Waching daily Jan 29 2017

Hello everyone,

my name is Yana.

His name is Dima.

And our duo is called...

Sweet Poison!

We are from Russia.

I am from Novosibirsk,

and I am from Ekaterinburg, it's the middle of Russia.

We started travelling 3 months ago,

and we started from China.

So, now we can celebrate 3 months travelling.

In Kuala Lumpur we're having a rest,

This is the first time we're trying

Workaway instead of couchsurfing,

and... this is the first experience.

I finished musical school as a singer and piano player.

But I also play the guitar,

I learned by myself.

And, Ukulele.

I finished musical school like a piano player.

After 6 years, I started to play the saxophone,

I started to play the flute,

and also clarinette.

I just started to learn by myself.

We met when

I was practicing saxophone with my friend.

And that was in her dormitory of the university.

So, she started to hear the saxophone playing,

and just came into this room

and started to sing with me.

So that's how we met each other.

When I start to play music,

I just...

I can feel only myself and my instrument.

So for me, it's very easy.

But not for me.

For me... it is like asking people for money,

but now,

when we do it,

I just start to forget about it!

I just try to get pleasure,

and...

It works.

There is 2 kinds of musicians.

The first one is the classical player,

they only play by note.

They cannot improvise at all, mostly.

And the other musicians that can improvise.

For that musician who can improvise,

of course travelling with your musical instrument

is for you

because everyday you must improvise.

Not only in music but in real life.

Field Communications With A Ham or Amateur Radio Portable Kit With J-Pole Base Station - Duration: 6:49.

hey everybody we're talking about field

communications today

amateur radio or ham radio so I'm gonna dig

out my portable rig that I used for

hiking back in the day and we'll show

you my setup and kind of tell you some

of the strengths and weaknesses like

what I chose and eventually what

I've moved on to about 10 years ago i

decided to get into amateur radio or ham

radio to do a couple things one stay in

communication while without hiking

cellphone reception wasn't like there i

need to stay in contact with my party

and also want to monitor the weather so

that worked out pretty good how kind of

built up the kit and was really fun

process getting my certification of

license to get my call sign but to be

quite honest I haven't used this rig in

about four years mainly because since

the garmin inReach is out it does

basically everything that I do so I'm

gonna show you what was the equivalent a

few years ago so I got here on the stump

let's go over the pieces alright so

here's the rig and I've used a couple

radios by eventually settled on this

which was the yaesu ft60 the dual-band

hard metal case comes with a big battery

pack you can get a rechargeable pack

right here and you can get some other

accessories such as the speaker mic

which when you clip your radio to your

backpack or inside your pack you can

have your speaker radio just focusing on

one tower this was also programmable via

computer so i highly recommend that if

you're looking for a radio that you can

program it via computer or get a cable i

have loaded up all the towers I think a

couple hundred towers in here so i just

set up a different Bank depending where

am at and I just scan and weather

frequency as i mentioned here and i went

for the coax adapter route so i'm not

using SMA what comes in here

i'm using the coax adapter and basically

what i've done here I just went for coax

antennas antennas the next thing so I

went through a couple antennas

there's a little whip dual band and the

beauty with the coax instead of screwing

it in you can just simply clip it on

right depending where you are you may

want to use another type of whip and

let's say you got a good deal on the

whip so here's another one here you can

see here I've added some adapters for

the coax and always just ease of use to

plug in plug out since simply switch

antennas and this was by far the the

whip of antenna that I use the most

this would slide into the side pocket of my

backpack and i just use the speaker mic

that way so that worked out really good

for me

the other thing that I had here a little

grab-bag of stuff had my radio

certificate here and also have a couple

of other adapters and a couple other

smaller antennas i was in the city patch

cables was also convenient to have this

one here for the right angle coax

again you can have the radio in your

backpack anything is simply clip it on

stricken in and then straight into your

antenna so either antennas is here so

that was basically the main purpose of

the kit so i would carry this in my

backpack and you use a big whip or the

small whip depending where I'm at

but what happens if i was at base camp

or I want to summit and really get some

signal

well then you get into antenna

construction and i'll show you that

right now

alright so one of the great things about

the amateur radio is getting into

antenna build and part of the easiest

antenna you can use to build is what's

called the J pole and this is my j pole

it is a long piece of PVC tubing with

coax at the end and it's a quite a good

length so that i can use at base camp

string around on the table put it in the

backpack but this is you remember TV

antenna wire that flat two strand cable

you can still get a radio shack

this is all it is in here is just goes

up to here

it's cut little bit of solder the tape

PVC and get yourself a really good

antenna with great game and the thing

with J-pole the higher it is the

better the signal strength and reception

so if you really want to get some good

reception or signal strength get

yourself a little the aluminum painter rod

here i found one that was exact that

will fit nicely into the j pole and the

diameter which fit on my tripod and what

you end up with is a antenna that could

go up to over 20 feet so if you're on

the summit this would be a great way to

get the signal out so basically my setup

was it would have my radio strapping on

my shoulder strap i would use a patch

cable use my whip antenna right here and

just hanging outside backpack and have

like basically a radio bag and if i was

at camp are ready to get signal out

would haul out the j pole with the quick

connector with the collapse you just

simply snap out snap it in really quick

changeover and if you were doing some

car camping you can also bring the rod

you can also bring the tripod a really

simple great base station

alright so that is that is my portable

rig you can see here in the backpack

everything kind of fits in and basically

all you need to do is figure out what

kind of radio you want 5 watt radio

dual-band that's a nice start get a nice

whip antenna and then go from there

find the the series of cables patch

cables converters go coax that may

whatever fits your needs you can maybe

make your own antenna repurpose your

camera tripod find the right rod to

really get your antenna up in the air

battery packs solar kits it goes on and

on and on it's fun takes a little bit of

room in your pack

that's why some of the newer

technologies kinda like the DeLorme

inreach & spots the type of satellite

communicators saves a lot of room your

pack for other stuff so it's kind of a

trade-off

so put in the comments what you think

what your setup is what's your best

antenna that you made all that kind of

stuff and we'll see you guys in the next

video

Wie is de Mol (The Mole) S17E04 with English subtitles - Duration: 1:00:03.

Wow! Waaauw!

Way too small, way too smal!

I thought: We'll take everything we find

No don't take the cardboard!

A lot of strange things are happening

To the left, we'll go left

No! What the fuck…

Guys! Mind the red and green lights!

It's not very handy what you did Thomas

That went wrong…

Ooh!

Roos leaving made a big impact

With herself but also with the group. Tears for the people who stay behind

Especially with Imanuelle who saw her friend leave

Even the mole seemed silent

Also because with Roos, a great cover has left the game

The remaining 7 travel to the Wild West

The land of the cowboys. First destination: Pendleton

The city where they are proud of their history and identity

There are no modern things here

but old fashioned, straight-up Western culture

Where are we going guys? To the Wild West

I think Diederik has the best idea of geo-graphay

See I can barely say it… Where do you think we can go?

The Wild West really runs in the south. From California…

via Arizona, Texas, Lousiana etc. It's very southern.

If we're doing that by bus, we'll be there in 2 weeks

I think we'll just go to a big open prairie. In Idaho or something

Cowboys. We're going somewhere that's not really the Wild West

If it's Wild and we're going… east right now…

We drove through the already known Oregon landscapes

Big mountains, tall green trees

Valley's and lots of water

We drove through curvey roads

we saw a lot of waterfalls. It was incredible

I'm hoping for a country and western karaoke.

Oh and if we're going to ride horses, I'll be the coach

The group seems to be divided in Sanne and Jeroen

Diederik and Thomas, Sigrid and Jochem.

And Ima is a bit alone

I'm like a parakeet that dies of loneliness

I think the biggest battle is the battle with myself

Will this parakeet fly without other birds?

With the parakeet function without the tjirps of others?

I think that's most important for me in this episode

Will I survive this?

Slowly but surely it became a bit warmer

more of a land climate

The land became flatter after driving mile after mile

along the rivers

I noticed the land became more like a prairie.

It became more brown and dustier. It became more desolate

The Wild West was really here

Welcome to the Pendleton Round-up.

This is the most famous rodeo arena of the United States

The biggest rodeo stars give the biggest shows here

It's also the location for your next assignment

A sort of rodeo but a little different

Yes, horses! I've been looking forward for that the whole trip

Take a look with me

I always get goosebumps when I'm at a statium

A football stadium is awesome but a stadium is obviously the greatest arena

And this was a real American wooden arena

THOMAS: Rodeo, stadium with a big green field in the middle

A round it sand and seats, in all sort of colors

In the middle of the arena were all of these hay bales

You have to reach the other side of the arena

In the field are 6 lassos

Per person you can take 1 lasso and if you reach the finish

that will give you 250 euros for the pot

But there is a cowboy or cowgirl

that are going to try to stop you

If they succeed you're out of the game and the lasso will be put back

One by one you'll enter the field but the 7th person has another job to do

That person can double the money, if they make it to the finsih

The cowboy or girl can only work with the lassos

that you left in the field

I honestly wish you a lot of luck

'Let 'er buck', like they say here.

I want to introduce you to cowboy Taylor

and cowgirl Bailey.

Wow! Woow!

Yee-haa!

So impressive that all you think is: How am I ever

going to compete with that?

Does he have to catch us? It's so horrible, being chased like that

And then it got exciting

Lassos, cowboys, cowgirls!

This is going to be exciting. Important is who's going 7th?

Who volunteers Not me!

I actually want to see how it goes and maybe I won't do it at all

These are my nightmares, that someone is trying to catch you

That you have to hid behind something

and that he looks at you. And this one has a lasso

He has to be quick and carry a lot of lassos

I want to do it, I'm doubting…

We had to take our best horse… sorry…

the best candidate to go last

You'll decide in the end who goes 7th.

We decided the other 5 will go first

and then see if Imanuelle or I

see who will go last

Who's going first? Jeroen?

Yes, very much…

There I was…

The others were in the seats, cheering me on

I have to admit, that did feel good

Then I just had to go

Come on Jeroen!

Yes, way to go!

What also was important was that the field also had 4

sort of little bunkers made of hay

You were safe in there and couldn't be roped

Did he skip two ropes?

No the first ones are there

It's a game of cat and mouse - Come on Jeroen!

Yes!

This isn't going well

You're almost there

Those animals have so much strength

then you feel very small

He doesn't have a lasso, oh yes he does!

I crossed the finish line with a lasso and wasn't hit

Hero! Nice!

Yes, 250 in the pocket!

Was it scary?

It's… it's awesome! Really cool!

Man oh man. Eye to eye with that animal, you have to intimate them

You have to look at them, make them crazy

Who's up next?

Will you go?

When I was little I did a running competition in a Dutch safari park…

which of the kids could run the fastests

from a big eagle, and that kid could run the bird show

I won that, so that was my frame of reference…

The woman is horrible, she's so fanatic

Has some sort of fire

I was very intimidated by her look

I just thought: You're not going to let me go

The cowgirl was so fanatic!

Gorgeous, but also very fanatic

This is intimidating

Come on girl!

You have to take a guess

I actually wanted to take a lasso and go for the finish at once

to the end. I thought this is heroic and tactical

I don't suspect her, but again, she failed

I'm starting to notice

The look in that woman's eyes, you can't beat it

I don't think she's very nice, it's not you

And then it was my turn

Jochem is a man of thought

Get that lasso! Good!

Jochem you can go! What is he doing?

Now Jochem! Not that way!

Is he making the horse fall asleep?

What are you doing?

It's like Jochem thought: I'm going for the sun

and wait behind this hay bale a bit

This is psychological warfar…

Go, run for it!

Well… why is he waiting?

Every hay bale, every bit of grass, was a new lead

to analyse the situation thoroughly

Serious growmoment for Jochem

On the other hand, it worked fine. In a straight line

From the second bunker you could get to the next

or you could go to the finish

The cowboy thought: I'll get you, you joker

What is he doing?

Ah, crawling, it's working

No around his leg!

He was caught on his foot

With his legs in the air

How can you put your leg…

Not a great technique, he came pretty far, but bad technique

Come on!

And then I thought, let's just try it

If I survived the fair, I'll survive this

And maybe I'll win some money

I thought will we do this, or will we do this?

Come on Sanne!

I didn't hear the candidates, I didn't hear anything

It was like it all happened in a big air bubble

Well don!

I am seriously wondering if Sanne

is really so scared of it all

Or if she plays that card as a diversion

Because maybe she's molling

That's why she's still a suspect

Watch out

Number 5 was Diederik

And Diederik is promoted to main suspect

So I took a good seat

Come on Diederik, go go go

He had to go or he was screwed

Obviously the crowd went wild

Six people that were euphorically cheering.

Imanuelle! Nice!

We decided to let me go as the 6th

and Thomas last as the 7th

Imanuelle we know, done deal

Better yet: The cowgirl should be lucky

to still be on her horse

I went for it!

Running like crazy, as fast as I could to a lasso

That woman is scary, she's after you

And she's fanatic!

How is she doing this?

I looked at her and she smiled so friendly

Whip in her hand, kept turning it and swinging it

And she looked at me

I made it to the finsih

What are we doing to do? We have 1000 now

Shall I go with 2, we have 4

Yeah I'd go with 2. 1500 or 500

Fine, that's a fair deal

How much do we have? 1000?

Two is easier to carry. More will be difficult

I'd go with 2

There I went. But the cowboy behind me didn't start with a lasso

He had to go and collect one first

And then he could try and catch me

Come on Thomas!

Go go go

Go Thomas, run!

The horse was very high and on top was a cowboy

waving a lasso around

I looked up and thought, I seem like a dwarf

Yes, very good. Watch out

Now!

Keep looking, keep looking.

Right! Well done Thomas

Ok I'm going for a sprint to the finish line

It's just a small bit and the cowboy is always late

Yes! He just crossed it!

We didn't know, did he make it?

Was he on time or was he caught?

And did we lose the money?

It's a special rodeo you showed this afternoon

When Thomas started you had 1000

That could be 2000 if you betted eveything

and if Thomas made it

You didn't bet everything, just 2

So it could be doubled

Thomas was on the brink of passing…

when he was caught

Oh so bad. On your hand, just before the finish line

Too bad. Almost there

He was caught before the finish line

It means no 1000 in the pot

but 500 euros

Ok oh well..

Is there a treasurer. I see Imanuelle coming

Thank you Here you go

I wish you a good night

It's ok, it's ok. You did your best

We still have 500 euros

It's ok but it's too bad

In the mean time we're in a phase where it's important

that all the information you can give

you really really need for the test

I've decided to make another bond

I have a bond with Sigrid now

And she doesn't share much

So that bond, won't get me anywhere

I give her information but I don't get much in return

Alright, you lost your ally

Interesting

Jochem was my main suspect but also Roos' main suspect

So that's turning my world upside down

First of all

I want to know who you're at now

Name or names and I'll give you mine

During the last elimination

Maybe it's a strategy of his

to divert the attention

That he seems trustworthy, that I won't vote for him

and that I'm cut next round

Before you go, I want to ask

if you want to sign your autograph three time

Sign my autograph 3 times?

That was weird

Why. She said to sign three times

Ok

See this autograph? I don't have my glasses

That's not yours

I think it's the moles signature

Mabye he's still lying but I need to be sure

I'm choosing to make you my ally

I won't make it on my own

Then we have a pact, we won't talk to anybody else about it

And that you say when you want to share it

So I have two pacts going. I have more to remember.

Yes, it's a fun game

Guys, who has the pot? Imanuelle

Diederik has the biggest part

Isn't it a good idea if we switch? Shall I do it?

Ok let's do it

Like it's supposed to be

Ok guys I promise sincerely

That I will lose everything and throw it out of the car

We'll throw you after

We've recounted and I have to say

that, for as far as we are in the game

we have a pretty good pot

A small applause for the new treasurer?

Already? He hasn't proven himself, for the old

JEROEN: It's just like a movie

Endless American landscapes through these roads

with a long dust cloud behind the van

Ah, amazing

JOCHEM: After a relatively short night because I had a few cowboys chasing me

with lassos and guns…

This morning another new assignment.

Again, on the American country side

And what do we see?

Bales of hay

Good morning

In this mountain of hay are 4 bales with money on them

Total: 2000 euros

You'll try and find money in a haystack

You have 15 minutes, time starts now

What?!

Gloves here guys - Ok put them on

Before we could say anything people were off

In the burning sun - I'm going with Jochem

I'm going in the middle, who wants to lift with me?

I'll go with you

I think it's easy if one person lifts and one person looks

It was difficult to come up with a system

Because there are layers of hay

And you have to remove bales to get to the next

Where are we going to put them? Here?

15 minutes is not a lot of time, we have to pull them apart

Nothing here

So I thought let's start by pulling away bales

Can we pull these as well?

It can be deeper - I just think the top

We just randomly start pulling bales

Those bales were on top of other bales

That we couldn't lift

While you wanted to know what was under those bales

I think it can be pretty deep

Here I can almost go through

Ah it's so stuck

There were no clues, no strategy

Pure physical strenght

Sigrid, Art said in the middle

In the middle? This is the middle

That's not the middle, that's the side

No these are the sides and everything in between is the middle

Here! Do you have something?

Did Art say middle or did I fantasise that?

This whole thing is the middle because these are the sides

So it's not centered

If the mole knows where they are

it's not so difficult to go look somewhere else

He said the middle, can't go wrong

Diederik, do you have any idea

calculating wise with the biggest chance?

No idea

There were about 20 by 7 hay bales

That makes 560 bales of hay

Divided by 7 people means 7 bales of hay per minute

So that couldn't be done

Jesus, money in a haystack

There is something, we missed something come Jochem.

I'm thinking: Come on!

There must be some sort of structure

I thought that Diederik, with his red face

kept pretty quiet and distant

Yes guys, we have money!

250 euros. On layer two.

This is it. Find this guys. Pretty obvious

I was very happy that when Jochem yelled he found something

Thomas reached it very quickly and yes 250 euros

Now we know what it looks like I'm starting to get tired

You get short of breath because it's so huge

to pull it out

And especially with my, let's say mediocre stamina

That was a challenge

It's on my leg, it's ok leave it

Finding one on level two is no guarantee

that's they're all there

Not digging but almost literally a mole assignment

But really deep, you can't go very deep. What should we do

This

I'd stop here. But we've come so far

Yes, but there is nothing here. It's lose

One more…

Nothing. God damnit

Just keep going, we have to lift them

With an assignment like this you don't pay attention to others You want to work

You want to find the money but I noticed that Sanne…

was pulling on that part by herself

And she said it was very heavy Role what you can role

Jochem and Diederik are the people

that are just pointing at assignments like this

While, it didn't bother me as much because I thought

We need the corners, nobody is pointing to corners

If everybody is agreeing to go for the middle

isn't the mole agreeing too?

And that it's likely on the sides?

The other 6 think: Fine…

It was already chaos so an ideal situation for the mole

to take a minute to rest

And in the mean time pretent to be as invested as the others

They just found it there, in the middle

It's not weird if it's in the middle

I just keep working alright Us too

The most annoying thing is that you don't know what to do

It's just running through each other pulling out hay

If we can all make sure this is gone?

Then we can roll one row

The next one you can role, let's see if there is anything underneath

Yes I see something!

I see something, quickly!

Here, take this one

500!

Wauw. Cool.

Right at the end of the 15 minutes a great find

Sigrid who was happy to have contributed for a change

Again, with Thomas, he was in great shape

Where did you find the other one? Here

So here, maybe it is in the middle

Candidates the time is up

Well, half

Assignment over. 750 found

It's fine by me. Fifteen minutes 750 euros

Without any form of collaboration

Congratulations, I think…

Art gives us the feeling we've acted like fools

And with 750 took home a measly prize

I thought we did ok. Or am I just happy with very little?

Will you put it back now?

Yes, you can forget about it Art Rooijakkers

We have to form a strategy with our bond

There is another elimination coming, we have to share information

Sanne and I took a little walk

To level all of our information

I've always said in the beginning of a test

The mole is a woman, and I've always voted for Sigrid

Why Sigrid?

Because Sigrid had never before or after a test,

shown any nerves. Or more nervous than she's already been

Also she's done three assignments without bringing in any money

Yes, that's for sure

I think the good thing about our pact

is that we have totally different suspects

He didn't have Sigrid as a suspect at all

Imanuelle a little

He had Roos, he suspected Vincent

He had always been wrong

He should be happy with the bond he has with me

I have to say Diederik is also a contestant for it

I always find him very cool…

Everybody is always very nervous

Is walking around, studying, not saying much

Are sighing with nerves

Diederik is just always himself

He's never really nervous. What's that?

I'm going to watch Diederik and Jochem today

So you're team Diederik and Jochem and I'm team Sigrid and Imanuelle

Let's do it like this And leave Thomas out of it?

That's a good idea

We made a deal. Sanne will watch the women, I watched the men

At the end of the day we'll share our findings

Maybe it'll bring us some information about the test

Hi Sigrid.

We're almost halfway through our trip

There are still no jokers in the game

One joker will fix a wrong answer in the test

You know that right?

It could be important in this phase

How much would 3 jokers be worth to you?

Quite a lot I need a number

1500 euros Per joker or in total?

In total 1500 euros

Ok thank you You're welcome

For me 3 jokers aren't worth that much

because I think I can make it without them

Hi Imanuelle. Hi Art

Three jokers, how much are they worth to you

I don't have a lot of money for that

We've already picked up a measly amount of what we could have had

Nohting Zeo euros?

Ok. How much will you spent on 3 jokers?

2000 euros. Nothing.

3500. 3500 euros?

250 in total? Or per joker?

Per joker. 750 euros

We raised 750 euros with the hay this morning

Let's say, that can be taken out

Jeroen, the brand new treasurer

I've asked the others how much 3 jokers are worth to them

We reached an average of 1300 euros

This is the traditional live stock exchange

Here cows, horses and other animals are bought and sold

There will be 3 jokers in the mix

The rest can bid on them

Until 1300 euros it's free

Even better, if you spend less, you win 500 euros

If you bid more, it'll be taken from the pot

You can insure the pot as treasurer

You can decide for how much

Half of it is paid in premium

You lose that for sure. It's not cheap but at least you'll be sure

I'll give you an example

They can spent 1300 euros for free

If you're scared they'll spend more

you think they might spend 5300 euros

that means it's 4000 over, 4000 will be taken from the pot

You can also say I insure for 4000

I get 2000 from you

Then they can bid without consequences to that

And everything above 1300 is insurable right?

Yes, that you can insure

I think there are people who will go crazy

because you can earn something

They'll think: Who cares if it's taken from the pot

Let's say to 1500 euros

So you insure for 200 euros

You don't have an all risk insurance on your car either right?

That seemed a fine insurance

I thought: I can't empty out the pot either

to pay for the insurance

And I also believe that the group as a whole

and the individuals will take responsibilities

And won't empty out the pot for a joker

We'll go inside

One deal. You won't say anything to the group

That's clear right

There was also an extra bit…

If I would insure more than wat the group spent

I would get a joker too

Because as a treasurer I would have done a good job

Candidates. This is the Livestock Auction of Hermiston.

Inside a lot is auctioned

You can have a look. Maybe you'll see something interesting

You can bid on it. Until 1300 it's free

Everything spent over that is taken from the pot

Have fun

We entered a weird auction room

There were bleachers with cowboys

With their hats, just slouching.

That would loosely move their hand for every cow which apparently was a bid

In an American auction the presenter doesn't want silence

Which means tht the whole time he's just

repeating every bid and the bid he wants

I couldn't understand a word

And yes, there was the first calf with a mole necklace

The bidding started

Imanuelle started bidding right away

I want it, I want it, I want it!

Within 20 seconds we were at 1300

It was really left, right another 100 and another 100

I thought: I seriously failed as a treasurer

I thought guys guys, this is 700 from the pot

We so had this coming

This can only be a slaughter

And then Diederik went crazy

I saw him in the corner of my eye. He was very uncomfortable

He was nervous, he turned completely red

It was the first time we could see the mole

What the fuck! How much is this. 2700 euros. Who has it!

27. Who?

Who do you think?

I've really looked around in amazement

at the amounts that were pulled from the pot

I can bid but the money in the pot is worth a lot more to me

than one joker

Then I thought. Ok I'll go…

I think something clicked with Sanne

Sanne thought. Ok screw it

It went towards the 2000 and I thought I won't do this

I pulled out

I won at 2000 which wasn't so bad

in comparison to the others

2000 for a joker

Then the 3rd joker entered

I knew: This was the last one

The tone was set so one after the other after the other

And I thought: Blink spot, I want it!

I thought: Ok hold on Thomas…

If you keep bidding, I'll go against you

I won't give up. Jochem has to give up

This is my joker

Whatever happens, that joker is mine

It's shameful what happened

It's human kind at it's lowest

I knew it

Jochem. Jochem, thank you.

You just caused the pot 2200 euros

I didn't expect this from Jochem

I think it went really far

Or you're a very cocky candidate

or you're the mole. I don't know

What happened? You have a joker right?

But I thought we had 1300 euros per person

I thought so too. That's why it went so fast

But maybe we had 1300 in total

Then it's empty. Then we have 0 euros

No it's per person or I wouldn't have done it

That was an interesting auction

Record amounts bid for jokers

Sanne, 2000 euro. But it's for you

Diederik, 2700 euro, One joker.

Here you go

And Jochem. 3500 euros.

But it's a beauty

Necklaces are free

Let's update the administration

It's quite a calculation so I have a note

You had 8080 euros in the pot

Jeroen as treasurer had the chance to insure the money

He could protect the pot

He had so much faith in you

Thought you wouldn't spend more than

1500 euros.

Oh honey…

Until those 1500 it was free

But you spent 8200 euros

Minues 1500 means 6700 is taken out

It wasn't per person

Hold on. The insurance costs 100 euros

It's never free so 6800 euros

Treasurer

He misjudged human kind

Jeroen is way too good for this world

You spent way more than 200

Insure more!

It's the other way around

They spent the money and I'm blamed. But it's ok

Thank you

It was a lot of money we spent

Just to get 3 jokers

How much of an advantage do we have? 1 question

And no joker for me. But that was so far out of my reach

totally out of reach

Who thought it was per person. Not me

I did. It was the first thing I thought

I bid 500 over. That's what I said

You stopped at 1300 with bidding?

I bid once…

And you Sanne, we were going against each other

I'll explain. I bid 500 over

because I thought I personally had 1500 in the pot

I thought they specifically said for the group

You have 1300 to spend, not you per person

I swear I thought it was per person

I thought it was 1300 per person - And yet you want so far

Yes because eventually you put yourself in that position

To very bad numbers

I don't know if this can be a treasuer

or if I should use it as a noose

In one hit, the group, that was going so well, lost almost all of the pot

And that while beforehand they got all the information

to keep it from happening

They knew they had 1300 to spend.

some seemed to get an unclear vision once they were inside

The jokers were too tampting

and worked as a red cloth on a bull

Everybody bid along, thousands of euros

Treasurer Jeroen took a risk by only insuring 200 euros

End result, 3 jokers in the game

and almost 7000 out of the pot

And someone is about to go home

It's a good day for the mole

The test is coming. What to do.

I have room for a bond

Impie?

Because I have one with Jochem

I finally had a one on one conversation with Sigrid

I don't know how it's going with your bond

but I'm open for new collaborations

Ok and what do we mean by that?

We can decide now. I know who Roos voted for

Ok so that's valuable information

My bond with Imanuelle doesn't mean anything

Because I wanted to use it as collateral

for my bond with Jochem. So we were stronger

There is one condition

That is that I want nobody to know

that we exchanged this

I agree. Not even Jochem

Now he did something really stupid

I share with him that Imanuelle wants a bond with me

And he just goes:

Oh by the way I also have a bond with Imanuelle

So I ask him: Did you tell her who we're on?

I can't believe it. He says: yes I did

Time for the test

Twenty questions about the identity and actions of the mole

Whoever knows least, is out of the game

Except the mole, who never goes home

The test

I'm taking the chance to go to a different spreading

I honestly think I'll relieve Jochem from the list

Even though he was very suspicious

And I still don't trust him, even though I have a bond with him

But ehm…

Diederik, that big liar

With his bevers, I don't trust him

Jeroen is something else

That man cost us a lot of money, but not insuring right

He was the only one that could keep this all together

I'll keep suspecting 2 to 3 people.

I'll throw a lot at Jeroen

He insured us very badly

It could have been a great mole action

so he's at the top of my list

I'll also keep an eye on Sanne

It's really easy to say

Jochem took a lot from the pot

That has to be a mole action

You can also say: It's so obviously moling, I don't suspect him anymore

But he can also be the mole that's very obvious

that people think. It's so obvious, he's not the mole

Jochem said to me he would go way further than Diederik went

To pull the suspicion on himself

So put people in the wrong mindset so we could be safe

I really don't want to vote for Jochem…

because that would create so much confusion

I don't know anymore

Maybe it's good that 3 people already left

So they don't have to deal with this pot

It seems that the loser for today

will go home with an even bigger hangover

Whoever it is

Sanne.

The treasurer, Jeroen

Let's look at the person who spent most on a joker

Haha. Jochem.

Sigrid.

Siggeltje.

He.

SHE WHISPERS: Fuck this.

It was, I really think so, the most devastating moment until now

And you think: I wish I had, I wish I did

But I wish I… doesn't exist

The move I made, which is understandable

maybe a bit of a panic move

I think Imanuelle took advantage of the situation

and to create a bit of confusion

I think that lead to Sigrid going home

Sigrid, you're quiet

Tell me

There is one person who I can't look at

and that person knew…

how much this really meant to me

I'm not ready to go back to my normal life

And yes, I'm a little angry

How did you experience this?

It's one of the greatest things I've ever done

Knowing you're in America

For me a place from my dreams

I really enjoy it when things are thrown at me

that in my normal life could never happen

Like, the eternal helicopter that was mentioned before

And things like that

It sucks.

It really sucks.

I think so too. Have a safe trip

You're at the beginning of a special trip. Oregon Trail.

I feel like a cowboy

The first one is fire, with fire you can cook food

Ima, how's our bond?

What are we doing?

How I do the 52-Week Money Savings Challenge - Duration: 8:35.

Hello everyone, Clifton here with another

video and in this video we're going to

be looking at my version of the 52-Week

Money Savings Challenge. So what is it

and how does it work?

If you're new to my channel I'll just

give you a quick overview and for those

who've already seen my other the two videos on it

my apologies, bear with me

I'll try and be as quick as possible

Basically, it's a savings program where you put

aside one dollar in weekly incremental

amounts. That's the standard way of doing it

so in week-one you'd have $1

week-two $2, week-three $3

right up until week-52 in which you'd

put aside $52. The grand total after that

whole year of saving ends up being $1,378

The program itself, normally you'd

do it where the amount increases by a

dollar every week but you can do it in

reverse and I quite like this idea

I only heard about it recently myself. I suppose

you could do an alternating version too

where in week-one you'd have $1

week-two $52, week-three $2

but I can easily see how that

could get confusing

Anyway there are some benefits to doing this program

namely you'll have some money at the end of it

$1,378 you can do quite a lot with

Also for me, personally, since

I'm doing it towards the December holiday season

generally in previous years

I haven't had enough money to buy others

gifts but doing this program I have so

it's been really good for me personally

and it helps build discipline and

self-control since you are actively

having to get involved with putting

aside these funds. You can't set it up

automatically. I hope they don't ever

have a system like that so that you can

be more hands-on with it

It's great for that too

Most people what they'll do is they'll put

aside the money by withdrawing funds and

putting it into either a jar,

envelopes, or maybe a box. I personally don't

like this approach since someone could

borrow from your jar and you wouldn't

know anything about it and it'd be quite

easy to lose track of what your

balance should be so lets say if someone

borrowed $3.50 out of it

How do you know that $3.50 is

owing unless they write on it

The only way to know since you're

using actual cash and putting it into a

jar is by counting it and that could get

a little cumbersome and generally

you might not know about it

until the 52nd week where might be under

and I heard in one case where someone

put random funds into

their jar but I think I've got a better

approach to the system and I'll just go

how I do it now

[52 Week HSC]

so rather than using actual cash

and withdrawing, it which could have

withdrawal fees, how I do it is I'm

transferring funds from one account and

into the other one through my bank

Now my job they pay into my check account

and I've set up a separate

savings account specifically for this

program and I'll transfer whatever

funds I need for that week into the

savings account

I do it fortnightly since I'm paid

fortnightly so it reduces the

amount of transfers I have to do and I've

created a savings plan on my Facebook

page which is catered around

that whole fortnightly system so what

we'll do now is go through to my

Facebook page which is facebook.com

/52WeekHSC so we'll go have a

look at it now and we'll be able to see

how my savings plan works and how you

could apply it to yourself as well

so let's bring it up now

[facebook.com/52weekhsc]

ok so now that we're on the Facebook page

along the left-hand side you'll see there's

a section that says Photos so we'll just click

on that option and when that loads it'll

bring up the Photos page and we'll scroll

down a little bit and right there just

by that other image you'll be able to

see the latest version of the 52-Week

Money Savings Challenge or as you

can see there its title 52-Week

Holiday Savings Challenge 2017

Right on the first line you'll see in week-2 or the

end of week-2 which was December 25th at

that stage I would've needed to have saved

three dollars and my balance three

dollars as well

The same goes for any of the other dates you

see here so the following one which says week-4

that's the week ending for the fourth week

which is January 8th any time up until

January 8th that's where I would need to put

aside seven dollars with a balance of

ten dollars. For that particular week

something happened, my account accrued

interest of a whole five cents and

it could have thrown out my numbers so

if I transferred seven dollars from my

check account into my savings account

then I would have had $10.05

so I just transferred

with the difference which is

$6.95 from my check into my savings account

so that my balance was $10 and you might

encounter similar situations over the

course of the year where you'll have

interest throwing out your numbers

All you'll have to do is refer to

the balance amount so you'll have the

correct amount in your bank account for

that particular time

Let's say if I transferred seven dollars

then my balance would have been $10.05

then it throws out what

you should be putting in although you

can do it as well. It'd be interesting to see

how that goes

I think you'll find that you'll be up

from the $1,378 if you're just

transferring using the savings

column rather than the balance column

but I like going by the balance column

since find that a little bit easier

You'll also find on my facebook page at the

top and also on my Twitter page I've got

what the current weeks balance should be

and as of this video it is

the week ending in February 5th what I'll

need to do up until that point is

transfer $15 across or have a balance

of thirty-six dollars

so you see these thirty-six dollars so

whatever is in my bank account I'll need to

transfer the difference

An interesting thing to consider is

I had a look at last year's savings and

I found that I actually put in

$3.50 less than what I would've

and that's another good thing about

having a system like this. Due to interest

I'm not needing to put in the full

amount that I would normally have unlike

using cash and putting it into a box or

envelopes, whatnot so that's the other

good thing although you'll want to consider

that you could have bank or transaction fees

For myself personally I don't have those

since it's free when I'm doing it

between accounts with the same bank but

your bank could be a little bit

different so you'll want to see if there's

a way you can get those fees waived, may be

by having a certain amount in your

bank account or various other things

like that but you'll want to make sure that

those transaction fees are either zero or

next to nothing

Who's this program for? Well you do

need to have disposable income up to $52 p/week

Disposable income is any spare cash you'll have

after you've paid all your bills, all your

necessities, all those things that you need

to get by and it's the cash that you

have left over after you've done all of that so

if you don't have $52 p/week to spare then

you'll probably want to look at making

some changes to the program itself

either you could hold off until you can

afford it or maybe what I think is a

better idea is to reduce the amount you

need to save so maybe halve it so

let's say, for example, it was week-one rather

than one dollar it'd be 50 cents

instead or you could look at quartering the

amount as well. I think it's important

that you save something and you have

something at the end of the 52-week

period so that's basically it for this video

You are not alone: Drop potions (Tutorial 005) - Duration: 7:59.

If you check Script>Items you see that the game allready have a Life Potion.

In the last tutorial we added a key that drop items on the ground so all that is fixed.

But there are no object assosiated with the potion item. So we cant drop it on the ground.

That we can fix.

We need a new potion parent for this so duplicate parCollectible_Berries and name it parCollectible_Potions

Duplicate objBlueGem and name it objPotion.

Change the sprite to sprPotion1.

Change parent to parCollectible_Potions

This is a new object so we need to add it in the object array.

Scripts>Multiplayer>Enviroment>scr_Multiplayer_OBJECT_ARRAY_Enviroment

And copy and add a new line at the bottom as you should know by now.

Now lets assosiate the potion item with the potion object.

Script>Items>ItemGetLifePotion

_item[ITEM_OBJECT] = objPotion;

Now we can drop the potion on the ground. But we also want the player to be able to pick it up.

Objects>Player>objPlayerCharacter

Dulicate our berries collision and set it to collide with parCollectible_Potions instead.

Go to the script.

/// Add Potions

var item=ItemGetLifePotion();

We can stop here.

What would happen if we create another potion? Well right now the player can collide with it because it use the same parent.

But as you see it will always pickup the ItemGetLifePotion().

Before we continue lets make this code a little better so it can be used to pickup more potions.

var item; switch (other.object_index) { case objPotion: item=ItemGetLifePotion(); break; }

Here we get the collision object_index. And if it is a objPotion we set to pickup a ItemGetLifePotion().

Lets fix our berries collision as well.

var item; switch (other.object_index) { case objBerries: item=ItemGetBerries(); break; }

Ok. Now we are set for future berries and potions.

We can now pick up the potion. But we also must give the potions to the player.

Scripts>Multiplayer>Enviroment>scr_Multiplayer_ON_PLAYER_REQUEST_OBJECT_GRANTED

And we add the potion

case objPotion: var item=ItemGetLifePotion(); InventoryAdd(item); break;

Now our player get the potion. But we need to handle it on the client side also.

scr_Multiplayer_ON_DESTROY_Enviroment

Copy the parCollectible_Berries chunk and paste it below.

Change it to parCollectible_Potions

And we are now set. Lets try it.

Lets go and buy some potions from this shop.

SERVICE!!!

10 potions please.

Q to drop

Lets drop all of them.

Early Cancer Symptoms in Men Health Care Tips Everyone Should Know Easy DIY at Home - Duration: 14:31.

Cancer Symptoms in Men. By LifeBuzzFeed.com. Please like, subscribe and share this video

to friends and family. Thank you.

Cancer is among the most common causes of death in adult males. While a healthy diet

can decrease the risk of developing certain cancer, other factors like genes can play

a larger role. Once cancer spreads, it can be difficult to treat. Knowing early symptoms

can help you seek early treatment to better your chances of remission. Consider 10 of

the most common cancer symptoms in men and discuss your concerns with your doctor right

away.

1. Bowel changes

The occasional bowel problem is normal, but changes in your bowels may indicate either

colon or rectal cancer. These are collectively called colorectal cancers. Colon cancer can

develop in any part of the colon, while rectal cancer affects the rectum, which connects

the colon to the anus. Frequent diarrhea and constipation may be symptoms of cancer, particularly

if these bowel changes come on suddenly. These problems also may occur with frequent gas

and abdominal pain. A change in the caliber or size of your bowel movement may also be

a symptom of cancer.

2. Rectal bleeding

Rectal bleeding may be an early sign of rectal cancer. This is especially concerning if the

bleeding persists or if you are found to have iron deficiency anemia due to blood loss.

You may also notice blood in your stools. Although there are other more common causes

of rectal bleeding like hemorrhoids, you shouldn't try to diagnose yourself if you're having

these symptoms. Talk to your doctor about your concerns. You should get regular colon

cancer screenings starting at age 50.

3. Urinary changes

Incontinence and other urinary changes may develop as you age. However, certain symptoms

may indicate prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is most common in men ages 60 and older. Common

urinary symptoms include: urinary leaks, incontinence, an inability to urinate despite urges to go,

delayed urination, straining during urination.

4. Blood in your urine

If you have blood in your urine, you shouldn't ignore it. A common symptom of bladder cancer

is blood in the urine. This type of cancer is more common in current and former smokers

than in people who've never smoked. Prostatitis, prostate cancer, and urinary tract infections

can also cause blood in the urine. Early prostate cancer can cause blood in the semen.

5. Persistent back pain

Back pain is the most common cause of disability, but few men realize that it may be a symptom

of cancer. Symptoms of cancer may not show until it has spread to other parts of the

body, such as the bones of the spine. Unlike occasional muscle pain, cancer of the bone

causes tenderness and discomfort in the bones. Prostate cancer is especially prone to spread

to the bones and may cause these symptoms within the hip bones and lower back.

6. Unusual coughing

Coughing isn't exclusive to smokers, or to people with a cold or allergies. A persistent

cough is an early sign of lung cancer. If you don't have any other related symptoms,

such as a stuffy nose or fever, the cough probably isn't related to a virus or infection.

Coughing accompanied with bloody mucus is also associated with lung cancer in men.

7. Testicular lumps.

Testicular cancers in men are less common than cancers of the prostate, lungs, and colon.

Still, you shouldn't ignore early symptoms. Lumps in the testicles are symptoms of testicular

cancer. Doctors look for these lumps during wellness checks. For earliest detection, you

should check for lumps once per month.

8. Excessive fatigue

Fatigue can be related to a number of chronic illnesses and medical disorders. Excessive

fatigue is your body's way of telling you that something just isn't right. As cancer

cells grow and reproduce, your body may start to feel run down. Fatigue is a common symptom

of colorectal cancers in men. See your doctor if you have excessive tiredness that doesn't

go away after a good night's sleep.

9. Unexplained weight loss

It becomes more difficult to maintain your weight as you age, so you might consider weight

loss as a positive thing. But, sudden and unexplained weight loss can indicate a serious

health problem, including almost any type of cancer. If you rapidly lose weight without

changing your diet or how much you exercise, discuss this with your doctor.

10. Lumps in the breast

Breast cancer isn't exclusive to women. Men also need to be on guard and check for

suspicious lumps in the breast area. This is the earliest detectable symptom of male

breast cancer. Call your doctor immediately for testing if you notice a lump. Genes can

play a role in male breast cancer, but it may also occur due to exposure to radiation

or high estrogen levels. Breast lumps are most commonly found in men in their 60s.

Take charge: Many cancers are difficult to detect in the earliest stages, but some may

cause noticeable differences. Knowing the most common cancer symptoms is vital to obtaining

a prompt diagnosis. Still, the exact signs and symptoms of cancer can vary. As a rule

of thumb, you should always see your doctor if you suspect something isn't right.

Leaky Gut Diet: 5 Healing Foods & Supplements For Leaky Gut Syndrome. By LifeBuzzFeed.com.

Please like, subscribe and share this video to friends and family. Thank you.

If you suffer from leaky gut syndrome, you're overdue to consider adopting a leaky gut

diet. Here are the five foods and supplements to heal your leaky gut.

1. Bone Broth – broth contains collagen and the amino acids proline and glycine that

can help heal your damaged cell walls. I've had many of my patients do a bone broth fast

for three days to help heal leaky gut and cure autoimmune disease.

2. Raw Cultured Dairy – contains both probiotics and SCFA's that can help heal the gut.

Pastured kefir, yogurt, amasai, butter and raw cheese are some of the best.

3. Fermented Vegetables – contain organic acids that balance intestinal pH and probiotics

to support the gut. Sauerkraut, kimchi and kvass are excellent sources.

4. Coconut Products – all coconut products are especially good for your gut. The MCFA's

in coconut are easier to digest than other fats so they work well for leaky gut. Also,

coconut kefir contains probiotics that support your digestive system.

5. Sprouted Seeds – chia seeds, flaxseeds and hemp seeds that have been sprouted are

great sources of fiber that can help support the growth of beneficial bacteria. But if

you have severe leaky gut, you may need to start out getting your fiber from steamed

vegetables and fruit. Also, consuming foods that have omega-3 fats

are beneficial — anti-inflammatory foods like grass-fed beef, lamb and wild-caught

fish like salmon.

Top 5 Supplements for Healing Leaky Gut.

There are many supplements that support your digestive health, but I believe the most beneficial

leaky gut supplements are l-glutamine, probiotics, digestive enzymes, aloe vera juice, quercetin,

NAG and licorice root. 1. Probiotics are the most important supplement

to take because it helps replenish good bacteria and crowds out bad bacteria. I recommend getting

probiotics in both food and supplement form. I see people all the time only follow part

of the protocol in healing their leaky gut syndrome by removing the damaging irritants.

But the part they often leave out is re-inoculating their gut with beneficial bacteria that will

keep bad bacteria at bay. So load up on BOTH probiotic-rich foods and

take AT LEAST 50 billion units of probiotics daily from a high-quality brand.

2. Digestive enzymes (one or two capsules at the beginning of each meal) ensure that

foods are fully digested, decreasing the chance that partially digested foods particles and

proteins are damaging your gut wall. 3. L-Glutamine is critical for any program

designed to heal leaky gut. Glutamine powder is an essential amino acid supplement that

is anti-inflammatory and necessary for the growth and repair of your intestinal lining. L-glutamine

benefits include acting as a protector: coating your cell walls and acting as a repellent

to irritants. Take 2–5 grams twice daily. 4. Licorice Root (DGL) is an adaptogenic herb

that helps balance cortisol levels and improves acid production in the stomach. DGL supports

the body's natural processes for maintaining the mucosal lining of the stomach and duodenum.

This herb is especially beneficial if someone's leaky gut is being caused by emotional stress.

Take 500 milligrams twice daily. 5. Quercetin has also been shown to improve

gut barrier function by sealing the gut because it supports creation of tight junction proteins.

It also stabilizes mast cells and reduces the release of histamine, which is common

in food intolerance. New studies have also shown its effectiveness in healing ulcerative

Diaper Rash Treatment: How To Get Rid of Severe Diaper Rash Bleeding. By LifeBuzzFeed.com.

Please like, subscribe and share this video to friends and family. Thank you.

Diaper rash is not uncommon in babies and should not be considered as parents neglecting

their little one. However, if this rash is not treated immediately, there is a possibility

that it can worsen in the long run. One reason why diaper rash occurs is when the skin is

exposed to dirty diaper that is either soiled because of stool or moist due to urine. Food

allergies, sensitive skin, and even yeast infection can also trigger rashes in the buttocks,

thighs, and even in the genital area of the baby.

Fortunately, there are plenty of home remedies that you can use to alleviate the rashes so

your baby won't feel irritated at all.

Baking soda. Baking soda is known for its healing properties which is why it is good

for treating diaper rash. For this home remedy, simply add two tablespoons of baking soda

into four cups of water and mix thoroughly. Wash your baby's bottom every time you change

his or her diaper. Wipe your baby with a clean cloth before placing a new diaper.

Coconut oil. Another home remedy that can alleviate diaper rash is coconut oil. This

oil contains antifungal and moisturizing properties that can prevent bacteria from forming. Apply

the oil on your baby's bottom whenever you change diapers and allow the oil to soak into

the skin. This will help lock the moisture in to avoid inflammation.

Egg whites. Eggs are also useful when it comes to treating diaper rash particularly the egg

whites. For this treatment, crack 3 to 4 eggs and apply the egg whites on the affected area.

The rashes will disappear in a few days.

Shea butter. Shea butter is well known for its antifungal, yeast-killing, and anti-inflammatory

properties that can actually help prevent and heal diaper rashes. First, wash your baby's

bottom using lukewarm water and mild soap. Let the skin dry naturally. Get a block of

shea butter and rub it in your hands until it melts. Apply on the irritated skin afterwards

to soothe the itch and pain. Let the shea butter set for a few minutes before putting

on a fresh diaper on your baby.

Cornstarch. To counter diaper rash, why not use cornstarch to help reduce friction between

the diaper and your baby's skin? Fill your baby's tub with bath water then add two

teaspoons of baking soda or cornstarch and let your baby soak in it for 10 to 15 minutes.

This will help give your baby relief from the discomfort caused by the diaper rash.

Breast milk. Breast milk is known to provide your baby with the nutrients it needs to combat

various infections in the body. Surprisingly, it is also good for alleviating diaper rash.

All that you have to do is place a few drops of breast milk on the affected area of the

skin, massage gently, and allow to dry before putting new diaper on your baby. This will

not only get rid of the rashes but also aid in soothing the skin.

Thank you.

Don't rely on routine tests alone to protect you from cancer.

It's just as important to listen to your body and notice anything that's different, odd,

or unexplainable.

Here are some signs that are commonly overlooked: 1.

Wheezing or shortness of breath One of the first signs many lung cancer patients

remember noticing is the inability to catch their breath.

2.

Chronic cough or chest pain Several types of cancer, including leukemia

and lung tumors, can cause symptoms that mimic a bad cough or bronchitis.

Some lung cancer patients report chest pain that extends up into the shoulder or down

the arm.

3.

Frequent fevers or infections These can be signs of leukemia, a cancer of

the blood cells that starts in the bone marrow.

Leukemia causes the marrow to produce abnormal white blood cells, sapping your body's infection-fighting

capabilities.

4.

Difficulty swallowing Trouble swallowing is most commonly associated

with esophageal or throat cancer, and is sometimes one of the first signs of lung cancer, too.

5.

Swollen lymph nodes or lumps on the neck, underarm, or groin

Enlarged lymph nodes indicate changes in the lymphatic system, which can be a sign of cancer.

6.

Excessive bruising or bleeding that doesn't stop

This symptom usually suggests something abnormal happening with the platelets and red blood

cells, which can be a sign of leukemia.

Over time, leukemia cells crowd out red blood cells and platelets, impairing your blood's

ability to carry oxygen and clot.

7.

Weakness and fatigue Generalized fatigue and weakness is a symptom

of so many different kinds of cancer that you'll need to look at it in combination with

other symptoms.

But any time you feel exhausted without explanation and it doesn't respond to getting more sleep,

talk to your doctor.

8.

Bloating or abdominal weight gain Women diagnosed with ovarian cancer overwhelmingly

report unexplained abdominal bloating that came on fairly suddenly and continued on and

off over a long period of time.

9.

Feeling full and unable to eat This is another tip-off to ovarian cancer;

women say they have no appetite and can't eat, even when they haven't eaten for some

time.

10.

Pelvic or abdominal pain Pain and cramping in the pelvis and abdomen

can go hand in hand with the bloating that often signals ovarian cancer.

Leukemia can also cause abdominal pain resulting from an enlarged spleen.

11.

Rectal bleeding or blood in stool This is a common result of diagnosing colorectal

cancer.

Blood in the toilet alone is reason to call your doctor and schedule a colonoscopy.

12.

Unexplained weight loss Weight loss is an early sign of colon and

other digestive cancers; it's also a sign of cancer that's spread to the liver, affecting

your appetite and the ability of your body to rid itself of wastes.

13.

Upset stomach or stomachache Stomach cramps or frequent upset stomachs

may indicate colorectal cancer.

14.

A red, sore, or swollen breast These symptoms can indicate inflammatory breast

cancer.

Call your doctor about any unexplained changes to your breasts.

15.

Nipple changes One of the most common changes women remember

noticing before being diagnosed with breast cancer is a nipple that began to appear flattened,

inverted, or turned sideways.

16.

Unusually heavy or painful periods or bleeding between periods

Many women report this as the tip-off to endometrial or uterine cancer.

Ask for a transvaginal ultrasound if you suspect something more than routine heavy periods.

17.

Swelling of facial features Some patients with lung cancer report noticing

puffiness, swelling, or redness in the face.

Small cell lung tumors commonly block blood vessels in the chest, preventing blood from

flowing freely from your head and face.

18.

A sore or skin lump that doesn't heal, becomes crusty, or bleeds easily

Familiarize yourself with the different types of skin cancer -- melanoma, basal cell carcinoma,

and squamous cell carcinoma -- and be vigilant about checking skin all over your body for

odd-looking growths or spots.

19.

Changes in nails Unexplained changes to the fingernails can

be a sign of several types of cancer.

A brown or black streak or dot under the nail can indicate skin cancer, while newly discovered

"clubbing"-- enlargement of the ends of the fingers with nails that curve down over the

tips -- can be a sign of lung cancer.

Pale or white nails can sometimes be a sign of liver cancer.

20.

Pain in the back or lower right side Many cancer patients say this was the first

sign of liver cancer.

Breast cancer is also often diagnosed via back pain, which can occur when a breast tumor

presses backward into the chest, or when the cancer spreads to the spine or ribs.

Whether you are a man or a woman, it's important to watch for any unusual changes in your body

and energy levels in order to detect any signs of cancer early on.

The sooner you notice there's a problem, the sooner you can begin to take the steps

necessary to promote healing within your body.

Cancer Symptoms in Men.

By LifeBuzzFeed.com.

Please like, subscribe and share this video to friends and family.

Thank you.

Cancer is among the most common causes of death in adult males.

While a healthy diet can decrease the risk of developing certain cancer, other factors

like genes can play a larger role.

Once cancer spreads, it can be difficult to treat.

Knowing early symptoms can help you seek early treatment to better your chances of remission.

Consider 10 of the most common cancer symptoms in men and discuss your concerns with your

doctor right away.

1.

Bowel changes

The occasional bowel problem is normal, but changes in your bowels may indicate either

colon or rectal cancer.

These are collectively called colorectal cancers.

Colon cancer can develop in any part of the colon, while rectal cancer affects the rectum,

which connects the colon to the anus.

Frequent diarrhea and constipation may be symptoms of cancer, particularly if these

bowel changes come on suddenly.

These problems also may occur with frequent gas and abdominal pain.

A change in the caliber or size of your bowel movement may also be a symptom of cancer.

2.

Rectal bleeding

Rectal bleeding may be an early sign of rectal cancer.

This is especially concerning if the bleeding persists or if you are found to have iron

deficiency anemia due to blood loss.

You may also notice blood in your stools.

Although there are other more common causes of rectal bleeding like hemorrhoids, you shouldn't

try to diagnose yourself if you're having these symptoms.

Talk to your doctor about your concerns.

You should get regular colon cancer screenings starting at age 50.

3.

Urinary changes

Incontinence and other urinary changes may develop as you age.

However, certain symptoms may indicate prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer is most common in men ages 60 and older.

Common urinary symptoms include: urinary leaks, incontinence, an inability to urinate despite

urges to go, delayed urination, straining during urination.

4.

Blood in your urine

If you have blood in your urine, you shouldn't ignore it.

A common symptom of bladder cancer is blood in the urine.

This type of cancer is more common in current and former smokers than in people who've

never smoked.

Prostatitis, prostate cancer, and urinary tract infections can also cause blood in the

urine.

Early prostate cancer can cause blood in the semen.

5.

Persistent back pain

Back pain is the most common cause of disability, but few men realize that it may be a symptom

of cancer.

Symptoms of cancer may not show until it has spread to other parts of the body, such as

the bones of the spine.

Unlike occasional muscle pain, cancer of the bone causes tenderness and discomfort in the

bones.

Prostate cancer is especially prone to spread to the bones and may cause these symptoms

within the hip bones and lower back.

6.

Unusual coughing

Coughing isn't exclusive to smokers, or to people with a cold or allergies.

A persistent cough is an early sign of lung cancer.

If you don't have any other related symptoms, such as a stuffy nose or fever, the cough

probably isn't related to a virus or infection.

Coughing accompanied with bloody mucus is also associated with lung cancer in men.

7.

Testicular lumps.

Testicular cancers in men are less common than cancers of the prostate, lungs, and colon.

Still, you shouldn't ignore early symptoms.

Lumps in the testicles are symptoms of testicular cancer.

Doctors look for these lumps during wellness checks.

For earliest detection, you should check for lumps once per month.

8.

Excessive fatigue

Fatigue can be related to a number of chronic illnesses and medical disorders.

Excessive fatigue is your body's way of telling you that something just isn't right.

As cancer cells grow and reproduce, your body may start to feel run down.

Fatigue is a common symptom of colorectal cancers in men.

See your doctor if you have excessive tiredness that doesn't go away after a good night's

sleep.

9.

Unexplained weight loss

It becomes more difficult to maintain your weight as you age, so you might consider weight

loss as a positive thing.

But, sudden and unexplained weight loss can indicate a serious health problem, including

almost any type of cancer.

If you rapidly lose weight without changing your diet or how much you exercise, discuss

this with your doctor.

10.

Lumps in the breast

Breast cancer isn't exclusive to women.

Men also need to be on guard and check for suspicious lumps in the breast area.

This is the earliest detectable symptom of male breast cancer.

Call your doctor immediately for testing if you notice a lump.

Genes can play a role in male breast cancer, but it may also occur due to exposure to radiation

or high estrogen levels.

Breast lumps are most commonly found in men in their 60s.

Take charge: Many cancers are difficult to detect in the earliest stages, but some may

cause noticeable differences.

Knowing the most common cancer symptoms is vital to obtaining a prompt diagnosis.

Still, the exact signs and symptoms of cancer can vary.

As a rule of thumb, you should always see your doctor if you suspect something isn't

right.

Work of Art 6: Retirement - Will this help or hurt your retirement? - Duration: 6:17.

Bienvenue to the series Work of Art!

Our lives are made up of series of milestones – graduations, weddings, baby showers and

new jobs.

These moments of our lives are immortalized in the picture frames that are scattered throughout

our home.

And now in the age of social media, these photos make these milestones available to

anyone with a smartphone or an internet connection.

It is more important than ever that these photographic milestones display a sense of

style suitable for framing.

For this final episode of the series, we will tackle one of the final milestones of your

life before you get to that ultimate milestone of a tombstone.

What we're doing in this video is we're putting together looks for retirement party.

Whether it's your retirement party or retirement party of a colleague, friend or family member

you will look great.

What you can be sure of is at this moment, we'll be immortalized on the smartphones

of all the party guests and even make it to a video that gets sent to family members and

colleagues that couldn't attend.

A great outfit helps you show that you respect this moment and can help someone usher in

this new phase of their life.

The question is will this sexy outfit shown in this video help or hurt someone's retirement?

Well, at the very least when people look at these photos later they will go, "Who is

that sexy woman in those photos?"

Here are the ideas of what to wear in a retirement party.

You probably have in your closet a formal dress that you probably only worn once or

twice in your life and it's just simply been hanging there.

While a retirement party might not require that level of formality, you can actually

dress it down a bit simply by wearing a white button up blouse over it.

You would simply pop the blouse over this and then tie it into a knot at the waist so

it looks almost like you're wearing a separate top a skirt.

This is still a look that's semi-formal and you're still wearing a floor length

dress but the white button up over it shows that it's not so serious.

Actually, you may be thinking, "What kind of look is that to wear a button up blouse

over it?"

Well, it was good enough that Sharon Stone actually one year wore it to the Oscars and

was a hit at the red carpet.

It's perfectly acceptable to do.

Remember, just tie it around your waist.

You put on the blouse, tie it and knot it around your waist or you can actually Google

how Sharon Stone did it at the Oscars.

Next, you can take almost any dress that you wear to work that you will consider a work

dress that's a little bit more conservative and you can dress it up for a retirement party.

All you need is a great pair of high heels and a clutch and automatically, the outfit

will look like it's appropriate for evening and appropriate for an event.

Last but not the least, here's a sexy item you can add.

I'm calling it a "sexy belt".

What is shown here is something called a corset belt.

That's just one simple idea but really you can take almost any dress or even a pair of

pants.

But in this video, I'm speaking mainly about a dress.

Let me give you an example of that of what I'm calling a sexy belt.

It's a belt that's going to have different buckles on it.

It can be a corset belt like this.

It can be a belt that has rhinestones on it.

It can be a belt that's leopard print.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a corset belt but something that has little bit more

edge to it, a little bit more sexy.

You can take one of your basic dresses that you wear to work that doesn't really do

anything for you.

Add one of these belts to it automatically looks like, okay you can go out, go to an

event and you'll look more dressed up simply by putting the right belt with the skirt.

Again here we are.

Here's a corset belt.

You can see I just really transformed a work look and made it more appropriate for an event

simply by adding the belt to it.

To work you might wear just a simple black straight dress, high heels, a bigger work

purse and a pair of simple gold earrings.

That's just what you wear to work.

There's really nothing to it.

To make it more appropriate to an event, a retirement party even like I suggested in

this video, you will just pair it with what's show in the screen, a corset belt.

There's many different variations of this but really the idea is to pair the belt that

has a little something to it, a little something-something, a little umph to it.

Again, it can be a corset belt style.

You can see there's various leopard style belts that if I pair it with this black dress,

it automatically will look more dressed up.

The idea is to take a simple dress and by adding the right belt to it, you can make

it more dressed up.

You can even pair a rhinestone belt with it and add a little bling to the outfit and instantly

it's going to look pulled together and appropriate for a party.

Again, to help me celebrate the milestones of my life, you can follow me on Instagram.

Those milestones of my life are when I add new pieces to my wardrobe.

People are always asking me where exactly do I shop and that is where I'm using my

Instagram profile for.

I resisted doing Instagram for a long time because I can't figure out exactly what

to do with it.

But I think it's a great fit where people can go and follow and see exactly where I

shop because I get that question all the time.

Follow me on Instagram if you're interested in that.

In this video series, to just recap, I gave you ideas for graduation, for a new job, for

a baby shower, for attending a wedding, for if there's a house warming party.

In this last video, we covered ideas for retirement party.

In all of them, I told you how you can take items that are currently within your wardrobe

and repurpose them to make outfits that are suitable for framing and absolutely stunning

when you look back at the photos of these different events and milestones of your life.

That's it for Work of Art.

Please exit through the gift shop.
