Waching daily Jan 2 2017

In May of 2016,

I predicted that Donald Trump would win the presidency

and the biggest video that I've ever done on this channel

and since then, a lot of people have asked how I saw that coming

so early on in the process

and the truth is a lot of the answers are in those videos —

the way that he spoke to the crowd

and the way that he would choose a particular word

to get it to stick in the mind of the people who are listening to him.

Check those videos out if you want to know the specifics

but there is a more important higher-order mindset

that really led to me coming to that conclusion

and it's this —

it's facts before beliefs.

In my circle of people,

it was just accepted that Donald Trump was a joke candidate.

No matter what happened,

no matter what primary he won,

and no matter what the poll said,

he was not going to be the president

and I certainly found myself going with the normal

way that my peer group thought

until I got a lot of questions from you guys

saying, "Take a look at Donald Trump," and I said,

"Okay, I'm gonna take a look," and what I saw at that point

when I looked with clear eyes

was that he was a serious candidate with serious persuasive skills.

So I realized, and I've seen this in other areas of my life,

that we often have these beliefs that are unfounding, right?

There's no facts, really, that support them

but we cling to them because other people in our life tell us to

where it's the zeitgeist of American society.

Whatever it is, it messes up our life

and creates limiting beliefs so I want to talk about

how you can sort of spot these

and, hopefully, that will help you make a better 2017

because welcome to 2017, it's the new year.

So the first thing comes from a story from my little brother

and he had this beat-up MacBook.

It was an old MacBook Pro,

it had a screen that could not support its own weight

and will just fall on itself.

It had busted speakers and, not only that,

a busted earphone jack.

So if you want to get any sound out of the thing,

you had to place this USB card in

and then put an audio phone into that

and not disturb it because the USB thing

was very finicky as well.

The internet cut out every 15 minutes.

It was an old MacBook but it was a piece of junk

and at one time, he and I and another friend were sitting,

we were talking and the friend was saying,

"Should I get a Mac or a PC? I'm not sure,"

and my brother said, "Man, you got to go with the Mac.

They just work," and I looked at him.

I said, "You gotta be kidding me.

That's what the commercial says.

The commercial says they just work.

Your own experience every single day

for hours a day tells you that they don't work.

They just break sometimes," and I remember him looking at me like

not connecting the dots.

He said, "No. Mac just works."

He couldn't pair his experience to what he was told.

His belief and the facts were just not communicating

and I realized that this happens over and over again

in our lives to the point where it can actually be detrimental.

Another story —

I'm walking through security coming home

from Christmas with my family to Brazil.

I'm actually in my room right now in Brazil

I don't have a studio yet and I'm working on it

but I'm walking through security

and there's two ways to enter into the line.

There's the right way

and the left lane where there's a bunch of signs

and I'm walking, I've got a bunch of things, I picked the right way.

I walk through and take a couple steps and the guy says,

"Hey, you're going the wrong way.

You got to come back out,"

so I said, "Oh, sorry man, " and I came back out,

walked around and showed my thing.

As I'm doing that, somebody else comes out of the corner

without having seen me,

make the same kind of decision, and picks the right-hand path.

The other guy says, "Hey, you're going the wrong way.

You gotta go down this way,"

and the guy said sorry and does that.

And I'm standing there thinking, "How many times

is this guy going to yell at people for going the wrong way

and for being stupid before he realizes

that there is something wrong with his process?"

In fact, as I walked past them, I heard them mutter,

"Man, people are so stupid," and the truth is

what's stupid is not recognizing the facts and your belief

namely that people should know

that the sign says, "To go this way," are not matching up.

What that guy needed to do was, "Something is busted.

I need to go close down that right-hand lane

so people only go on the left-hand side."

The point of this

is that if you ever find yourself saying, "Man, people are stupid.

They're just not getting it," you are probably being the stupid one

and I don't mean in a mean way because I want to help you change

and I realized this happens with promotions.

I see people who are diligent workers,

adding tons of value to the company

and they get passed over for promotions.

Somebody who knew the boss better gets the job.

It happens over and over and over again

and they're going, "This is broken. This is stupid.

How could they possibly get it?"

and what they don't realize is that

their job description is to, yes, be good at your job, be competent,

but also make friends with the boss —

that's part of life is that there is a degree of nepotism.

Or I'll see people who go out —

guys who look at some guy

who has a girlfriend that maybe they'd like to date.

He doesn't have the muscles

or the money that they think he should and they go,

"How could she be so dumb to be with him

instead of going... Wait a second.

Maybe my blueprint for what women want

in a guy is not what it ought to be and I need to adjust."

So if you find yourself constantly thinking

that the world is crazy and that things are not happening

as they should, pause.

You probably have a limiting belief that is really stopping you

from getting what you want

which brings me to my second major point here

of this video which is something I've come up

against over and over again in 2016,

Donald Trump's certainly an example, which is —

when you see a cultural phenomena

that you just don't understand whether you like it or not

and you think it's dumb, pause

because there is something very important

that you need to learn.

I count myself in the group of people who are, like,

when something popular comes out,

I'm not always the first on board.

For instance, I thought Snapchat was silly,

Fifty Shades of Grey is completely ridiculous,

Trump, when I first started, I was like, "This is a total joke,"

Let's Play videos, I don't get it.

Why do people watch them? I didn't get it

but what I've realized this year

is that there is such a powerful insight

that comes from looking into these cultural phenomenon

and trying to understand what makes them so impactful.

I'm not saying that you need to write

like the author of Fifty Shades of Grey or

that you need to scream like Pewdiepie in a Let's Play video

to be successful on YouTube.

What I am saying is that

when there is a breakout success,

there is some fundamental piece of human psychology that is being hit

right on the head by something that they're doing

and I'll tell you, having gone through the video about PewDiePie

last week, I learned so much for this channel

that I truly believe

will help expand my reach by millions of people in the next year alone.

It was absolutely worth it

and it's not by becoming PewDiePie,

it's by taking the fundamentals

of what works on Youtube,

what captures attention

and bringing them in so I can spread my own message better.

So this is just to say Happy 2017, Happy New Year.

I hope that you go into this new year with eyes open.

I hope that you're able to learn even from people

that you might not think that you could have learned from before

because I know that I certainly have in 2016

and I want to keep that going in 2017.

So hopefully, that's the last video that I do here

in my bedroom in Brazil.

I'm looking for a studio right now

for a place where I can talk to you guys

and in these kinds of videos,

I will still be doing breakdowns.

There's gonna be lots more animated videos as well

but I like talking to you guys like this.

These are the kind of stuff where I can kind of riff

and tell you stories and these fun things

so hopefully more of these once I get a studio.

If you have any suggestions of things that you like me to cover,

go ahead and write them in the comments.

Please, please subscribe to this video.

There's now a little bell I believe

that is right next to the subscribe thing.

If you want to see us on the homepage,

you gotta hit the Bell.

If you don't hit the Bell, we might not show up on your homepage —

same thing on mobile, there's that little bell.

I'm sure you're hearing about it now

because everyone on YouTube

is curious about it so

if you would and you want to see our stuff,

hit that Bell and you get more of it

and I will see you as always in the next video.

Happy 2017.

The

United States is Still a British Colony.

by Pao Chang.

The United States is Still a British Colony is an excellent book that explores the forbidden

history of the United States and reveals evidence showing that the American people have never

been free from the British Crown. If you have read many of my articles about freedom and

the legal system, you should know I am a supporter of the fact that the Constitution was a deceptive

document from the beginning and that most of the so-called Founding Fathers betrayed

the American people. Furthermore, you should know that Rome still rules the world. After

reading this book thoroughly, you will most likely agree with me.

America Is Still A British Colony

Illuminati III Murdered by The Monarchs

THE UNITED STATES IS STILL A BRITISH COLONY EXTORTING TAXES FOR THE CROWN!

A DOCUMENTARY REVIEW OF CHARTERS AND TREATIES

August 17, 1996

An introduction by the Informer

This is the latest from a man who visits me quite often. He and another man researched

my theory that we have never been free from the British Crown. This disc shows the results.

I have states that we will never win in their courts. This shows conclusively why. We have

the hard copy of the treaties that are the footnotes. This predates Schroders material,

my research of the 1861 stats by Lincoln that put us under the War Powers confiscation acts,

and John Nelsons material. All our material supports that the real Principal, the King

of England, still rules this country through the bankers and why we own no property in

allodium. This is why it is so important to start OUR courts of Gods natural (common)

Law and break away from all the crap they have handed us. This is one reason Virginia

had a law to hang all lawyers but was somehow, by someone, (the King) set aside to let them

operate again. Some good people put in the original 13th amendment so that without the

lawyers the King could not continue his strangle hold on us. James shows how that was quashed

by the King. I am happy that James research of six months bears out my theory, that most

people would not listen to me, that we are still citizen/subjects under the kings of

England. My article called Reality published in the American Bulletin and the article of

mine on the Atocha case, wherein Florida in 1981 used its sovereignty under the

British crown to try to take away the gold from the wreck found in Florida waters supports

this premise. James makes mention of the Law dictionaries being Englands Law Dict. you

will not is lists the reign of all the Kings of England. It never mentions the reign of

the Presidents of this country. Ever wonder Why? Get this out to as many people as you

can.

The Informer.

The United States is still a British Colony

The trouble with history is, we werent there when it took place and it can be changed

to fit someones belief and/or traditions, or it can be taught in the public schools

to favor a political agenda, and withhold many facts. I know you have been taught that

we won the Revolutionary War and defeated the British, but I can prove to the contrary.

I want you to read this paper with an open mind, and allow yourself to be instructed

with the following verifiable facts. You be the judge and dont let prior conclusions

on your part or incorrect teaching, keep you from the truth.

I too was always taught in school and in studying our history books that our freedom came from

the Declaration of Independence and was secured by our winning the Revolutionary War. Im

going to discuss a few documents that are included at the end of this paper, in the

footnotes. The first document is the first Charter of Virginia in 1606 (footnote #1).

In the first paragraph, the king of England granted our fore fathers license to settle

and colonize America. The definition for license is as follows.

In Government Regulation. Authority to do some act or carry on some trade or business,

in its nature lawful but prohibited by statute, except with the permission of the civil authority

or which would otherwise be unlawful. Bouviers Law Dictionary, 1914.

Keep in mind those that came to America from England were British subjects. So you can

better understand what Im going to tell you, here are the definitions for subject

and citizen.

In monarchical governments, by subject is meant one who owes permanent allegiance

to the monarch. Bouviers Law Dictionary, 1914.

Constitutional Law. One that owes allegiance to a sovereign and is governed by his laws.

The natives of Great Britain are subjects of the British government. Men in free governments

are subjects as well as citizens; as citizens they enjoy rights and franchises; as subjects

they are bound to obey the laws. The term is little used, in this sense, in countries

enjoying a republican form of government. Swiss Nat. Ins. Co. v. Miller, 267 U.S. 42,

45 S. Ct. 213, 214, 69 L.Ed. 504. Blacks fifth Ed.

I chose to give the definition for subject first, so you could better understand what

definition of citizen is really being used in American law. Below is the definition of

citizen from Roman law.

The term citizen was used in Rome to indicate the possession of private civil rights, including

those accruing under the Roman family and inheritance law and the Roman contract and

property law. All other subjects were peregrines. But in the beginning of the 3d century the

distinction was abolished and all subjects were citizens; 1 sel. Essays in Anglo-Amer.

L. H. 578. Bouviers Law Dictionary, 1914.

The king was making a commercial venture when he sent his subjects to America, and used

his money and resources to do so. I think you would admit the king had a lawful right

to receive gain and prosper from his venture. In the Virginia Charter he declares his sovereignty

over the land and his subjects and in paragraph 9 he declares the amount of gold, silver and

copper he is to receive if any is found by his subjects. There could have just as easily

been none, or his subjects could have been killed by the Indians. This is why this was

a valid right of the king (Jure Coronae, In right of the crown, Blacks forth Ed.),

the king expended his resources with the risk of total loss.

If youll notice in paragraph 9 the king declares that all his heirs and successors

were to also receive the same amount of gold, silver and copper that he claimed with this

Charter. The gold that remained in the colonies was also the kings. He provided the remainder

as a benefit for his subjects, which amounted to further use of his capital. You will see

in this paper that not only is this valid, but it is still in effect today. If you will

read the rest of the Virginia Charter you will see that the king declared the right

and exercised the power to regulate every aspect of commerce in his new colony. A license

had to be granted for travel connected with transfer of goods (commerce) right down to

the furniture they sat on. A great deal of the kings declared property was ceded to

America in the Treaty of 1783. I want you to stay focused on the money and the commerce

which was not ceded to America.

This brings us to the Declaration of Independence. Our freedom was declared because the king

did not fulfill his end of the covenant between king and subject. The main complaint was taxation

without representation, which was reaffirmed in the early 1606 Charter granted by the king.

It was not a revolt over being subject to the king of England, most wanted the protection

and benefits provided by the king. Because of the kings refusal to hear their demands

and grant relief, separation from England became the lesser of two evils. The cry of

freedom and self determination became the rallying cry for the colonist. The slogan

Dont Tread On Me was the standard borne by the militias.

The Revolutionary War was fought and concluded when Cornwallis surrendered to Washington

at Yorktown. As Americans we have been taught that we defeated the king and won our freedom.

The next document I will use is the Treaty of 1783, which will totally contradict our

having won the Revolutionary War. (footnote 2).

I want you to notice in the first paragraph that the king refers to himself as prince

of the Holy Roman Empire and of the United States. You know from this that the United

States did not negotiate this Treaty of peace in a position of strength and victory, but

it is obvious that Benjamin Franklin, John Jay and John Adams negotiated a Treaty of

further granted privileges from the king of England. Keep this in mind as you study these

documents. You also need to understand the players of those that negotiated this Treaty.

For the Americans it was Benjamin Franklin Esgr., a great patriot and standard bearer

of freedom. Or was he? His title includes Esquire.

An Esquire in the above usage was a granted rank and Title of nobility by the king, which

is below Knight and above a yeoman, common man. An Esquire is someone that does not do

manual labor as signified by this status, see the below definitions.

Esquires by virtue of their offices; as justices of the peace, and others who bear

any office of trust under the crown.for whosever studieth the laws of the realm, who

studieth in the universities, who professeth the liberal sciences, and who can live idly,

and without manual labor, and will bear the port, charge, and countenance of a gentleman,

he shall be called master, and shall be taken for a gentleman. Blackstone Commentaries

p. 561-562

Esquire In English Law. A title of dignity next above gentleman, and below knight.

Also a title of office given to sheriffs, serjeants, and barristers at law, justices

of the peace, and others. Blacks Law Dictionary fourth ed. p. 641

Benjamin Franklin, John Adams and John Jay as you can read in the Treaty were all Esquires

and were the signers of this Treaty and the only negotiators of the Treaty. The representative

of the king was David Hartley Esqr..

Benjamin Franklin was the main negotiator for the terms of the Treaty, he spent most

of the War traveling between England and France. The use of Esquire declared his and the others

British subjection and loyalty to the crown.

In the first article of the Treaty most of the kings claims to America are relinquished,

except for his claim to continue receiving gold, silver and copper as gain for his business

venture. Article 3 gives Americans the right to fish the waters around the United States

and its rivers. In article 4 the United States agreed to pay all bona fide debts. If you

will read my other papers on money you will understand that the financiers were working

with the king. Why else would he protect their interest with this Treaty?

I wonder if you have seen the main and obvious point? This Treaty was signed in 1783, the

war was over in 1781. If the United States defeated England, how is the king granting

rights to America, when we were now his equal in status? We supposedly defeated him in the

Revolutionary War! So why would these supposed patriot Americans sign such a Treaty, when

they knew that this would void any sovereignty gained by the Declaration of Independence

and the Revolutionary War? If we had won the Revolutionary War, the king granting us our

land would not be necessary, it would have been ours by his loss of the Revolutionary

War. To not dictate the terms of a peace treaty in a position of strength after winning a

war; means the war was never won. Think of other wars we have won, such as when we defeated

Japan. Did McArther allow Japan to dictate to him the terms for surrender? No way! All

these men did is gain status and privilege granted by the king and insure the subjection

of future unaware generations. Worst of all, they sold out those that gave their lives

and property for the chance to be free.

When Cornwallis surrendered to Washington he surrendered the battle, not the war. Read

the Article of Capitulation signed by Cornwallis at Yorktown (footnote 3)

Jonathan Williams recorded in his book, Legions of Satan, 1781, that Cornwallis revealed to

Washington during his surrender that a holy war will now begin on America, and when

it is ended America will be supposedly the citadel of freedom, but her millions will

unknowingly be loyal subjects to the Crown..in less than two hundred years the whole nation

will be working for divine world government. That government that they believe to be divine

will be the British Empire.

All the Treaty did was remove the United States as a liability and obligation of the king.

He no longer had to ship material and money to support his subjects and colonies. At the

same time he retained financial subjection through debt owed after the Treaty, which

is still being created today; millions of dollars a day. And his heirs and successors

are still reaping the benefit of the kings original venture. If you will read the following

quote from Title 26, you will see just one situation where the king is still collecting

a tax from those that receive a benefit from him, on property which is purchased with the

money the king supplies, at almost the same percentage:

and renumbering former section 1057 as 1058 of this title) shall apply to transfers of

property after October 2, 1975.

A new war was declared when the Treaty was signed. The king wanted his land back and

he knew he would be able to regain his property for his heirs with the help of his world financiers.

Here is a quote from the king speaking to Parliament after the Revolutionary War had

concluded.

(Six weeks after) the capitulation of Yorktown, the king of Great Britain, in his speech to

Parliament (Nov. 27, 1781), declared That he should not answer the trust committed to

the sovereign of a free people, if he consented to sacrifice either to his own desire of peace,

or to their temporary ease and relief, those essential rights and permanent interests,

upon the maintenance and preservation of which the future strength and security of the country

must forever depend. The determined language of this speech, pointing to the continuance

of the American war, was echoed back by a majority of both Lords and Commons.

In a few days after (Dec. 12), it was moved in the House of Commons that a resolution

should be adopted declaring it to be their opinion That all farther attempts to reduce

the Americans to obedience by force would be ineffectual, and injurious to the true

interests of Great Britain. The rest of the debate can be found in (footnote 4). What

were the true interests of the king? The gold, silver and copper.

The new war was to be fought without Americans being aware that a war was even being waged,

it was to be fought by subterfuge and key personnel being placed in key positions. The

first two parts of A Country Defeated In Victory, go into detail about how this

was done and exposes some of the main players.

Every time you pay a tax you are transferring your labor to the king, and his heirs and

successors are still receiving interest from the original American Charters.

The following is the definition of tribute (tax). A contribution which is raised by

a prince or sovereign from his subjects to sustain the expenses of the state. A sum of

money paid by an inferior sovereign or state to a superior potentate, to secure the friendship

or protection of the latter. Blacks Law Dictionary forth ed. p. 1677

As further evidence, not that any is needed, a percentage of taxes that are paid are to

enrich the king/queen of England. For those that study Title 26 you will recognize IMF,

which means Individual Master File, all tax payers have one. To read one you have to be

able to break their codes using file 6209, which is about 467 pages. On your IMF you

will find a blocking series, which tells you what type of tax you are paying. You will

probably find a 300-399 blocking series, which 6209 says is reserved. You then look up the

BMF 300-399, which is the Business Master File in 6209. You would have seen prior to

1991, this was U.S.-U.K. Tax Claims, non-refile DLN. Meaning everyone is considered a business

and involved in commerce and you are being held liable for a tax via a treaty between

the U.S. and the U.K., payable to the U.K.. The form that is supposed to be used for this

is form 8288, FIRPTA Foreign Investment Real Property Tax Account, you wont find

many people using this form, just the 1040 form. The 8288 form can be found in the Law

Enforcement Manual of the IRS, chapter 3. If you will check the OMBs paper Office

of Management and Budget, in the Department of Treasury, List of Active Information Collections,

Approved Under Paperwork Reduction Act, you will find this form under OMB number 1545-0902,

which says U.S. withholding tax-return for dispositions by foreign persons of U.S. real

property interests-statement of withholding on dispositions, by foreign persons, of U.S.

Form #8288 #8288a

These codes have since been changed to read as follows; IMF 300-309, Barred Assement,

CP 55 generated valid for MFT-30, which is the code for 1040 form. IMF 310-399 reserved,

the BMF 300-309 reads the same as IMF 300-309. BMF 390-399 reads U.S./U.K. Tax Treaty Claims.

The long and short of it is nothing changed, the government just made it plainer, the 1040

is the payment of a foreign tax to the king/queen of England. We have been in financial servitude

since the Treaty of 1783.

Another Treaty between England and the United States was Jays Treaty of 1794 (footnote

5). If you will remember from the Paris Treaty of 1783, John Jay Esqr. was one of the negotiators

of the Treaty. In 1794 he negotiated another Treaty with Britain. There was great controversy

among the American people about this Treaty.

In Article 2 you will see the king is still on land that was supposed to be ceded to the

United States at the Paris Treaty. This is 13 years after America supposedly won the

Revolutionary War. I guess someone forgot to tell the king of England. In Article 6,

the king is still dictating terms to the United States concerning the collection of debt and

damages, the British government and World Bankers claimed we owe. In Article 12 we find

the king dictating terms again, this time concerning where and with who the United States

could trade. In Article 18 the United States agrees to a wide variety of material that

would be subject to confiscation if Britain found said material going to its enemies ports.

Who won the Revolutionary War?

Thats right, we were conned by some of our early fore fathers into believing that

we are free and sovereign people, when in fact we had the same status as before the

Revolutionary War. I say had, because our status is far worse now than then. Ill

explain.

Early on in our history the king was satisfied with the interest made by the Bank of the

United States. But when the Bank Charter was canceled in 1811 it was time to gain control

of the government, in order to shape government policy and public policy. Have you never asked

yourself why the British, after burning the White House and all our early records during

the War of 1812, left and did not take over the government. The reason they did, was to

remove the greatest barrier to their plans for this country. That barrier was the newly

adopted 13th Amendment to the United States Constitution. The purpose for this Amendment

was to stop anyone from serving in the government who was receiving a Title of nobility or honor.

It was and is obvious that these government employees would be loyal to the granter of

the Title of nobility or honor.

The War of 1812 served several purposes. It delayed the passage of the 13th Amendment

by Virginia, allowed the British to destroy the evidence of the first 12 states ratification

of this Amendment, and it increased the national debt, which would coerce the Congress to reestablish

the Bank Charter in 1816 after the Treaty of Ghent was ratified by the Senate in 1815.

Forgotten Amendment

The Articles of Confederation, Article VI states: nor shall the united States in

Congress assembled, or any of them, grant any Title of nobility.

The Constitution for the united States, in Article, I Section 9, clause 8 states: No

Title of nobility shall be granted by the united States; and no Person holding any Office

or Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any

present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign

State.

Also, Section 10, clause 1 states, No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or

Confederation; grant Letters of Marque or Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit;

make any Thing but Gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill

of Attainder, ex post facto of Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any

Title of nobility.

There was however, no measurable penalty for violation of the above Sections, Congress

saw this as a great threat to the freedom of Americans, and our Republican form of government.

In January 1810 Senator Reed proposed the Thirteenth Amendment, and on April 26, 1810

was passed by the Senate 26 to 1 (1st-2nd session, p. 670) and by the House 87 to 3

on May 1, 1810 (2nd session, p. 2050) and submitted to the seventeen states for ratification.

The Amendment reads as follows:

If any citizen of the United States shall Accept, claim, receive or retain any title

of nobility or honor, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any

present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince

or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and

shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

From An American Dictionary of the English Language, 1st Edition, Noah Webster, (1828)

defines nobility as: 3. The qualities which constitute distinction of rank in civil society,

according to the customs or laws of the country; that eminence or dignity which a man derives

from birth or title conferred, and which places him in an order above common men.; and,

4. The persons collectively who enjoy rank above commoners; the peerage.

The fore-mentioned Sections in the Constitution for the united States, and the above proposed

Thirteenth Amendment sought to prohibit the above definition, which would give any advantage

or privilege to some citizens an unequal opportunity to achieve or exercise political power. Thirteen

of the seventeen states listed below understood the importance of this Amendment.

THEME SONG: When you live in a crazy world of cartoons,

there's a lot to see.

Ninja brothers, a bunch of sisters,

and a talking sponge that's from the sea.

We're all living under one big roof now.

Fun for all the boys and girls.

Take a taco spaceship to our world.

But hold on, wait.

We never talked about the taco ship.

I guess that's in the song now.

Let's meet the family, yeah!

Meet the Nickelsons.

We're the Nickelsons.

This show isn't even real.

Meet the Nickelsons.

A squid on a bike?

Shoo-bop, bee-bam, what's the deal?

Meet the Nickelsons.

The baby poops a lot.

Did we not make ourselves clear?

The Nickelsons are not real.

You'll never see this show.

Online Flamenco Course - 2.5 ALEGRÍAS – Just Rythmn #12 - Duration: 4:14.

Lesson number 12 - "Marcaje en vuelta y remate" (Marking with turn and "remate").

This "marcaje" starts exactly the same as the previous, just changing the end and the arms.

In the previous "marcaje" we did a hip and we chased it out to the back. In this "marcaje" we'll do exactly the same, but turning backward.

And now we'll do... 1, 2, and 3. We turn but it's not a turn like this, it's a turn walking.

We walk 3 steps. After I've chased the foot backward, I walk a step, two step and this one, which goes forward.

It would be the third step and I return in front of the audience.

I repeat it one more time. It would be: 2... 1, 2, 3... 4, 5 and stop.

Starting from above, the arms go both down outside, and this one stays here all time during the turn, during all the steps of the turn.

I'll do it. And 2... 1, 2, 3... 4, 5. The arm has not moved. I just moved the hand.

Now we close this end doing two "golpe" with the left foot... two with the right one... and I take out the left.

It would be: 2 left, 2 right, one, one, and one.

"Pa-pan, pa-pan, pa-pa-pan". Left and... And I take out the same that ends.

I repeat it. Left and... The body goes with the foot.

Now I go with the left and my body goes a little bit over there. To the right... and I finish it there. It's ok?

I'll do it with the arms. From here, from the previous step of this "marcaje",

2... 1, 2, 3... 4, 5 left... In this last we do... I throw the arm, with the hand open.

One more time the last one, with the hand open. One more time the last "remate", entire, the "zapateado" and

"pa-pan, pa, pan, pa-pa-pan". And I throw it. But not sharply, but with a movement, the movement continues until after it starts to move backward.

I repeat this new lesson. Starting from here, from the previous "marcaje". Open the arms outside and then...

2... 1, 2, 3... 4, left... and the head also goes down so it could make a great impression when it goes up. It's ok? One more time.

Right one and 2... 1, 2, 3... 4, 5... Once again.

Up and 2... 1, 2, 3... 4, 5... This would be the end of the "falseta" (guitar solo).

.... with the music.

... outside, turn... left one...

Uncertainties - Duration: 2:44.

Do you know what the new year holds for you?

Are you certain?

There is nothing quite so uncomfortable as uncertainty.

It's the feeling of sweaty palm panic that a teenager feels in the split second after

asking a girl out on a date.

It's the sleepless nights that someone experiences when they're waiting for the results of a biopsy.

Whether the news that comes in is what we had hoped for or what we dread,

it at least brings with it the peace of knowing it frees us from the questions.

And that's what still gets us, isn't it?

As we close out one year and begin a new year,

it's the questions that steal away our peace, the uncertainties.

Will something major go wrong with my car, with my house?

Will my mom's next doctor's appointment bring a clean bill of health?

Will my parents stop fighting?

If only I could know what was going to happen,

then I could finally get some peace.

You know, for all King David had been through, he reminds us in Psalm 139

that if we're looking for peace in knowing what may happen, we're asking the wrong questions.

No, the answer that David gives from God's Word,

the answer that alone can give certain comfort in uncertain days,

isn't found in knowing what the future holds for our health or our wealth.

The answer and the comfort that God gives isn't even found in our knowing anything at all.

Instead, listen to where David points us to for certain comfort in uncertain days. He says:

And what does he know?

He knows you.

Yes, he knows your doubts and he knows your fears.

He knows your sins.

But he also knows that he's chosen to love you with an everlasting love.

He knows that you were worth going to a cross for.

He knows that he can make whatever happens in your life in 2017 work out for your good.

He knows that he wants you in heaven with him one day.

This week we're going to be looking at this beautiful Psalm, Psalm 139

and we're going to find certain comfort even in uncertain days,

as we seek to know the God who holds those days.

Do you want to grow deeper in God's love for you every day in 2017?

This 365-day devotional called "Set Free by Grace" will help you do just that.

It will remind you everyday of God's love.

It will help rearrange your thinking to God's agenda

and it'll help you overcome those things you struggle with in life.

This book is our thank you for your gift today

so please click the link below and we'll see you tomorrow.

Mental Health New Year's Resolutions: No New You in 2017 - Duration: 1:58.

Hey guys, it's Hannah. Happy New Year.

Welcome to 2017. Today we're going to

talk about New Year's and setting goals

and some of these like ridiculous ideas

that on January first we're gonna wake

up and be this whole different person

with a different mindset and our life is

going to start. You know, it's a new year

but it's not a new me. My name is

still Hannah. I'm still outspoken and single.

Okay? That's just the truth. My story

doesn't begin in 2017, it just continues.

Every single day is a new opportunity

for progress;

not just January first, 2,000 whatever.

Let me tell you about New Year's,

alright? December 31, 2009, I was

poppin bottles of champagne. You know, I'm

gonna lose all this weight. I'm gonna get

my summer body and I'm going to become

this, literally, completely different

person.

Well four months into 2010, I ended up in

a mental hospital and I was diagnosed

with bipolar 2. Needless to say, they

do not care about New Year's resolutions.

Those tangible goals, like what you see

on the scale or what you see in your

jean size or building friendships,

relationships, traveling - those all come

when the invisible things are taken care

of. And when I say the "invisible things," I

mean everything that's going on in here

that we can't see. 2016 was epic and it's

because of you and all of your comments

and those of you who are so brave to

open up. And I'm hoping in 2017, we can

encourage others to open up and share

their story as well. I look forward

to it. So I cannot wait, as always, to

see you next time.

How to Crack Your Back - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 8:21.

Hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today

I'm going to show you how to crack your

back by yourself, or as we call it

manipulate your back.

Let's get started.

This is an extra-special disclaimer. Do

not crack or manipulate your own back if

you don't know what's wrong with it. It's

really important that you talk to your

doctor or your physical therapist to

know that it's okay because there's

certain diagnosis where you should not

crack or manipulate your back. So make

sure you have a diagnosis you know

what's going on.

I actually recommend having your doctor

or physical therapist do it first and

make sure that you feel okay after it's

done because manipulations can really

hurt your back you're not doing it

correctly and if you're doing it when

you have something where you should be

doing it like a spondylolisthesis or

pars effect, where there's actually

a fracture in there, you're just gonna make it

worse. So make sure it's okay to do. Make

sure you cleared by your doctor or

physical therapist.

Disclaimer, disclaimer, disclaimer. Okay

Are you sure you got it? We got the

disclaimer out of the way? To start off

with, we're going to go from less cracks

to a stronger crack, if that's the way it

works. A manipulation is when you're

actually realigning that spine. You can

get an audible pop, but you don't have to.

You can feel the pop, but you don't have

to. If you don't feel it, it doesn't mean

that it's not realigning it. So to start

off with, you can use a chair with a

medium to low back.

I like to take a towel to kind of give

you some cushion there. If your chair

already has cushion, that's fine but if

it's something hard like this make sure

you give yourself a little bit of

cushion because depending on where

you're putting your back on there, it

might be slightly uncomfortable, so I

like to give myself a little bit of

cushion back there. Start off kind of in

the mid back depending on where you're

having that pain, or where you need to

actually realign the back. And your

doctor or physical therapist will tell you

that. You can start off just by leaning

back a little bit. If you put your hands

on your head to support your neck, then

you're not irritating your neck because

there's no point in making your back

feel better if they make your neck

hurt, so make sure you're supporting it

and you're being pretty relaxed. The

best part of the manipulation is making

sure that your muscles are relaxed

because if you're trying to manipulate

it and your muscles are tight, you're

actually just going to make it more sore,

so really try and relax the back. And

then just go over the chair like this,

and give it a little extra push back.

Again you might not feel a pop, that

might not quite be the spot. You can

adjust yourself a little bit and then go

back again so this is really for the

mid-back trying to adjust it here, and

then if you want to get really close up

and let it go that way, and then just do

a little push. Sometimes it also helps to

take a deep breath in, and then as you're

letting it out, go back into the chair. So

deep breath in, and then go back that way.

After that you can then just use your

hands when you're doing the manipulation

of the back. Like clasp your hands back

here. What I like to say is it's almost

like a reverse Heimlich Maneuver because

you're doing the thrust up at an angle.

So it's not straight in,

it's kind of up at an angle where

how your spine is lined up. So take it

back there find the spot, you can just

kind of grabbed like that,

relax your back, and then push up and in

to the spot. And then you can move it and

then up in. If you want to go a little

bit lower, up and in.

So again, making sure that it's not

painful. It should never be painful. If it's

painful, stop immediately.

That's why it's important to have your

physical therapist or doctor do it because

then you know it's not painful when it's

done correctly. The next one's going to

be down on the ground using a foam

roller which is a little more intense, so

I would try these first and if those

feel okay then you can use the foam

roller.

So when you use a foam roller, get down

on the ground because you want the

surface to be a hard surface so not on

your bed. You actually need to be on the

ground for this one.

Make sure your knees are bent, don't put

them straight out because then that puts

an extra curve in your back. So bend your

knees, take the role and just place it

kind of in the area where when you lie

down on it, it's going to get that spot on

your

back. And for this again, it's a pretty

intense feeling, so you want to try some

other stuff first to make sure that

feels ok. So come down, just start off

find the spot where it is again hold

onto your head to support your neck, and

then just relax back into that spot. Now

you might feel a pop there, some people

like to roll on it a little bit. I think

that's a little bit intense, but you're

probably gonna get some audible pots

with that. So again if you can relax your

muscles, that's the best way to do it, and

then you can just roll on that spot a

little bit. But my favorite way of doing

it because the way our spine lines up

and where those processes go out on the

spine,

sometimes your rotated a little bit,

that's how you're out of alignment, so

then it's almost like instead of it

being like this with those processes,

it's a little bit at an angle like that.

So I like to put the roll at a little

bit of an angle because then what that

does is the top one and the bottom one,

it rolls it and then it pushes it back

into place. So I like to put it a little

bit of an angle, and then still do the

same thing, and again you can just relax

back or then roll. And I actually got

three or four pops with that one, and

then you could switch it that way as

well and go. So I feel like this actually

gets it a little bit better into

alignment especially if you have a

rotation out of alignment versus just it

needs some adjusting. So I like the

angles a little bit better, and again

make sure you talk your physical

therapist about which way you're

supposed to do it.

The last one is using your legs to get

an extra pressure over to get that

manipulation. A lot of people like to do

it different ways, but my favorite way of

doing it is lying completely down. The

top part of your body needs to stay flat

on the ground, then one leg goes down and

then the other one staying bent comes up

and over. And so keeping the top part

straight, you can take the opposite arm and

kind of put it out to make sure that

shoulder stays down, and then some people

like to take their hands on the top of

the leg and do a little manipulation

like that. But what I like to do, to get

that little bit of rotation as well, is

actually grab on my bottom area so that

I can push down and rotate at the same

time. So I'm taking a deep breath in,

coming out, and then push and rotate at

the same time. A lot of times you again

you'll get that audible pop or feeling

it, but if you don't that's okay that

doesn't mean that you're not getting

that adjustment. Some people also like to

hook their foot in the back of their

knee, that's fine too, or just placing it

on top. If you hook it, then it will stay

on there a little bit better so you can

do that as well, but again grab and kind

of on your butt area so you can push

down and pull at the same time. So push

and pull, and if you want to then go

the opposite direction. So hook, keep that arm

out, grab here,

deep breath in, out, push and pull. And you

might have been able to hear that one. So

there you have it, felt good

no pain. If it's painful, don't do it.

Make sure your physical therapist or

doctor has done at first, it feels ok,

feels better after you do it. It shouldn't

then tighten up the back or feel really

bad. It should feel good,

loose, and you should actually feel in

alignment after that. So if you have any

questions, leave them in the comments section.

If you'd like check out some other videos

safe (make sure your doctor or physical

therapist says it's okay), have fun (get your back

in alignment), and

I hope you feel better soon.
