There are 5 things I would advise not to say to rich people.
Especially if you want to be on their level without giving aways any of your authority.
Some of the things I'm going to mention people actually say all the time.
But if you want to learn blend in with the rich, you want to feel comfortable around them
while at the same time be the likeable woman, there are a few things you should think about.
Number one.
Don't ask rich people: "So, what do you do?"
It's actually against etiquette to ask people directly what they work with.
It's intrusive and, specially with rich people, you know that they are doing quite well in life
and sometimes when you ask them what they're doing you come across as an opportunistic person
rather than somebody who is just doing small talk.
I guess it's because rich people are always on the watch out for people who are there
in order to take advantage of them or have some hidden agenda.
They are a little bit more paranoid than "average Joes", which is why you should think about
the types of topics you bring out when you start talking to a rich person.
They have their own kind of red flag alert system whenever certain topics are arising
and talking for instance a lot about work, what somebody does
and really getting into the investigation of it
that doesn't send out the right signals.
And you don't want to do that.
But if you want to find out what somebody does for a living, there are just other
more elegant ways around it.
Number one: BE PATIENT.
The more you talk to a person, sooner or later you are going to find out what the person
works with.
You can also stimulate the conversation by talking about your own line of work, by trying to
make a person open up more, maybe discuss some business related topics.
If there is an opportunity for it, always ask for the person's business card.
There you will have a company listed, their position.
If none of them are listed, that is usually a warning sign!
If you really have to ask somebody, then there is a better way to ask instead of the usual
"What do you do?".
Ask them "What industry are you in?".
Because that give them the room, they can decide how much they want to reveal and you
are not being intrusive, not too direct, and you are simply doing a low-key type of investigation.
If you show rich people you are not fishing for their title, you are not investigating
who they are and what they do that is going to be a big plus for you.
Because they will start building trust for you and with their trust you will reap a lot
of benefits in the future.
Number two: DON'T TRY TO IMPRESS.
Never say things just to impress the rich, to pretend you're on the same level.
Like I mentioned, because rich people hold the wealth, the status, or the high position
they are used to having people around them trying very hard to impress them.
But did you know that you look extremely insecure when you are trying too hard!
Rich people will know you are nobody when you are trying very hard to play somebody.
So while they are talking to you and if they are polite and friendly,
it doesn't usually mean anything.
Most often they have already placed you in a category in their head meaning that you
are not part of them and perhaps never going to be on their level.
Now I know we all might have interesting things that have happened in the past, maybe we have
a few milestones we wouldn't mind to showcase a bit, we have perhaps an interesting life CV
that's great!
But it doesn't mean that the whole world has to know about it.
There isn't a perfect balance how much you can reveal about yourself and put yourself
in a positive light without coming across as trying too hard.
It's about finding that perfect balance.
I would say as a general rule do not try name places you've been to,
or name people you know, or things you have acquired.
Make sure that this information riches them in a an organic or alternative way.
The best way is to have somebody talk about you in a positive light.
That is the best way if you want to impress somebody and take note of your accomplishments.
You don't want to be the one who walks up to somebody and do monologue
"I've done this and this, and I'm so good!".
It pushes people away.
This is a general rule but especially with rich people they are used to have this type
of approach when people are desperate and try too hard to impress them.
You don't want to fall into that group.
Take my advice: stay modest and be discreet.
And maybe team up with the friends who can speak highly about you.
Number three: DON'T ASK ABOUT THEIR MONEY.
Don't be curious about rich person's money or possessions.
Obvious one, right!
Ladies, let me tell you one thing!
Do you know how many times in high society I've come across women, and few men too,
when people start asking such direct and awkward questions like "Do you have a yacht?",
"What car do you drive?"
"Are you on the Forbes list?"
I've heard all kinds of bizzare variations and I know that some say it as a joke but
you know that it's not.
They do want to know that.
It's not okay to be an investigator when you are snooping around
and trying to gather as much information as possible.
The point is not to gather information but to get to know a person naturally
and build a relationship.
We might be curious and we might want certain answers but we have to stay patient,
put this aside and never show our curiosity.
There is another variation I forgot to mention, this one, it's so bad
"I have a yacht, what about you?"
When people want to find out answers in a kind of "non-direct" way.
That doesn't work either.
You see through it immidiately.
Number four: DON'T TALK ABOUT YOUR MONEY.
Never talk about your own money or possessions in a negative way.
This is an interesting variation because I wasn't going to tell you
how you shouldn't brag about about your money
or your possessions because this is obvious.
Even talking negatively about your financial situation is a very taboo topic
that should be avoided with people that you don't know.
Rich people have red flags alerts, so if you start bringing up your own money, complaining,
they might think that you are fishing for something.
Perhaps you know they are better off than you are,
so you are finishing for some help from them.
That doesn't mean that you can never talk negatively about your financial situation, no.
There is a big exception to this rule but I talk about it in great detail
in my online course the 7-step formula to high society
but as a standard rule do not tell a rich person
that you are broke, or out of money, or you can't afford this,
or you complain that things are so expensive and you can't afford it.
It's uncomfortable.
It's awkward.
You are just sending off the wrong impression and honestly talking about finances
to a person you don't know, it is a general no go rule.
Number five: DON'T SAY: "NICE TO MEET YOU".
This might be a bit of a petty remark because this is used by everyone and everywhere.
When you say "nice to meet you" when you get introduced to someone or you shake hands you
come across as a bit submissive, kind of middle class style.
Like you are trying very hard to be polite, nice, to be liked
and that gives away your authority.
When you give away your authority, you are signaling
that you are not on the same level as the rich.
There is nothing wrong with being nice and polite and I'm not advising you to stop being that,
but there is different variation you can start using.
A variation that is used by old money and upper class, they don't say "nice to meet you".
They say "How do you do?"
It's polite, formal, very neutral, and at the same time it's confident
and you are not giving away your authority by any form of submissive tone in the phrase.
This will make you sound refined and educated
and that you're part of a certain level of people.
That was it for me, ladies.

PEARL iZUMi Craft Series – WxB Summit Jacket - Duration: 1:16.
In 2015 we introduced a mountain bike-specific waterproof jacket, the MTB WRX.
It was really well received received a lot of great reviews. One of the features
that riders really gravitated to was the over helmet hood worked great with all
sorts of trail helmets. And one of the things that really helped out with was
preventing water from running down your neck while you were riding in poor conditions.
One of the things we heard about the current jacket was that riders
really loved how it operated while wearing a helmet but they really wanted
to wear the jacket without a helmet as well so the solution we came up with was
an adjustable setting on the hood. The three positions the snaps allow for is
the over the helmet position which also has a vent in the back to prevent the
hood from ballooning out while you're riding. Snapping the back down allows for fit
over the over your head when you're not wearing a helmet. And then the third
position allows you to roll down the hood to secure it so it doesn't flap in
the breeze if you don't need you wear it. If you happen to be caught out in the
rain having a waterproof jacket with a helmet compatible hood is a real
game-changer and can really improve your experience.

John Cena | The Things You Never Knew | Biography - Duration: 1:54.
NARRATOR: John Cena, WWE wrestling legend,
box office star, and children's book author.
And "Biography" presents John Cena.
The 16-time WWE world champion has many catchphrases,
like, "You can't see me."
JOHN CENA: I'm also invisible.
NARRATOR: And "Hustle, loyalty, respect."
But the one that's actually driven John
his whole life to become the superstar he is today,
"Never give up."
JOHN CENA: Never give up is not just regulated
to words on a t-shirt.
That is genuinely how I live my life.
NARRATOR: There was a time when John thought he'd try
and play professional football.
Yeah, that didn't pan out.
Then, he failed the test to become a cop.
John was searching for what to do with his life
when a friend suggested he try wrestling.
He had found his calling, and never give up
would become his signature.
John went outside the ring to spread this message,
writing a children's book about a little monster truck
called Elbow Grease and his four brothers,
no coincidence, as Cena is the second of five brothers
himself.
Before Cena packed on all that muscle,
the five boys were about the same size
and didn't shy away from a brotherly scrap.
JOHN CENA: And then, it became a coin flip.
Lost many fights at the hands of my siblings.
NARRATOR: But every time, he would get back up
and keep going.
And now, he's a movie star, best-selling author,
and international wrestling sensation.
Even though he's branching out into books, movies,
and other entertainment, he'll never give up on the thing
that made him a superstar.

Food Triggers- Shape It Up (Nicole Simonin) - Duration: 3:17.
So I want you to imagine that you've just come home from work it's been a
long day. Your kids are probably arguing. Your husband or spouse maybe is kind of
grumpy too because they had a long day at work. You come home and you still
have to make dinner. You don't want to make dinner...
what do you tend to do? Do you grab for a bag of chips? Do you grab a glass of wine?
What is your trigger? Today we're going to be talking about triggers and
how they can derail your progress.
Hey! Nicole here from Shape It Up Fitness and today we're talking about triggers.
In the scenario that I gave in the beginning of the video, when you get home
a lot of times people are not even aware of the things that they do. I had a
client who worked at a bakery. I had her do a food log. She did not
realize that every time she walked into the bakery in the morning
she actually ate four donuts ..within the first hour that is eye
opening right?! So what was her trigger? Her trigger was that she came into work
and the first thing she would do is grab grab a doughnut. So in the scenario that
I gave in the beginning of the video, when you come home a lot of times there
are triggers... like when your kids are arguing or when you're having an
argument with your spouse... where you just had a long day at work when you come home...
you're looking for that mood change. Sometimes the trigger itself is the mood
change. If you think about it when you come home and say you grab a glass of
wine you know that that wine is the trigger and then all of a sudden
everything is calm and wonderful right? It could be to that you're coming home
and you grab some M&Ms or something as you walk in the door after you place
your keys down. You try to see what kind of habits you do and see if there are
triggers that come before them. I had another client who would get up in
the middle of the night and go to the bathroom and then on the way back to bed
they would grab a snack... so I don't know how hungry they were going to and from
the bathroom but that became a habit. A lot of times when your triggers start out
they are very unconscious and then they become habits... and habits are either moving you
towards your goal or away from your goals. Your action step for today is
to be aware of what you're doing throughout the day and see if
there's any of those trigger moments. It might be that you're going into the
break room and you're getting a cup of coffee but right next to it are some
jelly beans and you're eating the jelly beans.
Or you tend to go visit a person at their desk because
they always have butterscotch candies...Who knows? But just be
aware of what you're doing and look at the little things that you're doing that
may lead to bigger habits. I you have a trigger that you would like to share you
can go ahead and put it in the comment section below and I'd love to hear from
you. If you would like more from Shape It Up head on over to shapeitupfitness.com

Should You Wear A Watch With A Tuxedo? | Black Tie Watch Guide - Duration: 8:17.
There are some men's style topics that really tend to divide people and this is
definitely one of those. What's up, guys? I'm Brian Sacawa, you're watching He
Spoke Style, and today we're talking about whether or not you should wear a
watch with a tuxedo.
[MUSIC]
First, want to tell you this video is presented in partnership with Crown and
Caliber. Crown and Caliber is the number one place to buy and sell pre-owned
luxury watches online. He Spoke Style viewers can save $150 off
their first watch purchase at Crown and Caliber. All you have to do is use code
HSS150. So, wearing a watch with a tuxedo. Some people say it's okay. Some
people say no way. So this is one of those topics in menswear that never
goes away. People have been arguing about it, debating it for a very long time. And
the thing is, as is often the case, there are two sides to the story here. And I
have to say that both sides make some very valid points. So what I'm going to
do is to talk through some of the reasons that are generally given against
wearing a watch with the tuxedo as well as some of those that say wearing a
watch with a tuxedo is totally fine. And by the end of this video you will
definitely know exactly where I stand on this. So there are two popular arguments
against wearing a watch with a tuxedo and the first one is very simple. It's
just that it doesn't look right. And to be perfectly honest with you, I think
that's somewhat of a fair point. A tuxedo is a very simple garment. It's
minimalistic. And it has very clean and elegant lines. And I'd be lying to you if
I didn't say that there have been times that I've put on my own tux, added a
watch and then thought that the watch peeking out from under my shirt cuff and
jacket sleeve just kind of threw the whole thing off balance. Reason number
two is more concerned with etiquette and being a proper gentleman. So the thinking
goes that if you are attending a black tie event, that the event is
obviously being hosted by someone and wearing a watch would signal that you
are concerned with the time, which would then be construed as an insult to the
host. Like, I invited you to this fancy party. Why do you need to know what time
it is? Do you have someplace else to be other than this fancy party that I'm
throwing? So I think both of these arguments are fairly reasonable,
especially if you consider that black tie in its purest form is a pretty
strict and prescriptive dress code. There are those things that definitely need to
be right, like wearing a cummerbund, you have to do that. And there are those
things that you should definitely stay away from. So all those things combined
together sort of make black tie like the ultimate
style troll dress code. But the thing is there is not just one way to do black
tie. There are many different alternatives, like black tie optional,
creative black tie, and I would even throw cocktail attire into that mix.
So with all those variations, it only makes sense to me that some people would
entertain wearing a watch with a tuxedo. But for the ultimate, definitive, answer
of all answers to the question should you wear a watch with black tie, I think
it is appropriate to consult the man who literally wrote the book on men's style.
Of course, I'm talking about Alan Flusser. So, submitted for your approval, this
relevant passage from Mr. Flusser's Dressing The Man: Mastering the Art of
Permanent Fashion. And it reads: Simplicity should govern the choice of
jewelry for formalwear. Studs and matching cuff links can be made of plain
gold, black enamel, or semi-precious stone. Mother-of-Pearl, also handsome, is
perhaps more appropriate for white tie. Fine sets of studs and matching cuff
links can be found in antique shops that specialize in old jewelry. The most
interesting examples are those made between 1890 and 1930. You might also
look for a gold pocket watch and chain. If you choose to wear a wristwatch,
remember that the thinner the watch, the more tasteful it is. Black bands are
recommended. So, mic drop. I'm certainly not going to
argue with Alan Flusser. And the thing I want to point out most from that quote
is that he does not have any sort of aversion to wearing a watch with a
tuxedo. Again, and I cannot stress this enough, it's that the rules of style are
guidelines. I have always been a proponent of whenever a rule of style is
invoked, that I turn to the one rule which I consider to be the golden rule of
style, which is that if it looks right and it feels right to you, then it is
right. You know, you can know the quote, unquote "rules" better than anyone
else. You can read more books on men's style than everyone else. But the thing
is that book smarts and what works in theory does not always translate into a
real world success. You know, there's something to be said about going by feel
instead of making a decision based on what you've been told you should or
should not do. Alright, so I've laid all my cards on the
table. Obviously, I think it's fine to wear a watch with a tuxedo, but it
needs to be the right watch. Now, what is the right watch to wear with a
tuxedo? For me, there are a few criteria. Number one: it should be time-only. Number
two: I think a watch with a tuxedo should be in either yellow or rose gold.
Three: it should have a leather strap, preferably black, as Mr. Flusser
recommends. And finally, the watch should be on the thinner side. Now, what are the
best specific watches to wear with a tuxedo? Here are five of my picks. First, I
have to go with the watch that I wore with my wedding tuxedo. Obviously, not a
very economical option, but one of the most beautiful formal watches in the
entire world. This is the Vacheron Constantin Historiques Ultra-Fine 1955. A
very classic and elegant 36 millimeter case size. A thickness of just over four
millimeters. Black alligator strap. And a beautiful gold movement visible through
a display caseback. This watch is pure beauty in its simplicity and one of the
most elegant watches that could be worn with a tuxedo. Next, is a simple and
beautiful watch from one of my all-time favorite brands this is the A. Lange &
Söhne Saxonia Thin. It's a time only watch. There is a pink gold example, though it
also comes in white gold. Dial is silver. Case size, 37 millimeters. And 5.9
millimeters thick. The pink gold version does come with a brown alligator strap,
though that is easily swapped out for a black strap if you wanted to wear it
with a tuxedo. Next, an all-time classic. The Cartier
Tank Solo. Again, this is a time-only watch. Case size is thirty-four point
eight by twenty-seven point four millimeters. It is five point five
millimeters thick. This watch has a quartz movement, which means that it's
going to cost a lot less than an automatic movement. So if you are looking
for a classic, timeless, and very versatile watch in pink gold at a fairly
reasonable price point, I would definitely put the Cartier Tank Solo at
the top of your list. Next watch is another very, very simple, and classic
time-only watch from Vacheron Constantin. This is the Patrimony. Now, at
40 millimeters, it is on the larger side compared to the previous three, but you
know, for some people, 35 to 37 millimeters will feel a little too small
on the wrist. This is, again of course, an investment piece that would definitely
become an heirloom the family. My final pick is the Patek
Philippe Calatrava. So, do not assume that because it is a Patek Philippe that the
price is going to be completely out of reach. I have seen pre-owned Calatravas
in great condition for as low as five thousand dollars. This watch is very old
school in terms of size. The newest version is 36 millimeters, though the
older ones that you'll see frequently on the pre-owned market generally are
around 33 millimeters. This watch does have a small seconds indicator, which
would seemingly disqualify it from my tuxedo watch criteria, but you know, you
really cannot argue with the elegance of the Patek Philippe Calatrava. I will put
pricing information for all the watches mentioned in this video as well as links
to some of the watches that I think are very fine choices from Crown and Caliber.
Reminder, once again, that He Spoke Style viewers can save $150 off their first
watch purchase from Crown and Caliber with code HSS150. So having watched this
video and heard both sides of the argument, I want to know what you guys
think. Is it okay to wear a watch with a tuxedo? Leave your comments below.
Thumbs up if you like this video. Hit that subscribe button. And until next
time, thanks for watching and stay tailored.

Kandi Burruss cries recalling Andy Cohen's surrogacy advice - Latest News - Duration: 2:33.
In an emotional interview on "Busy Tonight," "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss teared up when revealing the advice Andy Cohen gave her about becoming a mother via surrogacy
"I said something about, 'Well I guess I'm going to have a baby mama," Burruss told host Busy Philipps through tears
"And he said to me, 'Don't you ever say that, because you are a mother, and to say she's your baby mama is taking it away from you
'" "That's a beautiful gift that she can give you to carry your child, but it's your baby," Philipps responded, comforting Burruss
When Burruss, 42, and Bravo boss Cohen, 50, spoke, she did not know Cohen was using a surrogate to become a first-time father
On February 4, Cohen welcomed a son named Benjamin Allen. "I didn't know that he was doing it too, and then when he announced it, he hit me up immediately and said, 'Now you see why I felt so strongly,'" Burruss said
The reality star, who recently also appeared on "Celebrity Big Brother," said she considered using a surrogate because she "had been having some issues" getting pregnant through in vitro fertilization
According to People, Burruss revealed on an episode of "Real Housewives" that she had a few surgeries for fibroids, benign lumps or tumors, which can cause complications with conception
Burruss has a 2-year-old son, Ace Wells, with husband Todd Tucker. She also has a 16-year-old daughter, Riley, from a previous relationship, while Tucker is the father of a 22-year-old daughter named Kaela
In November, Burruss confirmed that she and Tucker were in the early stages of finding a surrogate
She said that they had two female embryos. Share this:

Hi, Dr. Minkoff here, BodyHealth.com. Today I want to talk about a common subject
which is, what do you do if your doctor orders a CT scan on you, or are CT scans
dangerous, do CT scans cause cancer, what is the data on this so that you can be
better informed. CT scans have one upside, definitely. Because they give you
information, you can see things that you can't see on an x-ray. So, if the doctor
is looking for a tumor, for a lump, for a cyst, for something, a CT scan can be very
valuable. If somebody is looking for a tooth infection, or an abscess a CT scan
can be very valuable. It's a two-sided sword, because a CT scan is a type of
x-ray and there is ionizing radiation, there is x-ray radiation that is going
to come into your body when you get it. So a lot of times the real question is,
is the diagnosis needed by getting a CT scan or not. If it's needed you're kind
of stuck with doing it. If it's not needed maybe there's another way that it
can be looked at, with an ultrasound or some other technology,
have an MRI, where you don't have to actually do the ionizing radiation.
Of course the doctor is going to make that decision, but I think if you're
informed on it it can be very helpful. Ionizing radiation causes free radicals.
The energy in the ionizing radiation is so strong that it starts to break apart
normal tissue and normal normal membranes and that's where the damage
comes in, okay. Now we are in radiation all the time. The Sun is emitting
radiation all the time, our cellphones are emitting radiation, we live in
a sea of radiation. The normal background for most of us living in a regular city
environment is about what's called three MSV per person per year. That's about
what the background is, okay. Now added to that are things like what if you get a
dental x-ray, well it's another .01, it's a little bit. It's not nothing,
but it isn't very much. What about a DEXA scan?
Your doctor is checking for your bone density he does a DEXA scan, it's an
x-ray, it's very very low it's .001 so it's really low,
okay. What about a chest x-ray, well it's much higher it's .01, okay. So if
you get a lot of chest x-rays, pretty soon starts to add up. A mammogram
is 4X a chest x-ray, per breast, okay. So now we're up to .8, so
now that's getting more. If you do it every year, now you're starting to add up,
and I'll show you some statistics in a little bit of what happens with more and
more mammograms, and what happens with the incidence of breast cancer, okay.
It's not nothing, okay. A CT scan of the chest is 7
so that's a lot more okay. A CT of the abdomen is 10, a lot more. A CT
angiogram if they're looking at heart arteries, or brain arteries, they do a CT
like for the chest it's 51 to the breast. Remember the baseline is 3 a chest
x-rays .1, a CT angiogram of the chest because it's going to go through
the breast is 51 to the breast and 64 to the lung. Now these are big hits for the
body. These are radiation, these are
cancer-causing waves. Now when you look at mammograms and breast cancer
what you find out as the younger you get it, the younger you start your mammograms,
the worse it is, okay. Because that time adds to the chances of you getting more
cancer. They found that women had a 2.5X more risk of
cancer when they had more mammograms. So these things can be really significant.
If you're younger it's worse, if you get a more often it's worse, but more
importantly, especially when we're talking about breasts,
is there another way to look? Can we do an ultrasound? Can we do an MRI? Can we
find out the same information in a better way? Now I want to transition a
little bit now because a mammogram is an x-ray. It's radiation.
It's .4 per breast. Can we look at the breast in a better way? In a safer way?
And get information that's a lot better than what we're going to get from the
mammogram? Now this is called thermography. Thermo means heat. Ography
means we're making a picture out of it. So thermography actually is an infrared
camera that measures the heat coming off the breast itself. Red is
very hot and green is cooler and blue is the coolest. Now let's say someone
is brewing breast cancer, one cell turns bad and it starts to become a cancer
cell. In 90 days there's two of them, in a year there's 16 of them. 16
cells you can't see, It's like really teeny teeny okay.
2 years there's 256, three years there's 4896,
five years there's a million, eight years there's four trillion, this is where it
gets detectable by mammogram. So when someone has a positive mammogram, they've
had disease brewing for an average of eight years and by the time they found
it there's four trillion cells there. Now that is a very late late finding, that
doesn't help you, you've got it now. What's beautiful about the thermography
is that it's detected at the 256 cell level by thermography.
Why? Because the cancer cell very early starts to get new blood vessels because
it needs more nutrition and those new blood vessels add circulation to the
breast and they add heat to the breast and the heat signature shows up early.
We can detect early early early breast cancer it might not even be
really significant cancer. Do an intervention at that point where if we
detoxify the breast, if we do some special treatments on the breast where
we can get this thing to go away. Because you won't see this on an MRI or a
mammogram or any other technology it's way too soon it's way too early. But if
you have this technology you say, oh something's going on there let's handle
it. I've done this many times with people. Sometimes it's hormonal
imbalances, sometimes it's environmental toxins in
the breast, sometimes it's an iodine deficiency, sometimes they have a
parasitic infection where we see, oh that breast is abnormal, okay let's get on
that. Then six months later we do another thermograph and
the breast is returned to normal, we got it before it was really significant.
That's really really important and you don't have to do the
mammography. I want to just compare the two things. Another
problem with mammograms is that there is a high rate of false positives. The false
positive means the mammogram says there's something there and the biopsy
is done and there's nothing there. Now there is nothing worse than a false
positive because the woman goes to get her annual mammogram, she gets the
mammogram, the mammogram shows there might be something there, and the
recommendation then is you need a biopsy. The emotional things that occur to
people when like, "oh my god I've got breast cancer and now I need a biopsy,
and someone's going to stick a needle in my breasts five or six times to try to
get that thing pinpointed and make a diagnosis on me. This sort of
emotional travail is horrible. About 15-20% of the
time when it shows that there's something there, there is nothing there
and you went through the whole thing for nothing. That's not good.
There's also about a 15-20% chance of where there actually
is breast cancer there but it doesn't show. So the mammogram as a test is
really not very good, okay. It's pain, the breast, if you've ever had a mammogram, I
haven't had one but I'm told they squeeze you, they've got to flatten this
thing out, now if that tumor is encapsulated and it gets squeezed do the
cells come out, is there damage done? These are all things that
aren't good. Now the cancer is stimulated by radiation because the mammogram is
x-ray, and x-rays cause cancer! If you have something brewing it's going to
stimulate it. What's nice about the thermography is it provides
information on the root cause, it detects the growth very early, there's no
radiation, there's no compression. You basically sit in the room and you put
your arms over your head, you put your arms like this, the infrared
camera takes the picture and that's it. Nobody touches you, nobody does anything
to you, they get the picture, it goes to a board-certified radiologist who reads it
and he says, this looks really good or hey there's something suspicious here
maybe we need to do an ultrasound or maybe we need to do an MRI. We have to
investigate this further to find out what is actually going on. Okay no
radiation no compression. It tells about the activity of blood vessels that
are going on in the breasts. So here's a normal, this is a beautiful normal breast,
should be blue. Blue means cold, the breasts are off the body, their
temperature is generally cooler. So this is right okay, you look at this and say
holy smokes, what is going on up here? This is hot
because there's blood vessels, that tumors got blood vessels and this is
someone who's got cancer of the left breast. The pictures are very helpful,
and a screening can be done like this once a year starting at a young
age so you have a baseline. For I don't know two hundred fifty three
hundred bucks something like that in most places you get the screening done
it's all good. We already talked about that.
This is really important, a mammogram is not early detection. We want early
detection when we're dealing with cancer because the earlier we get it the better.
A cancerous tumors been growing from eight to ten years before it's big
enough and dense enough to be detected by mammography, that's why the treatment
at that stage is so drastic. People end up with mastectomies and they're carved
up and chemotherapy and radiation. If we can get to it way before it's way better.
I've found in my experience it's a reversible process. You get this early,
you could reverse it because why do they have this? They're toxic and
if we can get the toxins off and the hormones balanced, we can get them back.
Now this is interesting because breasts Thermography is FDA approved as
a treatment, as a diagnostic treatment since 1982, though you don't hear about
it much. The standard has been regular mammography, but there are
several countries like Canada, it doesn't allow a mammography anymore because the
results just aren't good enough. You know it's a it's a downside treatment, it's
not an up side treatment. Breast screening is really important. Something
like one in eight women in their lifetime nowadays is going to get breast
cancer. If you get breast cancer very early or pre breast cancer really early
it's a reversible process and you don't end up with disfigurement and toxic
medications. So, this is something that should start probably by the time anyone
is 20-25 years old they should start getting annual thermography and they
could be followed and if there's a problem the doctor could do an
intervention. A doctor like me could do an intervention
and you can reverse the process. Annual mammogram screening I don't like
because it's too late, it doesn't help you, fifteen or twenty percent of the
time it's wrong and that's not a good thing, and it causes cancer. Go with
the things that make the most sense and this makes the most sense. We want to
give people the idea that they have power over their bodies and make it
through the Diagnostics that are available.
Give them indications of what they should do so they can live healthy, and
live long and not get cancer, okay. I hope this helps.

Alan Brazil refuses to apologise to Man Utd star Paul Pogba for talkSPORT rant - Duration: 2:15.
TalkSPORT presenter Alan Brazil has refused to apologise to Paul Pogba after previously labelling him as "poison" and a "bad egg"
The French World Cup winner was the subject of a string furious tirades from a frustrated Brazil as he struggled to make an impact at Old Trafford under Jose Mourinho
But despite Pogba turning things around under caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the ex-United and Tottenham striker has refused to backtrack
He has hailed the 25-year-old as "fantastic" on current form - but he still insists he must shoulder some blame for his inability to perform prior to Mourinho's sacking
"I just say it the way I see it," Brazil said on talkSPORT . "You see the way he's playing now, he covers every blade, he gets his foot in, he's a great passer of the ball and great header of the ball
"When you play for Manchester United you have to perform at your top level 90 per cent of the time
He clearly had the hump with Jose Mourinho and wasn't doing it. "Not when he's playing the way he's playing and United are winning
"I just get so frustrated. I get frustrated with David Luiz because I know what a good player he can be, but he switches off and I just want to give him a shake
Pogba is no different. "When he's on his game he's a great addition, but he's got to be consistent
He's finding that now. "When he's great, like last night, you give him all the plaudits he deserves
He was fantastic, made one scored one, great performance. "But was it all Jose's fault? I'm not sure it was
"
