Shilpa Shetty The Great Indian Diet | 5 Weightloss Tips - Duration: 14:44.
Hi Guys! Welcome back to my channel.
This is Sneha here and today we are going to talk about everybody's favourite topic which is weightloss
Yes I know you guys are really excited about knowing about weightloss, losing weight and looking more fit and beautiful.
So today's talk has been inspired by a book and this book has been written by none other than Shilpa Shetty and this is The Great Indian Diet by Shilpa Shetty
So I recently came across this book and this book has some great weightloss tips
and it encompasses some pointers which point out at the way one should lead his or her life.
And the diet and lifestyle changes you can accommodate in your daily routine to stay healthy and fit.
So the main focus of this book is on our Indian Diet that is the food and its accompaniments that we consume which are superfoods in their own right.
So lets begin with my 5 weightloss tips.
So pointer number 1 is that Ghee is your best friend.
Yes people you heard it right, the ghee that your dadi, nani or your mum makes at home especially is your best friend.
Not the packaged ghee which is available in the market or over the counter.
So ghee is rich in saturated as well as unsaturated fat. It has a compound called Linoleic Acid in it which actually helps in burning the stubborn fat in your body.
So ghee on the other hand is fat which helps in burning fat.
So if I begin talking about ghee and its benefits there can be a whole another episode made on it.
But I will shortly cover up some of the major advantages of consuming ghee.
It helps in increasing immunity, is extremely good for eyesight, for a healthy skin then it has anti-cancerous properties in it

So... do you use the New York Times Bestseller List? - Duration: 1:47.
Hi everyone I'm Rincey and I am one of the
contributing editors over at Book Riot and I'm
back with this week's reader question.
So my question for you guys this week is
do you guys use the New York Times
bestseller list at all?
There has been some recent announcements
made, not publicly, but slowly the
information is leaking out that the New York
Times is changing their best seller
list so they're not even include comic
books and graphic novels anymore and they're
not going to include I believe mass market
paperback and romance ebooks, I believe,
and possibly young adult and middle
grade books. I'm not completely sure on
everything that they're eliminating but
it feels like they're eliminating a lot.
So my question is directed at you guys because
I want to know whether or not you guys actually
use these lists. When I was younger I personally
would look at the list or at least
glance at them every now and then. I mean, I, when I was in like
college and stuff we had access to those
papers. So I would at least glance at them every now and then to
try to get an idea of suggestions of
things to read. Like before I was really part
of like a book community or before I discovered
like book blogs, even things like that
I did kind of use it. But at the same time
I also was burned so many times by the
New York Times bestseller list that I knew that I
couldn't completely trust it. So my
question is just do you guys ever use the
New York Times bestseller list for
anything. Especially if you are like
maybe a librarian or teacher or a
bookseller or work in publishing at all
let me know if that means anything to
you guys. Obviously it still have some
prestige because if you told like a random
person that you published a book that was on
the New York Times bestseller list that
means something people. But I just want
to know like practically whether or not
people are actually using the list at all.
