Waching daily Jun 30 2017

'k', 'p' so those are the weird ones that are like. depends on like if it's up or down

hey guys good morning I just finished my back doctors the chiropractor's. The C-H-I-R-O-P-R-A-C-T-O-R

appointment. My back's been hurting recently so I went to the doctor and he

made me feel so much better. yeah. It's early though for me. I'm tired

I went to sleep pretty late editing the vlog and no problem

today I'm so excited because I'm going to take my cousin Breanne. she's looking

at colleges so I told her that I would show her my college I'm not going to

film us being there at the college because I want to keep my schooling kind

of private for now just for now but but I can tell you know I go to a pretty

large pretty large college I'm in the computer science department and before I

was in the biology department so Breanne is thinking about going into biology so

since I know and I took my first year with in biology I know where the classes

are a few of the things there so I'll show her around today and hopefully

she's fine with me maybe filming her a little bit longer a little bit I know

she watches our channel so I think she'll be cool and you guys can meet her

and we might go to lunch somewhere else so well we'll figure that out but I'll

see you guys later

byyye

so hot

I'm here with my cousin Breanne and she said it was fine to film her and she

wants to be in the vlog. yay. but we just finished walking around my school and I

showed her like where everything was but it was so hot today it's 90 degrees

outside and we were sweating so it feels good to be back in like an AC car.

But here's Breanne. She's so sweet

hi

She actually um. How old were you when we started

started teaching sign language around here?

I think I was 13 or 14

yeah, so 5 years ago? no. 4 years ago

four years we used to come to their neighborhood and teach sign

language to all the kids in the neighborhood and so she knows a few signs

a little bit like I almost forgot most of them

but you know the alphabet. ABC

yeah, kind of. I get 'h' and 'i' confused

'h' and 'i'

Wait what was the other one?

'p'?

this is 'p' right?

this is 'p'

and what's 'g'?

oh yeah, 'p' 'g'

so 'g' 'q'

'k' 'p'

So those are the weird ones. depends on like if it's up or down

oh, okay

I kind of know it

but she was telling me that she wanted to take ASL at her high

school but they don't offer it there and she wish they did

So maybe in the future. So not all high schools offer ASL as a language. Mine did thankful thankfully

but not all of them do but they should they should. Don't you think they should?

yeah, I agree they should

I'll see you guys later

15 CURIOUSLY INAPPROPRIATE THINGS YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO DO (but shouldn't) - Duration: 2:27.

Welcome back.

You know I'm a pretty clever cat but even with all my cleverness, sometimes I just want

to cat out and do some inappropriate things.

Don't you?

Bet you do so here is a catlike list of curiously inappropriate things to do to help you out

You totally want to Step on the back of the shoes of that guy walking really, really slow

in front of you.

And then hurry down a side aisle before he turns around.

Pretend you don't notice that neighbor or co worker whose standing in the checkout line

next to you despite the fact that you actually saw them smile and wave.

Sing real loud, and off key, while you're waiting in line – at the bank, at McDonald's

or even at the library.

Walk right next to a stranger at the exact same pace going wherever they go until they

freak out and go the other way.

Wait until Christmas dinner is over and instead of lying and saying thanks, that was great

say next year we order pizza.

Spend the entire day really doing nothing but shush everyone who tries to talk to you.

Whenever anyone asks how you are answer "Why can't you just leave me alone?"

Or as an alternative – when someone starts to tell you about their life answer, "I

really don't care"

And you know you want to spend the day Wandering around talking to your invisible friend just

to see people's faces..

And its always catlike to Show up late to every event and then go to the bathroom as

soon as you do finally arrive.

Or how about When someone asks you for a favor, try to just say no.

No explanation.

No remorse.

Just no.

And it would feel great to Throw your body on the floor and scream, kick and cry next

time you get frustrated, angry, tired or hungry.

Hey – kids do it.

And every cat ever knows there is a time to Walk away in the middle of someone else's

long, probably boring story.

Then there is the classic where you can Respond to people who do stupid, irritating things

by telling them I voted to have all the warning labels removed and your days are numbered.

From now on just Call everyone honey or dear or sweetie so you don't have to be bothered

remembering their names.

Grandma types do it – you could too.

SO there you have fifteen curiously inappropriate things you know you want to do but probably

shouldn't.

If you do, tell me about it because as a cat, these things seem completely rational to me

and I want to hear how humans react.

In the meantime.

Click subscribe because I'll be back tomorrow with something curious to share.

Chase Freedom vs Freedom Unlimited | Which Credit Card is Right for You? - Duration: 7:42.

Hi there, it's Ernest from Trip Astute. In this video, we're discussing the

difference between the Chase Freedom and Freedom Unlimited credit card, and which

might be a better card for you.

(light chiming music)

The Chase Freedom is one of my most used cards and

has a permanent spot in my wallet. While I love the benefits that I receive from

some of my premium credit cards, like the Chase Sapphire Reserve, I feel like the

Freedom card is a workhorse and probably earns me more Ultimate Rewards points per

year than any other Chase card that I use. The card has no annual fee and has a

quarterly rotating bonus which means that you'll earn five points per dollar

spent on certain types of spend throughout the year. The bonus category

spend is generally capped at $1500 per quarter, which would earn you 7500 bonus

points per quarter, or potentially 30,000 bonus points per year. This is

the current 2017 Chase Freedom bonus calendar. Since this video is being

released in summer of 2017, you can see that we are currently wrapping up the

second quarter bonus category of grocery stores and drug stores, and

starting the third quarter bonus category of restaurants and movie

theaters. Also, non-bonus category charges earn one point per dollar on

the Freedom card. In 2016, Chase introduced the Freedom Unlimited.

Like the regular Freedom card, it has no annual fee, but instead of rotating bonus

categories, it has a flat 1.5 points per dollar reward structure. So, if you charge

$100 on your card, you would earn 150 points. Both cards are marketed by Chase

as cash back cards. However, there is a way to make them function more like

travel rewards cards. I cover this in my Chase Ultimate

Rewards 101 video, so check it out for more details. Basically, if you have a

premium Chase card like the Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire Reserve, or Ink

Business Preferred card, you unlock additional abilities on other Ultimate

Rewards earning cards like the Chase Freedom or Freedom Unlimited. This means

that you can transfer bonus points to Chase's travel partners like airlines and

hotels, and even redeem them for bookings on the travel portal. So, the big question

is "which card is right for you?" Well, the answer is: "it depends!"

The Chase Freedom card is definitely an awesome card to pair with Chase's premium

cards like the Chase Sapphire Preferred or Reserve card. I feel like it's a great

card for earning points quickly, especially when you take advantage of

the category spend. I would recommend this card to anyone getting involved in

the points hobby, especially if you already have one of the premium Chase

cards. The Chase Freedom Unlimited card, on the other hand, is a simple

no-nonsense flat rate card. I think it's a great card for folks that don't want the

hassle of tracking bonus categories and their spend. While the 1.5 points per

dollar may seem less than other flat rate cash back cards, keep in mind that

you may be able to squeeze more value from each point by transferring them or

redeeming them via Chase's travel portal. Again, I won't go into detail on the

process in this video, but definitely check out the Chase Ultimate Rewards 101

video for more information. Honestly, I have both cards and I

recommend and use both all the time. Since I'm a points nerd, I try to take

advantage of the categories spend on the Freedom card, but all my non-bonus

everyday purchases typically go on the Freedom Unlimited. If I had to recommend

a strategy, I would say get the regular Freedom card first, only because you'll

probably gain more points in the short term. However, I would also consider

adding the Freedom Unlimited to cover the non-bonus spend as a long-term

strategy. Now that we've covered my recommendation, here are some general

tips on maximizing your Freedom and Freedom Unlimited

card. Keep in mind that most of these tips will apply primarily to the regular

Freedom card. Number one: keep track of the bonus categories. Since the bonus

categories change all the time, it can be difficult to remember, especially if you

have other cards with rotating bonus categories like the Discover It card. I

like to carry a wallet-sized cheat sheet with me which helps me to remember the

categories and cards. You can download one for free from our website. I'll

include a link in the video description. Also, I'll often rearrange the cards in

my wallet as a reminder on which card to use. I generally keep my dining out card

in the front of my wallet. For most of the year, it's my Chase Sapphire Reserve.

However, since restaurants is the 2017 third-quarter category for the Chase

Freedom Card, I'll move it to the front to remind me to use it when I'm buying

lunch or dinner. Number two: set a reminder to activate the

bonus category every quarter. This is an easy one to miss but is super important.

Make sure you activate the bonus category every quarter for your Freedom

card. You can do so by going directly to the activation page or through the Chase

account page. You should also see the status of your activation on the account

home page. Keep in mind that you can activate the bonus after the quarter has

started. Chase will retroactively award you bonus points. The only catch is that

you have to activate before the quarter ends, otherwise you will lose out on the

bonus points. Number three: keep track of your spending. This is obviously more

applicable to the Chase Freedom Card. I personally use You Need a Budget (or YNAB)

to track my daily spend. That way, I can proactively monitor how much I'm

spending in that bonus category per quarter. Number four: transfer points to

your Chase Sapphire Reserve card if you have one. I touched on this tip in our

Maximizing your Chase Sapphire Reserve Card video, so check it out for more

details. Basically, you can increase the redemption rate on your Freedom and

Freedom Unlimited points by transferring them to your Reserve card since it has a

1.5 cent per point redemption rate versus the

1.25 cents per point rate found on most Chase cards. Number five: be creative with

your bonus category spend. You might think that you'll never actually spend

$1,500 on groceries or drugstore purchases, and you're probably right.

However, remember that you can often buy other things at these stores like gift

cards. We covered this topic in another video called "Earning Points and Cash

with Gift Cards". While I wouldn't abuse this tactic, it's

definitely a great way to earn the extra points on purchases you might need to

make. As an example, I purchased a few gift cards in May and June from the

grocery store and drugstore as Mother's Day and Father's Day gifts, and all

contributed to my category spend and bonus. Do you have a Chase Freedom or

Freedom Unlimited card? If so, which card do you find more useful? Please share

your experience in the comment section below.

Also, let us know if you have any questions or comments. I've included

referral links to the Freedom and Freedom Unlimited card. I do get a bonus

Achieve Peak Performance for Your Senior Living Community - Duration: 2:03.

One of the first questions I would ask an owner/operator is "How do you effectively

achieve peak performance in your HR operation?

And also, have you considered how you would pay for it?" At Aureon we solve problems throughout

the life cycle of the employee from recruiting through separation.

We do that for about 160 senior living communities throughout the United States.

When I talk to an owner who has one or more existing communities about their HR function

they typically already have processes and systems in place.

They have people in place, and they've invested in technology.

The question I would ask them is, "Do they have the right talent, technology, and tools

in place to not only fulfill today's requirements but also to fulfill the requirements of future

scale in acquisition and development of new communities?"

If you're a start up operation the decision to build or buy your function is imminent.

Recently a client of Aureon's made that decision to plug in Aureon's HR team, including our

HR technology, and all of our systems and processes that are state of the art.

What that allowed them to do is to spend more time in through the acquisition process and

the development process of new senior living communities.

As you consider how best to impact your organization's cash flow, growth, and bottom line, consider

your options for maximizing the effectiveness of your HR function. I invite you to contact

me to discuss how Aureon can help with your evaluation process.

How to use CAN, COULD and MAY to ask for permission - Duration: 7:04.

How are these questions different?

And how do we answer them?

In this lesson we'll find out.

We use all these phrases to ask if it's OK to do something.

Let's look at three examples.

Can I park here, officer?

No, it's not allowed.

Could I borrow your toothbrush?

What's wrong with yours?

I lost it.

Oh, Vicki.

I've got a yoga class this evening and I don't want to be late.

May I leave work early?

Yeah, OK.

Maybe I'll come with you.

That would be great.

'Can I...', 'Could I...' and 'May I...'

They all mean the same thing here.

Look, we can change them around and the meanings stay the same.

We use all these phrases to ask for permission to do something.

You can't park here.

You don't have permission.

So is there a difference?

Well yes, it's about the situation we're in and how careful we want to be about being

correct and polite.

'May' is the most formal.

'Can' is the most informal.

And 'could' is a little more formal than 'can'.

When I was a child, my mum told me I should use 'May I' to ask for permission.

It was a common rule back then and the old grammar books said 'May I' was more polite.

But the way we speak has changed over time and these days 'Can I' is much more frequent.

In fact English speakers are now ten times more likely to say 'Can I' than 'May I'.

Yeah, ten times!

So do you need to learn 'May I' or can you forget it?

You need it because there are particular situations where we still use it.

Maybe if someone's giving a talk or speech to a group of people.

May I begin by thanking you all of you for being with us today…?

Or perhaps they're providing a service to a customer.

This is Rachel speaking.

Sorry to keep you waiting.

How may I help you?

Or perhaps they're in a business meeting, and they want to make a suggestion.

I don't think so.

Why not?

It's not a good idea.

Yes it is.

May I suggest we come back to this later if we have time?

So 'may I', 'could I', 'can I' – they're all useful when you need to ask for permission.

But most of the time you're going to say 'Can I' or 'Could I'.

Now the next thing.

How should you respond if someone asks these questions?

Let's look at some more examples, but this time pay attention to the answers.

You're going to hear six different replies.

Are you ready?

Vicki, can I have a word?

Sure.

May I come in?

Mr Hale!

Why, certainly.

Congratulations.

Thank you very much.

My battery's flat.

Can I use your phone?

Yes, of course.

Thank you.

You're welcome.

Could I borrow these?

Yeah, OK.

Thank you.

May I serve tea now Miss Angorda?

Yes, please do, Warner.

Thank you.

Oh pizza.

Can I have some?

Sure.

May I have some too?

Yes, help yourself.

Here are the replies you heard.

They all mean 'yes' and they're all polite.

But which two are most formal?

What do you think?

It's these two: 'Why certainly' and 'Please do' are a little more formal.

Also, notice 'Help yourself'.

It's a little different.

We say this when we want someone to serve themselves or to take something.

Oh pizza.

Can I have some?

Sure.

May I have some too?

Yes, help yourself.

OK, now that's how we say yes, but what if we want to say no?

Well, sometimes we apologise.

Can I borrow these?

Oh no.

I'm afraid I need them.

That's OK.

I'm afraid.

It means 'I'm sorry' here so it's a gentle, polite no.

Of course we can also give a firm or definite no.

Oh Kathy!

How are you?

Fine.

Do you have a moment?

Can we speak with you about the Boston project?

What about it?

It's the deadline.

We're a little behind.

Could we have another week?

No way.

You need to finish by Friday?

Well, then can we hire an assistant?

Not on your life.

You don't like the idea then?

In a word, no.

These phrases are all definite no's and the last one means you won't even discuss

it.

Great!

So that's it.

Now you know how we use 'can', 'could' and 'may' to ask for permission.

And you also know some different ways to reply.

If you enjoyed this video, can I make a suggestion?

Why not subscribe to our channel?

And could I suggest you share this video with a friend?

Perhaps they'll enjoy it too.

See you all next week!

Bye now!

5 common causes of colon cancer - Duration: 10:06.

Hi, I am Qila.

On this occasion, I will talk about 5 Common Causes of Colon Cancer that you should to know.

Knowing the early 5 Common Causes of Colon Cancer

can help you prevent the diseases before it becomes serious or even life threatening.

we have the choice to live a healthy lifestyle today by knowing 5 Common Causes of Colon Cancer Early.

So let's get started with a closer look at what Colon Cancer is first.

The large intestine is the last section of the digestive tract and consists of the colon and rectum.

The colon is four to six feet long, and the last seven to nine inches of it is called the rectum.

After food is digested in the stomach and nutrients are absorbed in the small intestine,

waste from this process moves into the colon

where it solidifies and remains for one or two days until it passes out of the body.

Sometimes the body produces too much tissue, ultimately forming a tumor.

These tumors can be benign (not cancerous) or malignant (cancerous).

In the large intestine, these tumors are called polyps.

Polyps are found in about 30 percent to 50 percent of adults.

People with polyps in their colon tend to continue producing new polyps even after existing polyps are removed.

Normal cells in the body follow an orderly path of growth, division, and death.

Cancer is ultimately the result of cells that uncontrollably grow and do not die.

And here are 5 Common Causes of Colon Cancer that you should to know:

1. Alcohol Consumption.

The first common cause of colon cancer is Alcohol Consumption.

The American Cancer Society has cited alcohol as a contributing factor to four different types of cancer, including colorectal cancer.

Limiting alcohol use to no more than 2 drinks a day for men and 1 drink a day for women could have many health benefits,

including a lower risk of colorectal cancer.

Large studies have shown that excessive alcohol intake is associated with bowel cancer.

According to a landmark study in this aspect called the EPIC study for every two units of alcohol a person drinks each day,

their risk of bowel cancer goes up by 8%.

You do not want to have colon cancer?

keep your alcohol intake to one drink a day or none is better.

2. Dietary Factors.

The second common cause of colon cancer is Dietary Factors.

A large body of evidence suggests Eating a diet high in processed meats

(hot dogs and some lunch meats) and red meats (lamb, beef or liver)

may increase your risk of developing the disease including colon cancer.

Avoiding red meat and eating a low fat diet rich in vegetables, fruit and fiber (e.g., broccoli, whole grains and beans)

may reduce your risk of developing colorectal cancer.

Diets high in fat and cholesterol, especially from animal sources, have been linked to colon cancer.

Its because High fat foods can change normal cells into stem cells which then have the potential to convert into tumors.

For this reason, Department of Health advises people who eat more than 90g (cooked weight) a day of red

and processed meat cut down to 70g a day.

Some studies suggest that boosting calcium intake helps prevent colon cancer.

But men should keep their intake below 1,500 milligrams

because of the increased risk of prostate cancer associated with high levels of calcium.

Some research has also shown that vitamin D, which you can get from foods

sun exposure or a pill, can help lower colon cancer risk.

so, eat less red meat and eat more vegetables can help you to prevent of colon cancer.

3. Obesity.

The third common cause of colon cancer is Obesity.

The link between colon cancer and obesity is strong.

Obesity is an epidemic in the world and has been associated with many types of cancers, including colon cancer.

There is a strong link between higher BMI (Body Mass Index)

and waist circumference and colon cancer risk in men and a weaker association seen in women.

High levels of insulin and insulin-like growth factor may play a role in development of colon cancer in obese people.

Weight loss has been shown to reduce the risk of colon cancer.

All told, people who are obese are over 30 percent more likely to develop this type of cancer than people of normal weight.

If you are overweight or obese (very overweight), your risk of developing from colorectal cancer is higher.

Being overweight (especially having a larger waistline) raises the risk of colon cancer in both men and women,

but the link seems to be stronger in men.

4. Smoking.

Another Common Cause of Colon Cancer is smoking.

Smoking is a well known cause of lung cancer, but it is also linked to other cancers, like colon cancer.

We all know that cigarettes can cause damage to ever organ system of the body.

In terms of colon cancer

long-term smoking is associated the accelerated polyp growth as well the delivery of carcinogens to the mucosal tissues of the colon.

Smokers are at a 25% higher risk of colon cancers.

Chemicals in tobacco are found to be carcinogenic or raise the risk of cancers in general.

These together create a perfect storm for cancer.

if you do not want colon cancer to catch you, Get help quitting of smoking, if you can't do it on your own.

5. Less physical activity.

The last Common Cause of Colon Cancer is Less physical activity.

Regular exercise is a key weapon in the fight against colon cancer.

If you are not physically active, you have a greater chance of developing colorectal cancer.

You can help reduce your risk of bowel and other cancers by being physically active every day

Are you worried that you or someone you know, may have colon cancer?

It's never a bad idea to prevent it by changing your lifestyle before it too late.

many people suffer from years of aches and pains, and would just ignore them

and then feel so surprised when they find out it become a serious chronic diseases already.

5 Must have Indian dishes that you need to try this weekend - Duration: 3:09.

5 Must have Indian dishes that you need to try this weekend

Cut down on your iced drink treats.

Yes, it's too hot and a glass of cold iced tea is the only thing that can cool you down but you must know that these sweetened iced drinks such as iced tea and chilled glass of lemonade is one of the prime factors for summer weight gain.

A glass of sweetened iced tea contains enough calories to add onto to your summer weight. If you think you cannot just quit the drinks then instead of adding sugar, you can add honey.

Honey is low on calories as compared to sugar.

Let salad be salad. Well, summers are the optimum excuse to add whipped cream, ice cream, syrups to your canned fruit salad, and turning it into a high calories dessert while it should have been a healthy fruit salad.

Thus, your weight gain is justified. You should avoid embellishing your salad and have it in its healthiest form.

Instead of having canned fruits, you should have fresh fruits and should not add anything. Just a bowl full of fresh fruits is what you need.

Quit being junk food junkie.

Yes, there are times when you crave for a double cheese burger or pizza but you can certainly do without them. You should always go for low calorie, low carbohydrates and less oily things, like fresh fruits and veggies.

If you are not a vegetarian, you can always have healthy chicken and mutton recipes.

Say no to alcoholic beverages. Even alcoholic drinks such as beer and vodka are a reason of summer weight gain.

The usual weekends in urban cities are about boozed up and beating the heat with a pint of beer but in the process they gain at least some pounds.

Next time you feel the mercury rising, go for smoothies water rich fruit smoothies.

Frozen yogurt is no good either. People tend to have frozen yogurt, thinking that it's healthy and can cool them down a bit in summers but you must be aware that frozen yogurts are laden with sugars and artificial flavors.

Try some homemade yogurts this summer, where you can replace artificial flavors with natural ones.

Making this video because some of the leaders of nSpire Network were asking how do I get so many new people to join our business every month?

Everyone wants to know the secret. How I prospect over a hundred people per day in nSpire Network

Everywhere that I go like network marketing

events local Malls bars

airports

Parks and yes, even church

If your introvert like myself sometimes it's a little intimidating to approach new people about the business

Some days. I don't feel like prospecting

So with that being said here's my big little secret

But you still have two choices you can either. Go out there and talk to hundreds of people per day

For me that absolutely sucks

but that may work for you or

You can have prospects contact you the smart way like my team is doing and you can do the same in nSpire Network

Are you an entrepreneur or Network marketer? for nspire?

Do you have a business brand or product in need of some well-deserved?

Attention it can be tough trying to promote your product or service in the world

We live in Calais hours spent spreading your message through meetings social Media and word-of-mouth

Only to be received by few what if there is a better way to promote your product or service

What did you communicate directly to people through their Android phones?

Well now you can meet the ax survey ago think of it like a tiny beacon

Broadcasting to anyone who enters your zone up to 100 yards

promote your product service brand or promotion using a preset 40 character message and

Clickable link to anyone with an Android phone and bluetooth enabled this message appears as a notification on their phone

just like a text message Facebook notification or any other alert and when they leave your survey goes broadcast Zone the

Notification goes away how cool is that think of it as a time saver a business booster even a personal messenger?

Helping you sell more of your product or service as well more reps to your team

The best part is a survey ago works even when you aren't when you're driving

Eating sleeping or whatever you might be busy doing the survey ago is constantly and consistently

Getting you and your brand or product out there to the people in the area

And you don't have to worry about battery life the acerbic goes battery lasts up to two full years think about it

What could this do to your sales and how would this help your nspire network team grow?

Considering that Android makes up about sixty percent of the market place and most people have their bluetooth enabled

How many people do you think will receive a notification when they come within 100 yards of you each day how about using multiple units?

To carry one with you or your spouse

Maybe a few extras to give to your downline so they can duplicate your success

Imagine what that would do for your team volume, but servi ago changes the game for you and your business

So how much are these little wonders? I'm glad you asked right now a Serbia is making their Serbia

Go units available to the public with an introductory offer

50% off this is a limited time offer and your monthly pricing will be locked in at that rate one unit usually

$49 a month is now

$25 a month three units usually $99 a month is now as low as $49 a month at eight units usually

$1.99 a month for you is only

$99 a month so lock in your pricing now

How do you get these amazing a Serbia go units easy just click the button to get started?

Pretty cool, huh? Yeah, it's pretty much self-explanatory

simply create your message and include your nspire network link

Place your bluetooth on your keychain it will work for you everywhere you go?

I particularly like social events where families and friends hang out so go to bluetooth 101.com

And pass it along to your downline leave a comment. If you need assistance, and that's it

Sen. Portman, I'd Rather Go to Jail Than Die Without Medicaid! - Duration: 4:32.

Hey everybody! My name's Dominick Evans.

I'm a filmmaker and a disability and LGBT rights activist.

As a transgender, queer, disabled American I have a message for my Senator, Sen. Rob Portman.

Sen. Portman, I am a member of the disability rights group, ADAPT

who are out there right now in cities all across the country protesting

I sent a group of my group, Ohio ADAPT, to protest at your office.

Your security separated my group, would not let us come up together, and you had security follow them

all the way in. You said – they managed to talk to your aides – and you said to them, or through your aides

that you would get back a statement to us within 24 hours! That statement did not listen, at all

to what we were asking of you. As a disabled person,

I rely on Medicaid for my home care, that gets me out of bed, so I can work.

I work for the Center for Disability Rights, and I also work full-time, as a writer.

I need you, Sen. Portman, to GUARANTEE that my Medicaid, will not be lost in any bill the Senate passes.

I don't want to go to a nursing home. I live in the community. I'm a hard-working American who

who pays taxes. This is BULLSHIT what you are doing to people like me, who depend on this care to survive.

I don't want to end up dead. I will end up dead if I'm in a nursing home because nursing homes are not safe for

transgender people. They are not safe for queer people. They are not safe for people of color.

They are not safe for any multiply-marginalized person. They are not safe for any disabled person,

but it is especially hard for those of us who are multiply-marginalized.

Sen. Portman, do not let us die!!

We don't want you saying that you are only going to vote no on this bill, but you might vote yes

on an amended bill.

We will be back. We will not let you vote to kill us!

We need you to say, that no matter what bill you vote on, you will not vote to cut Medicaid.

You have to promise us that!

NO CUTS TO MEDICAID, SAVE OUR LIBERTY!

NO CUTS TO MEDICAID, SAVE OUR LIBERTY!

It's not just for. me. It's for all my friends who need these services to survive.

We will not accept anything else from any of the senators that represent us.

It is ridiculous what is happening to my friends across the country.

People in Denver were shut out in a hot room all night. They have been there over 24 hours

and you wouldn't let them use the bathroom – a basic human right!

You would not let a group of protesters in wheelchairs use the bathroom out there, Sen. Cory Gardner.

What the fuck is wrong with you? Seriously?!

We have protesters in Indianapolis getting hurt because you were arresting them for protesting

because they don't want to die!

What is wrong with all of you senators who are doing this to disabled people?

I'm a 36-year-old transgender man who has never experienced anything to this scale

where I'm so terrified that I, I want to be there with my friends, putting my life on the line.

We need to stop this. We need to stop it.

It's ridiculous what you're doing to disabled people.

You should be ashamed of yourselves, all of you.

All of you GOP senators, you need to stop.

You need to stop and realize we are human beings, and these cuts are going to kill us!

Do not let us die, because that blood will be on your hands!
