We have the sushi symbol and our opponent is the knight.

At the beginning the first two pawns of every player can be placed freely in the field,

one at turn.

Let's start with our sushi.

We play the second pawn, and now starts the real game.

We must play our pawns only around another pawn of the ours or not.

In this case we put our pawn here.

We can score a point when, after the placement, we respect the following conditions: in this

case in the eight spaces around the last our pawn placed we have a number equal or superior

of our pawns than the opponent's and at the same time equal or superior than the empty

spaces.

For example, now we scored a point.

Otherwise you must do a PUSH.

Hi, I'm Alex Beal - candidate for Missoula County Justice of the Peace Department

one. If you've followed my campaign you've probably heard me talk about efficiency

over and over again. I think that efficiency is one of the most important

things that a court should provide. While judges themselves don't control all of

those things, the policies and procedures that they set often do. It's important

for judges, like any manager, to take accountability for their mistakes and

not to blame others, but it's also important to help all of the other

people who work for the court be the best they can be, and put them in a

position to succeed. One small example of this recently occurred in Municipal

Court where I currently work. We've updated our computer systems to a new

system that the state will be rolling out to other courts. With that there have

been some changes in how clerks enter data. When that occurred I asked the

clerks, "What can I do differently as a judge to help you with your process?" The

thing that they said to me was to change the order of how we pronounce sentences.

Long story short, I now announce what the fines will be at the end of a sentence

instead of the beginning of a sentence. I doubt this is something that even

attorneys who practice on a daily basis in my court noticed, but I know that the

clerks did, and that it helped them to be much more efficient with their

processing. It's a small thing, but that's the kind of thing that a judge can do to

help promote the process of efficiency in a court. I'm Alex Beal and I'd

Did you know a sedentary lifestyle and waking up late maybe the reason why you feel so tired? Just by sleeping the necessary amount of hours and getting enough exercise can help increase your energy.

Feeling tired every once in a while is normal.

In fact, it is quite common in people.

The problem is not feeling tired occasionally but rather constantly. Therefore, this means something is definitely wrong.  You must figure out why you're feeling tired and find a solution to have a better quality of life.

7 reasons why you are feeling tired.

Getting up very late.

Most of the time you may think waking up late means you're more rested, but in reality that's false.

  So, in actuality, getting up early makes people feel more rested, calm and relaxed during the day.

In 2009, a study conducted at the University of Leipzig (Germany), found that the most energetic or proactive people are precisely those who wake up early.

Likewise, a study conducted by the Research Institute in Molecular Biology and Biophysics at the Russian Academy of Science — published as Personality and Individual Differences — revealed there are three types of people according to the dynamics of their biological clock.

The study emphasizes you must find out what are your high energy hours and "instruct" your habits to take advantage of the time you are most active.

This is called identifying your "chronotype".

Poor nutrition.

Excess carbohydrates and protein deficiency can possibly cause severe fatigue.

 Although carbohydrates are delicious foods that provide energy quickly, the body breaks them down as sugar, thus increasing your blood sugar levels.

Afterwards, the pancreas must produce a high level of insulin to decrease blood sugar levels.

So, when your blood sugar levels are going through these ups and downs, your body must reach homeostasis and resort to using a lot of energy. If you are a chronic sweets and carbohydrate eater, you will feel tired on a regular basis.

Pace of a sedentary lifestyle.

Doing nothing causes a lot of fatigue. That's right, having an extreme sedentary lifestyle is not a pleasurable feeling, but rather constantly tiresome.

Therefore, if you have a stationary job or drive a car to the store next door, you will be tired.

On the contrary, low-impact physical and aerobic exercises, — including outdoor activities — improve the production of happiness hormones which in turn improve your quality of sleep and  overall health.

You'll most likely feel tired in the beginning but exercise does considerably reduce fatigue and provides a lot of resistance.

Lack of sunlight exposure.

The body needs sunlight, for this reason sunbathing early in the morning and late afternoon helps your body produce a proper level of vitamin D.

At the same time, sunlight helps the body stay healthy.

 Just by being exposed to sunlight, it will be easier for you to get a better quality of sleep.

Not sleeping well.

One of the main causes of fatigue is not having enough hours of restful sleep.

 It's best if an adult gets up to 7 or 8 hour of uninterrupted sleep during the night.

 This allows the brain and other organs to complete their repairing stages and functions.

  Minerals and Vitamin Deficiencies.

Micro-nutrients, minerals and vitamins are important substances in order for your body to function well.

 The deficiencies of these nutrients result to tiredness, fatigue, dizziness and even other more severe medical conditions.

Having a balanced diet, by eating at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily provides many needed nutrients.

Likewise, it is very useful to eat nuts, including those prepared from minerals such as magnesium chloride.

Stressful situations.

You may feel discouraged when having to deal with difficult uncontrollable situations that have no solution.

 If you are in a recurring problem, a situation that wears you down or you are caring for a sick family member, you may may feel like throwing in the towel.

In these types of situations you should get some rest and stop thinking about what is beyond your control.

This will help you reduce emotional tension. Also, very stressful work situations can contribute to chronic fatigue. Therefore, try doing something nice for yourself and get some rest every once in a while.

It's especially hard when you get home from work.

Therefore, you aren't alone when it comes to overeating at night.

And we're not just talking about overeating during dinner.

It's not uncommon for people to raid the fridge for a snack in the middle of the night.

You might justify this by saying a little food helps you fall sleep.

A large dinner not only hurts your sleeping quality, but it has other unpleasant consequences.

Experts say eating too much at night will have you feel guilty, sad, and irritable.

Thus, causing negative affects  on your rest and quality of sleep.

Reasons why you overeat at night.

Stress and anxiety are some of the reasons you might eat a lot at night.

These symptoms of modern life can increase your desire for food instead of resting.

According to psychologists, after a stressful day people come home and look for ways to feel good. Food is undoubtedly a primary painkiller.

In other words, people use food as a scapegoat.

Your circadian rhythms can also play an important role in overeating at night.

Studies indicate that your biological clock encourages you to eat high starch sweet and salty foods.

This behavior helps our ancestors store energy. However, today it has negative effects and makes it harder to maintain a healthy weight.

If you do this regularly, you'll be the perfect candidate for type II diabetes. Eating a lot at night can also increase your cholesterol levels.

This is one of the main causes of heart disease or a heart attack.

Other reasons not to overeat at night.

Overeating at night can alter your sleep patterns.

It can even cause strange dreams and nightmares, especially in young people.

Eating at night can affect your memory, learning and cognitive functions.

According to studies, eating after 7pm increases your risk of a heart attack.

Eating too much and going to bed triggers gastroesophageal reflux.

Due to the insulin your body produces when you eat, you'll feel more hungry when you wake up.

Tips to avoid overeating at night.

Avoid eating dinner late.

It's better to have your last meal before 8 or 9pm.

Plan your meals.

If you have a meal plan for each day it's easier to keep control of yourself. Getting home tired and not knowing what to eat can lead to overeating.

Write down a list of what you eat during the day.

When you do this, you become aware of the type and amount of foods you consume.

With that in mind, you can modify your eating habits so you'll feel less hungry at night.

Although it might sound simple, maintaining a good sleep routine will reduce your trips to the fridge in the night. Staying up too late allows you to give into temptation and eat every two to three hours.
