Inteletravel Cost | How Much Does It Cost To Start With Inteletravel? - Duration: 5:44.Inteletravel Cost
what's up everybody and in today's video I want to answer some of the main
questions that people have when starting out in the travel industry and the one
of the main questions is how much does it cost to get started what are the
initial fees that I would incur getting started as well as monthly so you do not
want to miss this quick video we'll be right back
all right everybody welcome back welcome back so one of the biggest questions
that most people have when getting started as a travel agent and partnering
with a health travel agency is what are the startup fees now fees could be
different depends on what host agency that you join I'm just gonna go off the
host agency that we recommend and the one that we were partnered with and I
can share with you some of the fees for getting started so it's very very simple
okay so we are parting with a host robin agency that would give you the ability
the ability to become a certified travel agent okay there's no waiting soon as
you enroll you become a certified travel agent immediately and you can book
travel right away so you also have the ability to build a travel team so you
can not only become a travel agent but you can refer other people that's
interested in the travel agent business as well so you can build a travel agent
organization now to get started as a certified travel agent there's a Inteletravel Cost
one-time fee of one hundred and seventy $9.95 you pay that one time
okay now monthly fees the only monthly fee associated with that is $39.95
that's it okay that's never take care of your hosting for your website each month
all the marketing tools all the training everything you need your fingertips in
the back office okay everything you need to be a successful travel agent all the
resources tools training etc that 35 dollars 95 9 dollars a 95 cent will
cover there okay now you would make that money back from the one from the
Commission's that you booked traveling everything like that so you pretty much
to be running a in the in the clear green business with no overhead expenses
because you'll be making more commissions than your monthly expenses
so after you pay the one-time fee like I said one thing you'll be paying monthly
is $39.95 okay now if you want to also have the
ability to build a travertine we have a team builder side where you can sponsor
other agents that's interest the travel business and that's art and
that's an additional $19.95 so that's the one you pay that and you pay that
monthly $19.95 so you're looking at about if you do both sides of the
business a travel agent as well as a rep where you can bring in other travel
agents you're looking at approximately $59.95 so it's pretty much 60 bucks you
can run both sides of the business okay now the other side's optional you don't
have to build a travel team if you don't want to you can just be a travel agent
and spend about $40 a month just being a travel agent or if you want
like I said you want to start out as a travel agent upgrade later like I see it
some additional 20 bucks a month okay so you just pay the 20 bucks and upgrade
later you know and you pay the $20 a month in addition to the $39 so 60 bucks
a month so you have options options you can like I said you wanna just do the
travel agent side $40 a month with the one-time fee after 1/2 you paid a Inteletravel Cost
one-time fee $179.95 or you can do both sides of the business you can do both we
can pay the 179 plus the extra $20 and do both sides of the business and your
monthly overhead expenses would be roughly $60 a month so that's it there's
no other costs associated there's no money to register with suppliers
register with supplies are free you have your travel agency number once you
enroll with a host agency and you can plug that number in and get access to
all of those top major suppliers a huge database of suppliers so I hope this
makes sense I hope I said most of your questions if you have more questions to
leave a comment below we also have a frequently asked questions section that
you have access to if you are opted in below watch the free presentation to
learn more about how to become a travel agent and we're gonna ask you a sure way
more questions and then you can think of inside of my private Facebook group and
other resources so if you anybody know looking to become a travel agent like I
said watch that free presentation below learn more and earn while you learn ok
so watch the free presentation and I would get you
access to all the resources you need to make a good validated decision okay so
let us out of golf and once again like this video give us a thumbs up subscribe Inteletravel Cost
to our YouTube channel and you got any comments leave them below alright we'll

10 Forgotten WWE Wrestlers You Might Not Realise Have Died (2019) - Wrestlers Death Reasons (R.I.P) - Duration: 12:27.Today we present you - 10 Forgotten wrestlers you might not realise have died
10. Mike Shaw
The name of Mike Shaw may not ring a bell to most fans,
but the man is responsible for some of the most iconic gimmicks of all time.
Debuting in the 1980s for Stampede Wrestling,
Shaw first competed under the name Makhan Singh,
and feuded with Bret and Owen Hart as the promotion's top heel.
Signing with WCW in 89,
Shaw became Norman the Lunatic,
and in 1993 became the malicious monk Friar Ferguson
in the WWF.
After complaints from the Catholic Church about the idea
of a man of faith beating people up,
the character was quickly dropped,
and Shaw got his most infamous gimmick of Bastion Booger,
, an overweight monster of a man,
who ate everything in his path and had serious B-O.
Remaining as Booger until 1995,
Shaw left the company,
and set up his own wrestling school during the 90s.
Weighing in at over 400lbs during his WWF tenure,
Shaw's colossal size would be his undoing,
as his weight caused major health problems for him,
and on September 11th, 2010, Shaw died of a heart attack aged 53.
9. Brad Armstrong
Born to the legendary wrestling family
Brad Armstrong is best known as the son of 'Bullet' Bob Armstrong,
and the brother of Road Dogg Jesse James.
And whilst Brad never reached the same highs as his father and brother,
he had an impressive career in his own right, which started aged 18.
A multiple time NWA Tag Champion,
Armstrong competed for WCW from 1998 until the company's closure, primarily as a jobber,
with one character of his, Buzzkill, being a clear rip-off of the Road Dogg.
Becoming a fixture of the indies, Brad would join the revamped ECW in 2006,
though only competed in a few house show matches,
and occasionally commentated for the new brand.
Retiring from the ring,
Armstrong would later take up a producing role backstage in WWE,
before passing away on November 1st, 2012,
of a suspected heart attack.
A big loss to the WWE family,
fellow commentator Jim Ross described Armstrong as
"one of the most underrated all-time greats ever in this business."
8. The Wall
Standing at 6'10 and tipping the scales at 340lbs,
Jerry Tuite had all the makings of the next big star in wrestling.
The personal project of Bam Bam Bigelow,
Tuite received his training at the WCW Powerplant,
before debuting as 'The Wall',
the heavy of Berlyn,
and a not-so-subtle reference to the Berlin Wall
which had been toppled a decade prior.
A monster heel who would leave a path of destruction in his wake,
The Wall would have his biggest feud against his mentor Bam Bam,
before joining the WWF after the company's demise.
Being granted a release for personal reasons before he ever made it on-screen,
Tuite would join TNA as Malice, and even appeared in the first TNA Show in 2002,
where he lost to Ken Shamrock in the main event for the vacant NWA World Championship.
Sadly, Tuite would be found dead on December 6, 2003
in his hotel room in Japan.
Like so many wrestlers
he had suffered a massive heart attack,
and tragically died just 36 years old.
7.Hector Garza
Whilst he is best known for his time in his native Mexico,
working for promotions like Triple-A
and CMLL,
Hector Garza did have some success in the United States.
Appearing during a 6-man tag at the 1997 Royal Rumble,
Garza impressed fans,
though this show was a one- time thing between the WWE
and Triple-A.
Joining WCW not long after, Garza had a minimal push,
appearing as a member of the LWO,
and even getting an upset victory over Scott Hall.
When the company folded,
Garza would find his way to TNA in 2004,
rising to being a leader of Team Mexico,
though was deported the next year after being caught with steroids.
Garza continued wrestling until 2012,
when he took a leave to battle lung cancer. Passing away in May 2013
fans were truly shocked,
as Garza was the Mexican National Heavyweight Champion at the time of his death,
and the belt was retired by CMLL afterwards.
6.John Kronus
As part of The Eliminators, John Kronus will forever be remembered as
one of the greatest tag team wrestlers in ECW history.
Working alongside Perry Saturn,
the pair's devastating Total Elimination finisher felled plenty of opponents,
and the team went on to become three time ECW Tag Team Champions.
Once Saturn left for WCW in 1997,
Kronus' career spiralled.
Whilst he tried to make it as a singles star,
fans weren't buying it,
and he was put into a tag team with New Jack, with the Gangstanators
becoming ECW Tag Team Champions.
Retiring from wrestling in 2001
after the closure of ECW,
Kronus would lead a private life,
before being found dead in his fiance's home
on July 18th 2007.
His death sadly,
didn't come as too much of a surprise,
as Kronus' family had a history of heart problems,
and he had died because of an enlarged heart.
5. Battle Kat
Brady Boone had a very lengthy wrestling career, though
few fans will remember him as anything other
than his brief time in the WWE as Battle Kat.
Wearing bright colourful spandex and hiding his face with a cat mask,
the character was clearly dumb, though Boone made it work as much as he could with his cat-like reflexes and agility in the ring.
Despite winning the majority of his matches at live events, the Battle Kat character was eventually scrapped,
and Boone would join WCW in 1993. Competing in the Georgia based promotion for a year, Boone would make little impact in the company,
Boone would later return to WCW,
but tragically died on December 15th, 1998
after being part of a fatal car accident.
Whilst Boone's career may have been forgotten by most fans,
one fan who certainly looked up to him was a young man
called Rob Szatkowski.
Inspired by Boone's unique offence in the ring,
Rob would develop his skills as a wrestler,
, and later make it big in ECW,
WWE,
and TNA,
as the whole Damn Show
Rob Van Dam.
4. Bertha Faye
When Rhonda Sing arrived in the WWE,
she was different than any other woman at the time.
Granted she wasn't the fittest wrestler around,
but Faye's unique look helped her build a solid career,
beginning in Japan in 1979.
Working as a monster heel,
Sing would later join Stampede Wrestling,
becoming the promotion's first Women's Champion in 1987,
before joining the WWF, eight years later.
Brought in to help the company's dwindling Women's Division,
Sing was given the character of Bertha Faye,
a simple-minded, trailer-park living hick.
As the company focussed less on Women's wrestling,
Faye would still become the WWE Women's Champion,
defeating Alundra Blayze at Summerslam 1995,
but only held the title for 57 days.
Unhappy with her role in the WWE,
Sing was granted her release in 1996,
though returned to the spotlight 3 years later when she signed with WCW.
After being used as comedy relief,
Sing would leave WCW in 2000,
and in 2001, died of a heart attack at the age of 40.
3.Al Green
Making his wrestling debut in 1990,
Al Green was one part of the Master Blasters in WCW,
alongside partner Steele, who would later become Kevin Nash.
Whilst his partner went on to have great success in WCW and the WWF,
Green was not so lucky, as after the Master Blasters split,
Green was put in a new team called the Wrecking Crew, that had very little success.
Returning to WCW in 1998, Green was able to pick up some singles victories
but was mostly fodder for biggest stars,
including Diamond Dallas Page,
Curt Hennig,
and Goldberg.
In 2000, Green arguably reached his low point as a character,
as he was rebranded as The Dog, a character who shared all the traits of a dog,
including drinking out of the toilet.
Created solely to feud with Ernest 'The Cat' Miller, Green couldn't even get a win over his natural enemy,
as the Cat defeated the Dog during an episode of Thunder.
Following WCW's demise,
health problems would plague Green for years, before he passed away aged 58 in 2013.
2. The Zombie
When the WWE brought back ECW in 2006,
fans of the original promotion hoped for
a return to the classic, hardcore promotion.
What they got instead, was the Zombie.
Played by Tim Roberts,
the Zombie appeared on the very first episode of the new ECW,
though the WWE originally wanted a Martian to appear instead,
an idea shot down by the SciFi channel
who didn't want a sci-fi creature to be a punchline.
Shuffling to the ring to a chorus of boos by the ECW fans,
the Zombie spoke only in moans,
and was quickly dispatched by The Sandman, who caned the life out of the undead creature, pinning him in
After this debacle, the Zombie would never be used on WWE TV again,
though Roberts continued to use the character on the independent circuit.
On the indie scene, Roberts would eventually feud with Marty Wright,
who fans will remember as the Boogeyman,
in a battle of WWE's monsters.
Unfortunately, death came for Roberts in real life,
as he passed away of unknown causes on January 7th, 2015, at the age of 38.
1.Lance Cade
Being trained at the Shawn Michaels Wrestling Academy,
it's safe to say that Lance Cade had a near-perfect start to his wrestling career.
After spending some time in Japan,
Cade would sign a developmental deal with the WWE in 2001,
making his main roster debut two years later, teaming with Mark Jindrax.
Despite never holding the tag titles with Jindrax,
this didn't stop Cade's ambitions, as in 2005,
he was partnered with Trevor Murdoch,
and the pair of rednecks successfully won the World Tag Team Championships
on three separate occasions.
After splitting with Murdoch
Cade would receive a small push,
as he was partnered with Chris Jericho in 2008,
aiding the Best in the World with his feud with Shawn Michaels.
Now part of the main event, Cade's star would rise
Jericho became the World Heavyweight Champion
but was released in October, after personal problems,
with Jim Ross stating that Cade
had made a "major league mistake whilst utilizing bad judgement."
Now gone from WWE,
Cade would spent his final years wrestling back in Japan
and on the independent scene.
Sadly, on August 13th, 2010, Cade died
of heart failure after overdosing.
He was 29 years old.

FOX TV - ROS ALTMANN: Lifetime Isas should be abandoned - Duration: 13:22.Ros Altmann: 'Government should stop confusing young people between retirement investment and saving for a house deposit'Former Pensions Minister Ros Altmann is seriously concerned about Lifetime Isas
Designed to allow young people to save for a home and retirement at once, the new Isas are set for launch today
But Lady Altmann worries that young people who open one for any reason other than the short-term goal of buying a home will blight their finances for their whole lives
Here, she explains her doubts and offers some words of warning to anyone considering getting a Lifetime Isa
The new Lifetime Isa launches today. Thankfully, most providers have steered clear of it - they can see the dangers
If you want to buy a first home and are saving for a deposit, then the 25 per cent Government bonus is a great deal
But DONT BE MISLED - using this as a pension has significant dangers you may not be aware of
Most providers are shunning Lifetime Isas due to fears of mis-selling. They are right
This is a complex product which could leave millions of young people poorer in retirement
It has mis-buying and mis-selling risks written all over it! RELATED ARTICLES Previous 1 Next Should you open a Lifetime Isa? How they work, and what's on
Can parents and grandparents open Lifetime Isas to help. Five reasons why it IS worth sticking with your cash Isa:
I'd have resigned if pensions were turned into Isas, says. Share this article Share HOW THIS IS MONEY CAN HELP Are you saving enough for retirement? Check with our pension calculator Lifetime Isas should be abandoned
The Government should stop confusing young people between retirement investment and saving for a house deposit - just reform the Help To Buy Isa and build on the success of auto-enrolment for pensions
The product is too complicated, will confuse customers and the last thing we need is another mis-selling scandal
There is already much confusion, and recent research by the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association suggests many young people are considering opting out of their workplace pension to save in a Lifetime Isa instead
That could undermine their future prosperity, so it is important to clarify some of the biggest issues
1) The Lifetime Isa gives you much less than workplace pensions. The 25 per cent Government bonus that is added to your savings will work out at exactly the same as 20 per cent pensions tax relief, so you will not get any more money in a Lifetime Isa than you would in a pension
However, you will lose out on other money if you opt out of pensions and choose a Lifetime Isa instead and you need to understand this before you decide
2) Pensions give you much more than just a 25 per cent bonus. Workplace pensions can give you extra money from employer contributions, higher rate tax relief and National Insurance relief
This could be a more than 100 per cent bonus on your money, so pensions will usually give you far more than the Lifetime Isa on day one
It's just that this is not properly explained when you get your pension statement, so most people don't realise it
3) The 25 per cent withdrawal charge is NOT just clawing back the 25 per cent bonus
Many people do not realise how the Lifetime Isa works and will believe they just lose the Government bonus
It's much more than that. If you put £4,000 into a Lifetime Isa and get the £1,000 Government bonus but then want to take your money out again, the 25 per cent withdrawal charge will be £1,250 (and you will have to also pay charges for your Lifetime Isa account too of course)
That means you will get less than £3,750. You will LOSE NOT ONLY THE £1,000 BONUS but will be charged more than £250 ON TOP just to get your own money back - a large extra penalty
4) Mis-selling and mis-buying risks are clear - customers need advice. Lifetime Isa providers may not clearly explain the risks of the large withdrawal penalties, and how much money young people will lose if they opt out of employer pensions
The Financial Conduct Authority is trying to ensure risk warnings are given, but in reality providers should check that customers have not opted out of workplace pensions, or that they have taken financial advice, so they can be sure someone has made efforts to check if a Lifetime Isa is suitable for them
Younger savers: Workplace pensions can give you extra money from employer contributions, higher rate tax relief and National Insurance relief5) Saving for a house deposit in cash is fine, but cash is not suitable when investing for retirement over several decades
It is dangerous and misguided to conflate saving for a deposit on a first home, with investing over several decades for retirement
House purchase saving can be in cash, but long-term investing should be in growth assets like shares and a broader spread of risks, including overseas investment, which would not really be suitable for a house deposit, but which can give better returns over time
Most Isas are held in cash and, if pensions are turned into Isas that are just put into cash accounts, young people are likely to be much poorer in later life
6) There is a serious risk of undermining the success of auto-enrolment. Pension coverage has spread to millions of new workers as employers have to put all staff earning above £10,000 a year into a pension scheme at work
But worrying PLSA research suggests many young people may opt out of their workplace pension, without realising how much they'd lose by doing so
Just as auto-enrolment is proving a success, along comes a new product to confuse things
It is not true that people don't like pensions. Auto-enrolment opt-out rates are really low, especially among the young
I am pleased that so few providers are offering Lifetime Isas because most young people will be better off in retirement if they use a pension
7) The behavioural 'nudges' of the Lifetime Isa are not suitable for retirement saving
The Lifetime Isa has features that make it far less suitable for retirement saving than a pension
Pensions are designed to fit with the principles of behavioural economics, while Isas have perverse incentives
First, pensions ensure more money goes in on day one. Auto-enrolment takes advantage of inertia as well as ensuring employers have to contribute too, so people have more money to begin with in pensions than in Lifetime Isas
STEVE WEBB ANSWERS YOUR PENSION QUESTIONS My husband worked 20 hours a week while on pension credit - could he get in trouble over it? I've been offered the chance to transfer INTO a final salary pension, should I take it? I want to cash in an old pension but still pay into the civil service scheme: Is this allowed? My wife's state pension was cut by 10% out of the blue, with no explanation: Can we fight this? I want to take a 25% lump sum and leave the rest of my pension where it is - why am I being told no? I don't need my state pension so can I put payments on hold - and will I benefit from doing this? I'm saving £400 a month, but still only due a measly pension at 65 - what am I missing? We're separated but not divorced, so will my estranged husband's death increase or cut my pension and benefits? My pension scheme will cut my wife's payouts if I die, because she's 17 years younger: Isn't this ageist and illegal? I have incomplete years in my NI record that it's too late to fill - can I get a refund on wasted contributions? Second, pensions are locked in until later life, while Lifetime Isas allow withdrawals
However, withdrawals face the stiff penalty explained above, leaving people with much less in their fund along the way
Third, pensions are taxable on withdrawals beyond the 25 per cent tax-free lump sum in later life
This deters people from spending the money too soon, which is the right behavioural incentive
The incentive with a Lifetime Isa will be to take all the money out around age 60, and have nothing left for your 80s - in other words, the features of the Lifetime Isa mean it is designed NOT to last a lifetime
Fourth, pensions could even help pay for later life care. Pensions encourage people not to spend their money too quickly and, because they pass on free of inheritance tax, there is no need to worry about keeping it till much later life - so it could even help fund care needs if necessary
Young people will have much poorer retirement prospects with Lifetime Isas than pensions
8) Lifetime Isas are great for the wealthy but will cost taxpayers an extra £1billion - is that money well spent at a time when bereavement and child benefits are being cut?Two groups of people will most benefit from using a Lifetime Isa for retirement saving
First, wealthy under-40s who have already filled their pension allowances (perhaps they have already hit the £1million lifetime limit in a pension or have contributed up to the £40,000 annual maximum)
Second, non-earning relatives of wealthy people who have already put the maximum £3,600 into a pension to get the tax relief will now get a further taxpayer top-up for an extra £4,000
Is this a sensible use of taxpayer resources?

Why you should consider automating accounts payable - Duration: 2:17.[MUSIC PLAYING]
When your technology investments are focused on your core
business, it's easy to overlook your accounts payable process.
But going digital can help you streamline your operation
and become more agile.
Here are three main points that support digitizing
your account payable processes.
First, it improves your invoice receipt and entry process.
Whether you receive invoices via snail mail or email,
entering information takes time and invites costly data entry
errors.
With fully digital invoice processes,
your suppliers input information directly into your database,
creating a seamless invoice receipt process
with data entry already taken care of and saving 40% to 90%
compared to manual paper-based invoicing.
Second, it automates your invoice routing and approval
processes.
Going digital helps you stay on top of invoices
throughout the approval process.
Most accounts payable software matches invoices
to purchase orders, then routes them
to the appropriate approvals.
This rules-based workflow reduces duplicate payments
and tracks your invoices in a timely manner,
preventing payment delays.
If users can manage approvals from their mobile devices,
the process accelerates even more.
An accounts payable department that
processes 5,000 invoices per month
could save over $50,000 per month and half a million
annually through accounts payable automation.
Third, consider alternate payment options.
Once approved, electronic payments
made through commercial or virtual card
can help improve the speed, security, accuracy,
and flexibility of the payables process.
Automatic payments that you agree on with your supplier
can typically be prescheduled, reducing your team's effort.
Electronic payments are the top automation priority
of accounts payable departments.
Turning accounts payable into a fully digital process
saves time and money, empowers more precise cash flow
management, and uncovers data to help
you analyze costs and optimize supplier relationships
and spend.
Your trusted financial partner can work with you
to implement the best program for your AP digital transition.

Vitamin D Deficiency & Cancer - Is There a Link? - Duration: 8:19.Hey, Dr. Huntington here. In this video I want to show you what
researchers are saying about the link between vitamin D deficiency and cancer.
I was reading through a couple of papers this morning and I wanted to share this
with you. So this is from a paper that was published in January of last year.
Researchers noticed that cancer patients are vitamin D deficient much more
often than the general population - and I think that's significant. In fact
it's just another reason why you don't want to have low vitamin D levels. Okay
so for some perspective on this, let's actually go back to a paper that was
published eight years ago. This paper was published in the Journal of
Nutrition Research and it was published in January of 2011. It was called
Prevalence and Correlates of Vitamin D Deficiency in U.S. Adults. It says here,
mounting evidence suggests that vitamin D deficiency could be linked to several
chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease and cancer. If
you're keeping track, that's number one and number two in terms of deaths in the
United States. The purpose of this study was to examine the prevalence of vitamin
D deficiency and its correlates to test the hypothesis that vitamin D deficiency
was common in the U.S. population - especially in certain minority groups.
Now they go on to say here vitamin D deficiency was defined as less than or
equal to 20 nanograms per milliliter. So the nanogram per milliliter
is just a unit of measure. So on the test, if it's using that unit of measure, it
would be less than or equal to 20 - would be what they're calling a deficiency.
They say here the overall prevalence rate of vitamin D deficiency was 41.6%
with the highest rate seen in blacks at 82.1 followed by Hispanics at 69.2
So what they're saying here is, I drew a scale here for you to be
able to take a look at this, if we assume the bottom would be zero - like no
vitamin D, and the top here 100. You could have more than 100, but
I just put 100 as the top on this scale. About one-fifth
the way up here I put 20. So that's what they're calling deficiency - between
0 and 20. What this paper saying, is that of all U.S. adults, 41.6 of everybody
is in that area - 20 or less, which is what they're calling deficient. It says here
in summary, vitamin D deficiency was common as we can see here in the U.S.
population, especially among blacks and Hispanics. Given that vitamin D
deficiency is linked to some of the important risk factors of leading causes
of death in the U.S., it is important that health professionals are aware of
this connection and offer dietary and other intervention strategies to correct
vitamin D deficiency. Now, despite this being published in 2011, how many doctors
out there are actually monitoring their patients for vitamin D deficiency?
I mean, almost none. So, unless you're seeing a doctor whose
focus is on nutrition, the popular term these days for this type of
practice is 'functional medicine'. So unless you're seeing a functional
medicine doctor, it's not likely that you would even know that you're
vitamin D deficient. Okay so here's the paper from last year - this is the
more recent paper. This one was published in a journal called The Current Problems
in Cancer and the title is Vitamin D Deficiency in Cancer Patients and
Predictors for Screening. Now, it says here, vitamin D is a prohormone - now
prohormone, it just means that vitamin D is
a substance that is a precursor - that you could substitute the word precursor,
right. So it's for prohormone - so it's a precursor to hormones. So vitamin D is
a prohormone that is vital for calcium phosphate balance, bone structure and
physiological functioning. I listed those up here. I'll read it again, vitamin D is
a prohormone that is vital for calcium phosphate balance. That's extremely
important. If your calcium levels are not within a
very normal, but narrow range, you can have all kinds
of bad diseases - this is crucial. Bone structure, I mean we're not going
anywhere without bones. You need healthy bones in order to be ambulatory,
move and breathe and all those other things. Physiological function - I mean you
don't get more of a general, overall statement. I mean
physiological function is basically everything. So you need vitamin D
for all these things extremely important. They go on here to say, the purpose of
this study is to define the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in cancer
patients and establish the predictors of vitamin D deficiency to address a
specific group of patient for screening. Okay, Fine. So here's the results... In two
cancer centers, 706 patients with a diagnosis of cancer were evaluated. So
it's not a small study right, 706 people... Vitamin D deficiency was present in 509
of them - that is 72%. So if we come back over here and we look, we've got the
other paper saying 41.6% of people (of everybody) is deficient, but we're
saying of cancer patients the number is 72%. Now, their conclusion... Our study
concluded the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency is high in cancer patients
female gender, people who have low sun exposure, and also in people who are
on post cancer treatments - as well as people have a history of
gastrointestinal surgery. So these parameters should be used for selecting
patients for screening. So, this paper was looking at identifying who
should be screened for vitamin D deficiency, and that's a good thing for
us to know. But I'm looking at this data and wondering how strong of a
relationship there is between being vitamin D deficient and getting cancer.
I mean 41.6 of everybody is vitamin D deficient but 72% of cancer
patients are vitamin D deficient. So, what should really
blow your mind is that while these papers are
categorizing people at 20 or below - so less than or equal to 20
and there's the unit of measure, or below as deficient, really vitamin D
levels need to be north of like 60. I mean for real function and ideally
between 80 and 85. So when you look at this chart, 80 is going to
be up in here somewhere. I mean, if 41 percent of everybody is down
here, what percentage of the population you know if 80 is optimal, let's say 60
is going to be the lower end of what we want to say is going to help you
function normally, how many people are 60 in below? I mean the numbers got to be
enormous I don't know I mean maybe it's 80% of people or more truly need more
vitamin D. Okay, so we take that data about cancer patients and a million
other reasons to not be deficient in vitamin D - and we don't need
to play with fire here, if you are not already taking a vitamin D
supplement daily, your levels are most likely too low. In supplementing
with a quality vitamin D product is easy and it's inexpensive.
Remember, always take D3 with vitamin K2. Those two have to be taken together.
That's how I formulated my vitamin D supplement, which is available at
bodymanual.com. It's called Vitamin D3K2 and it comes in an easy to swallow
capsule. Alright, so that's the news today on vitamin D. I'll see you in the next
video.

How Will People Know You Love Someone? [Biola CMR] - Duration: 3:18.>> You know, there's a verse that's really challenging
for me and its in first John,
it's in first John 3:18 where he says little children,
let us not love with word or with tongue
but in deed and in truth.
What does that mean?
Well, I think there's a couple of explanations
for this idea of what it means to love
the way we act and behave,
you see, it's easy to say I love somebody.
Even in John he talked about the world will know
we're disciples if we have love for one another,
and I think it's in the middle of our conflict
and in times in which we're not doing well,
or maybe we're in relationship pain or,
we're just, things aren't going well
where we can find ourselves
facing something really important,
this ability to love somebody
beyond just saying we love them,
we do this is deed, right, and in truth.
That's a great opportunity for us to be able
to show love in the midst of differences.
Francis Schaeffer one time said this quote,
"When everything is going well, right,
"and we're all standing around in a nice little circle,
"there's not much to be seen by the world."
But then he said this,
but when we come to the place where there are real
differences, right,
where we exhibit and have to exhibit
uncompromised principles but at the same time
observable love,
then, there is something that the world can see, right,
something that they can use to judge that these
really are Christians,
and that Jesus really has indeed been sent by the Father,
so how do we do this well?
How do we love well?
How do we love another person
in the midst of our differences?
Well here's a couple of quick steps,
I think we have to learn whenever we're in this
to learn how to calm down,
find that place where we can take a timeout and just be
and reflect on some of those deeper motions
and feelings that we might have going on
inside of us, right?
These feelings are great insights
into what we might be going on,
not necessarily right or wrong,
but good information is the status of our soul,
and then you could also do something else,
soften your hurtful responses.
I think this is really important.
It gives us a chance to love somebody
when we're able to not only yell out or scream out,
but just simply being able to soften those responses.
So healthy marriages are emotionally and physically safe,
interactions are free from the four horsemen,
criticism and contempt and defensiveness and stonewalling,
and then we're able to then begin to care for our
other person, this roommate or friends or spouses heart,
this means empathy, understanding their feelings.
So you do this by putting yourselves in your mates shoes,
trying to see from their perspective.
Another thing you can do to help you put into action
first John 3:18 is you do this by listening, right?
Helping them feel heard and understood and cared for,
and then valuing them more than you value yourselves.
Philippines 2:3 is a great verse, right?
The basis of intimacy and empathy in relationships
is to not only look out for your own interests,
but also for the interest of others,
and we can do this in a way in which we'd put into
practice this way of not just loving somebody
in word or in tongue,
but in deed and in truth.

Royal news : Mum-of-two left 'gobsmacked' as husband asks 'do you want to keep it?' when she reveal - Duration: 4:35.A STAY-AT-HOME mum has been left gutted over her husband's reaction to her third pregnancy
The woman, who already has two kids aged 10 and three with her partner, had her coil taken out in October and hasn't been using any other form of contraception
Posting on Mumsnet, she explained: "We decided we would try for another baby, we were in no rush so just decided to see how it went
"We've spoken about it a few times in the last few months all positive stuff just general chat, even spoken about it to his mum and sister, he even told them he would like a girl
"Of course we've had the odd 'oh god could we really handle 3' moment but neither of us has ever said that I should go back on contraception and stop trying
" When the mum-of-two took a positive pregnancy test on Tuesday morning, she couldn't wait to tell her husband the good news - so made the announcement over text when he was out playing golf
She said: "I was really excited and couldn't wait till he got home to tell him so I sent him the pic of the pregnancy test and said guess what
"His reply was 'oh. what are you going to do'. "I was gobsmacked and asked him what he meant by that and he replied 'well you know what I mean, do you want it?' "I replied with 'well I was excited so yes but from your responses I feel like you don't want it and if that's the case then I wouldn't want to go ahead with it'
"I also told him I thought he was being selfish and horrible and asked why he agreed to me having a coil out if he didn't want me to get pregnant
"His reply was simply 'there's no need for this, I'm tired'. I've not even replied to that because I'm just speechless at how he's being
"Now maybe this is me being over sensitive but it's really upset me. "I feel awful now I mean, what the hell kind of reaction is that from a husband who's wife has just told him she's pregnant with a planned baby? "I feel like that's the sort of response I'd expect if we were a pair of teenagers who'd been caught out
"Not a married couple. I feel so deflated and just not excited at all now." And her fellow mums were equally gobsmacked, commenting: "He sounds like he's changed his mind and not told you, it's really unfair"

He's being a total t***." While a third wrote: "It was c***py. I hope he's better in person
" And a fourth slammed: "What an a*** to knowingly have sex with you then give you this response
"You've taken the pain, burden and responsibility for family planning to this point and if he has now changed his mind, you will be responsible for choosing the outcome
"Either way it's going to have a massive impact on you. What a s*** thing to do to you
" Another mum said: "I really hope he has sorted his s*** out by the time he gets back and can apologise for his reaction earlier
" But others said the mum shouldn't have broken the news via text. One said: "Wait until he is home
"Some conversations are much better face to face than relying on technology which doesn't let you read body language and emotion"
And a second commented: "Maybe you just caught him at a really bad time? Wait till he gets home and Have a proper conversation

IS MARCOS MAKING A GOOD DEAL? | FreedomBoss TV Show (Episode 25) | EN & PT CC - Duration: 11:23.So, it's on our best interest to get out of this market right away.
So, currently, we have two properties.
We have this one and then we have another one, right?
So, with that being said...
Uhm...
I drove here, and I spent most of the day
you know, doing meetings and figuring out ways
to work on this. So...
We can do this two ways,
that's the only possible way that I can create a win-win...
situation.
-OK. -Uhm...
As far as this house, it's under contract,
there's nothing we can do about it.
The question that I wanna ask you is this,
do you have a place to stay?
-Or to move to? -Not right now.
Alright, cool. Uhm...
If that's the case...
How... How long do you need?
Until my guy comes with the van, uhm...
You gotta give me a timeframe, 'cos I don't know
-what that means. -Next week.
-So, I'd say 10 days? -Yeah.
-Or 15 days? -10, 15 days at the most.
-15 days will work for you? -Yeah.
OK, cool. So, uhm...
OK, alright. I think I can make that work.
-OK. -Now, we have another property...
that even... uhm...
That even can work even more.
So, I'm supposed to meet a contractor tomorrow,
I don't know if you're familiar with this area,
and I don't know if you're interested
to go to this area.
Let me give you the address.
Because, here's what I'm thinking...
Do you know this area? 32219.
-Mockingbird? -Mockingbird...
Yeah.
Don't know the road, I know the zip code.
Let me show you on the map.
'Cos this is uhm... This is a big piece of property.
It has a big yard on it, uhm...
It's a mobile home, double-wide, right?
It needs some work on it, right? And, on the back...
we have a detached building, it's like a...
It's very open, it has a...
it has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
OK? So, it's this area right here.
29... So, we're here, it's right here.
OK, 295.
Yeah. So, this is how the property looks like.
-OK. -OK?
So, what I was thinking is...
We have two options, I was gonna offer you
to move here,
but the property still needs some work, right?
So, I'm meeting with the contractor tomorrow
to get a bid, maybe you also can give us a bid.
Maybe, on the 15 days while you're here,
you can kind of fix the other property
for you to move into, if that's what you want.
-Right? -OK.
Uhm... I don't know how much the rent is in the area,
but once the property is fixed and all of that,
we kind of gonna have to go...
with the market price to make sense, or...
we can even find a way to finance this to you.
-OK. -And, what I'm thinking is,
as far as you as an investor,
it would be a good fit, because...
you can live on the front and rent the back,
and the rent on the pack will pay for the property for you.
-Makes sense? -Yeah.
Or we can even negotiate a price that would make sense for us,
as far as monthly payments, and you can, uhm...
and you can rent the one on the back.
Right? I mean, that's... that's all I got.
Yeah. That can make sense.
As you can see, I'm putting some thought into it
and trying to make it work.
Yes, sir. What I'm looking at--
Because what happens is, if I cancel this contract
I gotta pay the guy back $5,000.
-OK. -Now, unless your offer...
covers what he's willing to pay.
Plus the 5G...
Then I don't have to... I don't...
To me, it doesn't matter selling to--
I mean, like I said, my biggest problem is
immediate cash flow. I can pay anything over time.
-Got it. -To me...
it's worth it, because...
if I'm gonna be here staying and working on it,
it doesn't matter how much I'm paying for it on the long-term.
OK, got it.
I mean, because that's...
What I'm looking at is down the road.
Alright. So, let me see...
Let's just work some numbers in, just so that...
But again, I'm gonna have to...
see with the partners what they'd rather do, OK?
If they'd rather make 10K fast and get out,
or if they wanna make some more, but it kind of...
-help you out and... Yeah. -Maybe scratch up,
they have an opportunity to make a lot more.
Yeah, because what happen was...
If...
What I gather from numbers so far is that...
if this house is completely fixed,
it can be sold for $100, $110,000.
Pretty much, in this area, 125 is the max you can get.
So, around... let's say 100k, right?
So, consider the fact that...
We... we paid $19... $20,000--
$21,000 with the paperwork and all of that for it.
If we put $40... you said, it was the max, right?
Which makes this, is gonna come to $60...
-Not much... -We can still...
We can still make 40k on it, right?
So, there's always a decision of what...
what can be made, right?
Now, based on the condition of this property,
how much you're willing to offer for it?
Remember, right now, we got...
we got 39 plus five, so we got 45k right--
So, not 45k. We got 39k, right?
But then, if we cancel the contract, we gotta pay the guy 5k which...
-which is... No, that's 44. -44.
Which is the earnest money, right?
You're familiar with the transaction, right?
Yes.
So, let's see, if I do this...
You can't put any down payment on it?
Right now, no.
Not even when you get your tax refund?
When I get tax refund, yeah, that's no problem.
-So, let's say... -I get six grand, yeah.
So, let's say we wait a couple of months,
'cos we are flexible on that, what would be comfortable
to put as a down payment?
Just for the sake of numbers.
OK. About six grand.
Six grand, OK. And you said that...
that payments that you're comfortable to make with--
Between...
Because, what I'm looking at is what it takes to fix it up too.
OK? So, if I'm making between...
It'd very smart if you can fix the... the bottom first.
Yeah, that's what I was gonna do. Fix the bottom and then...
-Then I can do the top. -Yeah.
But what I'm looking at, for a comfortable
and being able to fix it at the same time,
-between $500 and $700 a month... -$500 or $700. So...
Let me see if I do this...
$120... payments, which is 10 years.
Let me see what's gonna...
No, not $450,000!
I'd love to get that for this house.
45...
For that much, you'll probably buy the whole block.
Yeah, right?
We bought uhm... 85 homes in Detroit
and we invested like $850,000.
And then I went to L.A., we bought two houses
and a church, and we spent $1 million.
Yeah. That sounds about right.
It's...
The discrepancy is crazy, man.
OK. So, I guess we can do better than that.
What I think it's going to happen, when I present this to the partners,
right? 'Cos I'm just the messenger, OK?
Is that, they're gonna say, because we're gonna do owner finance,
no credit check, none of this stuff,
and there's a gap... Not a gap, there's a cap,
as far as by law, because there's a law called...
I forgot the name, uhm...
It's not Barney Frank, it's...
Dodd-Frank!
Dodd-Frank says, because of predatory lending
and all that, you cannot charge... There's a cap in how much
uhm... interest rate you can charge right?
It might be that they're gonna say, "Look.
We can do owner finance and all that stuff,
but we're gonna have to charge, you know...
$7 to $10,000 more than what it is
to make sense for us to wait that long."
-OK? -OK. Well...
Now, here's the thing,
at 45k, with $6,000 down,
if we do seven years,
it's $626.48.
-OK. -OK? Now...
If they add... if they wanna charge more
and, of course, it's up to you to...
to take it or not, right?
Uhm... we can stretch...
Maybe I can sell them this in 10 years.
But if I do this in 10 years...
Let's put it right here...

Comedian Sugar Sammy Reveals The Biggest Difference Between His French & American Audiences - Breaki - Duration: 3:04.There are major cultural differences between French & American societies. However, what are those translated in comedy? Canadian comedian Sugar Sammy tells HL his hysterical take on the biggest differences between the two cultures in comedy! Comedian Sugar Sammy, whose real name is Samir Khullar, speaks several different languages, each with an impeccable accent, and translates his comedy into each one
While he is changing up his language for each audience, he also translates his jokes and cultural references, depending on the country he is performing in
While this of course makes sense, as people across the world have different senses of humor depending on their cultural influences, Sugar Sammy revealed to HollywoodLife
com the biggest contrasts between American and French societies — two audiences for whom he typically performs
"They are different places, different things that people laugh about, and I think that's just cultural reference
When I talk to Americans about something that's very foreign, there's a disconnect, but same thing with France," the Montreal native explained on the HollywoodLife podcast
"If I go to France, I write a show about them. It's my job as a comedian to write a show and connect, to really make sure that it's on target, it's on point
I can't just transpose my French show here in the US. I can't just transpose even my Quebecois show, my French Canadian show, to France
" Sugar Sammy just kicked off his US tour in Chicago, and is currently in New York City where he'll be performing five shows at the famous Carolines On Broadway
"You've gotta build that bridge with your audience," Sammy continued. "The French, first of all, if you compare them to the Americans, have no notion of good service, ever
You go to France. It feels like you're disturbing the waiters. Whereas, the meanest person in America's still nice and will give you the service you need…but ending their niceness with something shitty
" LOL, but is he wrong? No! "But there's a loudness to Americans," Sammy added
"You've heard someone go, 'All right, listen. Over there. Don't turn right away. You'll see there's a f***ing guy there
You wanna avoid the f***ing guy.' And you're like, 'We didn't need to swear, there
'" Also a fact. To hear our interview on the HL Podcast with Sugar Sammy, and more of funny jokes, listen on iTunes

Kale Caesar Salad Recipe - Duration: 3:37.Hi, I'm Gary chief organic optimist at Stonyfield. One of my favorite, healthy
salad dressings goes perfectly on a kale Caesar salad. I like to prep my greens
first by giving them a good wash, and then when I'm using kale, of course, I
removed the center stem. Now we've gone ahead and done this. The real simple
thing here you just pull it right off the stem. And we'll set them aside right
now, and go right into our dressing. First you start with a little bit of minced
garlic, go ahead and mince up your garlic. You need three tablespoons here. You're
gonna add two tablespoons of Dijon mustard, really simple, there's two more
or less. You're doing this to taste. 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire. So pop this
little puppy in here. Then a little bit of lemon juice. Pop it right in. Get your
lemon juice in here, and you're starting to get some really nice smells here.
So now we're going to just start to whisk this stuff up. Mmm, smells really good.
Now, of course, comes the best part, my favorite ingredient. You can use any kind
of Greek yogurt, I happen to love whole milk. In our house we call ourselves the
full fat family. Whole Milk Greek in this case, it's about a cup and a half. Now
there's four cups in a quart, so you again don't have to worry, this is all to
taste, and you yourself will figure out your... your own proportions, but that's
roughly a cup and a half. Just whisk it, get it nice and smoothed out so it starts to
look like a real dressing, getting nice and creamy. You'd like to put a
little bit of Parmesan. In my house , we're big cheese eaters, we love Parmesan so
I'm actually putting quite a bunch of it here. And again, just mix it in. Finally
four tablespoons of olive oil. One, two, three, and that is really it. This is
incredibly simple, and you will get the Wow's. And like I said, you know change
your proportions. Oh yeah, we can put a little bit of salt and pepper, I forgot
that. Okay, I'm just going to do a couple of pinches here. You know the
Worcestershire gives you a decent amount of salt. Pepper, of course, you can't ever
have too much pepper in my house. And, honestly, that is pretty much it. So now
comes the fun part. Let's build our salad. And what I'm going to be doing here is
just spreading out about half of it, and then I'll use my hands here to mix it in.
And now I just want to make sure that all the leaves are covered. Put these
things out of the way. Now I like to use a little bit of avocado and croutons. I'm
a super avocado fan these days. Good fats and all of that. So I use about a half.
Leave the pit, by the way, in the other half and that will help with storers, so
you can save it for your next delicious recipe.
And a little bit of croutons,
which we made up beforehand.
