Ready to quit your job, but not sure how to do it? This video will teach you
exactly how to write a good resignation letter.
And the best part - it'll take less than five minutes. Hi, I'm Jen, founder of The
Career Force. Welcome to the channel! When you're writing a professional
resignation letter, it's important to keep it short and to the point.
Did you love your job? That's great! Tell people in person or write them
individual notes. Your resignation letter isn't the place to get long-winded and
to talk about all of the things you loved about your job or the people that
you're going to miss. Keep in mind that this is something that's going to go in
your personnel file that HR or future hiring managers can reference if for
some reason you might come back to the company or if someone else calls them
for a reference. If you hated your job or the company, that's even more reason to
write a simple, but professional resignation letter. While you might be
tempted to tell everyone exactly what you thought of them, now's not the time
to burn bridges. You may never see yourself coming back to the company, but
it's good to keep your options open. The only information that really needs to be
in your resignation letter is the statement that you're resigning or
leaving your job and the date that that's effective (what's your last day
of employment with the employer?) Before you finalize your resignation letter,
make sure that you're not missing out on any benefits by the date you choose.
While it may be tempting to quit a hostile work environment very quickly, there are
some benefits to waiting. For instance, in the US giving two weeks notice
require's that employers pay for unused vacation time and your individual
company may have other benefits or payouts as a result of giving two weeks -
or in some cases longer - notice. Two weeks guarantees vacation payout.
Now, let's look at how to write a professional resignation letter. I'm
going to walk you through the exact script that I've personally used to
resign from a job in the past. While we're talking about resignation letters,
this doesn't mean that you have to write an actual letter. It could be a
resignation email. In fact, most people these days formally
document their resignation over email. If possible, talk with your boss first to
let them know you're resigning and the date it's effective. Again, you don't have
to give them a lot of detail, but it's a common courtesy to have the discussion
before you send the formal documentation. When you're ready to write your
resignation email or your resignation letter, here's the template to follow.
When you're writing your resignation email, keep the subject short. It doesn't
need to say anything more than "resignation - your first and last name".
In the body of your email or letter, here's what to write: "Please accept this
as notice of my resignation from ____." Put your company name in here.
"My last day will be ____." And fill in the date. That's really all the body of your
letter or email needs to contain. Then sign it: Regards and your first and last
name. That's really all you need to write a professional resignation letter. You
don't need to tell them exactly why you're leaving. You don't need to give
them any more detail. If you do want to elaborate more, you could add a few
sentences after those first two. Here's what you could say, particularly if you
really liked the job or had been in the job a long time. "I take with me many
valuable experiences from my ____ years at ____." And put in the company name.
You could also add: "Please let me know how I can help during the transition. I wish
you and the team the best moving forward." It's really as simple as that to write a
good resignation letter - so get writing! For more help on your job

How to increase sales in your online store - Duration: 14:08.
- What if you could follow someone around for the day.
Like almost just be a fly on the wall,
to find out how they made money online,
and then you could be like secretly taking notes.
Well, hi I'm Alison,
and actually wanna just invite you,
and give you a front row seat to it.
(camera clicks) (rock music)
I have been selling online for almost 10 years,
and the last couple of years I have been showing,
pulling back the curtain and showing people how to do this.
Now, for this specific example,
I sold over $63,000 in three days.
Now, for me,
you guys, that's pretty life changing.
I was a school teacher,
and that would've taken me two years.
But, being able to sell products online
is a whole different story.
Its worked for me time and time again,
and I am so excited to show you how to do it.
So, on my Instagram stories,
I do a lot of behind the scenes,
and one time I was showing my crowd how they could sell,
and I was given 'em,
you guys, this is how much we made,
this is how it's going.
But I got a little backlash from it.
And they said, "Alison, this is so great and wonderful.
"But, we don't have an email list,
"and we're just starting.
"So that's not really possible for us."
And I was like, no!
And I wanted to like,
get that out of people's heads.
Because you can actually make money
without having to have this big huge email list,
and I wanna show you how to do it.
So I decided to set up a promotion,
a product to sell,
and these were my rules,
I just made these rules up,
because why?
I just can.
(laughs) We can make up our own rules
in the business world right?
And so, these were my three rules to selling a product,
launching this product,
and then showing everybody the results.
And I'll tell you the results first,
and then I'll tell you the rules,
and then I'm gonna break it down
and show you exactly how I did it,
so that you can do this too.
So, rule number one,
I could not use any of my email list.
Zero, zilch, nada, not one email could go out
about this product that I was about to sell.
Number two, I couldn't post it on my social platforms.
Zero, nope!
And number three, I could not tell my existing customers
about what was going to happen.
You know how we all have these worlds of people
that know us and stuff like that?
I couldn't use any of that.
I had to start off, basically from scratch.
Like, zero, nothing.
Just like a newbie in the marketing world.
So those three rules,
you guys, it brought in $63,000.
You guys, that's a lot of money.
And I did it in three days.
This is what is so magical about the
E-commerce online world.
People are gonna say, well Alison, what was the product?
Guess what?
I'm not gonna tell you.
Why?
Because it is a disservice to you if I do.
Because if I tell you the product,
then you're gonna go down this dark rabbit hole
of trying to figure out how you can sell the product,
the same product, when it doesn't have to
do anything with the product,
it has to do with the process.
It has to do with the whole marketing process of
what you're selling.
How do you think the pool noodle exploded?
You guys, it's the marketing process,
and that is what I want to show you.
And I've broken it down into seven steps.
♪ Seven ♪
Steps with a bonus,
because I always like to over-deliver.
So let's dive deep down into the seven steps,
that helped me to sell $63,000 in three days.
And yeah, that's pretty fun to say,
and I want you saying it too.
(laughs)
Go do it! Go do it!
Okay, so number one, you gotta create a good offer.
Don't put out there are 5% off coupon on your product.
No one, no one, no one wants a 5% off coupon.
Give them something good.
Okay, so here's a real life example.
When my family and I drive to Idaho,
there is this gas station,
and it's like in the middle of nowhere.
But you know what that gas station has?
It has llamas.
Real life llamas that my kids can feed.
We pull off to that gas station every single time,
even though we don't need any gas.
And, we feed the llamas.
By the time we've fed the llamas,
we have gone inside,
gotten drinks, my husband has filled up the car,
and we walk out of there spending $40.
Just by having llamas, drew us in, right?
What would your "llama" be for your product?
Is it a buy one get one?
Is it a 50% off coupon?
Is it free shipping for the next 24 hours?
Give them a llama!
Give your customers something that makes them
stop what they're doing,
go completely out of the way to come visit you.
What's your llama?
Number two, good photography.
If your photography stinks,
your sales are gonna stink.
If you think pulling your product out,
putting it on the kitchen counter at 10 o'clock at night,
and using your iPhone to snap pictures
going to give you good results?
I'm here to tell you, unh unh.
I'm gonna burst your bubble right now.
You need to put effort into your photography,
plain and simple.
You can do a lot on a phone.
Just get good lighting.
Go out in the shade.
Clear the clutter,
and focus on a beautiful picture.
If that really intimidates you,
hire a product photographer.
I just created a video,
a couple of weeks ago about how to hire
a product photographer that can be well
within your budget.
Don't overthink it.
Don't make it complicated.
Just get good pictures.
Number three, if you don't have one and two done,
you cannot go to step number three.
Number three, this is how secret I've grown all
of my E-commerce businesses, every single one of them,
using number three.
But I had to have one and two set up.
You ready for it?
The big reveal.
The big secret is coming.
I use what is a called a micro influencer.
Rewind!
What was that?
A micro influencer.
Now if you're like wait, what is an influencer?
An influencer is someone online who already
has a following.
Who already has an Instagram following,
or a Facebook following.
Someone that already has eyeballs.
Why do I use these people is because they have
been growing their businesses for a lot of times, years.
Their customers, their followers know, love and trust them.
And if I can get my products into their hands,
their customers are going to trust the influencer,
and the conversions, the sells happen.
Now here's another little micro secret.
Don't get big influencers.
You know the ones that have like millions of followings?
They're gonna cost you an arm and a leg,
and a lot of times, they can't sell.
They can't sell peoples' products.
I know, big shocker, right?
(laughs)
The big following,
don't necessarily have the biggest conversions.
The influencer that I used to help me make that $63,000,
had a following of 49,000 people.
You guys, that's not a ton.
Okay, in my world it's a ton.
But in the whole grand scheme of Instagram followers,
all of that social stuff,
it's not that big of a following.
But it got me ginormous results.
So, when you think you have to go out and get
I don't know, big huge followers,
you can kick that thought outta your head,
'cause you don't need it.
My secret spot is anywhere between
10 to just under a 100,000 followers.
(tongue clicks)
That, is my sweet spot.
Number four, create a limited time offer.
If your sale, your promotion, your product goes on
for days and days and days and days and days and days.
People are gonna forget about it.
We are bombarded with texting, with kids calling,
because they forgot their lunch at school.
With running to the supermarket, with getting gas,
with stopping, feeding the llamas for cryin' out loud.
Right, we are bombarded with so much stuff going on,
if we don't help our customers,
and give them a due date,
they will not make a decision.
Help your customers by giving them times-up!
Boom!
We're done!
We've moved on.
Give them a due date.
24, 48, 72 hours, (tongue clicks) perfect!
Number five, you know those crazy holidays
that happen 365 days of the year?
Celebrate with your product.
So, let's say you're selling socks that have
lemons on them.
Celebrate National Lemon Day, right?
Bit promotion, National Lemon Day is coming up,
you've gotta wear these cute lemon socks to be cool.
Whatever it is, right?
If you're selling wrestling stuff,
maybe it's the greatest wrestler's birthday.
I don't know, I don't know anything about wrestling.
But I was just trying to bring in a sports analogy there.
You've got 365 holidays.
And in fact, there are some days that have like
a ton of holidays on them.
Figure out how you can incorporate random, weird holidays
into your promotions to get people excited.
Because people love to be excited.
They love to feel a part of something.
And you've got the perfect product,
that can help them to have the most fabulous day.
I just know it.
Number six.
So you've got the micro influencer,
they're ready to go.
They love your product, they're excited about it.
Here's a little hint.
I don't ship them the product.
I make them "buy it" off my site.
So, the reason for that is,
let's say I sell blue pencils.
Woo, they're pretty.
If I just send these blue pencils to the influencer.
Influencer is like, these blue pencils are so cool,
I love them, blah, blah, blah, blah.
But, if they go and they buy it from your site,
and they see a whole rainbow of pencils that you offer.
And, notebooks and erasers and everything like that,
the influencer is going to be more indoctrinated
into your branding.
So when they get on and talk to their followers
about your product,
they'll be like, guys these blue pens are amazing.
But you should see the colors that they have,
and the erasers and the notebooks,
and then it's gonna get their mind thinking.
So you want to send your influencer,
either a coupon code,
or reimburse them or something to get them to
come and shop on your site.
Don't just send them the product for free.
Let them come and experience you,
and your brand.
Number seven, the last one.
Alright, you've got the influencer,
they now have the product in your hand,
and they go live.
Let's say they go live on Instagram Story,
or Facebook Live,
and they're like, you guys, look at these pencils,
they're so amazing!
Comment down below if you want one of these,
blah, blah, blah, blah.
Right, the influencer is doing their job,
they're talking to their audience,
their customers, their followers about
how much they love your product.
You need to be there,
or you need to have someone on your team be there,
and respond to people.
And they're like, oh, do they have a pink one?
What's the shipping?
What's this, what's that?
And it's stuff that the influencer might not know.
But you will know,
and when you're responding back,
and helping out that influencer.
The influencer is gonna be like,
I like this company, they're answering all the
questions I just don't know,
and that customer will be like, oh my gosh,
this company is so helpful.
I like working with this company.
They're super responsive.
So you want to make sure that you are there
when they go live,
or right after they post,
and then just keep up on it during
the whole entire sell.
Because, creates the love.
Remember how I like to over-deliver?
Here's your bonus for you.
Let's say that micro influencer crushes it for you.
Sells that $63,000 in three days.
You know what?
We like to send them dinner,
or we like to send them a gift,
or something that is going to
make them happy.
They put in the effort to help you have an amazing sell.
You wanna make sure that you are letting them know
how grateful you are for them.
You're building that relationship.
Guys this isn't just a one and done thing,
you're trying to create these relationships
so that they'll keep advertising for you
over and over and over again.
And their followers, they want to know that your
brand is gonna be around for a while.
And so, when you can create these long term
promotions with these micro influencers,
you guys, it's done really, really well for me.
And I want it to do really, really well for you.
I'm gonna show some other screenshots of when
we worked with these micro influencers, you guys.
We did one with 38,000,
we did one with 4,600,
we did another one with 8,000,
another one $7,000.
You guys, influencers, 10,000 followers,
up to a 100,000 followers can make you a lot of money.
Spoil those influencers.
They work hard.
Love them and they will love you back.
And you're creating this three way win triangle.
It's the win for the influencer,
it's a win for you,
and it's a win for the influencer's followers.
You're creating that three way win triangle.
Which is like, beautiful.
Like, this is beautiful how it works.
And this is how my daughters, when they were 10 and 13,
they built their six figure business.
You guys, six figures!
When they were in junior high and elementary.
They were little,
and they used the same process
and made over six figures you guys.
It works, like this is why I keep doing it.
This is why I keep teaching it.
And this is, like, it works!
It works!
Alright, remember how I said I over-deliver?
Well, I actually created a free PDF for you.
So that you can just print off all these
steps right here so that you can do it.
Remember how at first you were like,
oh, I wish I could be a fly on the wall,
and then I invited you in to have front row seats?
Well now I'm giving you stuff to take away.
How cool is that?
Why am I doing it?
'Cause I want you to get this.
You guys, this changed my life.
E-commerce, selling products online
has changed my life so much,
and I want it to change yours too.
I love teaching about this,
I love talking about it,
I love when you leave comments and share,
to get my message out to help others
get out of that financial crush, and that ugh.
Just junk that we fill the heavy load,
and E-commerce is such a great, fun way to do it.
So, thanks for geeking out with me.
Check out my other videos,
they're floatin' around here somewhere,
and I'll see you guys next week.
Bye!

Use Lightroom to Create Collages for Instagram Stories: Exploring Photography with Mark Wallace - Duration: 14:55.
Hi everybody, welcome to another episode
of Exploring Photography right here on
AdoramaTV.
I'm Mark Wallace, and in this
episode I'm going to show you something
that will allow you to create custom
content for your Instagram feed, and you
can add branding, you can add calls to
action, and you can do all of this using
a feature that's been in Lightroom since
it was very first released, it's in the
print module of all things, who knew?
It's called the print to file. Now using this
you can not only take a bunch of images
and put them together to make collages
or triptychs, or whatever, you can also
add branding, or you can add calls to
action, like swipe up or click here for
more info, or don't miss this or coming
soon, whatever it is, you can do that all
within Lightroom, and then add that to
Instagram stories, and that will allow
people to discover your content.
So without further ado let's hop into
Lightroom, and get started.
I'm in the library module of Adobe Photoshop
Lightroom classic CC, and before we jump
over into the print module, I just need
to mention the fact that the print
module only allows you to work with
images that are either currently
selected, or those that are in
collections, and so if you don't have any
images in collections, make sure you do
that first, so you can work with them
properly, in the print module, or when you
get over there you might not be able
find the images that you want.
All right, I've got the images that I want in a
bike collection, these are my motorcycle
images from a ride around the world, and
so let's just zip over to the print
module now.
Remember the print module is
for printing physical prints on physical
pieces of paper from a physical printer.
We're going to be using it in a way that
it was never intended, we're going to
print to a jpg image, and use that image
on Instagram stories, and so if you don't
know a lot about the print module, don't
worry. I'm going to show you how to use
eight steps to do exactly what you need
to do. So just follow along you'll be
just fine.
Let's get to it by step one.
Step one is to choose the correct layout
style we need to choose, a custom
package I want you to select this,
you're gonna see a
blank screen something like this.
This represents that piece of paper that would
be coming out of a printer, but we're
going to be printing to a jpg file, and
so what we need to do is we need to create a
a virtual piece of paper that matches an
Instagram story.
Tall and skinny, and so we're gonna do
that in step two.
In step two, we're gonna click on page
setup and we are going to
format this for any printer.
So you might see a different
printer here, just click any printer and
then in paper size click 'manage custom sizes'.
Now once we get in here click the
'plus' button. We want to create a preset
and then double click on 'untitled'.
We are going to call this Instagram story
alright, so just type that in there...
'Instagram story', and then for paper size
make sure you enter nine inches wide, and
16 inches tall, and then in the non-printable
area for top. bottom left, and
right, make sure you enter all zeros, so
once you've done that you're all set up
and then you can click 'OK', and now from
now on you don't have to add any of that
stuff you can just go down here and
click 'Instagram story' and when you hit
OK, you're gonna get this tall and skinny
document that will work every time.
So you only have to do step
two the first time, let's get to step three,
and that is adding our images to our blank slate.
Now to do that all we have to do is go down
here into the filmstrip, and then we can
drag images onto the page.
Now the thing about this is, when you
drag an image onto the page, you're not
actually adding just an image, you're
adding a cell.
Now a cell is a placeholder that you can put
images in - in the future, and so this
square here, notice if I drag this to the
left, it becomes tall and skinny. Drag it to
the right it becomes sort of skinny and
wide, and it's cropping off things
because it's creating a frame that
contains an image. Now I can hit the
Command or Option, and then I can drag my
image inside of that, and it's similar to
the way frames work in InDesign, if
you're familiar with that.
The other thing I can do if I don't want my
image to be sized in a weird and wonky
way, I can always go to the right side here,
and click 'lock to photo aspect ratio', and
then no matter what I do, it's always
going to keep the aspect ratio.
I'm going to turn that off for now, and so I'll
show you why a little bit later.
So I have my first image here, if I don't like
that image then I'm going to replace it
with something, I can go down here to the
film strip, and then I can just drag and
drop one on top of that.
It's going to replace what is inside of that cell,
remember that cell is a placeholder.
I can go over here, I can get this Anthony
churchyard image, and I can drag and drop
that in. So if i drop on top of the cell
whatever's inside of that cell is going
to be replaced. If i want to add another
image, I need to drag and make sure I
drop it somewhere on a blank area of my
page, and then i can resize that and I
can add it on top. I can start layering
these things, and putting them anywhere I
want inside of this virtual piece of
paper, and so I can be dragging and
dropping and doing all kinds of cool
things. Now the other thing that we can
do here instead of doing it this way, I'm
going to clear my layout I'm going to
get rid of everything.
On this 'add to package', under the cells
area we have a predefined aspect ratio,
so a 4 by 6, a 5 by 7, a 3 by 7. If you click
on the triangle, you'll see what these are
and you can even click 'Edit' to create
your own sizes, which is pretty cool, and
so over here I've created my own size,
and click 'Edit' on that, and this is a size
that you might want to enter yourself.
it's 5.333 by 9 inches, and so you might
want to add that by entering those sizes
exactly, and hitting 'add', and then what
you can do is you can add 1, 2 & 3, now
we have three blank cells, and then what I
can do is I can go in here, and I can
drag and drop an image in that one, drag
and drop an image in that one, and I'm
getting a triptych which is pretty cool,
and so if I don't like that, maybe I want
this image of me out in Mongolia up here.
I can put that in there, I've got this
placeholder that I can use over and over
and over again.
Three blank placeholders, that I can use
the other thing I can do is.. I can get
rid of one of these, I'm gonna hit delete
and then the background will show up,
this blank space. Which is cool, because
in an Instagram you might want to add
some text, something like
'Remembering my trip to Mongolia"...
something like that.
If you want this to be a specific color on
the right hand side, you can create a
page background color, and that can be
white, or black, or green, or blue, or
whatever you want it to be, and this just
can be a blank area that once you throw
this into Instagram, from Instagram you
can add some text.
So if you want to have
a blank area it can be black or white, or
any color that you want, and that's
really groovy, and so what I'm going to
do here is, I am going to add in another
cell here, so let me just do that, and
then I'm going to add in another image
into that cell.
So we have a triptych, it
looks pretty cool.
I want to add some call-to-action to this,
or I might want to add some branding,
and so now what we're gonna do is, once
we have our setup exactly like we like it ,
We've got our images sort of arranged
here, we are going to add an identity plate,
so that's step five....
you can only add one identity plate.
An identity plate is normally what
you would use for your branding, and so
notice my identity my identity plate is
Markonabike, I can add that here, but
you can also add custom identity plates,
and so instead of just using the
standard identity plate, I can click this
triangle right here, and instead of using
my main identity plate, I can click 'Edit',
and I can use some text, so I can say
something like 'read'... let me make this
black so I'll click on this, make that
black. I can say 'read my blog', and then I
can change the text so I'll use Vox
Round instead, I need to highlight this,
and then say use a Vox Round... that's
okay, so now I've got something
I want to say here, and so I can add text
right within Lightroom if I want, or I
can leave a blank area, and add that in
Instagram later, when I'm adding it to my story...
the other thing I can do is, I can add
graphics so I can add any kind of
transparent PNG file.
So to do that again, go to the identity
plate click 'Edit' and
I will use a graphical identity plate.
So I've already set up a couple of these, so
I'm going to go over here to my finder.
I've got a little just a simple graphic.
A transparent PNG file that I made, it's
not very good, but it's a swipe up graphic.
If I click on that, notice now
and I can resize this.
I've got this thing that says swipe up,
now I could make this really fancy, I
could make it white, or black or blue or
multiple colors.
Whatever I want as long as it's a
transparent PNG file. I can put it
anywhere I want on the screen.
I can even rotate this so I can rotate it
upside down, right side up, whatever I want to do,
and so it works just like a normal
identity plate, which is really cool, so I
can add a call to action right within
Lightroom itself. All right, so now that
we have that, what we can do is, we can
save a preset, something that we... a
template, that we can use over and over
again, so we don't have to create these
files. So over here on the template
browser, if you hit the plus... right here
on the plus button, then you can title
this whatever you want, and so I'm going
to say this is my '3 Up Template', or you
can call it your 'Tryptic' or whatever you
want to call it, and when I say 'create'... so
now anytime I come back here, let's say
I've got some other template that I've
created. I want to go back to that 3 Up Template
that I created, well guess what...
There it is, with my identity plate. Now
all I have to do is drag and drop in my
images, and it's all set. So if you have
something that you've set up very, very,
fancy. A bunch of images overlapping...
whatever, with this certain identity
plate. You only have to create it one time,
save it as a template, and you can use it
over and over and over again.
All right now, here is the trick, we're going
to go to step seven...
and that is to print this
to a jpg file, and so what we want to
is to change the section over here, where
it says 'print job', so normally you're
printing to a printer. We are going to be
printing to a jpg file, now this has been
around since the very beginning of
Lightroom, it allows you to create these
custom page setups, and templates and
everything, and then print them and send
them through email, but we're going to
use this for Instagram instead. The trick
here is to make sure that you have these
settings exactly as I've shown you here,
the file resolution 300 PPI is going to
be really high resolution. I sharpen mine
a standard amount for a glossy page,
because a screen is a glossy page.
I choose an 80% JPEG quality, and then the
profile that you should use here is an
sRGB color profile, with the perceptual
intent. So again if you want to take
notes, just pause the video write this
stuff down. You're only going to be using
those settings over and over and over
again. Alright now that that, is set up
all I need to do is click 'print to file'.
It's going to ask you where you want to
print this. So I've got this little
temporary folder that I've set up, and
I'm going to add this and call it 'Bikes in Mongolia'.
There's only one bike but
you know what I mean.
So I'm going to save that, and then once
that is finished I can show you what the
file looks like.
So that's done, if we zip
over to the finder, I can go over and
preview this. You can see here is our
JPEG image, and it's one image that looks
exactly like what we set up in Lightroom.
The next thing we need to do is, get this
over into our mobile device, so use
airdrop or email it, or however you need
to get that over to your mobile device.
Unfortunately Instagram doesn't let us
do anything from our desktop, when it
comes to Instagram stories, so we have to
get this to our mobile device. So I'm
gonna let you choose the way that you
want to do that, but the next thing we
need to do is zip over to Instagram.
So let's do that next. Once you're in
Instagram you can go into your Instagram
story, and choose one of the images that
you've saved to your device, and so
here's one that I just created here. This
swipe up with this stuff.
Notice I've created an empty spot on the front, and
so I can click some text and I'll say,
'Beautiful Mongolia' there we go.
You know, make sure that's black and
then that little space that I created
there, makes a lot of sense. So you can
save spaces along your stuff, or I can
discard that. You can see one that I
created right here. That was a couple of
weeks ago, so using trash as a light
modifier, I can then go in and say watch
this now... something like that, and again
once I have that in there, I can change
whatever effect now in Adoramatv, I can
add some mentions, I'll add @Adorama etc,
and so then I can add a call to action...
Whatever I want to do, and you can see
how easy it is to create some really
interesting Instagram stories to drive
content to your site. Well I hope that
you found this technique useful, and as
you can see it's sort of unlimited.
It's up to your imagination how you put those
images together, and the branding or the
calls to action that you add using the
identity plates. So just dive in and play
with it, and see what you can do on your
Instagram stories. I use this in my
Instagram stories to help people see
some of the videos that I've created for
AdoramaTV, and so as people ask me
questions about photography, if there's
enough of them, I'll throw out a photo
tip on my Instagram story and link to
that, using a call to action, and so
people can discover more photo tips from
AdoramaTV.
So if you're not following me
on Instagram do that... you're missing out
on some goodness, and of course make sure
you subscribe to AdoramaTV.
It's free, why not?
And also turn on the bell so you
don't miss a single episode.
Thank you so much for joining me,
and I will see you again next time.

Giving Up On You - Duration: 3:06.
I, I wrote you a postcard
I never sent it
The frontier men on the front reminded me of you
I bought you a present
And then I hid it
'Cause I'm ashamed to feel the way I do
I'm giving up on you tonight
I know I'll feel different tomorrow
I'm giving up on you tonight
I know somehow I'm gonna change my mind
Why'd you have to be so far away
We belonged to the night once
I remember your eyes lookin so grey
Now we're in a bad dream
Communication tag team
And I don't have the words to say
I'm giving up on you tonight
I know I'll feel different tomorrow
I'm giving up on you tonight
I know somehow I'm gonna change my mind
I woke up today with a smile on my face
Because you don't know
That I kept your secrets
and while you were sleeping
I let 'em out and fed 'em to the people
I'm giving up on you tonight
I know I'll feel different tomorrow
I'm giving up on you tonight
I know somehow I'm gonna change my mind

Conicelli Honda Super Tech Matt talks about cold-weather starting issues - Duration: 1:03.
Hi, how ya doin'!
Matt here at Conicelli Honda.
I'm one of the Honda technicians.
I'm a Senior Tech, a Super Tech, and I've been here 21 years.
We're working on a very cold day when it's snowing outside.
Typically we see battery failures and tire issues, and that sort of thing in the cold
weather.
Today this Accord is having problems with a starter, so we're going to replace the starter
on this car.
When a vehicle has a bad starter some of the symptoms are: You may push the button and
it may not engage or it may make a grinding noise.
This particular one was making a grinding noise.
It turned out that the starter had been replaced with an aftermarket starter and didn't last
very long, so now we're putting a Genuine Honda starter in there and that's going to
resolve the customer's issues.
If you're having a problem with your car, particularly a Honda or one of the other vehicles
we sell here at Conicelli, we're here with extended hours to take care of your vehicle.
Your satisfaction is our concern.

Brooke Harris Missing: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 8:22.
Brooke Harris Missing: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com
Brooke Harris is a 48-year-old El Dorado Hills, California woman who vanished after last being seen on Valentine's Day.
However, authorities now say they think that Harris might have left on her own volition.
Sheriff's officials indicated that they have no reason to suspect foul play in the disappearance, as news accounts detail trouble in the past of Harris, who has worked as a registered nurse.
El Dorado Hills is located near Sacramento.
Here's what you need to know:.
Brooke Harris Was Captured on Security Cameras at a Casino But Hasn't Been Seen Since.
The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office "is still looking for Brooke Harris," the office reports.
The last reported contact with Brooke was on February 14, 2019 in El Dorado Hills.
"Brooke was last seen on the evening of February 13 by her daughter and made a phone call from her cell phone to her husband on the morning of February 14th.
Brooke's cell phone was later found in her residence and there was no evidence of foul play at the home," a statement from the sheriff's office says.
"Security cameras at Red Hawk Casino observed Brooke, apparently alone, and her vehicle later that day, at around 4:30 PM.
Brooke has not been in contact with any of her family.
If you see Brooke, or know where she may be, please contact EDSO.".
The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office described Brooke Harris as having a date of birth of 12/9/70.
"Brooke is described as white female 5′ 6″ tall, approximately 140 pounds with blond hair and green eyes.
Brooke's vehicle is a 2015 gray Toyota Highlander (CA 7KDC011).
If you have any information on Brooke's whereabouts please contacted EDSO dispatch (530) 621-6600 X304," the Sheriff's Department wrote.
Sheriff's Officials Later Said They Don't Think a Crime Was Committed.
"This investigation is still active and we want to share some information with the community," they wrote.
"We have found no evidence of foul play and have found no evidence that any crime has been committed.
We have investigated Brooke's family and have found no evidence to suggest that anyone was involved in her disappearance.
The family has been completely cooperative throughout this entire investigation.".
They added: "We have seen a number of comments regarding information which is not helpful in assisting us in locating Brooke.
While this information is public record it is information that can be hurtful to the family members and the wellbeing of anyone involved.
We ask that you think about what information you are sharing and what is the best way to help us locate a missing person.
If you have information that you believe is important, please message us.
Call us. Come down and talk to us.
Spreading the information through the comment section, when there are hundreds of comments, is the least likely way to help us and most likely to cause unneeded stress to the family in an already difficult time.".
Concluded the Sheriff's Department: "We know that everyone is curious about what has happened to Brooke.
We are working every lead in order to answer those questions ourselves and at this time, we believe that Brooke left on her own volition.
Please, keep an eye out for Brooke and her vehicle, and contact us directly if you have any information which can help us locate her.".
Harris, a Registered Nurse, Was Fired in 2014.
The Sacramento Bee discovered trouble in Brooke Harris's past, although it's unclear whether it bears any relevancy to her disappearance.
A registered nurse, she was "fired in 2014 and later surrendered her license," the newspaper reported.
"Her license was reinstated by the state board less than a week before she disappeared," according to the Bee.
The newspaper reported that Harris "was fired for admitting to drinking alcohol while working as a hospice nurse.
" The newspaper further alleged that the accusations involved drinking vodka at work, which she allegedly explained as involving "severe anxiety about seeing her husband.
The cause of that anxiety was not clear.
Brooke Harris Is Married to a Firefighter.
Brooke Harris is married to a firefighter and registered nurse named Manny Harris, according to the Bee.
One woman on Facebook shared a missing person photo of Brooke Harris and wrote, "Please friends, take a look.
I went to high school with Manny Harris and this is his wife Brooke.
She's been missing for 6 days.
Please pray for them and please share!!".
On Facebook, Manny Harris's profile picture is a photo of his wife, and his cover photo shows him with his wife and two children.
He wrote that he is a fireman at Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, went to Clayton Valley High School, and lives in El Dorado Hills, California.
Brooke Harris Is a Mother Who Filled Her Facebook Page With Family Photos.
On Facebook, Brooke Harris filled her page with photos of her two daughters and her husband.
With one photo of the four of them, she wrote, "Glad we got a good pic cuz an hour later I lost my lunch on the curvy mountain road.
Manny barely pulled over in time!.

Milo Yiannoppulos is now on Patreon and—oh wait, he already got banned [Videos] - Duration: 2:56.
The past few years have been tough for Milo Yiannopoulos, the writer(?) whose fascist, racist, Trumpy fanboyism has made him one of the most reliably hated people in the internet
Or at least he used to be on the internet, as he's been kicked off Twitter, quit Breitbart before he could be fired, and lost a Daily Caller job, so you really have to try to find him online now—not that you'd want to
He also famously lost a book deal for making seemingly positive comments about underage boys having sexual relationships with older men, so that was fun
His latest unfortunate/schadenfreude-inducing setback is that he's been banned from crowdfunding platform Patreon just about five minutes after setting up his campaign
Alright, it actually took about a day, but our friends at Splinter are reporting that Patreon still wasted no time in booting Yiannopoulos from its platform over his previous association with famously awful/stupid far-right group the Proud Boys
Patreon's official line is just that Yiannopoulos was banned because the site doesn't allow anyone with connections to "hate groups, so you probably could pin the ban on any number of people that Yiannopoulos chooses to associate with
The Verge says that Yiannopoulos wanted to use the Patreon money to fund a "weekly late-night TV talk show," but there's also the fact that he's reportedly several million dollars in debt due to all of those previously mentioned setbacks
Had Yiannopoulos' Patreon stuck around, backers could've looked forward to hot rewards like "free Milo ringtones," an "elite-tier" coffee mug, and the privelege of having Yiannopoulos fly to wherever you are and take you and a friend out to dinner once a year—a steal at $750
Sadly, Yiannopoulos will now have to find another way to swindle people out of their money

Here's how you can get both free Galaxy Buds and a $200 gift card with your Galaxy S10 - Duration: 1:44.
The highly anticipated Galaxy S10, S10+, and S10e are already up for pre-order, and although it's obviously far too early to get actual discounts on the outright prices of Samsung's newest flagship phones, you can save quite a bit of money on your T-Mobile plan, score a free Visa prepaid card from Xfinity Mobile, or a complimentary Sam's Club gift card with qualifying purchases and device activations
Sam's Club's deal might be the most straightforward of these introductory offers, merely requiring you buy a Galaxy S10, S10+, or S10e on a Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint installment agreement or signing a two-year contract with US Cellular
Trade-ins and port-ins are not obligatory, and you don't need to jump through any hoops or wait for weeks on end to receive your free coupon
You'll actually get that as soon as you activate your hot new Galaxy handset, although you naturally can't use your savings towards the initial purchase
Or to pay for your Sam's Club membership fee. Other restrictions "may apply", despite not being listed in the official terms and conditions, where it's clearly stipulated that you can combine this promotion with Samsung's Galaxy Buds freebie
Unfortunately, the Galaxy S10e is still not eligible for that sweet gift, also netting you a modest $100 Sam's Club e-voucher
That's better than nothing, but the "regular" Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy S10+ are sold alongside $200 gift cards and gratis Galaxy Buds, which are separately worth an additional $130 or so
Don't forget to claim your wireless Buds by April 4 using the Shop Samsung app and keep in mind you may have to wait up to 8 weeks for your purchase to be verified and your freebie to be delivered

How Does Glucose And Insulin Work Together? | Too Much Sugar Fatigue - Duration: 1:18.
Hey guys, I appreciate you tuning in for this episode of the Mental Minute.
Today we're gonna be talking about the continuation of the impact that processed carbohydrates
have on our blood sugar.
If you watched the previous video, we know that the best way to do that is really to
reduce the amount of carbohydrates that you have on a daily basis, but you also may experience
fatigue and cravings and headaches, and that's perfectly normal because your body is actually
addicted to it and withdrawing from it.
But once you get to that point, it's actually a great place to be.
Processed foods have some sort of sugar in it and it actually stimulates that reward
system that your brain thinks, hey we got this, we love this, we love it, we love it.
That's why it's so hard to give up cakes, and cookies and candies and donuts, all sorts
of things that has sugar in 'em, but when you break that down, it's really simple carbohydrates,
so your body releases insulin to help regulate that blood sugar and then you crash again.
So it's really the cycle that is very, very hard to get out of and the best way to do
it, as I said, is to slowly reduce the amount of carbohydrates that you have.
