It does not matter how many riches you accumulate, how many prizes you win or how famous you

are, the moment you die you will lose it all. Jesus said:" 36"For what does it profit

a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul? 37"For what shall a man give

in exchange for his soul? 38"For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous

and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in the

glory of His Father with the holy angels." Mark 8:36-38.

"The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God

lives forever." 1 John 2:17. The hope that we have in Jesus is eternal

life, but only those who do the will of God, will have eternal life, the rest will endure

eternal punishment in damnation. What is the will of God? What must we do to

have eternal life? Obey the gospel of Jesus Christ. Repent, turn from sin, stop sinning,

be baptized in water for the forgiveness of your sin. Turn to Jesus, obey His words, His

commands as recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Seek Him with all your heart in

prayer, ask Him and He will baptize you in the Holy Spirit. He will give of His Spirit

to be in you and with you to teach and guide you into all truth, righteousness and doing

His will. If you obey Him and stay with Him, you will live, even when you die, you will

live for ever. Do you have the Hope of Eternal Life? Are

you doing the will of God? May Jesus bless you.

Jesus Christ is alive and hell is real. I am here to introduce you to Jesus Christ so

ANOTHER EDEN Gameplay: Breathtaking RPG Game for Android & iOS - Duration: 26:13.

Hello everyone to Big Paw Gaming!

Another Eden is a breathtaking RPG with Strategy elements

that let you follow the story of a boy who was found in the forest as a baby

and grew up in the peaceful town with his sister.

16 years later, he becomes a city patrol guard

and you will slowly uncover the mistery of Another Eden.

Another Eden is a beautifully designed game

with amazing hand-drawn graphics.

It feels very good and happy to pick up the game and play it.

The amount of quests and world story is very large to the point it is hard to believe it is a mobile game.

You will have so much to do that sometimes it might be overwhelming, but in a good way!

The music is additional big bonus of the game.

It has over 60 (!!) composed songs by orchestra.

The music as well as voice over and sound effects are of very high production quality.

I love this game and I really recommend it.

It has a strong 8+/10 from me.

There are some small improvements that I would add, such as inventory system

but these are a small things that do not really affect gameplay that much.

It is a must have. Don't wait now, go install it (of course after you finish watching this video =))

If you have any questions, please let me know in the comments bellow.

Thanks for watching!

Effective Prayers For Extraordinary Results - Duration: 19:06.

Today we are talking effective prayers for extraordinary results and we're

going to talk to my friend Becky Edwards. Now Becky knows a lot about getting

prayers answered and boy she was an answer to my prayer so if you would like

your prayers to be more effective if you'd like to get more answers so that

you can get that guidance that will help direct your life join us for today's

episode how is it we can do some amazing and sometimes unexplainable things like

heal our own bodies by the power of our thought mother's intuition the law of

attraction can we really tap into our subconscious

mind can we really create our own realities it begs the question are we

novice gods

all right hey I'm really excited for you to join us today

I've got Becky Edwards here we're talking about prayers if you missed the

last episode make sure you pay attention to that you know jump back to that she

talked about the steps in praying and just super helpful things to get you

really understanding how how to get better prayers answered today we're

going to talk about really taking that to the next level how to have effective

prayers for extraordinary results and as we were talking off-camera she knows how

to do this so tell us Becky what do you what do you do to really get just kind

of more prayers answered to get your life guided more the way that you want

it to be what what are you doing okay great questions I love that so one thing

to consider is if you are building a relationship let me ask you Scott if

you're building a relationship what are some basic steps that you would do to

make a relationship better and closer well I really want to ask questions I

want to learn more about the other person want to really get to know him or

her and I think that's more about like listening and paying attention to what

they're about who they are and perfect beautiful answers so so if we bring

those answers yeah good job if we bring those answers over and we realize we're

building a relationship with our Father in heaven with our God the creator of us

the creator of this universe he is so powerful that he created this whole

universe and yet he's so intimate that he'll answer our little tiny hopes and

dreams of our hearts like that is doesn't that just amaze you that

dichotomy thereof he's so big he's so intimate it's amazing you know when we

moved into the house that we live in now we were kind of one of the first houses

up in this neighborhood it's up in the mountains and there weren't a lot of

streetlights up there and I remember moving boxes in one night and just being

stunned as I looked up at the galaxies and well you could see so many stars up

there and I felt so tiny in all those stars in all the worlds

he has and yet like we're moving into this house that I felt like was this

huge answer to prayer and I'm like how is it possible he could know about me

and my needs and my wants and desires when there's all this other stuff yeah

for children out there so yeah it is it's awe-inspiring and and we know from

Scripture that our thoughts are not his thoughts our ways are not his ways he he

just has way more ability more capacity more power to be able to answer all

those prayers and and be there for us personally so but it's it's incredible

so what I love to do is think of it as building a relationship and before I

pray I haven't done this my whole life but for the last while before I pray I I

do a little routine that includes connecting so I actually picture my

father in heaven right in front of me I just picture his face and my picture his

eyes looking at me it was so much love and I it instantly just melts my heart

and I picture you know sending back lots of love and I just feel this connection

I feel like we're connected and that we love each other and we're close and that

is a really beautiful space to enter a prayer because if I just you I'm sure

you know Scott have you said prayers that are like just check it off the list

and there's no power to it I have well you know as you were saying you were

visualizing him being there and listening to you I went through a lot of

years of really a lot of anger and frustration because I felt like my

prayers weren't getting answered because I was asking for the same thing over and

over again and I knew it was a good thing and I wasn't getting answered and

it was kind of frustrating but you know as I looked at my relationship with God

at that time I kind of pictured him like a lawyer with a clipboard and he was

checking off everything I was doing wrong I mean it was horrible perception

about God and so my relationship and it was until I cleared that out that I was

able to you know get a lot more progress but I loved your idea of having you know

visualizing him there wanting to hear from you

and and it wasn't until I changed my perceptions in my relationship with him

that things started to shift yeah I left the pointing that out and and you know

if you have some of those same misconceptions it's okay we I had some

some strange misconceptions growing up and it's okay we can we can clean those

up and and you know upgrade our experience with with prayer and it's

never too late there's always another level so that would be my first

invitation is to really build your relationship with your father who is in

heaven he is very loving he's very generous he's very kind

he's very forgiving he he is very powerful and all knowing and all

powerful but yet so intimate with us with answering our little prayers that

would be my first suggestion a second suggestion I would give is to pray with

a journal open and pen in hand and that might sound funny if you were maybe you

were raised like I think Scott and I both were raised when we were little

children we were taught to pray with our arms folded in her head bowed and our

eyes closed you know that's a good way to teach a child to have some reverence

and be still and and have respect right well I don't always pray like that I

often pray driving and if I receive I'm receiving some answers I will turn on my

voice recorder and grab those because I don't know about you but I want to show

my God that I value his messages back to me I value his answers I value his

little pieces to the puzzle of solutions I'm asking for and having a journal or a

notebook open with my pen or pencil ready just shows him oh she's ready to

be taught awesome so have you ever done that like that

well I haven't done that voice record that's really cool

yeah and I'm just now starting to pay attention to any promptings and grab

hold of those and not let them fall to the ground basically yeah I think when

I've mentioned puzzles a couple times in the last video in this one and I think

of if you've ever bought a puzzle with lots of little tiny pieces if you say

we're at camping and you were doing a puzzle on the picnic table

if a huge gust of wind came and scattered those that would be so sad so

you want to grab the puzzle pieces by writing them down then the gust of wind

won't take them away otherwise we just tend to forget right we tend to forget I

do yes yeah well yeah and I think also I get into like I'll start to get into a

state of doubt and oh man I haven't heard from him for a long time but in my

journals like I keep several different journals one I keep on my phone and my

iPad that is just a bullet list of prayers answered and so I'm able to go

through those and I just think you know what if he answered me before he's

probably going to do it again he's probably not all right I'm done yeah ed

you're you're full your list you done yeah we've taken care of Scott he's all

his cards been punched right it's not like an amusement-park where you only

have so many so many tickets you you can keep going I love that so so the first

one is to build a relationship the second one is to listen and write when

you receive inspiration promptings answer solutions and I really believe

and I've just had so many experiences with this that when we write those down

we not only retain them better we're more likely to act on them but also

we're more open to receive more answers it really does invite more answers so

one last piece that I would love to share and Scott actually just touched on

it and that is gather evidence gather evidence that God does answer you that

he is in your life and and I'm going to share a little story quite a few years

ago I was inspired to do something very scary like maybe the most scary thing

I've ever been inspired to do and it was to pull my children out of public school

and start homeschooling them we did it for about five years we're back to

public school with our last couple that are home but it was scary to me I

it was my tribe you know it like our church group and our school group those

were my buddies those were my people and my friends and we did things together in

our our kids got the rules were there and to pull out of that kind of felt

like we were being asked to move to another country your hair just felt

really scary to me and so I'm gonna tell you what I did to build my face to be

able to follow that inspiration and that is I built evidence that God is a God of

miracles and he can work miracles in me in other words I felt that what he was

asking me to do was impossible I really did have you ever been asked to do

something it feels impossible I think I'm right there no but you got to tell

me the next thing you're right there it's in okay okay so this is a

faith-based I'm a faith-based mentor this is a mentoring tool that I teach to

faith-based people and is powerful it builds evidence that god is a god of the

impossible I truly believe that do you believe - Scott you believe God is a God

of the impossible yes yes he is now the first so this is a writing

exercise and I recommend you write a few sections in this list the first section

is people in the scriptures so you know maybe thinking of Moses where he was you

know asked to do this impossible thing he he was safe out being a shepherd with

his cute little family right and he was asked to go back into this dangerous

place and free this massive group of people that he knew would not be easy

but God was able to guide his steps tell him what to do next he each obstacle he

had God gave him something to overcome like he's think well I'm slow of speech

okay I'll give you Aaron well what about this okay I'll give you this and he kept

working miracles in his life he parted the Red Sea over and over we see

miracles in Moses's experience with with water from the rock with quail with you

know all these different things that but God worked miracles for Moses so can you

think of a scripture person that God made the impossible become possible well

Elizabeth Elizabeth yeah yeah and I love those stories like Elizabeth you

or those that have felt like they had a promise and it's too late it's too late

for them you know I love the one of the scripture that said something like God

did not forget Rebecca you know because she wanted to have children anyway yeah

that's beautiful yeah so scripture is a good place to write the first part of

your list and I know how I write it is I write the

person's name and the miracle that God good that God worked in them so for

Moses we could write a whole list right some of them like for Mary she conceived

with with being you know without knowing a man that's a miracle Elizabeth had a

baby in her old age that's a miracle so that starts the list and what happens is

the brain loves evidence as soon when the brain builds up enough evidence it

tips the scale it's like a teeter totter it tips the scale to be more on the side

of belief and less on the side of doubt and we know that doubt and belief or

doubt in faith they are they're kind of a constant teeter totter aren't they

Scott yeah I think that there's really only one really great force in the world

and it's faith but fear is faith in Reverse yeah so if you're fearing you're

actually believing in stuff you don't want to have happen yeah do you yeah

that's a really good good and you could see that as the as a teeter totter as

well faith or fear yeah exactly so the second place you can go in your

in this exercise is people in history so I'm Scott can you think of people in

history that you admire maybe some of your heroes that where they were given a

situation looked utterly impossible but with God's help it became possible tell

me to get you started my mind goes blank I'm putting him on the spot so I'll say

a couple of my favorites George Washington winning the Revolutionary War

if as I studied that story and read you know 1776 the David McCullough book I

just I was absolutely stunned by the details there we should never have won

that war we were the most under fit we were under fed under staffed under

clothes under blanketed like we were freezing and frozen and and starving and

and way under train like there's no way we

should have won that war but with God's help we did and we are land of freedom

because of it we're not perfect but we're land of freedom and that's awesome

Harriet Tubman helping free slaves to William Wilberforce helping just end the

slave trade in Britain I mean amazing heroes throughout history that looked

impossible their task didn't it did not look like it would work but with God it

worked so so that's a second piece right so we

have scripture people history people now a third piece is coming closer to home

what about you without your family members what about friends what about

just people in your community or people that that are alive today maybe that you

read about or from your congregation or you know someone in business that you

admire whatever it may be how has God how have you seen God work impossible

things make them possible in their lives and you create that third piece of the

list so you've got scripture people history people and then people in your

own circle and I'm telling you by the time I made that list and we actually

have done this several times as a family we've done I've done it individually I

keep I have one in in a planner that's handy so that if I need to boot build my

faith and boost my belief it's right there but I've done it over and over

when I've been asked to do by the by God or by life you know sometimes life just

gives us something that looks impossible a situation you know a health challenge

or whatever it may be a job a job loss of whatever that it builds our faith

that God will help us know he's helped them then mm-hmm so he'll help me now so

in that third component do you also include yourself like previous

experiences where you've had miracles happening absolutely yeah yeah in fact

we had a little family meeting a couple weeks ago where my husband did this with

our family and we taped the sign to our garage door over here Oh Scott afterward

that we wrote we wrote some ancestors we wrote you know that this ancestor had

this miracle and this grandpa did this thing and and that you know my husband

was not supposed to be able to get out of his his initial army experience to be

able to go to college but I just we both felt prompted it was the

right thing so we kept trying these different angles and finally he was able

to got a really great scholarship to do that and then they wanted him to go back

and be an armor officer but we felt he was supposed to go to law school become

an attorney they kept saying no we kept saying but God said like we we have to

find a way and and so many of those personal miracles if you take stock and

write them in a list what do you think that did for me Scott or for my family

would to write that list you think it built our faith oh absolutely it was

huge yeah yeah and I gotta tell you this is

it's almost spooky this is what I'm going through right now because I'm in a

place where like it looks really daunting the steps ahead and but I

started doing this I didn't look at history I like that idea and I I didn't

look I need to look at scripture to put that into the list but I looked at my

own life and I'm gonna add to it now that you've given me this idea but in

times past anyway what I've done it is I've done

the same thing and and I will write I will write them kind of the miracle the

belief the new core story that's a part of me and as I review that every day it

reminds me who I am and what my relationship is with God so anyway maybe

this like takes it to a new level yeah thank you so I call this a remember

list okay a man that I really admire named Spencer Kimball he said remember

might be the most important word in the dictionary and what it does is it

reminds us to give God credit for the successes and the good things in our

lives we remember and as we remember we draw into our lives more of his power so

this is this list is powerful that way that's cool so hopefully that helps you

with whatever you're thinking on on how you want to make your prayers more

effective how you want to get more consistent prayers answered and really

how you want to get revelation and direction and inspiration in your life

so that as you're taking those steps into the darkness you have sufficient

faith to be able to take you through I hope Becky's ideas help you out with

that and thank you so much what do you think you've heard our

thoughts now let's hear yours in the comment section below share what

impressions came to your mind what did you get out of this if you have had

thoughts to take action please do so always listen to your inner voice

it's your ultimate guidance system of course the best place to take action is

at Scott Wilhite calm because if you join me for a free web class I will

reward you by sending you my purpose planner so you can have a physical guide

to help you get in touch with your inner guide what if you are a god in the

making that would mean there's purpose to your life meaning to your challenges

Can You Pass The 6th Class Again? | Ft. Kanishk & Sonali | Ok Tested - Duration: 5:38.

Hi guys!

You've come after a long time.

Sixth standard questions of Science, Maths, G.K. and everything else.

I was very intelligent in sixth grade. I did rote learning.

I flunked the third grade.

Who fails the third grade?

Every kid is good in studies.

I don't know why teachers give them low grades.

How are we going to get insulted today?

Let's watch.

We middle class people cannot even think about a crore.

How can I answer this question?

What is this question?

Wait. No. Thousand has three.

I don't want to put myself down by answering this question.

I won't answer this question.

(Amount of love I have for this job)

Wait. I have problems when it comes to mathematics.

So there are seven zeroes.

(Actually counting like Sixth Graders)

Is it crore or 100 lakhs?

(trying to count)

What?

I'm confused betweem thousand and ten thousand.

Tell me what to do.

Thousand.

Ten thousand.

Ten thousand thousands.

I'll go with ten thousand.

I think four. Four is...

Ten thousand.

Ten thousand thousands.

Don't do this.

Photosynthesis can only be done when the photographer is available

This is confusing.

Photosynthesis is done by sunlight.

The sun is here.

The sun gives out rays.

This is a plant.

The rays fall on the plant.

Then photosynthesis happens.

The day.

The day.

Day only.

Day only.

It takes place during the day.

I think, the day.

Photosynthesis is happening.

All the plants are happy.

There is a corporation.

Which is municipal.

Municipal staff are called Kaamchor.

Because no one works over there.

I don't think it's staff. You can't use staff in Municipal Corporation.

I don't like your question. Go away and take it with you.

Give me a hint, no.

So there is no option that has secratary and councillor?

All of the above.

Will choose everything if I have to. All of the above.

Secratary.

I'll go with ward staff.

I think I should go with the first one.

I think they are called councillors.

But they should be called Kaamchor.

Why are they called councillors?

They don't do counselling. They do cleaning.

I want to ask something first.

Does it happen in your school too that you have to remove your shoes and socks before you enter the computer room.

What is this insolence?

Input device is what is connected to the computer, right?

Like mouse is input.

Keyboard is input.

Input devices which are inside the computer.

Everything is attached with wires.

Mouse. Keyboard.

WiFi is outside. So output.

I'm output.

An input device...

is used to give commands to the computer.

Joystick.

Joystick is output, dude.

Joystick.

(That is wrong on so many levels)

That is joystick, right?

Which brings joy.

Printer is not an input device.

Printer.

Printer.

It is printer.

It's correct?

So we tell the computer to print?

So that is output?

Let me remember the time when I was looking at a mosquito's legs.

I don't sew it's pants that I would know how many legs it has.

Next time I'll count it's legs then kill it.

Get dengue.

Will think about it's legs lying in a hospital.

Four, Six, Eight, Ten.

I need a little help. Do you have a mosquito?

Wait.

It does this thing with two legs.

Right?

Two legs are like this.

And two like this.

Four legs.

Ten,

Shit. I know it's wrong.

Four is the right answer.

Final answer. Mosquitos have eight legs.

I'll probably go with six.

Six.

They fly despite having six legs?

They teach how many legs does a mosquito have in sixth grade?

<b>Our education system is shameful.</b>

<b>When did they teach about Volleyball in sixth grade?</b>

<b>I have been very good at sports since childhood.</b> <b>That's why I was never picked in any team.</b>

<b>Four, Five, Six, Seven.</b>

<b>Are you asking about both sides?</b>

<b>One second.</b>

<b>Two players play forward.</b>

<b>Two in the middle.</b>

<b>It's six or seven.</b>

<b>Four.</b>

<b>Answer is seven. Seven is my lucky number.</b>

<b>Seven.</b>

<b>Seven.</b>

<b>Six players.</b>

<b>Six.</b>

<b>I'm a zero when it comes to sports, okay?</b>

<b>And apparently I'm a zero when it comes to academics also.</b>

<b>I feel like a fool.</b>

<b>I nailed it, bro.</b>

<b>I'm really proud of myself.</b>

<b>I may have got only four correct but I got more than Sonali.</b>

<b>Sadistic pleasure.</b>

<b>I'm a disgrace to myself.</b>

<b>I'm going to sit in the shower...</b>

<b>and cry in fetal position.</b>

<b>Hi guys!</b>

<b>If even you don't know how many legs a mosquito has,</b> <b>then I'm proud of you.</b>

13 Things About Ava Max You Should Know! | Billboard - Duration: 2:59.

- Hey, this is Billboard,

and you should know me, Ava Max.

I grew up in Virginia

and it was really awesome

I had a normal childhood up until 14

when I moved to California for my dreams.

My guilty pleasure is definitely chocolate cake

because I can't have it all the time

cause sugar just doesn't agree with my body

and that is my guilty pleasure.

The first concert I ever went to was a Beyonce concert

and it changed my life.

(laughs)

If someone were to play me in a movie

I would definitely have to say Jennifer Lawrence

because she is such a strong character just in general

and in real life,

and she's really funny and goofy and I feel like,

I think she would nail it.

I mean, I like her a lot.

(laughs)

Being on the Billboard charts was insane for me,

I was just sitting in my living room

and I go online and it says I'm,

first when I was bubbling under the Billboard charts

that already got me all crazy,

and now being on the Billboard charts,

it's like such a surreal experience.

And I still can't believe it, to this day.

(laughs)

The first time I was starstruck

I think when I met Pharrell when I was

like eleven at an airport.

And obviously he's Pharrell so I tried not to faint.

(laughs)

He was incredible too, like very sweet in person.

That was awesome.

If I could collaborate with any artist

it would have to be Cardi B.

I love her.

My musical inspirations.

Mariah Carey, the Fugees, Gwen Stefani,

Fergie, Whitney Houston,

I love all the big vocalists of the nineties and eighties.

They really inspired me and created my sound growing up.

The best advice I've ever received

I think I'd have to say, as cliche as it sounds,

don't give up if you really can't stop thinking

about something that you want to do in your life,

like don't give up.

You're gonna get there, it's just,

your time is meant to be

and when it's your time, it's your time.

That really stuck with me.

I started making music when I was about ten.

The first place I performed music was actually

at a place called The NorVa in Virginia where I grew up.

So my music making process is usually different every time.

I could probably have an idea one day

and then go into the studio and really wanna write about

just that idea that I have in mind.

Or it can vary with just a simple beat

and I just do a bunch of melodies on the track

that inspire me.

The inspiration behind Sweet but Psycho,

it is a complicated relationship.

This girl's so misunderstood in this relationship,

she feels like she's sweet one moment

and then she feels like she's going out of her mind

because of this guy,

and in reality she's a strong and independent female,

and I'm sure all of us ladies can relate to that.

Yeah.

Fiver Party Recap + Birthday Bank Deposit - Duration: 2:42.

hey guys it's melissa here from melissa shares and we are going to the bank

today I wanted to share this information with you because I've talked about my

kids and money before and since we just celebrated a fifth birthday in our house

we have a lot of birthday money to take into the bank we did something

non-traditional this year and we hosted a birthday party for our daughter but we

made it a fiver party which evidently is a thing we traditionally in our family

give the same number of dollars as the age of the child for birthdays and

growing up I always received five dollars ten dollars in the mail

depending on what age I was turning so we asked our friends and family coming

to our birthday this year to please not buy a gift for our daughter but please

just to put five dollars in an envelope because she is saving up to buy a share

of home depot I just wanted to let you know how this could really add up for a

child even in increments of one two three four dollars we do get a little

bit more generous gifting from a few family members and my daughter received

two checks for $50 from relatives this year so that was $100 that she started

out with in checks I did some math on the back of a little piece of paper and it's

kind of a nice exercise for an older child to see like okay on my bank

deposit slip I'm gonna list my checks and I'm gonna list the cash and I also

counted up the girls' piggy bank money so for my big girl she received a hundred

dollars in checks a hundred and sixty-two dollars in small bills for her

birthday a hundred and sixty-two dollars in addition to that she's depositing

$17.25 from her piggy bank money that totals just for my one big girl today

279.25 so I just wanted to share that with you

There is an article that someone sent to me about these fiver parties which is a new kind of

trend in the birthday party scene for kids giving the gift of money is I think

really empowering for a child to let them decide what it is that they want

save for their future what you choose to do is up to you every family's different

but I love the idea I didn't choose it because it was trendy we made that

decision because we just don't want to have more

and toys in our house and we really do prioritize saving in whatever way that

we can my little girl has five dollars in change from her piggy bank so she

won't get left out she's only two but she loves to do bank deposits and I have

done some other videos about money and children so I will link those down for

you below if you want to learn more about how we do it in our family and I

would love to hear about you and your family and what you guys do for

birthdays I think this idea was really fun so I wanted to share it with you

today take care bye bye

Stop asking questions: why you should stop asking questions to your customers - Duration: 5:27.

Hello everyone, my name is Riccardo Osti and on a daily basis I help the world's largest

brands become more successful by investing in the consumer experience.

Today's video is very important to me because I will talk about something that I often discuss

with my colleagues and with my clients.

In this video, I will tell you why you should stop asking questions to your customers right

now.

It is a common practice for companies to send out surveys and questionnaires to their clients.

You can think of the ones that you receive via email after a flight, after you rent a

car, or after you purchase something online.

Usually, in these emails, there is a link that redirects you to a long and predetermined

list of questions.

Another possibility is that the link in the email redirects us to a page where we need

to give a score to the company, and then fill in a survey.

In this case, I am referring to the NPS or Net promoter score.

We'll dive into this later...but basically brands use it to determine how likely you

are to recommend them to someone else.

So, let's summarise it.

You have an experience with a brand, you receive an email with a link to a long list of questions.

In some of these surveys, you are also asked to evaluate whether you would recommend the

brand to others and put it on a scale from zero to ten.

I would like to talk about the questions first.

One thing that companies should always protect is our freedom.

As a customer, I want to say whatever I want, in the form that I like the most and in the

time that's more convenient for me.

So, the fact, that a company asks me to tell them what they want to know, and not to hear

what I would voluntarily say it's already building a wall between us.

On average customers talk about 2-3 aspects when they freely comment about an experience

with a product or service.

So when I see surveys with ten or more questions I immediately ask myself why should I talk

about something that I wouldn't normally mention.

The big problem here is that brands want answers to questions that are not interesting from

a customer perspective.

Companies want us to judge on certain topics, without knowing if these topics are relevant

for us or not.

So, if you work at a company that sends out surveys with, let's say, five or more questions

in them, you are adding a lot of bias to the answers.

It is much better not to know what customers think about a topic, rather than receiving

a misleading answer.

Isn't it?

Some time ago I was judging at the international Consumer experience awards here in Amsterdam,

and I asked a manager of a big company why he was sending out these surveys with 10 questions.

He told me that each of the stakeholders that put together the budget for the project wanted

at least to one or two specific questions in it.

Maybe a part of their bonus was connected to the performance related to these answers...who

knows?!

This was just an example of how you, as a manager, can easily add bias and compromise

the understanding of your customers, making the investment a waste of money and time.

Earlier in this video we spoke about the Net promoter score...well the so-called NPS usually

lies on top of all the questions of these surveys and it's a score between 0 and 10.

It is supposed to determine how likely we would recommend the product or the experience

to someone else.

So, not only brands are asking us to give answers on topics that we don't care about,

but they are also asking us to imagine how we would behave with others.

It's pretty clear that this would add even more bias to the result, isn't it?

You may say, Ok Riccardo, you are telling me that asking questions is wrong, that asking

customers to imagine what they would do in the future is also wrong….but then, what

can I do to make it right?

The answer is simple, however, it comes with some technical challenges: you have to ask

your customers only one question that is: Can you please tell me whatever you want about

your experience with us?

By doing this you give freedom to the respondent.

Customers can finally say what they want, when they want, in the form they like the

best.

You cannot force them to tell you what you want to hear if they don't want to say it.

If you respect customers, they will provide you with the most meaningful insights.

In fact, as a manager, your goal shouldn't be to put together the best questions but

to find the best way to interpret the free opinions that will come your way.

How to do this?

Not easy, but I promise, I'll make some videos about it.

If you don't want to miss them, please subscribe to my channel.

I hope you liked the video, and I look forward to receiving your comments bellow.

Have a great day and see you soon

Ciao

Macrame. Square knot. Bracelet with beads / Макраме. Квадратный узел. Браслет с бусинами - Duration: 16:27.

Hello and welcome to Hobby Point channel. My name is Anastasiya.

Today I'd like to show you how to make this cute macrame bracelet.

I'l be using 2 macrame knots:

double half hitch knots and square knots. How to make a half hitch knot was

shown in one of my recent videos. And today I'd like to tell you about the square knot.

I've got 4 threads. 2 grey ones will be in the middle as the core threads, and the 2 blue ones

will be on the sides and they will form knots. Take the right blue thread and place it over the grey ones.

Now place the left blue thread over the right one.

Run it behind the grey threads and through the loop formed on the right.

Tie a knot.

Now we should make a symmetrical knot. Place the left blue thread over the grey ones.

And the right blue thread goes over the left one, then behind the grey ones and

into the form loop on the left.

Tie a knot.

We've completed a square knot which consists of 2 halves.

Let's do it once again.

Having made several square knots, you'll get such a chain.

If you've forgotten which half you should do next,

look at the lines on the sides. If you see a "line",

for example, on the right, then you should

take the right thread and place it over the middle threads. And now let's make a bracelet.

The list of all the needed supplies is, as usual, in the video description.

Put a thread horizontally and place the other threads onto it.

Fold them in the middle.

Place your threads approximately in the middle of the 1st thread so that they all are

approximately of the same length.

The 1st row will be made of double half hitch knots. If you don't know yet how to

make such a knot, you can watch a video on this topic on my channel.

There's a link to it at the top right corner or

in the video description.

The next row will be made of double half hitch knots as well, but this time make them from right to left.

The number of rows depends on the ribbon clamp you will use.

2 rows will be enough for my bracelet.

These knots should be hidden in the ribbon clamp.

Take 4 threads and start making square knots. Keep making them

up to the place where you'd like to add a bead.

I've made a chain of about 3,5 cm and decided to add a bead.

I'll string it onto the 4 threads using a needle threader.

Slide it close to the knots.

You might notice that after some knots, your threads are of different length.

2 threads on the sides are shorter than the middle ones. Alternate them. Meaning

put the longer ones to the sides and the shorter ones in the middle. And keep making knots

with the longer threads till the next bead. Then alternate them again.

Here's the chain that I've got.

Take the next 4 threads and make another chain of square knots of the same length.

Then make 2 more chains using the remaining 8 threads.

Here are my chains, they are of about 12.5 cm.

Now we should work on the edge.

Fix the chains with pins leaving some space in between.

Make double half hitch knots from left to the middle.

Then do the same from right to the middle.

Tie a knot in the middle using the 2 core threads.

Make another row from the sides to the middle.

Carefully cut off the core thread in the middle.

At the beginning of our bracelet we had 2 rows, but there also was a "row" on the horizontal thread.

That's why on this side, I'll make 3 rows of double half hitch knots.

The 3rd row should be from the sides to the middle again.

Carefully cut off all the threads.

You can glue them a little to fix them more.

When the glue is dried, attach the ribbon clamps. Then a clasp on one side, and an extender

chain on the other.

That's it - our bracelet is ready! I hope you've enjoyed the tutorial.

If it's so, I'll be delighted to see your likes and comments. And if you haven't subscribed to my

channel yet, subscribe to it! And remember to click on the Bell icon
