in this video I want to take a look a force majeure leave in Ireland force

majeure leave occurs when a person an employee basically has a sort of an

emergency but there is a specific definition of force majeure leave and

what qualifies as force majeure leave in the parental leave Act of 1998 so

section 13 of that act says that an employee shall be entitled hmm leave

with pay from his or her employment so that's important it's with pay its force

majeure leave queer for urgent family reasons

owing to an injury to or the illness of a person specified in Subsection 2 and

will not take a look at that now in a minute the immediate presence of the

employee at the place where the person is where they're at is home

his or her home or elsewhere is indispensable a couple of important

things to bear in mind there a the requirement or the need for the employee

to leave the presence must be indispensable it's not just enough stuff

they want to go and see visit their sick father a sick mother or something might

have a cord with a child whatever strictly speaking according to the

legislation their presence is indispensable and secondly it's for

ordered family reasons or into an injury or two or the illness of a person person

is specified in Subsection 2 and subsection 2 says that the people or

persons to whom it refers would be a parent or an adoptive parent a spouse of

the employee a person to whom the employee is in loco parentis a brother

or sister of the employee a parent or grandparent and a person other than one

specified above who resides with the employee in a relationship of domestic

dependency so the persons which will warrant the attendance of the employee

is fairly limited it's fairly limited it's not neighbors or friends or you

know best friends or Godfather's or godson's writing

nature they must be really an immediate family member and the attendance of the

employee must be indispensable it must be required the when an employee

either and takes this leave he or she shall as soon as reasonably practicable

thereafter by Noah's in the prescribed form given to his or her employer

confirmed that he's taken such leave and etc so that's basically a notification

to the employer that the employee has taken this force majeure leave there's a

limit to the amount of force majeure leave that an employee can take and

expect to get paid for and basically it shall not exceed three days in any

period of twelve consecutive months or five days in any period of thirty six

consecutive months and if a part of a day is taken say a half day or something

then it actually counts as a day so it can or will be counted as one day of

force majeure leave that essentially is force majeure leave in a nutshell it's

set out has a say in the parentally fact of 1998 and my details are on the screen

Nautica Blue Cologne | Saturday Fragrance Shakedown - Duration: 7:59.

hey everybody welcome back to my channel so this week Saturday favorite shakedown

is on the men's cologne Nautica blue so if you'd like to hear notes prices my

and watch so guys Nautica Bleu was launched in 2005 it is

a kind of aqua water scent for men guys we do have Valentine's Day coming up in

what 12 days a little less than two weeks so yeah and guys I have to say

this was pricey when it first came out but guys you can actually purchase a

pretty large bottle so 3.4 ounces for $12.50 on Amazon with Prime at Target

you get a 1.7 ounce bottle for $24.99 and at Walmart you get a 3.4 ounce

bottle for $19 and 18 cents so guys definitely way cheaper on Amazon and

yeah you can definitely get in time for Valentine's Day okay so guys let's go

ahead and I got a little sample here okay so guys top notes peach pineapple

and bergamot okay mid notes are jasmine and water lily okay and then the base

notes are sandalwood cedar and musk okay so sounds like a very very nice men's

cologne okay so I'm just gonna go ahead it doesn't have a sprayer which is fine

but let's go ahead and put some of this on

mmm oh my gosh um I'm gonna age myself but you guys know I'm a little older do

you guys remember the Aqua Velva like yeah Aqua Velva this smells like a more

expensive higher grade Aqua Velva almost I think it's the cedar in the musk

that has given me the Aqua Velva vibes but oh my gosh guys this is such a sexy

scent if you love your significant other to like if you love like a really sexy

smelling fragrance guys the Nautica blue is just that I have smelled the Aqua dgo

I have smelled a lot of different men's cologne so Kay but guys I think the

nautical blue it definitely has to be the sexiest smelling fragrance I have

ever smelled it just mmm okay so I'm definitely getting a little bit of the

Jasmine a little bit of the fruitiness in the top notes but guys it is just

such a I mean when I imagine it like when I like picture who would wear this

kind of scent it's just a very well-dressed gentleman or lady it's just

such a beautiful scent absolutely love it oh my gosh it's just such it's just

sexy it's you know I can definitely see why they call it like an aqua or like a

water scent you know that water lily is just oh guys I wish you could smell

through the screen it's just such a beautiful beautiful sexy fragrance you

know honestly like I would be totally okay with me we're in this case oh you'd

never get have to get stuck with men and women's fragrances Kay if you like a

bold masculine scent I could see you know I could see any type of lady

wearing this kind of set it's just such a beautiful manly scent but that doesn't

mean only men can wear it oh my gosh it's just so sexy like it's just I don't

know how else to describe it it's just such a gorgeous

I love the blend of like the fruit and then with those bass notes it's just

such a perfect blend of fragrance you know how sometimes you know some men's

cologne can be overpowering it's overwhelming and if you smell it too

long it can either give you a headache or it just doesn't it start smelling bad

guys this does not do that case you guys can see I have I have been using it it's

just such a wonderful fragrance I think it would make a perfect Valentine's Day

gift guys you don't have to spend a lot of money for Valentine's cake I was

actually talking about boyfriend and last night and he's like oh do women get

their get their partners their boyfriend/girlfriend a Valentine's Day

gift it's like yeah we're supposed to it's just not a it's just not a holiday

for women you know if you have a boyfriend or girlfriend husband wife

whatever guys and you don't have a lot of money to spend guys less than 13

bucks on Amazon and you can get this very sexy very just it's just so nice

such a beautiful fragrance just most so so good you go into store go to Walmart

go to Target whatever and smell the Nautica blue I think a ton of people

would really really really enjoy this fragrance when I smell it I'm not

getting like grandpa vibes I'm not getting like do you guys remember

smelling Brut okay nothing gives anybody that wears Brut Brut is something like

my grand parents would wear like my grandfather's and it's just in my mind

I'm just imagining like a gentleman in his 70s or 80s that's what I imagine

really smell print guys when I smell this I just see a very classy just a

very classy person wearing this very ahh it's just I hate stupid fragrance

commercials because they're pointless they're stupid and never really like

embodies the fragrance but guys it's just such a beautiful sexy scent it's

not overpowering it's not too strong I love to wear this personally on me once

again I am a bigger girl six foot one so I do feel like I'm not stupid but I do

feel like thinking carry a bolder scent but this is just such a gorgeous

said I think anybody would enjoy it for a birthday gift or Valentine's Day but

guys it is very inexpensive and it's just such a such a gorgeous scent just

go in storage see if you can find it smell it because I think a ton of people

would really enjoy but guys I hope you enjoyed this week's Saturday for your

shakedown I try to throw in a men's cologne here and there because there are

lots of people that enjoy it if you are looking for a gift for your significant
