In the future, we're gonna be fighting more organized people, organized body forces.
It's not just gonna be dudes trying to kill you in the desert so,
fighting the British like this is gonna be really good training and overall
better equip us and to train our future generations for fighting a more
conventional war.
Having another force, force on force makes it more realistic for going
overseas in country. We have an actual enemy that's thinking and has
capabilities like we have.
Conflicts coming in the future, you would know your enemy. You'll know their
weapons, their tactics. That in some ways can be helpful, but in some ways not,
judging on your forces to theirs.
With this force-on-force, you definitely have a live enemy to work with.
It teaches us to react a lot better, but it was pretty fun. Overall, it's like a good
learning experience, just to work with another unit from another country.

What Do You Do To Overcome Negative Mindsets? | #AskBrandonLee w/ Brandon Lee of FunnelAmplified - Duration: 0:56.
What strategy do you have in place to overcome negative mindsets?
I have a personal identity statement that I have committed to memory.
Whenever I realize that I have been negatively triggered and starting down a path of negative
thinking, I immediately "pull out" my identity statement and repeat it.
I say "pull out" my identity statement because I imagine in my mind's eye that
I have a card in my back pocket that has my identity statement on it.
It is made of pure gold and my identity is etched into it.
I utilized my imagination and my logic both to speak truth into my brain and my current
situation.
Whenever possible, I speak it out loud so I both speak it and hear it.
I periodically update my statement as I develop new insights and move into new seasons of
life.

3 Things that will Help You Recognise a True UX Expert | UX Design | Prasadd | YUJ Designs Pune - Duration: 7:52.
Hi I am Prasadd Bartakke, Chief of designs and research at YUJ Designs designs.
I am also responsible for the competency at YUJ design
today it has become the backbone of all the businesses. Lot more it systems are there and
fighting for attention and there is lot of competition. so, now design has become the backbone
of the differentiator that it systems could bring to the to the market. so lot more businesses,
people product designers come and ask me that
hey, how do we recognise an export User experience professional?
So, take a moment here and talk to you about three things that will help you
enable how to recognise this expert?
number one his or her knowledge of the field.
number two how are they orchestrating the design that is design management
and number 3 Doors sure methodology and the process with which is
complex orchestration of user interface design
could be done.
so let's look at the number one aspect of it.
the knowledge.
the knowledge is what?
usability principles.
example is the user able to learn your interface faster?
is the user
interface efficient for users to carry on their tasks when they are expected to use
your system?
is it memorable? can the user remember things and doesn't need to think hard when
they come back to the system geosystems time and again ability to manage error and quickly
get out of the door system by perform the task so that's number one we spoke about knowledge
number two managing design is design management it's not that randomly you come up with wireframes
and visual design and submit to the businesses that developed it and through it in front of the
users and the users says wow this is so usable there has to be a strategy so under design management
a good designer will talk to the businesses understand their challenges their problems
the market the competition take genuine interest in the user their needs their expectations
and come up with a Holistic strategy of marrying the business goals and the user goals and
that's the main part of design management so we covered the knowledge part of an expert
his sensitive towards design Management by talking to the business and the users and
then the last part which is the most fundamental part is the methodology there is something
called the user centred design methodology which becomes the foundation of a design professional
if he or she doesn't know this no point in just knowing the laws of usability and
the principles of human factors for just talking stractogent if they are not able to
Aurgusted step by step in a process manner this output it's of no use so let me take
a little more time and tell you critical aspects of what this user centred design methodologies
number one clear understanding of what does business is heading towards if I'm a user
expert I will be talking to you about your vision about the value proposition about the
critical success factors that you want to achieve at the end of this design exercise
thats part number 1 within this thing called user centred design methodology number two
uses the extremely sensitive to the users mental model uses of sensitive a doctor who
is wanting to use an application has a different mental model but the same doctor when is going
to transfer money online change has a different change of Mind set because he is not transferring
money in the same human being but two different personas these nuances matter a lot a same
person probably is watching TV at home his Expectations and need from let's say a TV
application is going to be very different and that's the difference a designer would
look at understanding the users mental model because it now then no this is your business
these are the users and their mental model they will be designing to catering to the mental
model of the user catering to your businesses these facilities are very important for you
to understand when you are looking for Experts so lets you did the business understanding you did
the users understanding the third aspect is matrix design has to be measurable it can't
be that designers would come up with few screens and deliver and well no change so designer
would put a commitment and put a number as to what are the success metrics how does the
design add to the business value the conversion going up the third aspect within the methodology
of carrying out user centred design the fourth aspect is the concept design today competition is
cut fruit understanding your design understand your businesses understanding the users its
important, my design of the application that I am designing for businesses is way to different
giving Deeper value to the businesses and cut the competition at a large scale so concept
designing becomes of very important stage of a designer when his delivering designs
a quick wireframe of quick visual design for a screen is Parsi that doesn't help anymore
because now businesses want to leave frog over months and not just over days once all
these design happens the critical aspects testing this design however great designer
I am I should be able to throw open my designs and let the user judge whether the design
is going to be working for them and that helps development cost to be reduced and it's major
advantage for businesses once all this happens designing screens is easy you can Aurgusted
the flows very confidently because now you have a backing of business understanding user
understanding you put matrix is in place your design the concept that's the market
differentiator and then what designing screens after screens in the flow becomes very easy
so this is the backbone of the processes so now as businesses if you are hiring experts or you are looking
for an expert agency to help you check this three things out the knowledge base of the
human cognition usability principles number two the design management how well they strategize
how well they understand the businesses how genuinely they are interested in the users
the competition and orchestrator strategy for you guys and the last part are they following
any methodology and not doing things at random so that's for today I hope you liked it if
you have any questions please call me I would love to spend time would love to welcome you
in a studio show you are process is methodology introduce you to our people and a senior staff
of designers and will definitely have a child with you thank you so much

Make Progress Towards Your Financial Goals With One Easy Step - Duration: 7:56.
are you ready to finally start making progress towards your financial goals
well in this video I'm gonna share with you my one tip so that you can start
reaching your goals faster and easier hey everyone i'm Meredith Rines a
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER a budget strategist a wife a mom and a business
owner my goal is to help families learn how to manage their money so they can
finally start paying down their debt and living a life they've always dreamed of
i love to share weekly videos with budget tips money management hacks and
all-around advice for being a busy mama so I encourage you to hit that subscribe
button so you never miss a new video my goal on this channel is to encourage you
and to inspire you to help you plan prepare and prosper to conquer all of
the tasks and all of the goals that you have for your family in this video I'm
sharing with you my one trick my one tip so that you can finally start making
progress towards your goals this one idea is simple it's easy to do but so
many families so many of us forget about it we don't think about it we set a goal
and we thought and we think we're working towards it but we never quite
make the progress that we thought we would we don't hit it as fast as we do
we're not saving as much each month as we planned as we budget it as we thought
and this one trick can really shift your mindset and can really shift how you
look at your money so that you can finally start making the progress you
really deserve and if you stick around I'm gonna share with you how you can
grab my sinking funds checklist this go-to guide is vital when it comes to
saving for something big whether that's a down payment on a new home for your
family a new car maybe it's saving for a vacation because you haven't had one in
years whatever that big goal you have the
sinking funds checklist can help you so stick around I'm going to tell you how
you can grab it the first step and this magic tip to help you actually reach
your goals so I want you to write down your goal so many of us set a goal for
ourselves and we tell it to us over and over again and then life gets busy and
we have to run here our kids get sick work gets stressful and we kind of start
forgetting and it fades away I want you to write down your goal and I want you
put it everywhere everywhere and I mean everywhere I want you to write it on a
post-it note stick it to your mirror in your bathroom so every morning when
you're brushing your teeth you're repeating it over and over again every
morning when you're getting dressed you see it hanging in your closet door so
when you're getting your clothes on you see it you're repeating it to yourself I
want you to tell your kids every morning what your goal is I want you to make it
this screensaver on your laptop your desk your lockscreen image on your phone
I want you to stare at your goal all the time and if your goal changes then
change your screen change your post-it if you reach that goal create another
goal and do it but I want you to not just write it down I want you to tell it
to yourself in a way that is positive I'm going to save X amount of dollars
I'm doing this I'm saving money I want you to say it as if you're already doing
it as if you're already making progress because when you make it the front of
your mind then it's hard it's hard to forget about it so when you get asked
out for drinks and you open your phone up you see your goal and then you see
your text message it's easier to say oh I can't tonight or yeah I can but I'm
probably not gonna eat with you guys I'm gonna I'm gonna I've already got plans
for dinner I'll just come in say hi for a little bit and then that way it's not
awkward it's not like you're avoiding them it's not like you feel forced to go
out because your goal is there reminding you what you're working towards the
second part of this tip is I want you to talk it out with your spouse a lot of
families your wife is working towards something your husband is working
towards something and you're not really working together you think you are you
think that she wants what you want and he wants what you want now I know this
for a fact because my husband and I we don't always agree his goal is to buy
land so that he can hunt and fish and have a place to go with his buddies and
his son and you know all of that great stuff Michael is a home a bigger home
that I can create that I can design that fits what I want to fit now could those
goals be combined yes and we've been working on doing that but for the
longest time he thought we were saving for land I thought we were saving to
build a home and yeah those goals can be combined but until you talk it out until
you tell one another that that's what you're working on you're never gonna
make progress step three I want you to tell everyone okay well maybe not
everyone loves me real but I want you to tell your family your closest friends
what you're working on because believe me they want to support you they want to
help you in any way they can maybe that means instead of going out for dinner
you guys have a public once a week or once a month her we're often you guys
were seeing each other to save money because in the end it will help them as
well it trust me your friends and your family they want what's best for you and
that's usually why they're the most brutally honest especially when you went
through the bank phase and you should have had bangs or maybe you dated
what's-his-name who was a loser and no good they were always honest and always
there for you in those moments so trust me when I tell you they want what's best
for you and if you sit down and just say hey we're saving for a home with some
land so that our kids can run they can play we can build a house that we've
dreamed of it's not gonna be easy but I'm just letting you know so that way
maybe if I don't want to go out as often or I can't take those random girls trips
that's why I'm still happy to plan and do things with you I just may not be
able to do everything but I'm curious who do you always tell your big
overarching goals to is that your spouse is it a parent is it a friend leave a
comment letting me know who you always want to tell your biggest goal to
because you know that they'll be your biggest cheerleader now you know my one
trick and it's really not a trick it is just making sure that it stays top of
mind all the time what you're working towards whether that's writing it and
everywhere you look talking to your spouse to make sure you're on the same
page are letting your closest family and friends know so that they can support
you as you can tell the theme is just making yourself more aware of what
you're working on one of the biggest ways that you can help reach your goals
faster is by turning that goal into a sinking fund and talked about sinking
funds a lot because I love them and because they work they actually work if
you're new to sinking funds or you're finally ready to take the plunge
grab my sinking funds checklist this go-to guide will help you break down
those large goals that you have like saving for a home with land paying off
your debt buying a new car maybe is sending your kids to college so that
they can graduate debt-free unlike you had you whatever that goal is
trust me a sinking fund can help you and this guy will break down that goal so
that it makes it a much more manageable easily reached target for you you can
download this checklist from the cards above or even down below at the link
this guide is perfect to help you in any budgeting level to get your sinking
funds off the ground and just remember the biggest key to all of this is making
yourself more aware all the time of what you're working on so that you can make
smarter financial decision

Productivity Secret 1 - Duration: 6:24.
- Hi there, it's Laura here from I Heart Planners
and I know that it can be really easy
to look at bloggers and online influencers
and think that they have it all together.
But let me tell you something,
I've been blogging about planning
and organizing for over six years
and I still don't have it all together all the time.
However, I have learned so much along the way
and I want to reveal four productivity secrets with you
that I think will really help you.
But before we dive in, I wanna make sure
that you hit that subscribe button down below
because I have loads more organizing goodness
coming your way that you won't wanna miss.
(bright vocalizing music)
Let me tell you what has gotten me thinking
about all this productivity stuff in the first place
and that is the Ultimate Productivity Bundle.
It's a group of about 45 resources
to help you with productivity,
goal setting, and things like that
and what I love about this bundle
is these are people who really get it.
For me, productivity is not just about
cramming as much into one day as I can
and checking as many things off the to-do list as possible,
it's really about getting more of the right stuff done,
about understanding what really matters to me
and getting that done.
So that's the perspective that I come from
and I love that a lot of the resources in this bundle,
they come from that perspective too,
of helping you get more of the right stuff done.
That brings up the question: How do you know
that you're actually getting the right stuff done
instead of just spinning your wheels getting stuff done?
And how do you know that you're actually making progress
toward what matters to you?
The answer is that you need a clear vision
of where you're going and you need to set good,
meaningful goals before you get started.
So setting these goals, first of all,
they don't have to be something that happens on January 1st.
It could happen anytime, whether it's February or June,
it could happen on a Monday or a Friday.
It's more about making sure you take the time
to really think though these goals and set the right goals
than about when you actually set the goals.
My I Heart Productivity pack in the bundle
walks you through the process of creating your action plan
by starting you with setting good goals.
And when I do this,
I like to start with what I call self-to-self brainstorming,
which is essentially a brain dump.
That's where you sit down with a piece of paper and a pen
and you just write everything you can think of
that's in your head, related to a certain topic.
So in this case, it's related to the topic
of what's on your mind, what goals you may have,
what things you wanna improve and when you're doing this,
it is not the time to edit yourself
and be thinking about what's realistic or not,
or what you can really accomplish or not,
it's the time just to get it all out on paper.
And I find it really helpful to do this in a guided manner,
so in our I Heart Productivity pack in the bundle,
it walks you through different questions to ask yourself
to really get the juices flowing
and make sure that you get it out on paper.
So the first step is just to brain dump.
Next, it's time to start grouping things together
into what I call focus areas.
So I look at my brain dump
and if, for example, I have walk 10,000 steps,
drink eight glasses of water a day, and lose 10 pounds,
I would group those all together into fitness.
And this just makes it more manageable
and easier to see what categories each of our goals are in.
And then from there, I identify which of those things
are projects and which are habits.
So a project would be a one-and-done thing,
like run a marathon.
Once I've done it, I can check it off and that is complete.
But a habit is something that I want to cultivate
on a daily or regular basis, long-term.
Like walking 10,000 steps is a habit
that I wanna cultivate long-term.
I want to add one very important caveat here:
If you're anything like me,
you probably have about 500 goals written down
that you want to accomplish
and this is actually a blessing
that we have so many good things we could do
that there's not even enough time to do them all,
but there's no way we can focus on all those things at once.
That would ensure that we actually don't meet our goals
because we're trying to do them all at once.
So what I like to do is go through my list
and pick just two items from each area to focus on
and I put a star or a little sticker by them
to let myself know those are the ones
that I'm going to start with
and once those projects are complete,
or those habits are really deeply ingrained,
then I can move on to something else.
But this just give me permission
to not worry about a lot of this stuff,
it's written down, I won't forget it
and just focus on a couple things in each area.
Next, it comes down to actually following through
on the action plan
and I know this can be challenging
because we don't all wake up super motivated
every single morning to tackle our habits,
but the one thing you can do that will help you the most
is to actually write them down and track them.
So the habit trackers in the productivity pack
are perfect for this and just by writing them down
and hanging them somewhere where you can see them
if you need to or put them in your planner
that goes with you everywhere
and just check those boxes every single time
that you do the habit.
And this is gonna build up that habit muscle
and get the positive momentum going
so that you can actually stick to it.
And make sure you trust the process.
It's not about overnight transformation,
it's about doing little-by-little, every day to improve.
So focus on making progress every day
and you will eventually get there.
If you're looking for more resources
to spur you on in your goal setting,
I highly recommend the Ultimate Productivity Bundle.
In addition to the I Heart Productivity pack
that I've been talking about,
it includes 45 resources from productivity experts
to guide you through things like setting goals,
being more productive, getting more done,
and all of those types of things.
And the best part is that you can get
all of this for over 90% off.
There's only one catch
and that is that it's only available for a very short time
so you wanna go check it out now.

Most popular foreign men in Japan: Are YOU one of them? - Duration: 14:15.
Foreign boys love their girlfriend, even if she can't cook!
I don't like men who are thinner than me. A bit chubby is great.
Hey guys and girls on Ask Japanese, it's Cathy Cat.
Today we're gonna go, hit the streets of Tokyo and ask the Japanese ladies and boys
what their IDEAL boy image of a foreigner looks like.
So what is an ideal boy from abroad supposed to be like? Let's go and Ask Japanese.
What does a popular foreign man need to have?
I have the image that French men devote themselves to their partners.
They are my ideal men. Japanese men...
they don't devote themselves to their partners. I wish we had that here.
Devote? What you mean? - For example...
I went abroad...
and tried to store my things in the overhead locker of the plane
I was too small, but a French man stood up and helped me.
That kind of awareness and care makes me really happy.
The gentlemen type? - Yes. - Japanese men don't do that? - Well..
Japanese men will first look at the situation, if it seems impossible, they might help. Too late.
Seeing, getting up, acting instantly... these things make me grateful.
You want them to do it straight away without beating round the bush. - That's best.
Sorry, you're ok? We are getting stared at by a group of people.
Are they ok? (random shouting) - Thank you!
Seems like they are viewers of our channel. - So what is your ideal man? - Italian
Why so? - Well...
Italian men seem to care for their girlfriends a lot
They like women don't they?
Italian men are famous for that. They care for their girlfriends and do ladies first and such
I admire that. - They seem to give lots of presents too.
What shall he look like? - Look good in a suit.
Have a suit that fits them and their type.
It doesn't have to be expensive to look good. It can be from the local supermarket
as long as it looks good on them
If they wear it it becomes Armani.
Would it be ok for him to be a little chubby underneath his suit? - Yes.
As long as he looks cool. - I like men who don't decorate themselves
They don't have to wear expensive things.
Just look simply good. He doesn't have to style his hair and such.
Normal looks best.
What do you want your ideal partner to do for you?
Something that Japanese men don't do?
What do you want foreign boys to do? - Foreign men...
They do things without making a big deal of it.
Instead of for asking for things, they just do them.
Contrary to Japanese men, foreign men help with raising the kids...
I heard that. That's great.
They do it because it's normal for them to raise their kids. I don't need anything else.
More equality in the relationship? - Yes.
In Japan it's taken for granted that we do the housework.
And men work.
This is firmly rooted. Women have to be able to do housework.
It's rooted in our culture. Abroad though...
its not like that. - Men abroad can even cook and they help!!!
That's what I hope.
Even if the girlfriend can't cook, or wash they love their girlfriends.
As long as their girlfriend stays with them.
You like that even if you can't do the housework, they will still love you.
Yes that's big. - It's not like women were born with household skills.
I am not good at it either. - I like that foreign men are grateful when you do it though.
They say "thank you" and things like that. - Yes they say THANKS!!!
Men here don't feel like they need to say thank you.
Japanese men think if they say it too often, it becomes too casual.
Japanese men don't say "thank you" much.
I think no word is like "I love you" and I wish they would say it more.
You wanna hear it! - Yes. - We wanna hear it! - Yes!
What's your ideal foreign boy image?
Not looks but .... gentleman behaviour.
Foreign men seem to be gentlemen, taking care of their girls.
Those boys seem popular.
Have you tried acting like a gentleman? - Nah.
- Nah? - I hate that.
Japanese men are too flustered for that. Foreign men though...
they can express their feelings openly.
I wish I could. - You wish you were like that? - Yeah.
Is there an ideal look? - Tall men!
I wish I was taller. 190 cm or so.
So you can do basketball. - Yeah. - Like this tall? - yeah.
What would you do if you were ever that tall? - Walk around town.
The look of the city changes. - The angle too.
Full trains should be fine then. - Nice.
What country is ideal for you? - Tall men come from the Netherlands.
Skinny or muscly? - Well...
Muscly is best. - Netherland men
who are muscly and tall and gentlemen? - Yeah. - Perfect.
Maybe they exist. - I personally...
I like men who drink and have fun in the pub.
Partying with strangers.
Drinking and chatting. That's my ideal.
So the non-shy, outgoing nature is ideal? - Yes.
It's because of the way I am...
I am not very outgoing, so I like it.
Do you have an ideal country?
American or such? -Latin men are my ideal.
That's because Japanese men...
we only drink with people we know...
or people from work. We think about our colleagues.
But we don't let loose like that.
Drinking with people that are not related to us.
Listening to stories that are not connected to our lives.
And talking to strangers about one's own worries.
I think that is great. - That freedom?
Freedom. Freely chatting with strangers.
After you focussed on the personality, what about the looks?
Tall is great.
170 would be great. Black skinned people are my ideal.
And muscly. I admire them.
When I play computer games, I
always create my character to look like a muscly black man.
So a muscly Will Smith character! ... The director says he does the same!
Seeing black men in the movies... they are so cool! Their build.
I admire black men. They seem to be so strong. I would loose at arm wrestling.
And having fun like that. - Drinking and arm wrestling
sounds like that would be so cool.
I like that. - What is your ideal foreign man?
Tall nose, big eyes, tall figure...
Do you see people like that in Tokyo? - Sometimes in town.
- Sometimes in town.
I think they look so cool. - Yes the tall foreign boys!
With defined features and long legs...
So the legs are important? - Thin cool long legs...
No matter what they wear they will look cool.
Where would they be from? - Ameri¥ca. - America.
What personality would they need?
Have good manners.
So the first is not kindness but manners?
Yeah, they need to have proper manners.
So I don't have to be embarrassed when I am with them.
I want them to not hold back and
think about us more. Don't worry so much, so we can both be ourselves.
So foreign hotties.
What does an ideal foreigner look like? - Not skinny.
I don't like men who are skinnier than me. I prefer them chubby.
That's a surprise, why?
If a man looks skinny next to me...
I feel the pressure to be more skinny too.
I think it's cuter if they are chubby.
You feel more relaxed if they are? - Maybe.
So if they are too skinny, you reflect on yourself?
Yes that's big. Also chubby is cute.
Cheeks and such? - Cheeks and stomach.
You like men with a belly? - I do. - They should eat
a lot happily.
They need to enjoy food. - Yes and be able to cook.
They need to know many good places to eat.
How about French food then?
French, chubby, being able to cook?
Looks don't matter to me.
I want someone who is fun to hang out with.
A skinny muscular boy is my type. - The right opposite.
Also Italian? Yes!
Many said bearded.
Do you want men with beards like hipsters?
Beard? - No beard please.
No beard please. - Any other body hair? - No thanks.
I hate body hair. - She does.
No matter how perfect the guy is, he has to be...?
He has to be on time.
I don't like people who are late.
If they don't come on time to our date, it ruins it.
I will start with a bad taste.... I hate that
Even if we marry, he should not be late
Being on time is the most important.
What is "late" for you then?
10 minutes late is ok. Like train delays.
That's ok. But oversleeping...
and then being late is not good.
I will feel like he doesn't want to see me.
And you put on makeup and all - True.
Director please don't look at me like that. I was late this morning. Sorry.
I hate men who are impolite to shop and restaurant staff.
Being short and rude.
What if he is super nice to you...
but super rude to the staff? - I hate that so much.
Who the heck does he think he is!
Those were all questions. Thank you!
So the ideal image seems to be some sort of Westerner. I hope there is gonna be a bit more
of a mix sometimes. When people like K-pop they will say Korean boys and such
hopefully we will see more of a mix in the future because right now the Hollywook image
seem to be one of the strongest existing. Let me know what your ideal boy from abroad
should be like, look like and characteristics he should bring

How To Draw White Hair In Just 5 Minutes - Duration: 5:34.
HEY GUYS WELCOME TO THE CHANNEL.
SO AS YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT I DID LITTLE EXPERIMENT WITH HAIR IN MY LAST PORTRAIT
SO THIS VIDEO IS ABOUT WHITE HAIR
I WILL SHOW YOU THE METHOD WHICH I USED TO DRAW HAIR IN MY LAST SKETCH
SO KEEP WATCHING THIS VIDEO TILL THE END
MY NAME IS BHARAT AND YOU ARE WATCHING MY CHANNEL SO LET'S GET STARTED
I AM NOT SHOWING YOU THE REFERENCE PIC
I WILL JUST SHOW YOU THE TECHNIQUE
SO AS YOU CAN SEE I ALREADY DRAWN OUTLINES
FOR THIS METHOD YOU WILL NEED A SHARP OBJECT
LIKE AN EMPTY PEN
YOU CAN ALSO USE THE TIP OF THE MECHANICAL PENCIL
ALSO YOU CAN USE THE TIP OF THE TOMBOW MONO ZERO ERASER
I WILL USE THIS TOMBOW SQUARE TIP ERASER BECAUSE OF ITS SHARPE EDGES
SO BY USING SHARPE EDGES
MAKE STROKES ON PAPER RANDOMLY
USE A THICK PAPER FOR THIS TRICK BECAUSE IN THIN PAPER THIS TRICK WILL NOT WORK WELL
AND
ALSO YOU CAN TEAR YOUR PAPER
SO LIKE THIS SLOWLY MAKE STROKES RANDOMLY ON THE PLACE WHERE YOU WANT WHITE HAIR
NOW USE A HARD CHARCOAL PENCIL AND SLOWLY MAKE THE FACIAL HAIR AREA DARK
WITH LIGHT PRESSURE
THEN
USE A MEDIUM CHARCOAL PENCIL
AND MAKE MORE DARK HAIR
ACCORDING TO THE LIGHT ON THE FACE
WITH LIGHT PRESSURE.
YOU CAN ALSO USE GRAPHITE PENCILS
I LIKE TO USE CHARCOAL BECAUSE WITH CHARCOAL I CAN DO MY WORK FASTER THAN THE GRAPHITE
AGAIN USE A SOFT CHARCOAL PENCIL
AND MAKE THE AREA MORE DARK
WHERE LIGHT DOESN'T REACH NORMALLY
USE LIGHT PRESSURE
THEN TAKE A BLENDING STUMP
AND BLEND THE STARTING POINTS OF THE HAIR TO MAKE IT LOOK MORE REALISTIC
BLEND THE AREA WHERE HAIR MEETS THE SKIN
THEN TAKE A HARD CHARCOAL PENCIL TO DRAW OUTSIDE EXTRA HAIR
SO LIKE THIS YOU CAN DRAW WHITE HAIR
YOU CAN TRY THE SAME METHOD FOR EYEBROWS AND HAIR
I WILL ALSO KEEP DOING DIFFERENT EXPERIMENTS
AND BRING MORE HELPFUL VIDEOS
FOR YOU
SO THAT'S IT FOR TODAY.
I HOPE YOU ENJOYED THE VIDEO

Sengoku or Akainu who win ? do you know-Manga Discussion - Duration: 3:55.
Who is stronger, Sengoku or Akainu?
I see Sengoku in the same tier as Garp, especially after the timeskip,so this is really the question if Garp could defeat Akainu.
And my answer is-not anymore.
I'm positive that Garp was stronger than Akainu before the timeskip, not sure about Sengoku being the same.
But after the timeskip, things have changed.
Garp is basically retired and is perforiming minimal duty a.k.a.
nothing that would keep him in top form or prevent him from decaying in power.
Akainu on the other hand, has risen to the position of Fleet admiral after a 10 days fight with Kuzan shortly after battling Whitebeard pirates and Whitebeard himself.
And yes, maybe he isn't growing in power anymore because his duty is stationary and not fighting one,but I wouldn't say he is decaying either.
Sengoku is a bit different story than Garp.
He had given up his position as a Fleet admiral and is seen performing at least somewhat active duty and actually still fighting, which is shown in his confrontation with Jack alongside Fujitora and Tsuru.
I'm not saying he had begun training or getting into his old shape, but is cleaning the rust that gathered on him over the years as the head of the marines.
Also,he is a Devil fruit user, and unlike physical strength and haki, which are the things Garp primarely focuses on,Devil fruit and skill in using it do not whither at old age.
Meaning, from a power stand-point,Sengoku has aged better than Garp.
Lastly, his devil fruit gives him two advantages in fighting Akainu that Garp is kinda lacking-range and big area of effect, meaning his fighting style is better suited for fighting opponents like Akainu, which are deadly at bigger range, but even more so in close range.
Garp,on the other hand, uses only his strength and haki to fight, and doeasn't have any range attacks, which means he should get close to Akainu, which would give Akainu advantage of his devil fruit, which works great on long and short distances.
So,I don't think Sengoku can beat Akainu, same as Garp, but he would have bigger chance and put up a better fight.

Homegrown | How to Feed and Maintain Your Sourdough - Duration: 2:42.
Here we have the starter that we just made today, and you can see it really
just is inactive. Just kind of a flour water paste. You can see it's still the
flour water paste, but it's risen overnight so by tomorrow this one will
have the same rise, and that's the microbes that have already moved into
the flour and water mixture, and they're starting to digest those sugars and
starches to create acids and carbon dioxide and some aroma. So you can
actually take a sniff and smell that it smells different from just the flour and
water mixture. Now that you've got a happy healthy starter how do we keep it
that way, and what can we bake with it. First we'll start by back-slopping or
removing part of the starter twice a day. So we'll start by removing half a cup,
and this sourdough starter bit that you're removing is the back slop. Keep it.
This is gold. We don't add an entire half cup of flour and water back we're just
going to use a quarter cup of each. So we have a quarter cup of flour, a quarter cup of
water that again we've set out on the counter overnight to dechlorinate. So you
add your equal parts flour and water, and again we'll just mix that completely. And
if you're planning to bake with this in the near future you'll replace your
paper towel and rubber bands lid, but if you're putting this starter back in the
fridge then you want to use a solid lid made of plastic or metal. A countertop
starter will need to continue to be fed twice a day ideal if you plan to bake a
few times a week. For those who bake less frequently, you can keep your starter in
the fridge, but the longer you wait the greater the risk that you'll starve your
starter. You'll notice the even a dormant starter will get hungry as you can see
by the thick layer of alcohol it produces, but sourdough starters are
incredibly hardy. But whenever you're ready to bake keep the back slop. You can
also store it in the fridge to stockpile until you're ready.
The most obvious thing you bake is sourdough bread, but you can also make
sourdough pancakes, or waffles, or corn bread, or biscuits, even
a fermented sourdough cake. Lots of people think of sourdough as a super
sour, tangy food but a lot of sourdough foods are pretty mild the flavor depends
partly on how long you let dough ferment and partly on what kind of flour you use.
Which makes total sense. The longer you let the bacteria grow, the more time they
have to produce acids and the more sour the dough tastes. With so many
combinations there's plenty of opportunity to go out and try your own
food experiments.

Eamonn Holmes fears he will DIE after breathing coach's shocking revelation - Duration: 2:28.
Eamonn Holmes revealed fears he will DIE during a breathing masterclass on today's This Morning
Breathing coach Rebecca Dennis told the presenters that we are all so stressed and anxious that we are not breathing properly
She said teenagers and adults are only using a third of the respiratory system, so we need to relearn how to breathe like babies
Her intriguing revelation shocked Eamonn, who was concerned that he might be sent to an early grave
Read More Horrified Lorraine guest awkwardly 'pretends' to be pleased with drastic haircut Eamonn admitted: "I worry maybe I'm not breathing enough and could pass away by not doing it right
" Mocking his fears, Ruth Langsford replied: "That's a bit dramatic." Eamonn said: "It's very important
The older you get the less you breathe until you die." Rebecca gave the presenters some new techniques to try out in the studio
She said: "There's many different breathing techniques. In a nutshell breath work helps people understand how they feel by changing rhythms of their breathing
We're all breathing 20,000 times a day." The breathing coach said Eamonn and Ruth were using their shoulders rather than their diaphragm
Eamonn said: "My trouble is every time I look at my wife I lose my breath." This Morning viewers were not convinced by the breathing masterclass
One viewer said: "Are you breathing correctly?? Erm in my 33rd year on the planet so yea I think I've got it down to a Tee" "Can't say I've ever worried about what people think about my breathing technique
," added another. A third said: "So do people actually pay her to learn how to breathe?" *This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10

Did you know you had to be licensed as a landlord? - Duration: 0:59.
- Hi, this is Penny from Luscombe & Co.
Now, I know we spoke about
Rent Smart Wales registration and licensing
a couple of times now,
but surprisingly, some landlords still aren't registered.
Now, obviously the implications of this
could be fines, it could mean rent rebate orders
and lots of other things that are gonna
massively affect landlords.
Now if you are a landlord and you aren't registered,
you aren't licensed, you don't know
what Rent Smart Wales is.
I would advise you to give us a call
as soon as possible.
What we can then do is we can talk about a plan,
whether we can help you with the licensing,
so whether you wanted us to look at some form of management.
Or whether we can give you the guidance,
where to go to make sure you are registered,
that you are licensed
and you're not gonna get caught out with any issues.
You can give us a call on 01633 265222 that'd be great.

Do you need a macro lens? - Duration: 4:37.
In this video I'm gonna look at some alternatives to getting extreme close-up
shots without a macro lens.
Macro photography is something I really enjoy doing. Getting in close and
creating compositions on a very small scale.
It's fantastic, because it's nothing like what our eyes traditionally see
If I want to reduce the focal distance and get closer to my subject, I'm either
going to need an extension tube or some macro filters.
An extension tube in its simplest form is simply moving the lens further away
from the sensor and reducing the focal distance allowing you to get closer to
the subject. I've got the Canon EF 12 II extension tube, which has no glass optics
in it. It allows me to use all of my EF and EF-S lenses and it communicates
metadata autofocus and TTL flash information all to the camera. As it has no
glass optics getting in the way you retain the full image quality of your
lens because it isn't introducing any additional elements. It's lightweight
compact and very easy to keep in your camera bag at all times when you need to
do a quick macro shot without having to do a major setup change.
Another alternative to a dedicated macro lens are macro filters. These are
essentially magnifying glasses that you attach to the filter thread of your lens
and depending on the strength will determine how close you can get to the
subject. These particular macro filters are from Polaroid and there are 1 x 2 x
4 x and 10 times magnification. I really like these filters because like the
extension tubes, I can always have them in my bag and I can get different levels
of macro to suit the shot I am after. As you are putting a filter on the front of
your lens you will lose some sharpness but it really isn't anything to jump up and
down about.
It's all well and good saying that there are alternatives to having a dedicated macro
lens but how do they look in terms of image quality. This is our control image.
To take this control image I've borrowed a Canon 100mm F 2.8 macro lens and
this is how close I can get subject using that macro lens.
Next is the extension tube on a Sigma 17-50 F2.8.
And this is as close as I can get to the subject.
And now the filters.
I think macro filters are a great accessory to have in your kit bag but I
wouldn't use the 10 X one because of how much it does distort the image
but the 2 X and 4 X filters are ones that I've used on commercial projects.
In terms of ease of use the extension tube is far easier for me to
grab and get a shot with because it's so small I can just keep it in my pocket if
I wanted to so I can get a closer shot when I need to. But do they outperform a
dedicated macro lens? For me the answer especially with the lens that I've
tested them with is no. I don't see a huge difference apart from the distance
from the subject to the camera. It's just not worth it for me to go out and spend
money on a dedicated macro lens especially if I've got either the
extension tube or a lens filter hand. But a macro lens can be used for so much
more than just a close-up. They make great portrait lenses and really good
short telephoto lenses. So there is a lot more to them than just macro photography
