New Home Realtors - How Round Robin Realtor Are Hurting "New Home" Buyers - Duration: 5:56.

Hi everyone. This is your Tampa Bay Realtor Lance Mohr and in this video I

want to talk about new home Realtors. and talk about what I call round

robin Realtors or one and done Realtor's, what this is and how it's hurting

consumers like yo. So I'm going to go over that and what do you need to do so

you don't run into one of these agents and moreover use one of these agents if

you're buying a new home

all right so I actually got inspired to do this video from one of my YouTube

customers Craig and he ran into this situation in Orlando and it just really

really ticks me off as a real estate agent so the question is what is a round

robin agent what is a one-and-done agent well when you're looking at new homes

what a lot of agents will do is they'll get you in their car they'll cut they'll

get a hold of you they'll get you in their cart and they'll just round-robin

you all the builders so they don't really put a lot of time and effort into

trying to find out what you want what you're looking for what works good for

you what's a good match they don't educate you on the different types of

builders on the differences between builders point things out negotiation

all that stuff they basically put you in the car and now and I've seen this it

happens actually more often than most people that they get done but they'll

put the fires in the car and Adele just round-robin them they'll just go from

builder to builder to builder to builder and when they walk in they'll basically

spend five or ten minutes with each builder sign a registration card on to

the next billing cycle registration card on to the next voter and they're

basically one and done because then after they won you think you know one as

far as menu once they're basically out the door and done you probably never

heard from the Big Ear for me again because what they do is they just they

filled out the registration card so it protects them as an agent to get paid

and is completely unfair completely unprofessional I know this stuff happens

all the time it's a really really a bad service and just really puts a black eye

on the real estate industry so an actually great situation in Orlando what

happened is the agent was saying oh how she could get really negotiate the

purchase price and the closing cost and she wants to meet him and if wipe out at

the Builder who two other buyers and she's going to negotiate a really good

deal well let me tell you builders absolutely

real estate agents like this they have an obligation to pay em and it's

unfortunate but they hate them they know who these people are I know it kinda

builder reps and I've known over rep for years and we talked about this stuff on

how agents just come in they don't know what they're doing they you know they

just like okay let's go to the next builder let's go to the next filter

let's look at the next home and it's just a completely unjust service and it

really picks me off because most of you who knows we've been watching my youtube

videos who's called me beep emailed me I'm here to help you I'm here to educate

you the best thing that I can do in the real estate agent is educate my buyer

educate my seller educate my investors educate people so they can make an

intelligent decision a wise decision for them and their family not just get them

out and act like a taxicab driver and take them from home and home the home a

builder the Builder the Builder it really picks me off as a real estate

agent when I see this stuff going on and when Craig called me up he actually did

just call me he shared me shared with me the email messages and the messenger

messages from this agent and yeah I was gonna do this yesterday but I was so

kicked off I just decided not to and I decided to do this today so what you

really need to do is so we don't work with an agent like this is this talk to

the agent and ask them what are you gonna do to help me find a new home what

value do you bring to the table what's your game plan because if it be if they

don't really have a game plan they don't go employing value to the

table to educate you on different builders what's praise what's the cons

and different areas different floor plan all the stuff quality of failures from

the outside of the home to the inside of the home let's hide them all if they're

not doing this what's the point go find an angel wherever you are that

knows what the heck they're doing that's gonna be able to educate you and

negotiate for you because it's about relationships are vigorous as real

estate agents is all about relation ships with a builder rep with the

management with the builders etc so the agents that just come in and they just

round-robin the buyer and then they don't talk to them again they're not

going to negotiate but they don't give a credit or they would be doing it the

right way and educating themselves and educating the higher so I just want you

to be aware that if you have any questions at all don't hesitate to give

me a call if you're looking for an agent in your area that is familiar with new

homes let me know I can hook you up about anywhere in the country and you

know or give me a call should contact me my contact information is below and just

leave a comment if you like these videos or if you have any questions thank you I

appreciate you watching my youtube videos I wish you the best of luck

you

A Proper Gaming Laptop? ASUS ROG Chimera G703VI - Duration: 8:05.

Hi my name is Chris and this is Battle(non)sense

Gaming products are all about maximizing your experience by providing better sound,

lower input lag as well as clear, tear-free and silky-smooth images.

This is why we have surround sound gaming headsets, gaming mice with a polling rate

of 1000Hz, gaming monitors with refresh rates of up to 240Hz as well as CPUs and GPUs powerful

enough to play games at very high frame rates.

For gaming monitors 144Hz has been the standard for the past few years, and no company which

has a reputation to lose, will try to sell you a 60Hz 'Gaming' monitor.

But the situation is still very different for gaming laptops, where even very powerful

machines capable of running very demanding games at high frame rates, still come with

a 60Hz display.

But during the last 2 years there has been some progress, as more gaming laptops hit

the market which supported 120Hz – which I believe is the absolute minimum if you want

to call that machine a GAMING laptop, especially when you decide to put a GTX 1080 in it.

So while 120Hz are nice to have, more is always better.

And it seems like ASUS agrees on that, as they now have a gaming laptop which comes

with a 144Hz IPS panel and G-Sync support for silky smooth, tear-free images.

But what is the difference between a 60Hz and a 144Hz panel.

At a refresh rate of 60Hz the panel will show you a new image every 16.66ms

You can still run games at higher frame rates like 144FPS, which does slightly decrease

the input lag as the game processes your input earlier then.

However the panel can't display those additional frames.

To benefit from such high frame rates you need one that uses a refresh rate of 144Hz,

where you then get to see a new frame every 6.94ms

The ASUS G703 has such a 144Hz panel.

To push it to its limits it also comes with a core i7 7-series CPU and a GTX 1080.

However if you go out and buy one, then you should double check the specifications of

the device, as there is also a version that features a 4k display which does not support

144Hz, at least as far as I am aware of.

Full disclosure, ASUS sent me a demo unit of this laptop to do the review.

But at the time that you are watching this video it is already on its way back to them.

I do not get sponsored by ASUS nor did I get paid to make this video.

So, with that out of the way, lets talk about the impact that this 144Hz panel has on your experience.

To test the responsiveness or button to pixel delay, I use a high-speed camera and a gaming

mouse which has an LED connected directly to the switch of the left mouse button.

Inside the game I then map the move left action to the left mouse button, and I use my high-speed

camera to record what happens when I press the left mouse button.

Inside the high speed footage, I then look for the frame where the LED lights up, and

then I count the frames until I see the action triggered by that input, which allows me to

calculate the delay between the button and the pixel.

So, with the panel running at 60Hz, the frame rate locked at 60FPS and with v-sync as well

as g-sync disabled, I measured an average button to pixel delay of 22.39ms

Then with the in-game FPS limiter set to 300 and v-sync enabled, which locks the frame

rate at 60FPS, I measured an average button to pixel delay of 76.94ms

This is why no one wants to use v-sync, especially on a 60Hz display.

Then with the same tests repeated at 144HZ, you can see how that higher refresh rate not

only lowers the average input lag, but also reduces the difference between the longest

and shortest delays, which means that the input lag becomes more consistent.

as long as you play at a stable frame rate that is.

Then I did 2 tests where I had G-Sync enabled.

In the first I locked the frame rate at 60FPS, which provided results that were nearly identical

to those that I got in my 60FPS test at 60Hz.

In the 2nd one I locked the frame rate at 140, to avoid that a small FPS spike pushes

me out of the G-Sync range.

And again, the input lag was also nearly identical with what I measured in the test where the

game ran at 144FPS and 144Hz.

So, G-Sync does not only eliminate tearing at any frame rate between 30 to 144FPS,

it also does that without increasing the input lag.

While v-sync locks your frame rate at the displays refresh rate and causes a lot more

input lag.

However, always make sure that your frame rate stays below the displays refresh rate,

especially when you also have v-sync enabled as otherwise you might suffer from the full

v-sync delay as you can see here in the results from this test, where I changed the FPS cap

to 300 inside of Overwatch, while I had G-Sync and v-sync enabled.

If you want to cap your frame rate in games that do not come with a FPS limiter, then

I highly recommend RTSS, which compared to build in FPS limiter only increases the input lag

by one frame.

You can find a link to that software in the description down below.

Now how does the IPS panel in this laptop stack up to a TN panel of a gaming monitor.

To test that I connected my ASUS PG248Q monitor to the laptop, and as you can see here,

you really don't have to worry that the IPS panel causes more input lag than a TN panel,

while it does definitely provide much better colors.

But a higher display refresh rate does not only reduce the input lag, it also makes games

look and feel smoother as you can see here in these 2 examples.

So I've been using the G703 for the last 2 weeks, and I've got to say that this is truly

a 'Gaming Laptop', as it does not only have the power to run games at high frame rates,

it also has a display that lets you see and feel the effects that playing games at a high

frame rate has on your experience.

The only complaint that I have is that it doesn't show me the currently active display

refresh rate, like gaming monitors are able to, which is a very nice feature as that allows

you to monitor if G-Sync is active and if your frame rate is inside the G-Sync window.

I hope that such can be added in the future.

Another thing is the price as the G703 is very expensive as you can surely imagine.

But I hope that ASUS and other companies will continue to push for even higher refresh rates,

in future high-end gaming laptops, so that 120 and 144Hz will eventually also become

an affordable standard for gaming laptops as they are for gaming monitors.

So that's all that I've got for you today.

I hope that you enjoyed this button to pixel delay analysis of the ASUS G703, and if

you enjoy my videos then it would be great if you could support me on Patreon, as YouTubes

ad revenue is sadly not enough anymore to run a niche channel like mine.

Without the awesome support that I get from my patrons, Battle(non)sense would not exists anymore.

You can find a link to my patreon in the description down below, where you will also find links

to my social accounts in case that you want to stay up to date on the videos that I am

working on.

So, if you enjoyed this video then please give it a like, subscribe for more and I hope

to see you next time!

Until then, have a nice day and take care,

my name is Chris and this was Battle(non)sense.

DIY gifts - Valentine necklace - Duration: 6:19.

Hey everyone!

In this week's craft video I'm going to show you how to make this cute,

double Valentine necklace.

We're going to be using some specific materials, which I'll list

in the description box - as usual - and I'll add links to where you can find them.

First, you'll need a rounded and heart shaped metal tag in two different colors.

You'll also need metals stamps: I'm using the letters I and U and

a heart and infinity symbol.

You'll need electric tape, a metal stamping block and a metal stamping hammer.

You'll also need a black, permanent marker with a fine tip,

a treated polishing cloth, two jewelry pliers of your choice,

a jump ring and a necklace.

Let me first show you the basic technique of metal stamping!

Tape your tag to the center of your metal stamping block

and make sure the electric tape is also positioned as a top or

bottom line of where you want to stamp.

Turn your stamp until it faces the right way, position it

on the tag, line it up against the electric tape and slide your

thumb and index finger down.

Hold the stamp firmly and hit the top once or twice with your hammer.

A few things that can go wrong: If you hit your stamp too hard, it will go

too deep and your tag will bend.

If you don't hit hard enough, it's too shallow.

If you slightly move, you get a double imprint.

And then of course, there's the correct lining up of the letters and symbols.

You may want to practice a few times as it's harder than it looks!

Now back to our necklace!

Tape your tag onto your stamping block and position it so that it becomes the edge

of where you want to stamp.

Position your letter 'I' carefully, hold it steady and hit the top with

your hammer once or twice.

Next, do the same thing for the heart symbol.

And for the letter 'U'.

Remove the tape and put your tag aside.

Grab your heart tag and repeat the stamping steps to stamp the infinity symbol

onto the heart.

The metal stamps really come to life when you add some color.

So carefully go into the ridges of the stamps with your permanent marker.

Then immediately buff your tags with both the grey and the white parts of

your polishing cloth to remove the excess marker and fingerprints

and to make your tags shiny.

I'm so sorry about this part being blurry!

It was focused until my hands got in the frame. [laughs]

Get your tags, the jump ring, the jewelry

pliers and your necklace and let's assemble this.

Place the heart in front of the circle and align the holes.

Open your jump ring, stick it through the holes and place it around the necklace.

Close the jump ring and your necklace is ready!

I made this necklace double so that the 'I love you' is not

immediately visible for everyone to see, but the wearer knows it's there!

The heart with the infinity symbol strenghtens the message below

and is cute on its own as well!

I really hope you enjoyed this Valentine's tutorial!

Top 10 Secrets Police Officers Don't Want You To Know - Duration: 6:05.

Hello!

Welcome to the Most Amazing Corner of the internet, I am your Most Amazing Host, Rebecca

Felgate and today we are talking all about the Top 10 Secrets Cops Don't Want you Know…

Before we get right on into that, I just want to ask all of you who are new here to subscribe

to our channel...and of course please all do hit that thumbs up button and leave us

a comment – me, danny or Landon may reply!

It seems appropriate to start number 10 off with - The Ten Codes

The ten codes is a list of codes used by United States Law enforcement.

That all start with ten.

You may have heard an officer say 10-4, which means, yes, I understand.

You actually aren't supposed to know what they mean, they're a means to communicate

without civilian understanding.

For example 10 double zero means officer down and 10-27-1 means a homicide.

9 - They run background checks on people without their consent

Ever dated a cop?

Chances are the they ran a background check on you long before you became serious.

Police have access to a lot of sensitive, non public information.

If a police officer wanted to know about me and my history, they could easily find out.

Despite not being allowed to research people without an investigating reason, they do.

Often.

8 - Many Complaints Against Police Officers are Destroyed

In 2016, Hackers breached a US Law Enforcement Union's website and they found that police

unions were barring public access to past civilian complaints and in some cases destroying

the records.

There was also incriminating evidence to back up the Black Lives Matter campaigns accusation

that the Police are sabotaging misconduct investigations.

7 - There is a difference between a request and an order

Police officers sometimes deliberately confuse people and it makes their job easier if you

don't know your rights.

Often, police officers do not want you to know that there is a key difference between

a request and an order.

A request you can decline, an order you must comply with.

There are few circumstances where police officers can legally order you to do something, so

it is worth clarifying whether or not an instruction is a request or order.

6 - They purposefully try to trick you with leading questions

For example, a police officer may ask you if you have had anything to drink.

You legally do not need to answer this.

You must always be polite, but you can say, respectfully officer, I do not have to answer

that.

They could also try things like – if you have nothing to hide, you wont mind if I look

around – again, you do not have to consent.

5 - They Make Terrible Mistakes In February 2017, a police blunder made headlines

when officers in Cumbria, UK blew up a man's car.

A man fell ill, and kind hearted officers parked his car outside their station, although

they failed to communicate that to their colleagues who thought the car was suspicious …they

called the bomb squad…the car was blown up… awkward.

Their mates in barrow had loads of twitter bantz on the whole topic.

Say no more.

Of course, this is a slightly more laughable balls up, the police have been known to make

worse mistakes in the past,.

4 - They cannot search your car without a warrant

I guess most people know that a police officer can't come into your home without a warrant,

but what some people don't know is that they cannot search your car under usual cirmstances,

nor can they search you.

If a police officer pulls you over, they can look in the windows of the car, but they cannot

search your car unless they have reasonable and probable grounds to believe that there

are illegal drugs or alcohol, or evidence relating to the commission of a crime.

If they don't have this reasonable or probable grounds, they cant search your car.

3 - They cannot stop search you unless you are under arrest

A Police officer cannot search you at random.

They only way they can is if you are under arrest or you consent to be searched.

Three exceptions apply – if police find you in a place they're searching for drugs

and believe you have some, if they find you in a vehicle, where people are drinking illegally,

or if they believe you have an illegal weapon.

If it is outside of those circumstances, they can't search you.

2 - You can legally film police Although of course many would prefer it if

you didn't, filming a police officer is not against the law.

There have been some insane pieces of footage of police officers losing it when bystanders

have recorded them, but you should know that it is not a criminal offence.

They also cannot size your phone.

If they take issue with something you have recorded…they absolutely cannot delete it

or ask you to delete it.

Did you already know any of these?

How to Search Arizona's Name Database to Find a Name for a new Arizona LLC or corporation (2018) - Duration: 5:55.

Hi, this is Richard Keyt i'm an Arizona, LLC attorney. I've been forming LLC's in Arizona since 1992.

To date since I started counting in

2002 I've formed over

5,800 Arizona LLC's the purpose of this video is to show you how to use some of the services that are provided by the

Arizona Corporation Commission.

These are things that you might want to do in connection with forming an Arizona LLC or corporation.

Now here's what you're going to learn on this particular video first. We're going to show you how to search the Arizona Corporation Commission

Database and see if a name that you want for your new company either an LLC or corporation

If that name is available this is also the same way a foreign LLC or corporation

Would search to see if they can use their name in the state of Arizona to do business in Arizona.

Now we will also show you if you do find a name. That's available

How you can reserve that name and prevent other people from using your desired name?

Please like this video and don't forget to subscribe if you have comments or questions about

LLC's put them in the comment section below

The first thing you got to do to get to the

webpage where you can check to see if your name is available is to go into your browser and

in the

URL area type in

HTTP colon forward slash forward slash ich or p--

dot AZ CC gov

Then hit the enter button

That'll take you to the corporation Commission's Ecore. P-- website, then select file

Then select name forms for any name reservations

next select to check entity name availability

click on that

Now you're on the name checking screen under the name field type in the name that you want

So let's try Smith comma LLC now we have to select an entity type click on select an entity type

Then select the type of entity that you want business corporation nonprofit corporation or LLC I'm gonna select the LLC

Then click on the check name

icon and

then the system is going to tell you whether the name is available or whether there's a conflict so in this case there's already a

Company called Smith limited partnership and another one called co dot Smith

comma LLC so that names not available so what we can do is modify the name if

The name is different even by one letter, then you will be able to use the name

So I'm gonna put an X after Smith and let's check it again

click on the check name and now

Smith with an X at the end come LLC is a name that can be used in Arizona even though

It's only different from Smith comma LLC by the fact that it has a letter X in it

So next you want to click on available click here to reserve name if you want to reserve the name

now my recommendation is that you don't reserve the name because

the name that you just

Checked and was available has been available from the beginning of time up until the moment you did a check

So what are the chances that that names gonna be taken by somebody else in the next day or two or week or?

month or a year

So if you want to reserve the name however just click here to reserve the name

And it'll take you to another page where you can complete the online

Application and you can pay by credit card to reserve your name now

It's only good for a period of a hundred and twenty days after that time it'll expire

So you would want a result you'd want to apply for your company by filing articles of organization or Articles of Incorporation

within that hundred and twenty day period

If you have any questions about forming or operating in arizona, LLC. Call me or my son

We've formed over five thousand eight, hundred, Arizona

LLC's and we don't charge to answer questions about LLC's or corporations

I'm Rick the Father and you can see my contact info on the screen you can also call my son Ricky

It is very often used in making cheese, margarine, and other dairy products.

Interestingly, annatto coloring was first used in the 16th century to make Gloucester

cheese look yellow.

10.

L-cysteine

This substance is added when making donuts, cupcakes, and croissants to make working with

the dough easier.

In order to produce cysteine, an organic component is needed, so duck feathers or human hair

are used.

Despite such an unpleasant production method, L-cysteine has a good influence on skin and

hair health and protects from radiation and aging.

9.

Collagen

The animal protein collagen that is extracted from veins, bones, skin, and other body parts

is used to produce gelatin.

It is not only an ingredient in traditional jelly and marmalade but also in ice cream

(especially fruit ice cream and ice cream mousse).

Another unexpected "meat" component in some types of ice cream is decanoic acid, which

is extracted from animal fat.

8.

Pineapple

Pineapples are used to get bromelain, an enzyme that breaks down proteins.

It is used in the meat-processing industry in sausage production and for other meat products.

By the way, enzymes with similar features are extracted from papaya (papain) and fig

(ficain).

7.

Isinglass

Isinglass, or fish collagen, is used all over the world in beer production to make the drink

lighter.

This substance is made from the swim bladders of huge types of fish.

Despite a very low amount of isinglass in the final product, vegetarians are against

its usage.

6.

Latex

Early chewing gums were made with Sapodilla tree juice.

Nowadays, the basis of almost all modern chewing gums is synthetic polymers.

Most often it's latex, which is also used in the production of rubber products.

The negative influence of polymers on the human body hasn't been proven, but keep

in mind that manufacturers don't recommend chewing a piece of gum for longer than 10

minutes.

5.

Rosemary

The ancient Greeks used rosemary as seasoning, but nowadays this plant has more roles in

the food industry.

Antioxidants are made of rosemary to protect food rich in fat from rancidification, for

example, chips.

A food supplement made from rosemary is often added to chocolate spreads.

4.

Сochineal

Сochineal is a red food coloring made from female cochineal aphids.

This food coloring is very useful for making marmalade, ice cream, and frosting.

Besides, if you are choosing a red coloring, then cochineal is probably your best choice

because it does no harm to your health (except in very rare cases of allergic reactions).

Erythrosine (another red coloring), however, causes thyroid hyperactivity.

3.

Coal tar

Coal tar is used to make a food coloring with a very romantic name: "Allura Red."

In the food industry, this substance is used for coloring fish, sweet foods, and slightly

alcoholic drinks.

There were theories that the substance was toxic, but research didn't prove that.

Despite the research results, this coloring is banned in some European countries.

2.

Shellac

Shellac is a natural resin, secreted by female "lac bugs."

They cover tree bark with this substance.

After processing, this substance is used to make jelly beans, chocolate, and other desserts,

covering them with a frosty shiny look.

1.

Gold and silver

These precious metals are used to make food supplements for coloring desserts and confectionary

and improving their looks.

Because they cost so much, gold and silver are only used in premium foods.

Chill Hours – Garden Glossary - Duration: 2:14.

chill hours.

- Okay, that's--

(laughs)

That's typically referring to

the number of hours

below a certain cold temperature

that is required before fruit trees

or any other, will flower.

- [Chris] Uh huh.

- And, and bear fruit.

It not could be just fruit tree,

it could be a flowering plant.

You know, I think, uh, like for example,

the encore azaleas.

- [Chris] Okay.

- You know, they kind of bread that out of them

because they don't know,

they don't have the chilling requirements

as much anymore, they just bloom sporadically

throughout, you know, the season.

But the chill hours are typically used

to describe fruit trees, you know, like peach--

You pick your peach variety or your apple variety

based on where you are

because if you have, if you have a cultivar

that, let's say, has a certain number of chill hours

and those chill hours are met,

let's say it had to be, just arbitrarily,

30 hours below 40 degrees, okay?

- [Chris] Yeah.

- And you had this peach tree,

and it, all of a sudden, you get that requirement met,

and it's too early, and it blooms out too early.

So then what's gonna happen?

It's gonna get nipped by the frost

and it's gonna kill the flowers.

So that's why chilling hours are very important

for people who grow fruit trees

to know they're picking the right cultivar

(laughs)

with the right chilling requirement

so that they don't bloom out early

and the blooms get killed.

And that's what happens sometimes

when the Bradford Pears--

- [Chris] Uh huh.

- and some of these other things

bloom really fast in the spring,

and you think, "Why's it blooming now?"

Well, the chilling hours were met.

They'll be blooming at Christmas.

You're going, "What?

That stupid thing.

It's crazy."

(laughs)

Well, the chilling hours got met.

EASTER FAMILY DEVOTION IDEAS (Wright Ideas with Susan) CHILDREN'S MINISTRY IDEAS - Duration: 3:15.

welcome to wright ideas with susan today I'm just going to share with you a very

simple family devotions that you can do in the lead-up to Easter with your kids

now my husband and I we did this every single year when our kids were little

and it was really really simple to do what we would do we'd get them ready for bed

in their pyjamas every single night starting on the Monday night Tuesday

Wednesday Thursday leading up to Easter we would go into the family room and we

would have watched just about 10 minutes of the story of Jesus for children movie

it's really good it was done back in the 1970s and they've added in some children

into this version of it and they do that were really good job

so we'd watch just ten minutes of it on the Monday next ten minutes on the

Tuesday and so on and we would say a little prayer and then they'd go off to bed

now as they got older we actually do to something a little different as well

I got Bibles all the same New Living Translation and as they became

readers we would actually read the scriptures of the portion of the movie

that we were going to watch later so we read the event first and then we'd sit

down and we would watch it on the movie and that was really neat to be able to

do that with our kids and I felt that doing this the week

leading up to Easter was so good because it helped get my mind

my husband's mind on Easter and also our children to really learn about Easter

through the Scriptures and through this video presentation so I highly recommend

it doing it with your kids when they're little because it's so good and you're

not gonna miss Easter I know a lot of us go away on holidays or vacation at

Easter time you get the time off and you can miss Easter you know or you just

turn up at a visiting church and you go to a service and the kids don't even

hear the story - so I think that it this is really good you can take this

on holiday and do this at the beach every night before you put the kids to

bed it's the same sort of thing so it's just a simple idea it's easy and it's

really powerful and teaching your kids the story of Easter I've also put

together a playlist of the Jesus movie into shorter version so you can check

out that playlist and you can download it for free and I've got all the links

in the description below anyway I hope that's a little idea that might help you

out let me know if you try it with your kids I'd love to hear and if you'd like

more simple ideas like this you can check out my channel you can even

subscribe you just hit that button tap the bell and then whenever I put up a

new clip you'll be notified anyway thanks so much for watching and we'll

Pari teaser: Anushka Sharma's bruised and battered character will give you chills - Duration: 2:29.

Pari teaser: Anushka Sharma's bruised and battered character will give you chills

Bollywood star Anushka Sharma's upcoming movie Pari's new teaser, or as the makers would like to call it, 'a screamer', just hit the internet. And the 30-second video is every bit as intriguing as you would imagine a horror-thriller to be.

The teaser opens with a shot of the actor looking dreamily ahead as a television blares in the background. The camera lingers over her handcuffed wrists, bruises and cuts over her legs, which, by the way, are also chained.

Later, towards the end of the video, we see the nails of the actor's feet growing at an alarming rate. So far, so good.

Pari is Anushka Sharma's third production with her company, Clean Slate Films. Sharma stars in the film along with actors Rajat Kapoor and Parambrata Chatterjee.

The first look of the film was released on Twitter by the actor last year. The first teaser, which was 19 seconds long, showed the actor's face being slowly splattered with blood.

The movie has reportedly been shot in Kolkata and Mumbai. Pari is being described as a supernatural horror. In fact, the title of the film itself claims, 'Pari, not a fairy tale'. The movie will release on March 2.

The movie has been directed by Prosit Roy. Anushka will also be seen in Aanand L Rai's Zero, where she will co-star along with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. The actor recently released the first look of the Varun Dhawan starrer Sui Dhaga.

The actor was also recently spotted in a de-glam avatar on the sets of a movie. However, it has not been confirmed yet if her aforementioned look is for Sui Dhaga or not.

How to Eat the Setsubun Sushi: Ehomaki! You Can't Talk?/節分!

Max, this is your first time filming this year.

First time...

Long time no see.

Happy New Year everyone!

もう1か月以上経ってしまいまして、 more than one month have already passed

and we're getting ready for Setsubun on Feb. 3rd.

Have you heard about it?

Actually,

Setsubun officially happens 4 times each year.

I didn't know that.

Setsubun just literally means

the point when the season changes.

Like if you write out "季節を分ける", you can see "節分".

So even though setsubun officially happens 4 times a year.

その中で春になる時、 the point when winter changes to spring,

今だったら2月3日なんですけど、 which this year is on Feb. 3rd,

has become the best known.

So in today's video,

I'd like to talk about some of the traditions surrounding setsubun.

So I think there's a lot of people out there

結構知ってる人もいると思うんですけど、 who are familiar with setsubun,

まず1つは、何する? but what's one thing that people do on this day?

What's the most famous thing to do on setsubun.

It's the thing with the beans, right?

This is the beans.

豆まきっていって、豆を 豆まき means you take a bean

What does まく mean?

It means to throw.

Throw?

Like a snow ball fight?

So the reason we throw beans is

節分の時、季節が変わる時には、 that setsubun, the time the seasons change over,

悪いものが、鬼が入ってきやすい is a period when bad luck, demons and such can come upon you,

という話があって、 that's the the legend at any rate.

だからこの鬼があって、 That's why we have this demon mask here;

これをこうやってね、付けたりして、 you can wear it like this

and throw beans at it.

one other famous tradition is ehomaki.

So on the day of setsubun,

作って食べる、 if you eat a special kind of sushi roll called shimaki,

お祝いをすると、 it is said

その後、願いが叶うとか、 your wishes will come true,

良いことがあるとか or you'll have good luck.

So it became a tradition

to eat this kind of sushi roll on setsubun.

I heard there's a special way you're supposed to eat ehomaki.

There is! But let's wait

until after we've made it.

So today's project will be

to make an ehomaki sushi roll.

So our resident American, Max,

作るの初めてということで、 has never made ehomaki before

so I thought we'd have him make it for us.

As for what to put inside the roll, the ingredients themselves can be anything,

その具材がね、7種類だと縁起が良い、 but it's important to have exactly 7 of them.

The basic idea is that if you have exactly 7 ingredients, you'll have good luck.

So today we've prepared 7 ingredients for Max to make.

So starting with the more familiar ingredients,

everyone knows what a cucumber is.

The second is also something you might have seen before, しそ.

しそは普通葉っぱの形をする しそ usually comes as a whole leaf,

it's like an herb.

The third ingredient is egg. A fried egg.

A normal,

totally unremarkable fried egg.

We're gonna have have to show

the footage here of the egg that Max made earlier.

I'm a little worried.

About what??

Next is tuna,

we decided to use tuna this time.

And how about this, do you know what this is?

Sesame seeds,

we're using sesame.

So two more ingredients here.

These last two, these might be less well-known.

So first we have

What could it be?

Even when you see it, you might not be able to guess.

What is it?

It's the first time for me to see it.

What? No way.

So what is it?

So do you know what かんぴょう is made from?

No idea.

It's made from the fruit of bottle gourd.

It looks sort of like a watermelon.

So you take the flesh the gourd and cook it with a soy sauce mixture.

You often see this at sushi restaurants.

And now, our last ingredient,

これ知ってる? do you know what this is?

It's some kind of sakura flavored, sakura shrimp?

Nope. This is a pink powder called でんぶ,

これもお寿司で使われるやつで、 you often find this sprinkled on scattered sushi.

I think most Japanese people are somewhat familiar with でんぶ,

but there's probably lots of people who don't know what it's made from.

What's that?

It's actually made from fish, a kind of fish floss.

Is it sweet?

It is.

It's often used to increase the visual appeal of a sushi roll.

Finally, since it's a sushi roll we'll be making, we have nori seaweed sheets and vinegar rice.

And we'll make the roll using this sushi mat.

And actually,

アクシデントでですね、 today we only have enough rice to make one roll,

so we've only got one shot.

There is no do-overs and no retakes.

Let's get started.

How exciting!

So, as I'm a total amateur at this,

it's safe to say you shouldn't expect a masterpiece.

You've only got one shot, so do your best!

So first

you open the nori and lay it on the sushi mat.

So place the nori

and next the rice.

Apparently you're supposed to use a spoon to spread the rice

and not your hands.

A thin layer, across the whole surface.

I'n afraid the seaweed might rip.

So gently then, please.

Next the ingredients.

Right in the middle? That's it.

If you put too many ingredients inside, you won't be able to roll it properly.

This is probably the part where I'm most likely to screw up.

One line of cucumber,

one line of egg,

one line of shiso leaf.

This is becoming less and less an intro to setsubun and Max's...

A test of my culinary abilities?

Some kind offend challenge video.

I'm being put to the test apparently.

One line of kanpyo.

And on top the kanpyo,

we layer the tuna.

Then just sprinkle some sesame seeds around.

Not too much.

And finally

people don't usually eat it by itself.

The smell and the taste are so.

Pink.

Looking good.

Ok, let's roll.

Actually that looks pretty good.

So now I give it a squeeze?

So put it back in the middle.

So leave the nori sticking out as is,

and just roll it on top.

Roll it again.

Using the sushi mat.

Just sort of to set the sushi roll in place.

Oh, I'm gonna fall flat on my face right before the finish line.

Just enough to set the roll.

That's too much.

I wonder how it turned out.

Looks pretty good from here.

It came out surprisingly well, didn't it?

It looks like it was properly rolled.

I can't see the inside well but it looks ok.

Not bad, not bad.

Finished!

Wow, for a first try,

I'm actually really impressed.

Nice job!

So as you said before, there's a special way you have to eat this.

A special method for eating it.

Like with a fork and knife?

Uhh, no.

So yeah, ehomaki has to be eaten a certain way.

The first rule is, each year has a specific lucky direction,

so you have to face in that certain direction while you're eating it.

The second rule is that you're not supposed to cut the roll.

You have to eat the whole roll as it, not in pre-cut pieces.

The third rule is, you should think of a wish

while you're eating it.

The fourth and final rule is,

食べ終わるまでしゃべっちゃだめ you're not allowed to talk until you've finished eating it.

These are the principles of eating ehomaki:

で、その良い方角を向いて、 if you face in a lucky direction

願い事を考えながら、 while thinking of a wish

切らずに、黙って食べると、 and eat the whole uncut roll without speaking,

その願いが叶うとか your wish will come true,

その後良いことがあるっていう風な話があるので、 and you'll have good luck.

That's the legend at least.

So with that said... Max, why don't you do the honors?

What's this years lucky orientation?

This year it's... I forgot.

Let me look it up.

This year it's SSE.

So I'll just use my iPhone compass to find it.

I'm a child of the 21st century after all.

It's actually facing right towards the camera. lucky.

So give it a big bite!

While thinking of my wish...

So no more talking from now on, eh?

Is it good?

Is it good?

So you're really supposed to stay silent and eat the whole thing by yourself,

but since we only made one, we decided to cut it into pieces.

How'd it come out, Max?

It's pretty good.

That's great.

Ok, let's eat.

It's not bad.

Tastes sorta like ehomaki...

So to everyone, think of a wish

恵方巻きを作ってみませんか? and give ehomaki a try, will you?

Yeah, give it your best shot everyone.

When I'm 90 ~ A Family Celebration & Predictions - Duration: 4:20.

[Music]

Welcome to The Dress Up Mom.

Hello.

Thank you so much for tuning in.

Recently, my father-in-law turned 90 years old and we had the most incredible family

celebration for him.

Today, I'm going to tell you about one of the things that we did as a family, that you

might want to replicate, or, at least might find interesting.

But first, thank you so much for watching, I really appreciate it.

If you are a regular viewer and subscriber, I love you.

Thank you.

If you haven't subscribed but like what you're seeing, please do, it the button,

it's free, it's right here, it'll mean the world to me.

I'm also on all the social media places, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter @thedressupmom,

#thedressupmom.

So, as I said, my father-in-law recently turned 90, and for a while we have been planning

this great party for him.

Now, what was incredible, is that every one of his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren

were at the event, which to me, is the epitome of a successful life.

That's what I would want at my 90th birthday.

We had also been planning to do some sort of video tribute to him.

We've done many of those over the years and really were looking for something a little

bit different to do.

So, we ended up deciding to ask the family a couple of different questions.

First, we asked everybody to tell us the date of their 90th birthday.

And then, what one big change, or difference in the world they thought would happen by

the time that they're 90.

Now, what was interesting is, we had people ranging from mid-60s, all the way down to

like my two-year old little niece, so we had a big range of people that were answering

this question.

It was interesting because the answers came back in sort of buckets.

There were about twenty of us, and I would say a quarter of the people talked about technology,

as overall technology as being a big thing.

Another quarter talked about medical advances.

A third quarter talked about transportation.

Transportation issues were really big in people's predictions for when they're 90.

And then, the final quarter, 25%, talked about social issues.

It was interesting because everybody answered the questions on their own and didn't talk

to other people about it, but there were definitely these buckets.

So, I thought I would show you my answer to that question:

"By the time I'm 90, I predict and sincerely hope, that women will finally have found their

power and their voice.

And, that we will be paid equal to men, hold our fair share of both government and business

positions.

I feel like this is going to very much help our world to be more balanced, more compassionate

and just better all around."

So, as you can see, I fell in that quarter that talked about social issues.

And, I also want to say that my little thing was done a couple of months before Oprah's

Golden Globe speech, so I wasn't influenced by that.

I truly do hope that what I predicted does come true.

I'm starting to see some trends there.

And, 50% of the people in the room were woman and everybody was cheering for that.

Anyway, that was just the first thing that came to my mind.

I thought I'd show you, here's the little shirt that we got to wear for Pa's birthday,

his 90th birthday celebration.

These were given out, my brother-in-law got these for everybody, so it was really fun.

It was just such a joyful, wonderful occasion.

And, I would just love to know, first off, if you have any great tips for people planning

a celebratory birthday party for somebody older.

And secondly, how would you answer that question?

What are you hoping for, or what do you think one of the biggest changes will be in your

life by the time that you are 90?

Well, thank you so much for tuning, I really appreciate it.

I know this was sort of off-topic, but something that I've had on my mind and just wanted

to share.

Until next time, have fun and dress it up a little.

[Chimes]

EZEKIEL UPDATE: A visit to the neurologist, and an unfortunate surprise for the girls. - Duration: 8:27.

We just wanted to say thank you to all the people that have come up to us and told us

on social media and/or in person that they're praying for Ezekiel.

It means a lot to us because he's our son and that you care enough to ask and also to

watch our videos to know what's going on in his life.

This week, we had our very first parent teacher conference.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

It's happening.

It's not real life.

This is a pretend fairyland.

Thankfully, Faith doesn't worry us in the land of academics.

So, it kind of made it a fun event.

I know sometimes parents are worried, but for us, it was a good time.

Going to my school.

Zekie, can you say hi?

Hi, buddy!

Faith, we are so proud of you.

You've done a great job making friends and having fun at pre-school.

We're excited for 2018, cause you're going to be going to Kindergarten.

Faith, you are so academically minded.

You have this love of learning that I hope you never lose and I can't wait for the day

that you start teaching me things.

After the parent teacher conference we celebrated with, we let Faith pick dinner and she picked

In 'N Out.

Oh, yes.

Fun fact: In 35 years they never changed their menu, but they added hot chocolate.

Not only that, but on rainy days, for kids, it's free.

Fun tip.

Parent hack.

I don't know if that's always that way, but it was on the window.

There was a sign.

And we asked for it and they gave it to us.

Pretty cool.

It was pretty awesome.

Thank you!

It's not even raining!

I was the fry guy and I still like fries.

That's when you know it's quality.

If the employees will eat the food.

What you doing Zekie?

Put his hand in the hot chocolate!

It's not for you, bud.

Hot chocolate.

If you guys have been following Ezekiel's story, we started out about four months ago.

We found out from his pediatrician that she believed he had Erb's Palsy.

So, I took Ezekiel to the neurologist and Nehemiah entertained the girls.

Yes.

Him and I were waiting in the room for quite a while because she was going over his charts

and she's like, "This case is just so challenging and so confusing.

Some things are super typical Erb's Palsy and other things just completely make no sense."

After analyzing the data and giving Ezekiel a really thorough assessment.

She comes back to me saying, "Do you think it's okay if I pull Erb's Palsy off his chart?

Because, he doesn't have it."

Definitely something that they want to watch.

So, we will continue to have follow up appointments with a physical therapist and with the neurologist

all the way until he's two years old.

So, this is something that they do want to watch, but they're pretty darn sure that it

is not Erb's Palsy and it could be absolutely nothing at all.

So, thank you guys again.

Thank you guys so much for loving our children the way that you do.

To me, that's the thing that blows me away so much is when people love our kids in such

a profound way.

So, thank you, guys.

Ezekiel has made a big step.

He is traveling.

He is not traveling the correct way.

He is going the wrong way.

Ezekiel is mobile!

Reverse only.

Where is he?!

Like he's not sitting next to me anymore.

I know he crawls backwards, so he can't be that way.

So, I'm like start looking and I look around the corner.

He's not around the corner.

I'm looking in the kitchen.

He's not in the kitchen.

And then, he had crawled himself backwards under the helpers stand.

Hey, buddy.

What in the world are you doing down there?

Oh, don't be mad about it.

So, that's pretty exciting.

So, we went to a check-up.

Just a normal check-up, six month.

We're headed into the check-up room for Ezekiel.

We all went together and I remember a couple people looking like, "Man, you've got your

hands full!"

Carrying the kids and running around in the hospital, so we went in and it was a lot of fun.

Until...

The moment of despair.

Yeah.

No!

I don't want to.

I know.

Ellie, did you hear what mommy said?

So, we want to keep you from getting really sick.

That's why we give you shots, to keep you from getting sick.

That makes sense?

To take away the bad germs?

It takes away a lot of bad germs.

It helps your body fight 'em.

You're not coughing any more?

Not coughing any more.

The doctor told us that actually, the girls could use a flu shot and we both looked down

like, "How are we gonna break it to them?"

We tricked 'em good!

Oh man, we had no idea.

The doctor was like, "You got this.

You can do it."

And I think she was talking to me.

Ezekiel has no idea what's happening.

He actually is so tired, he fell asleep while this was happening.

They were screaming and he's sleeping.

So, then we made our way to Slurpees.

7-11, actually.

Because, well, that's the reward.

Food.

We got Slurpees!

I don't know.

You get tricked with a shot, you get a Slurpee.

Sounds like a fair deal to me.

No!

I don't want to.

I know.

It's not so bad though, right?

Oh, no.

Are you alive?

Live.

It just made us freak out.

Oh my goodness.

Alright, we'll see ya next week!

See ya next week!

See if he'll show them the tooth.

There it is.

There it is!

Wow.

Good job.
