Add 3tbsp of gingerly oil

Add 1tsp of mustard seeds and urad dhal

Add 1tsp of fenugreek seeds

Add 1tsp of dried onions (Karuvadagam)

Add 5-6 cloves of garlic

Add 1 handful of sliced small onions and fry until it turns into golden brown in colour

Add 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder

Saute well

Add 1 sliced tomato

Saute well

Add 1 & 1/2tbsp of red chilli powder

Add 2 tbsp of coriander powder

Mix well

Add 2 cups of tamarind extract (juice)

Stir well and allow it to boil for sometime

Add 2 cups of fresh thick coconut milk

Mix well

Add salt to taste

Allow to boil and add few curry leaves

Am using sliced seer fish pieces for the curry (you can add fish of your choice)

Cook for 8min on high flame and turn off the stove

Tasty Fish Curry is ready to be served !!

Today I'm with Ruanth, and right now we're in Oxford

since last week I travelled to Beaconsfield,

this week it was Ruanth's turn to come see me

We're about to go to the City Center here in Oxford

and we'll show you guys around the city as well

okay so we've arrived at City Center,

and we're about to go and have a look at a souvenir shop for some 'Oxford University' hoodies

and since I have a student card, I can get a 20% discount

and that's the motto for Oxford University

and within the City of Oxford there are several campuses, about 38 or more...

and each College has a specialisation

Ruanth: That's right, this college specialises in Philosophy, Art, and Theology

Cindy: now we're near a very famous spot in Oxford...

Ruanth: Radcliffe Camera, it's quite a famous building

and inside you actually have a...

Ruanth: Yes I'm hungry, let's go eat at Wagamama

Cindy: eat where?

Ruanth: Wagamama

Cindy: what's that?

Ruanth: they serve noodles, which are quite yummy

Cindy: where is this place?

Ruanth: it's right in front of us...

Cindy: where? I don't see it..

Ruanth: it's right there...

Ruanth: Cindy is sort of blind guys

Cindy: [shocked] what did you say?!

Ruanth: I usually order

if not this one, or the wagamama ramen

Cindy: wagamama ramen...

is this salad? noodle salad?

I think I'll order this...

Ruanth: you sure?

Cindy: so we both ordered ramen

and they say this is quite well known here in the UK

Ruanth: that's right..

Cindy: why is it well known?

Ruanth: the food's good...

Cindy: but this is actually such an asian dish

Ruanth: true, but British people like asian dishes too..

and it's hard to find cheap, tasty asian dishes here

and this (wagamama) is cheap, and tasty

Cindy: and how much are the prices here?

Ruanth: well for one meal - give or take...

oh and when I say 'cheap' I mean relative to the UK...

IDR180,000 - IDR200,000

so for two that would be

IDR400,000

Imagine what we could eat for that price in Jakarta

Cindy: so how was that meal?

Ruanth: it was good..

Ruanth: now we're going to the Covered Market

and now Cindy's going to treat me

Ruanth: I think I have a pound...

but that's just the train,

then there's the 20mins by bus...

Cindy: so in total that would be around an hour and 25 minutes?

The Emmerdale cast member, played by James Hooton, has showed off an incredible transformation online.

The actor, who plays Sam Dingle on the ITV soap, wowed fans as he unveiled his ripped body on Twitter.

James, 45, was seen flexing his muscles as he posed shirtless on the site.

He told his 9,700 followers: "Session complete! #everythingaches.".

What Are You Doing to Help Someone Solve a Problem? - Duration: 4:42.

Hi I'm Maile Collmer I'm a business consultant and I specialize in business

development through relationships and I often work with business professionals

that are in high trust professions - whether that's a corporate consultant in

biotech firms or it's your typical small business owner like an attorney, a

financial planner, financial services folks, mortgage, real estate. I

absolutely love helping them generate the type of business that they want, the

clients who truly value their expertise and who they really enjoy working with.

One of the basic principles to doing business through relationships that

generates a steady stream of business through referrals is the law of

reciprocity. The law of reciprocity is all about starting with a givers mindset:

so when we give we will in turn receive. People love generous, giving, kind people.

I was talking with a business owner earlier this week and he had the

revelation that when he's out there promoting him in his business that he

needs to leave a positive impression not just with his prospects but to anyone he

comes in contact. That was his revelation, because business can come

from so many different sources and especially if we're networking and in a

business community, then those folks can be actually referral sources. Leaving

a positive impression on those folks is even more impactful than just a one-off

client. Now we want to leave of course that positive impression on all our

prospects as well and just as many people as we come in contact with. I

also had a really great story from one of my clients this week.

One of the things that we work on in - you know the different ways that I work with

my clients, whether it's a small group or private coaching or a workshop, is we

work on giving activities. So what are those actual activities to give?

One of my clients was doing his weekly giving activities and he was on LinkedIn

and he ran across a an opportunity. A company was looking for a certain

position to fill and it wasn't something that he did but it was something that

someone on his referral team had an expertise in so he made the connection

and it turned out that the company hired this other consultant to

help them and it came back full circle to him and they ended up hiring him

after some time because they were so impressed with his connections and the

amazing consultant that he put them in contact for their for their original

problem, that when they needed the problem that he solves solved then he

was top of mind, he's the first person and the only person they really wanted

to talk to. So by giving and helping someone else get business and putting

two people together, two companies together, to solve a problem and to help

grow that business he was able to create a business opportunity for himself. So

this week what are you doing to help someone solve a problem and help put

some people together and be a giver? Because when you give that law of

reciprocity will help you receive so leave those people with a positive
