Drop Your Dropshipping Business NOW - Duration: 5:59.
Should you drop your drop shipping business and focus on a digital
marketing agency. Hey tribe, Matt Laker here. Here in today's video I want to
share with you some of the most interesting insights I got from people
running drop shipping companies and digital marketing agencies then I
compared this combined it into one quick video for you so you can make your own
decision whether you should continue running your drop shipping business or
whether you should drop that drop shipping business and focus on something
new something that might work even better something that is called digital
marketing agency now you might be thinking I'm not sure if I want to do
this because it sounds like completely new business but on the other hand you
might be thinking but drop shipping sucks I'm spending so much money to
source products from China and I I got some orders and they were destroyed or
stolen or people are not buying anything from me or this entire Amazon thing is
like Gold Rush and everyone is there now so you might be feeling this way and you
are partially right and I have a solution for you so let's explore this
during this week video so what is happening with Amazon and drop shipping
as many people who are on Amazon and who've been doing this for even multiple
years they say that this is kind of like Gold Rush so this is an analogy imagine
a Gold Rush in the United States and everyone is going there to chase the
gold okay so everyone is running buying shovels and digging for gold okay so
this is kind of what amazon drop shipping business seems to be like these
days now don't get me wrong there are some people who made money with the dirt
still a lot of people who are making a lot of money with this there are a lot
of people who make money on courses how to sell Amazon and drop shipping there
are you know a lot of people who made money on this it's kind of like Bitcoin
girl none really but they did make a lot of money in the past and now
everyone is kind of chasing the rabbit and going down the rabbit hole to have a
drop shipping business now why this is like a gold rush because somebody good
wealthy with this and everybody else is following now why gold rushes are
dangerous for people who are digging for gold because everyone else is doing so
now what is happening during the gold rush if we were going with this analogy
is that people who are selling shovels are making the most money so if you're
just standing there hanging out everyone is looking to buy shovels to dig for the
gold what you're better off is selling shovels
you're selling shovels to people and well they make money maybe they don't
make money but you are always making money because you're selling shadows so
what is a shadow it's a digital marketing agency so why is this better
for you to run a digital marketing agency if you're not successful with
your drop shipping business well the first reason for this is because you are
going to actually learn how to market for dropshipping businesses because
you're gonna work for your clients who already semi-successful you're gonna
work with them face to face you're gonna be able to copy what they're doing
you're gonna be able to apply this you're gonna be able to observe their
current strategy so you're gonna focus on one thing you're probably gonna do
dropshipping marketing which makes perfect sense marketing for companies
who do drop shipping and you will learn so much more from them and you are also
gonna get paid for this because while you're learning they're actually paying
you for some kind of work that you're delivering whatever marketing services
you're offering to them so you're not only learning more than if you were just
drop shipping by yourself but you're also literally getting paid for learning
and the best thing is that you don't have to abandon your idea of starting a
drop shipping business at all you don't have to abandon this idea and you didn't
have to abandon this because if you deliver marketing services to
dropshipping businesses you become better and better you raise capital and
eventually you can use this money to focus on a drop shipping business and
you have more skills more expertise more funnels that you already understand that
you can implement in your own drop shipping business so it's kind of like
you're just putting yourself behind the crowd and everyone is chasing the rabbit
that everyone is digging the gold and you're just working with all of them
okay you get information from all of them there are like hundreds of people
around you you're all rallying dropshipping businesses you help all of
them of course you're delivering as much value as you can whatever is that that
you're doing whether it's helping them with their pictures landing pages or
whatever drop shipping companies need you help them with this but at the same
time you observe what works the best and then you can implement this in your own
drop shipping business if you want to know more how to start a marketing
agency and supplement your drop shipping business then you can go to Mattlaker.com
I made a free training for you for a limited time it's totally free so you
can watch it you can see all the first steps to starting a digital marketing
agency so it's MattLaker.com make sure to go there right now and I see you in
tomorrow's video. Cheers!

Injectables That Can Make You Look Instantly Slimmer - Duration: 6:35.
Today, have you ever wanted to be like instantly slimmer?
Hi guys my name is Dr. Sarah Tonks I'm a cosmetic physician in London today we
are going to be doing some facial slimming using injectables that's Botox
and dermal fillers a lot of people think that fillers are going to make your face
look bigger and you look you know chubby or or fatter after you've had that done
and that you can only use Botox for swimming actually that's totally not
true a combination of both of them really works best this is because it's
more about the shape of the face rather than worrying about adding more volume
to it so if the volumes in the correct areas it means that eventually you'll
wind up looking slimmer so our patient today is a huge tooth grinder you can
see her masseter muscle here is well massive it's huge she's also got a large
temporalis muscle here sometimes on people who are clenches and grinders you
will see that the platysma which is this big sheet muscle down here will also be
quite strong it tends to be that if you're clenching your teeth it's more in
the temporalis if you're grinding your teeth it's more in the masseter the size
of the muscle is not related to the amount of pain that people can get this
problem so I have seen some patients whom maybe they've got a really really
tiny looking masseter but they experience a lot of pain from their
grinding likewise I see patients who have got
huge masters but they might not be in any pain I think you'll agree though
that for this lady if we can just take a little bit off this muscle on both sides
it would look quite nice I'm also going to inject the chin crease here and just
try and make her look a little bit less tired there she's previously had her
lips done elsewhere so I won't be treating them today okay first of all
let's do the Botox so we're going to be treating her glabella which is a frown
line forehead now the temples now remember this is
that big muscle the temporalis muscle which is involved in clenching your
teeth then we're going to treat the masseter muscle and finally the platysma
in the neck this is really gonna take the tension off for her now on to the
filler first things first on top of the cheekbone now switching to
use a cannula again to treat the cheekbone
now micro droplets in front of the ear this is for lifting touch Frost that's 4
mils so you can see that by using 4 mils we do have a slight improvement in the
contour of the cheek area and we're starting to see some lifts here let's go
on and do the next four I'm putting more in this micro droplet technique in front
of the ear because I think that worked really well for her this particular
technique is very good if you have Halloween in front of your ear I'm now
attacking the chin crease with it needle and we're going back to do the front
part of the cheek yo-ho-ho that's 8 mils again you can see that
we're making some progress here she's not swelling up too much so hopefully
you guys can see that we're really getting some progress here with the
cheek we're starting to unfold the chin that you can see the direction in which
we're going now we're gonna do some temple filler and then the angle of the
jaw now we're taking that cannula back and treating the marionette zone and
moving across to the chin crease that's pretty much it so let's see how she
looked about 2-3 weeks after the procedure so remember it takes a few
weeks for the Botox to work so let's just have a quick look at her and how
she looked when she left the clinic so what we can see there is we've got some
really nice improvement in the cheeks and the chin and everything appears a
bit more lifted but you don't really see the benefit of the Botox yet so when we
then flip to the follow up image which was taken 2 to 3 weeks later you can see
that it's really kicked in and our whole face now looks much
slimmer so using this second image we can see
that now the jawline looks much straighter because this large muscle
here has been removed we can also see that there is a bit less bulk in the
temple area even though I have injected the temple I know this is a bit
counterintuitive that I'm putting Botox in there to slim the muscle but then I'm
putting filler in there afterwards the reason it is the filler goes deep and
it's more to lift up the eyebrow rather than it being a functional thing so I'll
often use Botox for example to slim the masseter but then put filler in at the
angle of the jaw behind where the masseter is because that will give you a
kind of a more cut look there let's have a quick look at her smiling to make sure
she hasn't turned into a goblin you can see again looks pretty good on smiling
we've retained those little lines around the eyes we didn't do any Botox there
however underneath the eye does look a little bit better this is probably the
most interesting part so can you see here this part of the face is straight
and maybe even slightly outwards facing here we've got a v-shape okay guys
that's it for this week I hope you enjoyed the video and that you like the
results don't forget to come back next week where we will be doing more of the
same I will see you there sure back

Halloween vs. Bonfire Night or Guy Fawkes Night - Duration: 9:19.
Hi, I'm Vicki and I'm British but I live in the US now, and this season of year is
what I call autumn, but Americans call fall.
America and the UK both have a have a special celebration at this time of year, but they're
different.
In the US it's Halloween and in the UK it's Guy Fawkes night, or bonfire night.
You're going to learn about both celebrations in this video and you'll also learn vocabulary
along the way.
To help me, I'm teaming up with my friend Jennifer, from Jennifer ESL.
Jennifer's American and she knows lots about Halloween.
And I've got lots to tell you about Guy Fawkes, and British history.
We'll also to show you some family photos, and when we've finished, you can decide
which holiday you think is best.
OK Jennifer.
You can go first because Halloween comes first.
That's right.
We celebrate Halloween on October 31st.
Halloween combines different traditions and lots of fun.
Halloween is also known as All Hallows' Eve, and it's actually been around for centuries
in one form or another.
Halloween has ancient Celtic roots, so the holiday came from what is now Ireland, the
UK, and France.
At this time of the year, when the warm summer ends, and the cold weather sets in, people
believed that the line between the living and the dead blurs.
That's how Halloween came into existence.
So the living and the dead get mixed up!
Is that why people think of ghosts and zombies and scary creatures at Halloween?
Yeah, when the tradition first started, some people thought that wearing costumes would
scare the real ghosts away.
Today both children and adults participate in Halloween simply for the fun of dressing
up and wearing costumes.
Dressing up is a huge part of Halloween in the US.
The costumes can be scary, funny, beautiful... whatever you'd like.
Take a look.
Oh that's your kids!
Wonderful!
In the UK, if we dress up, we generally dress as things like Dracula, or Frankenstein or
mummies – so costumes that have a spooky theme.
But in the US, people dress up as anything they want.
It's part of the tradition of trick-or-treating, isn't it?
Yes.
Trick-or-treating is a community event.
It's a lot of fun to see families all around the neighborhood celebrating in costume and
giving out candy.
For about two hours, kids go from door to door in costume.
They know which houses to go to because families turn on their porch lights to signal that
they're participating in Trick-or-Treating.
The kids ring the doorbell if no one's already waiting at the door.
Each time they say, 'Trick or treat', and receive candy.
No one plays tricks, by the way.
It's just a custom to say 'Trick or treat' like a greeting or a request for candy.
Often the adults giving out candy are dressed up too.
Parents who are waiting back near the street remind their children to say thank you for
the candy.
Parents also hope to get some of that candy later, or at least I do!
Now, sometimes my students ask if Halloween is a religious festival or a celebration of
the devil and dark forces, but it's not.
It's just an excuse to party.
I think it's my favourite American holiday now.
How can you live in the U.S. and not love Halloween?
It's a huge deal for my children and me.
We get ready a few weeks in advance because it takes time to prepare our costumes and
decorate the house.
And don't get me started about carving pumpkins!
I can go on and on about the time and effort it takes to make jack-o'-lanterns.
Jack-o'-lanterns.
You'd better explain what they are.
That's what we call the pumpkins after we carve them and place candles inside to light
them up at night.
Traditionally, we carve a scary or funny faces, but in more recent years, it's become fashionable
to carve different things.
Some people are really good at it.
I'm learning, but it's not easy to cut through the hard shell.
I know.
I'm very impressed.
They're really hard to make.
I wonder if people in the UK have as much fun around this time of the year?
Well, when I was growing up, we didn't pay attention to Halloween.
It was no big deal.
It's growing in popularity now but it's still a small holiday compared to the U S.
In the UK, we like to party a few days later on the fifth of November.
That's when we have Guy Fawkes night, or bonfire night.
This is a celebration of a historical event and it dates back to the year 1605.
King James was the king of Great Britain and some people planned to assassinate him - so
to kill him.
They got barrels of gunpowder and hid them in the British parliament building and waited
for the king to arrive.
So it was a plot.
They planned to blow up the building and kill the king.
However, the king's supporters heard about the plot.
They searched the building and discovered a man, called Guy Fawkes, hiding in the basement
under the building with 36 barrels of gunpowder.
So the king was saved and the people of London celebrated by lighting bonfires.
That's how the tradition started.
Every November the fifth we have bonfires and lots of fireworks.
When I was a child, bonfire night was probably the most exciting night of the year.
Preparations started a week or two before.
We'd go to the shop and buy big boxes of fireworks and very importantly, we'd make
a guy.
A guy is a kind of effigy or model of Guy Fawkes.
We'd get some old clothes, stuff them with newspapers and sew them together so they looked
like a human body.
Then we'd build a bonfire, put the guy on top and set fire to it.
Vicki, are you the little girl on the left?
Yes, that's me!
I think I was about 8 or 9 years old.
The stuffed guy reminds me of a scarecrow.
We use scarecrows on farms to scare away the birds.
Here in the US, scarecrows have also become common fall decorations.
We don't burn them though!
Looking back, it was quite dangerous because our garden wasn't very big.
Most people these days go to big firework displays instead.
They're a lot safer.
Wow.
Talk about strange but oddly fun traditions!
Do any of you have the tradition of building a bonfire?
What fall holidays do you celebrate?
Tell us in the comments.
Yes, and don't forget to subscribe to both our channels.
Happy Halloween everyone!
Bye!

Do you shoot over the deer?? - Duration: 9:36.
Hi!
We are standing in the middle of the hunting season
and why am i not hunting?
well, because today i felt like
making this video
and you have to forge the iron while its hot
or else Loki will take it!
some of the stuff we are talking about these days
are people shooting over the deer
especially when they are shooting from above
I´m use to say, there is 4 reasons
why we are shooting over the deer
Reason no. 1 is aim small, miss small
we are forgetting to focus on the small spot
on the deer
or forgetting to focus just behind the front leg
where the heart is at
instead we are looking at the whole animal
Reason no. 2
is buck fever, plain and simple
we are struck by buck fever so much
our heart is hammering
so when the deer is on its way
maybe we have waited 15 minutes
for the shot oppertunity to happen
and when it finally happens
we are forgetting all the important stuff
and only looking at the critter
maybe even the whole deer
and then we are just pulling back and releasing
and usually we dont get a proper anchor point
maybe we are releasing here
and when we are releasing here
it means that our back sight is to high
cause our back sight is our eyes
it´s like if you´r moving your peep sight up on a compound bow
and the shot will go higher
Reason no. 3
the theorethical reason
Look at this
we have a treestand here
and the deer is here
and the shot is here
the distance from the tree to the critter
lets say this is 10 meters
so there is 13 meters here
and our instinct is
calculating the 13 meters
cause we are use to practice at unknown distances all the time
so our instinct is calculating 13 meters
but there is only 10 meters
and the arrow is impacting higher
but in my book, this is not so important
bacause
when we are shooting from above
we also need the arrow to impact higher on the animal
cause the arrow is coming from above
therefore
i´m gonna call this the theoretical reason
but no doubt about it! it is a reason.
make no mistake about that
and reason no. 4
the deer ducking
like this
if it can hear the arrow
or the bow
there is alot of evidence of that! so thats a fact.
but you can calculate that to
cause when you´r aiming small
you´r aiming through the deer in the heart
which is in
the lower part of the deer
and you have a buffer over the heart
but now we are crawling up in the tree
and shooting a few shots
trying to do it like we don´t wanna shoot
of course its difficult to do it wrong
byt i will try
and a few shots
with a good anchor point
Now we are in the tree
we are elevated about 3 meters
there is 10 meters from this tree to the deer, down there
and
about 13 meters in straight line
my instinct will shoot this deer at 13 meters
but i know
there is only 10 meters, but thats not something i´m thinking about much
cause if im shooting this deer like it was 13 meters away
and its only 10 meters away
the arrow will impact a little higher
wich is okay, cause i´m shooting from above
the arrow will therefore hit through the middle of the engine of the deer
This is why i´m saying the the theoretical reason
is not so important
I think it´s more important
how we are executing the shot, and what we are thinking
during the shot
Now i´m gonna try to
make a shot, like we don´t wanna do it
I´m using the white feathers
so we can separate it from the others
I have tryed this in real life, my self
I did not know what i was doing, at all
cause i was struck by buck fever
It can also be an adrenalin rush, because of the exitement
So i did not know what i was doing
What often happens when the deer steps in is:
we are just doing it like this
and we are making a shot like this
and often we are not getting an anchor high enough
Some times the anchor is down here
maybe i´m exaggerating now
but only so it´s easy to understand
Now i will try to make a proper anchor point
this is my style of shooting
maybe you have another
some people are doing like this
others like this
but it´s all the same in general
either way we need to get down to the arrow
like when you are doing from the ground
remember that up here to
and when the deer is stepping in
And thats what i think is going wrong most of the time, when we are shooting over the deer
and at the same time we are looking at the whole animal
instead of the small spot
let´s try
controlled anchor point
it was pretty good
lets take another
the first one was with a broadhead
this one is without
I have already desided
when the deer was coming in
my eyes was on the heart of that deer
exactly where i wanna hit
aim small miss small
I have already desided
to remember the anchor point
it´s in my mind already
Maybe my heart is pumping
but i´m focused on my anchor and where i wanna hit
I have already made theese decissions
my mind is not empty
cause if it is
it´s gonna be auto pilot
and we dont want that
Draw back
anchor
and it will not go wrong
It dosen´t matter if we are shaking a little
cause we are holding it longer
Shaking like I do is never a problem
as long I have a proper anchor point
and its tight enough
you will not fail
lets try to
now we are
I´m taking the camera of here
and then we are crawling down
and
taking a look at it
As we can see
the white one is way to high
cause my anchor point was way to low
or the anchor point was missing
and the other two arrows was great
lets take a look at the angle
When we are considering the angle
they are perfect
they will cut the engine completely
so, thank you for watching
I hope it can be usefull
and it can help to make people think about it
but this is not because that I know everything
cause i´m not
but this is my tip
I hope you can use it
and i think it´s more important to think
what we are doing
instead of
only think about theory
shoot straight!
see you
I forgot to talk about
reason no. 4
the deer can duck the arrow
and it can
no matter how fast our bow is
the deer can duck
And there is only one thing to say
aim low
and be close to the deer

Respond & Restore - Duration: 4:36.
Hi my name is Gary Berge and I've just completed the two-year Foundations two
program at the University of Trenton Ontario and the Mehrit Centre on
self-regulation. I'm part of the first group of graduates from this program and
I'm presenting a series of information videos on the Shanker Five Steps of
Self-Regulation and understanding the Five Domains of Stress and I'm posting
these on YouTube. Each video is about five minutes and length and contains five
slides of information. Each video has a brief written description and is
designed to be very practical and concise. The series is designed to be
followed in video sequence to fully appreciate the self-reg process. Each
video will require the viewer to create their own stress inventory and continue
to add to it throughout the series. All materials for the series comes from the
Mehrit Centre and the Foundations Two course participants. Please contact the
Mehrit Centre at http://self-reg.ca for further
information on these topics, or you can contact me http://www.wildrosecaregivers.com Thank
you and I hope you enjoy the series. Step 5 "Respond & Restore" by Gary
Berge. Step 5 is the final step in the Shanker Five Step Method of Self
Regulation which takes a close look at strategies we can use to restore our
energy and keep tensions regulated. If you've been following this video series
from the beginning, you have completed a personal stress inventory of stresses
from all five domains including some hidden stressors. You have looked at
reducing or eliminating some of these stressors and then reframing the remaining
stressors understanding that when your tension levels rise and energy drops you
are prone to a stress reaction. You have increased your stress awareness in
all five domains and in this video you will look at developing some lifelong
strategies for restoration and resilience allowing you to navigate your
day being mindful of your stressors and staying in a flow state.
Finding balance in our internal systems and in our lives
allows for personal growth and a sense of well-being recognizing that your day
involves the fluctuations of energy and tension and when your body experiences
little energy and high tension, the body becomes depleted of energy and quickly
attempts to conserve whatever remaining energy is left by initiating a limbic or
red brain response. In this state the limbic system takes over putting the
brakes on the blooper executive functions causing you to lose rational
thought, focus, becoming highly emotional and
having trouble listening. Focusing on your behavior at this point is like
applying a band-aid. Recovery from this state requires restoration practices
through self-regulation by bringing yourself back to calm. Applying
self-control or willpower is ineffective while experiencing a stress response.
Write down in your stress inventory ways that you use to restore your energy.
Every person has unique and individualized ways to restore and
bounce back from energy draining experiences. These lifestyle changes and
mindset changes can change the trajectory of life toward a more
balanced and healthy sense of well-being. Examples of restoration practices can be
dancing, yoga, walks in nature, meditation, walking the dog, horseback riding, art
cooking, exercise, deep breathing, reading and continuing to practice your own
self-regulation through becoming mindful of your daily
energy intention. One way to stay in flow is to view everything that happens in
the positive, finding value in all that you encounter. Thank you for watching
this series on self-regulation and the five domains. Stay tuned for future
topics such as self-control versus self-regulation,
misbehaviour versus stress behaviour. Thank you and stay tuned.

person on this earth that was just put here to just live mediocre to just like
watch Life go by just to watch other people gain success and I'm preaching to
myself as well I'm Alex speaking to myself my head like a mirror I guess I
like talking to myself because I need to hear this too there's so many times that
you know I can see other people getting into things that I love and I like and I
get I don't I don't want to say I don't get jealous but I definitely get a
little insecure like am i working hard enough is this the right direction
because no matter what we do in life it's hard to just like sit back and be
like is this the direction I'm supposed to be going in so because each of us are
so specific it's so detailed so intricate because we are that means
we are able to live out a purpose in a dream and a calling that is that
specific and unique detailed because that's who we are even
jobs careers or blank lifestyles that I would say is more of a perfect mold like
for me it would personally be something when I look at it would be like somebody
is a nurse or somebody who is a teacher and now that those are perfect molds but
in my mind that's the you know Torian musician youtuber person who doesn't
have any like specific place to go specific thing to do
teacher and nurse it's more like I guess what I would consider a perfect mold or
more like a stable job but even those things even if you are a nurse even if
somebody's a teacher they are very specific and they're very intricate
maybe the nurse is really into bike riding and like leaps biking group every
weekend and maybe the teachers really loving and wants to volunteer at the
clinic event clinic like all the time I mean that's even just things that we
can see there's more things inside of us that make us so different like in our
minds and our hearts and our souls but there's so many things that make us who
we are so why would we not go after dreams that
are as unique as we are your life is not meant to just watch somebody else that
cheat their dreams let me just say that one more time because I feel like so
often that's the mindset I get in okay well I mean maybe it's just not for me
maybe I'm just supposed to like the thing and let somebody else do it better
or do it well or whatever but inside I if I really get real with myself I know
that that's the thing that like I want to do and I feel like I'm meant to do
well and I want to achieve and I want to do better than like you know bettering
myself not trying to be better than nothing
but just bettering myself and I feel like so often we put things on the shelf
because we just as soon as like mentor somebody else to do better or to do well
because we just we don't believe in ourselves enough but we are gonna
believe in ourselves we are going to follow after a dream you were meant to
live the life was so much purpose you were meant to be somebody who follows
their dreams who achieves their goals you believes in themselves and in doing
so encouraging other people to do the same because this world would be so much
of a better place if we all let go of social norms cultural norms and subtext
hold us back we just have to keep pressing forward
don't give up know that your specific crazy dream was meant for you truly
meant for you and don't let anything get in your way
not even you well that's it you guys I smell like I don't want to say hopefully
that made it's that kind of sense and hopefully that inspires even the courage
of you to go after it thank you guys for watching I love you to the moon and back
and until next time
you

2018 Mustang BULLITT Dream Giveaway Review! - Duration: 4:27.
(exciting music)
- [Chris] Hi, Chris and Blake here
with the Dream Giveaway Garage.
- Yeah, on location.
- On location, Blake, tell 'em what we got behind us.
- 2018 Mustang Dream Giveaway
featuring the 2019, limited edition Mustang Bullitt
and paired with a '68 tribute Bullitt
just like Steve McQueen drove in that fancy,
fancy film from back in the day, Bullitt.
- Bullitt, you guys know the story of Bullitt.
It's crime drama from 1968, it's set in San Francisco.
It stars Steve McQueen and it just happens to have
a 1968 Highland Green Mustang chasing a Dodge Charger.
Not for 10 or 20 seconds, for 18 and a half minutes.
It's the most iconic car chase scene
in all of movie history.
- [Blake] And you're not only gonna win a '68 Mustang,
you're gonna win both, guys.
2019 Mustang Bullitt limited edition, 480-horsepower,
paired with the '68 restomod and we paid the taxes,
so you don't have to worry about that.
- It all happens at www.dreamgiveaway.com.
You use the promo code, you'll get bonus tickets
and if you're the winner, tell 'em what's gonna happen.
- We're gonna fly you to Florida,
put you up for a night, have a ceremony,
hand the lucky winner the keys.
You get two sets of keys, guys.
Fire it up and drive it home.
Let's start off with the front of this car.
Look at the grill, the honeycomb mesh grill,
beautiful, outlined in chrome and you'll see
the chrome is one of the key accents of the Mustang Bullitt
because this car has no badges,
but it definitely has the chrome outline
to set it off between this and other Mustangs.
The hood pays a lot of homage to the '68 Bullitt
with these two louvers here, really making
this hood aggressive, making it look exactly like
that '68 Bullitt and you'll see they made
these wheels specifically for the 2019 Mustang Bullitt.
They are just for the Bullitt, the only option you can get
and they're outlined in that chrome.
And the last piece of chrome on this car
to really set it aside from everything else,
is this beautiful outline of the door.
You'll see the chrome goes all the way back to the window
and all the way up the front A-pillar.
So you'll see Brembo outfitted this 2019 Mustang Bullitt
with a big break kit to make sure that you can turn
on a dime and hit the breaks when you need
and be able to get around those corners.
This 2019 Mustang Bullitt comes
with the upgraded Recaro seats.
It's a premium, it's a must.
Those things hug ya so well when you drive this car,
making it that much more amazing.
And last but not least, the most important thing
about this Mustang Bullitt is the badging.
Take a look how beautiful it is on the trunk,
letting everybody know this is tribute to the original '68.
The beautiful badge will be in everybody's face behind ya,
intimidating 'em, letting 'em know you got 480-horsepower
behind the wheels and this is the real deal Bullitt.
- Take a look at this perfectly restored 1968 Mustang
with a 390 cubic inch engine just like Steve McQueen drove
but that's where the similarities end because this Mustang
has restomod upgrades from bumper to bumper.
There's a whole lot of Bullitt insignia on this Mustang,
like these modern wheels with Bullitt center caps,
Bullitt right here on the gas cap.
You know you want to put this restomod Mustang
in your garage.
Inside you're going to find Bullitt seats,
a five speed modern manual transmission,
and a whole lot of Bullitt attitude.
Three different style Mustangs were available back in 1968,
a coupe, a convertible, and like you see here, a fastback.
And while we're standing here,
take a look at this Highland Green metallic paint,
absolutely phenomenal, especially in the sunlight,
you can see the metallic glistening on this 1969 Mustang.
Ya gotta be in it to win it.
To get in, go to www.dreamgiveaway.com.
Enter to win these two Mustangs
and while you're there, there's other great prizes too.
- Yep, absolutely.
Check out all the prize packages at dreamgiveaway.com.
They're the world's greatest prize packages.
Gotta say it again,
- [Both] World's greatest prize packages.

Preptober Timeline Spread - Duration: 6:12.
Hi there! It's Diane, the nursing geek, with a quick Preptober video. This was
brought on by a conversation in comments with Kate Cavanaugh. I will link her
video below that prompted this. We got to talking about timeline issues in terms
of what day is it, how many hours does this day actually have, how many hours
would be needed for this day to actually play out the way it is? I shared that in the
project I ended up completing during July's camp NaNoWriMo, I had this one day
that would need to be at least 48 hours long because I had people driving from
Minnesota to South Dakota to North Dakota and back again and and doing
things in each of those places that took time, and that that was not going to be
within 24 hours. No. All very well for TV shows to do jump
cuts where people drive across the country in a snap of a finger -- although
don't think the audience doesn't notice that - they do, we do --- so don't want to do
it in writing. I had said, "Well, maybe what I need to do
to map out my time line is get one of those old doctor appointment logs where
you can just block off chunks of time throughout the day." And I used to have
one of those for totally different purpose years ago, so I had in mind what
I wanted. Went looking in Target. No, didn't find anything even close.
I was then thinking about going to Staples -- I am very glad I did not -- and
realized it would probably be a $20 planner that I would be buying, but I
would still have to alter it to fit my needs. Why do that? I have (laughs) got extra
bullet journals lying around, 'cause it's cheaper shipping-wise, usually, to buy
more than one. So this one hasn't been put to use yet. So now it just became my
Writing Collections Bullet Journal. I picked the one with the elephant on it,
because you associate elephants with memory, or at least I do. And it's gonna
help me remember important things like "how many hours are in a day?" "What already
happened in this character's day?" And I created this little spread. So this is my
working title, and "What It Takes" is the working title, the "Timeline" is the spread
title. It's late. And I just numbered out the hours of the day in the margin. I did
go for all 24 hours actually here - all 24 hours because the protagonist of this
story is... she's a nursing student and I know that there will be awake time stuff
happening here. Probably cramming for exams and things
to be interrupted by actual plot-relevant stuff. But yeah, if you are a
nursing student, please don't do that to yourself. I know you're probably going to
do it anyway, but please consider getting sleep before exams instead of staying
awake all night. Public service announcement out of the
way, this character is totally gonna pull all-nighters and have plot-relevant
things happen in the wee hours, so I need to be able to block those out when that
happens. So that's my plan for this part of the spread, and then the top is just
a little summary of what's happening that day. One or two plot-relevant things
that are happening to keep myself on track of what actually needs to happen
within those 24 hours. I don't know whether this is going to work the way I
think it is, but I'm gonna try it. And in case you are looking for a way to
do something similar, I offer that as a possible way to go. Or maybe you'll think
of something better, in which case please share it in comments because I'd love to
know! I need all the help I can get. Don't we all? So that's it for now. I
can't think of anything else right at the moment. I am gonna try to get one
more Preptober video up, maybe, as well as the projectile wound video before
NaNo starts. I'm gonna try. I am still finishing out the story that I meant to
write during July's Camp, which is due on the 30th. Not due to my beta reader, due
to go and be put up for people to read. Student-type folks out there, please
listen to me. Don't do that to yourself either. I know you probably will, but please don't.
I shouldn't. I know better, but, um, it is what it is. I'm just starting chapter 2 and
the outline goes for 9. That'll be interesting. How much other stuff will happen than writing and
planning -- outside of, you know, work -- I don't know, but I'm gonna try to get
those two done. We'll see. Anyway, that's it for now. So, until next
time, I hope you have a great day. Bye!

English Listening Practice 3 - My Favorite Food - Duration: 9:05.
What's up guys? Welcome to another listening practice video
So just like the last couple listening practice videos that I made, in this video
I'm going to talk for about 10 minutes or so
and you can use this to listen and to practice your English listening and try to understand the words that I'm saying and
I'll be speaking at full speed. So this is as if a native speaker were speaking to you in a conversation
Just like I mentioned before,
the way that I like to practice my listening when I'm
learning other languages is
I like to listen to a video, usually on YouTube, of a person speaking to the camera
and I first listen to it without subtitles
Just listening listening listening and trying to understand what the person is saying and then I listen to the same video
again
but this time with the subtitles turned on and so I can see which words that I didn't understand the first time and I can
Start to notice the small details that I didn't catch the first time
I listened to the video and
so by the time you've watched the video the second time with the subtitles,
it becomes a lot clearer to you
and then the third time, you watch the video again, but this time without the subtitles again
and ... this is good practice for you to see if
you can capture the words the third time around because now that you've seen them written down
you can identify them more easily when you listen to them
So this is the way I like to do my listening practice. If you have a different way, that's perfectly fine
but in case you were wondering how you could use these videos to your advantage, that's how I'd
recommend it to you. So
today, I'm going to talk to you about the topic of food. I'll tell you about my favorite foods
I think I'll divide it into sections so breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert
So let's let's start with breakfast first. So I'm an American so
As most Americans, I really enjoy a good
hearty breakfast. The word hearty is just talking about like a very filling, a very
a very full heavy breakfast
And so I like this especially if I'm on vacation or if it's the weekend or something like that
So if any of you have been to America before and eaten breakfast at a restaurant
you probably know some of our famous breakfast foods like
pancakes,
bacon and eggs, hash browns,
oatmeal
Maybe even... maybe some of you even know some of our more, I would say more traditional southern
breakfast foods like grits or things like that
But I would say that my favorite breakfast food is definitely eggs
So eggs are probably one of my most favorite foods
in the whole world. I eat eggs probably
at least a few times a week, I would say and so eggs of any style
Are my favorite breakfast food
but especially
poached eggs, so I don't know if any of you guys like poached eggs, but for me, those are
the most delicious breakfast foods...
breakfast food that I can imagine. So poached eggs, I would say is my number one
breakfast food
Now talking about lunch
Lunch in the U.S.
isn't as big as it is in other countries. I know most of my viewers are from Latin America and in Latin America lunch is
more important, it's the
the heaviest meal of the day usually
In the U.S. a lot of people skip lunch or they'll eat a very light lunch at their office while they're working or something
So for me, I grew up eating a lot of sandwiches
for lunch, that was kind of normal for me
So, I don't know if you guys have tried peanut butter and jelly, but that's definitely one of the traditional
American
styles of sandwich, so I haven't eaten a lot of those recently
but I will say that during my childhood. That was probably my favorite lunch
Nowadays, and now that I live in Mexico, I eat a lot of
what we call here the menu del día, which is
kind of like a cheap meal at a restaurant that is
decided that day by the the chef or whoever
So they decide, okay today the menu del día is gonna be chicken and rice with you know,
vegetable soup and this dessert or whatever. So I do that very often for lunch here
and eat things like... like chicken like... like tacos like
What else?
Ah, one thing I really like is chile relleno. I don't know if you guys have tried that. It's a
chili pepper stuffed with cheese
very very good. But those are typical dishes that might be served at a menu del día here in Mexico
so that's maybe a typical lunch for me. And then dinner is usually where I
really enjoy myself. My wife and I always go out to restaurants. It's one of my favorite things to do. I love trying
different restaurants, different cuisines from different countries and so I would say
Probably... my favorite types of food at restaurants are
Japanese food and Italian food and I'm sure a lot of you might say the same thing
So my wife and I are big sushi fans, we especially love raw tuna
The word raw means not cooked, right? So this is the tuna that's usually in sushi
So we eat
raw tuna every chance we get, we love it
and so obviously sushi is the best way to eat that and so we get sushi pretty often.
I also really like ramen as well and
another dish that I've been eating a lot
recently, which is like Japanese-Hawaiian is poke
So if you guys haven't tried that it's kind of like a sushi salad almost, it's got... usually it has raw tuna, it has crab
edamame, it has seaweed,
rice, and you can add a number of other things to it
But my favorite part, of course, is the tuna and so we love Japanese food and then we also love
Italian food... me more than my wife, but I really like pastas
especially things like gnocchi or
ravioli, I love ravioli and
pizza definitely. So here in Mexico
we don't have a ton of great pizza
Sorry Mexico, it's the truth
But there are some restaurants near us that do make a good pizza. And so we tend to just go to those restaurants
exclusively, we don't really try a bunch of new pizza places because usually it's... they're not that good. So yes
Italian food like pizza pasta
things like that and
dessert
I would say... I'm a big dessert person. So I really like sweet food
But my favorite dessert is... is just chocolate, right? In any form. So I
am a chocolate addict and
lately, I've been trying to not eat so much because it's my favorite food. I eat too much of it. I know that
So lately, I've been trying to cut back on my chocolate intake, but if someone gives me chocolate I eat it
I don't care what
type of chocolate it is
It could be chocolate-covered nuts, chocolate-covered fruit, you know, marshmallows, just normal chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate
Whatever, I'll eat any kind of chocolate. So that would be my favorite dessert
So yeah, this was just a quick video of me talking about my favorite foods
Maybe if one of you guys has a suggestion about what you want me to talk about during the next
listening practice video, you can leave that in a comment down below and I'll add that to my list of topics
and so yeah, stay tuned for the next video
I hope you guys have realized that I'm posting pretty regularly now on Mondays and Fridays at the same time
So always be sure to check at that time on Mondays and Friday... on Monday and Friday
to see my new videos and yeah any other questions, just leave them in a comment, okay? See you later. Bye Bye.
