Waching daily Oct 27 2018

Alright, time for 2 achievements from the Bain Prison Heist,

also known as Hell's Island.

Let's start off with the easy one, Beacon of Nope,

which can be done on any difficulty.

When we first exit the prison area and gain access to the roof,

we'll be greeted by a very special scene,

which I won't spoil here.

So instead, far behind into the background,

we'll see a lighthouse.

Let our itchy trigger finger do the work,

and enjoy the achievement.

Then the other achievement we're going to look at, is "Another Way Out",

which has to be done on at least Overkill.

For this, we'll have to free all the other prisoners (3 actually),

before we free Bain.

And to free any of them,

we'll have to locate them first using the camera,

then key their cell number into the keypad.

So key in the cell numbers of the other 3 prisoners first,

then key in Bain's.

Now how do we find the cell number?

Outside every cell, there will be 2 markings.

One on the floor like a "Welcome" carpet

(which we won't be able to see through the camera),

and another to the left of the cell, near the top.

Looking through the camera,

we'll get a rather grainy image but fortunately,

visible civilians will have their heads tagged.

Bain, of course, is the one highlighted in orange, and the last to be freed.

So after locating a prisoner,

we'll zoom right in using the forward key (or W for me),

and we'll get the cell number.

Or 0412, in this case.

But sometimes, the cell number will be blocked by objects,

like the staircase here.

So we'll have to deduce the cell number instead.

The cell numbers increases from left to right,

so using the cell at the top as a start, 0422,

two cells to the right makes 0424.

Once we have all the cell numbers,

we'll free the 3 prisoners first, and then Bain,

to unlock this achievement.

And before we end the video, here's a quick tip.

Just like Beneath the Mountain,

getting shot while using the camera kicks us out of it.

So before heading in to the security room,

it's good to have some form of protection or distraction on the outside,

like sentries or bots.

And in my case, I make the bots hold position on the outside

so that I can be free of all distraction, to unlock this achievement.

And that wraps up this video.

Stay tuned for a short gameplay on the prison cell sequence.

I'll see you all soon.

Pickleball Scoring Basics- Make it Easy with Me, You, Who? - Duration: 5:12.

The hardest part about teaching somebody pickleball is usually teaching them how

to score. Stay tuned.

If you're new to this channel welcome! We talk about all

things pickleball from instruction to fitness and everything in between. If you

haven't already done so please hit the subscribe and then the bell, that way

you'll get a notification when I post a new video every Saturday.

Hey everybody it's CJ Johnson

I can't tell you how many times somebody has looked at me and said

0-0-@? What the heck does that mean? I sympathize with them when I first

started playing this game I was confused with the scoring. And today we're going to

talk about scoring basics.

First let's start with some terms that will help you.

The right side is the even side, and the left side is odd

After a side out or at the start of the game the serve always starts on the even side.

We'll talk about that in just a moment.

There are three numbers in a pickleball score.

The player who is serving calls the score.

An easy way to think of it is Me, You and Who.

It's usually the WHO that confuses people.

So if you followed this so far put a little thumbs-up down in the

comments below.

When your team gets a sideout the who starts all over again. Whoever the

player is that's standing in the even or the right side of the box is server

one and the odd side will be server two.

In this game the score is 0-0 and

Cheri and Lori have just gotten a sideout. Since Cheri is standing on the

even or the right side of the court she serves first. Using Me -You -Who

she says her score first which is 0. Her opponents score second which is

O and since she is the first server since the sideout she's a 1 so the

score is 0-0-1.

There's a fault made by the serving team so they don't

win a point and the other player on the team Lori now gets a chance to serve.

The score remains the same. She says her score first which is 0, her

opponents score second which is still 0 but now since she's the second

person on the team to serve since the sideout she's a 2. So the score is

0-0-2.

Since another fault is made by the serving team it's a sideout

and my team gets to serve. I'm the first person to serve since I'm standing on

the even side of the court. I say our score first which is 0, their score

second which is 0 and since I'm the first server I'm a 1.

The score is 0-0-1

We win that rally and finally win a point. The server keeps serving and

we simply change sides until the serving team commits a fault.

My team commits a fault and ends the rally it's now my partner's turn to serve.

The score is still me 1- 0 but since she is the second person to serve

for our team since the last sideout the score is 1-0 and who is 2.

Earlier I mentioned there is one exception to each team getting two serves. That's the first

service series of the game.

They start from the even side of the court.

but they would be considered 2.

If you're new here check out the beginner's playlist

it's designed with you in mind.

If this video helped you learn how to keep score a little bit better give it a

thumbs up or if you know somebody who's struggling with scoring share it with

your pickleball playing friends. Because

Why you should experience travelling on your own - Duration: 6:12.

the topic I'd like to talk about today is about traveling and in

particular traveling solo so that's an activity I've been doing for

many years I would say that's most of the travels I do,

well I do travel a lot of a business so that's a bit different, but in my leisure

time the type of travel I do travel a lot on my own. The biggest trip

I've done on my own was six months backpacking in South America and so what

I'd like my point today for this video would be to try and convince you

actually go and travel on your own because I find it's an amazing

experience that you don't get when you travel with other people. I'd say that

the way it started for me it's probably because my curiosity for other

cultures, other languages was so strong when I was young that I didn't want to

wait to have the right person to go with or as soon as I got into the world of

work you know having the friends who have the right holiday time so that they

can go with you and so on so I took the habit of traveling on my own because I

just wanted to go and my desire was stronger than wanting to go with

someone. I would say three reasons to travel on your own, the first one

is you're actually never on your own. That's the paradox of traveling on your own is that

you probably meet more people than if you are with

someone you meet more people because you of course if someone sees you alone

they're more likely to come and talk to you then if you are with someone

especially a couple I remember myself actually as a solo traveler and

meeting other people, if I saw a couple I wouldn't go and talk to them, because I

would assume well they'd probably want to be alone, they want to be together

if I saw someone on their own then I would go and talk to them much more

easily of course so I would say that's the first reason. The

second reason is, I say you meet a lot of people, but actually you have a choice.

That's the beauty of traveling on your own. The choice you have of speaking

to whoever you want, going wherever you want, whenever you want. You

don't have to stick to someone's planning to please someone I don't know

if you travel with someone who loves to be racing between museums and from one

place to another if that's not your style then the

great thing about traveling on your own is that you don't have to do that and

that's an amazing feeling I mean for me I've been so it's happened to me several

times like "Okay, tomorrow I go to that place" as I was traveling on my own.

And midway I think "Oh actually I'll have a coffee first" and then I have a coffee

and I changed my mind I decide to go elsewhere so that's great to be able to

do that. I would say the third last reason which is a very

important one is that you get to know yourself when you travel on your own and you

have so much time to think to reflect. I've made a lot of big decisions when I

was traveling on my own. I think it's about stepping away from your

day-to-day stepping away from the hectic life that you you can have in

your day-to-day and therefore you get yourself into a place where you

can contemplate your life contemplate what you've done what you're going to do

and maybe make different decisions.

I find it very resourcing to be traveling and to be just thinking

that is, I find, very good. I would encourage all of you to be trying

to travel on you own. Maybe it's not easy if you've never done it to get started

that I can understand. The best way I'd say, maybe what about you just do a

weekend or let's say one night in the town nearby on your own just visiting

walking around that could be one way to see how you feel and if really

really it feels awkward to be walking around for whatever reason then you can

still go back home. I would say another thing because I know that

bothers a lot of people when you travel alone it doesn't mean you sit on your

own at restaurants because there are so many ways of eating, you don't

have to go to proper restaurants you could go to cafes you could cook at home

if you got than an Airbnb, there are so many ways that you can avoid the sitting on your own. And actually to be honest I don't mind

at all actually I can be sitting on my own in a restaurant. I enjoy watching people,

and thinking, and that's how I usually do it. So I would be happy to get your

thoughts on that. Whether you do travel on your own, whether you enjoy it

what you think and whether, if you could,

get started with it one day. Thank you, that's it for today. Bye.

5 Tips to Prevent Your New Shoes from Hurting You|HFE♪ - Duration: 7:59.

5 Tips to Prevent Your New Shoes from Hurting You

Have you bought new shoes only to have them bother you? We'll explore how to solve this problem with simple tricks to try out at home.

Buying shoes is something everyone likes to do.

However, after the first few weeks, your feet starting feeling pain and discomfort.

Follow the tips below in order to prevent shoe-related injuries.

People often tend to use their older shoes instead of their new ones due to the pain, blisters, and discomfort they cause. It's not a good feeling at all knowing you aren't able to enjoy something you recently bought.

You shouldn't have to suffer while being at work or social events.

In order to put an end to this lousy problem, you can use the following tips to prevent getting hurt by your shoes. Try them and see which works best for you.

The world awaits you and those fabulous shoes!.

Five tricks to prevent your shoes from hurting you.

Hardness is the main cause of shoe-related pain.

Over time, the shoes start breaking in and adjusting to the shape of your feet.

In the meantime, take the following precautions.

Use a bandage.

Yes, it seems like a quick fix that anyone could do.

Still, that doesn't mean it's useless. It's very effective to stick a bandage or plaster on your heel area because that is what new shoes usually end up hurting.

Use a big enough bandage to cover the entire area that has contact with the shoe.

Otherwise, it will start peeling off and only provide you protection for a few minutes.

Thick socks and a hairdryer.

This is a very easy and useful trick.

At home, put your shoes on with your thickest socks in order to take the entire space up in your shoe.Next, blow dry the parts where the shoes feel the tightest. The hot air will soften and stretch them out.

If needed, repeat many times.

Baby powder.

This is another quick fix that works.

By putting baby powder on the area that's hurting you, it will reduce friction and prevent blistering.

A deodorant stick can do the trick as well.

Silicone strips.

At shoe or orthopedic supply stores, you can buy silicone strips that stick to your shoes' heel.

This way, you can soften the friction against the hard surface and prevent your shoes from hurting you again.

The warm bag of water trick.

This last tip is a little controversial since many doubt it works.

Still, there are some who would swear on it. Put a bag of hot water inside your shoes. Of course, you have to be absolutely sure that it won't leak.

Then, leave the shoes in the freezer overnight. The water will expand inside the shoe and gets bigger as it freezes.

As a result, your shoes will slightly stretch out every time you do this.

A simpler trick that's just as effective, is using your shoes until they gradually break in.  Use them for a couple of hours at home or at work if you are allowed to bring a change of shoes with you.

This way, you'll prevent injuries and feel more comfortable as you use them during long periods.

Another solution is to have a cobbler place a last inside your shoes to widen them.

You can also place some pads on the area that has contact with your skin and thus prevent getting hurt again.

Choosing good shoes.

Needless to say, a good pair of shoes has to fit you.

There should be at least one centimeter of space between your big toe and the tip of your shoe.

Likewise, choose good-quality shoes, because they don't cause pain as much due to their properly lining and padding.

It's even better if your shoes have a very soft insole that distributes the loads along the dimensions of your foot.

Finally, this last part is the most important.

If you're not convinced of the shoe quality  or you notice something may cause pain, then don't buy them.  You'll surely find others and save yourself the pain of the first uses, which should be enough to convince you to take your time to find your next pair.
