It is a rosette cake made with buttercream

that has an Ombré effect

that looks so pretty and elegant

It is so easy because you only have to make 4 cakes,

of the size of your choice

and you decorate it using a lot of buttercream.

so make a double batch of that recipe

Ingredients you need to make a beautiful

rosettes buttercream ombré cake.

Once you have your 4 cakes ready to go

and they have cooled down

and you are ready to cut them,

and try to make the layers

as even as possible.

to begin the game the youngest player presses the start button on the base unit

after five seconds one of the Whoopi cushions will light up that player will be the totter

for this now the tooter secretly presses the button on the Whoopi cushion

once the base unit has made a tooting sound all players must guess which player they think caused the tooting sound

players indicate which player they think is tooting by placing there noses on the table

pointing them to the direction of the tooter

if you guess correctly

Cities: Skylines — THE END... FOR NOW! (Pando Outfalls Ep. 15) - Duration: 5:01.

Hello everyone!

And welcome to episode number 15 of Pando Outfalls, a Cities: Skylines Playthrough!

I'm your host, T4rget, and today's episode will be quite different: as you might have

seen in title, it will be the final of the series for a while.

I'll be blunt: The city has grown to a point where my computer can't handle it anymore.

As I have explained on a previous episode, I play and record on a standard laptop with

very average specs, and given that Cities: Skylines is a very resource demanding game,

it has been extremely challenging to play this city lately due to its constant growth.

I noticed the more the city grew, the more time it took to load.

Last instances of the city were taking roughly 40 to 50 minutes to load and now, since last

episode, the city won't even load anymore as the game crashes after one hour of loading time.

This kind of explains the lack of episodes in the past three months.

I have been trying to find a way to optimize the game, but given the enormous number of

assets and mods, as well as my current inability to upgrade my laptop, there is nothing I can

do but stop playing this city.

I want to thank every single one of you who have been following me from the start or have

stumbled on my videos and decided to stick around.

I have had certain people commenting on every single video, which is just mind-blowing to

me, and these people certainly deserve a special thanks.

The feedback and interaction with you has been amazing, which motivates me to keep doing videos.

In fact, I have some ideas for future Cities: Skylines videos, such as tutorials, speedbuilds,

or something small with limited mods and assets that doesn't involve the creation of big cities.

I see this as an opportunity to start a new journey and who knows, maybe even start playing other games.

As for Pando Outfalls, it will stay right here until I can upgrade my system, as I already

had a lot of ideas for the city.

I will leave you with further cinematics that were previously recorded.

I know it falls short in content when you compare it with previous episodes, but unfortunately

it is the only thing I can offer you at this point, so I hope you enjoy it!

All 7 Emirates of UAE in under 7 Minutes! | Things to do in Dubai | How to travel better - Duration: 6:39.

Hey, hey! So I'm Conor, the Language Tsar,

and in this video I'm gonna bring you

on a trip of all seven Emirates in the UAE.

Right there behind you can see the Burj

Khalifa which is the tallest building in

the world and that's here in Dubai. So

while most visitors of the United

Emirates know about Dubai and

Abu Dhabi, the cities, the country has in fact

7 Emirates. Abu Dhabi is in fact the

biggest Emirate by far as you can see

from the map. And the Emirates are in

fact non-contiguous which means at times

you're going to pass through one emirate

to go to another and suddenly you'll find

yourself back in the previous emirate. So

come with me and my trip away from the

glitz and the glamour of Dubai and Abu

Dhabi. Sharjah is our second Emirate of the

day. Not too exciting to come here but

two down, five to go.

Yeah, there's a beautiful dome here.

And here you can see behind a little bit

of the waterfront in Sharjah.

This is very close to Dubai. We drove here

even with heavy traffic in about 30 to

40 minutes. So in contrast to Dubai

Sharjah is a dry Emirate which means

you cannot bring alcohol here, so

definitely be very careful if you have

alcohol in your car when you're in

Dubai and if you're crossing here, that's a

criminal offense and it's treated very

seriously.

So you've been warned.

I made it to Ajman stop number three.

Emirate number three.

So made it to Emirate number four. This

is Umm al-Quwain. And this is a nice airplane

behind me in the colors of the country

of the United Arab Emirates, so just

going to take a little stop here before

heading to our fifth Emirate of the day.

People think it never rains in the

Emirates. Look at this torrential

downpour!

So I made it all the way to Emirate number

six. That's Fujairah. That's very close to Oman.

That's on the border with Oman by the

seaside as you can see right behind me. And

it's a little bit of a place to relax.

Not so hectic, so quiet here.

We're about to go and see Emirate number 7

of 7 which is Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi

of course is probably the second most

renowned Emirate after Dubai. And we

gonna go to a oasis town called

Al Ain which looks beautiful in the photos.

So we're gonna head there.

So made it number seven of seven back

in Abu Dhabi. Here we're in Al Ain which is called the

Garden City and here just beside the

main fort in Al Ain which is on the

border with Oman. We're very close to

Oman here a long way from the actual

city of Abu Dhabi, which is a way way across the

other side of... of the Emirates. And

Abu Dhabi itself is actually the biggest

Emirate. It's like pretty enormous. So been to

Abu Dhabi before ,a couple years

ago, I came here today Al Ain.

That's it! 7 of 7! Let's go back to Dubai.

So after my whirlwind tour of the seven Emirates

how do I feel about the parts of the

country that are outside those two main

tourist destinations - Abu Dhabi and Dubai?

Well actually I'm a little bit meh about

them. The typography was really

interesting on the way down to Fujairah,

looked very lunar and it's quite

attractive. And also Al Ain,

beautiful town to go and visit but other than

those two parts that there were on of the

itinerary I really didn't think that you

needed to go and visit them in

particular. If you're a frequent visitor

to the Emirates, like you go quite

often to Dubai or Abu Dhabi or if you

even live there, then you should

definitely should go and check out those

other parts of the country, well

worth about visiting because you really

should get to know the entire country,

not just those two glamorous cities of

Dubai and Abu Dhabi. So that concludes my

tour of the 7 Emirates. If you've

THIS WEEKS MARKET NATIONAL INFERTILITY AWARENESS WEEK.

>> EVERY YEAR 7 1/2 MILLION WOMEN IN THE U.S. ARE AFFECTED

BY INFERTILITY WHICH IS DEFINED AS ONE YEAR OF TRYING TO

CONCEIVE WITHOUT BECOMING PREGNANT.

>> MEGAN AND HER HUSBAND KNOW THE STRUGGLE WITH INFERTILITY

ALL TOO WELL. I ALWAYS WANTED TO BE A MOM.

I HAD THIS PLAN IN MY HEAD I WAS GOING TO HAVE FOUR KIDS BY THE

TIME I WAS 30. MY HUSBAND AND I DATED FOR TWO

AND A HALF YEARS AND GOT MARRIED SHORTLY AFTER WHEN I WAS 23.

WE WERE JUST KIND OF LIVING OUR LIFE AND BEING A YOUNG MARRIED

COUPLE. STARTED TRYING WHEN I WAS 29.

IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. A YEAR WENT BY AND I WAS STILL

NOT PREGNANT. I STARTED TALKING WITH MY

OB/GYN. I I HAD ASSUMED AFTER THREE

YEARS OF TRYING WHEN YOU TRY TO GET PREGNANT OF TRYING IT WAS

GOING TO BE FINE AND IT WASN'T. WE LOST THAT BABY AT ABOUT SIX

AND A HALF WEEKS. TIME WENT ON.

WE WOUND UP GETTING PREGNANT AGAIN.

WE HAD A MISCARRIAGE IN FEBRUARY AND THEN A MISCARRIAGE IN MAY.

OUR LAST MISCARRIAGE WAS IN 2014.

WE TOOK A LITTLE BIT OF TIME OFF AND DECIDED TO GO FORWARD WITH

TRYING IVF. LITERALLY TWO DAYS BEFORE I WAS

SUPPOSED TO GO IN FOR MY BASELINE TESTING I DECIDED I

SHOULD PROBABLY JUST TAKE A TEST.

I WAS PREGNANT FOR THE FIFTH TIME.

ABOUT SIX WEEKS I HAD SPOTTING THAT WAS PRETTY TRADITIONAL FOR

HOW I HAD LOST THE PREGNANCIES. MY OB/GYN DID AN ULTRASOUND AND

THIS TIME THEY SAW A HEARTBEAT. FOR WHATEVER REASON GOD DECIDED

THIS WAS THE PREGNANCY THAT WOULD STICK.

THERE WERE TIMES WHICH YOU'RE LIKE MAYBE I SHOULD GIVE UP,

MAYBE I SHOULD STOP THIS. EVEN THROUGH ALL OF IT I HELD

HOPE THAT THERE WILL BE A FUTURE, THAT THERE WOULD BE

SOMETHING TO GRASP ON TO. WE HAD MAGGIE IN OCTOBER OF

2015. MAGGIE IS 18 MONTHS.

SHE'S A JOY. SHE'S THE APPLE OF OUR EYE FOR

SURE. >> MEGAN IS HERE WITH HER

HUSBAND RICHARD AND BABY MAGGIE. WE WANTED TO BRING IN THE

PROGRAM DIRECTOR AT NYU FERTILITY CENTER.

HE'S GOT ADVICE IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING GOING DOWN THAT ROAD

BUT WE HAVE TO LOOK AT THIS HAPPY ENDING.

WITH YOUR BODY. I FEEL LIKE YOU'RE NOT DOING

SOMETHING. BUT I THINK THAT YOU DON'T HAVE

TO BE ALONE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE SILENT

ABOUT THIS. THERE'S NO REASON.

IT'S NOT THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOU.

THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT WILL HELP YOU EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY

AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE ALONE, SO TALK ABOUT IT.

>> I ALWAYS THINK ABOUT THAT AT THIS TIME, ESPECIALLY MOTHER'S

DAY, BECAUSE IT'S, LIKE, IT CAN BE A TIME THAT'S PAINFUL IF YOU

ARE SO BADLY WANTING TO BE A MOM OR A FATHER.

WHAT WAS IT LIKE FOR YOU, DAED? THIS VERY MUCH AFFECTS YOU AS

WELL. >> FOR ME DURING THE ENTIRE

PROCESS I KIND OF FELT POWERLESS.

IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN AROUND THE HOUSE, YOU KIND OF FIX IT OR

FIND SOMEBODY THAT CAN. THIS WAS THE ONE THING THAT WE

WANTED THAT WE JUST COULDN'T HAVE.

>> DOCTOR, I KNOW THEY FELT ALONE, BUT IN REALITY THIS IS

SOMETHING THAT A LOT OF FAMILIES DO EXPERIENCE, RIGHT?

>> MISCARRIAGE IS VERY COMMON. ABOUT 20% OF PREGNANCIES IN

30-YEAR-OLD WOMEN MISCARRY. 40-YEAR-OLD WOMEN HAVE A ABOUT

40% MISCARRY WEIGHT T.'S ABOUT THE EMBRYO WHICH YOU HAVE NO

CONTROL OVER. THE ABNORMALITY RATE IN THE

EMBRYO INCREASES AS YOU GET OLDER, SO IT'S HARDER TO GET

PREGNANT, STAY PREGNANT AND HAVE A HEALTHY PREGNANCY.

THAT'S REALLY WHAT YOU'RE DEALING WITH.

SOMETHING YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER.

IT'S A TRAGEDY. YOU BLAME YOURSELF IF YOU THINK

YOU'RE IN CONTROL. IT'S ALL ABOUT GETTING ONE GOOD

EMBRYO. WHEN YOU DO, LOOK WHAT HAPPENS.

KINDS OF CONCEPTIONS OF WHAT'S INVOLVED, THE EXPENSE, WHAT YOU

CONSIDERING THIS JOURNEY? >> AGE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT

FACTOR FOR SUCCESS AND GETTING A HEALTHY EMBRYO IS HARDER AS

WOMEN GET OLDER. NOW WE HAVE TECHNOLOGY WHERE WE

CAN TEST THE EMBRYOS AND FIND ONLY THE NORMAL ONES AND BY

PUTTING THEM BACK WE CAN REDUCE THE MISCARRIAGE RISK TO UNDER

You Don't Need a Lot of Money or Business Classes to Start a Company | Sara Blakely - Duration: 4:32.

So, as an entrepreneur I'm such an advocate for everyone to think like an entrepreneur.

Whether you want to start your own business or not, it's incredibly helpful no matter

what.

And so thinking like an entrepreneur inside of organizations or if you are starting your

own business, I always say—I love to tell the people around me to do this: Close your

eyes and take a minute and think about how you would be doing your job if nobody showed

you how to do it.

What surfaces?

Because if you think about it we're all on autopilot.

We're doing things the way either someone else showed us how to do it or we saw and

learned from watching.

And real change only happens when you do it different than everybody else.

So all the time I put myself through mental exercises where I'm like, "Wait a minute,

I know everybody's been doing it this way for a really long time, but is that the best

way?"

And I just want to see what comes up.

I also come across ideas and inventions by going throughout my day looking at objects

and saying, "Now how could that be better?"

And why did the person who first created gum—gum to me is so fascinating.

As someone who started a brand with $5000, had to get an idea out there that didn't already

exist (the footless pantyhose) I love to think about people who first introduced things to

society, and I think about the guy who did gum.

Can you imagine!

I thought I had it tough, this guy is walking around going, "You just chew it, you just

put this wad in your mouth…" and people are probably like, "And then what?"

"Don't swallow it, you just chew it."

Like that's a pretty hard sell at first.

And I think that gum had no flavor in it when it first came out, so that's even crazier

to me.

But everything from the pencil to the fork to the chair we sit in to the car that we

drive: somebody originally had a thought and brought it forward it to society.

So get off autopilot, look at everything every object in your life, the way that you do things;

when you get up and brush your teeth, is there a better way to brush your teeth?

Is it the right way to be doing it?

And see what comes.

I started Spanx with $5000 in savings from selling fax machines door to door in Clearwater

Florida for seven years.

And I started it out of the back of my apartment.

I had never taken a business class.

I had never worked in fashion or retail, but I was determined to make this one particular

undergarment for myself and women that filled a much needed void in a fashion.

And it was the most challenging the first two years to get it made, because no one took

me seriously.

I heard the word no for two solid years.

I actually was calling all the hosiery manufacturing plants and I ended up taking a week off of

work and drove around North Carolina in person begging these people to help make my prototype

and my idea.

And so there were many, many times in those first two years: When I wrote my own patent,

I went to Barnes & Noble and bought a book on patents and trademarks.

I created the packaging on my friend's computer after work.

I thought of the name Spanx sitting in traffic in Atlanta and went home and trademarked it

with my credit card for $150.

But all of this time I was doing it I wasn't sharing it with anybody.

None of my friends or family knew what my idea was, and that was really important to

my journey because I didn't want to share the idea just for validation, because I wanted

to make sure that I spent anytime I had pursuing it instead of defending it and explaining

it.

And I think so often, so many times, people have an amazing idea, I mean you have a million

dollar or a billion dollar idea in your life, and the first thing you want to do is turn

to your right or left at work and tell a coworker, tell your friend, tell your husband, your

wife and out of love and concern you get a lot of feedback that stops that idea right

in its moment that it happened.

But for me because I wasn't using a support system in those times that I had doubt, I

ended up really—I listened to a lot of inspirational and motivational lectures.

And so I would second-guess myself, I'd put those tapes in, I'd drive around, I'd

have to give myself pep talks.

I mean it was a real back and forth for me to keep believing in myself when no one else

was.

Every time that you flush the toilet

more than a gallon of water goes down

the drain but all that water could be

reusable if we could clean it.

Taking solid stuff out of the water isn't so

hard you just need a giant screen these

are the solids that have settled out

from about the first step of processing

the sewage.

But there's still tiny microbes, viruses and other nasty

stuff in the water. Existing treatment plants

can take most of that out but they still

can't bring it up to drinking standards

The Silicon Valley Advanced Water

Purification Center, it's a new plant

near San Francisco that makes sewage

water drinkable again, but as clean as it

is the advanced purification center

isn't allowed to put their water back

into the city's drinking supply. They're

already using it for non drinking

purposes though like golf courses,

landscaping, even Levi's Stadium where

the 49ers play
