Scheherezade Cake with Chocolate Pudding - No Bake Chocolate Cake with Turkish Biscuit - Duration: 5:37.
Hi everyone! Today, I want to share with you how I prepare the chocolate Scheherezade cake.
Scheherezade Cake is a very creamy and a really good cake,
that is usually made with caramel filling, but today
I want to show you the chocolate version, because if your family
or your guests love chocolate,
then this is the... Excellent version that you can make for them!
For the chocolate cream we need 1 liter of milk,
4 choco-nougat puddings,
10 tablespoons of sugar
and 250 grams of margarine.
First put the milk to boil but leave aside about 250 milliliters.
Add the sugar to the pudding powder and stir it well.
You can use regular chocolate pudding too and add hazelnut aroma.
Add the milk and stir it until lump free.
As soon as the milk starts to boil put it aside and stir in the prepared pudding.
Put it back to the stove and stir until it thickens.
Be careful not to burn it! 🔥
Cover the hot pudding with a cling film.
It will prevent the forming of the firm film on the surface.
For the whipping cream mix the cream powder with 1 liter of milk.
Since this is a big amount of powder and milk,
I'm adding the milk slowly to prevent the mass in my kitchen.
Once the pudding cooled, completely,
add the softened margarine and work it in well with a mixer.
Try the taste and if it needs more sweetness add powdered sugar to it.
Divide the chocolate cream into three portions.
You can form the cake on a serving tray too,
but like this, in a baking tray, it is much easier! 🙌
Cover the baking tray with a cling film.
For the whole cake we need 600 grams or two packages of Turkish biscuits.
Arrange a layer of biscuits.
The Turkish biscuit doesn't need pre-soaking.
It will pick up moisture from the creams while it sits in the fridge.
Divide the whipping cream into three portions as well.
First, cover the biscuit layer with one third of a whipping cream layer.
This can be a little bit tricky at first,
since the biscuits are dry, so they tend to move around!
This is why I prefer to arrange this cake in a baking dish
The easiest is to work with two spoons or silicone cooking spoons.
Spread evenly the whipping cream.
If you are assembling the cake on a baking tray,
Leave at least one centimeter around the edges, because the cake will spread a little bit.
Next comes the 1/3 of a chocolate cream.
Also, the easiest is to work with two silicon spatulas or spoons.
Spread the cream evenly.
Next comes again one layer of biscuits.
Repeat the layers until you use all the material.
You should end with the biscuit layer.
My baking tray is a little bit shallower than the height of the cake, but it won't make a problem
I will even the edges to get a nice shape.
This is optional, but very useful
I will cover the whole cake with a cling film.
This will prevent the cake from picking up any unwanted smell from the fridge!
Leave the cake to sit in the fridge preferably overnight
For the covering of the whole cake I'll whip up 150 grams of cream powder and 300 ml of milk.
For the richer taste I'll add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
You can see how the biscuits became soft to touch, although I didn't pre-soak them! 👏
Now, I will cover the baking dish with a baking tray of the right size and flip the cake. 😯
Thanks to the cling film, the cake is easily coming out from the mold.
In the end, decorate the cake according to your taste.

today is are you living up to your potential now if you say yes I applaud
you fantastic if you are a nine out of 10 on all the areas of your life then
just keep doing your doing in fact actually reach out to me cuz I want to
know what your secret sauce is I want to know what it is that you're doing that's
actually allowing you to live at this level because that's fantastic and
hopefully I can point that out to other entrepreneurs or business owners or
other people so help them on their journey now if you're looking at it
you're looking at your v to thrive you know okay you know I'm a six a three or
four whatever here there well then what I want you to do is reach out again
