Waching daily Oct 25 2018

I am so excited about what I got in the mail today so many of you guys know that

I have been on a mission to reduce plastic and I've also been looking for

waterless diffusers so today in the mail I got the best of both worlds this is

the organic aromas nebulizing diffuser for aromatherapy and I will say organic

aromas if you're watching this video why do you have to have this

plastic on the outside of the box this plastic is never leaving the earth for

450 years you don't need it please stop excessively using plastic in

packaging but let's move on so nebulizing diffuser is use something

using Bernoulli's principle which is the pressure that breaks the oils up into

one micron particles which is like that one hundredth of a width of one human

hair it doesn't add heat it doesn't use water and this one I got because that

also the oils do not come into contact with any plastics. wow this looks really

good quality so this is a ceramic base that it goes on and then here's the top

look at this beautiful last time it's best that this goes continuously you put

25 drops in there and it will s are about 2 hours

but what I know about nebulizing diffuser is they break the particles at

the most smaller pieces that actually and float in the air for about 90

minutes after it's been defusing and you can see this so this is hand blown glass

and there's like a little thing in their little opening where the air will come

out so you put this into this little part right here it's a silicone little

rubber deal right here and you can fit that guy in there so so far there's like

a shelf liner on the bottom that seems like that might be plastic which doesn't

make me thrill and then plastic or an important I think every electrical cork

has plastic around it so then you plug the power cord in pass a little knob

right here that goes from like really high to not so high ooh

what should I use how a little motivate that's one of my favorites I

always use this one in my office so we're gonna draw 20 to 25 drops of oil

which seems like a lot but we'll see how it goes I'm guessing that this is gonna

run for several cycles on that many drops I think my dog is chewing on something I'll be

back he was! Okay back to this so 25 drops you

put the little on thingy back on they have so many pretty decided but I got

this really simple design that they have like ones with engraved glass and

designs on the glass they have ones with wooden bases from now when you turn it

on there's this knob right here and you can go from low to high

wow this is really cool so it operates on for two minutes off

for one minute well it's weird because I thought the oil would have to be like

down in there but it's not holy cow this thing is like totally filling my

office right now wow this is amazing this is probably and it's so quietly

you can literally barely hear this thing and there's a little light so you can

turn the light on or off I originally thought that these would be in the front

but it seems to me like these are in the back and then you just turn it on from

the back this is one powerful diffuser and I love nothing is coming in contact

with plastic there are no oils that are coming in contact with plastic and it's

so pretty its first diffuser so it's on the

pricier side but I don't know it's worth it to need to know that there are no

oils getting into the air I will link this below what do you think about

plastic diffusers are you falling out of love with them like I am? let me know in

the comments below oh it started going again look! I love

this diffuser! it is so quiet and it is a power house

holy cow I will put a link in the description below if you're interested

in getting this click through my link I would really appreciate that otherwise

thank you so much for watching I really do appreciate it if you thought this

video was helpful give me a thumbs up below don't forget to subscribe I will

see you in the next video

How To Say Sorry For Hurting Someone You Love - Duration: 6:20.

Don't you hate it when you hurt someone you love? How to say sorry when you've

done that? This is one of those things that's not if. It's when. Because we're

all gonna do it. In fact, Bishop Desmond Tutu wrote a book

about forgiveness. And he said, we are all broken. And from that brokenness, we hurt

each other. And then he set up forgiveness as the healing path that we

can take once it's happened. So, it's going to happen and you've probably

noticed it. And probably you're dealing with something right now where just

because of some brain cramp that got in your way and had you do something that

hurts someone that you love. You know what? I hate this. Personally, I love my

wife so much. And I'm constantly doing stupid

brain-dead kinds of things. That have her feeling hurt. I don't want to do it. You

can probably relate, right? We don't want to hurt them but we do. So, acknowledging

that, what can we do to make an appropriate apology? To say that we're

sorry? To convey that in a way that really is meaningful. Do you remember

when you're a little kid and you did something that hurt someone and your mom

said, "What do you say?" And you're like, "I'm sorry, gosh!" Alright? How does that come

across? Yeah, that's not it. So, five tips for you. And the first one is be sincere.

Okay? I know that you are because you're trying to find out a way to solve this.

Be sincere. That's superficial I just need to meet

the requirement kind of approach is not going to fly, okay? And that usually makes it

worse. So it has to come from the most sincere place in your own heart and mind.

That you really care about this issue and you want to make it right. Be sincere.

Tip number 2. Be specific. So, it's not just, "I am so sorry."

Okay, that's sincere, right? But it's not specific. Sorry for what? Yeah. So, you get

to come to terms with the boneheaded thing that you did. And be very specific

about that. Now that leads to tip number 3 and let's talk about these 2

together. Because being sincere has to be tied to number 3. Focus on the person

who was hurt. Not you. Alright? So, "I'm sorry that I am such an idiot."

No. That's specific, it's not very sincere actually. It's really more

self-deprecating. Be sincere and focus on the person who was hurt. "I am so sorry

that I caused you to be late for that important meeting." Okay? Now that is both

specific and sincere, alright? Specific and sincere and it's focused on the

person who was hurt. Those are the first 3 tips. Number 4 is going to help too.

Stay in front of your but. Spell B-U-T, Alright? "But" shows up and gets in our

way sometimes. Well, I'm really sorry that I did that "but". Now what's coming next?

Yeah, some kind of a justification or shifting the blame to someone else. You

got to stay in front of your but. And what that means is, when you hear the

but coming in your own mind, stop, pause, zip it at that point. Stay in front of

whatever you say before the but, okay? So, I am really sorry that I caused you to

be late for that important meeting. If you say but, you just spoiled the whole

thing. And you took the focus off of the person who is hurt in the first place.

And it's coming back to "But you didn't tell me that you needed to be there by

then or you did this or that that caused me to do whatever that causes us to be

late." No. Don't go there. Stay in front of your

but. And then tip number 5. I'll review all of these here in just a second.

Tip number 5. When it's appropriate, offer to share what you have learned or

what your commitment is moving forward. So, in addition to saying you're sorry in

a sincere and specific way that focuses on the person who's been hurt, you're

staying in front of your but and you're showing them that you are bright enough

and attentive enough to learn from your mistakes, so that as you move forward

it's less likely that it's going to happen again. So, can you picture how that

could play out? You give your sincere specific apology

focused on the person who is hurt staying in front of your but. And then

you say something like, "You know what I've really learned from this is that I

need to track a little better what other people are doing. And not get so caught

up in my own thoughts. Because I want to be there for you in the future. You can

count on me moving forward to not repeat that mistake. I really don't want to hurt

you." Do you see how that could possibly help you to not only do an appropriate

apology but to take some important steps forward in building this relationship in

a powerful and healthy way? If you're new to the channel, click Subscribe. We've got

new videos coming out every day. I'll see you tomorrow.

How to Make Your Frying Pan Non-Stick and Non-Toxic | Hack - Duration: 7:17.

hey guys what's up today we're going to

do something totally different on this

channel so we've all heard of you know

detoxifying ourselves and getting rid of

toxins out of you know our foods out of

our bodies and everything else but

sometimes we don't really think that

there's toxins in our cookware

such as our skillet or pots or pans etc

etc and we've gotten so used to the idea

of using nonstick skillet nonstick pans

nonstick everything for years I've been

guilty of using nonstick cookware just

because the convenience of it and it's

just easier to clean up it's you know

less hassle and I feel like nowadays

we're always rushed and we're always

trying to do whatever is fastest and it

looks a saying if you're making food for

your family you're always in everything

you kind of want to get the dishes done

fast and using something that stainless

steel is probably not as practical but

today I want to show you how to use your

stainless steel just kill it and make a

nonstick I remember when I first got my

stainless steel cookware I did a ton of

research on ways to make things not

stick to it and quite frankly they were

kind of bizarre like weird weird stuff

that didn't make any sense but I want to

get right to it show you guys it's

pretty simple pretty easy and to be

quite honest with you guys I do have a

couple things in my kitchen that are

nonstick just because sometimes let's

face it like it's busy and you're in a

hurry but for the most part I would say

98 to 99 percent of the time I do use my

stainless steel cookware first thing you

can eat is your stainless steel skillet

this is just an all clad stainless steel

skillet Thank You thing you're going to

need is your preference of cooking fat

so I'm using clarified key you could use

butter you can use oil whatever works

for you

I like clarified ghee third thing we're

going to be

is an egg the reason I'm using an egg is

because an egg it is kind of everybody's

choice in the morning usually and place

it if you don't do this right your eggs

gonna stick to your ceiling still so

this is going to put to the test a and

then a few other ingredients are gonna

be salt and pepper just because I kinda

want my egg to have a good taste last

but not least you're going to need a

fish spatula this is kinda what I'm

using I've been using this for years I

love this thing I use this a lot in my

kitchen so it's quite handy step 1 turn

on your stove so I like mine to be at

medium step 2 put your skillet nice top

top step 3

I'm going to be adding about a spoon of

ghee to my pot or twice killin it should

say and I'm going to let it get hot and

once I start seeing this smoke rising

and I know my skillet talk that's when

I'm going to add my egg while I wait for

my key to get nice and hot and my

skillet I'm going to crack my egg into a

cup and just wait

an ID is nice and hot and my pot nice

and hot when the key kind of toasts

translucent folks to smell and their

smoke rising I'm going to lower my heat

to low and I'm going to add in my egg

make sure that your fat is put it on the

bottom of the pot or the skillet in this

case

I'm going to be using some pepper and

salt

at this point you can do one or two

things you can either put a lid over it

and let it cook slow for another two

minutes or you could flip it I'm going

to put it oh yeah after I turned off the

need I'm going to take it out oh yeah

okay so here's my perfectly cooked egg

here's my skillet as you can see there's

not really anything stuck to it actually

nothing stuck to it it's nice and clean

so as you guys saw there's no tricks

there's no nothing crazy nothing like

that your best friends are Heat in fact

once you get your skillet nice and hot

and you're fat which was ghee in my case

but like I said you could use butter or

oil there's there's nothing sticking on

my skillet there's I mean yeah there's

like salt like stuff like that but it is

methyl nice and clean nice and pretty so

you don't need anything crazy to get

your stainless steel to not stick um it

pretty much works with anything so you

don't have to go the route of buying

toxic nonstick cookware you can

definitely use stainless steel and have

the same effect you just need a little

bit more patience and that goes to when

you're cooking and when you're washing

him because you do want to preserve your

stainless steel cookware and make it

nice and pretty

I've had them for over a year and they

still look great now to my egg so here's

my egg looks nice and beautiful

it's runny in the middle just like I

like it with that oh yeah so this would

be good with a nice little bread I don't

know how we do a bread and a little

salad in the morning really good really

easy nothing to it it's nice and crispy

on the edges just the way I like it in

my opinion are perfectly cooked egg and

this goes also for scrambled eggs if you

choose to do scrambled eggs same thing I

hope that I encouraged you guys to buy

stainless steel cookware it's definitely

worth the investment for your family and

for yourself

and don't watch those crazy videos with

people using just crazy methods of

saying that's the weight that they got

their stuff to them sick now it's just

heat and butter use common sense or I'm

not even buttered it's just he and fat

use common sense and don't believe all

that stuff alright guys thanks for

watching I'll see you on the next one

bye

You Cannot Pour from an Empty Cup. Self Esteem حب الذات و تقديرها #self-esteem حب-الذات # - Duration: 7:37.

Hello everyone. How are you all?

I hope you were able to guess our topic for today.

if so, let's start together.

Our topic for today is about Self-esteem.

how can i love my self and esteem it

but not being selfish.

Self-love is a positive energy

that increases human values and self-confidence

We will talk about 10 strategies

We will talk about 10 strategies

that will help us find or love ourselves better.

When I want

to share my cup of tea with someone else

I cannot share it equally if it is not filled

I cannot share it equally if it is not filled

one of us will take less than the other

and both of us won't be content with the part we got.

or the little amount we drank from that tea cup,

whereas, if my cup is filled

and over flowing

I then can easily share that overflowing with my partner

and both of us will enjoy drinking out tasty full cups of tea

This is a very clear example

I cannot pour to anyone else from my ''empty cup''

and so is with myself, when I don't esteem or love it

I won't be able to give that love and care to others

whether they are my family, kids, husband,

friends or even co-workers

So I'd better start with Myself

and overflow it with love and care

and then all what flows from my cup

I'd surely share with the others

and that's not selfishness at all

it's just a high level of love and respect to my own self

in order to be able to give to my people

all what they wait from me.

Now, please bring a paper & a pen to start writing the 10 notes.

1. Get to know yourself!

There are four dimensions to identify myself.

The Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual ones.

The Mental dimension means what I am intelligent with

what I am intelligent with

Am I good at math, hand crafts, etc.

Am I good at math, hand crafts,

reading, etc.

the Physical dimension is about what makes me happy in my body

how I look, my hair, my height

how I look, my hair, my height which I have to esteem and love.

The Third dimension is the Emotional.

Do I appreciate my positive emotions?

Do I appreciate my positive emotions?

Like being faithful good-hearted, etc.

all those emotional feelings should be appreciated by myself.

The fourth Dimension, is the Spiritual one.

where everyone's spiritualities are differently appreciated.

I wish you write all those down to show ourselves what is our solid faith.

I wish you write all those down to show ourselves what is our solid faith.

2. Knowledge of behavioral skills.

2. Knowledge of behavioral skills.

Are my skills and reactions to people positive/ negative.

3. Find WHAT makes you happy!

3. Find what makes you happy.

ask yourself about what may make me happy?

there are so many people in our lives

do make us happy

We as humans do not admit what make us happy

The little things are those what matter in life

not only the fancy ones

not only the fancy ones

4. Surround yourself with POSITIVE peers.

4. Surround yourself with POSITIVE peers.

To be with the people who are similar to my way.

I want to highlight here the importance

of eliminating every negative person

who only criticizes me to put me down, only

who only criticizes me to put me down, only

5. Know your achievements.

and thank yourself about them.

Every stage in life has its own worth achievements

Record them and feel happy toward them.

6. Celebrate those past achievements that you never paid attention to

7. Reward yourself and take care of it.

Not the fancy way, just simple

Not the fancy way, just simple

It can be just giving myself the ''Me time''

reading a book, watching a favorite movie.

8. (My favorite one)

8. Accept myself but work to develop it

when I accept myself, it doesn't mean I am perfect

I MUST keep learning to develop it

coz ''A day you learned nothing, is a day you are not alive''

Everyday we should learn one thing, at least.

9. Determine what you need / do not need in my life.

what do I need from my work, friends

my career, talent, family

from my society also.

10. The last but not the least, DO NOT COMPARE.

Stop comparing yourself to others at all,

I have to work with myself to do what I personally like

and what satisfies me only.

because what m night suit others might not fit me and vice versa.

I want to be MYSELF only.

Be yourself and that's happiness, believe me.

The psychiatrist Dr. Khalil Fadel believes that one needs to appreciate oneself

in order to be recognized in his social environment

Meaning, you need to appreciate yourself

and admire it so others will too.

But this also should stay away from selfishness or

Narcissism

because between self-love and narcissism is a very thin dividing line.

That also mean that we keep realistic

and doesn't mean if I love myself and leave all my family or relatives

and never listen to anyone of them

My self-esteem is for and from me within

from me within

and that does not eliminate my respect or love towards

others. On the contrary, they both support me

and make me more admirable

and make me satisfied.

As we finished those 10 notes

to follow to restart

esteeming ourselves,

we come to the end of our episode today

I hope you liked it

and I tried to summarize it as much as I can

I hope you start applying and writing all what we have talked about

and will let me know down below in the comments

or DM me

telling me how it works for you.

Love yourself.Take good care of yourself

and your appearance too.

Wait for me next Thursday for a very important episode

Wait for me next Thursday for a very important episode, for women especially

OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCES - THEORIES AND EXPLANATIONS | Video by Psych-Minded - Duration: 6:06.

Welcome back to Psych-Minded. I'm your host Kalley Marie and today to continue

on with our spooky psychology series this October, we are going to be talking

about out-of-body experiences. Thank you so much for joining me today on Psych-

Minded. I'm so happy you're here and I was having so much fun this October

bringing you guys spooky psychology videos and today is

all about out-of-body experiences. I honestly did not know hardly anything

about out of a body experiences before I did my research for this video. I'm

really excited to share with you all today what I have learned. An out-of-body

experience is typically shortened to OBE so if you hear me saying OBE know that

that means out-of-body experience. What is the definition of an out-of-body

experience? Typically the experience is defined as a feeling of floating and

being separated from one's body. It's essentially the feeling that you've

stepped outside of your body. So people have this experience in a lot of

different forms and during a lot of different circumstances. It can happen

because of trauma. It can be a part of a mental illness such as a dissociative

disorder. So we're gonna go over a lot of information today but know that it is a

feeling of being separated from yourself. You may even have the sense that you're

floating above your body and looking down on it or you may just feel as

though you are beside yourself, potentially looking at yourself or being

sort of on the outside of what's happening. An OBE is considered a type of

hallucination. It is defined as a hallucinatory experience. It can be

triggered by drugs; it can be triggered by trauma; it can be triggered by mental

illness. As I mentioned it can also be triggered by near-death experiences,

which we're gonna go over a little bit. It can also be triggered by oxygen

deprivation or even dehydration or problems with one's electrolyte system

or other systems in the body. This can be triggered by a lot of different

things and it's really interesting that so many different things including very

basic things like dehydration can cause this experience. The University of

Birmingham in 2011 wanted to study healthy individuals that had experienced

out-of-body experiences to see what was going on. They knew that the cause was

not drugs or some other underlying disorder. So they were looking into

healthy people -- why they may have this experience.

The University of Birmingham looked into this and what they found was really

interesting. They actually found abnormalities in the brain specifically

in the temporal lobe of healthy individuals that had experienced an OBE.

Your temporal lobe controls your vision and your sensory perception and a

lot of other mechanisms that would potentially trigger an out-of-body

experience such as input and your sensory understanding. When they found

these abnormalities in the brain they thought that potentially there's a

biological or a neurological component within the brain that makes people have

this out-of-body experience. Ultimately researchers believed that these

anomalies in the brain were causing a distortion of the sensory input and

output of these individuals that had had these OBEs.

The way their senses themselves were represented was essentially twisted because of the

abnormalities. I found that really fascinating. But what about the people

that have recurring out-of-body experiences? What if this is something

that happens all the time or there's a sense of disassociation pretty much

every day? If someone were having OBEs consistently and having episodes all the

time, they may have one of three

disassociative mental disorders. The first one is called disassociative

amnesia. Disassociative amnesia is simply a loss of memory after

a severe trauma or an accident they may forget things for a while. That can

definitely distort their sense of self and their perception. Not to mention

the trauma of that alone can make them be triggered into potentially having an

out-of-body experience. The second is potentially disassociative

identity disorder and this disorder was formerly known as multiple personalities

and it essentially means that someone has different personalities that they

display. It's having very distinct personalities show up in one person. So

they have had cases where people will only have three or four and some people

have up to fifty or more. So this is a potential cause of why someone might be

sensing having an out-of-body experience. They may have this underlying disorder

The third is depersonalization or deep realization. This is typically a

symptom of a mental disorder such as schizophrenia or even

depression can sometimes give a sense of depersonalization or disassociation.

This would be a sense of feeling foggy and out of touch. Maybe nothing feels

real. You feel really just -- sort of, out of touch with reality and as though nothing

is real around you. It may even feel like a dreamlike state or as if you're

observing your thoughts from across the room or some other sort of feeling of

detachment. The last possibility that I did touch on a little bit at the

beginning was a near-death experience and near-death experiences tend to be

actually a little more positive for people. An out-of-body experience tends

to be more scary, whereas a near-death experience can be very transformative.

For people given the circumstances so an NDE is a very specific type of

out-of-body experience. It has a little bit different results and across

the board it's gonna be different for everybody, but with the near-death

experience, there's definitely more of a "going towards the light" kind of element.

There's more of an enlightenment factor. Near-death experiences are a subcategory

of OBEs and always have something to do with death. So they can be similar to

OBEs but they're always gonna be somehow death related. Thank you so much for

joining me today! I hope you all learned a lot -- I know I did! I loved studying OBE's

and I can't wait to study more about it.

Please leave a comment below if you have ever had an experience like this or you

want to share. Or you know somebody who deals with out a body experiences -- I would

love to learn more about it. So please let me know! Give this a thumbs up if you

enjoyed it. Don't forget to subscribe and I will see you guys next time. Bye!

Two Diets to Speed Up the Metabolism and Help You Lose Weight|HFE♪ - Duration: 8:53.

Two Diets to Speed Up the Metabolism and Help You Lose Weight

If you want to speed up your metabolism, in addition to adopting a low-fat diet, it's also important to combine this with regular physical activity in order to optimize the results.

One of the goals of any healthy eating plan is to speed up the metabolism to fight excess weight.

This group of processes is responsible for transforming nutrients into energy sources, ensuring the proper functioning of the body.

The pace at which the metabolism works varies from person to person, depending on their age and lifestyle.

While some have no difficulty, others must seek solutions to "accelerate" it and prevent it from interfering with weight and health.

Luckily, today there are many healthy diets that help generate this drive to lose weight without much difficulty. While there are too strict plans, there are also balanced options that provide interesting results.

In this article, we have compiled 2 effective models that can be taken into account weekly as examples for the diet.

Do you dare to try them? Discover them! Low-fat diet to speed up the metabolism The reduced consumption of fats is one of the keys to combat obesity.

Although it is not convenient to eliminate all the sources of fat from the diet, its reduced intake has many benefits when losing weight.

The great advantage of this type of diet is that it significantly decreases the amount of calories ingested.

Thus, in conjunction with exercise, there are more ways to eliminate those extra kilos.

Breakfast options Three almonds, a glass of orange juice (200 ml) and a slice of whole wheat bread.

A slice of whole wheat bread with fresh tomato, a cup of tea (250 ml) and a boiled egg.

A bowl of fresh chopped fruit and a glass of oatmeal in skim or vegetable milk (200 ml).

Mid-morning snack A slice of whole wheat bread with ham or turkey.

A smoothie of red fruits or green vegetables.

A portion of dietary gelatin.

Lunch options A bowl of vegetable soup or consommé, a serving of chicken or fish (100 g) and steamed vegetables.

A fresh salad of lettuce and tomato, a portion of chicken breast (150 g) and an apple or pear.

A green salad, a small portion of brown rice (50 g) and baked fish.

Mid-afternoon snack A smoothie of green vegetables with chia seeds.

An integral toast with natural avocado sauce and a cup of tea.

A glass of vegetable milk (200 ml) with whole wheat bread and a slice of turkey.

Dinner options One egg omelet with lettuce and tomato salad.

Baked vegetables and a portion of roasted breast (150 g).

A bowl of vegetable cream.

Healthy diet to boost metabolism and lose weight This plan of detoxifying food can be performed once a month to "boost" the metabolism when there are difficulties losing weight.

Due to its characteristics, it should not be prolonged for longer than recommended.

Breakfast options A bowl of chopped melon, a boiled egg and a slice of whole wheat bread.

One cup of tea (250 ml) and a sandwich of whole wheat bread and fresh tomato.

One glass of green smoothie (200 ml) and two slices of whole wheat bread with olive oil.

Mid-morning snack A glass of oatmeal cooked with vegetable milk (200 ml) and a handful of nuts (30 g).

A tortilla with chopped avocado.

A glass of pineapple juice (200 ml).

Lunch options A green salad and a portion of roasted chicken breast (150 g).

A plate of tuna salad with avocado.

A portion of grilled salmon (100 g) and mixed salad.

Mid-afternoon snack Carrot sticks and celery.

A portion of nuts with a spoonful of honey (30 g).

A glass of parsley and green apple smoothie (200 ml).

Dinner options A glass of pineapple juice (200 ml) and a portion of baked chicken breast (100 g).

A bowl of vegetable soup without fat.

A portion of lemon salmon (150 g) and a fresh salad.

Final recommendations To keep the metabolism running "at a good pace" it is essential to improve the diet in all aspects.

It is not enough to keep it one or two weeks: a balanced diet must be adopted permanently.

The effects of eating are more noticeable when combined with regular physical exercise.

Therefore, if the goal is to lose weight, it is convenient to adopt a training plan that combines cardiovascular and strength activity.

Also, it is advisable to eat between five and six meals a day, in a quiet environment. Eating with distractions increases the feeling of anxiety in the hours after the main meals.

Do you dare to try these diets? Remember that the recommended plans are models of healthy eating.

You can vary them with other foods, as long as you avoid exceeding the number of calories.

What To Do When Your Client Wants To Record Themselves - Duration: 6:28.

- Looking at this hierarchy of difficulty

within home recording and to recognize,

well you're probably gonna have

trouble with your live drums.

Oh you wanna have your drummer play on your record

and you wanna record yourself.

Opportunity right there to say, "well,

"why don't you guys come to my studio

"we can record drums of me, you're gonna struggle with that,

"I'll tell you what, I'll even mix the drums for you

"and give you pre-mixed stems."

- I want to pause you right here though,

this is something I talk about a lot with my students,

is before you, that's called going for the kill

or that's called throwing your name in the hat.

That's actually asking for value from someone

although you are hopefully providing them better value

than they can give themselves.

I actually like doing whatever you can,

before you ever ask them to come record drums with you

or whatever service you try to do.

I actually like a lot more for you to try

to help them achieve whatever they're trying to achieve.

No strings attached first.

So if someone is trying to record their album,

you're gonna ask, "hey what kind of gear you working with?"

What is kind of the process behind what you're doing,

and see where you can help them with the knowledge

that you have, and the resources that you have.

And then if there's a point after you've added value first,

upfront, where it makes sense to throw your name in the hat

like Chris just talked about,

only then do you actually do that.

- I like that, well that's a more intense version

of the go-giver to specifically coach them,

with no expectation of anything in return.

And you know it seems--

- And sometimes you don't necessarily have to coach them

by the way, you can just offer, "hey that's awesome to hear

"if you have any issues with that interface

"or if you have any issues you know with your vocals,

"let me know I'd love to help out."

"Or if there's any questions you have

"while you are doing this I'm happy to answer them."

As long as obviously - That's great

- you're experience level is at the point

where it is understood that you are better than them.

Or there's some sort of like, you know what I'm saying?

Like if someone offers me advice and they're

like brand new then I'm going to look at them

with like, "what, get outta here."

But like you kinda see what I'm saying here,

but if you have advice that you know they want.

Just saying you're willing to help out

is usually enough value to add, just the thought of it.

To where when the opportunity comes up

that you can throw your name in the hat,

where it actually makes sense,

you've already added value to the situation.

- That's awesome.

So yeah, so let's say you've done that,

you've added value by offering them

some sort of free advice or future coaching.

Or

you've coached them on moving

their monitors back from their wall,

that's something we've talked about before.

There are different, obviously there are different

services that you can provide.

And just to sort of power through those

um cause we're getting--

- Yeah we're getting pretty close to time, yeah yeah.

- Of the episode here, is the first one is mixing.

That is sort of like the baseline okay,

you finished recording and you're a beginner,

so you didn't do a very good job.

Now mixing is going to be way more challenging

than if you had recorded properly in the first place.

Offering, "hey you can come over."

You can even be as aggressive as to say,

"do your own mixes, send me your session files,

"and then I'll finish your mixes for you,

"and you can come over and we'll make 'em awesome,

"we'll use your mix as starting point."

- Yup.

- Another one is editing.

You can explain, I think this is a harder upsell,

well a harder way to add value here,

but, "hey if you're having trouble with your performances,

"you know I'm a great editor you can show up

"and I can take a so-so vocal performance

"and make it incredible."

That's interesting, you're pitching

helping them with their performance there.

Which is fundamentally different than

I can make your snare sound good.

- I don't know some people are snare sluts,

I'm a snare slut.

- This next service, I mean obviously

I'm going to pitch this here, is mastering.

If you provide mastering services

and someone says, "hey I'm recording, mixing,

"and mastering myself."

Just even say, "Oh alright well man that's awesome,

"please if you're working on songs in the midst of it,

"feel free to send me an MP3 and just say

"'hey what do you think of this.'

"Especially when you get to the mastering stage,

"that can be one of the most difficult stages to clear

"for a home studio musician because

"you start to second guess yourself a lot."

Very, very true.

And if they get to the mastering stage,

and they start second guessing themselves a lot,

they're going to - Ruin it?

think about what you just said.

And they're gonna be like, hmm.

They might reach out to you

just to try to pump you for free information.

And you have to have a backbone here,

you have to at some point say, "Hey you know,

"I've got a client that's on their way in, I gotta go."

Or, "Boy you know that's probably the most

"I should say on the subject because if I say anymore

"it's just going to get confusing and overwhelming,

"honestly I'd really recommend that you think about

"professional mastering, whether that's me,

"or somebody else."

I love that phrase.

When I'm on the phone with somebody, "Hey,

"if you're thinking about doing that yourself,

"whether you hire me or somebody else,

"just don't use Landr."

- [Both] (Laugh)

- Or just don't, I'm gonna do another burn here,

just don't have Disc Makers do it for you.

- Oh my god, yup.

Alright so let's just say you've gotten this down,

you have found out first of all,

is this the best thing for them or not.

If they're going to record themselves.

You are willing to lose the gig.

You found out why they want to record themselves,

versus going with a professional,

if you can kinda dig deeper on that.

And then you found ways to add value.

Most people, if they even made it this far,

they're just gonna like say, "okay godspeed,

"go do your life, and I'll see you again next time."

But the reality is, that's the worst

possible thing you can do.

The next step, and the step that everyone seems to forget

in this scenario is to follow up with them.

You've done all this work to add value,

you've done all this work to nurture this person.

You've done all this work to find out the answers

to all these questions, and then you failed to follow up?

You've just wasted all your time and effort

that you just spent on this person.

And when you follow up with them,

what will happen, and this actually, we were reading

some of the comment in the Facebook live

that we're doing right now, during this.

Someone was talking about how they had a band

come back to them after originally going to

record themselves, he ended up working with them.

And that's gonna happen time, and time, and time,

and time again, because people then realize,

they see it on paper, they see, "Oh this guy charges

"$5,000.00 to record an EP, but I can go buy

"all the gear for a studio and do it all myself

and save a ton of money."

And then they don't realize, holy shit,

this is really hard.

Iphone 8 vs Iphone 7 Full Speed test comparsion - 2018 - Duration: 5:04.

Hey, what's up guys, my name is as azeem welcome back to another new exciting video and in this video

we are going to compare aphone8 with iPhone 7 and both of these smartphones come with display size of

4.7 inches and in this video. We are going to compare these smartphones

So first of all, let's boot up

both smartphones at the same time

Both smartphones have pixel density of 750x

1334 and you can see here that the vineyard is Eiffel 8

Because it turns on faster than iPhone 7 charging port at the bottom in iPhone 8

Volume up and down button a silent board button and the power button and this is the same slot

And these are the speakers at the bottom

Same is the case for iphone 7 the buttons and ports

Same position like I forehead

Not moving into the in general and about song section of iPhone and

you can see that the internal storage capacity is 64 gigabytes in iphone 8 and the RAM is 2 gigabytes and

chipset is a lemon Bionic which is 10 nanometer chips app and in

iPhone 7 you can see that

Internal storage is 128 gigabytes

And it also has two gigabytes of RAM and the chips at all types of salmon is a 10 million

That is 16 nanometer

chipset and both of these smartphones

runs on iOS

12 that is the latest software update from Apple and in camera settings you can see that -

7 and iPhone and can both can record 4k videos beautiful sound can be record 4k at 30fps

while iPhone 8 can record at

24 fps and 30fps and 60fps and as you can see

Cameras - destroy it gathers toll in the camera

And you can see that Isis and means shown the two colors

as

You can see here in the picture that

IPhone sound has shown

the red color

Brighter and iPhone air has not shown it in two colors

Here are the modes of camera

- Sun has a back camera of 12 megapixel while iPhone 8 also has the back camera

Of 12 megapixel and both of these smartphones had the front camera of 7 megapixel with Ubuntu a picture

And now we are going to perform speed test. So here the diner it was same on both of smartphones

And then this fiery browser. It was also same

Then you do

YouTube runs faster on iphone 8 and videos and then fed

that was a little much faster on - it

And it was also seen

And then photos that was a little bit faster on iPhone 7

And then

mailbox

It was also a little bit faster on iPhone 7 in here

Calculator it was same

Elites this app. It was faster on iphone 7 and

After that here you have

cameras of the smartphone's and

You can see that I have zoomed in on both cameras as it can be

and

the resolution was

good and

as I told you already that

IPhone earth is not showing perfect colors like iPhone 7

So the camera - salmon is best than iPhone 8 in my opinions

I would say that - 7 has the best camera and that was my video on the comparison of - 7 & 8

If you enjoyed it, please with that like button and don't forget to subscribe to our Channel and thanks for watching

How To Dress Like Doctor Who - Duration: 3:29.

In its 55-year history, Doctor Who has had a lot of wardrobe changes for its sci-fi hero.

The Doctor's outfit says a lot about the Doctor's

personality and it give us a hint about the adventures to come.

With Season 11 airing and Halloween just around the corner, I'm going to show you 4 different

ways to embrace the Whovian in your life.

Our newest Doctor, Jodie Whittaker, is also our first female Doctor.

Her costume is my favorite because it is so fun, so comfortable, and honestly makes me

feel like a badass nerd.

These high-waisted trouser pants are perfect if your inter-galactic adventures also include

a flood.

They are also teal which is freaking amazing.

I am seriously obsessed with these pants and I am going to wear them in real life and I

already have.

And I'm wearing them right now.

And it's fine.

The tee shirt is navy blue a patterned stripe across the front.

I got the shirt and the pants from Hot Topic.

Honestly, the last time I was in Hot Topic, I was trying to be emo and get those, like,

spiky bracelets so I could impress my friends at school.

Oh how times have changed.

According to Twitter, the jacket is actually a sky blue or a lilac.

But I didn't really want to buy something like that because I already had a long beige

coat in my closet.

Honestly, for Halloween, I think that's ok if you just use a coat you have.

But if you want to go specific, I've included links of that down below.

For accessories, I'm wearing some combat boots that I got from Steve Madden.

They're cute, but they're sturdy enough to go run away from danger or chase some evil

aliens, or anything like that.

Jodie also wears yellow suspenders which I got from Amazon and they're really fun to

wear.

Tom Baker is currently the longest-serving Doctor and I think that he is very worthy

of a Doctor Who homage for your Halloween costume, your cosplaying, or just laying around

watching TV kind of day.

Tom Baker's look was trademarked by his multicolored scarf which became iconic.

According to Baker, the impossible length of the scarf was the work of an overenthuastic

knitter.

I got this scarf from Amazon and it is so fun to wear!

It is incredibly long.

Just make sure you don't go around any open flames.

And the broad, battered hat that Baker wears is also from Amazon!

If Abercrombie and Fitch had a baby with a zany Portland farmer, the Fifth Doctor's outfit

might be the result.

Peter Davison was clever, considerate and kind.

His outfit was a cricketer's costume with a lapel of celery.

While I could not find the full cricketer's outfit, I did find some elements that I am

going to show you now.

I found this white V-neck sweater from the UK retailer WearAll.com.

For accessories, I found the white panama hat in a dress-up box in my parent's garage.

I have literally never lived in a home that did not have a bunch of costumes in it so...

*laughs* Thank you, parent's garage.

His boutonniere is a stalk of celery which you can get from your fridge, or, if you hate

vegetables like me, you can steal it from your friend.

If you can't decide which Doctor to cosplay as, I suggest you just go as a Whovian.

Throw on all your Doctor Who stuff and call it a day.

For this look, I am wearing a Doctor Who tee shirt which is a twist on the classic Beatles

"Abbey Road" album cover.

I like it because it has my name in it.

I paired the tee shirt with a chic Tardis beanie with a classy white pom on the top.

I found this beanie at a Halloween store many years ago, but I've also linked similar ones

down below if you want to look as stylish as me.

Thank you so much for watching, Whovians.

We put up comedy videos every Thursday so subscribe if you haven't already.

And, as always, have a lovely, lovely day.

Alonzi!

How To Build A Six Figure Coaching Business - Part 3 - Duration: 12:45.

Hey, welcome back to the Six Figure Mastermind. Today, we're doing part 3

of how to build a six-figure coaching business from home. We're going to talk

about lead generation how to bring all your ideal clients right to your

doorstep. Stay tuned.

So, when you're bringing in leads from this pool of people that you have access

to, you want to make sure that they are quality leads. This is going to save you, so

much time. So that by the time the leads actually have a one-on-one conversation

with you, they have spent as much time with you as

possible while you're spending as little of your time as possible. Here's what I

mean by that. Remember in one of the other videos we talked about the

freemium model, that's how people spend time with you without you having to

spend a lot of extra time with all of these different people. It might... Think of

it this way. You have a hundred people in a room. Each one of those people spends

one hour in a room with you. That took how many hours of your time? Just one.

However, a hundred people experience one hour. And what's a hundred times one

that's a hundred hours of your time that was fed into people's lives, alright? So,

the more of that freemium model you can get to people, the better. Which means you

should be posting content on social media, posting content on YouTube. And

doing a myriad of other things. And I'm going to give you my top 7 favorite

ways to generate leads. Number 1, Facebook. Now, you've seen the stats on

Facebook. It is the number one social media site ever, okay? And I was just at a

conference with a lady that works at Facebook. And as part of the programming

and the consumption of Facebook, she says that Facebook is shifting more from

text-based content to video based content. So, if you're on Facebook, you

need to be producing Facebook lives, reproducing videos on your Facebook page

and even engaging in Facebook watch. Which is kind of Facebook's version of

YouTube, okay? So, get on Facebook start gathering followers. And the best way to

do that is putting content out on Facebook. Every now and then, in your

content, you're going to do what's called a call to action or a CTA. A call to

action is saying, "Hey look, I know you've been working with me on Facebook for a

while, you've been watching my videos, you've been following my status updates,

even commenting liking and sharing. Now, I want to know if you want to work with me.

If you want to work with me, send me a private message / comment below /

whatever the favorite call-to-action that you have is." Facebook is a great

platform for finding your leads. Number 2, Instagram.

If you're not on Instagram, fix it right now.

Like get your phone out, download the Instagram app. And start building your

profile. I'm serious, I mean you've seen my videos on Instagram, you know how

important Instagram is. Because guess what guys, like it or not, we are in a

visual world. We live in a visual platform. And that's the Instagram

playground. Purely visual. It is all about pictures and sometimes videos. Things

that people put out on Instagram, Watch on Instagram Live or even just the

Instagram post that they make. Now, you may be surprised to hear this but

Facebook, for the first time ever had a decline in numbers of people subscribing

to Facebook. People are still subscribing people are still opening accounts, people

are still using Facebook. But for the first time ever, they saw a drop in the

number of people that were doing that on a regular basis. Do you know why? They're

all going to Instagram. Luckily for Facebook, they own Instagram. So, they're

in good shape. They're actually ahead of the way. They bought Instagram before

that trend happened. Pretty smart. Way to go Mark. Okay, so but Instagram is the

place for you to be. Which means you need to be generating content for instagram.

Which is why I have made so many videos for you on how to generate memes, on how

to do that design work and had a great post great photos and how to have a

great Instagram bio. Instagram is a fantastic place to find your leads. Again,

just by engaging them creating great content. And then putting that

all-important CTA, that call-to-action in that specific Instagram post where you

want to bring people to your door. Once that happens, you're going to private

message that Instagrammer. And then you can set up a coaching call. Where they

exchange numbers with you, you set up that coaching call with them and then

close the sale. But in order to do any of that, you've got to be on Instagram and

you've got to be posting content between two and four times a day. Now, some of you

I can like hear or see or whatever. Your eyes are rolling, I know. "You mean, I

have to be on Instagram and they have to be posting between two and five times

or two and four times a day?" Guys, this is your business we're talking

about. And if a couple posts a day can bring more clients to your business, it's

worth it. Number 3, LinkedIn. Now, you might be surprised to

hear about this one on lead generation but it's up and coming in the lead

generation arena. LinkedIn connects business professionals. Unlike

Instagram and Facebook, LinkedIn is more of a professional platform. So, if you

know that your clients are in the professional industry, let's say you want

to coach coaches, you can frame them on LinkedIn. Let's say you want to coach

photographers, you can find them on LinkedIn. If your business has anything

to do with other business owners of any kind, LinkedIn is the way to go. And with

all of these platforms so far, there are paid versions and free versions where

you can either get your content out organically or you can have paid content

posted. All of those things work. So LinkedIn is a great platform for you to

find professionals that in your client base. Number four. Public speaking. There's

no better way to get in front of a crowd than to get in front of a crowd. If

you're in business for yourself, public speaking needs to be an avenue

that you're leveraging. Let's face it, this is the face of your business. Which

means, you're the face of your business. Which means you need to be the face of

business, which means you need to get out and be in front of other faces, so that

you can have a business. You need to be proficient on stage. To be able to

communicate your message clearly and entice people who want to work with you

to take the next step. You know, your clients usually fall into one of three

categories. You've got in one category over here, your superfans. There are the

people that are sitting in the front row. There's taking studious notes and

they're listening to every word you say. Liking, sharing and commenting on your

posts. Then you've got your kind of lukewarm people where maybe they heard

about you from someone else, they're interested. But they don't know if they

need to make the next move with you or not. And then, like it or not, you've got

your haters camp. The people that are still liking and commenting but maybe

they're not sharing and maybe their likes and comments aren't maybe so

uplifting. Or maybe they're ignoring you altogether, okay? You we need to be

producing content for your superfans and that lukewarm crowd. And you know what?

This other crowd, they're going to consume your content too. They may even give you

some feedback for it. That's okay, doesn't matter. You're not

right there, they're not why you're there. You're there for your superfans and for

your luke warmers so see if you can get them off the fence. Public speaking is

the avenue where you can do that most. People want to see you. I mean, imagine

you had gone to an arena where Mark Zuckerberg is speaking. How full do

you think that arena would be? We're talking you know, 5 figures worth of

people in that arena. You need to be where the people are. And the more you

can host events, the more people can try you before they buy you. This is making

sense? So, if you're willing to get in front of in front of... Even if it's

like inviting people over to your home for an evening of how to do XYZ. Whatever

your arena is. Maybe you teach people how to sing and you want to

create a workshop. And you do workshop once every other week or once a month.

You need to actually be physically in front of people in order to do that.

That's where charisma is built. That's where Trust is built. That's where

brands are solidified. And if you're nose-to-nose with someone, they're going to

fall in love with you. Number 5, the webinar. Now,, if you've got international

clients, they're not going to be able to come listen nose to nose with you as

much as you'd like them to. Which is why webinars are so important.

And remember, you can use Facebook live as a sort of webinar. You can also use

other webinar hosting services to host those webinars. There are some webinar

hosting services like GoToWebinar and many others. We could actually do the

webinar, have it pre-recorded and then have a purchase funnel right at the end

of the webinar. Or you can do live webinars via Facebook live or your other

favorite webinar hosting service. Maybe even YouTube live. Webinars are a great

way for people to see you, to see your personality, to get a feel for who you

are if they can't be in your space personally. And then make sure the end of

the webinar, you are collecting their information, okay? Webinars are generally

predisposed to do that. Because you have to collect their information to even get

into the webinar. But your webinar is useless for generating leads if you're

not collecting any information. Number six tool for lead generation, the

all-mighty joint venture. Now, there are a lot of people in whatever arena you're

in, that will have a minimum as far as your joint venture goes. Which means, they

want to know how big your list is of existing clients before they're going to do

a joint venture with you. Now, if you're just starting out, you may want to start

growing your list by collecting data in any one of these different arenas. When

you have a joint venture ready, you need to be able to create a win-win situation.

Which means a lot of times when you're selling something in a joint venture,

you're splitting the profits 50/50. In exchange for getting access to their

entire list. This is okay. This is okay by the way. Because if you have access to

their entire list, you're going to make sales that you would not have been able

to do otherwise how do you not join the joint venture, okay? So, if you've got the

margins for it, do a joint venture and split those profits 50/50, all right? So,

it's great for digital products. With joint venture, make sure you get it in

contract form so that when you're done doing the joint venture, you know whether

or not you have permission to access that list after the joint venture is

over. In an ideal case scenario, you'll be sharing each other's lists, indefinitely.

Number 7, the all-powerful email. Now, I can already hear you, I know what

you're thinking, I have the same problem myself. You can have any... How many of you

have more than ten emails in your inbox that are unopened. I have 598. Just from

three days, okay? I haven't opened my email in three days except for some

specific ones that I knew to look forward for that I knew were coming in. So, why would

I tell you that email is a great marketing platform from gathering leads

if emails oftentimes don't get read? Here's the thing. When is the last time

you went to a website from some business that wasn't a link to somewhere or from

somewhere else? When is the last time you organically went to a website looking

for a specific product that wasn't Amazon? Okay? It happens very seldomly

which essentially means your leads need to be given your product instead of them

searching for your product. And if you have access to their email, you have

control over when they're seeing you how often and what they're seeing. Now yes,

there is the question of whether or not they're going to open. And there are many

different studies on which subject lines to do. In fact, if you're using a CRM

service, you can do a/b split tests to see what's going to cause a higher open

rate than another. But if they're your fans, they're going to subscribe to your

email list. And once they're subscribed to your email list, you can give them

information whenever you want to. Not whenever they feel like searching for it.

People usually buy after two or seven touches, okay? Which means exposes

you through your channel, through email or through any one of these other

options. If you can give them seven touches through your email quicker than

you can in any other venue, that's going to be a very, very useful tool

for you. So, you've got seven different lead from us for you. And let me give you

a bonus at number eight. If you can beat the book writer on whatever it is you're

a specialist on, that makes you the authority. So, whether it's an e-book,

whether it's a 200 page pamphlet or whether it's a 700 page document, write a

book detailing how you do what you do. Not only will this book and be able to

be at the back of your room to sell at the end of an event. But this is

something that you can give to people. Your book is your new business card. It's

the one that makes you the authority. And it's one that can be passed around. If

your book is great enough, people will share it. People love sharing great

movies and great books that they watch. So, that's a bonus for you. Write a book

and no matter how short. Neither present you book or not, be the authority on

So to me having that full 34 is a no-brainer right because it gives you so

much additional perspective. Where I found it particularly helpful with

clients that I've been working with is I find that sometimes people might mentally

argue with their Top Five results and I actually was one of those people, I was

bound and determined that I had Positivity and when I got my first Top Five results it

wasn't there and I was slightly offended that it wasn't there because I'm a very

positive person. And what I found when I unlocked my full 34 is that it's number

seven. So it was right there it's just, I couldn't see at that point in time so I

think having access to your full 34 can help you kind of come to terms with

where things are. It's okay that something's not in your Top Five it's

okay not to be dominant in that area, because you can partner with others

if it's something that's getting in your way, you can partner with others to

mitigate that.

How to Get EXACTLY What You Want in Life with (Absolute) Certainty - Duration: 3:35.

in terms of identifying the initial opportunity I had no idea that where I

started my business was going to become wife who I've turned it into literally

the way I identified the first opportunity was I wanted to get into

real estate I didn't have enough money to buy any real estate I had an

investment banking background so I thought how can i how can i benefit from

the upside of a real estate asset without owning the real estate asset so

how could I create a property derivative basically if you're familiar with with

what a derivative is and so I literally said well I'm not gonna be able to

participate in the fluctuation and capital value because I would need to

own the asset to do that but I can participate in the rental income part of

an asset I also notice at the time that there was a lot of low quality rental

stock in the market and actually to transform the rental stock into

something which was higher value was relatively simple so I'd put these two

things together in my head I said right I'm gonna rent in an apartment a

three-bedroom apartment I found one loaf in the castle bed 2006 I will spend my

last four thousand pounds upgrading it and then I'll sublet the rooms

individually all both pooted I'll create like a high quality service and it's now

called rent to rent so I created read to rent in London back in 2006 and that

enabled me to generate cash flow on top of the business on top of the the lease

payment I was paying to the landlord's I made what 500 600 quid a month from the

first one that I did the landlord himself turned out to be portfolio

landlord he had over 200 properties in that area and he just kept on giving me

properties because I was giving him a great service he wasn't happened to play

any agency fees or anything like that and then before I knew it I was in a

position where the business I found more clients and I was creating enough cash

flow that I could start buying assets and it basically just went from there so

I started doing renter n brought my own assets and then going to development and

then grew from there I didn't know it was going to go down

that path it's just I spotted an opportunity it made sense to me I tried

it it worked and it grew in terms of what did i do differently to other

people to to go to grow I think it's literally about having that absolute

focus and that absolute belief like for me like giving up or doing anything you

know other than getting the outcome but I'm off to obviously kind of pivot

strategy and what along the way there's no there's no other option apart from

getting the outcome that I want so I had various business partners along the way

thankfully I didn't give them any equity in the business but I had various

business partners along along the way who stuck it out for maybe you know a

year or two and then we're like yeah look this isn't giving me the outcome I

want and likewise I've had people in my team in the company who they join

because they really want to you know grow and be successful but then you know

they leave when there are challenges and those are absolutely you know the wrong

people to to be with I mean you might have people like that you know in

certain positions in your team but you're not going to have them as part of

your core you know Celia T we were driving forward the business so I think

yeah that drive and that commitment and sticking with it through the tough times

as well is was enabled me to grow yeah
