Waching daily Feb 19 2019

you may not know but some of the tech you see in today's modern cars

I've actually been available for over 50 years today I'll be showing you five

bizarre cars you probably have never heard of and we're decades ahead of

their time if you're new here welcome to the channel my name is Christian if you

enjoy the video make sure to subscribe for weekly automotive content now let's

begin coming in at number one seemingly straight out of an episode of The

Jetsons is the 1959 Cadillac cyclone X P 74 with this distinct bubble dome canopy

indicative of the 50s America's Thailand the cyclone has a whole host of features

that would make you think it's designer Harley Earl was a time traveler from the

future she boasted a powerful 325 horsepower engine for air mounted

automatic transmission all-wheel independent suspension system had

exhaust that poured it out in front of the wheels and had those innovatively

design headlamps that would flip down from out of the grill here's where it

gets even more interesting though when you look at this car you'll notice right

away it has these eye-catching cylinders running down both sides of it this

feature was for more than just aesthetic purposes this is where the radar for the

collision avoidance system was housed yeah that's right I just said a

collision avoidance system I'll wait a few seconds to let that sink in this

cart was so ahead of his time that it had a collision avoidance system that

would actually warn you of objects up ahead and calculated based on speed you

were going how long it would take you to stop in order for you to avoid hitting

it it's hard to believe now when watching commercials for new cars

bragging about these new collision avoidance systems coming standard with

them that this has already been done and so long ago - the Cadillac cyclone is

certainly a standout for its pioneering blend of exquisite beauty inside and out

and his groundbreaking technological achievements in the era of the newly

developed atomic bomb Harley Aero working with GM decides to

fire back with his 1953 General Motors Firebird XP 21 this wagon of mass desire

was the world's first ever gas turbine car Harvey Earl the eccentric time

traveller he was decided to take the same engine that was currently allowing

air crash to take humans past the speed of sound for the first time in history

and stick it in a car this little aviation inspired toy packed a whopping

370 horsepower which by today's standard isn't too much but in 1953 that was a

pretty big deal this was one of only a handful of cars at the time that could

reach the ever so elusive 200 miles per hour mark

certainly captured the public's attention for achieving this feat this

concept car was designed and produced in an era where Americans were absolutely

obsessed with aviation in rocketry which was reflected in car designs at the time

you will see this aviation inspired theme repeat a few times on this list

but this bad mama-jama is the only car that looked like drove like but also

sounded like a jet hell it pretty much was a jet it's only real downfall is

that it was over engineered out of practicality because of course flying

through town at 200 miles per hour while creating a sonic boom with your world

fire turbo power gas turbine engine was a reality we all rather live without

even though each and one of us would marvel at the thought of owning and

driving our very own land missile car but a standard cop car in 1953 even

having chance of catching up with one of these to issue its driver a ticket

except analysts will be ruling it back into the tamer side of things this car

surely isn't a physics defying speed record brake and death machine but

offered a level of class luxury and elegance unrivaled in its day I'm

talking of course about the 1936 stout scarab this car was not only the first

minivan but also the only minivan ever created that didn't scream I've given up

on life and trying to get laid all jokes aside the Scarab was not well received

when it came out and was considered ugly over time however this gem ended up

becoming a hallmark of art deco design it was built around a living room on

wheels concept and took comfort to a new level in automobiles its front seats

would rotate 360 degrees backseat would fold out into a couch which also had a

table that folded out in conjunction with it creating a very cozy atmosphere

perfect for relaxing that pit stops on long car rides they also had a very low

floor plan in order to maximize the room inside of it which was the crowning

detail that really allowed the Scarab to achieve its living room on wheels

mission they say to be great is to be misunderstood and I guess this saying

holds true when discussing the Scarab it was just too ahead of its time to really

be appreciated and for the public to yearn for a vehicle more suited for

living on the road we wouldn't see this type of vehicle become popular for about

10 years and it would take another 30 for them to catch up to Scarab when it

came to comfort and amenities if you couldn't tell already by some of the

other cars on this list America was obsessed with aviation in the 1950s and

incorporated aircraft inspiration and cars quite often this next car is no

exception to the trend but arguably did it in a more eye-catching fashion than

anyone else say hello to the 1956 Buick Centurion among its other futuristic

design features one of Bo Centurions most notable it's his transparent roof

this was perfectly executed when it was period with front and rear vents to

allow cool air to flow through the car in order to combat its rapidly rising

temperatures from all the UV rays coming through the roof it also had a specially

designed hub cuts that would intake air while moving and direct them to the

brakes cooling them and increasing their stopping capabilities the feature that

really earned the Centurion a spot on this list what's its backup camera this

car had no mirrors and relied solely on its backup camera that we wouldn't start

seeing as a standard option again for about 50 years if that's not crazy

enough this car also had no gas tank either not because it was electric or

solar powered but because it was purely a concept car that never saw a

functional one be made it's a real shame too because I would love to live in a

world where the Buick Centurion was mass-produced

now before you nitpickers leave your comments yes I realized Buick made a

Centurion from 1971 to 1973 but this was a completely different car that only

utilized the same name as the one I'm talking about this next car would be an

odd man out of the list because of how young it is compared to the others but

its place here was certainly merited due to just 1 futuristic feature talking

about the 1986 Buick Ferrara this was the very first car to come standard with

a touchscreen no I didn't misspeak a freaking

touchscreen this in itself is such a mind-blowing feature for a 1986 vehicle

but it gets way more intense the more you dive into it yeah sure it did cool

things like control the radio climate control and what-have-you this screen

also had a trip odometer would tell you how much gas was in the car check your

brake pad status and even do a vehicle diagnostics test for you these are

features we're used to seeing on today's Tesla but a Buick from the 80s this

hidden little gem was truly back from the future the screen or the graphical

control center as he coined it was a tube design so essentially this was just

a small TV they jammed into the interior of the car the screen was actually

pretty big but because of his tube design it was pretty bulky and

cumbersome but hey it was the 80s wasn't everything like that obviously the

graphical control system was held as a groundbreaking step towards

technological luxury but it was also heavily criticized for being a negligent

driving distraction funny to think how this little screen could cause so much

controversy as a driving distraction in a day and age where drivers are

constantly tapping out novel sized text messages while driving

unfortunately the roverís sales plunged in 1990 and then it's lying far too soon

the sales drop was not tributed to the graphical control system

but rather a variety of factors at the time it's really ashamed to because

think of all the groundbreaking features Buick could have created since then if

they kept the line and focused in on keeping it

technologically revolutionary well guys that was the video if you enjoyed it

tops off boil rice get it ready put it inside the peppers then maybe cut up

some turkey cook it put it inside the peppers maybe some kind of sauce or

something chili sauce or something to put in there kind of mix it up inside or

actually do all that stuff first and then mix all that stuff together then

put it inside the pepper and then cook the

pepper for a little bit and you know I don't know kind of sounds good in my

head but we don't know then you know Chile over rice

Where Do You Get The Money To Put Inside Your ATMs For Your ATM Business? - Duration: 11:48.

in this video we're gonna talk about where the money comes from that you put

inside your machine so how do you fund the money that goes in your machine that

people are gonna withdrawal out and pay you a surcharge fee hey there my name is

Carey Buck and I've been an independent ATM business owner since 2009 and I've

also been an ATM business mentor since 2011 where I teach people just like you

how to start your own profitable and successful ATM business so lately I've

been getting a lot of people asking me like okay Carrie where do I get the

money to put in that side of machine or okay how do i fund the cash that goes

inside the machine you know that people are gonna withdraw and paying for right

pay you that search rush one first thing I want to say is I think a lot of people

ask that question because they feel that you need to put a lot of money in the

machine right and if you are a bank ATM or you know an ATM inside of a

convenience store like a Wawa or something yeah you gotta put a lot of

money in those machines right they have like any of the convenience store around

us Oh wah wah I went there one day and a guy was working on the machine and I

just have her start talking when I asked him how much money they put in there and

he said $250,000 right that's not what you're dealing with when we're talking

about putting ATMs in local businesses even if you're doing events you're not

putting 250 grand in one machine okay so that's why I think a lot of people you

know are like oh my god I need I need so much money to put these machines how am

I gonna fun putting money in the machine so the first thing is first you don't

need as much money as you think okay if you're putting ATMs in local

businesses you literally can start with a thousand dollars in your machine

that's how I started was I know how much cash right you can literally start with

a thousand dollars in machine um if you're doing mobile you're probably not

gonna snow hundred thousand dollars you probably the minimum you're gonna have

to do mobile is five thousand dollars and you're only doing smaller events I

only go in smaller events but mobile a good good figure is say

you need fifty five thousand to fifty thousand plus a local you know putting

permanent placement putting local ATMs in in local businesses thousand is good

I usually like to strive for 2000 and 2500 you might have some locations you

put four grand in but you can start with a thousand and and kind of set a goal to

take it up to two grand and the location is gonna tell you you know okay do you

need more money do you need less money and you're gonna tell you based on how

often you fill it based on the activity right but you can get started with just

a thousand dollars in your ATM machine alright so I think that's the first

thing that I wanted to tackle because I feel like a lot of people think you need

a whole lot more money and that's why they ask that question like only shape

it where I'm gonna get all this money to put inside a machine right so just relax

you don't really need as much as you think um the second thing is let's talk

about different ways to come up with the money um to be money you already have

maybe your money in the savings account that is earning you a shit interest rate

like 1% a year for you're lucky sometimes you need I mean or maybe it's

in a money market account and its Arney 2% a year 3% right a year let's keep in

mind a year okay so maybe you want to take the money out of that maybe you

just have it under your mattress because you don't like the banking world and you

don't trust it on all right but if it's your cash you just take it out from a

place that's not working for you and not letting your money work for you and you

put it inside an ATM which that will allow them your money to work for you

basically right so that's one method but the other method is you can borrow it so

you can either borrow it from what's what's called a private money lender so

it's just friends family coworkers even a stranger honestly cuz I've

already private money from strangers believe it or not but you borrow that

money from somebody else okay and another way to borrow money is

you know loan maybe you get a

maybe I've been home a karela whatever it is that's your money right but you're

borrowing it okay and it just wouldn't be a small business loan an SBA loan

because they wouldn't lend to ATM businesses or tanning salons oddly

enough you can also borrow your money and get a loan from let's say your

credit card right because you're gonna get a cash advance again it's not your

money like you have to pay it back you know so you can borrow from a credit

card another way that you can get money to fund the inside of your machine is to

have a cash vaulter right so that's somebody else adds money and it's gonna

put it inside a machine for you you know for obviously a price right um and one

way you can use a cash holder is the business the business owner themselves

could be the person that puts the cash in the machine right the other way is it

could be somebody completely outside of the business and they have cash and

you're willing to pay them to put that money inside that machine okay so you

can do that now here's a really interesting thing

I usually don't recommend people borrow money you know like get a loan or

actually I don't care vegan alone I don't care if you use a credit card

well I should say I don't care if you use a credit card okay to fund your

business just be careful about using a loan let's say from a bank not because I

care about the bank but you know you don't want to screw up your credit if

you can't make payments or what-have-you right but the thing that I really

caution people to stay away from is private money when you're first started

because when you're first starting honestly you don't know how much money

you're gonna make you have no idea right and if you are getting some a friend

family co-worker stranger to lend you their money they're trusting you with

their money you want to make sure you can pay them back right you don't want

to screw with other people's money because a lot of time private money

lenders are lending you their retirement funds you don't want to fuck with

people's retirement and I mean just don't want to screw people

look screw people's money in their retirement you know if you screw up a

bank loan they screw up a credit card what you're gonna screw up your credit

you know that's gonna you're gonna screw you up but you're not screwing another

human being yeah that is trusting it you know I'm saying

by the way I don't please don't take this as don't pay your bank able to do

pay your credit cards I'm not I'm not saying that because I you know I'm a

very high credit score and I intend to keep it that way

and I've worked my ass off to have a high credit score and pay all my loans

and my you know credit cards and what-have-you

and even my private money was okay um but I'm just saying just be very

cautious when borrowing money okay it does have his advantages especially when

you're talking about ROI return on investment I'm probably gonna do a video

about this all right because when you talk about ROI or return on your

investment if you borrow money your ROI is higher I know it sounds weird like

you know I tell you be cautious because you don't want screw people over but

when you borrow money your ROI is higher because the principal at your bar isn't

included in the ROI calculations the expense of paying interest is but the

principal of that money bar is not included in the ROI calculations all

right but if you use your own money that is included in the ROI calculations

because it's your investment right I know I can be good for you and I'm gonna

do it better I promise um so there's an advantage of borrowing

money but I just want people to be really really cautious because I don't

want you to just go out there willy-nilly empower money for people and

not have a care in the world with you can pay it back or not cuz that's not

how we roll that's not how we're a fickle and and and doing things a proper

way in life right do not do that um so yeah I mean those

are the main ways to do it you can use your own money you can use a cash

Walther business owner or another person or you can borrow it

credit cards probably money lender alone like a personal loan or home equity loan

or something like that hopefully that makes some kind of sense I know probably

the ROI stuff probably made everything's clear as mud but I just want

there are some advantages to leverage and borrowing money's borrowing money

when it comes to ROI but when it comes to just the word I'm looking for being a

feeling okay feeling like you don't have like this weight on your shoulders

because you borrowed some money from from a person and you're like oh shit

I'm not making enough money I got paying back right that feeling isn't there if

you don't want the Bartha money you get them saying and I want you to be as

stressful fleet stress-free and even keel as possible when you go on this

venture to start your new ATM business because the more just for you are and

the more you don't have any financial stress the easier it is for you gonna be

in them to jump in there a rock-and-roll kick but everybody that makes sense you

got any questions guys just post the questions below

How To See The Wealth Around You - Law of Attraction, Subconscious Mind Power - Duration: 16:17.

Wealth always begins in the mind.

When your mind truly perceives your potential for wealth, you

take advantage of the wealth building opportunities all around

you.

Peace of mind is an essential ingredient of wealth.

Giving in the spirit of the Golden Rule is closely

allied to the enjoyment of wealth and all else of life's goodness,

for you cannot fake the Golden Rule, it is eternal and

immutable, and goes hand in hand with the immutable Law of Compensation.

The abundance of the earth waits for you to gather it in.

We have been told this by the Masters of every

school of every century, and thus we learn from life itself.

What constitutes abundance?

It is a relative term.

Surely one who does not have enough to eat cannot

be said to enjoy abundance; but there are those who do not

believe they are wealthy until they can eat their meals from

golden plates.

Be wealthy in your own way and you will know that you are wealthy, and bear in mind that

even a beggar enjoys the beauty of the earth, the drift

of white clouds and the sight of a rainbow or a twinkling star.

Wealth comes to the man who can see a potential for

wealth.

I was brought up on something we called a farm.

Well, it was land, all right, and one could observe certain crops

growing in the fields and certain animals grazing.

A good, efficient farmer would have noticed, however, that a

good deal of our "farm" wasn't a farm at all.

It included too much untilled land which produced the need to pay taxes,

but no food to be eaten or produce to sell.

We lacked training, we lacked capital and we lacked quite a

few other things, but still I do not quite know why we let a

potential for relative wealth lie there without being used.

It wasn't till years later that I heard about

scientific farming, which can produce more income from ten acres

than my father could have produced from a hundred acres of

equivalent land.

Recently I met a truck farmer who makes a splendid living

from only five acres by scientific rotation of his crops, and

I knew I had met a man who could see and use his wealth potential.

Notice, however, that the farmer's basic wealth potential is

not in his land.

It is in his mind, in his willingness to learn good farming methods and use them, or, going

even farther back, in his willingness to learn what constitutes

good farmland and make sure he gets it.

Wealth always begins in the mind.

Wealth always begins with a mind concept of wealth potential.

Putting farms aside, you can trace any fortune back

to this one principle.

When you seek enough, therefore, look first into the mind

that interprets the world around it.

It is in your mind that you not only conceive the kind and amount of wealth

you want; it is also in your mind that you take the raw

stuff of circumstance and make it into opportunity.

Life proceeds according to the great Law of Compensation.

The more you give of what you have, the more comes back to you, and it comes back greatly

multiplied.

The Law of Compensation can work for you or against you

depending upon the way you guide it.

It may take many years for punishment to follow transgression or

for reward to follow virtue, but the compensation always will find

you out.

Fear gives way to the Law of Compensation, and

envy and malice also disappear from life when one understands

how the Law of Compensation can lead anyone to great success,

because anyone can control the way it works for him.

Ask yourself: what do I want?

This is not a question to be answered lightly.

What do you want?

When you know what you want, you are ready to go after it.

You need a definite chief aim.

Vague mind conceptions are little better than mere wishes.

Decide where you are going.

Then, and only then do you begin to see the signposts

that point the way.

You are going to make money, and I trust you to see it as

only one form of wealth, a form of wealth which helps us attain many others.

The chances are that you automatically accept money as a goal,

so let us take this goal as a prototype in illustrating auto-suggestion.

Now, this is the way to use auto-suggestion to help you

achieve the sum of money you want.

It is done in six steps which stimulate your subconscious mind.

One: Find a quiet spot where you can be alone and undisturbed.

Many find that as they lie in bed, just before going to

sleep, the mind becomes receptive.

Close your eyes and repeat aloud, listening to your own words, the sum

of money you intend to make, the time limit you have set

for its accumulation, and a description of the service or merchandise

you intend to give or to sell in return for that

money.

Two: Put the same words in writing.

You may do this first if you wish.

Write it out carefully and in detail.

Memorize it.

When you go into your quiet place to repeat your goal to yourself,

say it word for word as you have written it.

You may change it here and there until it is absolutely

specific.

Add a statement of this nature, in your own words:

I believe that I will have this money in my possession.

My belief is so strong that I now can see the money before

my eyes.

I am holding it in my hands.

I know it exists, and it is awaiting transfer to me in

return for my services rendered with full honesty and all possible

skill and diligence.

A plan exists which will transfer this sum [state

the sum] to me by [state the deadline date] and my receptive mind

will see that plan and cause me to follow it.

See yourself rendering the service or delivering the merchandise.

See yourself receiving your payment.

This is important!

Three: Place a written copy of your statement where you

will see it night and morning.

Read it upon rising.

Read it again just before retiring.

You may also carry it with you and read it several times a day, but to read it

first thing in the morning and last thing at night is particularly

important.

Again, as you read, see yourself going through the actions

which will bring you the money.

Feel the money in your hands.

Feel with feeling.

Merely reading the words or saying them to yourself will mean nothing unless

they carry the emotional charge of desire.

It is well known that the subconscious has less regard for reason than it does for

emotion.

Four: Put the Master Mind Principle to work.

It is not always possible to form a Master Mind group,

and you are better off without one than doing it the wrong

way.

You can, however, make good use of the principle by

conferring with the right people.

These are people who can help you and, if possible, people you can help.

Don't forget, if you want to see a banker about financing your business, you

are helping him run his business.

And don't forget, many a cold-bl00ded banker has been swayed by the confidence and

belief and enthusiasm he sees in a would-be borrower,

with good reason.

The more people you talk to, the more information you will

receive.

The more they know-the more you know.

Choose the right people, however.

Now and again you will meet, among them, one whose mind tunes in to yours.

Speaking with such a person is a mighty tonic for the subconscious

drives you have at your direction.

Five: When your plan appears, act upon it.

You will know it.

The subconscious is like a fertile garden spot in which any

seed will grow, be it the seed of a weed or the seed of your fortune.

Through auto-suggestion you work wonders in keeping

out the weed seeds.

When a seed of your fortune falls in the garden of your subconscious, however, it grows

in relation to the attention you give it.

Do not sit idly waiting for your plan to appear.

You may not precisely know, for example, where you are

going to set up your business, but until the right place draws

your attuned attention, you can be contacting sources of

supply, learning more about the business and filling your mind

with the process of your achievement in a hundred other ways.

Remember how publishers came to me when I needed them.

Six: Once you have a matured plan which covers every

detail, put that plan in writing.

Read it over night and morning.

Stick to it, but be ready to change it if circumstances point out

the advisability of a change.

Your mind will not constantly flutter from one alternative to another.

Your subconscious will sift the alternatives with a great power to

show you what you must do to attain your goal.

I could set down Faith as a seventh factor of auto-suggestion;

but faith is all-pervasive.

Faith is called the head chemist of the mind.

As faith blends with thought, it becomes the perfect ingredient

for true subconscious belief.

As faith becomes part of you, it rides along with every message you repeat to yourself.

It becomes part of your character, part of your personality.

Faith helps you emotionalize your thoughts, bring them beyond the power

of reason into another realm of mental being

where thoughts become their physical equivalent.

Every man can surpass himself.

We all have our role to play individually.

But we only play it well on condition of always trying to do better, of

overreaching ourselves.

It is this effort which constitutes our personal

participation in evolution, our duty.

If we have children, we will have collaborated in a

measure modestly, statistically, but unless we develop our personality

we will have left no trace in the true, human evolution.

An intelligent being carries within him the wherewithal

to surpass himself.

It is needful for him to know it, and it is essential for him to attempt to realize it.

The incomparable gift of brain, with its truly amazing powers of abstraction,

has rendered obsolete the slow and sometimes clumsy mechanisms

utilized by evolution so far.

Thanks to the brain alone, man, in the course of

three generations only, has conquered the realm of air, while it took

hundreds of thousands of years for animals to achieve the same result

through the process of evolution.

Thanks to the brain alone, the range of our sensory organs has

been increased a millionfold, far beyond the fondest dreams; we see the infinitely

small and we see the infinitely remote; we hear the inaudible;

we have dwarfed distance and kllled physical time.

We have enslaved the forces of the universe, even before we have

succeeded in understanding them thoroughly.

We have put to shame the tedious and time-consuming methods of

trial and error used by nature, because nature has finally succeeded

in producing its masterpiece in the shape of the human brain.

But the great laws of evolution are still active, even though adaptation has

lost its importance as far as we are concerned.

We are now responsible for the progress of evolution.

We are free to destroy ourselves if we misunderstand the meaning

and the purpose of our victories; and we are free to forge ahead, to

prolong evolution, to cooperate with God if we perceive the meaning

of it all, if we realize that it can only be achieved through a wholehearted

effort toward moral and spiritual development.

Peace of mind and power of mind.

Since what you achieve in life depends on what you first conceive,

and this depends first of all upon your deep, inner, subconsciously

founded belief, you see that your life depends upon

your power to believe.

No, your mere life-processes do not depend upon this

power.

The eternal has made it possible for the supreme achievement of evolution, man, to stay alive

even without knowing he is alive.

The beating of the heart, the pumping of the lungs, the processes of digestion and

other vital functions are taken care of by a part of the brain which

takes care of itself.

Beyond this, man creates an ever better species.

He aspires and climbs to the heights of his aspiration.

Seeing heights yet beyond, again he aspires, and achieves that

peak, beyond which lies another and another.

Significantly, philosophers always have recognized the power

of the quiet mind, the peaceful mind.

This is far from being a mind empty of aspiration.

It is, rather, a mind which can hold, judge, and evaluate the highest forms of aspiration.

Nor is a peaceful mind the exclusive property of a

person who does not move about in the world and busy himself with

the world's manifold affairs, for some of the most peaceful

minds are the busiest.

Remember, we speak of inner peace, like a quiet

center about which all else revolves, like a great rotating

dynamo doing useful work and filled with energy, yet referring

its rotation always to the unmoved pivot at its middle.

A mind at peace is a mind that is free to conceive greatly.

It bears no great conflicts within its subconscious

which may hamper the conscious mind and therefore conscious

action.

A mind at peace is a free mind.

Its power is limitless.

Form your great beliefs on the basis of inward peace and

they will be truly great-and they will be possible of achievement.

Not possible to everyone, perhaps, but possible to the

man who knows that peace of mind and power of mind are

the same.

Who told you it couldn't be done?

What great achievement has he to his credit that entitles him to

use the word impossible?

Anything the human mind can believe, the human mind can achieve

This is the Supreme Secret, forever the foundation secret of man's efforts to control his destiny.

Conceive a great step forward in your life, form a deep subconscious

belief, and the belief becomes the very foundation of

reality.

"Wishing won't make it so," for a mere wish does not

penetrate the depths of the mind; but a true belief

becomes part of your complete being.

Man Utd escaped RED, key Chelsea absence: Four things you may have MISSED in FA Cup tie - Duration: 2:14.

Gianfranco Zola absent

The Chelsea assistant manager was nowhere to be seen at Stamford Bridge due to illness, leaving Maurizio Sarri a man down.

Zola is part of Sarri's coaching staff but just how much input the former Blues star has is questionable given how strict the Italian boss is.

Zola scored 80 goals for the Blues across seven seasons in west London before he left in 2003 but he has maintained folk hero status, despite his association with the increasingly unpopular Sarri.

Nemanja Matic evades a red

Chelsea were so poor that Manchester United being a man down may have made no difference but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was fortunate to watch his side maintain a full compliment all evening.

The Serbian was booked after a quarter of an hour and received a final warning from referee Kevin Friend.

However, the man in the middle chose not to book the United man when N'Golo Kante was too quick and tripped over Matic's outstretched leg.

He went on to last the full 90 and enjoyed a happy return to the stadium he once called home.

Sir Alex Ferguson in the crowd

Solskjaer is receiving plenty of plaudits for his performances in the dugout but the Norwegian is always quick to mention his former mentor.

Ferguson is often present at Old Trafford but he travelled south to the capital in order to watch his former team ease past Chelsea in the FA Cup.

The Scot experienced a health scare last year but he has since undergone a positive recovery and was "looking well".

Kepa Arrizabalaga piles on the pressure

The world's most expensive keeper is currently not living up to his price tag in west London and his Monday night started and ended badly.

The Spanish keeper was anything but calm or composed when he struggled to deal with a backpass and allowed Marcus Rashford to put the pressure on.

There was a collective sigh of relief around Stamford Bridge when the keeper cleared but Kepa did have to pick the ball out of his net on two occasions.

What's In My Pack - Duration: 1:49.

Hi, I'm Jessie, from the Leave No Trace Center For Outdoor Ethics.

Last time, I showed you what I keep on my pack, and today, we're going to check out

everything I keep inside my pack.

It's hard to practice Leave No Trace when you're cold, wet, hungry, thirsty, or feeling

lost.

That's why I always pack the ten outdoor essentials.

Some essentials live in my pack so I never forget them.

A first aid kit with sunscreen, bugspray, soap and tampons... and a sunhat, right on

the outside.

An emergency blanket for a shelter.

Lighter and firestarter, and a headlamp with extra batteries go in there too.

I always pack more water than I think I'll need, just in case, along with a water purification

system.

I always have extra layers: a long sleeve shirt, hat, gloves and socks, and a jacket.

Even in the summer, if you get stuck in a rainstorm or end up spending the night outside

unexpectedly, warm, dry layers can be a lifesaver.

I like to us a map and compass for navigation, and I keep it handy on the side of my pack.

I keep my lunch right on top of my clothes, and my snacks on my hip-belt, so I don't hike

hangry.

Rain jacket goes right on top, for easy access.

I've got my big trash bag, little trash bag, and gloves, right here on the side.

And some fun stuff: binoculars, a field guide, and little towel, just in case.

Remember, it's easier to take care of the environment if you have everything you need

to take care of yourself.

Check out our blog for more information on how to get ready for your next adventure.

Gluten Free Pizza Austin - Duration: 3:34.

do you want to know the best pizza or the best tex-mex we've got that

information for you right now

Hi I'm Kristie Bryant with the Best of Austin Living Team at Keller Williams

Realty in Austin Texas My family is gluten free and I'd like to

share with you some of our tips for dining with success in Austin Texas.

Stay tuned till the end to find out our favorite bread that you can purchase

online and you can also get at most of the local grocery stores.

We love Z Pizza's gluten-free pizza. Love Z Pizza. They've got lots of choices. They've got a

larger size. Often you'll go whatever place and there will just be a small size available.

Although in some places now are offering the larger sizes. We love

the Z Pizza larger size gluten-free pizzas. I also love Via313. Love love love

their gluten-free pizza. How did you forget Mangieri's pizza? There are a

couple places that have been recommended for gluten-free pizza which I haven't

been to and that come highly recommended. On our list to go Southside Flying Pizza

and also Eastside Pies. We live in Texas so we've got tex-mex everywhere

tacos and since our family is not celiac there may be levels

of contamination that we're not aware of; however, in general we are fine eating

tex-mex as long as we order the corn tortillas. We are fine. We love Chuy's. We

love Lupe Tortilla and pretty much any place that serves tacos they'll have a

corn tortilla option and we find that and there's just not cross-contamination.

We do fine. Torchy's absolutely love Torchy's. Love their tacos and some most

places there's a rare place that doesn't have a corn tortilla and so just ask for

the corn tortillas and then I promised you our favorite bread. For the

longest time bread was only good if you toasted it.

Well you don't have to toast this bread. We do keep it in the fridge. This is the

Canyon Bakehouse and if you go to Canyon it's a Canyonglutenfree.com

you can order it online. We used to order cases at a time and

then we would just freeze them and put them in the fridge as we need. Most of

the HEBs carry them now, Whole Foods and of all the different breads I've

ever experienced this is the easiest bread.

You don't have to toast it. It seems like real bread. People that come to my house

and I serve them a sandwich, they have no idea that it's gluten-free so when

people ask me about going gluten-free and they're lamenting the gluten-free

breads - I tell you this is our favorite. It's the 7 Grain Canyon Bakehouse.

Absolutely love it. I hope this information about eating gluten-free in

Austin has been helpful. If you have questions or places that you want me to

go check out let me know. I would love to go experience more gluten-free in Austin.

And if you're looking to move to Austin and you are looking for a great realtor,

I'm here to help! Kristie Bryant with Best of Austin Living

[Mortgage Minute] Pre-Approval: Why You Need It - Duration: 1:15.

Hey guys! In this episode of Mortgage Minute, we're going to discuss

pre-approvals and why you need them. The first is so that you know your

budget. There is nothing more frustrating than looking at a $350,000

home when you've only been approved for a $225,000

home. It helps you and your Realtor. The second is that it gives you

buying power. Some sellers will not even accept your offer

unless there is a pre-approval attached saying that you've been approved for the

amount of their home. If there's multiple offers, it's likely that yours will go

ahead of anyone that is not pre-approved beforehand. And the last reason is that

it streamlines the process. Once we get you pre-approved for the home loan, you

find a house, put in an offer and all we have to do is finalize all the documents,

send it to underwriting and then you close. It's an easy process. It takes 10

to 15 minutes and it really helps all parties involved, including you. So my

advice is get pre-approved get set up with a realtor and find your dream home

Do you research before you start sharing your idea - Duration: 2:43.

- Hello there. Mike Grabham here again today.

Now today I want to talk about how research is important.

You know, I do a lot of Zoom meetings

and talk to people via Skype, so here,

in other countries too--that's one of the things that's

brought me to this question so here's what--here's a story.

Here's something that happened literally yesterday morning:

so I talked to somebody in an African country and they had

an idea, right?

And it was actually an interesting idea.

So that's why I was talking to them on the phone.

Actually through Zoom.

So here's the thing.

They had an idea and they were ready to start doing some

things with the idea, like starting to build it, and I just

asked them some questions like, "Hey, have you done any

research about this, or have you done any research about

that?"

And literally while we're on the phone together I type in

some things and do a little research myself.

Just, you know, couple little--looking for a couple things

as we're talking, right?

So I find out there's a product that actually is very

similar to his.

I mean it's super super similar.

So he had done zero research, because I just did one Google

search and it took me, two minutes to figure out

maybe--less than that, probably seconds.

Thirty seconds.

All I'm saying is you've got to do research.

If you have an idea, no matter where you live in the world,

do some research because this is a global marketplace.

This is a global marketplace.

We live everywhere.

I've talked to people, and I actually have clients in India,

Ethiopia, of course in the US, so I mean it's a global

marketplace.

So be aware of those other countries and other places, and,

you know, people in the US are actually worse than other

countries, but wherever you live look around to make sure

that your product or idea doesn't exist somewhere else.

So again, research is just doing Google searches.

You know, going on LinkedIn and finding--you know, look on

your LinkedIn and see if there's maybe some other companies,

if it's a service, you know, there's lots of ways to do

research, but Google is simple, I mean, it's too easy.

You know, just to save everyone a lot of time, a lot of

aggravation, please do your research before you start doing

outreach, talking about building something, do some

research.

It is super important and super easy and step number one to

get done.

So until next time, have an amazing day.

Take care, bye-bye.

Meghan Markle news: Duchess of Sussex on SECRET trip - when is she too pregnant to travel? - Duration: 2:33.

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has just embarked on a trip to the US, where she will be spending time with 'loyal friends'

The now very pregnant royal will be visiting to celebrate the upcoming arrival of her and husband Prince Harry's first child

However, she will be going alone, leaving Prince Harry at home in the UK. Meghan has another official overseas visit planned to Morocco after her week of celebration, but will she be too pregnant to travel?  Is Meghan Markle too pregnant to travel? Kensington Palace has not yet revealed when Meghan's official due date is but Meghan and Harry have hinted she is due some time in April

This means she is expecting to give birth in as little as three weeks. As most pregnant women approach the final weeks of their pregnancy, they will be under advisement not to travel, as this is a potential risk to the baby

At the very least, Meghan is 36 weeks pregnant, and according to the NHS, chances of giving birth increase after week 37

The NHS outlines no particular health risks in this time frame but does advise it is best to check, as some airlines won't let women fly towards the end of their pregnancy

This is because giving birth on a plane is both distracting to staff who may be otherwise needed, and is an unsanitary environment

The NHS says: "Flying isn't harmful to you or your baby but discuss any health issues or pregnancy complications with your midwife or doctor before you fly

"  "The chance of going into labour is naturally higher after 37 weeks (around 32 weeks if you're carrying twins), and some airlines won't let you fly towards the end of your pregnancy

" "After week 28 of pregnancy, the airline may ask for a letter from your doctor or midwife confirming your due date, and that you aren't at risk of complications

" However, the flight time from London to New York could pose some risks to an unborn child, through deep vein thrombosis

The NHS says: "Long-distance travel (longer than 4 hours) carries a small risk of blood clots (deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

"  "If you fly, drink plenty of water and move about regularly – every 30 minutes or so

"You can buy a pair of graduated compression or support stockings from the pharmacy, which will help reduce leg swelling

" The average London to New York flight takes around 15 hours, according to British Airways, which may mean Meghan is at some risk

However as a royal, she will likely have the best of care and advice from top medical professionals, so her child will be safe

Kate Walsh Shows Us How to Get a Lifted Butt and Strong Legs With Ballet Beautiful - US News - Duration: 3:38.

When it comes to fitness, knows exactly how to get her body in the shape she wants — especially her butt

Her secret? The toning exercise class Ballet Beautiful.  "My stylist recommended it," the Private Practice alum, 51, tells Us

"It's so Hollywood, but she's like, 'If you want to keep that butt up, go to Ballet Beautiful

' And I was like, 'Got it, done.' It's in my best interest."  Walsh began going to the model-beloved studio, founded by professional dancer , a few months ago — after she had hip replacement surgery

"I had a hip replacement seven months ago and it's amazing," Walsh tells Us of how the NYC-based class helped her recovery

"Just the movements in this workout particularly are so hip-opening, hip-centric

"  Bowers — who has trained other celebrities, including for Black Swan — agrees

With her barre-based workout, she tells Us, "you're building strength without overtaxing the body

You don't have to punish your body to have a great workout." With some adjustments, the low-impact routine is also a good pregnancy workout, both pre- and post-natal, says the pro

For the ever-youthful Walsh — whose latest show, Netflix's The Umbrella Academy, began streaming February 15 — it comes in handy that the moves can be done on-the-go

"I love, first of all, how portable it is," the former Grey's Anatomy actress tells Us

"So if I'm on location or anywhere I can either do Skype or click online and find a workout

There are lots of different workouts, so if you want to target one particular area of your body, you can do that, or you can do a full workout

"  It's also an easy fitness regimen to break up into segments, which is great for the busy star, who recently added a hyaluronic acid-infused Hand & Body Créme to her Boyfriend perfume line

"You can make it as long or as short as you like, so I love that," Walsh says of the dance moves

"And my body responds very quickly to the work — I don't have to do a ton before my body responds and kind of really tightens up

"  Grab onto a kitchen counter, the back of a couch or even a wall — and try 15 minutes of these leg, booty and core strengthening moves now! Says Bowers, "Life is busy, so we try to give our clients as much flexibility as possible

"
