Real Time Hamstring Stretch to Relieve Tight Hamstrings & Lower Back Pain - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 2:50.

Hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm going to show you some seated

hamstring stretches. so let's get started.

Before we get started, if you haven't already subscribed, make sure you click

down there. so each stretch, 30 seconds, I've already got my timer, and we're

gonna do a little 10-second break in between just to kind of reset the

muscles and let it relax. so I'm gonna go ahead and get started, and we'll talk as

we go. so with this one, be careful if you have a rolling chair because you're

going to just kind of put both feet out, and then get on the edge. with the

hamstring stretch seated and standing, make sure you're just bending at your

hips, and keep your back straight. so just kind of leaning forward here. some people

want to kind of curl their back and try and touch their toes, but I'm not getting

quite as much of a stretch. if you keep your back straight, those hamstrings are

attached to the butt muscle there, and so if you lean forward keeping your back

straight, you're gonna get more of a stretch. so taking a little break. if you

want to do each one individually you can. so you're coming forward,

just hold kind of stretch down that way. you can definitely do it that way, but I

think sometimes if you're in a hurry, and you want to get them stretched out, you can

do both and you still get a good stretch with both of those. but again if this

feels uncomfortable, or if you have a rolling chair and it's hard to do, you

can stand up and do the exact same stretch. just make sure you're keeping

that back pretty straight and bending more at the hips versus trying to curl

down and touch your toes. so again just take a little break, shake

it out, and then get ready to go back in. so again if you if you have one that

maybe needs a little more of a stretch, you can do one, but doing both of them

just save some time, and you still get a good stretch in there. so holding that

stretch down. hamstring stretches are great especially if you have to sit for

a long time because you're putting a lot of pressure on those hamstrings. if you

have some tight knees, it's great to stretch out the hamstrings because they come

down and cross the knees. so when those are tight, a lot of times you have some

knee pain or if you can't straighten out your knee on all the way,

some times that has to do with your hamstrings being tight. so it's it's good

to check those out and stretch them if you need to. so that was the 3 times

for 30 seconds. and this is actually a part of an office series, so if you would

like to check out some other stretches, I go from head to toe, make sure you check

out that series by clicking the link up here. and if you'd like to help support

my channel find out how by clicking on the link up here, and don't forget to

subscribe by clicking down here. so remember be safe (don't fall out of your

chair), have fun, and I hope you feel better soon.

Jace Norman & Cree Cicchino's Valentine's Day Tips 💖 | Henry Danger & Game Shakers | Nick - Duration: 2:00.

What goes on?

Crush levels are at an all time high around Valentine's Day,

so here's how to be cool in front of your crush.

When it comes to outfits, do you, you don't have to dress to impress!

OK, what do you think? Good, bad, cool, hideous? What, what, what?

Let connections happen naturally.

My fortune says "A nice boy named Henry will fall in love with you."

Oh my God!

Er... That's er... Pretty specific.

- You're pretty specific. - What's up?

If they don't text you back right away, don't sweat it.

- Is it Henry? - Is it Henry?

No, I only have 91 percent battery!

I need a charger, please!

Your phone is working just fine.

89, 89!

I've got Henry's lip balm!

Be nice to them.

If you see their stuff lying around, be sure to return it to them.

- Should we try it? - Course we're gonna try it!

That is, before you use it.

- OK, all done. - Hey, we're back.

What do we do? OK, here!

- Oh, look who's back, Henry, hi! - Hey, Henry, hi!

If you see your crush at lunch, try to remain calm.

Babe, babe, look, look, look, look, look, look, look!

Babe, babe, babe, my God, him!

And finally, you should always know where your crush is.

So, do you know what time Henry's gonna get here?

His place was supposed to land at 4:54 but it was 19 minutes late,

so it ended up landing at 5:13.

Yeah, to an extent.

Which means he should be walking in here sometime between 6:49 and 7:06.

Yeah, follow all these steps and you're gonna have the best Valentine's Day ever!

Or you know whatever, 'cause I don't...

Happy Valentine's Day.

Yep, super chill is the way to be.

Happy Valentine's Day.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Shut up, Schwoz!

Six Nations 2018: All you need to know - Duration: 6:21.

Six Nations 2018: All you need to know

According to football governing body UEFA, the annual rugby tournament between England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France and Italy pulled in an average crowd of 72,000 across its 15 games in 2015 -- 3,600 more than the NFL in second.

The success of the Six Nations, which pits the Northern Hemispheres best rugby sides against each other in February and March each year, is due in part to the competitions rich history.

It dates back to 1871 and a single rugby game between England and Scotland.

From there it has grown, with Ireland, Wales and France all added by 1910.

The Five Nations endured until the end of the century, until the inclusion of Italy in 2000 saw the birth of the modern Six Nations.

With one current coach calling it the best rugby competition in the world, needless to say excitement is high ahead of this years tournament, which kicks off at Cardiffs Principality Stadium on February 3.

Heres a team-by-team guide to the 2018 edition.

England 2017: 1st Coach: Eddie Jones Captain: Dylan Hartley England has won the past two championships and boasts the best recent record of any Test side, winning 22 of 23 matches under coach Eddie Jones.

However, that hasnt stopped Jones, not one to shy away from managerial mind-games, saying his side has been written off ahead of this years tournament due to injuries.

If you read the papers then we might as well not turn up, Jones told reporters.

The expectation around the team externally is quite low, but certainly the expectations internally are very high. Notable injury absentees include No.

8s Billy Vunipola and Nathan Hughes.

Jones initial squad included eight uncapped players and, in line with a recent trend, an apprentice player intended to gain experience as part of the squad.

England begins its campaign in Rome against Italy.

A final weekend clash against Ireland -- on St.

Patricks Day -- at its Twickenham home is being billed as a potential championship decider.

Owen Farrell, a key playmaker during last years British and Irish Lions Tour to New Zealand, brings crucial game management and reliability off the kicking tee.

In the forwards, Joe Launchbury has proven to be a gritty performer; no player made more tackles over the course of last years tournament.

France 2017: 3rd Coach: Jacques Brunel Captain: Guilhem Guirado The past few years havent been easy for French fans, and matters went from bad to worse last week when police raided the nations rugby headquarters as part of an investigation into federation president Bernard Laporte.

READ: Whats behind Frances disastrous run of form? Embroiled in controversy away from the pitch, performances on it have also signaled cause for concern as Les Bleus lost all their November Tests, bar a draw at home to Japan.

The results are extremely disappointing, captain Guilhem Guirado recently told CNN World Rugby.

Its very difficult, especially as a captain.

Im so frustrated about this autumn tour [in November 2017] which was a disaster, honestly. Last year saw the sacking of coach Guy Noves, who led France to just seven victories in 21 games.

Hes been replaced by former Italy boss Jacques Brunel, who has named a youthful squad for this seasons Six Nations.

Captain Guirado is the only player with more than 50 caps.

The hooker is at the heart of a pack that isnt short on size with the likes of lock Sébastien Vahaamahina tipping the scales at close to 280 pounds (127 kilograms).

P Diddy is ice cold as he Photoshops French Montana from 'friends' snap

Sheesh, whatever French Montana did to Sean Diddy Combs, he better undo it quick smart.

Because it seems that when Diddy doesnt want you around he just erases you from his life.

Or from his social media, at least.

Posting a photo of Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar and Nas to his accounts on Thursday, to the untrained eye it looks like a chummy photo of three pals.

To the sleuth though, one will discover Diddy – or Love as he would currently like to be referred – has gone and Photoshopped French Montana was the friendly bros pic.

Side note: Bad boys Photoshop skills are legit! He captioned the shot ever so passionately: 3 Kings! GREAT FRIENDS! Love you guys.

#BlackGreatness.

However, in another shot, posted by French, its clear he was in the original pic.

While fellow rapper Fabulous was also left out of Diddys post, Frenchs non-inclusion was a little more heartless and ice cold.

And fans found it a little awkward (while some found it pretty hilarious…).

One said: The shade is real I guess. Another said: I sincerely thought him and @frenchmontana are like tight baddies.

Really?! Clearly with such friends, who needs haters. A third added: Diddy is low key the shadiest dude in the game However, Fabulous found the funny side of it – posting his own photo of the three of them from better days, of happier times, of BC (Before Crop).

Taken at the Roc Nation Brunch held before the Grammy Awards, the lads seem to be in chipper spirits.

More: P Diddy What went down in the 24 hours before the other shot was taken, we wonder? Maybe nothing? At the end of the day, Diddy did warn us he was a bad boy for life (oh come on, we had to).

Metro.co.uk contacted reps for comment.

Life Perspective | ALL ABOUT PLUS SIZE BRIDAL CLOTHING - Duration: 8:56.

ALL ABOUT PLUS SIZE BRIDAL CLOTHING

The bride looks stunning in her beautiful wedding attire.

The dress holds a very important place in the whole affair be it a heavy wedding lehenga,

designer saree or an embroidered gown.

One important note before you even plan to buy an attire is the SIZE.

After all an wedding is a full day affair, so you cannot compromise with your comfort

by buying something too loose or too tight or too revealing.

This is a major issue with the ones looking for Plus Size Clothing.

To be honest the real problem begins here (no body shaming): –

* There is a lot of discrimination in the bridal industry, they fail brides who are

larger than size 16.

* Few designers or salons automatically grab ball gown for the plus size brides making

them look like tent, saving their customers – A big thumps down.Plus Size Bridal Outfits

* Bridal industries are downright cruel to anyone who is a size 18 or up.

Here are certain things you really need to read, understand and then insert it in your

brain (so that it stays there and helps).

* Pick up your phone and call the best stores and designers in town.

Tell them your size (no shame, no apologies) and straight away ask them if they can help

you.

Until you find them, keep calling.

* Look for big box stores, they do have a bad reputation, but are of great help in enriching

your shopping experience.

* It's your wedding, your show.

Do look for a sales person who is excited to serve you.

Ask for recommendations, opinions, but don't let them control your shopping experience

(same applies for an over conscious mother and obsessed friends).

* At times, you need to ignore the size tag.

Does it fit?

If yes, Great.

Continue shopping till you find one perfect.

* If nothing works the way you have planned umpteen times in your head, no worries as

there are always needles and threads.

* Be your confident self even when the sales person advices you to lose weight, kindly

shut them up and search for someone better.

* Last but not the least, Have FUN.

It is going to be an important part of your wedding journey, which will be remembered

for so many years to come.

Make it a worthy affair and one sensible monetary business.

So, go for anything that makes you look like the beautiful princess you are without making

you feel uncomfortable.

Never ever entertain fashion out of your comfort zone.

Is My Girlfriend An Insider And Can The Trustee Sue Her? - Duration: 2:34.

The trustee says he wants to sue my girlfriend because of a payment that I made to her about

three or four or five months ago. The trustee says he can go after her because she's an

insider. What's an "insider" and is my girlfriend an insider?

My name is Ron Drescher. I'm an attorney practicing bankruptcy and creditor's rights in Maryland,

Delaware, Pennsylvania and Virginia. An insider is somebody who appears to be so closely associated

with a debtor that they don't have an arm's-length transaction or relationship with them. So

they are more likely to treat them differently than they would treat some other creditor

that they deal with on a normal basis, like a credit card company or a vendor or someone

like that. So a girlfriend is likely to be considered an insider because of that special

close, intimate relationship that you have with her.

Now, why does that matter? In a case where a trustee wants to recover a preferential

payment (which is payment on a debt that a debtor made before the bankruptcy), the general

rule is that the trustee can only look back to payments made during the 90 days before

bankruptcy to recover those. But if the payment was made to an insider, the trustee can look

back up to a year before the bankruptcy and that makes a big difference. That actually

becomes a very important thing to consider when you are planning a bankruptcy case.

Your girlfriends, your boyfriends, someone like that, your very close friend, your golf

buddies could very well be considered an insider. So if you're paying them back debts that you

owe them, you should consider whether or not a trustee will be able to sue them in your

bankruptcy case.

My name is Ron Drescher. I'm an attorney practicing bankruptcy and creditor's rights. If you have

a question about a payment you made to somebody very close to you, before you file bankruptcy

please pick up the phone and call me. I would love to hear from you.

ONE I.T.

GUY, I CAN PROVIDE AN ENTIRE STAFF THAT IS REMOTE,

SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO HOUSE THEM.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO PUT AN OFFICE IN FRONT OF THEM.

AND IT'S AT PROBABLY, I WOULD SAY, ON AVERAGE UP TO 95% LESS

PER YEAR THAN HIRING JUST ONE I.T.

GUY AND YOU GET AN ENTIRE STAFF.

THAT SOUNDS PRETTY GOOD, RIGHT?

>>Julian: WOW.

I'LL HAVE TO KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN I START MY OWN BUSINESS.

[ LAUGHTER ] >>Karmen: THERE YOU GO.

THERE YOU GO.

SO, LAST SUMMER, YOU AND I MET AND WE WERE TALKING ABOUT YOUR

COMPANY AND YOU HAD TOLD ME ABOUT HOW IGTech365 LIKES TO

GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY.

GIVE US AN IDEA ABOUT SOME OF THE COMPANIES YOU GUYS GET

INVOLVED WITH AND WAYS THAT YOU GIVE BACK.

>>Josh Holcombe: SURE.

WELL, WHAT WE'VE DONE IS -- YOU KNOW, WE DON'T HAVE A TON OF

MONEY TO SPEND, BUT WHAT WE DO HAVE IS WE DO HAVE TIME AND

EXPERTISE.

WE THOUGHT -- YOU KNOW, WE'VE PARTNERED WITH A COUPLE OF

DIFFERENT COMPANIES, LIKE NUTRITION SOLUTIONS, WHICH

DOES PRE-PREPARED MEALS, RIGHT?

AND THEY WERE GIVING OUT FOOD TO SOME OF THE HOMELESS.

THAT REALLY INSPIRED ME.

CHRIS CAVALLINI IS THE OWNER OVER THERE, AND WE'VE HAD SOME

PRETTY DETAILED CONVERSATIONS ABOUT HOW GIVING BACK REALLY

HELPS NOT ONLY THE BUSINESS AND THE PEOPLE THAT ARE IN YOUR

BUSINESS, BUT IT HELPS THE COMMUNITY.

WE DECIDED THAT WHAT WE COULD DO IS WE COULD TAKE COMPUTERS IN,

RIGHT?

SO WE TAKE ANY COMPUTER THAT YOU WANT TO BRING DOWN.

WE TRY TO KEEP IT WITHIN SEVEN YEARS SO THAT IT'S RELEVANT TO

THE PEOPLE THAT WE'RE GOING TO BE GIVING IT TO.

AND WE WIPE EVERYTHING COMPLETELY CLEAN OFF OF THE

COMPUTER, AND THEN WE RELOAD AN OPERATING SYSTEM ON THERE AND

SOME SORT OF PRODUCTIVITY SOFTWARE.

SO VERY SIMILAR TO LIKE A MICROSOFT OFFICE, LIKE THE

WORD, PowerPoint, EXCEL.

WE USE A FREE VERSION CALLED OpenOffice.

THEN WE GET IT OUT TO DIFFERENT CHARITIES OR JUST PEOPLE IN

NEED.

WE HAVE A WEBSITE.

YOU GO THERE, CLICK ON DONATIONS.

YOU CAN ACTUALLY FILL OUT A FORM AND SUBMIT IF YOU ARE IN NEED.

AND WE'LL PUT YOU ON A LIST.

AND AS YOU COME UP, WE'LL GET SOME COMPUTERS OUT TO YOU AS

THEY BECOME AVAILABLE.

>>Karmen: I WAS GOING TO ASK ONE MORE QUESTION.

YOUR STAFF ALSO -- I THINK I SAW ON YOUR WEBSITE -- THEY GET

INVOLVED WITH OTHER CHARITIES.

THEY DONATE THEIR TIME AND STUFF.

>>Josh Holcombe: UM-HUM.

YEAH, WE'VE WORKED WITH CHARITIES LIKE METROPOLITAN

MINISTRIES EVERY YEAR.

WE GO OUT AND WE VOLUNTEER A DAY AT METROPOLITAN MINISTRIES.

WE JUST COMPLETED THAT.

AND THEN WE'VE HELPED TAMPA CROSSROADS, WHICH

SPECIALIZES IN VETERANS, WITH VETERANS AND TRYING TO HELP

THEM GET BACK ON THEIR FEET.

AMVETS, WE JUST DONATED A LAPTOP TO.

THEY HAVE A MINISTER THERE THAT IS HEADING UP THEIR

FOOD PROGRAM, THEIR FOOD DRIVE.

AND THEY HAVE TO RECORD DATA ON AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET, RIGHT?

WELL, SHE WAS HAVING TO TAKE ALL THOSE PIECES OF PAPER HOME AND

PUT IT ONTO HER PERSONAL COMPUTER AT HOME.

WELL, WHEN WE FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS THROUGH ONE OF THE WORKERS

THAT'S AT OUR OFFICE, I WAS LIKE, "YOU KNOW WHAT?

WHY DON'T WE JUST GET HER A COMPUTER?

SHE CAN ENTER EVERYTHING RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT AND NOT HAVE

TO TAKE THE WORK HOME WITH HER IN ADDITION TO."

LET'S MAKE IT AS EASY AS WE CAN FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE OUT THERE

TRYING TO HELP OUR VETERANS, RIGHT?

AND THEN WE'VE ALSO HELPED JUST RECENTLY --

ACTUALLY, KARMEN INTRODUCED US TO "READY FOR LIFE PINELLAS."

AND WE WENT OVER THERE WITH KATHY MIZE, AND WE DONATED FOUR

OF THE HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY'S LAPTOPS TO THEM.

WE REFURBISHED THEM.

GOT EVERYTHING WIPED OUT. AND KARMEN ALSO DONATED SOME

MICROSOFT OFFICE PLATFORM FOR THEM.

SO THEY HAVE ACTUAL WORD, PowerPoint, EXCEL, ALL OF THE

OFFICE SUITE ON THOSE COMPUTERS.

AND WE TOOK A COUPLE OF COMPUTERS BACK IN ADDITION

TO THAT.

AND WE DID THE SAME THING WITH THEIR COMPUTERS THAT THEY WERE

HAVING TROUBLE WITH.

THE ONE THING THAT I DID FIND VERY INTERESTING ABOUT

READY FOR LIFE IS THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP THOSE

AGING-OUT KIDS FOR THE FOSTER CARE PROGRAM, RIGHT?

AND NOT EVERYBODY HAS IT AS GOOD AS EVERYBODY ELSE, BUT I CAN

TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO BRING SOME SORT OF NORMALCY TO

KIDS THAT ARE COMING OFF THE STREET THAT ARE HOMELESS.

25% IS THE FIGURE THAT THEY GAVE ME OF KIDS THAT ARE IN THEIR

PROGRAM THAT ARE CURRENTLY HOMELESS.

>>Julian: WOW.

>>Josh Holcombe: YEAH, THAT'S SAD, RIGHT?

SO THEY PUT IN A SHOWER AND A WASHER AND DRYER AND A LOCKER,

RIGHT?

WHEN THESE KIDS COME IN, THEY'RE IN THAT KIND OF

DEFENSIVE, FIGHT-OR-FLIGHT MODE COMING OFF THE STREETS, RIGHT?

>>Julian: I BET.

>>Josh Holcombe: SO WHEN WE GOT THERE, THE DRYER WAS JUST

SITTING THERE KIND OF BACKWARDS.

I'M LIKE, "HEY, WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THE DRYER?"

AND SHE TOLD ME A PRETTY TOUCHING STORY.

AND SHE SAID, YEAH, WELL, WE DIDN'T HAVE THE FUNDS TO GET THE

DRYER CABLE, SO THAT'S WHAT WE'RE WAITING ON.

BUT IT WOULD BE NICE TO LET THEM TAKE A SHOWER AND WASH THEIR

CLOTHES, RIGHT?

MAKE THEM FEEL NORMAL AGAIN AND KIND OF BREAK DOWN SOME OF THOSE

BARRIERS SO THAT WE CAN GET THROUGH TO THEM.

WELL, WHEN I WENT TO GO DROP OFF THE THREE ADDITIONAL LAPTOPS

THAT THEY HAD GIVEN US TO KIND OF REFURBISH FOR THEM, I WENT

AHEAD AND GRABBED A DRYER CORD, WENT AND HOOKED IT UP SO THAT

SOME OF THOSE KIDS CAN START GETTING THAT NORMALCY BACK.

>>Karmen: THAT IS SO COOL.

>>Josh Holcombe: FOR ME, IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY.

IT'S ABOUT WHAT I CAN DO TO HELP A KID THAT IS IN NEED BECAUSE

THEY ARE OUR FUTURE, RIGHT?

MY 14-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER, I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW I WOULD FEEL IF SHE

WAS IN THAT POSITION.

SO I WANT TO HELP EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM THAT I CAN.

THOSE ARE WHO WE'VE WORKED WITH SO FAR.

THERE ARE PROBABLY OTHER ONES THAT I'M FORGETTING.

I'M SORRY.

[ LAUGHTER ] BUT THOSE ARE THE MAIN ONES THAT

WE'VE HELPED PROBABLY WITHIN THE LAST SIX MONTHS THAT WE'VE BEEN

INVOLVED IN, AND THEN WE'RE GOING TO MOVE FORWARD INTO 2018

WITH READY FOR LIFE.

WE ARE GOING TO REALLY FOCUS ON THEM AND TRY TO GET DOWN THERE

TO ACTUALLY DO SOME TEACHING FOR HOW TO BUILD RESUMS,

WHAT EMPLOYERS ARE LOOKING FOR, SOME BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS SO

THEY CAN GET THROUGH AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET OR MAYBE WRITE THAT

RESUM, YOU KNOW, THOSE KIND OF THINGS.

>>Julian: I'M CURIOUS TO KNOW, JUST GETTING BACK A LITTLE BIT

TO THE ORIGINS OF THE PROGRAM, I MEAN, IN MY ENTIRE LIFE OF

HEARING STORIES ON TELEVISION AND JUST SEEING THINGS IN MY

REAL LIFE, I'VE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF, LIKE, ANYONE JUST DONATING

COMPUTERS, REALLY, AND GIVING THEM TO PEOPLE AND GIVING THEM

ACCESS TO THIS TECHNOLOGY.

HOW DID YOU MAKE THE CONNECTION TO DO THAT?

>>Josh Holcombe: WE WERE TAKING OUR OLD COMPUTERS, AND ONE OF

OUR CLIENTS WAS eCycle FLORIDA, WHICH IS AN R2

CERTIFIED RECYCLING CENTER FOR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT.

SO WHEN WE WOULD HAVE AN OLD MACHINE, WE WOULD TAKE IT DOWN

THERE AND HAVE THEM RECYCLE IT.

WELL, AS WE STARTED THINKING ABOUT IT -- AND I MET CHRIS

CAVALLINI, AND WE STARTED HAVING SOME CONVERSATIONS, AND I

STARTED THINKING, YOU KNOW, BETWEEN MYSELF AND AARON,

THE CEO, WE WANTED TO DO SOMETHING TO GIVE BACK.

AND WE DID THE METROPOLITAN MINISTRIES FOR THE FIRST YEAR

WITH OUR TEAM, AND WE WERE LIKE, WE CAN DO MUCH MORE, RIGHT?

SO DURING THAT WHOLE KIND OF PROCESS, THIS METAMORPHOSIS OF

WHAT CAN WE DO, WE BROUGHT OUR WHOLE COMPANY IN.

WE SAT AROUND THE CONFERENCE ROOM TABLE, AND WE HASHED OUT,

"WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP OUR COMMUNITY?"

WE CAME UP WITH, WELL, IF WE CAN GET PEOPLE TO DONATE SOME

COMPUTERS, MAYBE THAT WOULD WORK, RIGHT?

THEN WE STARTED PUTTING FEELERS OUT.

HEY, ANYBODY GOT ANY COMPUTERS?

WELL, ONE OF THE GIRLS THAT WORKS FOR US, HER CHURCH HAD

FIVE OR SIX COMPUTERS, AND THEY WANTED TO RECYCLE THEM.

I WAS LIKE, WELL, MAYBE WE CAN TAKE THOSE IN, REFURBISH THEM,

AND PUT THEM BACK OUT IN THE COMMUNITY.

AND THAT'S KIND OF HOW THAT WHOLE THING STARTED WAS ALL

BASED ON A CHURCH HAD SOME COMPUTERS AVAILABLE.

WE WERE THINKING, "WHAT CAN WE DO?"

AND IT JUST KIND OF ALL CAME TOGETHER BECAUSE THE ONE THING

THAT -- LIKE I SAID, WE DON'T HAVE A TON OF MONEY, BUT WE HAVE

TIME, RIGHT?

AND I'M WILLING TO SACRIFICE THAT TIME, ANYTHING THAT WE CAN

DO TO HELP, BECAUSE SOMEBODY ELSE HAS GOT TO BE OUT THERE

THINKING THE SAME THING AND DOING THAT FOR SOMEONE ELSE.

>>Karmen: UM-HUM.

>>Josh Holcombe: YOU KNOW, AND THE MORE THAT WE HELP EACH

OTHER -- I WANT TO KIND OF GET BACK TO MY ROOTS, AND THAT'S

TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED, RIGHT?

>>Julian: I LOVE IT.

>>Karmen: I DO, TOO.

>>Julian: SOME PEOPLE HAVE MONEY AND DON'T HAVE TIME.

I DON'T HAVE MONEY, SO I HAVE TIME.

I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND WHERE YOU'RE COMING FROM.

[ LAUGHTER ] >>Karmen: WITH YOUR BACKGROUND

THERE IN THE TECHNOLOGY, IT JUST IS SUCH A PERFECT FIT, AND

EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT COMPUTERS ARE SUCH A PART OF EVERYBODY'S

LIVES, BUT THEY ARE SO OUT OF REACH FOR SO MANY.

>>Julian: SO, I WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW YOU GUYS ARE

REACHING OUT TO PEOPLE AND GETTING DONATIONS RIGHT NOW.

HOW IS THAT WORKING OUT?

>>Josh Holcombe: OKAY.

WE GOT THE CHURCH DONATIONS.

WE'VE GOTTEN A COUPLE OF OTHER ONES, BUT WE'RE REALLY

STRUGGLING TO TRY TO FIND MORE.

BUT YOU KNOW WHAT'S REALLY INTERESTING -- AND WE'VE MADE A

WEB PRESENCE.

ON OUR WEBSITE, WE'VE ACTUALLY INCLUDED THAT.

IN OUR MAIN MENU BAR IS "DONATE COMPUTERS."

SO PEOPLE CAN CLICK ON IT.

THEY CAN GET THE INFORMATION.

THEY CAN SEE WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR, WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR,

BECAUSE WE CAN'T TAKE PRINTERS AND CRT MONITORS AND THAT KIND

OF THING JUST BECAUSE THE DISPOSAL IS GOING TO COST MONEY

FOR US TO DO IT.

IF YOU NEED TO DISPOSE OF THAT, TAKE IT TO eCycle,

FOR EXAMPLE.

BUT IN A LOT OF CASES, YOU'RE GOING TO NEED TO FIND A DUMP,

SOMETHING LIKE THAT, TO TAKE THOSE KIND OF THINGS TO.

THE INTERESTING THING IS TRYING TO FIND CHARITIES THAT ACTUALLY

WANT COMPUTERS OR WANT TO ACCEPT THESE DONATIONS.

AND I THOUGHT THAT, HEY, I'M GIVING SOMETHING OUT FOR FREE,

AND IF IT'S FREE, IT'S FOR ME BECAUSE THAT'S HOW I LIVE,

RIGHT?

BUT THAT'S NOT THE CASE.

IN A LOT OF CASES, IT'S FIGHTING THROUGH THE BUREAUCRACY TRYING

TO GET TO SOMEONE THAT IS WILLING TO ACCEPT IT,

AND MAYBE YOU CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM.

>>Karmen: WOW.

>>Josh Holcombe: SO WHEN WE FOUND READY FOR LIFE, THANKS TO

KARMEN, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE.

THEY HAVE TONS OF KIDS, YOU KNOW, 400-PLUS KIDS JUST IN

THAT ONE FACILITY.

SO WE HAVE A STEADY STREAM OF NEED NOW.

NOW WE NEED TO DEVELOP A STREAM OF COMPUTERS COMING IN, IN ORDER

TO GET THEM OUT.

>>Karmen: WELL, YOU KNOW, EVERYBODY SEEMS TO UPGRADE EVERY

FEW YEARS.

YOU JUST HAVE TO.

TECHNOLOGY IS MOVING SO FAST.

YOU'RE OUT OF DATE.

THERE'S GOT TO BE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT WE CAN FIGURE OUT

A WAY TO CONNECT WITH THAT CAN HELP.

IT JUST SEEMS -- I MEAN, EVERYBODY IS ALWAYS UPDATING

COMPUTERS, WHETHER IT'S INDIVIDUALS, COMPANIES,

ANYTHING.

SMALL COMPANIES LIKE US I THINK WOULD BE REALLY IDEAL IF WE CAN

FIND THEM AND GET THE WORD OUT TO THEM BECAUSE THEY HOLD ON AS

LONG AS THEY CAN, BUT NOBODY HOLDS ON TO A COMPUTER FOR SEVEN

YEARS ANYMORE.

>>Josh Holcombe: YEP.

INDUSTRY STANDARD IS ANYWHERE FROM FOUR TO FIVE YEARS MAXIMUM.

FIVE IS REALLY PUSHING IT IN A STANDARD OFFICE USE.

HOME USE, YOU'RE PROBABLY CLOSER TO THAT FIVE TO SEVEN.

AND IF YOU'RE LOOKING AT MAC COMPUTERS, YOU'RE PROBABLY SEVEN

TO TEN YEARS BEFORE END OF LIFE -- COMPLETE END OF LIFE.

>>Karmen: YEAH, WHEN THE SMOKE COMES OUT OF IT.

[ LAUGHTER ] >>Josh Holcombe: YEAH, YOU KNOW

WHEN IT'S DEGRADING.

THINGS START RUNNING SLOWER, THAT KIND OF THING.

>>Karmen: YES.

>>Julian: SO HOW ARE YOU SO FAR GETTING THE WORD OUT OR HAS IT

JUST BEEN SORT OF HAPPY COINCIDENCES THAT PEOPLE ARE

LIKE, HEY -- >>Josh Holcombe: PUT IT OUT

ON Facebook.

WE'RE BOOSTING POSTS ON Facebook IN ORDER TO REACH

MORE PEOPLE.

ACTUALLY, THAT WAS ONE OF THE ONES THAT WE JUST DID.

THAT'S ACTUALLY GAINED QUITE A BIT OF TRACTION.

>>Karmen: GOOD.

>>Josh Holcombe: BUT THAT AND THE WEBSITE

AND TALKING TO PEOPLE.

I'M A MEMBER OF THE TAMPA CHAMBER, WESLEY CHAPEL

CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.

ANYTIME WE CAN, THE WESLEY CHAPEL CHAMBER OF

COMMERCE IS ACTUALLY A DONATION LOCATION, SO PEOPLE CAN COME

DROP OFF. AND HOPEFULLY THE LOCATIONS THAT

WILL ACTUALLY TAKE THESE COMPUTERS ARE ACTUALLY TALKING

TO THEIR PEOPLE AS WELL, OR CUSTOMERS, AND SAYING, HEY,

YOU KNOW, AND TRYING TO SPREAD THE WORD.

>>Julian: YOU TALKED ABOUT ON YOUR WEBSITE YOU HAVE A LIST OF

SORTS OF THINGS YOU'RE LOOKING FOR.

TELL US WHAT KIND OF COMPUTERS AND THINGS THAT YOU'RE LOOKING

FOR OR NOT LOOKING FOR.

>>Josh Holcombe: OKAY.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, THE TECHNOLOGY NEEDS TO BE LESS

THAN SEVEN YEARS OLD.

IF IT DOES HAVE A WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM,

THAT'S EVEN BETTER.

WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS WILL KEEP IT UNANIMOUS BECAUSE

EVERYBODY KNOWS WINDOWS, RIGHT?

IF NOT, NO BIG DEAL.

WHEN WE WIPE IT, WE'LL RELOAD LIKE UBUNTU, WHICH IS A FREEWARE

PRODUCT LIKE A LINUX-TYPE OF OPERATING SYSTEM.

IT LOOKS VERY SIMILAR, A SIMILAR LOOK AND FEEL

TO A MICROSOFT SYSTEM.

IT NEEDS TO POWER ON.

SO IT'S GOT TO WORK, RIGHT?

[ LAUGHTER ] >>Karmen: ALWAYS IMPORTANT.

>>Julian: I WOULD THINK THAT WOULD HELP.

>>Josh Holcombe: NO CONSUMABLES OR LIKE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.

TONERS, LIQUIDS, THAT KIND OF THING, WE DON'T WANT THAT.

LAPTOPS, THE SCREEN NEEDS TO COME ON AND WORK.

THE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE NEED TO BE OPERABLE AND THE POWER

ADAPTER NEEDS TO BE SUPPLIED.

DESKTOPS, MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN REASONABLE CONDITION.

WE DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE PRETTY.

WE DON'T CARE IF THEY HAVE 125 STICKERS ON THEM.

WE'LL CLEAN THEM OFF.

NO BIG DEAL.

BUT IF YOU DO HAVE THE MOUSE, KEYBOARD, CABLES, THAT'S FINE.

OR IF YOU JUST HAVE MOUSE, KEYBOARD, AND CABLES AND YOU

WANT TO GO DROP THOSE OFF BECAUSE YOU'VE GOT SOME NEW

ONES, BECAUSE MAYBE YOUR FAVORITE SPORTS TEAM, YOU GOT A

NEW MOUSE WITH YOUR SPORTS TEAM ON IT, WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE,

IF YOU WANT TO DROP THOSE OFF, THAT'S GREAT, TOO.

MONITORS, YOU HAVE A NEW MONITOR THAT YOU JUST BOUGHT OR MAYBE

YOU'RE USING YOUR TV NOW AND YOU'VE GOT A MONITOR JUST

SITTING IN THE CLOSET LIKE I DO AT HOME RIGHT NOW, THAT'S GOING

TO COME DOWN TO THE OFFICE AND GET DONATED.

BUT WE NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT CRT MONITORS.

BASICALLY, WHAT I MEAN BY THAT IS IF YOU HAVE A FLAT-PANEL TV,

IT WILL LOOK VERY SIMILAR TO IT.

SO LESS THAN, YOU KNOW, THREE TO FOUR INCHES THICK, RIGHT?

IF IT'S A FOOT THICK, YOU'VE GOT A CRT MONITOR.

WE CAN'T USE IT, RIGHT?

BUT TABLETS, THE SCREEN ISN'T CRACKED AND THE TOUCH CONTROL

ACTUALLY WORKS.

WINDOWS, MAC, AND ANDROID.

AND, ALSO, CELL PHONES.

WE'LL DISPOSE OF THOSE FOR YOU.

WE'RE NOT GOING TO REUSE THEM.

WE'RE NOT GOING TO REPROVISION THEM, BUT WE'LL GET THEM DOWN TO

eCycle.

YOU CAN BRING RECYCLABLES TO -- THE TECHNOLOGY RECYCLABLES TO

ANY OF OUR LOCATIONS FOR PICKUP, AND WE'LL KIND OF WEED THROUGH

IT, AND IF WE CAN USE SOME OF THE PARTS ON ONE PERSON'S

MACHINE ON ANOTHER PERSON'S MACHINE TO MAKE IT WORK OR MAKE

IT BETTER, WE WILL.

WE HAVE -- WE TAKE ZERO DOLLARS

OUT OF THIS.

I WANT TO BE VERY, VERY CLEAR WHEN I SAY THAT THIS IS NOT A

PROFIT CENTER FOR US.

WE DON'T OPERATE LIKE THAT.

WE TAKE ZERO PROCEEDS.

IF WE HAVE A COMPUTER, WE'RE NOT GOING TO GO THROW IT ON eBAY

AND SELL IT.

THAT'S ABSOLUTELY -- IT'S AGAINST OUR --

WELL, IT'S UNETHICAL.

AND, YOU KNOW, MY INTEGRITY JUST WON'T LET US GO DOWN THAT ROAD.

THEY WILL LITERALLY, IF PEOPLE DON'T WANT THEM, THEY WILL SIT

ON MY SHELF UNTIL AFTER SEVEN YEARS, AND THEN I'LL RECYCLE

THEM.

BUT WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SKIN IN THE GAME OTHER THAN DOING

GOOD FOR THE COMMUNITY.

>>Karmen: YOU MENTIONED THAT YOU DO WIPE THE MEMORY.

SO IT'S A TOTAL WIPE.

NO CHANCE THAT ANY OF THE DATA THAT'S ON THERE IS GOING TO BE

USED OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

>>Josh Holcombe: THAT IS TRUE.

WE USE A PROGRAM CALLED -- A SOFTWARE PROGRAM CALLED DBAN,

OR DARIK'S BOOT AND NUKE.

AND IT MEETS THE STANDARDS OF THE DoD FOR WIPING COMPUTER

MEMORY.

>>Karmen: OKAY.

BECAUSE I KNOW I HAVE TWO LAPTOPS AT HOME THAT I USED TO

USE FOR MY BUSINESS.

>>Josh Holcombe: AND NOW YOU'RE GOING TO BE DONATING THEM.

AWESOME.

[ LAUGHTER ] >>Karmen: WELL, I'M NOT SURE

HOW OLD THEY ARE.

I HAVE TO LOOK AT THEM.

THEY BOTH HAVE WINDOWS ON THEM, BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW OLD

THEY ARE, AND I'M AFRAID THEY MIGHT BE PAST THE SEVEN-YEAR

MARK.

IF THEY ARE NOT, I JUST WOULD WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL OF

THAT DATA -- BECAUSE IT STILL HAD DATA FROM MY BUSINESS ON

THERE -- IS GONE.

>>Josh Holcombe: YES.

HERE IS THE REASON WE SAID SEVEN YEARS.

ABOUT SEVEN YEARS, THE NEWER OPERATING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

ARE HIGHER THAN THEY WERE SEVEN YEARS AGO.

SO A BRAND-NEW, STATE-OF-THE-ART COMPUTER SEVEN YEARS AGO MAY BE

JUST ABLE TO JUST RUN THE OPERATING SYSTEM AND

NOTHING ELSE.

WE DON'T WANT TO GIVE A COMPUTER OUT THAT'S USELESS TO SOMEONE,

RIGHT?

THAT'S WHY WE GIVE THAT SEVEN-YEAR MARK.

IT'S NOT BECAUSE THE COMPUTER IS BAD, BECAUSE ONCE WE WIPE

EVERYTHING AND PUT A NEW OPERATING SYSTEM ON IT,

IF WE RELOADED THE SAME OPERATING SYSTEM THAT WAS ON

THERE TO BEGIN WITH, IT WOULD PROBABLY WORK JUST FINE.

>>Karmen: BUT YOU NEED SOMETHING CURRENT BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT

EVERYBODY HAS.

>>Josh Holcombe: RIGHT.

AND SECURITY IS PRETTY IMPORTANT TO ME.

YOU KNOW, CYBERSECURITY, RIGHT?

WINDOWS 10 IS HANDS DOWN THE MOST SECURE SYSTEM.

I MEAN, IT GIVES YOU A FREE ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM ON IT.

NOBODY EVER USES IT.

THEY THINK, "OH, I'LL JUST GO BUY NORTON."

WELL, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING.

BETWEEN THE WINDOWS FIREWALL AND WINDOWS DEFENDER, AS FAR AS AN

ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM, IT'S, ACTUALLY, FOR HOME USE

PERFECTLY ADEQUATE.

YOU CAN GO MORE, BUT YOU HAVE THE TOOLS WITHIN WINDOWS 10 TO

PROTECT YOURSELF.

>>Karmen: THAT'S WHAT MATTERS.

>>Julian: WOW.

>>Josh Holcombe: UM-HUM.

>>Julian: I WAS ALSO CURIOUS.

SO YOU SEEM TO HAVE FOUND A LITTLE BIT OF TRACTION IN

PROVIDING THESE COMPUTERS FOR, YOU SAID KIDS IN FOSTER CARE

AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

DO YOU KNOW ANY OTHER GROUPS WHO ARE PARTICULARLY AND POSSIBLY

IN NEED?

OR HAVE YOU IDENTIFIED ANY OTHER?

OR RIGHT NOW, ARE THESE -- >>Josh Holcombe: THOSE ARE THE

ONES THAT WE HAVE IDENTIFIED AT THIS POINT.

THIS IS KIND OF WHAT WE HAVE DONE SO FAR IS WE'RE BUILDING

THAT LIST AS WE'RE GETTING COMMENTS THAT COME IN FROM THE

WEBSITE, "HEY, WE NEED A COMPUTER," THAT KIND OF THING.

I START BUILDING THAT LIST AND THEN I START GIVING THEM OUT.

ONCE WE GET TO A POINT WHERE I DON'T HAVE ANYBODY TO GIVE OUT,

I GET ON THE PHONE AND I START CALLING PEOPLE.

START CALLING LOCAL CHARITIES AND SAY, "HEY, DO YOU HAVE A

NEED?"

AND THAT'S WHERE EARLIER WHEN I SAID IT'S KIND OF HARD TO FIND

PEOPLE THAT ARE WILLING TO TAKE IT, IT'S BECAUSE I LITERALLY SAT

ON THE PHONE FOR PROBABLY FOUR HOURS STRAIGHT CALLING PEOPLE

OUT OF THE PHONE BOOK, ANY CHARITY THAT'S OUT THERE TRYING

TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE THAT'S WILLING TO TAKE IT.

AND IT'S, "OH, WELL, LET ME TRANSFER YOU TO THIS PERSON."

IT'S NOT THAT THEY ARE BEING MEAN OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO GET ME TO THE PERSON THAT WOULD DEAL

WITH IT.

IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT MAYBE THEY ARE NOT THERE WHEN I'M

CALLING, YOU KNOW.

>>Julian: GOTCHA.

>>Karmen: I KNOW I RAN INTO THIS BEFORE.

PEOPLE THESE DAYS TRULY DON'T BELIEVE WHEN YOU SAY,

"I WANT TO GIVE, I WANT TO HELP."

WHEN I WORKED FOR THE COUNTY, WE ACTUALLY HAD A GRANT PROGRAM,

$20,000, WHERE WE WOULD GO INTO YOUR HOME, TO FIT OUR CRITERIA,

AND WE WOULD FIX UP TO $20,000 WORTH OF THINGS.

WE HAD A LIST OF THINGS WE WOULD FIX.

AND PEOPLE WERE LIKE, "WELL, I DON'T WANT A LIEN ON MY HOUSE."

NO, I'M NOT GOING TO LIEN YOUR HOUSE.

THIS IS A GRANT.

WE WANT TO HELP YOU.

IT WAS MOSTLY FOR SENIORS.

I GET THEIR KIDS CALLING ME, "TRYING TO TAKE GRANDMA'S

HOUSE."

NO, NO, NOT TRYING TO TAKE GRANDMA'S HOUSE.

FREE.

"GOVERNMENT DOESN'T GIVE STUFF FREE."

WE DO.

[ LAUGHTER ] I THINK PEOPLE IN THIS DAY AND

AGE ARE THINKING THERE IS A STRING SOMEWHERE.

I'M MISSING IT.

I THINK A LITTLE PART OF THEM JUST CAN'T BELIEVE SOMEBODY

WOULD REALLY WANT TO HELP.

>>Josh Holcombe: WE WALKED INTO A RETIREMENT HOME, MYSELF AND

AARON, MY CEO, OVER BY HIS HOUSE.

AND, YOU KNOW, INITIALLY, WE WERE GOING IN THERE AND WE WERE

THINKING, OKAY, WELL, MAYBE THIS WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO TALK

TO SOMEBODY ABOUT DOING THEIR I.T.

WORK.

WELL, AS WE GET IN THERE AND WE START TALKING TO THE FRONT-DESK

PERSON, WE'RE JUST KIND OF SHOOTING THE BREEZE.

AND I STARTED THINKING, I WAS LIKE, "HEY, SO, HOW MANY OF YOUR

SENIORS HERE USE A COMPUTER ON A REGULAR BASIS?"

THE COMMENT WAS, "WELL, NOT A LOT.

MOST OF THEM DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE A COMPUTER."

SO I ASKED.

I'M LIKE, WELL, IF I COULD TEACH THEM HOW TO USE A COMPUTER, HOW

MANY DO YOU THINK WOULD BE INTERESTED?

SHE'S LIKE, "WELL, I DON'T KNOW.

I THINK YOU SHOULD PROBABLY START WITH PHONES FIRST."

ONCE THEY LEARN HOW TO USE THE TOUCH-SCREEN PHONES AND THEY ARE

NOT USING THE FLIP PHONE.

SO I TRIED TO ACTIVELY ENGAGE WITH THEM.

BUT, ONCE AGAIN, IT'S FIGHTING THROUGH THAT BUREAUCRACY TO GIVE

SOMETHING FOR FREE.

I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU INFORMATION.

I'M GOING TO TEACH YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO USE A COMPUTER SO THEY

CAN LOG ON TO FACEBOOK, AND THEY CAN TALK TO THEIR KIDS IN

WHATEVER STATE THAT THEY ARE IN.

WE ARE A RETIREMENT STATE, FOR THE MOST PART.

>>Karmen: YEP.

>>Josh Holcombe: AND COMMUNICATION IS KEY.

A LOT OF TIMES WITH THE WAY THAT WE HAVE BECOME BUSIER AND BUSIER

WITH OUR DAILY LIVES, WE KIND OF -- AND I'VE BEEN GUILTY OF

THIS -- WE KIND OF LOSE TOUCH WITH OUR FAMILY, ESPECIALLY IF

THEY ARE NOT LOCAL TO US.

>>Karmen: EXACTLY.

>>Josh Holcombe: SO IT'S VERY IMPORTANT.

AND THAT'S ONE OF THE REASONS THAT THESE KIDS AT READY FOR

LIFE ARE SO IMPORTANT.

WHAT IF THEY COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR PARENTS?

WHAT IF THEY DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE BUT THEY COULD FIND THEM?

HOW DO THEY DO THAT IF THEY DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER?

IF YOU HAVE A COMPUTER, ALMOST ANYTHING IS ATTAINABLE, RIGHT?

>>Karmen: EXACTLY.

THAT'S SO TRUE.

>>Julian: AND THAT'S ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I ASKED THAT

QUESTION BECAUSE I'M SURE THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO MAY NOT HAVE THEM

AND DON'T THINK THEY HAVE THE NEED FOR THEM OR JUST DON'T

THINK THEY CAN GET ONE AND HEARING SOMETHING LIKE THIS CAN

LITERALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

I MEAN, I'M NOT A HEAVY -- LIKE, I'M NOT REALLY A GRAPHIC

DESIGNER OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, BUT I STILL USE MY COMPUTER FOR

A LOT OF THINGS.

>>Karmen: FOR EVERYTHING.

>>Julian: ALMOST EVERYTHING.

AS A MATTER OF FACT, SO MUCH OF THAT TO GET THE BATTERY REPLACED

BECAUSE OF -- >>Karmen: I TOTALLY GET THAT.

SO TELL ME THIS.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY FOR PEOPLE TO CONTACT YOU?

>>Josh Holcombe: SO WE HAVE A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT WAYS TO

CONTACT US.

YOU CAN EITHER GO TO OUR WEBSITE.

THE WEBSITE IS www.iGTech365.com.

YOU CAN GIVE US A CALL AT 866-365-7798.

OR YOU CAN JUST E-MAIL US AT info@igtech365.com.

>>Karmen: AND THAT'S GOOD FOR PEOPLE WHO MAY SEE THIS AND

WOULD NEED COMPUTERS AS WELL WHO WANT TO DONATE COMPUTERS.

>>Josh Holcombe: EITHER ONE.

EITHER ONE.

IF YOU NEED A COMPUTER, WE'LL PUT YOU ON THE LIST, AND WE WILL

GET TO YOU AS FAST AS WE CAN POSSIBLY GET TO YOU.

AND IF YOU WANT TO DONATE, PLEASE, GIVE US A SHOUT.

WE HAVE A MAP.

IT'S GOT ALL THE LOCATIONS, ADDRESSES OF ALL OF OUR

DONATION SITES.

SO WE ARE DOWN BY THE AIRPORT.

ACTUALLY AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY AT MODERN ENTERPRISE

SOLUTIONS AND eCycle.

SAME COMPANY.

YOU CAN DROP OFF COMPUTERS THERE.

NUTRITION SOLUTIONS IS MORE TOWARDS LIKE THE YBOR AREA,

SOUTH -- I GUESS IT WOULD BE SOUTHERN TAMPA.

YOU CAN DROP OFF AT OUR LOCATION, IGTech OR

FLEETISTICS, WHICH IS UP IN WESLEY CHAPEL, AND THEN THE

WESLEY CHAPEL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, WHICH ACTUALLY JUST

MOVED THEIR BUILDING FROM WESLEY CHAPEL.

NOW THEY ARE IN LUTZ.

SO ALL THAT INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE ON THE WEBSITE.

SO YOU COULD ACTUALLY JUST GO IN THERE.

YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO CALL.

JUST GO IN AND DROP OFF THE COMPUTERS.

JUST LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE DROPPING THEM OFF FOR IGTech

FOR THE DONATION PROGRAM.

AND THEY'LL GIVE US A CALL, AND WE'LL COME PICK THEM UP.

>>Julian: I HOPE SOMEBODY WHO SEES THIS WHO EITHER NEEDS A

COMPUTER OR HAS A COMPUTER OR A TABLET, LAPTOP, WHATEVER THAT

THEY WANT TO GIVE AWAY SEES THIS AND GETS IN TOUCH WITH YOU

BECAUSE I'M REALLY IMPRESSED BY THIS PROGRAM.

>>Karmen: AND IF A COMPANY HAS, SAY, SEVEN OR EIGHT COMPUTERS

THEY WANT TO DONATE, DIDN'T I SEE SOMETHING ON YOUR WEBSITE

THAT YOU WOULD MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK THEM UP?

>>Josh Holcombe: YES.

ANYTHING TEN OR MORE, WE'LL COME GET THEM.

JUST LET US KNOW.

IF YOU GIVE US A CALL, I WILL -- NORMALLY, WE'LL PROBABLY

STRUCTURE IT TO WHERE WE'RE GOING TO MAKE A RUN AND TRY TO

GET MULTIPLE LOCATIONS.

AND IF WE NEED TO SEND A BOX TRUCK BECAUSE YOU HAVE THAT

MANY COMPUTERS YOU WANT TO DONATE, RIGHT ON.

>>Karmen: WHICH WOULD BE AWESOME.

>>Josh Holcombe: I AM ALL OVER IT.

IF NOT, I DRIVE A LITTLE CAR, BUT I'LL BRING MY WIFE'S TRUCK

IN, AND WE'LL LOAD UP THE BACK AND GET THEM BACK TO THE OFFICE

AND GET THEM REPROVISIONED AND OUT TO THE COMMUNITY.

>>Julian: IF YOU HAVE THEM, JOSH WILL COME.

>>Josh Holcombe: YES.

>>Julian: WE ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF MOMENTS LEFT TO WRAP UP.

I'D LIKE TO THANK YOU AGAIN, JOSH HOLCOMBE WITH IGTech365,

FOR JOINING US TODAY.

AND ON BEHALF OF THE PINELLAS COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS

DEPARTMENT, WE LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING YOU JOIN US NEXT MONTH.

IF YOU MISSED ANY PART OF THE SHOW OR WOULD LIKE TO VIEW PAST

SHOWS, CHECK OUT OUR WEBSITE, CATCH US ON YouTube.

I'M JULIAN HILLS.

>>Karmen: I'M KARMEN LEMBERG.

>>Julian: THANKS FOR JOINING US AND REMEMBER TO MAKE IT A GREAT

DAY.
