[Pre-Chorus] For you

Baby, I would die for you I'ma work my whole life for you

No other by my side but you

[Chorus] Tryna roll, always see your face in the morning

You can wear my shirt when it's cold if you wanna

Still got me feeling like the very first summer That I saw ya, and now I don't wanna live

without you

[Refrain] Baby, call me up when you're alone

I just wanna hear you talk You've been on my mind for way too long

Up all night thinking 'bout you I'll give you all my love 'cause you're

all I want I wanna give you all of me

And when I saw those eyes, I knew you were the one

When I saw those eyes, baby, I could barely breathe

[Bridge] Oh, oh, oh, oh

Baby, I could barely breathe Oh, oh, oh, oh

[Chorus] Tryna roll, always see your face in the morning

You can wear my shirt when it's cold if you wanna

Still got me feeling like the very first summer That I saw ya, and now I don't wanna live

without you

[Outro] Oh, oh, oh, oh

Oh, oh, oh, oh

Strap Bend - Joining - Two Loop Ends of Rope Together - How to Tie the Strap Bend - Duration: 3:50.

a strap Bend morning men starboard 10 the buffer

hello everybody yep welcome back and today's little knot we're going nautical

again on this one and this one is known as a strap Bend and let me just read to

you from Ashley's what it says about that and it should also appear on the

screen there but it is actually one for nine to a strap Bend of another sort the

circular piece of rope which passes around the block and provides the eye

from which it is suspended is called a strap also a rope wreath or a single

rope with an eye in one or both end which is made which is to be made fast

in the rigging and to which the tackle is hooked is termed a strap so there you

go we are nautical today and the idea of the strap is basically it's a way of

joining two loops together if you don't have access to either end and it's so

quick so simple to do if you know about this knot if you've used it before

please do leave me a comment down below and anything else you want to talk about

leave a comment down below and we'll have a chat online about this so anyway

without further ado let's get on and let's get knotting

right so as you can see here we have our little dilemma we've got a loop to the

right and a loop to the net left and we want to be able to join these two ropes

with a bend of some sort and this one is just such a double and as I tie this for

those of you who know your knots will recognize this one instantly under

another name so first thing that I need to do is I need to pass one loop through

the other so in this case I'm gonna take the red loop and pass it through the

yellow loop like so just pass a little bit through because we'd want some to

work with and now that we've done that the next thing that we do is we take the

red loop and we pass it underneath the yellow SOTA pass the

read underneath the yellow like so and now the next thing that we do and this

is where you'll recognize it we then take this red loop here we pass it over

the two yellow ones there and at the same time pass it underneath the red one

itself at that point so what I'm gonna do is just take it over the two red two

yellows underneath the two Reds pull it through and recognize that yep

the sheep Bend so there you go so that is one way of joining two loops together

and if you know of a different way tell me in the descriptions down below

because I'd love to hear about it so that's it and that is nice and secure

now the only thing that I would say about this is that this particular knot

obviously if it's allowed to become slack there is a chance of it coming

undone and I'll keep shaking and eventually that will come undone you can

see it's already loosened up here it just needs a little bit of time a little

bit of shaking and that will come undone so anyway there you have it how quick

was today's little lesson so if you want to tie the strap Bend that is how you do

it so once again thanks everybody for watching give me a thumbs up like it

share it whatever you want but please do leave me a comment down below and let's

have a chat about this and other other knots that you may be interested in so

once again thanks for watching bye bye

Working Out While Fasting - Duration: 26:45.

this machine is so cool

my stuff down

I'm gonna do some of those balls stomach stuff and I'll do some planks my butt

still hurts from yesterday so I'm not doing anything but like me and I want to

jump rope ooh Oh kind of jump rope jump rope and

Mat and I think that'll be good just turn the light off okay I'm seven

days fasted this is a 7 day water fasting workout I have not had food for

7 days as of 6 o'clock yeah it's been at least seven days okay

so I'm gonna do that I'm gonna do this I'm gonna try to record I'm gonna try to

record this way so maybe it won't see me

dang it I need to see the clock I guess I'll go

this way

okay

they have different sized balls

okay man I'm sorry I have to tie my shoes

I want to know what workout did you guys do today every day we're gonna do some

kind of workout that high blood pressure like one of the number one things they

say is thirty minutes exercise every single day that's a bigger reason why I

try to come here man I so hope you could see me okay

Oh

okay oh man I think the bigger piloted the easier

well

I should not be showing that bitch of my Lake

okay I can't do that with these pants I'll do the plank

it's inappropriate to show that much of my legs my shirt and today's weigh-in

day six was inappropriate okay

so I use the Fitbit from stopwatch someone for 30 seconds

this is 240 something pounds to hold up that's a lot

I feel smaller though Oh Oh

whoo four seconds okay

Wow man I need a second man in between stuff

I need a second

man I feel so much smaller

my kids and I come to the gym with me today they had soccer practice then I

was leaving the house it was raining but I didn't turn back around

7 days fasted and no food so if i can do this with no food and your eating

it's time to get up and exercise oh my gosh

maybe carry a weight

okay that's gonna be exercise back to the plank

oh my gosh

Oh

okay for for 30 seconds again

man I feel so lighter today it's so crazy only last one town because

yesterday I hope it's more today 13 seconds left 10 seconds left

Oh uh-huh man I'm into a Superman

I don't know clothes you did see me Mike satola he told me about doing the super

Superman's on my back and then I looked

up a modified one there's different ways to modify it this is the railway is like

that

another way you do is just the arms or just the lane

I could go on

another thing he told me was because I can't do pull-ups he said you just hang

from the pull-up bar oh my gosh I tried that and I hung on it for like two

seconds and my back cracked and felt better that pull-up lay the pull

apart-er right outside this room so when I finish this I'm gonna go and hang from

that for a second because I can't hang for more than a couple seconds that

whirling okay you guys know this is the hard one for

me I wish I could bringing that kicking thing over here it's kind of funny and soft

okay jump rope 30 seconds I should move into things have it better

categorized like some cardio but this something easy then that wait across the

pond and then something easy but as I told you guys yesterday I'm just trying

to do something more than walking in place the first 20 days of this weight loss

journey I just walk like in place a lot okay

30 seconds again you guys oops

I wanna say thank you thank you for watching every day because that's why

I'm losing this weight I dont like to disappoint people and myself so it helps

when you watch every day and comment and like

wish i had another one of these. I can't even get it out of the rack

okay I think I'm gonna walk down again

okay that's 2 of everything oh there's a class there's some kind of

aerobics class in the room I like okay plank again I'm gonna try to do 4

sets of this then I'm gone my elliptical

ok 30 seconds man imagine if you did this every day

after a month after 2 weeks 30 seconds would feel like nothing

if you jump rope everyday for 30 seconds like 5 times in a month it

it would feel like nothing I forgot how many seconds it has been this snake diet water fasting

is awesome I don't know what I'm gonna do this is day 7 I am on right now

I don't know I'm gonna do the Superman again

Oh

man I was on a strict like that

mmm oh I don't know how much was the whole

day

man when I get smaller like 50 more pounds

I'm gonna go do that you look the yoga class or some kind of classes God

willing oh all my fat isn't my belly in my back

a little bit in my arms my legs are little my thighs are not so little but I don't

want small thighs so I don't care

okay

oh okay

I'm tired you guys I'm so tired that was horrible

wait a second oh burn this fat off

when I came here I don't know what the heck is going on with that

blood-pressure machine

first it said 150 over something and I was like what like I told you guys this

morning in the weight loss results day 6 I ran out of one of my medicines but I

don't have a doctor's appointment yet but I have a bunch of the other one

so I took one of them plus I'm fasting I thought my pressure would have been

lower so

the last time I did it it was 118 over 77 so now I'm like what

the heck my doctor said those machines are

accurate I did it three different times they gave me three of our results so I'm

just going to go with the medium one that lasts all will be awesome

okay planks again this is my corset 30 seconds ago

yeah I think I'm just gonna do the elliptical and go home I want to lose 25

pounds in the 10 days I don't know if that's gonna happen but I figured I need

to come to the gym to have a better chance of that because my 9 fast

whoo okay I dont know if that was 30 seconds my 9 day fast

I lost 22 pounds but I was doing heavy cardio I was doing tons and tons

of reps of weights like crazy like 4 sets of like 20 reps low weight

on like 5 different machines every day oh you don't have to lose weight

fast like just do whatever you want as long as every day you're doing your best

I really believe in that

who was fitbit?

I don't ever do anything except for take a shower about this

it says I'm 104 105 heart rate and it tells me I am in fat burn

so I am burning fat y'all

I had to slow it down I'm tired

snake diet workout man people tell me when I talk

about Ramadan where we fast it's kind of Sun up to sun down they are like I can

never do that look at me I'm addicted to food but i am not eating for all of

this time so anyone could do Ramadan

you don't know what you could do unless you really give it an honest try man I'm so

tired that's it I'm gonna take this down and back

then do my elliptical and go home and sleep

22 lbs

so that's it I appreciate you watching this whole thing I really want to

document oooh I can see myself I really want to document everything I'm doing

people are gonna say oh how'd you lose 85 pounds or how you lose 30 pounds

in one month or 60 pounds in two or three months I'm gonna say here's the

link Mieka's fasting weight loss just watch the videos I hope this is

motivational to somebody get up and exercise before you go to bed or get up

an exercise before you go to work just put in the

effort to get the results bye

Tips for tools - Duration: 9:14.

This video cast is called Tips for Tools, because I'm always talking to learning leaders

about exciting tools. They look at me with a wistful look in their eye,

and they said, "Yes, yes. Very interesting, but in my organization,

the CIO, the firewall, the restrictions on software, impossible. Can't do it.

We just have to make do with what is supplied." Usually big enterprise programs, like SAP

or Oracle. They look depressed. How do you manage to persuade your

organization that these tools are not only useful, not only secure,

but they make a big difference? Hence, Tips for Tools. The first thing

I implore people is never find an interesting tool, and then go straight to

the CIO and say, "I think this tool could be fantastic for our organization."

Maybe it could be. Maybe not. Your CIA will just, with a glazed look on his face, say,

"No chance. No way. No." Be smarter. The way you're smarter is the following.

Never have 50 tools in your head on the go. Find one, two, or three that

can make a difference, and they're the ones you're going to focus on. Focus on them

for a good period of time. It's very easy to flit, to go from this Monday's tool to

this Wednesday's tool to the Friday tool, and no one is impressed when everything

is wonderful, everything is exciting, everything is cool. Focus on what you

genuinely feel will make a difference in your organization. For example,

if you want to build a more communication, a more improved and engaged learning environment,

and you're looking at Slack, look as well at

perhaps LinkedIn or Yammer or any other number of tools. Keep to three,

maximum of four. Then you start to be smart. Don't test them amongst your own staff.

They'll all love everything. Find people in the organization who are with you who are

willing to go a little bit of an extra mile for you, and get

a little coalition of maybe only eight or 10 people. Set up a mock use of

those tools, using not the company intranet, because that just won't happen,

but let them use their own home-based or their cellular connections.

Mock up how this software could be used in your organization. Get them

to play with the software. Get them to try to post things, try to communicate.

Whatever it might be. Ask them to work, perhaps a week on one, a week

on a second, a week on a third. At the end, listen to their advice.

What did they like? What was easiest to use? What worked best? What did they think would make

the biggest difference? Not what you think. What they think. With a bit of luck,

that conversation will allow you to narrow down the choice to two tools or

perhaps even better, to one tool. If you've got your one preferred tool,

you need a few more people, and you need a more extensive use. Spend a bit of time

working out how you might integrate it into your learning system if you were

able to do that. Build something that looks as close to reality as it's

possible to do, while still not breaking any rules. Get perhaps 50 people,

volunteers, to test that out. If you're going to run a new learning program,

get 50 of the participants if you've got hundreds, or 10 or 15 if a smaller cohort.

Get them to run the software alongside the learning program,

and then get them to tell you whether it made any difference,

whether the outcomes and the outputs from the program were better,

more successful, more deeply reaching in the organization, than the outputs from

the majority of people who didn't use the software. If the answer is,

"Well, no real difference. No real impact," move on. There's no point in arguing

for something that makes no real impact. If your results are astonishing,

if there's clear use, and if those people scream when you say we've got to take

this software away, you've got the basis for a case. When you present your case,

you don't present the case because I, as CLO, head of learning and development

in this organization, think it's a good idea. You get the group

to present the case and say, "We, as users, as learners, have found this unbelievably helpful."

Then you can chip in and say, "These are the quantified benefits."

You build a very, very powerful case using a cohort of people who are quite

vociferous in your support. Then you begin to talk turkey.

How could we make this work in the organization? Could we punch a hole in

the firewall as long as it's secure? Could we use it separately in the Cloud

and build it in, lock it into the main learning system, or do we need to keep

them entirely separate? Each of those three alternatives can possibly work.

Build a coalition and build a consensus. Then, if you get agreement and you implement,

that's not the end of it. No, no. This is the beginning of it.

At this point, you start to gather real evidence that it works, real evidence

that it makes a difference, and then, when you've done that, you can present that

to the people who approved it to the CIO, the CEO, whoever it might be in the organization.

Once you've proved that it makes a difference and that you were

right in the piloting, you then have a platform

on which to build and on which to develop other tools later on down the track.

My model is investigate, experiment, check,

do it again. Investigate, experiment, check, do it again

before you start to shout about what is going to work and what isn't going to work

in your organization. To give you a case study, I work with a big company,

a big pharmaceutical company, who had a very conventional LMS that was on the servers

in the company, very secure, firewall around it. They wanted to use a new

Cloud-based LMS, and the answer was no. They negotiated that they'd

leave the existing LMS, and they'd put two or three very small unimportant pieces

of learning on the new LMS, Cloud-based, and enroll a limited number of staff.

In this case, it was several hundred people. They'd review the output.

They'd compare ease of use, compare benefits, compare data,

compare ease of managing the system, of adding user-generated content, for example.

They gathered together over a period of six months an almost unstoppable case

for the use of the Cloud-based LMS. When they went to the CMO and the CEO

and the CIO and said, "This is a step change in the way that we're gathering data.

It's a step change in performance. I think we've got to work out ways

of moving forward." That's exactly what they did. When they sat around the table,

it wasn't saying getting permission. Sitting around the table,

they were worked out the means and the ways in which they could actually

deliver this to get the benefits. It's so much better to take it steady,

to experiment regularly. Not every experiment will work.

Not every tool you choose is going to make that much of a difference.

When you ask, you've got overwhelming evidence for

moving forward. That is a really successful model that I promise

has worked in countless organizations. They are my tips for tools.

How to Rank in Google | Boost your SEO in Private Practice - Duration: 5:04.

What's up guys! So I bet you saw the title of this video and you were like,

"What is SEO? Ahhh!" Don't worry, I've been there. It's not as complicated as it seems.

There's actually a free tool you that you can use, in only a few minutes have

all the information you need in order to boost your website's SEO. And I'm going to

walk you through it. Welcome to Private Practice Skills.

I'm Dr. Marie Fang, psychologist in private practice. I post videos offering

tools I learned the hard way about starting and growing private practice so

that you don't have to. As therapists we can get such a bad rap for not being

tech savvy. I mean, even just as recently as five years ago most therapists didn't

even have a website. Things have changed! But you don't have to do extra

coursework in order to have a website that your ideal client can find you

through a simple google search. Okay here we go! First: What is SEO? SEO stands

for "search engine optimization." Basically, when you build a website Google and

other search engines don't automatically know what your website is about, and

therefore, who wants to find your website. So you have to put in a little bit of

work into your website in order to help search engines like Google know what

you're all about and hopefully to help your ideal client to find you. This is

what SEO is all about. So in order to build your website's SEO you need to

have a couple of things in place beforehand. Of course you have to have a

website, which means that you also need to already know your niche and have

built in your keywords into your website. If all of that sounds like a bunch of

mumbo-jumbo, I have videos on each of those topics and I'm going to scroll

through them up here so you can find them up there or you can find them in

the description box. Go ahead and watch those first and then come back to this

video. Once you have your website set up with your keywords organically

interspersed throughout, it's time to do an analysis of your website's SEO. You

guys, just a quick background of my own journey trying to boost my websites SEO:

I spent hours and hours taking online courses, watching youtube videos,

listening to podcasts, and I even paid a professional to analyze and boost my

website's SEO. And after all of that and a couple of years, I still was only showing

up on the bottom of the second page of search results for my targeted top

keyword. The bottom of the second page! It wasn't even on the first page at all! I

put in endless hours of work and it was so frustrating. I'd like to save you guys

from that heartache. So eventually after a couple of years I did find this free

SEO analyzer tool. I spent about 30 minutes following its recommendations,

putting them in my website, and voila I was appearing on the first page of my

primary keyword. Just like that. I'm going to show you how to do it. Neil Patel has

a completely free SEO analyzer tool. Here's how it works: Start by visiting

neilpatel.com, scrolling to the bottom, hovering over "tools" and selecting the

"SEO analyzer." You can also find the link in the description. Then type in your

website address. It takes a moment to analyze the homepage of your website.

It'll give you an overall score based on errors and warnings and it will also

check out how quickly your page loads. As you scroll down, the analyzer will give

you feedback about how to improve your page's SEO. Take a little time to follow

the various recommendations and correct any errors or warnings on your page.

Backlinks are an important aspect of SEO, but I'll save that information for

another video in the future. The keywords section of the page is incredibly

important. This reflects the words that Google thinks your website is about. You

want these words to reflect things you think your ideal client will be typing

into a search engine. If the keywords listed here are just

your name and factors unrelated to your specialties, then your ideal client will

not be able to find you in a Google search. Keep scrolling down and check out

the recommendations. As you can see, there are a few recommendations I still need

to develop on my own website. This list gives you a nice to-do list that you can

tackle in your own time. Lastly, you can compare your website to other therapists'.

I won't single anybody out in this context, but you can see how your website

fares against others who are ranking for similar keywords. Okay, that may have felt

like a lot of information coming at you, but all of that information is contained

within the analysis that you just looked up and you can also re-watch this video

as many times as you need while you update your website. Search engines can

take up to two or three weeks to recrawl your website and update the information

and your search rankings, so give it a couple of weeks, set an alarm on your

calendar, and go ahead and do a Google search for your primary

keyword and see where you land compared to before. Then you can keep revisiting

this analyzer tool as many times as you need and updating your website until

you're finally ranking at the top of the search result for your keyword. I hope

you found this video helpful as you work towards boosting your website's SEO in

private practice. Until next time, from one therapist to another, I wish you well.
