Microsoft To-Do 2019 | Full Tour - Duration: 14:21.Hello everyone and welcome back to another video today
We aren't done anything into Microsoft to do we're going to be exploring the iOS application talking a little bit about the web version
Android version and Windows version to go into a bit more detail from the last video I did about
Microsoft to do so as you can imagine
Monks off to do is an application that's capturing. A lot of people's attention
it's growing in popularity in terms of
how many features ever having and the additions are actually fixing in the
application which is super positive
If you do want to see what's new with Microsoft to do feel free to check out the video in the cards above
So here we are with the iOS version
I want to give you a tour around this application the additions aren't that dissimilar?
So you have your first page you have my day?
And my day is essentially an area for you to start organizing what you're going to be doing today
It's essentially your today section very similar to duyst
So if you go in that top right hand corner, you can see at the top of the page
You've got my bay important planned and tasks and these are like almost your pinned
Sidebars so you can see all of the most important things
So my day starts basically with the ability to add tasks to this list. So for example from here I could add maybe
by milk because actually I need to do that play some basketball and
You can see once I add all of these they're going into what's called my tasks list
And I can go over to the task list and actually find them at the bottom
now if I at any given point one to two for example
Let's say went into a watch Venom click add to my day and it will automatically go into the my day section
So with every single task in the matter whether it's in a project or list
Or whether it's inside of tasks area. You can do that to any task that isn't already associated to my day
Which is quite helpful, so being able to add a task is quite easy
Of course, I just put my milk there
But you can add steps below them if you really want to do if there's more steps into it than just buying milk you can
Remove it here from my day, too
but you can also add it back again and you may notice a star next to the buy milk at the top and that's
and it to the important list, so if I go back out
obviously you can see it in that important list there and
It makes it a little easier to access. So once I'm in my day, that will also be starred as
important so when you're trying to differentiate
What tasks are important and what are not you can see that by the side now?
There's also remind me so you can click remind me and turn on notifications
now if you haven't done that yet, you can see that on the iOS device pops up allowing you a nudge there and you can
specifically choose a time and a date
so for example
If actually I do need to do that about 10 15 ish so you can be very specific about when you want to be reminded
Now something to note as well. You don't have the ability to add multiple reminders
But I don't think that's really going to be too much of a bother for you
Now you can add what's called a due date
So for example if I'm like, okay, I really need to get up by tomorrow. Then you can add a due date
So essentially you've got by adding it to my day you Ventris entually got start day or or an actual due date
And then you've got a due date which allows you to get a sort of deadline on the task
Now you do have the ability to repeat and you can do that. You can also custom repeat it
So you've also got daily - yearly here, but you've also got the ability to have a custom one
Say for example
If you want every six days something very specifically can I know a lot of people like the iconography as well of this application?
Now here you can also add a file
So for example, you can add it through iOS through photo library camera or files
So if you want to attach something, it's really easy. If you've already got a an actual a
files iCloud file set up
Then you can import it automatically and you can add as many as you like to so that's great news you can add
As many as I don't think they have a limit. I think it may be even 25 megabytes per task which isn't too bad
I don't think you've also got the ability to add a note as well
It's just really really simple and down at the bottom right hand corner there. You can see you can delete tasks too
So that's really all in all what the inside of a task looks like be able to add
Next now the great thing as well is you have the ability to multi select
So for example went to top right hand corner
And I pressed edit and I wanted to highlight maybe the play basketball or watch venom
You can move that you can change the due date or you can move it to a specific
Tasks area personal list etc
So you can move multiple of them and you can even select all again in a given time
You can change the due date on them
So obviously they will stay in today, but you can change the actual due date of the task
You can also move them around too if you're really eager to now up in the top right hand corner
You do have the ability to sort based unimportant. So if you wanted to
Organize that quickly just based on which one's a starred or not
You can do that and you can have it by descending or ascending order and you can also sort by alphabetical
due date
Creation date and whether they're completed so far and you can clear that any given time and it will return to its original status
Now if you've completed a task, so for example, we watch venom the other day
And of course it still retains in a safer go back in
It stills there. So one thing you can do is click hide completed tasks
and of course that will disappear if you want to see show completed tasks you can I know a lot of people do actually like
To see it because they want to know where they've done that in the day
now one of the final things and something you can do inside of all lists is
customizing each of your folders or your lists and that's just by changing the
Header color so you can actually see
Different colors here and five primary colors. I like the dark blue. You can also change the background too
so whether you'll just want a city or a
Plane going up or even a lovely beach
But in this case, I might choose this lovely home one
But you can have it plain if that's something that you just want to keep pretty simple once you click done
Obviously, that's your my day area. And one of the most exciting things as well is in the top right hand corner
you can click this area called suggestions and suggestions are available through all of the editions of Microsoft to do and
Essentially, what you can do is you can look at your overdue and suggested tasks
so for example
You can see here that I've got an would you run five kilometres and maybe I do want to do that today now?
it's already embedded by the looks of it in my tasks area with a due date of
Wednesday the 13th of February now if I wanted to add it to my day area
All I have to do is press the plus and you can see it pops up added to my day and it will disappear
Now it's the same with projects. So for example, it will take out
some of the tasks from the
Areas that you've got so for example that I've got work personal tasks or these are all different lists
So I maybe need to organize Amsterdam trip. So I'm going to click tick that one. I don't need to feed the cat
So I'm going to mark that as complete so you can do that from there or delete the task
I'm I'm not actually needing to order the table. I don't need to wash the car and I don't need to upload articles yet
So all I'm after gonna do is go to done in the top right corner
Now you can see here that the Run 5k
Has been added and I can go back in and actually change the due date for that
maybe until this Thursday and I go back and
The same with the organize the Amsterdam trip so you can see all the details being transferred and you can see some of the examples
Of subtasks here and you can tick them off as you go
So if I go back out to my day
You can see two out three of those tasks are done. And that's essentially all of the my dariya area
It's one of the features. I think actually people do quite enjoy now
Once you've explained my day, you don't really have to explain them important area
You've got areas where you can start asks
which is really easy to do and
If you go back you can also see what tasks you have coming up so you can see okay i'm gonna minimize today
But okay between wednesday and sunday
Although they're in my day
You know
they've actually got a due date of that and also ones that even later so you can click in and
If I change that for example
If I put it as tomorrow and went back, you could probably see it in its own different area called tomorrow
so this is quite a nice view if you're looking to see
Basically your next seven days
Now the tasks area is literally for any of your tasks that don't necessarily have a project list
And it's almost just like a general list. So for example, if you wanted to you could utilize the sorting features
and you can even
Choose the ones that have been added to my day
So all of the my day ones will come up in here
you can even sort them, you know both ascending and descending and you can also go and set them by the
Alphabet that's going to be that's quite a handy one. I know people like that, too
you can customize this theme as well if you want to with those five primary colors and
That can help you get started now just to go over the different lists you've created
So for example, you can see I've got personal and I've taken my passport photo there. I haven't ordered a new table
It's very similar
all you have to do is go to create new list and
They'll prompt you to add a title to that now if I clear all of this and maybe put you know
project a
you can if you want to add an emoji to the start of that say for example, actually, I'm going to change this one to
You know take places to visit
because that could be nice and then I go up to the top right hand corner and change that to red because it's nice and
In there we go a nice background with the actual
plane in the background so you can see here that the emoji has been taken as a
Almost icon of the project which I quite like so you can move that around as well
So for example, if I wanted to move travel to the top I could quite easily do so
And that's really had a great list
lists are really really easy to get on with the real magic inside of lists is the sharing ability so you may see in the
top right hand corner
I've got sharing set up and I will explain how to do that right now with this brand new list
We have the places to visit. So if I go to the plus in the top right hand corner, I can press send
invitation link and essentially that is sent to new members you can copy it and
once you send it to a new member, they'll get access to that and
They can view it and even modify it with a Microsoft to do it count now you can limit access to current members
So what they actually see inside of there so you can cancel the link and you can react sis a link and stop sharing it
Automatically but that makes it a shareable area and the sharing icon appears. Not sure whether you can see the
The you can tell which ones have been shared which ones haven't been seen here
That's a first two in this case have been shared. So you're probably wondering a few of the minor
Idiosyncrasies if I go to the top left hand corner, I can access my profile
I can have the completion sound and if you've got the sound on it sounds fantastic
You can have or choose whether to have those important or planned areas or auto hide empty
Smart lists and that's quite helpful
You can also start importing from vendor lists from here to now all the other stuff is jargon at the bottom all the other
Additional stuff but for example, let's say I just switched off important and I didn't want that anymore
I could have it back on and it would come back on so
That's something that a lot of people like to do have their own custom sidebar in this experience
So, of course the iPad version has three panels
which is something that I know a lot of people like to have the three different panels so they can access the sidebar the
Tasks list and then the context of the task
so if we look at the web version
so the web version doesn't have the theme ability that you can access and also it just
Seems a little bit lacking in design, but I can imagine over the next couple of weeks
They'll definitely be adding to that
You can't add emoji as well sort of like the fundus is zapped out of the web version
But I can imagine that's why because the web version is going to be the least accessed and probably
The least important because a lot of people have windows
Windows the windows Edition does have a few different things. It's got live tiles
It's also got Cortana as well. So you can connect up with Cortana which is something that a lot of people like to do
So for example seeing your list of tasks coming up
You've also got emoji connected to that one
And what I would say as a Windows Edition looks like one of the best it's also got a dark edition now
Now Android is the one that has something called snoozed tasks
You can snooze a task for five minutes to one hour
this is currently in beta but it's something that I know a lot of people loved inside of an app called swipes and
It is something that if Microsoft to do ads is definitely going to be an exciting application. I
Did see a lot of people in the comments in the what's new to Microsoft to do video
20:19 do mention that obviously, you know, Google Tasks. Why are you comparing to that Francesco? Yes
Google Tasks is an application that I do compare
It is a lot far behind from Microsoft to do but if Google paid even a fraction of attention to it
I think it could quickly catch up with to do now one other thing. I wanted to mention as well is
That a lot of people are saying and how happy they are with Microsoft to do and how it's progressing
It's definitely something to consider in
2019 if you like to watch my downsizing to-do list applications feature. Please do check that one out and because it might become valuable

5 Expensive Liquids That Can Make You Rich - Duration: 4:37.5 Expensive Liquids That Can Make You Rich.
Number 5.
When we're talking perfume, there's nothing more iconic than Chanel No. 5.
It's one of the most widely known fragrances in the entire world.
The fragrance was produced in 1922 and was created by popular designer Coco Chanel and
French-Russian chemist and perfumer Ernest Beaux.
The idea behind the perfume was transparency.
Chanel wanted to do away with all the prissiness of the perfume industry back then, and the
result was the clean lines of the Chanel bottle and the clear liquid.
The bottle has gone through changes before it became the iconic squared bottle that it
is now.
The bottle itself and the perfume has become a symbol in pop and art culture over the years.
The price for this iconic fragrance is $26,000 per gallon.
Number 4.
Human blood definitely isn't the most expensive blood on the planet, as this unique crab has
blood that sells for a lot more.
$60,000 per gallon.
Horseshoe crab blood blood contains amebocytes, which play a similar role to the white blood
cells of vertebrates in defending the organism against pathogens.
Amebocytes from the blood are used to make Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL), which is used
for the detection of bacterial endotoxins in medical applications.
This means there is a high demand for the blood, the harvest of which involves collecting
and bleeding the animals, and then releasing them back into the sea.
Most of the animals survive the process; mortality is correlated with both the amount of blood
extracted from an individual animal, and the stress experienced during handling and transportation.
Number 3.
Everyone knows that (Lysergic acid diethylamide) LSD's were the popular hallucinogenic/psychedelic
drug from the 60s.
It's more commonly known as acid, and it worked to alter someone's awareness of his or her
surroundings, perceptions, and even feelings.
It was a prevalent recreational drug back in those days, but some have even used it
for spiritual reasons.
The drug isn't typically addictive, but it causes delusions, anxiety, and paranoia.
It became famous in the music industry during the psychedelic rock ages.
It also had huge influences in art, literature, and film cultures.
In 1971, the use of the drug became illegal in countries that participated in the United
Nations Convention on Psychotropic Substances.
However, enforcement of this law varies in consistency.
Despite of all that, LSD is actually very expensive.
The price for this drug is $123,000 per gallon.
Number 2.
If there was a list for the most dangerous animals on the planet, the King Cobra would
be ranked pretty high.
Its venom is so deadly that even one bite could take down an elephant in a few hours.
Even though it's so fatal, the venom is used in plenty of medicines against depression,
schizophrenia and is also used for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's research.
Apart from that, protein unique to king cobra venom that elicits neurological reactions
in mice called ohanin, is being used in a painkiller that is 20 times
more potent than morphine, and has no observable side effects.
The price tag for the king cobra venom is $153,000 per gallon.
Number 1.
The deathstalker is one of the most dangerous scorpions on the planet.
It also happens to produce the most expensive liquid in the world costing $39,000,000 per
gallon.
However, to get that amount of venom, you would need to milk one scorpion for 2.6 million
times.
Inside that deadly venom, there's tons of useful components that are helping pioneer
breakthrough medicines in science.
Hlorotoxins, for example, are the perfect size to bind with certain cancer cells in
the brain and spine, which is helpful for identifying the specific size and location
of tumors.
The venom also has protein that's essential for treating serious medical conditions such
as arthritis, bowel disease, and multiple sclerosis.

Bad Cell Phone Etiquette? Modern Man's Manners Guide | RMRS Etiquette - Duration: 9:32.Bad Cell Phone Etiquette Modern Man's Manners Guide
[0:00:00] 84% of people think that texting or taking
a phone call during a meeting is rude.
72% of us feel uncomfortable moving five feet or more from our cellphone.
80% of us sleep with our cellphone.
And, 40% of us are addicted to our cellphone, some of us checking it up to nine hundred
times in a single day.
Gents, what all these data means is that we've got a powerful tool that many of us misused.
Today's video, gents, a modern guide to phone etiquette.
[Music] Today's video, gents, I'm breaking into
two parts.
We've got ten rules for phone etiquette and then, we've got ten situations and what
you should do in each of them.
Rule number one, the 10-foot buffer.
So, this applies if you're in a public space or you're at a party.
If you're going to take a phone call, you're going to make a phone call, you want to give
yourself a buffer.
What you're looking to do is not have your conversation basically affect others and have
their conversation affect you.
You want to create that bit of space that bit of buffer.
Rule number two, try not to talk about personal or private topics in a public space especially
those which no one else really wants to hear.
Yeah, so I just go back to the doctor and he said it was contagious.
Yeah, that rash and remember the sores I had with the puss leaking out.
Ugh.
Oh, excuse me.
Sorry, I'm going to grab my food right here.
Do you mind me squeezing by you?
Yeah.
Don't have those conversations and people don't want to know these stuff.
Rule number three, gents, watch your tone when you're on the phone.
You don't want to shout, you don't want to yell, you don't want to use foul language,
you don't want to be screaming into that phone and having an emotional outburst.
It's about respect for other people and making sure, yeah, you may not be able to
change the way you engage with this person, but you could change the situation and when
you choose to actually have these engagements.
Next up, get rid of that obnoxious ringtone.
You know what I'm talking about.
[Fart sound] Me personally, I keep my phone on silent by default.
The next rule, by default, keep the volume of your phone on mute.
So, have you ever this happened.
You're in a library you're in a quiet work space, everyone is deep in their work,
you got some time to kill, you start to surf the web and all of a sudden, all of these
noise is coming from your phone.
Yeah, this is embarrassing.
Everyone is now looking at you.
Guys, let's nip this in the bud.
Keep your phone by default set to mute on volume.
Now, speaking of surfing web, yes, obnoxious sounds are bad, but you know what's worse?
When your information gets hijacked, literally you got someone that comes in your phone and
they actually pull the data off.
Or you actually go to check a site and you're blocked or your information is basically collected
and you're no longer anonymous when you're surfing the web.
Guys, when you're surfing the web from your phone, you want to use a VPN and the paid
sponsor of today's video is ExpressVPN.
This is a great service, guys.
I have installed this on my phone, I have installed it on my computers.
I absolutely love what these guys are doing.
So, what's a VPN?
Guys, in simple terms, it's a secure private anonymous tunnel that protects your information
from prying eyes.
It's not going to be hijacked, you're not going to have hackers coming in.
And, what's really cool if, you know, because I've worked from schools, yes, and they
block let's say YouTube and I need to access YouTube to be able to see what's going on
with my videos.
Well, guess what?
I can use the VPN to just get around that.
And that's what I love, guys.
So, if you're in another country you're traveling, you're using Wi-Fi, yes, that
is not secured and you can have your information stolen, you want to be using a VPN.
So, whey ExpressVPN?
What makes them awesome?
Let me lay it out for you.
They've got VPN locations in over ninety four countries.
Guys, this gives you plenty of options to choose from.
They've got 24/7 customer support, so you can get help whenever you need it.
They've got apps for every device.
We're talking Windows, IOS, Android, Mac, Linux, routers and more.
It's easy to use.
Guys, connect with just one click.
They've got best in class encryption.
We're talking 256 bit AES.
They got browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox.
This is less than $7 a month with a 30-day money back guarantee.
Guys, to check out ExpressVPN and get three months free, use the link down in the description
of today's video.
That's ExpressVPN.com/RMRS.
Again, guys, that's ExpressVPN.com/RMRS for three months free with a one year package.
The next rule, gentlemen, think before you text.
So, you know the advantage of calling somebody is it takes about five to fifteen seconds
to actually get them on the phone.
You got to find their number and you got to dial it in, you got to wait for them to pick
up.
And you've got that time that you can cool down especially if you're emotional.
You got to be careful.
So many people, in fact, they did a study they found that two-thirds of people have
sent a text message that they regretted sending.
So, you've got to be careful.
So, before, gents, you just send off that text, take a step back, breathe, and make
sure that you're not going to regret sending it.
The next rule, gentlemen, ask before you put somebody on speaker phone.
When somebody is having a phone conversation, it's implied that this is a private conversation
between two individuals the vast majority of the time.
So, if you're going to change the dynamic, you need to ask permission.
Now, hold on, guys, really quick.
Are you enjoying this video?
You like it?
Click on that like button.
And if you're new to Real Men Real Style, welcome and join our community by clicking
on that subscribe button and that notification bell, make sure you ring it so that you get
updates when these videos are coming right out.
[0:05:03] Next up, make sure you ask permission before
you share recorded information.
We have this whole record of all this information shared from pictures to texts that we think
are funny and guess what?
We take a snapshot, we share it on social media, we pass it around, but did you ask
permission with the other party that was involved because this could be really embarrassing
for them.
The point is, gentlemen, even with text messages, people assume that there's a bit of privacy
when it's between two people, so be careful when you're sharing that with others, try
to get the permission of the other person involved.
Next up, let's talk about the rules surrounding dropped calls.
So, you don't want to ever blame anyone for a dropped call.
One out of fifty calls actually end because they're dropped some type of technical issue,
but don't ever pass blame on the others and definitely don't get upset.
Don't be a lighthouse.
I'm talking about flashing the light on your phone whether you're just sending out
a text, you're using the flashlight.
Guys, be careful in a dark environment because it ruins it for everybody.
And my advice, gentlemen is to avoid temptation, turn your phone off when you're in the theater
because you don't want to get that buzz going to check and text and all of a sudden,
you're blinding the people next to you.
And, gentlemen, it should go without saying, but never text or talk on your phone while
you're driving.
And, yes, talking on your phone even with a headset is just as distracting as if you
are holding the phone up right here.
Guys, you can only focus on one thing, take care of yourself.
I want you to get where you're going alive and take care of the passengers you're with.
Guys, put the phone down, it can wait.
So now, let's talk about situations.
First off, we've got private conversation.
The phone whether it'd be text or a phone call should never come between you and a person
that you're having a private conversation with.
In general, human beings always rate above what's coming in on this phone.
Next up, let's talk about interaction with strangers specifically you're at the checkout.
What you want to do is not be on the phone and give that person as a human being to another
human being the respect of your full attention.
Show people respect even if they're a stranger by getting off that phone call.
So, now, let's talk about at work.
It really depends on your job and what you do.
If you've got a job and what you have to be there a hundred percent, it's very labor-focused
and you've got a break, then you want to make the call on your break, maybe it's
going to be the lunch hour, but you want to in general not try to take personal calls
during work time.
Next up, we've got meetings.
And like I said the stat is 84% of people view taking a call or even sending a text
during a meeting as a bad sign.
You're not paying attention and that's key.
But, don't try to multi-task because you can't do it.
You're actually just not there at the meeting, you're not present.
Now, what about public transportation?
We're talking buses, trains.
Text, perfectly fine, but phone calls you want to be careful.
You don't want to keep them too long and you want to keep them short, you want to make
sure it's only an important call.
I would prefer to wait until you're out of earshot, you don't want to push your
conversation on other people.
So, what about restaurants?
Really it depends, are you eating alone, are you eating with other people.
If you're eating with other people, it goes back to personal conversations, the phone
does not come out, I would even keep it in your pocket.
You don't want to actually put it up in front of you or even on the table because
that actually creates distance between you and the other person.
Now, if you're alone, yes, you can text, but when it comes to taking phone calls, I
would really try to keep that until you're out of earshot of other people.
So, what about if you're on a car?
Guys, if you're driving, it's easy.
Don't text, don't talk, I want you to get there alive.
But what if you're the passenger?
So, texting is fine, but talking you probably want to get – you want to get the driver's
permission.
Why?
Because it's distracting and also, it kind of isolates the driver.
I personally don't like it when somebody is talking on the phone, we're in there
together, I'd like to have a conversation with them or to have them available for a
conversation.
All right.
So, what about concerts, movies, plays, the theater?
Guys, it really depends on light when it comes to texting.
But, once the performance has started, you've got to give respect to other people.
So, think about noise, you don't want to basically be loud when people are trying to
enjoy the concert, they're trying to listen in on what's going on with the play.
What about religious events?
What about church, mosque, synagogue?
When you are there, it's about showing respect, no texting, no phone calls.
What about the waiting room at the doctor's office?
At the DMV?
Guys, text is perfectly fine, phone calls, keep them short and brief.
Remember the ten-foot rule.
All right, gentlemen.
Now, it's your turn.
I want to hear from you down in the comments.
What did I miss?
I know that there are some things that people do on their phones that you absolutely hate
or maybe you actually like.
Let me know down in the comments, guys, I'll be checking it out.
And go, check out ExpressVPN.
I will link to them down in the description, guys.
Go check them out.
That's ExpressVPN.com/RMRS for three months free with a one year package.
All right, gentlemen.
That's it.
Take care.
I will see you in the next video.

The Fiduciary Difference - Duration: 2:59.(light, airy music)
- Too many people make the mistake
of believing that all financial advisors,
regardless of how their paid, are the same.
Many don't understand the difference
between fee-based, commission-based, and fee-only advisors.
(exciting music)
Hi, I'm Bradford Ferguson of Halter Ferguson Financial,
and I get it, regardless of how they're paid,
they all call themselves financial advisors,
and give themselves impressive titles.
They might have a slew of letters after their name
and it's easy to believe that one
is just as good as the other.
But if that were true,
no one would ever leave their advisor.
No one ever be sold a product
or solution that doesn't really work for them.
And no one would ever have second thoughts.
And I can tell you it happens all the time.
Just as these shapes are all blue
doesn't mean they aren't very different,
and if you keep believing that
every financial advisor is the same
just because they share the same name,
you're likely to end up paying your advisor
a huge commission.
Then, while you're stuck with buyer's remorse
about the financial limiting product you were talked into,
that advisor stops returning your calls.
But you can actually find a financial advisor
that will put your best interest first.
Look for two important terms.
The first is fee only.
That means your financial advisor isn't paid by commissions.
The only way they earn their fee is based on your returns.
A fee-only advisor earns money by doing a good job for you.
And the better they do for you, the more they make.
It's a self-fulfilling cycle that benefits you.
The second term is fiduciary.
This means that your financial advisor
is legally required to act in your best interest.
Fee-only aligns their financial interest
with the growth of your money.
So let me ask, do you really wanna take a risk
with a financial advisor who
might be more interested in making a quick buck,
or do you want the one who wins when you do,
and will always act in your best interest?

Why Should You Stop Drinking Water-KIDNEY FILTRATION & LYMPH - Duration: 5:26.hey guys this is going to be a short but powerful video and also if there's
anyone who is having a kidney issue or kidney failure if you didn't understand
why your doctor was telling you to do this I'm going to tell you one reason
for this now in our society we are told that we're supposed to drink eight eight
ounces of water a day or more and that is further from the truth
this is why people are getting blocked up in the lymphatic systems but getting
blocked up and when I say lymphatic system there's two fluids in the body
there's blood and is lymphatic these are two important fluids and body I should
say and when lymphatic fluids are not coming out in the building and trying to
find spaces to go into like the tissues of the body
they can form cancers and like lymphoma for an example but this is not a video
about cancer but if somebody's having cancer not cancer I'm sorry if
somebody's having kidney failure and your doctor says to you to stop drinking
water why do you think that is they tell you this because number one water is the
worst thing that the body can be doing right now
when your kidneys are not filtering because what is supposed to be filtering
is waste not just water but waste it regulates the lymphatic this the
lymphatic system which is the sewer system of the body and it's not going to
be able to clear out when you have a kidney failure if you are burning in the
kidneys with water because it's not properly filtering the water to begin
with this is just holding on to it and the more water the kidneys hold on to
it's not going release with the blockages which is
lymphatic waste so when you stop drinking water when you have in kidney
failure as your doctor tells you your being able to release the lymphatic
wastes in unclog the pipes as I would say others would say of the kidneys to
get them flowing and getting filtration happening now doctor might not say it in
that way well we're gonna tell you to cut down on your water or don't drink
water at all for a while unless you feel thirsty take a couple of sips but that's
as far as the goals but they want to see filtration happening so that you can get
your body back on cycle in the the kidneys filtering like they once were
probably for most of us when we were younger it's very important to get the
kidneys on clogged and the lymphatic flowing and not stuck so that the body
works at a optimal pace and that you don't start getting ailments like I've
said in another video you know when you start to have kidney
failure you will you know notice things like stiffness in your joints arthritis
also swelling of course because not only is the kidneys not filtering the water
that's being consumed by the body but it's not filtering the waste people
think that the only job of the kidneys is the filter out water the other job of
the kidneys is also to filter out waste through the lymphatic system very
importantly just as important as its job is to filter out water the the job is
also of the kidneys to filter out the lymphatic system so I'm not a doctor I'm
just telling you you know from my own experience
that if you do small dry fast from 12 to 24 hours a day then rehydrate not with
water but like a maybe a fresh cold-pressed juice doing this
consistently see you can get yourself on filtering and your kidneys working at an
optimal level and what you want to see in your urine and you should test that
on a daily basis is sediment so your urine should not look clear that's
letting you know that your kidneys are responding and you're on your way to
your health improving and we all hope being at optimal you know filtration so
with all that being said please subscribe to the channel like and she
had this video or making a favorite and I'll see you guys in the next video
bye for now

Have You Stopped Growing? - Duration: 3:30.Hello again everyone Derrick Floyd here beautiful now podcast where we define
simple truth to be applied daily to help you be relentlessly you and do you ever
feel like your life is stagnant like you're simply just not growing anymore
or like all the hard work you're putting in it's just not bearing any fruit
I felt that way sometimes so let me offer this maybe you've outgrown the
soil that your life is in and you simply need to be replanted before you can grow
again let's take a look on the other side and I'll share this with you
hello again and welcome back now as anyone with a green thumb knows for
plant to really flourish and grow it needs multiple factors like sunshine
water even good soil excedrin but did you know that you could actually kill
your plant by putting it in a pot that's too small what happens is the plant
starts to dig down and put its roots and expand out and when it hits the wall of
the pot it starts to get stifled even crowded it actually makes the plant stop
growing it's what has to happen tip to pull that plant out of the pot and put
it in a brand new larger pot so they look expand again giving it the room to
grow now your life is a lot like that here's how when your life seems to stop
growing or be stagnant so to speak it's like your current knowledge or your life
experiences are like those roots and they've grown as far as your space in
your life will allow so it's almost like you've outgrown them so you have to
uproot yourself and replant yourself in a whole new space in order for your life
to start growing again now this replanting so to speak can happen in
many ways what about a career change you've been at that job for over 10
years now and even though it's stable it doesn't quite stimulate you either way
it used to you're not growing anymore in that space maybe it's time for something
new what about going back to school you finished that career and you got the
degree but now you've got to something that you really didn't want to do you
chose something that your parents told you to do instead of something that you
desire from the beginning try to go back to school what about a new relationship
now I don't mean leave your spouse but what about a new friendship that has
maybe a new positive outlook or an out-of-the-box approach in life that
could kind of help you reach stimulate your own ideas and dreams these kind of
people can breathe new life into your heart and give you a whole new
perspective on where you are now unfortunately sometimes we just have no
control because God allows certain things like tragedy or heartbreak or
other life experiences to uproot us because he wants to see our faith grow
he wants us to be stretched and he knows that a lot of us will never leave our
comfort zone our small pot so to speak unless we're forced down so we get
stifled and we never grow to be the person
were always designed to be so I challenge you today to kind of evaluate
the soil that your life is in dig deep and figure out if some of the roots or
certain areas of your life how stop growing and get ready to replant them
after all growth can't happen unless your life has room to breathe room to
move well you can stretch your faith and I think what you'll find is that there's
a whole other exciting live another chapter of your life waiting to be
written that you didn't even know what's there hope that helps one today put your
thoughts in the comments below I hope to see you again as a beautiful now podcast
take your guys have a great one

Interview Joe Pine - how would you define a CX strategy? - Duration: 3:37.Hi, so I'm with Joe Pine, the American terrorists who invented
the Experience economy, the concept in the 90s. Right?
I always say discovered
Customer experience has become a buzzword to polish the image of
organization. But at the end there is no consensus on
the strategy to offer great experience. So how would you, you Joe,
how would you define a CX strategy?
For me it's set of four elements more or less tangible.
It's about a team
It's about KPIs
It's about objectives
and about data, customer data.
So how would you define the customer strategy?
Well Iwould I would start one step before that, which is asking
yourself the question what business are you really in.
Because you need to decide to be in the experience business.
Because experiences are a distinct economic
offering as distinct from services as services are from goods.
So if you're currently a manufacturer or you're a service provider then you need to decide
hey we're going to move into and shift into the experience business.
Doesn't mean you give up the manufacturing or give up the service activities you do
but you add on top of those that you're going to create an engaging and memorable
experience for your customers.
For your direct customers?
Usually. Sometimes
it's customers customers yeah yeah but sometimes but usually it's your direct customers.
So then once you've got that and
have that mindset that this is what we're doing then you can work on the
strategy fully for it which does include the team as you said, which is the
organizing principle for the experience. It's how you decide what's in the
experience versus what's out of the experience.
And then you can build everything out to where you can create something that then you can measure and
see how effectively it engages your audience, your customers.
How satisfied are the customers
Right
This is my topic: how we can improve the experience
from your customer data. It's kind of collective intelligence
They tell us how to improve ourselves, how to improve the offer so why not listen to them.
So, you start with better understanding the offer.
Right right
I talked with Oracle some weeks ago and they told me that many businesses
we didn't expect are now offering great experience, like the rubber industry.
They are working.... (rubber like tires not condoms)
For the wheels!
Yeah, that's what I thought!
They are working on the customer experience strategy
because implementing captors, sensors on the wheels
they can better understand customer behaviors and adapt the goods for them.
So they are not directly selling the product to them
They are selling to BMW, Mercedes, Peugeot, whatever...
They want to enhance the driving experience the customer has with these auto parts.
So, they can deliver better product through the data they collect

WB02T10175 - Replacing Your GE Oven Door Spacer AP3671194 PS951807 - Duration: 3:55.hi my name is Bill and today I will be showing you how to replace the oven door
spacer in your stove the reason why you would have to do this is your spacers
broken damaged or missing and the door isn't closing properly for this repair
we'll be using a quarter-inch nut driver and a screw driver with a V T 15 star
bit warning before doing any repairs please disconnect your power source so
this is the stove we're going to be using in this demonstration
it's a GE now keep in mind ours might be a little bit different than what you
have at home but the same technique should still apply we're going to open
up our oven door here and what we need to do is lift up on the hinge clips here
on both sides and once we do that we're going to close the door up as much as we
can and then we can lift it out and set it on the ground now we're going to
start with the two screws on top this will get to washer that comes with it and now
I'll move the three bottom screws here
and now that we have all those screws out you should be able to separate the
two halves into the door so you can see right here you've got one spacer when we
remove the other half the other spacer is missing so that could cause you to
over tighten on one side and the two doors could also be a little bit loose
when you're screwing the other screw back in so you can grab your new OEM
replacement oven door spacer if you don't have one already you can find one
on our online store so now I'm going to put the two halves of the door together
but before I do that I want to stick in the longer screw on both sides
and I'm also going to put the spacer on both screws and it should hold itself in
place just like that and once those are in place we can put it back together now on this side we'll just
use the hinge and pull up a little bit to line up those screw holes and once we
do that screw it back in
and now that we've got everything screwed back together we can put our
door back on so we're going to put the hinges into the hole right there
set it down put our door all the way down and then we'll push down the hinge
clips on both sides and now you can close up your oven door and your repair
is complete finally don't forget to plug in your
appliance if you need to replace any parts for your appliances you can find
an OEM replacement part on our website pcappliancerepair.com thanks for
watching and please don't forget to like comment and share our video also don't

10 Unknown Underground Cities! - Duration: 11:15.From forgotten ancient cities to entire homeless populations...stay tuned to number 1 to find
out the most amazing unknown underground cities in the world!
Number 10: The City Underneath The House.
The country of Turkey is known for many things, but one thing they've becoming unintentionally
known for recently is the finding of underground cities in places they wouldn't expect.
While you might think this a rare occurrence, it's actually a bit common, as the country
was known for underground cities in the ancient days.
But the tale I'm telling you today is that of Mustafa Bozdemir of Anatolia.
Who one day found an entrance to an underground city.
Nothing out of the ordinary there, right?
Except...that the entrance was right underneath his own house.
That's right, right under his home, and he wasn't exactly looking for it, either.
He was simply trying to expand his single story house by digging down, and when they
did, they found a 43,000 square foot underground city.
"The underground city was active in the Roman, Byzantine, and Seljuk eras, and other stone
buildings there were built in the Ottoman and Republican periods," local mayor Mehmet
Osmanbasogl said in a statement.
Being very smart with what he found Mustafa is aiming to make some money off the site
by making it a tourist attraction.
And given its randomness and depth, that's a sure fire money maker.
Number 9: Edinburgh Vaults.
All the way back in 1788, under the South Bridge in Edinburgh, Scotland, a series of
"vaults" were made.
The South Bridge was known for its businesses, and under the bridge was the workshops of
those businesses.
However, under that were living quarters, or at least, you could say they were living
quarters, the truth was actually much worse.
Basically, it was a Caste system under a bridge.
The lower you were, the lower you were in societies eyes.
You might think that having to live in these vaults was a literal last resort for some
people, and yet, some went on to thrive down there.
Criminal enterprises took to them like flies to honey They offered gambling, and even brothels.
Yet, the vaults were also used to dispose of bodies, and it made sense when you think
about it, for no one "above" would dare enter the vaults.
But, as in all things, enough soon became enough, thus they abandoned the vaults.
The vaults were officially closed in 1875 and were forgotten to time.
But... a Rugby player in the 1980's wanted to help smuggle his defecting friend escape
the police and get to the UK.
He found a tunnel underneath his bar that actually led to the Edinburgh Vaults, which
they used to get the man out.
After being rediscovered, they were explored, restored, and opened up as a tourist attraction.
Hopefully they will teach a lesson to those who think the Caste system works.
Number 8: Mayan City In The Forest.
Before we talk about this amazing discovery, take a moment to like this video and join
the Zero2Hero community by using the buttons below!
The Mayans are one of the most mysterious people's to ever walk this Earth.
They came seemingly out of nowhere, amassed power quickly, reigned for a great deal of
time, and made their mark on history as a whole.
But then just as suddenly as they came upon the worlds' stage...they left.
Gone.
And to this day, we're still making discoveries about the Mayans.
And each one changes the way we look at them, and expands their mystery.
A great example is when a group of scientists used some laser technology to find a piece
of Mayan culture, and in a place they didn't expect to find it.
This was done in Guatemala, where the forests are so thick that looking at anything on the
ground is hard.
Even trekking through it is difficult.
So, they used lasers to scan under the canopies of the trees, and when they did, they found
a massive Mayan settlement.
To be clear, by "settlement", I don't mean a small colony.
Rather, they found homes, palaces, and even their own version of highways.
The area had the potential to be home to millions of Mayans according to the researchers.
"I think this is one of the greatest advances in over 150 years of Mayan archaeology," said
Stephen Houston, Professor of Archaeology and Anthropology at Brown University.
Because of this discovery, many scientists think that the Mayans were an even bigger
and grander culture than we originally surmised, which was already pretty grand.
And it goes to show you that the ancient world still has some surprises up its sleeves.
Number 7: Derinkuyu Underground City.
As noted above, Turkey is known for having many underground cities, and they just keep
seeming to find them!
This particular city happened to be found in the Cappadocia region of the country.
Back in their hayday, these cities were hand carved from the volcanic ash that lies within.
Not your standard building materials, but they worked for the Turks.
One of the biggest, and most famous of them all, though, is the Derinkuyu Underground
City.
Standing at 18 stories is size, it's a massive city.
It's said that it could've housed around 20,000 people.
How could that be?
Now, as for how it was found, it was truly an accident, for a man in Turkey was trying
to renovate his home in 1963.
As he knocked down a wall to his house, he found himself looking at a secret tunnel,
one that led to the city of Derinkuyu.
Wait, didn't we have something like this before?
Yeah, we did, but it's a different city, but it is near the same area!
Anyway, there's a lot of mysteries in this place, easily the biggest is that it's unclear
who made the city, and when it was inhabited.
One of the best guesses is Hittites, but there were a lot of big name nations and cultures
in this part of Turkey at the time, so your guess is as good as ours.
Yet, it's clear that whoever lived here had a thriving society, as there were shops, stables,
meetings halls and much more, including a stone door that was used to help protect the
city.
Number 6: The Bucharest Orphans.
In Bucharest, there is a society of orphans now resides in tunnels under the once great
Roman city.
Those who reside there are either abandoned or forgotten, and as such, they do whatever
they can to live and survive.
"How many people are living underneath Bucharest?" you ask?
It's hundreds of young people.
They're led by a man named Bruce Lee, and they are rife with drugs, alcohol, and all
sorts of diseases.
As for how this place came to be, when Communism ended, any and all shelters that were up during
the government shift were shut down, and because of that, all the kids were left on their own.
Their only choice was to unite to survive.
Number 5: Manhattan Underground.
The United States may be a wonderful place to live for some, but go to New York, in the
borough of Manhattan, and you'll find a large homeless population living under the streets.
By the time 2006 rolled around, there would be over 50,000 people trying to find shelter
for the night.
Or get food for them and their families.
One of the biggest of these homeless communities can be found between 72nd and 122nd street
in Manhattan.
Some of you may recognize that area, because it's the area right under Riverside Park.
There are 2 miles of tunnels there that are filled with people, and it's growing.
All the more tragic about this city is that the people above ground are trying to kick
them out of the tunnels so that they can use them for their own purposes.
That begs the question, if they succeed, where will the people go?
Number 4: Herculaneum.
The legend of Pompeii is known to the world at large.
Yet, the volcano that destroyed the city also destroyed another city, one that wasn't rediscovered
for many centuries.
It was called Herculaneum.
Because technically, it happened after Pompeii had fallen.
What's more, because it was upwind of the volcano, the effects of the eruption not just
wiped it out, but it actually preserved it perfectly via being buried in soot and ash.
Fast forward to the 18th century, and a farmer was doing work on land that was his...but
was also above Herculaneum.
He began to dig a well and found some marble in the ground that he couldn't explain.
The land itself shouldn't have had such stonework.
It was later realized that he had dug up part of the Roman Theater that was in Herculaneum.
Since then, the city has been dug up and examined, and is a site of great historical reverence.
Number 3: Seattle Underground.
When Seattle, Washington was made, there were some issues that had to be worked out.
One of the biggest ones were that all the houses in the city were made of wood, so when
a big fire came and wiped out about 31 square blocks of the city, things had to change.
One of the biggest changes was that the city raised the level of the streets, and thus
created a series of tunnels and buildings right underneath the feet of the public.
This was done so that the new "ground level' for the people in the homes, so that if something
should happen in regards to fire or floods, they could go down to the new basement and
be safe.
The underground was later shut down due to threat of diseases.
This place is a tourist attraction now, and you can even take guided tours to see all
that was built in the 1800's.
Number 2: Coober Pedy.
Coober Pedy in Australia seems like any other town in the world.
It just so happens, that this town is right next to the biggest Opal mine in the world.
It definitely doesn't help though that their location is in a place that has no shade or
barricade from the sun, which can literally roast the surface where the people live.
So, the people of the town made a decision, they were going to live in the mines.
No joke, no lie, they live there.
But why live in a mine?
Well, first off, it's cooler in there.
Because of the design and the rock structure, you won't get hotter than 75 degrees in the
caves, which is at least 30 degrees cooler than what's going on in the surface, and that's
a big difference when you're trying to live comfortably.
Speaking of which, some have been able to outfit their homes with things like pools,
and their homes within the mines are actually rather nice, so they turned a bad situation
into a very nice one...more or less that is.
Number 1: The Vegas Tunnels.
Las Vegas is a very unique city, so much so that its tunnels are home to many people,
and not exactly in the way you're expecting.
True, there are the "usual suspects" in terms of people with physical or mental issues,
or drug problems.
But a lot of people live down there because they lost their money in Vegas casinos and
don't have anything left.
However, some are actually fully employed people...they just don't want to pay the cost
of Las Vegas rent.
I'm not kidding you right now.
John Aitcheson told The Guardian, "I could get an apartment.
But all my money would go to rent, food, electricity, water ... By the time I was done there'd be
no money left over to do anything."
Some even use their situation to keep track of people who might be up for helping them
out, any way you can get a buck in Vegas is good, right?
Have you ever visited any of these underground cities?
Let us know in the comments below and...take care!
