Just 2 Eggs Control Sugar level at Home Naturally - How to Control Diabetes without Medicine

easily

Numerous experts around the world claim that all it takes, in order to control blood sugar,

is a hard-boiled egg.The health of people in general is considerably influenced by the

food they eat and their lifestyle.

However, the fact that we live in a polluted environment makes it clear that we are surrounded

by different chemicals and toxins all the time.

Not only do these chemicals and toxins endanger our health, they also contribute to numerous

diseases.Frequently, people take routine medical tests and tests in order to discover imbalances

or increase / decrease blood glucose or blood pressure values, which can significantly affect

the health of the whole body.

Disorders of this type are indeed silent killers that slowly lead to changes beyond repair.

One of the most torturous diseases is diabetes, since this disease affects the way the body

handles blood glucose.

Most patients suffer from type 2 diabetes, which means that their body is not able to

properly use insulin.

The number of patients with diabetes is increasing steadily and rapidly and therefore you should

see your GP and check your blood sugar levels.

If your blood sugar level exceeds 126 mg / dl for fasting blood test, or 200 mg / dl at

any time during the day, it means that you have diabetes.

Fortunately, when it comes to blood sugar levels, there is a natural remedy that acts

quickly and can be very beneficial.

For the preparation of this home remedy you will only need vinegar, water and a boiled

egg.

Here's what you should do:

Boil an egg and peel.

Then, punch several times with a fork, and put it in a bowl.

Pour a little vinegar over it and leave it on overnight.

In the morning, you should eat the egg with a glass of warm water mixed with a spoonful

of vinegar.

Repeat this treatment for several days and check your blood sugar levels.

The results will surprise you.

the sugar in your blood will be reduced dramatically after treatment with the boiled egg .

How I started with STAR STABLE & YOUTUBE - Duration: 8:10.

This is the story about how I started playing SSO & why I started doing SSO YT videos.

This is a very random & kind of a crazy road

So let's get into it!

How I started playing SSO begins quite dramatically

I'm SO clumbsy IRL!

This whole story actually starts

with me falling down 2,5 meters from a roof

and landed on my ankle!

I'm grateful I didn't hurt my back or my neck

But my ankle that broke the fall?

It got really messed up!

I'm gonna show you a picture taken of my swollen ankle, taken right after the accident.

If you're sensitive - Close your eyes now!

It was so swollen, it looked like a tennis ball lied under my skin!

aaaaand it's gone!

You can open your eyes now!

So, I was hurt pretty badly

and I couldn't walk properly for almost 3 months!

So what do you do when you can't walk?

You sit by your computer!

While my ankle was busted

and I had already begun to get tired of all the games I had on my computer

A friend of mine called Nemi showed me Star Stable

We downloaded it on my computer

and she showed me her account & ran a track

I had never played any horse related game in my life

But I decided to try it out & create my own account.

Dextra Nightstorm on the Swedish server Air Star was born!

This was in March of 2014.

Pretty much as soon as I created the account

I realized you had to pay for things in SSO.

So I bought 100 SC & a month of SR!

I also realized that 100 SC..

Doesn't get you a lot.

Right from the start, I didn't really connect with my starterhorse.

I named it DreamBeam

But because of the brown coat

I always read it as DreamBean xD

I wanted a new horse ASAP!

So I bought the amazing FrostCloud

A Selle Français

To this day, I still see FrostCloud as more of my starterhorse

He's amazing!

The reason I have so many printscreens

is because I was blogging my SSO experience!

I love that I did that, because there's so many memories & information

I would not have remembered by myself!

I never really interacted with other players in the game

I just loved playing it!

Leveling my character by doing quests

and leveling my horses

I got pretty addicted to buying horses!

I also loved doing champs

and because I did them almost every day

I got pretty good!

Even though I had no idea what kind of gear I was supposed to use in the beginning xD

People started to recognice me in the game as the person who always did champs

I trained the ML & Jarla champs, even when there were no champs running

Just so I could get better at them

I was already livestreaming the game WoW at the time

So I started trying out streaming SSO too on Twitch

For xmas 2014, my boyfriend at the time

gave me Vegas Pro

My first ever video editor!

I opened it up & I was so overwhelmed by all the buttons!

What is this?

What do they do?

How does this work?

I had NO idea how to edit videos!

But I started putting up un-edited clips from my livestream on YT.

My most watched video on my channel

with over 100 000 views is one of those

No editing, no proper music

It's just me sitting there for minutes

Waiting for the champ to start

For groups to sort & then me finally doing the champ

Ending with what I was known for at the time:

My silly victory-dances xD

One of the biggest reasons I started putting up videos on YT

was because of the Fjord horse

It had just been added to the game

and at the time, everyone who played KNOW how bugged it was!

The Fjord horse was the first breed in SSO that was speed bugged

and faster then all other horses at the time

However SSO refused to admit that it was faster!

I actually got very angry with them

for saying that the Fjord wasn't speed bugged

So I started making a bunch of videos on YT

Just to trying to make them admit that it was faster

It didn't work

Honestly, I had no idea other people would be interrested in watching them (The videos)

These videos are still getting a lot of views to this day

and sadly a lot of people don't understand that these videos were made years ago

and they do NOT represent how SSO works today!

Even though the date of all video uploads is right underneath them.

Then it happend again.

The American quarterhorse came to SSO

It was even more bugged!

and again I did a lot of videos about how SSO must fix this speed problem.

It was around this time my channel started growing

from a small, unknown Swedish SSO YTer

To a channel with thousands of subscribers!

For the first time I started getting a lot of views from American viewers!

I'm just guessing here..

But maby it was because those videos had 'American' in the title?

The American Quarterhorse? xD

BTW the speed bugged Fjord & the quarterhorse, it's fixed today.

There hasn't been a severley speed-bugged horse since these 2 breeds

The difference between horses in SSO right now is minimal.

You can win champs almost any breed in SSO

and I have tons of guides on how to do that!

Somewhere along this journey I started to love making videos <3

I've always loved being creative & making videos was a whole new medium for me!

For over a year, I made SSO videos for YT every single day.

and I loved it!

at first..

But when you sit & only play SSO and spend hours of editing every day

You don't really have time for anything else

Especially not real-life friends

So after a year of doing daily videos, I was getting burnt out

I missed my real-life friends & my family.

SSO & YT no longer felt as fun as before

It felt like a job & that was not the way I wanted it!

and buying all of these horses got really expensive O.O

So I made a huge decision

To only make videos every 2nd/3rd week.

I was so scared!

I was sure I would loose all my subscribers, since I wouldn't put up videos every day anymore.

But you guys proved me wrong!

When I didn't have the pressure of making videos every single day

I had time to think about what I wanted to do for my next video & how I could improve them!

This resulted in way higher quality videos

and me learning new editing tricks for almost every single video!

and that lead to me getting MORE subscribers instead

because you guys just loved my new high-quality videos

I found my love for making videos again & I'm so thankful I made this big decision <3

So for a year now I've been working hard on learning

new effects, new softwares, going through tons of tutorials & a heap of music

Just to get the perfect songs for my videos!

I'm still learning & I want to keep making better videos each time!

I want to make videos that make you smile

or help you through a difficult quest

I want to make you guys happy

because you make me happy!

It's been a crazy ride & I've learned so much!

Not just about making videos, but about you guys!

Just by talking to you in the comment section

I've never had any thoughts or goals about my channel.

I've just made videos because I loved it

and every time I reach a new high with my sub amount.. I just can't believe it!

I still have a hard time believing I've come this far

So.. This was the crazy story about how I started playing SSO

and how I started this channel that now has over 24 000 subscribers!

If you made it this far: Tell me about how you found my channel & which video made you subscribe to me?

Thank you so much for listening

and thank you for being here

Never forget:

You're beautiful <3

Did You Know: Star Wars Rebels Season 1 - Easter Eggs, Inspirations, Trivia, and More! - Duration: 9:02.

Did you know?

In the episode Spark of Rebellion, Commandant Aresko and Taskmaster Grint are voiced by

the same actor, David Shaughnessy.

A mural for Sienar Fleet Systems can be seen in Lothal.

Sienar is the company responsible for the development of the TIE Fighter, which was

originally established in Legends materials.

This episode marks the first onscreen appearance of Kessel, which was first mentioned in A

New Hope.

It was based off designs and notes that George Lucas developed describing the planet's

look, culture, and economy.

Tarkintown was inspired by shanty towns in the United States called Hoovervilles that

popped up during the Great Depression.

The crates stolen by the Ghost crew are color coded.

Red crates have food and gray crates have weapons.

This hazard label on the Imperial transport is based on a label used in a deleted scene

from the Empire Strikes Back.

The Wilhelm scream can be heard near the end of the episode.

The Wookiee gunship is a new creation that was inspired by the vehicles seen in Revenge

of the Sith.

Chopper was originally meant to be more similar in appearance to R2-D2.

In the episode Droids in Distress, the man seated behind Sabine on the commuter shuttle

is inspired by very early Jedi concept art by Ralph McQuarrie.

The RQ protocol droid was also based on McQuarrie concept art, this one for C-3PO.

Paul Reubens provides the voice for RX-24, which is a nod to his role as Rex from the

Star Tours ride.

The planet Garel is galactically very close to Lothal, only a few minutes' worth of

hyperspace travel.

The final shot of the episode is reminiscent of Leia and Artoo in Episode IV.

In Fighter Flight, the Imperial Troop Transport in this episode was originally a classic toy

sold between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back.

Sabine's artwork features caricatures of Cad Bane and Embo.

The shopping list Hera gives Zeb and Ezra includes meiloorun melon, science dip, space

waffles, and d'il pyykkles.

Meiloorun was first mentioned in the second X-Wing book, Wedge's Gamble.

In Rise of the Old Masters features the Stygeon prison called the Spire, which first appeared

in the comic Darth Maul: Son of Dathomir.

It was meant to appear in The Clone Wars, but the episodes were never completed.

The aurebesh on Luminara Unduli's crypt reads file: Luminara Unduli, class: Jedi Knight.

The flying creatures in this episode are called tibidees.

This name comes from their original label of TBD, which stands for to be determined.

Senator Gall Travis is voiced by Brent Spiner, who is best known as Data from Star Trek:

The Next Generation.

The story of Zare Leonis, who first appears in the episode Breaking Ranks, is completed

in the four book series Servants of the Empire.

The kyber crystal destroyed by Hera and Kanan is a reference to the Empire gathering them

for the Death Star, as revealed by Rogue One.

This episode shows stormtrooper rifles in a low power setting that fires sting beams,

like the ones fired by Luke's training remote.

The Imperial Academy's testing ground, called the Well, was modeled after The Box from the

Clone Wars.

The episode Out of Darkness features the first and long awaited appearance of the previously

mentioned space waffles.

The abandoned Clone Wars era base is Fort Anaxes.

Republic gunships and an ARC 170 can be seen among the wreckage.

The creatures found in the base are called fyrnocks, and are meant to draw a connection

to another scavenger animal, the mynock.

Rhydonium was introduced in The Clone Wars as a powerful fuel and explosive.

In Empire Day, the new holo displays Palpatine as young and handsome rather than show his

true appearance.

The news ticker tells warns of rabid Loth-cats.

The Imperial anthem was composed as an upbeat parade version of the Imperial March from

The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

The signs on the Bridger household read Property of the Empire, Stay Awa.

Tseebo's dialog was written in English first and then translated to Huttese by Pablo Hidalgo.

The XX-23 S-thread tracker used by the Grand Inquisitor in the episode Gatherin Forces

was first created for Cracken's Rebel Field Guide for the roleplaying guide books by West

End Games in 1991.

Although it is later upgraded, the Phantom does not have a hyperdrive at this point.

Admiral Konstantine's Star Destroyer is called the Relentless.

This episode marks the first onscreen appearance of the Sentinel-class shuttle, which was designed

for the Special Edition of the original trilogy.

At the start of the episode Path of the Jedi, Ezra was helping Sabine paint their captured

TIE Fighter, which isn't revealed until the end of the season.

The idea of multiple Jedi Temples throughout the galaxy was first explored in the Clone

Wars, like the Eedit Temple on Devaron.

Outside the temple are symbols of the light and dark sides of the Force that have also

been seen on Mortis and Ilum in The Clone Wars.

The temple on Lothal was foreshadowed by the revelation that kyber crystals can be found

on the planet, which was mentioned in the episode Breaking Ranks as well as the Servants

of the Empire series.

The writing on the temple walls is taken from more Ralph McQuarrie art, this time from his

designs of the Yavin Temple.

The episode Idiot's Array features the card game sabacc, which was first created for The

Empire Strikes Back, but all mentions of it were cut from the film.

The game's mechanics were first detailed in the Lando Calrissian novels published in

1983.

The designs for the cards themselves were inspired by a set of playable sabacc cards

that came included in a roleplaying game module called Crisis on Cloud City in 1989.

Azmorigan was based on McQuarrie designs for Jabba the Hutt.

In Vision of Hope, Senator Trayvis' droids are Senate-colored versions of the McQuarrie-inspired

droid design.

The mural on the Lothal Senate Building was based on art created in the US by the Works

Progress Administration in the 1930s and 40s.

It depicts Lothal's major industries as agriculture and fishing.

The episode Call to Action marks the return of Grand Moff Tarkin and Stephen Stanton,

who voiced the character in The Clone Wars.

Tarkin wears armor similar to General Veers in The Empire Strikes Back.

Alton Kastle makes his first visual appearance as a member of the Imperial media, spreading

propaganda.

Computer spikes were first created in 1990 by West End Games, and can also be seen in

the game Knights of the Old Republic.

The gunnery stations outside the communications center use the same seats and controls as

TIE Fighters.

The Imperial patrol transport can first be seen in The Clone Wars.

In Rebel Resolve, the crimes of Kanan Jarrus against the Empire include theft of Imperial

supplies, resisting arrest, assaulting officers, and piloting without a license.

The Imperial light cruiser is an updated reworking of the Jedi light cruiser from The Clone Wars.

Imperial crewmen have their hats pulled low to conceal their face, allowing for the same

model to be used over and over again.

In production, the interrogation droid was labeled as Doctor Ball, a term I believe was

first coined by Robot Chicken.

Hera's mention that Mustafar is where Jedi go to die is foreshadowing to Darth Vader's

fortress that wouldn't be seen until Rogue One.

As mentioned before, the painted TIE Fighter was originally intended to be seen throughout

the season, but was cut for time and to maximize the impact of its reveal in the season finale,

Fire Across the Galaxy.

The paint job includes icons from Sabine's helmet, Kanan's arm guard, Hera's lekku,

Ezra's jacket, Zeb's armor, and Chopper's face, making it represent the team as a whole.

The Star Destroyer engine room is reminiscent of the Jedi cruiser engine room from the Clone

Wars.

The blockade runners at the end of the episode were painted to match Ralph McQuarrie's

original A-Wing designs that foreshadows their inclusion in season two.

The Rebel crewmen were also based on McQuarrie illustrations of the Rebels.

Ahsoka's curved lightsaber handles were meant to resemble samurai weapons.

That's it for today!

Surva festival in Bulgaria / СУРВА фестивал (HD video with EN sub) - Duration: 6:48.

Hello from me Betty and the city where for first time an electric bulb lit in Bulgaria.

Here at the end of 10th and the beginning of 11th c. the feudal lord Krakra used to live.

He defends the Pernik fortress from the Byzantines.

The city of Pernik is known as the city of the black gold.

The first coal mine in Bulgaria is opened here.

And here is the only mining museum on the Balkans.

Each January at the end of the month the Surva festival is held

where kukeri scare away the evil spirits and mark the beginning of the spring.

The costumes of the kukeri are two types.

Some of them are made of leather and the others of cut rags.

Here next to me there is an original participant,

very scary.

Betty: Where are the eyes?

Kuker: On the head.

Betty: Where?

Kuker: Here up.

Betty: Here are the eyes.

Since September 2015 the Surva festival is listed in the UNESCO cultural historical heritage,

together with the Bistritsa grandmas, the Chiprovtsi carpets and the Nestinar tradition (fire dance).

In some of the villages there is a ritual called Bear

Here next to me there is one, now we will fight for health.

They took me.

Another part of the participants are not with leather masks

but are painted, with a make-up, and they are called Survakari

The kukeri masks have wooden construction

and are glued with feathers, skin, cloth and sequins.

The aim is to be the most scary and to scare away the evil.

This mask, in which I am, is from the village of Kosharevo.

and I think it weighs about 15-20 kg. I do not know if I will manage to lift it up.

It works.

Next to me is the group from the village of Kalchevo, Yambol province.

and this is the bride, the leader of the group.

B: Is it obligatory the bride to be a man?

Kuker: Yes, it is. The group is only of men.

B: And why the bride leads the group?

Kuker: Well as it is in life.

B: As in life the woman leads.

K: The man is the head, the woman is neck. Wherever the woman turns, there goes the man too.

B: I remember an anecdote. Do you know how they propose in Pernik?

The man asks the woman: Will you wash my VW Golf for a lifetime?

We will see if I will get it done here and if there will be any proposals today.

Kuker: Likewise with us. Only without the Golf.

Each group, which participates in Surva, plays its program on the square in front of a jury.

It evaluates at the end who will win the golden, the silver and the bronze mask. And who represents the tradition best.

Betty: How much is inside?

Survakar: Secret.

Betty: 100 thousands.

Survakar: Yes

B: If I win it, I will travel round the world, it is clear.

S: The world? With whom? :)

B: Well with the one who is worth it. :)

Betty: Watch out for the suitcase.

B: With what are you keeping warm, with rakia or wine?

With wine.

Betty: Can I try?

Thanks!

B: Hmm it is good. Red. :) K: Of course that it is good. :)

So we are drinking wine but the Pernik Bayles is boza with rakia, keep it in mind.

Okay, I wish you luck.

For good health.

Betty: I have no money.

Promotion.

B: Where are you from? S: from Blagoevgrad.

B: Okay, you will clean my shoes.

Survakar: As I taught you.

Betty: Is he cleaning well? S: Yes

S: Give me the other one, give me the other one.

S: Clean little bit my Booticeli. B: Your booticeli are very nice. :)

They are shining, shining.

B: Thanks, live a long and healthy life.

S: No problem :)

B: And hopefully you get a mask, to win a prize.

Survakars: Hopefully. Hopefully.

I am going to change to participate in Surva with the group from the village of Domlyan.

How I Upgraded the Drains in My Fishroom - Duration: 2:47.

Steve Poland here,

And when I starting building my fishroom I drilled them with 3/4" bulkheads.

And the idea was that I'd be able to turn these drain pipes that are inside the tanks

and drain them quickly for water changes.

But as I mentioned last week in my video about fishroom projects, I made a big mistake when

I hard plumbed all of these overflows

to a single 3/4" PVC drain line that ran around the room to my floor drain.

It was comically undersized and didn't have nearly enough slope.

It worked fine for my drip system but was basically worthless for anything else.

And on top of that, I did it in a bunch of stages so I had the original main line coming

down from the tank upstairs,

and then the line around the room,

and then another line where I attached my siphon hose for cleaning.

It was embarassingly bad.

So this week I spent a bunch of time fixing it.

Let's take a look at what I did.

If we go back behind the big rack you can see that the tanks now connect to barb fittings

and vinyl tubing.

This is easy to remove for maintance or if I ever need to move the tanks or rack.

The tubing runs down to a new 2 inch PVC drain line that runs around the room.

This line can move a lot more water and has a much steeper slope than the old one, at

least a quarter inch per foot.

The dehumidifier is connected with tubing in the same manner.

On the corners I used 90 degree sweeping elbows to avoid hard turns that might slow the water

down.

I also included a wye fitting that reduces down to a garden hose quick disconnect.

This is a way for me to attach several things which I will be covering in upcoming videos.

In the other corner I plumbed in a utility sink.

I haven't connected a water supply yet but just having a sink to dump water into is something

I've wanted down here forever.

The double 55 gallon rack drains in the same way as the other rack, though these tanks

aren't drilled

so it's the overflow boxes that connect to the vinyl tubing.

Same concept though.

The same goes for my metal rack that now has three 40 breeders.

Both sides of the drain come together in front of the floor drain and I had to get a little

creative

to get both sides to slope into one connection point.

It has more turns than I'd like but it works really well.

And here on the other side of the wall is where the 2 inch line meets the floor drain.

This wasn't the most glamorous project but I'm really excited to have this done,

because it frees me up to do much faster water changes

and eventually to automate them completely.

Feel free to leave questions or comments and thanks for watching.

Until next week, have a good one everybody.
