In 2004, I was in an accident, where I was shopping at a grocery store.

I was leaving the grocery store with my cart and I was told that a lady that was parked

in the parking lot across from the store, put her car in reverse from her parking space

to back out of her space, but she never stopped.

She backed out of her space and instead of accelerating forward, or changing the gears,

she ended up going backwards and sort of did a u-turn or spiral and ended up hitting me

as I was coming out of the door.

She bumped up on the sidewalk.

I was trapped under the car, the wheels were still turning on my leg, on my right leg,

and apparently several bystanders that saw the accident, came and got her to turn the

engine off, because by that time she was seem to be disoriented they say and she didn't

know, you know, couldn't stop the car.

So they turn the engine off and several guys that were nearby lifted the van off of me

and then I ended up in the hospital.

Yeah I think, definitely the right choice was made in hiring Mr. Lightfoot to handle

my case because once I met him, you know outside of when I was in the hospital, he visited

me in the hospital, but once I met the team and I was, I felt confident that the case

was being taken care of and I'm definitely glad that he was chosen for my representative

in this case.

How to set the Coolest Flip Clock Screen Saver on your Mac! - Duration: 2:33.

Hello and Welcome!

Today we are going to learn "How to set the Coolest Flip Clock as a Screen Saver on

your Mac".

Lets just jump into it!

So first you want to go to the website I have in the description below.

"fliqlo.com" It is a free screen saver, but you can donate

to the creator.

Also, depending on when you view this, the site may or may not look different.

But you do not want to just click download on whatever you see.

Notice the bottom right downloads a Zip Application called Ziprar.

You want to download the screensaver right?

Ok then, don't click that, but click the top right navigation button.

It will drop down a page.

Again, still not clicking the bright green download button, scroll down to the "Download

for Mac" button.

It will begin downloading immediately!

Once downloaded follow the steps to get it installed.

If for some reason depending on your mac's security setting it may be blocked.

This is because you are downloading an application not from the App Store.

So go to system preferences and select "Security and Privacy" and towards the bottom you

will see the app being blocked.

Go ahead and click allow.

Then click the Show All button and click Desktop & Screensaver.

Then Select Screen Saver.

You should see The "Fliqlo" screen saver at the bottom.

You have successfully downloaded it!

If you would like to password protect your mac and require a password when waking the

computer from screen saver, simply select the show all button, and then select "Security

& Privacy".

Then select "Require Password".

Then choose the timing you would like.

Please note that the timing you require for the password is after the screensaver starts.

I like setting my Screensaver to start after about 10 minutes.

Also I like to assign the screensaver to a Hot Corner.

Staying Open For Love - Duration: 2:25.

There are so many ways to meet people these days that the sheer number of options can

be overwhelming at times!

How do you find someone to have a genuine, long-lasting, committed relationship with?

In today's video I'm gonna share a few tips that will make finding Mr. or Mrs. Right

a little less daunting.

Speed dating, internet dating, lonely hearts columns, new hobbies, and evening classes

are all great ways to meet people.

However, it's worth first thinking about why you want to meet that special someone,

what your expectations are for the relationship, and how much time and energy

you want to put into your quest to find love.

Keeping an open mind is also important, especially if you've been expecting that perfect person

to magically appear in your life, but they just haven't yet.

It may be time to consider if your expectations for a partner are realistic or not, and if

perhaps you need a little more time and patience.

Also, focusing on your own emotional needs and keeping yourself grounded and happy in

the meantime, will prepare you better for when that special someone finally does find

you!

One of the reasons I love this idea is that many times when singles finally meet that special someone

they are often surprised by where and when they found love!

It may be that your ideal mate lives in a different city, or has a different interest

than you, or comes from a really different background.

If you feel frustrated that it's taking too long to find the right person for you,

then it may be time to challenge yourself, and to consider some new ideas about what

love can look and feel like.

So The third one is PAKA, it means Goodbye so after a quick and very fufilled discussion

you want to end things and move on your way you say PAKA!

Now the last one is YA LYUBLU TEBYA meaning

I LOVE YOU So you wanna tell that Russian guy or girl

you've been eyeing or your family or Russian friends that you love them, you value the

What Part Do Toxins Play in the Cancer Equation? - Dr. David Jockers - Duration: 3:57.

Ty Bollinger: So you also mentioned toxicity, that we're living in a world that is just overburdened

with toxicities.

I mean we've got the plastics, the BPAs, we've got the pesticides.

We've got chemicals everywhere.

Our immune systems are being overburdened.

So what effect do these toxicities do you believe play in the cancer equation?

Because if you look at a hundred years ago we didn't have these same amounts, massive

amounts, of environmental toxins.

What do you believe on that topic?

Dr. David Jockers: I believe they play a huge role with this.

I mean we have over 80 thousand chemicals in our society.

The average individual in our society urinates out seven pesticides every time they urinate.

And then they did a study several years ago where they took ten newborn infants and they

measured their umbilical cord blood for toxins and they found 280--the mean, the average

was 287 toxic chemicals, 208 of those were carcinogenic for the body.

And this is a newborn infant.

Ty Bollinger: So this is not something that you believe.

This is research has shown that these toxins are getting into the systems and causing damage.

Dr. David Jockers: Oh yeah.

You know, it's empirical evidence that's showing that these toxins are wreaking havoc

on our physiology.

And just like you said about it, if we did that study a hundred years ago, sure, we went

through the industrial revolution.

There were certainly toxins in our bodies but I bet if they took newborn infants a hundred

years and they tested them, it'd probably be double digits with the amount of toxins.

A thousand years ago it'd probably be single digits.

Two thousand years ago it may be five or less.

And so the reality is that as amazing as our bodies are, which I believe our bodies are

the most amazing structure that's ever been built, I mean the most incredible system,

however, and as great as we are at adapting to stresses the amount of toxicity and environmental

stress and challenges we have in our system right now and upon us is for most people too

much.

And if you're not being intentional about taking care of your health and using advanced

health strategies in 21st century, the 21st century western world, you're setting yourself

up.

I mean its only a matter of time before these genetic triggers are going to fire off and

you're going to have enough disease development before you get diagnosed with something and

have major symptoms in your body.

We just have a toxic on-slot.

Its an epidemic.

And fortunately we've got very intelligent people that are out there, that are not only

teaching people how to be well, but also providing the resources they need as far as specific

testing and supplementation and advanced therapies to help people heal in our modern world.

Ty Bollinger: So you mentioned earlier the immune system.

The normal immune function is able to recognize these cancer cells that we're all producing,

as you mentioned, and to take care of them, to regulate them.

So am I putting two and two together saying that maybe one of the reasons that these immune

systems are overburdened is because of all of the environmental toxicity that we just

can't keep up.

Dr. David Jockers: Yeah, you're absolutely right.

And so there are different systems in our body and so when the adrenal glands do—when

they are damaged or the gut is damaged which is typically a triad of these things where

we have leaky gut syndrome.

We go into adrenal fatigue and our immune system is just—it goes haywire.

And you know, its really not able to—it doesn't have the sustainable energy, the

resources to really work the way its supposed to work.

And so therefore, its just hunting blindly causing actual further damage to our body

and not actually regulating the things that it should be naturally regulating.

type of bumper cover is accomplished

with strength quickly easily and

cost-effectively. For bumper cover

repairs you'll need the Tech-Bond

molecular bonding systems' basic poly

kit. the basic poly kit consists of our

structural adhesive SI blue, our

activator accelerator, and our Poly Prep

and adhesion promoter for poly plastics

these chemicals, there is an additional

critical step in the process that will

substantially increase the strength of

the repaired bumper cover. Before

beginning, make sure all edges are clean.

With your Poly Prep, saturate both edges

and let that dry. The poly prep dries

the oil on the poly surface and edges

solvent-based, so it will dry quickly.

Next we will spray our activator

accelerator on one edge and let that dry.

It is critical to let the activator

accelerator dry completely.

Now, the step that substantially

increases the strength of the repair,

heat.

Take either a blow dryer or a heat gun

and heat each edge for 30 seconds.

Plastic and polymers begin to soften at

temperatures between 110 and 130 degrees.

Now we can apply our SI blue to the

opposite edge that we applied the

activator accelerator and you can use

the nozzle as a paintbrush align the two

pieces, and press firmly for 20 seconds.

Take the hair dryer and heat the seam

for another 30 seconds.

And now you're done! As you can see I can

twist it, I can pull it, this bond is not

breaking. With this repair, you can drive

immediately, even though it will take

this repair seven days to fully cure. Be
