness factor,

I simply cut out of my life.

I also make sure that if I'm going out shopping

and going on a bit of a spending spree,

I actually don't buy anything on the day impulsively.

I like to wait for about a week or so

to make sure that I still am going to get

the best value out of it

because if I'm buying something on the fly,

it's maybe just an impulsive decision

and when I get home, I've found that those sort of purchases

aren't really the best for me,

I don't really feel a lot out of it,

but if I can wait for a week and I still get a buzz,

then I'm right into it.

And the third and final thing,

is to make sure that the treats in my life,

whether it's going to the movies

or grabbing a piece of cake

or on the weekend or something like that,

they actually remain treats.

I don't maximise it to, so that I'm doing it everyday.

If it starts to become too often,

four or five times a week,

then not only is it sometimes not healthy for me,

but I'm also not maximising my enjoyment out of it

and the more I do it,

the less and less appeal it has.

So remember, wealth isn't about just the dollars in the bank

but it's actually how you spend those dollars

and how it makes you feel inside.

So make sure you're getting the absolute maximum happiness

for the longest period of time you can.

That's a real investment.

Why You Need to Address Negative Questions from Customers - Duration: 2:56.

from a potential buyer or a prospect

that makes you cringe a little bit

and you're like (groaning)

I wish they wouldn't have asked that question?

Yeah, every business has 'em

but the question is, actually, are you addressing them

on the front end?

And that's exactly what we're gonna talk about

in today's video.

Alright, so let's talk about this.

We're in a series right now.

I'm doing a series, and that's what this video is a part of,

addressing the major subjects

that buyers want to know about.

When they come to your site,

when they're vetting you digitally,

what do they wanna understand?

And one of the biggest they wanna understand

are the negatives.

Well, you say the negatives, Marcus,

what dob you mean by the negatives?

Well, it's the questions that they ask

that can be perceived as a negative

that you almost hope they're not gonna ask you.

For example, they usually start with this.

So somebody told me that,

or I heard that, or is it true that?

So what might that sound like even further?

So an example, when I was a pool guy,

people would say to me, so, Marcus,

I heard a few things about fiberglass pools.

Is it true that they have problems?

That's an example of a negative question.

Or they might've said, you know, I heard

that concrete isn't a good patio around a pool, Marcus,

because it could crack.

Is that true?

Now you see all of these are perceived negatives.

In every space, B2B, B2C,

we've all got these questions that we get.

Now, the smartest companies in the world,

they say, okay, let's not hide our elephant in the corner

and allow them to discover it on their own.

Let's bring it to the front

because remember, the greatest way in life

to resolve a concern like that

is to address it before it becomes a concern.

We've seen this with clients over and over and over again.

The ones that get in front of the problems,

that talk about the common questions

that they get, the I heard that, is it trues that,

they're the ones that induce the most trust,

and they're getting in front of it,

and therefore, they own the sales process.

That's what it's all about, y'all.

So brainstorm those questions with your team.

See if it's possible to address 'em.

I know that it is.

Why I Don't Believe in Luck - Duration: 2:42.

Picture this you've been assigned a project whether it's at school or at work and it's

going to be really challenging you work really really hard on it to do well and when I say

really hard I mean long hours having to stretch your skill set you have to work with really

annoying people to get it done and in the end it goes really well and when I say well

you either win an award or a distinction or better yet you get promoted and what happens

is people around you are like awesome for you that's so great so great you're successful

you're so lucky and you hear this a few times and in fact I can't tell you how many

times I have heard people attribute other people's success and their own success to

luck well I don't believe in luck I believe in creation I think back to when I was eighteen

and my then boyfriend his father was a really senior successful executive and he taught

me the expression luck is what happens when opportunity meets preparation well ain't

that the truth we get the opportunity because we're prepared and we're prepared and

the opportunity then arises I believe that when we do our work and we work really really

hard we are ready for the opportunities that come our way but also opportunities come our

way because we are prepared for them so luck doesn't exist it's about creating the

opportunities that will come your way by being ready by doing your work by being prepared

I should also mention that while I believe in creation I also deeply believe in co-creation

which is to say that the Universe is sending us gifts and blessings like in my life I think

to myself wow I'm so grateful for all the blessings that come my way I thank the Universe

daily for that but in this regard as well I also recognize that the Universe is sending

me gifts and blessings because I'm showing up I'm doing my work I'm prepared and

so therefore the gifts are coming my way so after today what will you do to focus on making

sure that you are prepared for the opportunities that will come your way and when the opportunities
