Waching daily Jan 2 2017

– Me. – No.

– Me. – No. This must stop.

– Me, here. – No, I am the father. You are the child. You sit there.

No.

– Me sit here. – No.

Oh, what's the harm? Let him sit where he wants.

– He'll grow up all wrong. – Only you can serve him.

Only you can touch his food. Too clean.

– Everything just so. – So what's the harm?

He thinks he's king.

Tell my story.

– Not again. – Again. Me!

All right, Lhamo. I'll tell you the story.

You were born at dawn. It was so quiet outside.

I helped Mama. She asked for me.

When you were born, you didn't cry at all. You never cried.

And I was surprised. Then we gave you the sweet drink.

And you pooped all over!

Can you stop that?

Rinpoche, I'll ride back with you to the monastery.

Thank you, Father.

There were crows. I just remembered. There were crows.

When?

The morning Lhamo was born. Do you remember?

You were sick, and I brought him to you.

You said, "We'll call him Lhamo," and you went to pray.

I slept and later went outside and saw them.

A pair of crows had come to nest on our roof

as if they had come for Lhamo.

Just as they did for the Dalai Lama.

This must stop now, Lhamo.

Wrangler Front Rollbar Paracord Grab Handles with D-rings - Black (2007-2016 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 5:08.

Hi, I'm Dave for extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation video for our

set of front seat...we do have rear seat available.

Grab handles made out of paracord for 2007 to 2016 JKs and the D-rings are also included.

I give these a one out of three wrenches on our insulation rating guide because they are

not even really an installation.

It's going to be a simple application.

You're going to be able to pop them on in about five minutes or so, and in fact, we'll

show you how to make that happen coming up in just a minute.

Let's face it, most passenger cars actually have built in grab handles.

Wranglers don't come with those installed, so usually an aftermarket solution is what

we're looking for.

And this is certainly a good one because not only are they very easy to pop onto the roll

bar but they're made out of paracord.

And I like that, not only for the look or the aesthetics which is something that I value

on my Wrangler but also just in case that you are ever in any sort of an emergency situation,

you know that paracord is used in survival kits, people make bracelets out of them in

case you ever needed a length of rope to make a lean-to, a tent, or something along those

lines.

It's an emergency application that is built in, but if you ever had to use it, you're

not gonna have your grab handles anymore.

So keep that in mind.

These are certainly grab handles that are meant to give you a place to hang onto to

get in and out of your Wrangler, but it does have the very slight added bonus of being

made out of paracord in case you ever find yourself in a situation that you might need

it.

Like I mentioned, this is made out of paracord, and in fact, it's one of the most durable

and popular rankings of paracord because it does fall into that 550 test.

So this is going to be strong enough to help you to build a tent if necessary if you ever

needed to take these grab handles apart or to be able to hang food from a tree.

Now, again, I'm just mentioning that because it is a nice thing to maybe have on hand inside

of your Wrangler but mostly, that paracord is going to give you some good durability,

some flexibility, and a nice, strong place to either hang your hand when you're off-roading

or to be able to help yourself when you need to get into a rig whether it's vertically

challenged, or you've made yourself vertically challenged, by jacking up your rig so high.

These handles, again, I want to remind you, are available for the front seat, so a pair,

or you can get a set of four.

So the installation on these grab handles could not be any easier.

You're basically going to take them.

You see the loops that are right here, and you're going to undo the included D-link,

and then you put one loop on, put the link right back into the ring.

Then, you do the exact same thing on the other side, position it where you want it to go.

You will find that this fits the roll bar nice and snug but not so snug that you can't

customize it to your own placement choice.

The fact that these go on in less than five minutes is one of the reasons I gave it a

one out of three wrenches on our difficulty to install meter and it will take you less

than five minutes to apply these.

If you've been shopping around for a solution to basically have a little more comfort when

off-roading...so you've been looking for grab handles, you've probably seen a lot of choices

out there in a lot of different materials.

So one of the things that I like about this particular pair is the fact that they are

made out of that paracord that we've talked so much about in this video.

I think it looks cool, and I love the fact that I've got a little bit of an emergency

paracord handy if I ever needed it.

You will find some grab handles that are out there that are gonna be less money and then

you're gonna find some that are a lot more expensive.

It's really gonna be up to you to decide what kind of look and what kind of functionality

that you would like to have.

Let's face it, a grab handle is gonna work the same for virtually anybody who's grabbing

a hold of it.

It probably gets down more to the fact of look, what you prefer, and if you like the

idea of having these made out of paracord just to have that safety feature built in

if you ever needed it.

So if you've been looking for a solution to getting in and out of your Wrangler for whatever

reason, or when you're off-roading just to be able to have a place that's more comfortable

to hang on to, because, let's face it.

You hit some holes, you're going over some boulders, it's nice to be able to have an

extra hand especially if you're a passenger.

This is going to be a nice solution and could be the right one for you.

I'm Dave, and that is my review of our Paracord Grab Handles with D-rings for JKs 2007 and

up, and you can check them out on extremeterrain.com.

Questioning Your Life Path & Why I Disagree With Peter Diamandis | #FFLTV Ep 6 - Duration: 19:59.

- Hey, good-looking people.

Ryan Daniel Moran here.

Today we're gonna talk about why I disagree

with Peter Diamandis.

We'll talk about launching multiple products at one time.

We'll look at how you determine your life path,

and we'll look at a men's fitness company.

Play that intro music.

(electronic music)

This past December 500 entrepreneurs and capitalists

joined me in Austin, Texas for Freedom Fast Lane Live.

We had a great time.

It exceeded my expectations

and I think everybody's expectations,

and it was keynoted by Peter Diamandis, who I love.

I recommend you read all his stuff.

He's a phenomenal human being.

I liked him even more after meeting him in person,

but there was one particular topic

on which we very much disagree.

Let's watch that right now.

The question came up about mass automation

and will that destroy opportunity?

Will that create opportunity?

I believe, you correct me if I'm wrong,

but I believe I heard you bring up

the universal basic income as a possible solution.

- Anybody get my blog here in the audience?

Anybody? A few people.

So today's blog is on universal basic income,

and it's not a matter of if.

It's a matter of when, right?

There have been number of experiments done.

The basic concept is that, first of all,

we're worried about robots and AIs taking our job

for a number of reasons.

One, we might love our job,

but 70% of Americans hate their job, by the way,

just to be clear. (audience member chuckles)

And they don't stock boxes or clean toilets

because that's what they love to do.

And we are going to demonetize the cost of living.

When your health care and your education

is effectively free, delivered much better than ever before

by an AI, that cost goes to zero.

An autonomous car I said is five to 10 times

cheaper than owning a car.

If you've got VR and AR in autonomous cars,

you don't have to live in downtown Austin,

where it's more expensive.

You can live an hour away

and eat popcorn and watch movies on the way to work,

so where you live can be cheaper.

So we're gonna demonetize the cost of living substantially,

and the concept of universal basic income

is a function of

basically the idea where every single person

gets a guaranteed stipend to live on.

And the experiments that are done so far

point to the fact that, when you do that,

people actually use that money to improve themselves.

They don't become lazier.

- So Peter made the argument that it's not a matter

of if we will have a universal basic income.

It's a matter of when we will have a universal basic income.

I say that that's a bad idea.

Now, I did a video for this on capitalism.com,

and it went semi-viral.

It had tens of thousands of views

within a 24-hour period on the capitalism.com Facebook page.

Now, I'm gonna clarify something,

and I also wanna respond more to the point that Peter made

'cause I wanted to respect our time on stage,

and I didn't really feel like

we could go down a political rabbit hole there.

But there's basically two reasons

why I think the universal basic income is a bad idea.

The first is that it's completely unnecessary.

When you've got abundance,

especially the type of abundance

that Peter Diamandis believes we will have

in the next 30 years, which I hope happens.

I hope he is right,

but when you have that type of abundance,

what happens is that you have downward pressure

on prices of everything,

so you don't need to just give out money

when prices are plummeting.

If things are easy to get, they're cheap to get,

then you don't need to worry about dolling out cash

because basic provision of value,

somebody just putting a little bit into the economy

and getting any sort of an income

will cover most of their needs.

Look, we've seen this, history proves this.

History shows that cost of living plummets,

and the expectation of the standard of living

goes up over time.

We can look at history

and see the cost of living plummeting

and the real standard of living going way up

even compared to just 50 or 100 years ago.

That will continue,

especially if we have the type of abundance

that Peter believes will happen,

so we won't need more government stimulus.

We will need less government stimulus,

so the idea of a universal basic income

is essentially unnecessary.

Now, we could stop the conversation there,

but there's one more point

that I think is flawed in the argument for a UBI,

and that is that people argue

that if you give people their basic needs through a stipend,

through cash from the government,

that they'll suddenly become more creative

and more entrepreneurial.

The opposite is true, and here's why.

I believe that Robert Herjavec was right

when he spoke on our stage a year plus ago

when he said that, "Most of the entrepreneurs I know

"started a business because they were running from pain.

"They wanted a different type of life.

"They were running away from something."

If we remove that incentive,

what incentive is there to be creative?

Look, necessity is the reason why people become creative.

Having your basic needs met won't make them more creative.

It will remove the pain

that causes the creativity in the first place.

How many entrepreneurs do you know that are like,

"I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth

"and was really rich.

"That's why I'm successful"?

Versus how many people do you know who said,

"I started with nothing, and I grinded and I hustled

"until I was successful"?

I know about 50 of those to every one person who's like,

"Yeah, I was born successful, and I stayed successful."

I know a lot of people who were born into money

that did not become entrepreneurs

because they did not have any desire

or any need to create something new,

but I know a lot of people who started with nothing,

who were dirt poor and created something amazing

because of that.

- [Narrator] Alex Gilbert asks,

"Do you ever question your life path?"

- Since I am a successful entrepreneur,

I only question my life path about once or twice a day,

so I think I have the benefit

of questioning it less than most people.

Look, yes, of course, all the time I question

if I'm on the right path

because it's really easy to look at social media,

to look at other people who are successful and say,

"Ah, I shoulda done that.

"I shoulda done this."

Tim Ferriss actually has a great point about this

in The 4-Hour Workweek,

where he talks about when you come back

from either a vacation or a mini-retirement,

you look at somebody who just got some certification

or a six-figure job, it's really easy to measure success

based on someone else's standards.

It's really, really easy to do that.

It's so easy to be comparing ourselves to other people.

I do it.

I do it all the time.

I question my path almost on a daily basis.

If you were to see my journal,

it is just filled with me analyzing

what's going on, what's working, what's not working,

if I should change, if I should shut down Freedom Fast Lane,

if I should shut down my other businesses,

if I should just buy a nice house, sell my businesses,

sell my investments, and just live a nice, cushy lifestyle.

Of course, I think about it all the time.

Now, this is the fundamental flaw:

believing that there is an ideal life path.

That is where the fundamental flaw is.

There is no perfection.

There is no ideal place for you.

There is no God's plan for you.

There is no what the universe has for me.

It is what you create.

It's what you decide.

You are constantly creating your life path.

It is not predetermined for you,

so the only way that we can measure that

is through progress, not perfection.

So I look at what is the next best step for me

rather than saying,

"What is gonna create the perfect picture?"

and I fall into it.

I want the perfect relationship and the perfect business

and the perfect child and the things

that are gonna make everything cozy and perfect.

We all fall into that, but the reality is

there is no end point, there is no perfect path.

There is only progress.

So, if you have an idea of where you wanna go,

it's easy to compare ourselves to that picture,

to compare yourself to what I view in the world

as what is ideal,

and that's when you end up really depressed

and questioning everything you've ever decided.

And then there is comparing yourself to where you came from.

We were at our Christmas party a couple weeks ago.

We were sitting around with some of my team members,

and we were talking about where we were a year ago,

and it blew my mind all that had happened in the last year.

I had forgotten that certain initiatives we started

had only begun in the last year,

and that same day I had been questioning my life path,

feeling like I wasn't making any progress.

We only see the immediate problems in our lives.

We so rarely look at the progress we have made,

and the longer timeframe that you can analyze your progress

and the longer timeframe you can commit to something,

the more successful you will be and the happier you will be

because you have a more accurate picture

of the progress that is actually happening in your life

rather than comparing yourself

to the supposed immediate and overnight wins

that you see on the media and in social media,

so it's progress, not perfection.

- [Narrator] Adam Kubica asks,

"Do you focus on one product at a time,

"or can you promote many at the same time?"

- Theoretically, you could launch multiple products

at the same time.

I have seen people do it,

but I don't think it's a good idea.

Even in my businesses that are established,

that have 15 products and a list of 25,000 people,

people who have bought things from us in the past,

even businesses that I advise

that have hundreds of thousands of customers,

I vary rarely recommend

that they launch more than one product at the same time

because I'm yet to see an example

of someone doing it well.

It takes a good 30 to 90 days

to get a product into enough awareness

to where you have repeat customers

and you have your existing customers

coming back and buying the product that you launch.

So doing two at the same time

is like trying to start two businesses at the same time.

I'm of the opinion that you should do as many,

as few things as possible.

I almost completely botched my own point right there.

You should do as many things as possible

all at the same time.

That's the secret to success.

I recommend that you should do as few things as possible

in your business, and you will actually have success faster

by focusing on doing a few things well

rather than a lot of things really, really poorly.

This is 100% true on product launches.

I have seen a lot of successful businesses

have one product do amazingly well

because they had all of their focus on that one product,

and I have seen a lot of businesses then crumble

because they said, "Great, we've got one successful product.

"Let's launch five at the same time."

And now they have one winner and five losers

because they didn't have the same focus

that they had on that one product

on the subsequent products that they launch.

The benefit of doing one at a time

is you can align all of your marketing budget,

all of your repeat buyers, all of your customer list

on that one product, which allows you to launch faster,

it allows you to be more aggressive in your ad spend,

it allows you to rank for better keywords,

and it doesn't distract you on

we gotta do this one and then this one and this one.

So my recommendation is almost always go one at a time

rather than trying to do a bunch of things at once.

You'll grow much faster that way.

(electronic music)

I believe that the fastest way to financial freedom

is to build a business and invest the profits,

and this is the part of the show

where we look at one of our student's businesses

and look at what they could do better,

where they're making money right now,

and what their biggest opportunities are.

- Hey, what's going?

Nate Kennedy, member of the tribe here.

Little bit about myself.

I have been in the Internet marketing space

for over a decade building online offers and buying media

and optimizing offers.

So reason I joined the tribe,

so I got quite a bit of experience

in offer-building and creation

but not a whole lot in brand-building,

so I joined the tribe to help me with a brand

that I wanna build.

So the brand is called militaryfit.com.

It's militaryfit.com.

Bought the domain about eight months ago.

Been struggling to really dial in

exactly what this is and how we're gonna help,

and I know exactly what I wanna do with it

but struggling with regards to the direction to take it

to reach that goal.

So we got a major epidemic in America that I see

and is frustrating, and I wanna help cure it,

and that epidemic is the pussification

of American men that is going on right now

and just demasculinating so many men.

So I wanna create Military Fit

as a brand, as a business to help with that

and to help cure that problem,

which I actually think is a big challenge,

and we're gonna do that with two ways.

I know with fitness, which is a big part of what I do,

and mental, so we got to help with both of sides

to help cure that epidemic,

and so that's what I'm looking for some feedback on.

I greatly appreciate it.

Thank you very much.

- Hey, Nate.

First of all, great beard.

Even better poster in the background.

Looks kinda familiar.

Hey, so I love the idea that you're sitting on.

I think you've got a great name of Military Fit,

and I so resonate and align with the mission and the message

that you are trying to spread in the world.

I have kicked around businesses on this exact same idea.

I actually own the domain name goodmenproject.com

and millionmanmission.com,

and eventually I'll do something there,

so call me when you want a joint venture about that one.

I think you're also very timely.

I think you're right that this is a problem in the world

and a gap in the marketplace, and there's a demand for this.

And we see really an uptick in attention

on men doing manly things

because we have been kind of,

there's been like a push for the emasculated man

for the last 30 some years,

and so there's obviously gonna be a counter trend,

so I think your timing is perfect on this.

I love your idea of where this is gonna go.

The question is gonna be what products do you sell, right?

What is that type of a person going to buy?

We can address that second.

The primary thing that I would recommend you focus on

is how are we targeting the person

who's gonna show up for that.

This would be my recommendation.

You have experience running media, building communities,

driving traffic, so it would be my recommendation

that you aggregate that into one place.

The easy place is gonna be a Facebook community,

or it's going to be a blog if you wanna go that route,

and that way you can get guest contributors.

You could go the podcast or YouTube route,

but seeing as how you don't have

a lot of momentum on this project yet,

I would recommend you shelve all of that for later.

To start like that, I know you've been sitting on the domain

for a few months now,

wondering what my best course of action is.

My recommendation would be to make a Facebook community

or a blog and start putting other people's content

with your own commentary in there

and start driving ads to build up the eyeballs

to that community.

Once you get about 1,000 people sharing your posts,

liking your posts, or in a Facebook group

and they're interacting with one another,

then we can look at, okay,

what can we do to complicate this process.

So what it might look like is for you to make one video

or one ad, drive that traffic to a community,

a Facebook page or a blog, for you to put your content

and other people's content in there.

When I was doing this in the yoga space

when we launched Zen Active Sports,

we used other people's content,

and we put it on our Facebook page.

It drove some ads to it,

and since it was other people's content,

we didn't have to do anything to make it,

and people still associated that content with us,

so they liked our page and came back

and bought our products.

You can do the exact same thing.

I mean, can you imagine just having your own commentary

about that scene from Braveheart

where Mel Gibson yells, "Freedom,"

and every man beats his chest

and is all pumped up about life

and you talk, have commentary about how we've lost

this sense of masculinity?

You make a blog post about this,

put it in the Facebook group,

and you have people talking about it.

Now we've got some popcorn popping.

We've got some firepower we can work with.

When you've got about 1,000 people

talking about the content you're putting in there

or the content that other people are putting in there,

you've got people resonating with this mission.

They wanna produce content, they wanna be a part

of what you're talking about.

Now it might make sense for you to do a YouTube channel

or probably a podcast for something like this,

and since you have the audience,

you could quickly rank that,

and now you've got an audience

of people who are rallying behind this idea.

It's then we can look at are we selling kettle bells,

are we selling workout equipment,

are we selling supplements, are we selling info products,

are we selling workshops or retreats,

are we selling relationship training.

Then we can ask that question.

I'm a physical products guy.

I'm also an information products guy.

I like the model of having a high-end experience

along with physical products

that that community can consume.

That's what hits me in the face

with the idea that you're talking about.

If it's militaryfit.com,

it might be a bootcamp hosted by a former Navy SEAL

who's gonna make you exhausted in three days

and turn you into a bod adonis.

Is that the right term?

A physical specimen of a man in three days.

Plus you've got physical products

that you can sell to all the people

who don't come to your workshops.

I think that is the opportunity

that's sitting in front of you.

I think you've got a huge upside to this

if it's a focus that you want to put your attention on,

and I think it just comes down

to you having the audience

and effectively launching products to that audience.

I believe that all of the world's problems,

whether it is income inequality, whether it is poverty,

whether it is men not being men

and not leading their families,

I believe that all of these problems

can be solved through the profit motive,

through being an entrepreneur, through capitalism,

not through government,

not through waiting for somebody else,

not for voting for the right guy or girl

but by you doing something about it,

by you being the change that you wanna see in the world,

by you actually profitably creating a solution

to the problems that you see.

That is why this conversation matters.

That's why we need more entrepreneurship and capitalism.

That's why you are the greatest shot that we have

of change in this world.

Thanks for watching the show.

We'll see you on the next episode.

Take a walk with me // Mycherrycrush // Vlog - Duration: 7:06.

Happy new year everyone I've been mia on this channel

And I figure I might a swell make a blog my necklace is messed up

So I hope that everyone is having a lovely holiday season

I celebrated Christmas with my mom my dad my sister her boyfriend

And it went pretty well last yr not so much but this year went pretty well I was very

pleased with how it came out Last year was a little Chaotic with my mom

and dad because they are divorced so it was a bit awkward

and yah But other then that everything turned out

fine.

So this year was pretty good I got some fun gifts.

My dad got me bubbles.

I think he swears I am still 10 years old.

Just won't admit that I've grown.

But um I had fun it was a fun fun fun day.

So for new years yesterday I didn't really do anything.

I'm kind of scared of fire works every since I was a kid.

I've just always been not such a big fire works fan.

I guess it could be because I got hit in the head with a fire work when I was 10.

& every since then Ive always been like I don't like fire works no.

So when any one asks me to go to see fire works I'm like no.

So what I did was pretty much just stay in.

And I had a bubble bath and I had some wine it was nice.

I saw my moms side of the family the other day and it was so weird because I haven't

seen any of them in like 10 years.

I got to hangout with my cousins we went to this really nice restaurant and everyone got

really drunk.

& The last time I saw then we all were like kids so it was strange drinking with all of

them.

& after that we went to a reggae club.

& everyone was dancing.

And we were up in the front where the band was playing.

Very close up.

It was a fun night I was happy to see all of them its been such a long time

I want to show you guys the park its really cute.

So this is the park nice park I always feel so awkward talking to myself

IM like hello everyone IM talking to my self on this camera

Ewe there's bugs can you see me IM all itchy now

you guys are up in the tree I kind of want to check the mail

Ugh I just hit my self in the face you guys like my key holder thing

Walking to the mail box trees

You guys are going to check the mail with me

they still have there decorations up I love white decorations

one moment checking the mail

mail key I got a package

A very bright package See what it is

its underwear Ooh a rainbow

you guys are on the trash can I always take my mail out before I get in

the house cause I hate all these useless packaging like Amazon will take boxes

oh my skirt flew up that are the size of my whole body

and put the smallest thing in them its just like a waste

Skype Counseling Therapy 1 - Duration: 2:24.

Welcome! If you are suffering from

anxiety or struggling with depression or

with an addiction they might consider

Skype counseling therapy. I have been

offering Skype counseling therapy for

many years now and in my experience as

a psychotherapist it is just as effective

as meeting the client in person.

There's really no difference in the

quality of therapy as long as you can

see each other, which of course is made

possible by Skype. If you are interested

in learning more about Skype counseling

therapy, do please go to my website and

then EMAIL ME and we can schedule a

Skype counseling session at a time that

works for you.

This approach is very effective indeed

for people who want to take charge of

their emotional recovery process and who

want to avoid the medical approach and

medications, which are often not really

appropriate, let alone needed, for

managing anxiety and depression.

What is most important to overcome these

emotional habits is to learn how to

change the underlying psychological

process that causes your anxiety or

depression or addiction, and this is best

done by psychotherapy, where you're

actually looking at the process of

reactive thinking that is creating your

anxiety or depression. Medications will

not do that.

So, if you're interested in learning more

about Skype counseling therapy and how

it can help

you, please contact me by email and then

we can schedule a Skype counseling

session. Thank you!

Jeep Wrangler Teraflex Front Big Brake Kit w/ 13.3" Vented Slotted Rotors (2007-2017 JK) Review - Duration: 6:10.

I'm Ryan from ExtremeTerrain.com, and this is my review of the Teraflex Big Brake Kit,

fitting all 2007 and up JKs.

This kit is available with the slotted rotors that you see here, or with plain rotors for

a few dollars less.

Today, we're going to talk through the installation of this kit, which is a very simple one out

of three wrenches.

This is something that you can get done in your driveway in under two hours.

There's no major modification necessary to install this big brake kit.

We're also going to talk through the construction and a few of the features of the kit.

This is for those of you who are running big, heavy wheels and tires on your Jeep and want

some additional stopping power.

Now, you can always upgrade to a high-quality rotor and pad that will give you some additional

bite, and you can also upgrade to a larger rotor that simply has a bracket to move the

caliper away and mount it in a proper mounting location for that larger rotor.

But, this kit includes not only large slotted rotors, but also pads that are designed to

bite really well into those rotors, and not just brackets to move your factory calipers,

but new aftermarket calipers that are twin-piston calipers.

These are going to create a ton of additional clamping force that is really going to be

noticeable when stopping your Jeep.

Now, again, there are a lot of different ways to upgrade your brake system.

This is really the all-in way to do it.

Between the larger rotors, the larger twin-piston calipers, the pads, this really does include

everything, so this kit is going to be expensive.

Now, not as expensive as some of the other kits on the market, but this is going to be

a pricier way of upgrading your brakes.

If you're just looking for a little bit of additional bite, you can certainly go with

one of those other systems that doesn't include all of these components and have a little

bit better performance, but if you're looking for even more, this is a great way to go.

As I said before, this kit really does include everything you need to upgrade to a big brake

kit on your JK.

It has, of course, these new rotors, and, again, these are available slotted, or plain

for a few dollars less, and these are 13.3 inches, which is an upgrade over the factory

which are around 12.5 inches.

Now, because these are larger and because these calipers are larger, you are going to

have to run at least a 17-inch wheel to fit these big brakes underneath of it, but if

you do have a large wheel, these are going to clear without any other major modifications.

Now, to go with your new rotors, of course, you have a new set of pads up front, but really,

the star of the show is these new calipers.

These are twin-piston calipers, and each one of those pistons is 56 millimeters.

This is going to create a ton of clamping force on these new rotors, really helping

to stop the Jeep quickly, even with big heavy wheels and tires on it.

And, of course, you have your caliper brackets to make mounting your new calipers with your

new, larger rotors onto your Jeep a very easy process without any major modifications.

Even though this kit does include quite a few components and you are giving yourself

a lot more braking power, the installation is really not that much more difficult than

doing a traditional brake job.

The first step in the install is going to be removing the wheels, of course.

Then, you can unbolt your calipers, your caliper brackets, and get rid of your rotors.

From there, it's just a matter of installing your new rotors, your new caliper brackets

and calipers with the new pads installed in them, and bleeding out the new brake system.

As Teraflex will tell you, breaking loose the banjo bolt on your old calipers before

unbolting the calipers from the brackets will make that process a lot simpler for you.

Of course, as I said, because you are opening up the brake system when you're installing

new calipers, you are going to have to bleed the system out, but that's not something that

is a huge deal to do.

That is really a general maintenance item.

You are going to want to bleed your system from time to time to get rid of the old fluid

because it does absorb water from the air, so that isn't something that should keep you

from installing this system.

Overall, a very easy install at one out of three wrenches, no specialty tools necessary

to get it done, just your traditional hand tools, but make sure you have some brake fluid

on hand in order to bleed the system out and get everything up and running when you're

finished.

Once you do have everything installed, you will want to go through the break-in procedure

that Teraflex will tell you about to ensure that you get friction material from the pads

onto your new rotors and make sure that everything is going to work really well, as it's designed

to.

Now, as we said before, there are a couple of different ways to upgrade your brakes,

from just swapping out the rotors and the pads, to going to a bigger rotor with a caliper

bracket, to a system like this that has calipers, caliper brackets, larger rotors, and pads.

And this system, because it does have all the components, is going to be one of the

more expensive options when you're talking about upgrading your brakes.

However, there are some brands out there, like the Baer brake systems, that will have

some additional features that are going to be even more expensive than this system.

So, all in all, if you're looking for a big brake system that includes a dual-piston caliper,

this is one that isn't quite as expensive as some of the others and is still definitely

going to get the job done.

However, if you don't have the budget for this system, or you're not quite looking for

the stopping power that it provides, you can still upgrade to these same 13.3-inch brake

rotors with caliper brackets to relocate your factory brake calipers for about half the

cost of this system.

So, if you're looking to add a ton of braking power to your JK by upgrading to a larger

brake rotor and a twin-piston caliper, this is going to be a really nice system.

This is well put together, so everything is going to work in conjunction with each other,

giving you a lot of stopping power, all without being at the very top of the price range.

So, that's my review of the Teraflex Big Brake Kit, available for all 2007 and up JKs, that

you can find right here at ExtremeTerrain.com.

Boyfriend Does My Voiceover! | Girlfriends Everyday Makeup Tutorial - Duration: 8:28.

okay coast is clear what's up guys

welcome back the Carson cash mark so

today I'm going to show you my everyday

makeup routine and I'm gonna smile and

act cute for a second and then I'm gonna

jump right into it this is boyfriend does my voiceover

ok so i'm sure the entire process and

what i do everyday so first I grab my everyday makeup tutorial how to diy

boyfriend does girlfriend's makeup voiceover gone funny

purple toothpaste VD yeah it's not

actually toothpaste you can use it is

that it's multi-purpose you can put it

on the sheet or you can squeeze really

hard and get them out and then you can

read it on your cheeks also so it's a

dual purpose i'd recommend it highly

and what you do is you just rub it in as

much as you can

wax on wax off yeah looks on marks a

perfect ok tell you're all nice so then

I just grab a random glass jar this

stuff is made up of peanuts and old

traffic cones they just blend them up

and it actually makes a great little uh

paint you can put your face and the key

here just to dab it all over your face

don't rub it in don't even bother with

that just rub it all over your face

yeah between your nose your forehead

oh yeah you know I'm actually gonna rub

in

I wasn't gonna but it's optional today

I'm just gonna rub it in for the video

and make sure before you put in your

face you put it on your arm that's a

necessary step

okay and don't worry about getting your

hair eyebrows the peanuts are

biodegradable so it's all good i just

fix the camera because it kind of shut

off on me but now we're back

so now I'm gonna paint the bottom of my

eyes and be sure to make abstract lines

the weirder you look doing this the

better the result

and keep in mind this stuff is highly

toxic if you get in your eyes you will

go blind to be careful now I'm putting

stripes all over my face

this is a necessary step fun fact they

take old cheerios that go bad and they

mix them up and that's how they make

this paste oftentimes when I'm doing my

makeup I get bored sometimes I just

daydream I just think about random

things like right now I'm thinking about

why is the sky blue

if a tree falls in the forest and no

one's around doesn't make a sound

why doesn't anyone have penguins

what'd you have for dinner

chef salad cookie maybe a brownie I

don't know maybe all three louisvuitton

sounds a lot like louboutin did push to

911

ok next step

elf ok so this brain is pretty good it's

the same brand they used in the movie

elf with will ferrell they actually make

this elf powder at the North Pole out of

old toys that no one wanted so that's

also a fun fact keep that in mind

ok so now i'm going to use a box called

hula this pattern is actually made up of

old hula hoops that no one wanted a dish

they just grind them up in Hawaii and

they put in the Box they sell them for

profit so it's a nice little business

now this is called eyebrow glue

it's a heavy-duty glue and you put on

your eyebrows so they don't fall off if

you don't put this glue on after you

pick your eyebrows they will fall off

full disclosure should be careful you

have to use this especially for you if

you drive with your windows down in your

car

they will just fly right off its gloom

down your face so every time i'm getting

ready i always have like a staredown

with the camera just to show who's boss

once a day I do this alright so now here

comes very scary part of the whole

process is what they call I scissors and

you use them to cut your eyelashes off

because they grow back so fast so be

careful you don't actually hurt your I

just make sure you cut your eyelids once

a day with these butterflies

ok so right now you might be wondering

what i'm doing i am applying Tigers

blood to my eyelids and I'm doing this

because it actually prevents tiger

attacks they don't like the smell of

tiger

it's so that's why do it for safety

ok so now that I have my eyelashes glued

on and my tiger blood is applied now

it's on a mascara i bought this mascara

because it promised 1,700 times the

volume that normally have so I did the

math and it said my life should be

around ten feet they're not but i think

they will be at some point so I'm going

to keep using it

okay ladies and gentlemen we are in the

homestretch one final thing to do and

it's the lips

this can either make or break your whole

look so today I'm going to use about

five different coat of lipstick because

you can never have too much so first I

go for like the pencil look on the

outside like the dried blood look and

then I gradually make it lighter as i go

towards my mouth and tongue and this

stuff is non-toxic so you can actually

eat this you can hold tubes of the

makeup and it's actually nutritious they

make it out of fruit so that's also fun

fact um so yeah you kind of have to use

a pencil if you don't have a pencil like

this you can use any sort of regular

pencil as well you can even use a pen

ballpoint pen that works too

just don't press too hard otherwise you

could puncture your lip and then you're

screwed

perfect ok so now that the pencils done

then use a marker i'm using this but you

can use a sharpie a cran whatever you

whatever floats your boat

okay last but not least is the cow urine

you can't forget this step this helps

keep the makeup in place but it also

gives you caffeine to natural way to get

caffeine your body without

in coffee so i highly recommend it and

also after all the hard work get the

fame yourself off because that was a lot

of hard work but all that makeup on so

was the final two steps that i would

highly recommend and now i have to show

you guys the final product

yep this is me i look at the donut

Lucille makes the hair also wear the

shirt inside out that trick that I

picked up along the way

hey guys thanks for watching my everyday

makeup tutorial that Carson is going to

EP-0001 - Our first episode! Who we are and what you can expect. Introduction to our YouTube Channel - Duration: 4:21.

Hello there and welcome to The Stitching Kitchn.

A YouTube Channel dedicated to cross-stitch, needlepoint, and counted thread arts.

The Las Vegas Stitching Company has a design company called Brush Street Design Works and

a YouTube Channel called The Stitching Kitchen.

Welcome to our YouTube Channel!

With Richard behind the camera, join me, Sharon Bishop, as I cook up how-to recipes, Teaspoon

Tidbits, and lots of Crockpot Crackups because I can't read the teleprompter very well.

A little bit about me.

I talk too loud during these things and Richard makes me shut up!

I talk too loud during these things and Richard makes me shut up!

I talk too loud during these things and Richard makes me shut up!

During the day, I'm a mild-mannered office administrator for a printing and mailing company.

I also teach counted cross-stitch and needle arts at Stitcher's Paradise here in Las Vegas.

However, contrary to popular rumor around Las Vegas, I'm not a pole dancer on the Las

Vegas Strip.

Ok, moving right along.

So ... here is a Teaspoon Tidbit for you.

Where's the other Teaspoon Tidbit, you say?

Sometimes you need to take notes because we can't remember everything.

So, you need to get yourself a notebook and it's going to be a Stitching Kitchn notebook.

And on the design website, BrushStreetDesignWorks.com, we have made a grid paper for you to download,

and we have a note paper for you to download.

These are going to help you remember everything that you need to know.

So, you're going to get started with your Stitching Kitchn notebook, and write this

stuff down.

Now, let me tell you about the Stitching Kitchn how-to recipes.

These tutorials have been cooked up to give you a well-rounded knowledge of all thread

art embroidery.

They are multi-layered and very peppered with Teaspoon Tidbits and other hints.

So, you can skip around the videos and find the ingredients that you need.

And, please like and subscribe to us so that you don't miss a video.

The first videos will be basic skills that all stitchers need.

And, by the way, have you seen that bloopers video yet?

Ohgod.

Let me tell you, I don't know what was in my martini, but I have no idea what I said.

I have created for the beginner, and maybe for you advanced students, a little needle

case.

It will give you all the basic instructions that you need as you follow along on the videos.

You have an alphabet in the chart that allows you to put your initials on it or maybe even

spell out your whole name.

However, you don't want to get in the way of Miss Ladybug.

Ok.

If you need a kit, it will be available on our design website -- BrushStreetDesignWorks.com.

There's also going to be a lot of other little projects to help your stitching skills as

we go along.

I'm going to create a scissor fob, a pin cushion, and even a little sampler.

So, by the time you're done with these items, you're going to have a well-rounded stitching

cookbook filled with lots of notes.

A good recipe has everything in order.

You will find that BrushStreetDesignWorks.com designs, charts, and kits are easy to read and use just like

these Stitching Kitchn videos.

Thank you for joining me in The Stitching Kitchn.

I will see you in the next episode.

Oh ... bring a skein of floss and a pair of scissors.
