Waching daily Feb 26 2018

Hey there.

So the 2016 election was weird.

In a lot of ways.

But one of the ways it was weirdest was not generally discussed.

The three most important contestants were from the State of New York.

Trump, for better and mostly worse, is 100% Queens New York.

Hillary Clinton, fairly or not, spent two terms as a New York Senator.

Bernie Sanders has lived in Vermont for 50 years, but if you've heard him speak you

know he's from Brooklyn.

If you add all this up, this is the most power New York has had on the political stage in

70 years.

There was a time when this wouldn't have been all that surprising.

New York City is now in its third century as the biggest urban mass in the country.

Historically it got a lot more bang for its buck.

For 34 years out of the 1800s a New Yorker was Vice President, and for 20 years a New

Yorker was President.

In the first half of the 20th century New York was even more dominant, with a New Yorker

as president for 20 out of those 50 years.

Now anybody who knows statistics can tell you that this is terrible data to build an

argument with.

The sample size is tiny.

And there are dozens of really important factors here, from the politics of the time, to the

characteristics of the people involved.

But I still think comparing this to what has happened since FDR died in 1945 is significant.

Between FDR and Donald Trump there was a single solitary New York politician who made it to

one of the country's top two offices.

And Nelson Rockefeller wasn't elected, he was appointed to replace Gerald Ford after

Nixon's resignation.

I can't help but think this lack of New Yorkers at the top is significant.

So,the fact that US voters in 2016 had to pick between two New Yorkers really was significant.

New Yorkers weren't all that happy with the result.

They chose Clinton over Trump 59% to 37%.

This is surprising in one sense because Trump represents a throwback to an earlier form

of power.

He may not have come up through New York's political system, but he was definitely a

New Yorker, in ways that Clinton never will be.

Trump is of course uniquely loathsome, but I think it's fascinating That New Yorkers

are no longer interested in a President from New York.

There are a lot of reasons behind New York's loss of national power.

It has something to do with the hollowing out of the State of New York at the hands

of Wall Street, which I have discussed elsewhere.

More happily, it has to do with the distribution of economic weight and population away from

the North Eastern seaboard.

But more than anything else, I think it has to do with a seismic shift in the nature of

presidential and government power that has occurred in this country.

As I laid out a couple years back, The true rulers of this country have changed profoundly.

BREAKING News From Condoleezza Rice… You Will HATE This - Duration: 6:47.

BREAKING News From Condoleezza Rice…

You Will HATE This This month's massacre in Parkland, Fla.,

seems like a key moment in the nation's ongoing debate about the Second Amendment,

former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said during a radio interview Friday,

Fox News reports.

"I think it is time to have a conversation about what the right to bear arms means in

the modern world.

I don't understand why civilians need to have access to military weapons.

We wouldn't say you can go out and buy a tank."

~ U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice

Rice specifically targeted AR 15's and AK style firearms, she believes these are military

grade weapons that can slaughter billions of innocent victims.

Rice did not stop with simply abolishing the 2nd Amendment, she wants the 1st Amendment

abolished as well.

"We can't throw away the Second Amendment and keep the First."– Condoleezza Rice,

former U.S. secretary of state

When asked about arming teachers in classrooms to protect students from active shooters,

Rice responded with about the dumbest response I have heard yet:

"I don't really like the idea, frankly, of a gun in my classroom.

I do not think that is the answer.

Rather I support looking to law enforcement and guards as ways for protection."

How can the U.S. Secretary of State ignore the facts?

Someone should have told her that 5 deputy Sheriffs hid outside as the shooter was in

the High School, as reported by AFF News.

In today's society, "We The People" have either forgotten or allowed themselves

to be lied to about the 2nd Amendment.

It is VITAL that we educate and remind people the truth and blunt facts about our freedoms

and the Bill of Rights that was created to protect Freedom and Free Agency.

As passed by the Congress: A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of

a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Per the Constitution Law Center: The Second Amendment to the United States

Constitution protects the right of the individual to keep and bear arms.

The right to arm oneself is viewed as a personal liberty to deter undemocratic or oppressive

governing bodies from forming and to repel impending invasions.

Furthermore, the right to bear arms was instituted within the Bill of Rights to suppress insurrection,

participate and uphold the law, enable the citizens of the United States to organize

a militia, and to facilitate the natural right to self-defense.

The Second Amendment was developed as a result of the tyrannous rule of the British parliament.

Colonists were often oppressed and forced to pay unjust taxes at the hand of the unruly

parliament.

As a result, the American people yearned for an Amendment that would guarantee them the

right to bear arms and protect themselves against similar situations.

The Second Amendment was drafted to provide for the common defense and the general welfare

of the United States citizens through the ability to raise and support militias in protection

against a tyrannical government.

Blunt Truth, this means that the government cannot, under ANY circumstance, change or

ratify the 2nd Amendment.

To attempt to do so, by Laws of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, is an act of treason against

the American people and the very reason the 2nd Amendment was created.

The libs and Democrats argue that the language used during the creation of the 2nd Amendment

is confusing and does not apply to modern day times in the United States.

The 2nd Amendment is not confusing, it is blunt and direct, written so it cannot be

attacked by the government.

Therefore, it is the duty of "We The People" to not only protect our 2nd Amendment but

to enforce the rights provided and to stand as a barrier against those who desire to remove

our freedoms.

The NRA does it's best to educate and protect the rights of United States citizens to keep

and bear firearms, however, it is each and every Americans duty to be educated and trained

on firearm ethics, safety as well as our firearm rights against those whose desire is to destroy

the Bill of Rights.

A discussion I am having against one of the very people who desires to destroy the 2nd

Amendment and remove all firearms from citizens in the United States, on my Facebook Page:

"Steve": ALMOST every other country in the world has discovered that taking away

the guns from as many people as possible, seems to save many lives.

We are trying to help you, we in the rest of the world are very concerned.

We have nothing to gain from all your dead teenagers.

ME: Your facts are wrong and blunt truth, other nations that have removed firearms from

citizens, has experienced genocide from governments, a huge rise in crime against citizens as well

as a huge black market of firearms to criminals.

One just needs to look at Chicago to see that these "safe places" do not work and prove

that all it does it create victims for the criminals.

You say firearms are the cause of so many deaths?!?

When in fact, teens driving kill more people every year, teen suicide, obesity, narcotics

and even knives, kill more people every year than firearms.

Opioids are destroying our youth and communities, synthetic drugs are being sold in stores and

gas stations all over the US, to our youth.

LEGALLY sold simply because they put, "not for human consumption" on the package.

You need to stop believing what your masters tell you and open your eyes to the truth and

the REAL issues that plague our nation.

You will NEVER be able to take away a persons right to arm and protect themselves.

Their mentality that if a you remove the "deadly weapons" from the people, then these evil

people will not be able to carry out their deadly desires and therefore will become good

people.

That is the dumbest ideology and proves with 0 doubt that these people have a view on reality

that is actually dangerous to every citizen on this planet.

A human being that desires to hurt another, will do so with 0 regard to laws and will

use whatever they choose to carry out their evil intent.

To believe otherwise is foolish and creates an environment that produces nothing but victims

for the criminals.

I encourage each of you to come to my Facebook page and take part in the discussions and

education of the 2nd Amendment and together, united, we will ensure our rights and freedoms

are secured for the future generations of the United States of America.

Jack and Elizabeth - You Decorated My Life - Duration: 3:39.

All my life was a paper

Once plain, pure, and white

'Til you moved with your pen

Changing moods now and then

'Til the balance was right

Then you added some music

Every note was in place

And anybody could see

All the changes in me

By the look on my face

And you

Decorated my life

Created a world

Where dreams are a part

And you

Decorated my life

By painting your love

All over my heart

You've decorated my life

Like a rhyme with no reason

In an unfinished song

There was no harmony

Life meant nothing to me

Until you came along

And you brought out the colors

What a gentle surprise

Now I'm able to see

All the things life can be

Shining soft in your eyes

And you

Decorated my life

Created a world

Where dreams are a part

And you

Decorated my life

By painting your love

All over my heart

You've decorated my life

He asks carefully, "Are you my friend by any chance...?" [Happy Together/2018.02.22] - Duration: 6:53.

Yongman, it's round 2 for you now.

You failed to find 2 people in round 1.

You have to find your remaining 2 friends.

Alright.

Round 2! Find the hidden friends.

We'll get started now.

First friend, come on out!

- Hold on. Is it over if they pass by? / - Yes.

They don't show up again?

This is the guy!

He told a lot of stories about you.

You can ask him questions too.

Yongman, don't you recognize me?

We were in the same class in 9th grade, man.

Who was our teacher in 9th grade?

Do I have to say his name?

Come on, man! After school...

(He's a fake!)

Try to remember.

You played Ding Dong Ditch together!

We used to kick coal briquettes.

You kicked coal briquettes with him!

Do I have to even be on this thing?

Yongman! You don't recognize me?

You should recognize me!

He's fishy too, but I really can't trust Seokjin.

So frustrating.

He got flustered.

He was shocked.

"Who was our teacher?"

"Do I have to remember that too?"

"I already memorized so much."

Let's see the second friend!

- 2 out of 4 people? / - Yes, it's half of them.

Yongman!

You said you missed me!

(It takes him a while to find him?)

You really don't remember me? How frustrating.

He's talks like an actor.

You really don't remember me?

- You really don't remember me? / - It's like a play.

Jungrang Middle School is in Samgakji.

We had fun rollerskating.

You really don't remember?

What is he saying?

Dang it! You still don't remember me?

(This guy is hilarious)

Look at me!

Hey! Come on, man!

(Did he have to do all this?)

It's me!

(Everyone laughs)

It's me!

It's me!

(Seems to remember...)

(Odd sense of kinship / Are we really friends?)

It's me! Tell them now!

No, no, no. I don't know him.

You don't know him?

He almost fooled me when he pulled his wig off.

No, I don't know him.

What was that at the end?

That was so shocking.

He was so frustrated he pulled his wig off.

The staff really prepared a lot.

I almost pressed the button when he took off his wig.

So he's not your friend.

Let's see the next person!

I was looking for Oh Cheol when they were sitting.

Yongman!

He talked about listening to music at your house.

Listening to Michael Jackson.

I know. I saw him when he was sitting. It's you.

Did you put me on this conveyor belt

so that you could get more screen time?

Geez, man!

Say, "Good to see you, my friend."

I saw you when you were sitting there.

Good to see you, my friend.

Is he Yongman's friend?

Good to see you, my friend.

(Gwon Ocheol got jujubes from Yongman)

He's handsome.

We were really close in 8th grade.

I visited his house often.

- You came over to my house, too? / - Yeah.

There used to be a friend-finding TV show.

I was hoping to be on that one

but it was mostly for elementary school classmates.

I figured I wouldn't get a chance.

But now I get to see him again here.

- Thanks. / - Congratulations again.

Let's see the next person.

Come on in.

(Friend 4)

Huh?

Say something.

I have nothing to say up here.

(Unsure)

Who are you?

What's your name?

I don't want to say. I'm just going in.

Are you Eom Duyong?

(Nods)

- Really? / - I don't seem like it, right?

If not, just let him go.

Hurry and press it!

I'm about to go!

He pressed it!

(Close call...)

You really changed, man.

He was playing hard to get!

Why are you walking to him?

I couldn't recognize your face, Duyong.

Say, "Good to see you, my friend."

Good to see you, my friend.

(My friend)

Are you really my friend?

Good to see you, my friend.

Are you Duyong?

You're really Duyong?

Yeah!

Yeah.

Wow... That was like "The Sixth Sense."

Why?

I didn't think it was him.

Over there.

He looks just like the photo.

His mouth looks just the same.

I wanted to find Duyong the most.

Right, he talked about you so much.

I see your old face now. I see it now.

My bad, Duyong.

He was really your friend.

Where were you sitting?

Right here.

He was next to friend 2, who you kept talking about.

(Oops)

Wow...

(Right here)

(A big twist...)

I had no idea.

I bet you were upset. I'm sorry.

He was right next to friend 2.

You were 3?

As soon as my stories started

I mentioned Eom Duyong and Wu Byeongseon.

We heard you really wanted to see him.

The 3 of us lived in the same neighborhood.

We'd go to each other's houses.

Your mom knows me too, right?

We hung out a lot together.

He always wore horn-rimmed glasses.

His glasses were always crooked.

In the photo too.

They're crooked even in his graduation photo.

He was a short kid too.

He wears them straight now.

But he got good grades.

My mom always told me to

be more like Duyong. That's the guy he was.

So you're on this show for someone else

and not Yongman?

Yes, to see you...

- You wrote that comment? / - The message.

- Is that true? / - Gosh...

So I'm not that upset you didn't recognize me.

That's his revenge.

So we'll conclude Happy Together Friends

by giving our guests Korean pork!

We wish you all good health and happiness

and we hope you have a great year.

Have a happy new year!

Map Charts in Excel 2016 (New) - Duration: 2:56.

Hey, Jason Morrell here.

There's a new type of chart in town called the Map Chart and it works with geographical data.

Now that can be country data, regional data or postcode data, and it uses information

available from the Bing search engine - Bing is the Microsoft search engine - to produce

a geographical type of chart for you.

Here's how you do it.

Here I have the Australian population state by state.

Based on the fact is a formatted table, if you look down in the bottom right corner,

you'll see the symbol indicating that, it means that I can start with any single cell

in my table and Excel is going to work out the boundaries of my table for me before it

plots the chart.

I'm going to go to 'Insert', I'm going to choose Maps in the Charts gallery and there's

one option there called a Filled Map.

And here's what it's done with my data.

Every state is color coded according to the population figure.

Down the side here it's got your scale with the biggest population at the top down to

the smallest population at the bottom, dark through to light, and on the map itself, it's

colored accordingly.

Just like every other type of chart, if you look at the top of your screen, the Chart

Styles, there's a few options there to change the look and the feel and the arrangement

of the Map Chart.

You can also double-click the chart which displays the panel on the right hand side

and you can take each of your chart elements and format them.

So for example, if we change the Plot Area Options to the Series Population and go to

the Series Options, we can do things like change the MAP PROJECTION, so 'Automatic'

is how it looks over here.

there's this one here makes it the more vertical and horizontal (or square).

There's 'Miller' and there's 'Albers', which is actually the default as well.

The MAP AREA gives you different region tags.

'Automatic' is what we see.

You might decide to say 'Only Regions With Data' or 'Country and Region'. and MAP LEVEL

BEHAVIOURS.

You can also change the Series Color.

If you look down here.

You'll see two color pickers, light blue through to dark blue, each of which can be changed

to any color in the color palette.

Whatever you change to here will reflect the colors over here on the chart.

Just like with every other type of chart, you can edit the Chart Elements by clicking

the plus sign here.

On a Map Chart there's three elements.

You can switch a chart title on or off or reposition it.

You can go to your Data Labels and maybe add some more detail.

So if I click Show, for example, it's now showing the state name and the population

for that state.

If we go to Legends, we can either reposition it left or right, top or bottom or go to 'More

Legend Options'.

Apart from the positioning options there's a tick box here which says, 'Show the legend

without overlapping the chart', which may be another option if you want to use.

So that's the Map.

Sharp, nice and easy based on geographical information.

Tina Ring & Ashley Lee: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | SML TV - Duration: 11:00.

Tina Ring & Ashley Lee: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Ashley Lee, left, and her mother, Tina Ring, fought of an armed robber at their Tulsa, Oklahoma, liquor store, shooting him multiple times before he fled.

A mother and daughter fought off a robber armed with a sawed-off shotgun at their family's liquor store, shooting him multiple times before he fled, police say.

The harrowing incident was caught on the store's security cameras.

Tina Ring, 53, and her daughter, Ashley Lee, 30, were working at Forest Acres Liquor in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on February 22 when the incident occurred.

Police say the suspect, Tyrone Lee, checked himself in to a local hospital with four gunshot wounds and is expected to survive.

Both women shot Lee during the incident, police said.

"I think I'm still in shock," Tina Ring told the Tulsa World on Saturday.

"I don't think I have really processed everything yet.

The suspect is believed to be connected to a string of several armed robberies in the area in recent weeks, police said.

"We're not going to be victims," Justin Christian, Ring's son, told KTUL-TV.

Here's what you need to know:.

Video Shows Ring Shooting the Shotgun-Wielding Robber, Who Flees the Store & Then Returns,Attacking Ring Until Lee Shoots Him Multiple Times.

Tulsa Police say the robbery occurred at Forest Acres Liquor, 1275 South Memorial Drive, about 6 p.m.

Thursday, KTUL-TV reports.

The entire incident was recorded on the liquor store's security cameras.

You can watch the video above.

Ashley Lee can be seen behind the counter of the store as the masked robber, identified by police as Tyrone Lee, 36, no relation to Ashley, walks in holding a sawed-off shotgun.

Lee takes cover behind the counter as the suspect points the gun at her.

She keeps her hands up and backs away as he takes money from the cash drawer and walks out about 45 seconds after coming into the store.

Ashley Lee then quickly moves back behind the counter and grabs a handgun, which she gives to her mother, Tina Ring.

They duck behind the counter as the robber comes back in, stole holding the shotgun.

Ring then shoots the suspect and he runs out of the store as Ring fires a second shot and then a third.

As Ashley Lee, who had retrieved a second handgun, calls 911, the suspect returns to the store, this time without his shotgun.

The wounded robber begins to struggle with Ring, who is still holding her gun.

As he trie to take the weapon away from her, Ashley Lee fires and hits him in the back at point-blank range.

He continues to struggle with Ring and eventually takes the gun from her and strikes her in the head.

Police say she suffered a gash to the head and is recovering after receiving treatment at the hospital.

He tries to shoot Lee, but the gun was empty at that point, police said.

Already suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Tyrone Lee falls to the floor.

The women then flee from the store and the suspect later follows.

Tulsa Police said he later turned up at a local hospital suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Ring Says She Didn't Want to Let the Robber Hurt Her Daughter, While Lee Says 'Until You Have a Gun Waving at You, Don't Know What You're Gonna Be Thinking'.

   .

Tina Ring told the Tulsa World, "I didn't want him to hurt my daughter.

That was my main thought." She said they tried to give him the money and get him out of the store, but then he came back.

"All I was thinking was 'Just give him the money and go,' and next thing I know, I see him back in my face," Ring told the newspaper.

Ashley Lee told ABC News, her mother, "was all I could think about," during the horrifying experience.

During an interview Sunday, Ring said that Lee, "saved my life," and her daughter responded, tears in her eyes, "you saved my life.".

Ring said she just wanted to keep her daughter safe.

"The next thing I know that I have my gun and I'm shooting him.

And I get up and I shoot him again, and he just keeps coming back to me," Ring told ABC News.

Lee told ABC, "Until you have a gun waved at you, you don't know what you're feeling or thinking.

Looking at my mom's face, it happened so fast, but it seemed like it lasted for so long.".

Ring told Live PD Saturday night, "We're fine," but Lee said they're "still in shock.

Ring added, "At one point I remember telling him, 'just go,' because we gave him the money.

I recognized him, and I told him, 'I recognize you, what are you doing? Why are you doing this?' I don't know why he came back in.".

Ring said she didn't want to shoot him, she was just doing what she had to do to protect her daughter.

Police Say They Believe Lee, Who Remains Hospitalized, Has Been Connected to a String of at Least 10 Robberies in the Area.

Tyrone Lee remains hospitalized in critical condition, but is expected to survive, authorities said.

Tulsa Police initially thought Lee would possibly not survive the shooting, but his condition improved while at the hospital.

Police said they believe he is connected to at least 10 other robberies in Tulsa and Tulsa County carried out by a man armed with a sawed-off shotgun.

Lee, 36, also has been arrested at least twice in Tulsa, past mugshots show.

His full criminal record wasn't immediately available.

"It does appear this is the guy we've been looking for, for the last couple of weeks," Sergeant Brandon Watkins told KTUL-TV.

"He's done multiple robberies here in Tulsa as well as up in the county.

Watkins added, "I wish we'd got to him first.

I mean, he'd be alive right now.

Or he would be in better shape than he would be now." But the case isn't over; there's still work to be done.

We've got to A, figure out who this guy is.

Then we've got to piece together what exactly happened tonight, then we've got to put this in order with all the other stuff that we've had from the past on this guy.".

Lee's aunt, Corrine, went to Forest Acres Liquor to apologize to the family.

"I just wanted to apologize for him because I know him.

I raised him," she told KTUL-TV. She added that she hopes he gets the help he needs.

"I'd been trying to call him no answer.

I knew something wrong.

…He's sick and I pray they get him some help.

Justin Christian, Tina Ring's son, told the Tulsa World, "I hope he stays in the penitentiary and I hope he gets himself some kind of help.
